00:00:00.560 greetings my esteemed subscribing tons i'm checking in with an update regarding a few
00:00:06.560 different things now first and foremost as you might have seen on telegram about the legal issues
00:00:13.280 i will not go into details now might do it later on depending on how everything goes but i do have
00:00:18.960 an attorney working on the case and also massive heartfelt thank you to everyone who reached out
00:00:25.280 so quickly truly truly appreciated that i have so many gallant and good men on my side when stuff
00:00:34.480 like this happens so that is the first update and in relation to this i will do a little fundraiser
00:00:43.680 i think it's the only reasonable course of action all things considered so if you are in the us and
00:00:50.720 if you would like to support my holy work the absolutely best way you can do so is by placing
00:00:56.800 an order on jordanhamenutrition.com the page is up again after a month of logistical chaos and yeah
00:01:06.720 i am a life update i might give as well everything is going well family-wise with the with the newborn
00:01:14.720 i had of course hoped to be able to focus fully on that instead of dealing with the usual chaos but
00:01:22.880 alas that was not to be i am i view it as a test from the divine saying that are you ready to level
00:01:30.560 up then you need to withstand this additional pressure and stress so it is what it is i view it in
00:01:36.880 in that way the most productive way to view this type of things so anyway it is what it is and if
00:01:44.960 you would like to support if you are in the us the absolutely best way to do so is to place an order at
00:01:51.440 the newly opened jordanhamenutrition.com page get yourself some good zinc and creatine it's good stuff
00:01:58.960 and even though the us operation has been quite chaotic as of late the products are still of of the
00:02:05.520 highest quality very proud and happy to be able to present them now of course if you are a henry
00:02:11.600 ford class supporter you can send me an email if you would like to support the holy work and if you
00:02:16.880 are not in the us you can also support by yeah checking out some of the other links in the description
00:02:22.880 box below so that is the first update perhaps not the most positive one but on a more positive note
00:02:30.480 i am almost done with the book my new book my upcoming book demigod mentality it will be out in
00:02:37.200 august i have a few more days to write then the process of getting the actual product out it begins
00:02:44.960 so a lot of things to do of course this is not uh you know it's not a an amazon print on demand
00:02:50.880 type of book this is a a nice good product like dauntless so i'm very excited to
00:02:58.320 have that done and this also leads me into my another update regarding the video making and
00:03:05.600 podcast making since i'm done with the book i will have a lot more time on my hands to spend wisely
00:03:13.200 and i've decided to double the number of podcasts i release so instead of once a month it will be twice
00:03:19.760 a month and i will also do the following i will post for every podcast episode i will post 10 15 20
00:03:27.280 minutes of the episode as an excerpt on in video format uh with you know some nice footage so that
00:03:34.640 you can watch as well and even if you aren't subscribed to the podcast you can
00:03:39.600 absorb some of my infinite knowledge and wisdom anyway so those are the plans to increase the
00:03:46.320 number of podcasts i release a month and also you know making part of the podcast into video and
00:03:54.240 then of course i will get back to making regular videos more often i am in a bit of a bottleneck
00:03:59.920 situation uh once i'm through that i will be able to post videos on a more regular basis as well
00:04:06.720 i look forward to getting back to games kitchen in particular
00:04:09.920 i have a training video planned so a lot of motivation and creativity built up inside of me to
00:04:16.800 make videos especially since i haven't made so many videos as of late been focusing on the book but
00:04:22.880 again now that the book is written i will be able to direct my creative energy into video making that i
00:04:31.760 have yeah i have missed it being being honest so that is basically what is going on that is my update
00:04:39.600 i will get back to the video making routine well i suppose this this is the starting point for my
00:04:49.440 return to a normal routine so you can expect some excerpts from the podcast now of course you can
00:04:57.520 subscribe to the podcast itself if you want that's also a good way to support the the other work of
00:05:02.880 course you can find the link in the description box as well so anyway good stuff good stuff more videos
00:05:10.640 are coming i assure you that and i would also like to give um again uh thank you to everyone who has
00:05:18.560 supported me in um in the recent time as well so i will see you in the next video xxo boom
00:05:29.200 so
00:05:36.320 Thank you.
