00:00:23.700 So this is from my small of junior for the bench, one of my earlier sessions. This week I'm just
00:00:31.540 going really easy on everything, like a proper deload week because I have my meat in exactly one
00:00:39.160 week. So I'm just taking it easy, doing some lighter benching, doing some lighter squatting,
00:00:46.200 doing some lighter deadlifting and taking it easy on everything else. Fucking juicy! Look at that.
