Stop drinking Coca-Cola, it's not good for your teeth, and you'll be better off if you don't drink it. I also share a traumatic experience I had when I was a kid when I saw a 10 year old kid who couldn't stop drinking it.

00:00:00.000 Greetings, Laddingtons. I'm checking in with an encouragement, an encouragement to stop immediately if you are drinking Coca-Cola. I saw that they encouraged whites to be less white and imagine if they had said it about any other group. It would have been headlines all over the place. 0.93
00:00:26.160 So I will keep it short. If you are white, show some self-respect. Do never drink any Coca-Cola product ever again. If you are not white, show us some support and do not drink any Coca-Cola products ever again. 0.99
00:00:41.420 But I won't go into the cultural aspect of it. I won't go into the anti-white agenda they might be pushing. I will actually say something I should have said a long time ago. 0.96
00:00:55.780 I've been meaning to make this video for a long time, but other video ideas always come up.
00:01:01.800 So anyway, stop drinking Coca-Cola. It's probably one of the worst food items you can come across. I can't forbid it. I can only highly recommend you, whomever you are, to stop drinking it.
00:01:17.160 If you drink that sort of soda with a lot of sugar, it will completely mug your teeth. It will completely destroy them.
00:01:27.420 If you like soda very much, go with a sweetener instead. That at least won't destroy your teeth as much.
00:01:34.440 Then again, it might have citric acid, which isn't good for your teeth either.
00:01:38.480 So be mindful if you're going to drink something Red Bull without sugar.
00:01:43.680 Try to minimize the exposure of your teeth to citric acid. So drink it as fast as possible.
00:01:50.140 Now, on to another thing I thought to share with you, a little traumatic experience.
00:01:57.060 It's not really traumatic. I'm only saying it to clickbait you. I'm only saying it to be a bit more dramatic.
00:02:02.520 But this was many years ago when I was still in my teens. I was 13, 14, something like that.
00:02:09.900 I was on the train on the way back from school and I saw next to me sat a younger guy.
00:02:15.040 He might have been 10 or so. Very chubby. He looked very unwell in his face.
00:02:20.560 I saw it on him even then. You know, you can see on someone they aren't particularly healthy.
00:02:24.640 And he cracked open a Coca-Cola. He started drinking it with almost a desperation in his eyes.
00:02:33.640 He just couldn't drink it fast enough. And ever since I saw that, I have been quite aversed to Coca-Cola.
00:02:43.580 So that is my own experience. Now in retrospect, when I think about it, I wish I could have helped the guy.
00:02:49.700 Now, of course, I didn't know the guy. I didn't talk to him. I just saw it.
00:02:53.260 The memory stuck with me. Can I do something about it now?
00:02:56.840 Maybe I can save some other people from not only drinking Coca-Cola, but, you know, having that mentality when it comes to food and drink, etc.
00:03:07.460 That you don't view your health as your primary priority, but you view your instant gratification.
00:03:14.100 So it's up to us, everyone who's watching this, if you have someone who still might drink Coca-Cola or similar products, talk to them.
00:03:25.480 Say it's not good for you. It's not good for your teeth. It's not good for your health. It's not good for anything.
00:03:30.380 So, yeah, it's up to us to show a better way.
00:03:34.720 No one told that guy, that young 10-year-old guy, that, you know, you shouldn't really do this.
00:03:39.540 You shouldn't engage in this sort of behavior.
00:03:44.220 Now, it might seem like a small thing, but it's connected to a lot of different things.
00:03:48.460 You have, as I always talk about, porn consumption.
00:03:51.360 I'm sure he also started watching porn not long after that, because it's so readily accessible.
00:03:57.480 Again, he has never had anyone who said, porn is bad.
00:04:01.320 So we need to be clear about this, that, you know, Coca-Cola bad, porn bad, marijuana bad.
00:04:07.880 I don't want to be all morally superior, but I'm just saying that you will live a better, happier, more fulfilling life if you cut out certain things,
00:04:17.400 such as Coca-Cola or instant gratification, porn, hard drugs.
00:04:24.260 And if you pursue a higher goal, such as in Temple of Iron, then you post physique with the boys on Gab every Friday.
00:04:31.780 It's a better way to live your life.
00:04:34.520 Now, also, on a last note about American cultural imperialism, there are good aspects of American culture and there are bad aspects.
00:04:42.020 So a bad aspect is Coca-Cola, that everyone drinks Coca-Cola all around the world.
00:04:47.400 It has to go, it has to stop immediately, then you have good American cultural things, such as wrestling as a part of your school experience.
00:04:57.680 This is definitely something, if I had the opportunity to decide over the Swedish school system,
00:05:03.540 I would definitely have wrestling as a part of your school experience, that all guys wrestle.
00:05:08.580 So more wrestling, less Coca-Cola, happier, healthier people, more productive people, overall better for everyone.
00:05:17.900 So anyway, stop drinking Coca-Cola, I think I've made my point now.
00:05:21.940 Now lastly, do check out all links in the description box below.
