00:00:00.800 Greetings my esteemed audience.
00:00:02.600 I'm yet again checking in from an absolutely beautiful Hyperborea, Skadi, be blessed.
00:00:09.040 Now I thought to respond to a somewhat commonly asked question and that is regarding what
00:00:15.640 sort of supplements I take.
00:00:17.820 So I will respond to that and I will also give the origin story to my own beloved Jotuname
00:00:23.760 Nutrition.
00:00:25.060 Now I have used supplements more specifically whey which isn't a supplement technically
00:00:30.680 speaking we'll get into this in a little while but I have used whey at least since I started
00:00:36.160 in the gym all these years ago, 14 years ago almost.
00:00:40.700 So yeah always been a main staple in my diet along with eggs and milk.
00:00:47.340 So those three always been with me.
00:00:50.980 Great stuff, great stuff indeed.
00:00:52.540 So anyway, as many of you probably know I did have sponsorships back in the day but
00:00:59.540 when I became more outspoken, when I joined the MetaPolitical cause for Mother Europe,
00:01:07.720 they were fast to drop me so I had to figure something out myself and in retrospect it was
00:01:15.740 a bit uncomfortable then losing a sponsorship but in retrospect it was one of the best things
00:01:20.880 that have ever happened to me because that forced me to create my own things and now
00:01:24.340 I can be totally in charge of the products myself and make them however I see fit and
00:01:30.640 of course I have a lot of help from my beautiful wife Yuli as well in this regard.
00:01:35.980 So yeah that feels absolutely great.
00:01:37.880 So thank you to all sponsors who did not want to work with me.
00:01:43.100 It was beneficial in the long run and now I have a supplement company I really enjoy running
00:01:50.560 and yeah it feels great in every way and yeah of course I have the Jotunheim whey as a main staple.
00:01:57.560 Now a lot cleaner and better than the normie brands I had before.
00:02:01.560 So anyway, on to the actual supplements I do take.
00:02:05.560 So yeah, whey, technically not a supplement, I view it as a food.
00:02:08.560 It is a food, it's literally milk.
00:02:10.560 So it's a dairy product in powder form.
00:02:13.560 So if you look at the ingredient list of Jotunheim natural whey, it's only milk.
00:02:19.560 So that's what it is, it's milk.
00:02:20.560 And then you can blend it together with some more milk.
00:02:23.560 You can throw in some raw eggs, some bananas, some frozen blueberries, some collagen.
00:02:27.560 And then you will have my standard smoothie that I drink every day.
00:02:33.560 So I made a video on it as well by the whey.
00:02:36.560 So do try it out, only if you have some good eggs of course.
00:02:40.560 Because it can be a bit dangerous if you don't have access to clean eggs.
00:02:44.560 But I drink raw eggs along with my whey.
00:02:46.560 It tastes great and feels great.
00:02:48.560 And yeah, you can feel on my energy levels here that I have absorbed my daily smoothie.
00:02:54.560 So anyway, first thing, whey.
00:02:57.560 Dairy products in general have been main staple for me throughout all my life.
00:03:02.560 You know, a lot of milk, yogurt and then whey.
00:03:05.560 So all of these blessings from Aldhumla, the great cosmic cow.
00:03:09.560 So I love cows and I thank cows.
00:03:12.560 I'm very thankful to cows for the strength and vigor they have given me through dairy products basically.
00:03:18.560 So milk and I use a lot of butter as well.
00:03:21.560 So my morning coffee, it's a teaspoon of butter, a teaspoon of coconut oil.
00:03:26.560 And then of course my gourmet coffee.
00:03:28.560 So that's the breakfast bulletproof coffee.
00:03:31.560 Great stuff, great stuff indeed.
00:03:33.560 Now of course if you are lactose intolerant, then yeah, you will have to make do with other protein sources.
00:03:40.560 But for me, as with my forefathers, heavily reliant on the blessings of the cow.
00:03:45.560 So for me, I Dairy Max, the main bulk of my calories, it comes from the sacred blessings of the cow.
00:03:56.560 Now something else, my second supplement, which also isn't quite a supplement, it's more of a food, and that is collagen.
00:04:04.560 Now of course you can eat bone broth, you should do it maybe once a week.
00:04:09.560 If you don't, then definitely do take collagen.
00:04:11.560 I take collagen every day in my smoothie, so a scoop of that along with two scoops of whey.
00:04:17.560 Again, you don't need to use collagen as a powder.
00:04:20.560 You can also use it, you can also drink bone broth if you have that as a standard thing in your diet.
00:04:27.560 If you don't, then definitely take collagen, no question about it at all.
00:04:31.560 So those are the first two things, technically not supplements, but I included them anyway.
00:04:37.560 So two things there, whey protein and collagen.
00:04:41.560 Then we have vitamin D, which you can of course get via the sun, you can get it via some good food as well.
00:04:47.560 But I've always supplemented with it ever since I was 22 or so, so almost as long as I have taken whey.
00:04:55.560 And that has been a good effect, especially on my immune system, so it's quite simple.
00:05:00.560 If you don't eat enough fat fish for example, or if you don't get enough sun, yeah, do take some vitamin D.
00:05:06.560 Really simple stuff there, not much more needs to be said about it.
00:05:10.560 Then of course during summer I don't take vitamin D, it's only when it's winter like this.
00:05:16.560 Then we have zinc, which is a good supplement to take if you are deficient in it.
00:05:21.560 And if you are deficient in it, it might negatively impact your testosterone.
00:05:25.560 So I did a blood test a few years back and my zinc was quite low and my testosterone wasn't as good as it could have been.
00:05:32.560 So this was back in 2017, so therefore I started supplementing with zinc to increase my zinc levels.
00:05:38.560 And that also I can only suppose increased my testosterone because in recent years my testosterone has been higher than it was back in 2017.
00:05:48.560 Then it can also positively impact your libido and also your immune system.
00:05:52.560 So zinc can be good to have at hand, you don't need to take it every day.
00:05:55.560 And if you are unsure if you need it or not, just take a blood test and see, okay, am I good with zinc or am I not good?
00:06:02.560 And then you supplement accordingly.
00:06:04.560 And by the way, this can be used to determine any supplement if you are unsure if you should take or not.
00:06:09.560 Moving on to vitamin C, I don't take vitamin C in supplement form because it's so easy to get via fruit,
00:06:15.560 and you should fruit max anyway, to acquire the esoteric knowledge of the Cathar pure ones.
00:06:22.560 Then we have creatine, it's a supplement that has stood the test of time.
00:06:26.560 You know, over multiple decades been proven in scientific studies to actually boost your athletic performance somewhat.
00:06:34.560 And it's all natural as well, so you won't have any ill effect on your hormonal system.
00:06:39.560 And this, by the way, I thought to mention it whenever we're talking about natural bodybuilding and everything like this.
00:06:44.560 So the recent supplements are okay.
00:06:47.560 Most supplements, of course, you can take too much of some things such as caffeine and it might negatively impact your sleep.
00:06:54.560 And that's, of course, not good.
00:06:56.560 But if we talk about the difference between steroids and supplements, it's, of course, that steroids, it alters your physiology
00:07:02.560 and negatively impacts your own hormonal production.
00:07:06.560 So be cautious.
00:07:08.560 When you're older, of course, if you have low testosterone, you might want some TRT or something like that, testosterone replacement therapy.
00:07:14.560 But when you're younger, do not do it.
00:07:17.560 It's not worth in the long run.
00:07:19.560 You can, as I've mentioned before, you can train naturally like myself and then you can rest on your laurels when you're older.
00:07:25.560 You can rest on the hard work you have done in previous years.
00:07:29.560 Now, of course, you still need to train.
00:07:31.560 But I say that I don't need to train as hard anymore because I've already built up my physique.
00:07:37.560 It's easier to maintain a good physique as long as you eat well and train every once in a while as well.
00:07:43.560 So great stuff, great stuff indeed.
00:07:45.560 And then we have some smaller supplements that might not be super important or necessary.
00:07:50.560 You can use them if you like.
00:07:52.560 I usually have some glycine in my tea at night instead of sugar.
00:07:56.560 And it has a few interesting studies as well, glycine, on health-related matters.
00:08:03.560 So you can check that out.
00:08:04.560 Then we have magnesium as well.
00:08:05.560 You can take some magnesium if you feel tired.
00:08:07.560 It's one of these things that, you know, help with basically everything.
00:08:11.560 Especially if you train hard, it can be good.
00:08:13.560 I use magnesium also.
00:08:14.560 Not a full teaspoon but maybe a quarter of a teaspoon along with the glycine in my tea as well.
00:08:20.560 So that was the list of supplements I take on a regular basis.
00:08:24.560 And of course the main thing I must note is that you have a good overall diet.
00:08:29.560 So make sure to eat a lot of eggs for example.
00:08:31.560 And dairy products in general, if you can tolerate it.
00:08:34.560 If you can't tolerate dairy products then you will have to eat other things, more meat.
00:08:39.560 And also something to keep in mind is that calcium and iron, they don't really go together.
00:08:44.560 So don't drink milk with meat, you have to separate them.
00:08:47.560 So separate your dairy intake and your iron intake.
00:08:50.560 Some meat and milk for example, you need to separate them.
00:08:52.560 So you can have a more dairy-based lunch.
00:08:56.560 And then you can have meat for dinner but don't mix them.
00:08:58.560 So they don't mug and cancel each other out.
00:09:01.560 Of course it doesn't, they don't cancel each other out completely.
00:09:04.560 But they can obstruct the absorption.
00:09:06.560 So you can keep some distance, some time between consuming the two.
00:09:10.560 But yeah, otherwise a lot of fruit of course.
00:09:12.560 And meat is also a superfood.
00:09:15.560 I might add eggs, superfood.
00:09:18.560 All manner of dairy, superfood.
00:09:20.560 Whey is a superfood.
00:09:22.560 I'm quite enthusiastic about it as you might note from my tone of voice.
00:09:26.560 But yeah, great stuff, great stuff indeed.
00:09:29.560 So anyway, hopefully that was useful.
00:09:32.560 And do of course check out all links in the description box below.
00:09:35.560 And you vote with your wallet.
00:09:38.560 So if you like my holy work, my metapolitical work, you can of course support me by getting said supplements via some of the links in the description box below.
00:09:47.560 And that is also a vote for my political views and a vote against everyone else's political views.
00:09:54.560 So the goal was always for me to have that supplement brand.
00:09:58.560 And being able to sponsor myself so that no one can say to me that, you know, we don't like your political views.
00:10:03.560 So we cancel you.
00:10:04.560 Now you can't cancel me because I have my own, I'm my own man.
00:10:08.560 So yeah, great stuff, great stuff.
00:10:11.560 So anyway, thank you for watching.
00:10:13.560 Thank you for your support.
00:10:14.560 XXO.
00:10:15.560 Boom.
