The Great America Show - AMERICA IS IN REALLY DEEP DEEP DEEP ECONOMIC TROUBLE SAYS STEVE BANNON

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, I'm Lou Dobbs, and welcome to The Great America Show, where we celebrate

00:00:05.520 daily the United States of America and our American way of life.

00:00:10.480 Glad to have you with us as we take on together the Marxist left Dems, who are masters of

00:00:15.880 this puppet president, Joe Biden, and his entire anti-American regime agenda and policies.

00:00:23.060 You'd think that Biden's approval rating and general poll numbers were in a burning trash 0.93

00:00:28.020 heap, and they are.

00:00:29.460 That's exactly why suddenly he's about to give away not just candy, but the entire candy

00:00:34.640 store to the erstwhile Democrat coalition that will decide the fate of the Democrat Party

00:00:40.900 in November.

00:00:42.020 The Marxist left, who pretend to be mere Democrats rather than the totalitarians that they actually

00:00:48.740 are, have gone full-on radical.

00:00:51.240 They've taken the Dems over a public opinion cliff that is high, steep, and rocky at the

00:00:57.180 bottom.

00:00:57.440 Never in the 21st century have we seen such disastrous poll numbers for a president and

00:01:04.280 a vice president, and never have such abysmal numbers been more deserved.

00:01:09.760 President Biden is quite simply an irredeemable failure as president. 0.98

00:01:14.700 His agenda is ludicrous, his rambling, incoherent, and he has no credibility even as a puppet, an 0.99

00:01:22.120 almost unimaginably low bar. 0.98

00:01:24.340 His vice president, Kamala Harris, is, if anything, even worse.

00:01:29.380 And she doesn't have the excuse of the ravages of aging and cognitive impairment, at least

00:01:35.520 from aging.

00:01:36.680 And the party that, by whatever means, put them in power is about to be punished severely 0.99

00:01:41.900 for their culpability in afflicting the nation with two such horrific, inept personages. 0.98

00:01:48.640 Of course, the Democrats deserve far greater punishment.

00:01:51.900 And if the polls are correct, the Republican Party will be, after the midterm elections, in

00:01:57.460 a position to inflict such deserved punishment of the Democrats for years to come.

00:02:02.860 The latest NPR and Marist poll shows what can only be described as contempt for Biden-Harris

00:02:10.160 policies and performance, but also an historical shift in voter preference that is ground-shaking

00:02:17.240 and great news for the Republic.

00:02:20.000 The two most profound and important shifts in that poll, in my opinion, come in the Hispanic

00:02:26.140 and under 45 categories, party preferences.

00:02:29.540 The Hispanic voters choosing the Republican Party by 52%, and voters under the age of 45 choosing

00:02:38.780 Republican candidates, 50%.

00:02:41.740 Those numbers speak thunderously to the probability of a wave election this fall, and it raises

00:02:48.680 the probability of a landslide for the Republicans.

00:02:52.240 As this economy is contracting, the capital markets are in upheaval, and inflation is soaring.

00:02:58.880 The electoral doom seems to be descending on the Dems.

00:03:03.200 Their puppet Biden presses ahead as if he were an emperor, though, rather than a transitional

00:03:08.200 figure.

00:03:09.240 Ordering Title 42 ended this month, which will throw our borders even further wide open, and

00:03:15.820 inviting a surge of some 7 to 8 million illegals over the next year.

00:03:20.600 And Biden also, at the same time, dismissing hundreds of billions of dollars in student

00:03:26.840 loan debt as if he had the authority to do so, which clearly he doesn't.

00:03:32.540 I'm delighted to welcome now to the show a truly great American, an outspoken patriot,

00:03:38.340 media warrior, and host of the Steve Bannon's War Room.

00:03:42.640 Steve Bannon.

00:03:43.520 Steve, great to have you with us here on The Great America Show.

00:03:47.980 Let me start with the economy.

00:03:51.140 This was a surprise, an actual shrinkage in the economy a quarter over a year ago.

00:04:00.000 And this is tough stuff.

00:04:03.200 Well, Lou, they say unexpected, but we've been talking about this, as you know, because you've

00:04:06.600 been a guest about as a bunch of a war room now.

00:04:08.340 At least, we started talking about stagflation back on Biden's phony inauguration day, but

00:04:13.860 really started calling the shot, Cortez and Navarro, myself in the summer, and kind of

00:04:18.180 we were talking about what quarter.

00:04:19.500 I was, quite frankly, to the first and second quarter, and these guys are to the third or

00:04:23.340 fourth.

00:04:23.700 They had said it.

00:04:24.160 So I don't think it's unexpected.

00:04:25.380 I think what people have to focus on what happened is that we are in serious, this is

00:04:30.420 beyond stagflation.

00:04:31.680 And I would call this Lou Dobbs' lesson about America that nobody wants to talk about.

00:04:38.340 Let's just go through some math for a second.

00:04:40.800 They had projected 1% growth for GDP.

00:04:43.260 Now, that's a walk down from where they were when they passed the $1.9 trillion American

00:04:49.040 recovery plan, and the collaborators of the Republican Party didn't work again on the

00:04:53.480 infrastructure bill.

00:04:54.680 These guys were all talking big talk.

00:04:56.500 You know, at one time in the summer, they were talking about 3%, 3.5%, 4% growth, big

00:05:00.280 time growth.

00:05:01.300 They've walked this number down to 1%.

00:05:03.200 The reason that we have negative growth in GDP, 1.4% negative growth, instead of 1% positive

00:05:11.780 growth, is because of trade.

00:05:14.060 We have 7% inflation.

00:05:16.320 Price increase is 7%.

00:05:17.660 But we've, I think, exports are down 5.9 trillion, and exports and imports are up 17.9%, and imports

00:05:30.020 are up 17.7%.

00:05:33.140 So once again, this is all driven by trade.

00:05:36.580 We have $1 trillion negative trade amounts.

00:05:39.300 Lou, they never want to talk about trade.

00:05:40.980 Everything that President Trump did on trade to try to get this, begin to get this sorted

00:05:45.920 out with China.

00:05:47.040 He had the big deal they walked away from in May 2019.

00:05:50.180 He got the skinny deal, which is going to be a phase one in January 2020.

00:05:55.060 The Biden administration has totally thrown that to the wind.

00:05:57.840 We have a $1 trillion trade deficit.

00:06:00.440 And we're looking at, you know, we're looking at a recession here that, in the beginning

00:06:06.240 of it, is that lethal combination of inflation, price increases at 7% and higher, and at the

00:06:13.340 same time, we're losing the core of our manufacturing base.

00:06:16.760 We're exporting less and importing so much more, and it's killing us.

00:06:20.580 I think 3.2% of the negative GDP are just related to trade balances alone.

00:06:26.500 This is the gospel of Lou Dobbs that you have preached for 30 or 40 years.

00:06:32.080 Now you're seeing an illusion.

00:06:33.440 No, this is not easy to turn around.

00:06:35.800 That was the miracle of Donald J. Trump.

00:06:37.820 That was the miracle of Trump's economic program with the tariffs, the protectionism, and bringing

00:06:42.600 jobs back to the United States.

00:06:45.320 This is the beginning of a very, very serious economic downturn for the United States.

00:06:50.480 Deutsche Bank came out yesterday with a report that said, we are in for a major recession

00:06:55.220 in the West, and particularly in the United States.

00:06:58.020 So I got to tell folks, elections have consequences.

00:07:01.480 Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.

00:07:04.880 Well, there's certainly no doubt about the catastrophe that has ensued from the election

00:07:09.640 in 2020.

00:07:11.120 Biden has not only been worse than imagined.

00:07:15.860 He is a Marxist leftist in the White House, a puppet president with masters who are even

00:07:25.100 more Marxist left than he is.

00:07:27.560 I can't think of a single issue in which this president has taken a policy position that is

00:07:35.100 not destructive of American issues, whether it's foreign policy, domestic policy, whether

00:07:40.160 it's fiscal or monetary policy related.

00:07:42.560 You talked about manufacturing.

00:07:45.180 This is an economy that was set up.

00:07:49.520 Donald Trump had created a foundation for prosperity to run, I truly believe, for at least

00:07:57.140 two decades in this country.

00:07:59.060 And this administration has devastated that foundation.

00:08:03.500 And in fact, I don't know how we write this ship right now, because we don't have sufficient

00:08:10.260 margin to manage the economy in any fashion.

00:08:14.840 This is OK.

00:08:16.100 So you remember back in the 70s, I mean, you were reporting this.

00:08:18.820 And when we had the last time we had runaway inflation with a recession, which is this lethal

00:08:24.700 thing called stagflation.

00:08:26.060 Right.

00:08:26.340 It took a Ronald Reagan and a Paul Volcker.

00:08:28.360 It took two men of enormous stature and political courage.

00:08:33.480 And we had the balance sheet to do it.

00:08:35.320 I mean, think about it for a second, Lou.

00:08:36.940 In the trade area, exports in one quarter fell almost 6 percent, and imports are up almost

00:08:42.580 18 percent.

00:08:44.180 3.2 percent on your GDP just on trade.

00:08:47.320 This shows you how endemic and systemic this is with prices going up.

00:08:51.420 And we don't have the balance sheet.

00:08:52.760 What the Uniparty has wanted to do is just use the Federal Reserve to print more, do more

00:08:59.760 quantitative easing, to juice the system more, to jack up asset prices.

00:09:04.280 At the same time, on the fiscal side, they just continue to spend and spend and spend.

00:09:09.780 And those days are over.

00:09:10.920 We literally don't have the balance sheet we used to have.

00:09:14.000 We don't have the financial flexibility we used to have.

00:09:17.180 We are jamming ourselves in the corner that it's only going to take tough medicine to get

00:09:21.780 out.

00:09:22.040 And I'm not sure there's any politician out there until we get Trump back that has the

00:09:26.660 really the stones to sit there and tell the American people, this is what we have to do.

00:09:31.020 We are in a terrible situation.

00:09:33.060 And to show you how feckless these people are, they sat there and go, and they said, oh, this

00:09:36.840 is all unexpected.

00:09:37.840 This is unexpected.

00:09:38.960 They didn't think through the results of the policies they were putting in place.

00:09:44.060 And here we are where we are.

00:09:45.420 And I got to tell you, America, we are in deep, deep, deep financial, economic trouble.

00:09:53.280 And Biden's latest poll numbers, we're looking at a highly unpopular president with these

00:10:01.600 policies and these failures one after another.

00:10:04.700 But the good news is, I've got some good news, Steve.

00:10:08.280 The Department of Homeland Security under Mayorkas, they're going to be in charge of a ministry

00:10:15.680 of truth, which should assure us a terrifically secure election, one of great integrity.

00:10:25.720 Aren't you just thrilled at this idea that we would have this Kafkaesque agency aborning

00:10:33.640 in the Homeland Security Department of all places?

00:10:37.580 You know, Lou, I'm a big believer that there are no conspiracies.

00:10:41.460 But I also say there are no coincidences.

00:10:43.560 And it just strikes me as interesting in the very moment that Elon Musk makes a move on Twitter,

00:10:52.080 right, to take over Twitter, at the very moment that Mayorkas now has to, there's all kind

00:10:57.060 of articles in Axios that he's going to be impeached, the first going to impeach because

00:11:00.740 of the invasion on the southern border.

00:11:02.380 At the very moment he has to go to Capitol Hill and start defending his lack of a plan,

00:11:06.960 they announce what they're really working on.

00:11:09.200 And that's an information ministry, a ministry of truth over at DHS.

00:11:12.480 I mean, it's just not Kafkaesque. 1.00

00:11:15.240 It's actually, it's so stupid. 1.00

00:11:18.600 They think the American people can buy this now. 1.00

00:11:20.560 That shows you their arrogance and their hubris.

00:11:22.900 But, you know, here's the thing.

00:11:25.380 They can have all the ministries of information they want.

00:11:28.020 They have all the ministries of disinformation they want.

00:11:30.540 They can't hide from brutal facts.

00:11:33.580 And the brutal facts are we have a massive invasion on our southern border.

00:11:37.760 We have a $1 trillion trade imbalance that's getting worse and actually financing our enemy

00:11:44.800 in the Chinese Communist Party.

00:11:46.800 We have an economy that's imploding.

00:11:48.940 We have inflation that's run away.

00:11:50.820 We have major geopolitical mistakes in Europe right now.

00:11:56.640 There's not one area that these people have touched that they have not shown their incompetence,

00:12:03.000 their fecklessness, their radicalness.

00:12:05.820 And quite frankly, they're anti-Americanists.

00:12:07.900 So it is the ministry of information.

00:12:11.180 I can imagine over there in the White House and over the administration, when everything you touch, it turns out to be every effort you make is 10 times.

00:12:22.740 The situation becomes 10 times worse than it was that you're going to try to now suppress information.

00:12:27.600 But I hate to tell them it's just not going to work.

00:12:29.900 I think in this instance, there is a conspiracy, though, Steve, if I may.

00:12:35.620 I agree with you in general.

00:12:37.900 There are very few coincidences.

00:12:41.420 This is not coincidental.

00:12:43.020 And this is a conspiracy.

00:12:44.560 I truly believe it.

00:12:45.980 You know how difficult it is to manage government.

00:12:49.200 You were an important part of the Trump administration, a chief strategist.

00:12:53.620 And you know how difficult it is to get the entire government moving, a whole of government moving on an issue.

00:13:00.620 We are watching every agency fall in line with this Marxist, almost nihilist ideology of this White House to a person.

00:13:14.920 There is no difference.

00:13:17.400 There is no dissent.

00:13:18.580 There is no dissonance among these agencies over the focus to destroy the country.

00:13:25.960 This is an anti-American government right now.

00:13:29.540 And the levers of power are in the president's hands, of course. 0.94

00:13:33.320 But he is a puppet president.

00:13:35.060 And he is there simply to have his strings pulled in the direction that the Marxist leftist cabal, that is the management committee, if you will, of the White House now, wants to take the nation. 0.84

00:13:46.960 And it's an ugly, ugly direction we're headed in, isn't it?

00:13:50.500 I think you're 100% correct.

00:13:52.280 I mean, I think this is the dangerous – and we're in such a dangerous time.

00:13:57.260 I think one of the reasons it's such a dangerous time is that this couldn't just happen by incompetence.

00:14:03.860 Like, let's take Mayorkas in the border. 1.00

00:14:06.840 It's a very well-thought-through plan about how to exacerbate – this is why I keep saying it will be the first article of impeachment, how to initiate an exacerbate.

00:14:14.040 And by this, we've had our reporters down in Panama outside the Darien Gap.

00:14:18.960 We had them down in the spring, in the summer, and we just sent them back there.

00:14:22.160 And the Panamanians talk about – you know, Mayorkas was down there a month ago with five Black Hawk helicopters.

00:14:27.720 He was down there to talk about working with the governments for what they call controlled flow.

00:14:32.040 And that controlled flow, there's no efforts to stop the people coming through the Darien Gap from Latin America, which is now, I think, 80 nations of the world.

00:14:40.300 It's a controlled flow to get them up to the northern border of Mexico and the southern border of the United States the quickest.

00:14:47.440 This is where they are systematically working on exacerbating the flow of people across our southern border.

00:14:55.640 And so – and I think that's where it will be the first article of impeachment, the high clumps.

00:14:59.860 I think you're right.

00:15:01.520 I think you would be well taken, that impeachment.

00:15:06.400 But we're looking at 2 million, 2.4 million of already in Biden's presidency, 2.4 million illegal immigrants have entered the country.

00:15:18.720 Mark Morgan says 1.6 million of those have been distributed across the country without so much as a howdy-do or fare-the-well.

00:15:26.680 And we don't know where they are, how much money is being spent, what the purpose is.

00:15:32.340 But I do see an election is approaching, so I have a cynical thought of what the purpose could be.

00:15:40.840 And we're going to be looking at 5 to 7 million more as a result of the Title 42 dismissal come May 23rd.

00:15:49.980 It's obvious.

00:15:51.580 Look, before we get to Ukraine, this is the border that you've talked about.

00:15:55.060 You know, Kamala Harris goes over to Ukraine or goes over to Poland and comes back to Hungary and comes back and talks about Ukraine,

00:16:02.160 that we've got to support Ukraine because it's about their sovereignty and their territorial integrity and the self-determination of the Ukrainian people.

00:16:09.960 Well, we're not seeing that on the southern border of the United States.

00:16:13.380 This is an invasion.

00:16:14.320 This is not like – we've had a crisis on the border now for 20, 25 years.

00:16:17.760 This is beyond a crisis.

00:16:18.860 This is beyond a calamity.

00:16:20.100 This is beyond a catastrophe.

00:16:22.120 This is an invasion.

00:16:23.220 Remember, every month, now with the 18,000 coming, it'll be 5 or 6 million.

00:16:29.100 But just every month since Biden's been the illegitimate president, ever since he's occupied 1,600 Pennsylvania Avenue, on average, 156,000 to 160,000 illegals have come across the border into the United States to remain.

00:16:44.880 That is more people than landed at Normandy on D-Day.

00:16:49.140 So every month, we're getting a D-Day-like invasion that remains in the country, and they're doing this on purpose.

00:16:56.020 They want the votes.

00:16:57.260 The Republican establishment wants the cheap labor, and now it's coming to beyond a crisis.

00:17:02.760 It has to be addressed.

00:17:04.420 And the biggest supporters we have are working-class Hispanics in South Texas, southern Arizona, and the Rio Grande Valley that have had their lives destroyed because of this and had the labor pool diluted because of this.

00:17:17.000 So this is why this coalition, this inclusive nationalism that we've been fighting for, this participatory populism, is now ascendant.

00:17:24.700 But it has taken this administration in all its malfeasance to get us here.

00:17:31.680 It is quite an era in which we live.

00:17:37.140 And I have to just comment before turning to Ukraine, to Dick Durbin and Senator Tillis, a ultra-leftist and a rhino liberal, to work out an amnesty program for illegals in this country.

00:17:56.060 That's a priority right now on the rhino side of the Republican Party and the extreme left of the Democratic Party. 0.88

00:18:04.440 It's sickening to watch.

00:18:06.680 These are two – this is not a negotiation.

00:18:10.080 This would be just tell Senator Tillis what you want and it'll be done.

00:18:14.260 Thank you, Senator Mitch McConnell, majority leader.

00:18:17.740 It's exactly opposite what Hispanic voters want. 0.99

00:18:20.560 They don't want amnesty.

00:18:21.500 What they want is security.

00:18:22.600 They want economic security.

00:18:23.780 They want stability.

00:18:25.000 They want the end to the anarchy and chaos and, quite frankly, the competition for both working-class jobs and middle-class jobs.

00:18:31.380 This is not what people want.

00:18:32.500 This is what the establishment wants.

00:18:34.400 Tillis wouldn't be doing this exactly right if Mitch McConnell didn't give him the go-ahead.

00:18:38.540 And I want everybody in the Great America Show audience, everybody that gave money to Tillis, when he was begging for money, when he was begging for support, when all the great people down in the Tar Heel State to walk precincts for him and knock on doors, this is exactly what he's got.

00:18:54.080 But Tillis has got to understand something.

00:18:55.920 Just as you're going to go to civilian life, whatever the law firm he goes to work for, whatever he's going to work for, we're going to protest.

00:19:01.300 We're going to stop this.

00:19:02.800 There's not going to be an amnesty.

00:19:05.100 We will not allow it.

00:19:06.820 OK?

00:19:07.300 This is not going to happen when our country's in a crisis.

00:19:10.160 But it shows you the lack of character.

00:19:13.280 I keep saying we've won election after election after election with Republicans on the back of the American working people and the hardworking people in the Republican Party, the voters, the deplorables.

00:19:25.300 And Tillis is exactly the type of trader you get.

00:19:29.260 You work like crazy for the guy, and he's all big talk when he's running.

00:19:33.480 He gets up here, and he's now, before he's leaving, he's retired.

00:19:36.780 And what he's trying to do is get the biggest payday he can get as a lobbyist.

00:19:40.420 And what he wants to do is to have payoffs for all these big corporations.

00:19:44.900 And what he wants to do is more cheap labor.

00:19:47.080 And that's what he's working on.

00:19:48.200 And he's going to have to face the consequences of this.

00:19:51.540 Steve Bannon telling it exactly like it is.

00:19:55.440 Steve, I want to turn, again, I agree with you 100%.

00:19:58.920 I want to turn to $33 billion that President Biden needs to support Ukraine.

00:20:05.960 And I also love the fact that Vladimir Zelensky telling Austin Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and our Secretary of State Blinken, don't come to visit me with empty hands.

00:20:24.780 This is a man that either has something on the Biden administration or has chutzpah that's almost unheard of in unheard of quantities.

00:20:36.500 Your reaction to $33 billion straight away for Ukraine? 0.91

00:20:42.100 It's disgusting.

00:20:43.400 Let's just remember Brown University. 0.61

00:20:46.080 They have a center there for the study of war.

00:20:49.780 And Brown University, ladies and gentlemen, is not the Lou Dobbs show and not War Room, okay?

00:20:54.120 They have a slightly different take on things.

00:20:56.760 Their assessment of our fiascos in the Middle East, the Iraq War and the Afghanistan War, was $9 trillion that's spent or obligated.

00:21:06.500 $9 trillion spent over those 20 years.

00:21:09.780 We have 8,000 dead American men and women service members.

00:21:13.860 We have another 50,000 wounded.

00:21:16.360 We have, what, 20 suicides a day.

00:21:18.360 We have PTSD with these young people everywhere. 0.99

00:21:20.600 And we lost two countries and, quite frankly, a big part of the Middle East, $9 trillion.

00:21:27.040 Afghanistan, which I fought when I was in the Trump administration, remaining there any longer, but having a smart long-term plan to get out, but have a date you get out and get out and leave, not just with dignity, but with something that was there worth the fight.

00:21:40.160 The Pentagon lied to us and told us to take us $10 billion a year, and we said it would take $50 billion a year.

00:21:46.420 It took $50 billion.

00:21:47.780 What you're seeing in the Ukraine is disgusting.

00:21:51.300 With our economy shattered, with our trade base or with our manufacturing base, it's all gone to China, with no great high-paying jobs for people.

00:22:00.920 There have been $33 billion just for the next five months.

00:22:03.760 By Europe, by today, it's announced that the Russians have made two times their money on oil revenues because they're putting it to the Europeans.

00:22:13.880 The Europeans are still buying all the natural gas.

00:22:16.700 They haven't backed off.

00:22:17.740 Now the Russians are making them pay in rubles, and they're going to pay in rubles. 0.66

00:22:20.300 The Europeans are now paying enough to defend themselves. 0.75

00:22:23.420 They're still buying Russian natural gas and financing Putin and his henchmen, and now the oligarchs are making more money, and they want us.

00:22:32.000 So Europe's paying more, right?

00:22:34.300 They're not changing their lifestyles at all.

00:22:36.240 The Russians are making more. 0.99

00:22:38.100 The Europeans come to still sell the Russians' arms.

00:22:41.460 The Europeans refuse to meet the 2% of GDP per NATO country to defend themselves.

00:22:46.460 Yet the American taxpayer has to come up with $33 billion just for five months.

00:22:52.500 How about this for a plan?

00:22:53.900 You get nothing, okay?

00:22:55.700 Here's what we should do.

00:22:57.220 The third most corrupt nation on earth by the people that do the analysis of that is Ukraine.

00:23:03.100 The seventh most corrupt nation on earth is Russia. 0.54

00:23:06.780 The Ukraine has wealthier oligarchs than Russia, and they've been stealing American money that's been going in there for a decade.

00:23:15.140 Here's number one.

00:23:16.380 Before we send a penny, we want every oligarch in Ukraine stripped of every asset they have, all their bank accounts frozen, all their yachts stolen.

00:23:26.900 We want all those billions of dollars put in first.

00:23:29.580 Once that's put in, okay, then we go to phase two.

00:23:32.400 Phase two, the delta between the 33 and what they take from the oligarchs has to come from Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Sweden.

00:23:41.780 Norway's got a trillion dollar oil fund.

00:23:44.320 The Europeans have to pay for this. 0.99

00:23:46.560 The United States should not put in one penny.

00:23:48.540 And I will tell you, any Republican that votes for this at all or supports one penny of this should be primered and should be removed from office.

00:23:56.880 Here's the amount of money we should put forward to Ukraine right now.

00:24:00.140 Zero.

00:24:00.580 Okay, the Ukrainian oligarchs are to come in first with their tens of billions of dollars they've stolen.

00:24:06.360 That ought to go in and then the European countries, starting with Germany.

00:24:10.000 Germany should pay first. 1.00

00:24:11.160 The rest of them should follow.

00:24:12.280 And then get back to us next year, and we'll see where we are.

00:24:15.820 But we have 40 Republican senators, as you well know, Steve, who signed a letter to Biden saying, put up the no-fly zone, which is a red line for Vladimir Putin.

00:24:30.080 He has told everyone, and 40 senators, including the genius Mitt Romney and Lindsey Graham, they want to go start a war with Russia.

00:24:40.000 There is a – you can just feel the cadence quickening in the Republican Party.

00:24:47.360 They want with Joe Biden to start a war that they can have for their very own right now.

00:24:55.680 I truly believe it, and I truly believe we've got to watch them like hawks to do whatever we can to stop them.

00:25:02.920 The ignorance is palpable.

00:25:05.140 The direction, unfortunately, I think, is becoming clear.

00:25:09.380 That's what they're trying to provoke.

00:25:11.460 What do you think?

00:25:13.000 I think 100%.

00:25:14.160 I think these chicken hawks that are tied to the defense industry – and by the way, if we ever allocated any arms at all, which I'm adamant that we should not, but if we do that, because I think that's an escalation and we want to de-escalate. 0.68

00:25:28.220 But if we do, it should be guaranteed they come with no profit margin from the companies at all.

00:25:32.940 They should be bought at cost from the defense manufacturer.

00:25:35.480 Make sure nobody's making money on this.

00:25:37.840 Okay?

00:25:38.040 No.

00:25:38.480 You have people that are egging on right now with the existential threat of the Chinese Communist Party.

00:25:43.500 There's not one mention on Capitol Hill at 400 million people in China in hard lockdown.

00:25:49.140 We haven't demanded we get into the Wuhan lab.

00:25:51.520 We haven't demanded any information about this virus from the Chinese Communist Party or the People's Liberation Army.

00:25:57.440 We have more people in hard lockdown in basically the eastern side of China than is the population of the entire United States.

00:26:07.360 And you don't hear anything from the Biden administration.

00:26:09.460 You don't hear anything from the mainstream media.

00:26:11.160 Yet they're maniacally focused on the Russian-speaking eastern border of Ukraine in the middle of the Russian landmass.

00:26:18.580 This has to be stopped.

00:26:19.940 And any Republican, including Mitt Romney, anybody that pushes this forward has to be held accountable for it.

00:26:26.280 Amen.

00:26:30.000 Steve Bannon, Bannon's War Room.

00:26:32.180 Steve Bannon, Xavier, a great friend, a great American, and I really, really appreciate you being with us here today.

00:26:40.840 If I can make one more question, and I do think we need to do this, I think because what we saw in the GDP today, in the fact that enough people don't talk about it, particularly now that President Trump is getting ready for a win the presidency the third time, right?

00:26:57.020 Right.

00:26:57.500 Your talks on the trade, your talks on the trade balance, this, the reason it was unexpected, we called it, but the reason it was unexpected, the mainstream media and the White House, they don't focus on trade imbalances.

00:27:09.020 They've never taken it seriously.

00:27:10.840 You told us for decades and decades and decades, this is what's stripping America of its wealth, this is what's stripping America of its opportunity, this is what's stripping America of its jobs, and this is what's stripping the American working family of not just jobs but careers and futures.

00:27:27.140 We need to hear Lou Dobbs more on this trade because I've got to tell you, Lou, this trade is about to spin out.

00:27:32.440 We have a $1 trillion trade deficit with our mortal enemies, the Chinese Communist Party. 0.98

00:27:38.440 We're essentially financing our mortal enemies, and this is going to end very badly.

00:27:43.040 And if I can make one request from a huge fan and remember your audience, we need more Lou Dobbs on trade because it's the only way we're going to understand what are the policies we need to get ourselves out of here.

00:27:54.940 As a matter of fact, as you well know, I love talking economics and particularly trade because it is such an important issue, and we were so close. 0.98

00:28:08.000 The Trump administration had laid the foundation for balanced global trade, and these idiots, spoiler, but now it's even worse than ever. 0.98

00:28:21.020 So, Steve Bannon, thanks so much for being with us. 0.99

00:28:23.680 We really appreciate it.

00:28:24.760 Thank you, my friend.

00:28:26.320 Lou, love doing the show.

00:28:27.560 Thank you very much.

00:28:28.240 Honored to be on.

00:28:28.740 We're honored to have Steve Bannon with us.

00:28:31.660 Tomorrow, our guest will be Congressman Jim Jordan, a great patriot who's been making a difference since the day he arrived in Washington, D.C.

00:28:41.160 We'll be taking up the left's war on the American right and the Biden regime's bizarre and destructive agenda and behavior.

00:28:49.960 That's here tomorrow.

00:28:51.500 Please be with us.

00:28:52.600 Till then, thanks, everybody, and God bless you, and God bless America.

00:28:58.740 Thank you.
