00:00:45.420 Capitol itself. Four protesters died that day. A U.S. Capitol Police Department officer shot and killed

00:00:53.220 Ashley Babbitt at point-blank range as she tried to enter the House lobby through a shattered glass

00:00:59.800 door. Lieutenant Michael Byrd, whose identity was kept secret from the American people for months,

00:01:06.920 said he had no idea whether Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, was armed or not. She was not armed,

00:01:14.780 and she was not threatening anyone. She was trespassing and obviously caught up in the moment,

00:01:21.040 but no one who has watched the video of her senseless, tragic death believed she deserved to be shot,

00:01:29.200 let alone killed. Roseanne Boylan died that day as well, outside the Capitol. She was in the back of

00:01:36.760 a MAGA crowd just watching all that was going on, and then the police, no one seems to know why,

00:01:44.100 decided to gas the crowd, and the crowd turned and ran as they fired. Boylan was

00:01:51.020 knocked to the ground as were lots of others, and one person who fell next to her said they couldn't

00:01:57.020 get up, caught in the crush. But she was seriously injured, and she died holding the hand of the man

00:02:04.080 next to her. Her cause of death? We'll get to that today. Our guest is Julie Kelly, author of January 6th,

00:03:02.520 Well, Lou, there are two huge cover-ups happening related to January 6th. Number one is the

00:03:08.900 involvement of federal agencies, more specifically the FBI, who they infiltrated, what they did months

00:03:15.120 before January 6th, and of course on that day. We will eventually find out, but it will be a long

00:03:21.380 time coming. The other major cover-up and scandal is the death of four Trump supporters that day,

00:03:28.300 all four either directly caused or was contributed by the excessive force and misconduct by Capitol

00:03:37.500 Police and D.C. Metro Police. We already know that Ashley Babbitt, an unarmed veteran who posed no

00:03:43.280 threat to anyone, was shot and killed almost at point-blank range by Lieutenant Michael Byrd,

00:03:48.160 whose name was covered up by the media and Capitol Police for months before we found out who he was.

00:03:53.780 And now there is new body cam video that shows what happened to Roseanne Boylan, a 34-year-old Trump 0.97

00:04:01.420 supporter from Georgia who was killed mostly by what police were doing to protesters that day. And

00:04:10.580 there's new video out. I posted it on Twitter. I posted it on Truth Social. I'll post it on Getter.

00:04:15.340 But, Lou, this is a major scandal, and the media is covering it up. The Democrats, certainly the

00:04:23.180 January 6th committee, is not exposing what happened. But this is absolutely horrific and tragic what

00:04:31.580 happened to both Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boylan, and the two other men who died that day.

00:04:35.900 And you have video of the police officer beating her, and I mean absolutely wailing on her as it's

00:04:48.920 happening and from several angles, right? There are. And I've been reporting on this for months,

00:05:31.780 that, Lou. Our pleasure. So, what happened that day was excessive misconduct and excessive force

00:05:40.420 by police officers for hours. What happened to Roseanne Boylan, and she died two hours after Ashley

00:05:46.860 Babbitt was executed. Lou, there was no reason for police to be doing what they were doing to protesters

00:05:53.300 at 4.30 in the afternoon. The building had been evacuated. No one was inside the Capitol. There

00:05:59.320 was no threat. What they did, Lou, is lured people into this tunnel, gassed them with this noxious gas.

00:06:06.780 We still don't know the identity of it, but eyewitness accounts said it caused people to actually pass out,

00:06:12.540 not be able to breathe. This was happening to Roseanne at that point. The same time, you had this

00:06:18.660 massive wall of D.C. and Capitol Police who shoved these protesters backwards outside of this tunnel

00:06:26.680 as they were gassing them in this enclosed area. Roseanne Boylan fell. She was trampled

00:06:33.280 after being gassed, and then as she laid on the ground, lifeless, at about 4.25 that afternoon,

00:06:41.840 you now see video confirmed of Lila Morris, a D.C. Capitol Police officer, beating Roseanne Boylan's

00:06:49.360 probably dead body at that point with a nightstick in her chest and on her head as she laid on the 0.99

00:06:57.080 ground motionless as people were begging for help and also fighting police officers who are not doing

00:07:03.620 anything. And of course, this one officer who is beating her. And we know the identity of that

00:07:09.940 officer. We, I'm sure, will learn the identity of those around who did nothing. But this is,

00:07:17.560 as you have reported, I mean, this is not an, unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident.

00:07:24.380 Her death is among four. But we saw this kind of brutality on the part of the police,

00:07:33.580 including flashbang grenades going off and amongst protesters and demonstrators who were doing

00:07:41.140 nothing at the time. To see these officers with those big gas masks on, you're wondering what the

00:07:48.620 world, why do they have that on? Because there's, there's no, there's no gas. And this, this just

00:07:56.000 looks, it looks like a scene out of something at Tenement Square or in Hong Kong demonstrations.

00:08:03.260 The brutality of the police is un-American and it's despicable. And it, as you say, it's a cover-up

00:08:11.580 and no one, no one make any mistake. The Washington Post is doing nothing. The, the networks are doing

00:08:21.220 nothing about this story. Julie Kelly is at the forefront of the reporting on this story. She's

00:08:27.840 doing a great job, but this is a story that should, they should be flooding the zone from every news

00:08:35.540 outlet in Washington, D.C. and certainly the Washington Post, because this is ignorance and

00:08:42.200 violence, brutality against American citizens. And, you know, they can be damned that they can 0.55

00:08:51.200 Capitol Police. No, this is not about police. This is about a bunch of thugs who lost their minds.

00:09:14.060 officer, Lila Morris now, who is on camera viciously beating Roseanne Boylan. I think she was 0.99

00:09:26.660 riots at Lafayette square outside of the white house, where you had white police officers shooting

00:09:32.240 at black protesters or beating them, or in another instance, I wrote about a woman named Victoria White.

00:09:39.820 She was repeatedly beaten on the head by two D.C. Metro police officers in the tunnel. There's 0.53

00:09:46.040 surveillance video to prove this. And when he dropped his baton, he started punching Victoria

00:09:51.260 White in the face. We are talking about police brutality on a scale we have not seen in the 0.76

00:09:58.800 public square in years, probably. But to your point, the Washington Post, New York Times, CNN,

00:10:05.080 MSNBC, the January 6th committee, no, even Republicans, Lou, they have no interest in exposing

00:10:11.760 the murder, basically, of at least two and probably the two other men who died of heart failure at

00:10:19.480 around two o'clock that day after police were throwing flashbangs into the crowd, caused heart

00:10:25.080 attacks in these two men, and were carted off by paramedics. This was before Ashley Babbitt was shot.

00:10:32.560 Oh, yeah. I just, as you talked about the issue of race in this conflict, I'm thinking back to George

00:10:40.920 Floyd and those police officers. The entire country saw those, that video. And I think we need to talk

00:10:48.100 about this a bit as we, as we discuss what happened that day and to whom, and who were the perpetrators.

00:10:57.080 We saw a video of that. And right now, the Biden administration itself is locking down this video.

00:11:05.380 Is that correct? That's right. So there's 14,000. Tell us about that. Right. So there's 14,000 hours

00:11:10.620 of surveillance video that was captured by Capitol Police security cameras between noon and eight

00:11:15.920 o'clock on January 6th from every angle inside and outside the building around the entire Capitol

00:11:21.900 complex, really. All of that video is under protective order. The DOJ has classified it as highly sensitive

00:11:29.280 government material. Lou, even 30 and 45 second clips that are used in these various prosecutions

00:11:37.300 are under protective orders. Now, why is that? If this was a horrific terror attack comparable to 9-11

00:11:44.160 or the Oklahoma City bombing, wouldn't, don't, doesn't the public deserve to see this? Why is it under

00:11:50.620 protective orders? Open up all the video. Let us see exactly what happened. But Lou, when you see this new video

00:11:57.260 that's out today about Roseanne Boylan, now this is body-worn camera footage, some of it is surveillance

00:12:02.840 video, you see exactly why they don't want this out. Because they do not want to see, and these are not

00:12:08.760 police officers, these are jack-booted thugs at the direction of Nancy Pelosi and Muriel Bowser,

00:12:15.940 the D.C. mayor. They had their marching orders. That's why they denied National Guardsmen additional 0.85

00:12:21.500 requests for National Guardsmen and offers by the president. Because they didn't want Guardsmen there

00:12:26.840 looking at Capitol and D.C. Metro Police and saying, why are you throwing sting balls with rubber bullets

00:12:32.200 into a crowd of peaceful Americans outside of the building? Why are you dousing them with chemical

00:12:38.100 spray? Why are you using rifles that are deploying pepper balls, which emits this gas as soon as it hits

00:12:44.440 the ground? Why are you punching and shoving and pushing them off of ledges? Those guardsmen would

00:12:50.420 have been there as some type of protection for the Americans who are being attacked by these alleged

00:12:57.320 police officers. They are not. They were clad head-to-toe in riot gear. You cannot even see the faces of

00:13:06.020 these men. They had helmets. They had full gas masks on. They had gloves on. They had boots on. They had knee

00:13:13.320 pads on. They had batons. Why were they dressed like that? For what? They are the ones that provoked the

00:13:22.140 violence and the death on January 6th, not the Trump supporters, D.C. and Capitol Police. And now we have

00:13:28.420 more evidence today of exactly what these ghouls, these monsters did to at least Roseanne Boylan that afternoon. 0.81

00:13:37.140 It is sickening to watch, I will tell you. And I'm going to, at the same time, I'm telling you how sickening it is 0.86

00:14:30.740 they were doing. Beating people brutally, uh, uh, carrying on, uh, as I really, uh, I've never seen

00:14:38.140 a police department, uh, operate. It was sickening, um, and to kill it. Tell us about the other deaths, 0.98

00:14:46.560 Julie, uh, because it is, it is just a, a national tragedy, but there's another national tragedy

00:14:54.800 unfolding. And that is, as you say, the cover up and, and the fact that they're trying to protect those

00:15:02.380 who were actually in that day murderers. And let's, let's, before I get into that, Lila Morris

00:15:10.440 has been exonerated by the DC Metro police officer. Lila Morris was honored at the Super Bowl with

00:15:18.540 officer Michael Fanone and the other cops who were involved in this hope and not hoax, this inside job

00:15:26.860 where the cops were the bad guys. She was honored. These are the people who have been awarded

00:15:33.360 congressional medals of honor for what they did on January 6th. So everyone is in cahoots, including

00:15:40.680 congressional Republicans who have touted these two agencies as national heroes, never even mentioning

00:15:48.280 the name of Ashley Babbitt, let alone Roseanne Boylan, let alone Kevin Greeson and Benjamin Phillips.

00:15:54.700 The two men who died of heart failure, heart attack, cardiac arrest around two o'clock that afternoon

00:16:01.540 after suffering these events, when flash bangs, which is this powerful mob control device hits the ground

00:16:10.080 and it's a large bang and it's a large flash of light. DC Metro police were throwing, and this is confirmed

00:16:18.140 by their chief, by the way, throwing something called sting balls into the crowd. When it hits the ground,

00:16:24.400 it emits rubber bullets. That's why you see people bleeding outside the building. No one was trying

00:16:29.880 to get in. These are people who walked over after Trump's speech. This was after two o'clock after the

00:16:36.880 first breach. A lot of people didn't even understand that people, some people had broken through a window to

00:16:42.060 get inside. They were just there to see what was happening at the Capitol. Trump told them to go there.

00:16:46.560 They thought something miraculous might happen that afternoon, and the police started attacking them.

00:16:51.800 These two men both died of cardiac events. They were tried to, protesters around them tried to save them.

00:16:58.720 There's video of one man being carried off on a bike rack because there were no first responders there to help.

00:17:05.880 And by the way, Lou, all of this is confirmed in a video that DC first responders put together

00:17:12.040 that explained. Now, they were trying to look like the heroes, but they actually looked like part of the

00:17:17.020 cover-up because these paramedics, fire department officials, et cetera, talk about how they encounter

00:17:24.260 these four fatalities, including Ashley Babbitt that day. So all of this is confirmed, not just by video

00:17:31.140 and eyewitness accounts, but by the first responders themselves. Four Trump supporters dead within two hours,

00:17:38.140 two and a half hours on January 6th, and no one is talking about it.

00:17:43.100 It's absolutely the truth. No one, I can't understand though. Well, I can understand. I shouldn't say

00:17:52.200 that. I'm just, I'm just frustrated beyond measure at what the national news organizations, corporate

00:17:59.480 outlets and, and, and ideological hacks they are, but to have no, nothing that stirs them to ask questions

00:18:24.000 happened to officer Brian Sicknick. Remember the officer, Capitol police officer, we were told

00:18:29.680 on January 7th, late that night that he had been killed by Trump supporters. All of a sudden,

00:18:35.660 any scrutiny into the fatalities that day all went to what happened to Brian Sicknick. We were told he

00:18:41.840 was killed with fire extinguisher, bludgeoned to death. The New York times told us they had this rare

00:18:47.460 memorial service for him in the rotunda. Jill and Joe Biden showed up and gave their respects. He was

00:18:52.620 buried in Arlington National Cemetery. Well, it turns out Lou, we found out a couple months later,

00:18:58.120 he didn't die of anything related to January 6th. He had a stroke caused by two blood clots,

00:19:03.300 died at the age of 42 is what we were told. But for months, the public, everyone was led to believe

00:19:10.520 that he died because of what happened at January 6th, on January 6th. Well, what happened? They seized

00:19:16.840 on that news story, completely ignored what happened to Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Greeson,

00:19:22.620 Benjamin Phillips, completely ignored what police did. Because also at the same time, all of a sudden,

00:19:28.280 Democrats were taking a knee in the Capitol building seven months before threatening to defund

00:19:34.040 the police. All of a sudden, you know, they were showering Capitol in DC Metro Police with all sorts

00:19:40.140 of praise and medals, gave $2 billion extra in emergency funding to Capitol Police. They couldn't

00:19:47.000 get enough of these police officers right there that should have been suspicious, right? So but this is

00:19:54.140 part of the media complicity in covering up what what happened to these four Americans.

00:20:00.940 And as everyone is listening to Julie Kelly, we are we have a Republican Party that doesn't

00:20:09.980 understand that they are in an existential war. It is it is that serious, folks. We are watching a war

00:20:20.800 on America, on everything that is American. These are these people are not just on America that we're

00:20:29.260 talking about. These are anti Americans. In a Marxist left administration, a puppet president, he is

00:20:37.160 obviously his strings are pulled by his masters, who are also Marxist left and and unidentified for the

00:20:46.000 most part. We know some of them, right, Julie? But the fact is, this is a moment in history that

00:20:53.220 either the Republican Party will rise to, or it is going to be, unfortunately, it's going to be in

00:21:01.340 very serious trouble. And unfortunately, the nation as well, we're in deep trouble. And people have to

00:21:07.960 recognize, this is no child's game. This is not regular business as usual politics. This is an

00:21:16.180 engagement and a conflict over all that matters and is valued in in America. Do you disagree, Julie?

00:21:48.400 we are going to learn about January 6th over the next year or couple of years. Just like what's

00:21:54.080 unfolding in the slow moving but methodical John Durham investigation, right? It is going to take

00:22:00.600 years before we fully come to terms with what happened. But January 6th will make Russiagate look

00:22:06.660 like a kindergarten play. There will be nothing in American history, collaboration between members

00:22:13.920 of both political parties, between the news media, but behind powerful government agencies, police forces,

00:22:22.020 homeland security, the military that was all in on this inside job, January 6th, to finally what they

00:22:30.260 thought would be get rid of Donald Trump, get rid of his supporters in Congress, and criminalize

00:22:36.660 support of Donald Trump. That's exactly what this was all about. And as we watch the cover-up

00:22:45.120 continue, we know that it could take years, and I hate to even say this, that we have to accept that

00:22:53.780 right now because I don't know that we've got years to fix it. We do know the Justice Department has not

00:23:00.620 only been a conspirator in all of this, they have been the instruments, the weapons of the Marxist

00:23:10.620 left and the FBI, the point of the spear. We have to come to terms with another thing. We cannot simply

00:23:19.020 keep leaving it up to the Department of Justice to investigate. We have got to bring in, and when I say

00:23:26.400 we, I'm talking about the Republican Party and American citizens concerned about this nation,

00:23:32.140 we've got to create investigative bodies. The Republicans are sitting here watching this

00:23:38.640 January 6th kangaroo, Soviet-era-style inquisition carried out by an ideological group. That's all it is.

00:23:47.340 And they are going to advance lie after lie, and truth will never be found again if we are not

00:23:55.700 careful. Why the Republicans? Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell. Mitch McConnell, I want to get to

00:24:02.380 you reporting on him as well. But they haven't got the guts or the brains to actually stand up and say,

00:24:10.920 we're going to form a Republican investigative body, and I'm putting these senators and these 1.00

00:24:18.480 congressmen on it, and this is what we're going to do, and fund the damn thing. And I don't care if 0.98

00:24:24.440 they have to raise money all over the country, but it's got to happen. And not a person has suggested

00:24:30.300 that. Not one person. I don't understand why not. Because I'm tired of Mr. Milk Toast Kevin McCarthy

00:24:39.200 and his duplicity, his deceit, his lies, and then that grinning face patting President Trump on the

00:24:47.540 back and telling, like he is some sort of master in the House of Representatives, the conference what

00:24:57.260 to do, or he won't disperse the money as he should and apportion it fairly. I mean, this is a sick 0.96

00:25:04.460 moment in our country's political history, isn't it? It's sick. It's sadistic. It's highly dangerous

00:25:12.440 and destructive to the people who are ensnared in what you're saying, the DOJ's capital breach.

00:25:19.260 Now they changed it to capital siege probe. The judges on the D.C. District Court are just as

00:25:26.560 disgraceful, and this includes Trump-appointed judges all the way down to Reagan-appointed judges.

00:25:31.440 They are criminalizing thoughts about the 2020 election. This just happened. I posted on Twitter.

00:25:38.480 This just happened a week or two ago. Beryl Howell, the chief judge of the D.C. District Court,

00:25:43.760 blasting a man who, by the way, most of these people are pleading guilty to parading in the Capitol,

00:25:50.180 a petty offense, a Class B misdemeanor. She is excoriating this man and confronts him about whether

00:25:57.180 or not he believes Joe Biden was legitimately elected. So, of course, he's standing there.

00:26:02.000 You know, yes, I do. I believe that Joe Biden is the lawfully elected president of the United States.

00:26:09.140 This is the sort of thing they are extracting. It's like a struggle session. They're extracting this

00:26:14.280 out of people who committed no crime on January 6th, Lou, parading in the Capitol. It's a constitutional

00:26:20.880 right. It's not a crime. And so, but they have criminalized it with the help of these judges

00:26:26.760 and this DOJ. Meanwhile, there's nothing out of Mitch McConnell because Mitch McConnell was in

00:26:32.300 on January 6th, which I explain in detail in my piece, An American Greatness. He was in on it.

00:26:38.640 His sergeant at arms repeatedly refused requests for extra help days before and the day of January 6th.

00:26:46.720 He touted this failed insurrection. This is what he called it.

00:26:50.880 on the floor that night using all the Democrat and media talking points. He was in on what happened

00:26:57.060 and he got exactly what he wanted out of that day, which was to shut down Republican demands for an

00:27:02.840 election audit commission. He never wanted it. He wanted Trump out of the White House. He wanted

00:27:08.900 Republican lawmakers supporting Trump. He wanted them defeated. He wanted them vilified as insurrectionists.

00:27:14.220 So in some way he got his, to some measure, he got his way. Kevin McCarthy, on the other hand,

00:27:20.880 we cannot trust him. He does not have the stones. He does not really actually, I mean,

00:27:25.920 he just doesn't to do what has to be done. Everything is before the Republican suit to destroy

00:27:32.020 the Democratic party. When they take power, we may not have the criminal authority to do so,

00:27:37.900 or the prosecutorial authority, but they certainly can make all of this public wall to wall, public

00:27:44.940 hearings, sworn testimony under oath. Start with January 6th, use the Whitmer FBI entrapment scheme,

00:27:52.120 go to Hunter's laptop, go back to Russiagate. You know, this, what this FBI and DOJ have been doing,

00:27:59.500 how they're demanding prison time for class B misdemeanors, all the way up to how they've built,

00:28:05.500 how they weaponized an obstruction felony that was never supposed to be. I mean, we have a whole menu

00:28:10.760 of things that will expose to the public exactly what the Democratic party is all about. Kevin

00:28:16.000 McCarthy will not do it. He will nibble around the edges to try to appease the base, but he will not

00:28:22.220 go for the throat. And that is a dangerous prospect. It truly is. And I think that Kevin McCarthy is a

00:28:30.080 nice guy. He has always been very nice, but that isn't the issue here. There are people tell you that

00:28:36.900 Donald Trump isn't a nice guy because he calls it the way he sees it. And he's very blunt spoken,

00:28:42.340 which is the way, by the way, every American used to be. We used to be, we used to be absolutely

00:28:48.280 known for our ingenuity, our hard work, our inventiveness, our entrepreneurialism, and being

00:28:57.100 plain spoken. If you can, if you can find Anglo-Saxon words in the mouths of certain leftists,

00:29:04.260 I'm astonished because they're not plain spoken and they're deceitful. And I'm talking about those

00:29:12.440 who are leading the political efforts of the Marxist left, the attorneys who are obfuscating,
