00:00:38.980Yesterday, Lou sat down with House Oversight Chairman James Comer to get a sense of where the Biden impeachment inquiry is right now and where it's going.
00:00:46.180We're going to bring you that interview in just a few moments, but first, let's get to some news of the day.
00:00:50.860A huge victory for President Trump this week out of New York.
00:00:53.340A New York appellate court ruled that President Trump no longer has to pay that nearly half a billion dollar bond that was due on Monday.
00:01:00.360Instead, he now has to post a $175 million bond within the next nine days.
00:01:05.300Trump was asked by the media how and when he plans to pay that bond.
00:01:11.020Trump says the Marxist Dems want to drain him of his money so he can't use it in his campaign to fight against Marxist Dem Joe Biden.
00:01:19.180Can you give us a little bit more detail about the timing of when you plan to secure the bond and how exactly you're planning to pay the bond?
00:01:27.960Well, as they say, I have a lot of cash.
00:01:30.020You know I do because you looked at my statements.
00:01:32.240I mean, you've been examining my statements for a long time and I have much more than that in cash.
00:01:37.340But I would also like to be able to use some of my cash to get elected.
00:01:41.000They don't want me to use my cash to get elected.
00:04:25.660I hope so, Lou, because we do have evidence.
00:04:27.660And what we heard from testimony last week from two former Biden business partners was that Joe was the central figure in the family's influence peddling scheme.
00:04:38.600We've already proven that Jim Biden and Hunter Biden have broken many laws.
00:04:43.980They've committed many financial crimes.
00:04:46.340They've been completely dishonest about their influence peddling.
00:04:50.160I would go further and say that we've proven through the testimony of Shapley and Ziegler,
00:04:56.680the two IRS whistleblowers, that they didn't pay a penny of taxes on the tens of millions of dollars that they took in from our enemies around the world.
00:05:03.700But what we heard last week was Jason Galanis say that Hunter told people that Joe was going to be an equity owner in one of their schemes between Hunter and Galanis.
00:05:16.240And then what we heard from Tony Bobulinski was the same thing.
00:05:19.880In another scheme with China, Joe was going to be 10 percent equity owner, that he was going to be the big guy.
00:05:25.620But he also said that he figured out that the Bidens weren't interested in any legitimate business,
00:05:32.680that they just wanted to be paid from China.
00:05:35.760They felt like they should be paid millions of dollars in return for granting communist China access to Joe Biden.
00:05:43.520It's really breathtaking to think that the arrogance, the presumptuousness of it all,
00:05:51.040that they were simply selling the family name and access to Joe Biden,
00:05:56.700whether he's vice president, whether he's between jobs or whether he's president.
00:07:37.320A development, though, that I think is shocking to a lot of people is that the majority in terms of the practicality of the impeachment inquiry.
00:07:45.620I mean, the Republican conference is down now to what is it, a one seat majority?
00:07:51.040What is the impact of that on your on your impeachment inquiry?
00:08:20.840And, you know, the media and Ian Sams and that group, they're trying to say, well, the impeachment's over.
00:08:25.700Impeachment is very well on the table.
00:08:30.020Criminal referrals are very likely imminent with this family.
00:08:34.520So I think that, you know, despite the White House collusion with the mainstream media to say that nothing happened in that last hearing and that impeachment's off the table, I can tell for 100 percent certainty on your show, impeachment is very well on the table.
00:08:51.300There's a strong sense of support to hold this family accountable.
00:08:55.740And most Republicans in our conference, if not all, believe that Joe Biden committed impeachable offenses.
00:09:01.660Well, you know, one of our favorite people who you have characterized, and I have to admit that I have plagiarized you, a little weenie guy over at the White House, Ian Sams, is saying that, you know, there's still no evidence.
00:09:17.340That seems to be his tune from beginning to wherever this goes.
00:09:26.880And Ian Sams gets paid taxpayer dollars to stand up and lie to the American people like a little bainy rooster every week.
00:09:36.380And he's got a whole crew of 12 people.
00:09:39.000They're not focused on securing the border.
00:09:40.840They're not focused on trying to find waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government.
00:09:46.080They claim they're the oversight team.
00:09:48.300Their oversight team, all they do is try to discredit me and Jim Jordan in the investigation.
00:09:52.500And their main phrase now is no evidence, no evidence.
00:09:57.580But no one argued during the last committee hearing that the Biden family was influence paddling.
00:10:02.440No one argued that they had 20 shell companies.
00:10:04.860No one argued that they've taken in at least $28 million for no known purpose in their influence paddling teams.
00:10:12.940What they're trying to say, Lou, is that, well, Joe didn't know.
00:10:15.680But the problem they have is we have three former Biden associates that have all testified that Joe was the central figure in the influence paddling scheme.
00:10:26.380So I don't think anyone's advocate is trying to say that influence paddling is OK.
00:10:30.880What they're trying to say is that Joe wasn't involved.
00:10:33.340And that's counter to what we've had witness testimony.
00:10:36.940And that's why I've invited Joe Biden to come testify in front of the oversight committee.
00:10:42.220And he can explain why three former business partners that he all met with would say that he was involved when he wasn't involved.
00:10:50.660And I thought that was a very generous offer on your part.
00:10:54.020And I can't imagine the president of the United States, with the counsel of Ian Sams, the little weenie guy, failing to take advantage of that opportunity that you're giving him.
00:11:04.200I'm also very curious about something.
00:13:27.040We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:17:49.340And as to your point about the illegitimacy of the January 6th Committee, there's a man right now in prison, Peter Navarro, former senior advisor to the president, in charge of the White House Trade Council, who has been imprisoned based on his contempt of the January 6th Committee.
00:18:10.940If you're not contemptuous of the January 6th Committee, who would you be contemptuous of?
00:18:17.300No, it's a terrible precedent that they set, put Navarro in prison for an illegitimate committee that every day is proven to have made more mistakes at best and downright lies and fraud at worst.
00:18:32.740And I think that Barry Laudermilch is doing a good job with what he's got to work with in exposing this.
00:18:40.580But I think that, you know, sunlight's the best disinfectant.
00:18:43.700And one reason I've heard, and I don't ever talk to Mike Johnson, but one reason I've heard that he hasn't released those tapes is because the Capitol Police don't want him to.
00:18:54.200Well, I don't care what the Capitol Police want at this point, because what we've seen from the video is evidence that doesn't suggest one of the Capitol Police officers testified truthfully to the world about what happened that day.
00:19:09.620Now, look, I was there. I was one of the members that was on the floor, and that wasn't a good day.
00:19:13.460And I've always said that. That was a bad deal that day.
00:19:16.140But I think what's happened is the Democrats have done what they always do.
00:19:21.760They've added to the story. They've created a lot of false narratives because their whole objective was to try to prevent Donald Trump from running for re-election.
00:19:32.640And as a result, there's no credibility. I don't know what to believe on the January 6th committee right now.
00:19:38.280I don't believe hardly anything they wrote.
00:19:43.420I think every poll I've seen shows somewhere between 65 to 70 plus percent of those surveyed believe that the Biden administration is politically motivated in its efforts to the DOJ, that the J-6 committee was politically motivated throughout.
00:20:14.780Another development around your investigation, that is suddenly we hear from the CIA and we find out from a whistleblower that they blocked federal investigations of none other than our friend Hunter Biden.
00:20:31.700It's incredible what the links they go to to protect this family and Hunter Biden himself.
00:20:38.020The number of times that this investigation has been obstructed by a deep state agency, whether it be the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Justice, the IRS, I've lost count.
00:20:50.800But with respect to this investigation, we've proven two things.
00:20:54.520We've proven the Bidens have committed a bunch of crimes and we've proven that there's a deep state coverup of the Bidens committing a bunch of crimes.
00:21:01.760Because you had multiple government agencies investigating the Bidens.
00:21:05.780You had the Department of Justice in at least three different locations investigating the Bidens.
00:21:11.340You had the Securities and Exchange Commission investigating the Bidens.
00:21:15.300Now we learn we have the Medicare Fraud Division investigating the Bidens.
00:21:20.500You had the IRS investigating the Bidens.
00:21:24.140And at every instance, they were told to stand down at every instance.
00:21:29.520You don't have that many agencies investigating one family for for that many different crimes and never have a conviction or anything else.
00:21:39.700And the only reason that Hunter Biden's in court tomorrow is because of our investigation, because they were set to give him blanket immunity.
00:21:48.000Were it not for the letter that Congress sent the judge in Delaware saying, look, he at least violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act, not to mention tax evasion and tax fraud.
00:21:57.740And she kicked that deal that Abby Loyal had with David Weiss out because he knew that there were a host of financial crimes that the president's son has committed.
00:22:10.200And what I think we found in the last few weeks and we've proven is that Joe Biden himself knew what was going on.
00:22:16.480And he was a central figure in the schemes.
00:22:21.280And at this point, knowing that the CIA wants to not only wants to, but did block a federal investigation, is that going to be now a part of the investigation or do you just simply move ahead?
00:22:35.660Now, what I would like to see moving forward, we've come up on the Oversight Committee.
00:22:40.400We were supposed to investigate the financial crimes and get the truth to the American people.
00:22:45.880What we've uncovered through the investigation is that there was there was a cover up.
00:22:51.060And I would like to see as this investigation moves forward, we highlight the financial crimes and try to hold the Bidens accountable for the financial crimes.
00:23:00.420And then Jim Jordan with the judiciary and then that weaponization select committee focused on the cover up, focused on the deep state and and all the mischief that the CIA, the FBI, the IRS, the Department of Justice have committed in in not only obstructing Oversight's investigation,
00:23:18.700but obstructing all the different investigations, dating back to the IRS whistleblowers, Gary Schaftley and Ziegler.
00:23:25.260I mean, there are so many times that the deep state has stepped in to protect the Bidens.
00:23:30.460And I think that's where the investigation needs to go moving forward from a judiciary and weaponization standpoint.
00:23:36.640And the Secret Service, just as a reminder, everybody, not refusing to produce visitor logs for the for the president and his family in Wilmington, Delaware, and their various vacation homes.

00:24:42.260No one is doing more right now for the public's right to know, leading these investigations and producing extraordinary evidence.
00:24:50.320And a lot of questions, new questions, for example, the chairman just went through a list of agencies that have been covering up for Joe Biden, Diamond Joe Biden, we now call him.
00:25:04.420We're talking about a cover-up that extends to the Secret Service, refusing visitor logs.
00:25:14.300At what point is there any point of which, I'll put it that way, that the deep state actually says, you know, we have a responsibility to the federal government and to the American people, and we're going to quit protecting Joe Biden?
00:26:03.740The people they've indicted right before we were set to interview them.
00:26:07.660I mean, and then the spin in false narratives to the media.
00:26:11.880I mean, they are not only obstructing, they're coordinating and colluding with the White House, with their, you know, little Ian Sam's war room they've got in there to create false narratives about the investigation, not having any evidence.
00:26:27.140You know, if there's no evidence, what did the Bidens do to receive the $28 million?
00:26:30.340And why did Joe Biden lie about these people?
00:26:34.140They can't answer that, but the media doesn't press them on that.
00:26:38.180And I think that, I'll be honest, Lou, I think the House of Representatives missed an opportunity to hold the deep state accountable.
00:26:45.760The way to hold the deep state accountable was to cut their budgets.
00:26:49.460But unfortunately, that didn't happen.
00:26:50.960We fought and fought to try to get those budget cuts.
00:28:20.500I think there was a failure with the appropriations process.
00:28:23.960You know, we, Jordan and I expressed to the appropriators multiple times that we had agencies and divisions in the Department of Justice and FBI that needed to be cut.
00:28:40.440For whatever reason, I don't know that, I don't know what the, why they can't break the budget down.
00:28:46.980And instead of doing a one size fits all, okay, we'll do a whole budget for the DOJ or a whole budget for the Department of Defense.
00:28:54.160I mean, if we're ever going to hold spending accountable, you're going to have to break it down.
00:28:58.660There are agencies and programs that need to be funded, probably need to be increased in funding.
00:29:03.540But there are agencies and programs that need to not only be cut, but be eliminated.
00:29:08.300And you can't do that every year when you wait until the very last minute and just say, all right, we're going to do one massive bill and fund every cabinet with whatever they were funded in the previous year, plus the cost of living adjustment.
00:31:06.720She's one of the best people on my committee.
00:31:08.460But we'll just have to see how that plays out.
