00:00:19.380 of the Biden crime family, while President Trump is facing simultaneously two criminal
00:00:25.480 indictments, two civil cases, and two more criminal cases pending as the Marxist Dems and Deep State
00:00:33.000 ramp up their political persecution of President Trump. It's all maddeningly outrageous. President
00:00:40.520 Trump posted the following on his true social account after learning of the deal. Quote,
00:00:46.100 Wow, the corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability
00:00:51.480 by giving Hunter Biden a mayor traffic ticket. Our system is broken. And Trump, of course,
00:00:57.840 is absolutely right. Hunter Biden's attorney, Chris Clark, on MSNBC to talk about the plea deal
00:01:04.880 soon after the decision was announced. The prosecutors are not asking for jail time. Are
00:01:10.180 you concerned that the judge here might freelance? I think, you know, look, there are documents that
00:01:17.000 haven't been publicly released yet. I think people have reported what the product prosecutors are
00:01:21.960 asking for. I think you have to wait till the court proceeding happens to know. But, you know,
00:01:27.560 I think the judge is going to do what's fair. And I think what's fair is, you know, my client gets on
00:01:34.340 with his life. Do you have an idea of what the conditions are going to be? Is he going to be on
00:01:37.520 probation? It's up to the court. My expectation, at least with regard to after that proceeding is
00:01:45.080 he'll be released with without conditions. But, you know, what the ultimate disposition of the case
00:01:50.980 is going to be up to the judge. And just over a month ago, President Biden sat down for an interview
00:01:56.140 with, of course, MSNBC and repeated the same lie he spewed since the 2020 presidential debates
00:02:03.480 that his son did nothing wrong. Sir, there is something personal that's affecting you. Your
00:02:08.700 son, while there's no ties to you, could be charged by your Department of Justice. How will that impact
00:02:13.800 your presidency? First of all, my son's done nothing wrong. I trust him. I have faith in him. And it
00:02:20.760 impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him. Proud of a man who used his father's position as
00:02:27.500 vice president to leverage millions of dollars, perhaps tens of millions from foreign nations and
00:02:33.160 businesses. Proud of his son who had to be brought to court in Arkansas. Proud of his son who had to
00:02:38.980 be brought to court in Arkansas to force him to pay his delinquent child support payments. Proud of a
00:02:45.700 man whose leaked laptop revealed the Biden crime family's corrupt criminal dealings and a man living
00:02:52.000 a life of drug abuse and prostitution. The U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware, David Weiss,
00:02:58.340 issued the following statement about the tax and firearm charges, quote, the investigation is
00:03:04.900 ongoing, end quote. His last statement meant to provide, of course, more protection and a shield
00:03:11.440 for the Biden crime family, while any ordinary American charged with the same crimes would be
00:03:17.340 on their way to prison. Remember what special counsel Jack Smith and Attorney General Merrick Garland
00:03:23.340 said? No man is above the law. They obviously lied, as is customary for the Biden regime.

00:03:43.640 America Show. Let's start with this long-awaited deal. We knew it was coming. Hunter Biden gets a
00:03:50.260 sweetheart deal, no jail time, and it looks like just exactly what House Oversight Committee Chairman
00:03:56.360 James Comer called it, a slap on the wrist. Well, Lou, it is, as always, great to be with you,
00:04:03.240 and I wish we were talking about not the destruction of our justice system, but rather the lifting up of
00:04:08.460 it. But here, front and center, we have the complete disparate treatment of an individual because he
00:04:14.040 happens to be the son of Joe Biden. And I don't say that as an epitaph. I say that as a former federal
00:04:19.740 public defender who represented hundreds of minorities in the Southern District of Florida
00:04:24.860 on this exact gun-related charge. And these individuals were sentenced to three to five years
00:04:30.780 in federal prison. Never was one given pre-trial diversion based on a retroactive drug addiction.
00:04:38.100 In what universe is the DOJ changing their regulations because it applies, they want to
00:04:44.380 apply the law differently? In this one, in Merrick Garland's DOJ, Chris Ray's FBI, and of course,
00:04:49.660 Joe Biden's administration. It's a sad day for justice, and I would just like to see where all
00:04:54.180 the minorities in the left are screaming up and down about why their children, their sons,
00:05:00.280 their fathers got launched to prison sentences. And this kid who happens to be a white man of a white
00:05:06.640 son of a white attorney general. It ain't about race, but why are they allowing this to proceed?
00:05:12.280 People are going to have a terrible perspective on this going forward.
00:05:17.300 You know, I'm sure you're right. But at this point, I'm, frankly, I'm somewhat inured to it all.
00:05:24.720 We've watched the president of the United States be politically persecuted by the Marxist

00:05:36.240 people or broadly and certainly not from the Republican Party. There's been some gnashing

00:05:52.980 in our faces, just like everything else they're doing, Cash. Why should we expect any, any separation
00:06:01.700 from their conduct now and their conduct over the past eight years, for crying out loud?

00:06:13.580 than the two tier system of justice we see on display, like you outlined week after week,
00:06:18.800 month after month. We see another example by the same architects of the Russiagate hoax
00:06:24.640 who are now running the OJ and FBI perpetuating the same crimes of the American public. And it is
00:06:29.840 unfortunately not a surprise, but they do it time and time again because they get away with it
00:06:35.360 and their culprit partners in the media allow them to get away with it. And then they let you
00:06:41.600 allow themselves to use it all to rig presidential elections. And I think at the end of the day,
00:06:46.560 that's what a lot of this was about. They wanted to get the narrative out there
00:06:50.560 to the fake news that, oh, look, we prosecuted a sitting president's son. We'll go after anyone.
00:06:55.760 Well, in the manner in which you did, you might as well not have gone after him. You might as well
00:07:00.000 given him a Christmas gift, which is actually what they did. And he won't see a day of jail time.
00:07:06.720 And you're right. You called it. I called it months ago on Truth Social when I said all of this would
00:07:13.440 be wrapped up into one plea agreement. But the kicker is what they put at the end of the plea
00:07:18.800 agreement with this US attorney saying, quote, the investigation is ongoing, end quote. And all that
00:07:24.880 is to me is a shield for FBI and DOJ to continue to say to congressional leadership, no, no, no. As we put
00:07:32.640 out in public, the investigation is ongoing, we cannot give you any documents related to Hunter
00:07:37.200 Biden, Joe Biden, the Biden crime family syndicate or anything else, because we, the Justice Department,
00:07:44.240 who are totally corrupted, are looking at this now. Looking at it and looking in the
00:07:50.480 and the Delaware US attorney has been looking at this for five years, maybe longer, as a matter of
00:07:57.280 fact. But five years, they've slow rolled this investigation. They've stonewalled. They have
00:08:04.640 absolutely procrastinated in every sense of the word. They've dragged their heels, whatever the
00:08:10.240 expression is you would like to use. They are as corrupt as any part of the Department of Justice
00:08:17.920 in the US attorney's office. Are they not? They are. And I know most of them. I used to serve
00:08:23.200 with a lot of them, not just in the in D.C., but against them when I was a federal public defender
00:08:27.840 in Miami. And that's the troubling part, as if there wasn't a troubling parts to all of this,
00:08:33.440 one more layer of it, is it's the same individuals. It's Lisa Monaco rising through the ranks to be the
00:08:38.560 number two at DOJ, who used to be in the Obama Justice Department and helped run his law enforcement
00:08:43.440 operation. And she authorized under her auspices the now number three, John Carlin,
00:08:49.440 at DOJ to launch then the Russiagate investigation. And of course, we've seen the FBI agents involved,
00:08:54.480 and now we see the other prosecutors involved on the president's case, that is President Trump,
00:09:00.000 who are all running in the same exact circle. Love Joe Biden. Hate President Trump. Give tons of
00:09:06.400 money to the Democrats. Give zero to the Republicans. Stock your teams with anti-Trump personnel across the
00:09:13.920 board and then sell the phony, fake narrative that somehow one system of laws applies to everyone in
00:09:21.840 the United States of America. No one's buying it except the people that are selling it and the media
00:09:27.440 that there are in bed with them. And I think and I've told many people this, this two tiered system
00:09:32.640 of justice is not only going to destroy America, but it's going to be the one thing that unites us,
00:09:36.880 justice. I believe in the polls, because it's not a right wing conspiracy anymore.

00:09:48.800 Department of Justice whatsoever. But in this moment are the polls that show despite the the egregious
00:09:57.120 abuse of power by the Department of Justice, the FBI, the Biden White House, the Biden regime,
00:10:02.560 the president, the president of the United States. That is Donald J. Trump is crushing it in the polls.
00:10:10.560 And that has to be driving the the rhino Republicans. And of course, the Marxist
00:10:17.440 Dems and their allies in the deep state. Absolutely nuts. Your thoughts?
00:10:22.960 I think if they weren't already being driven to the moon, now they're going to be driven to Pluto.
00:10:29.200 Now, this indictment or plea agreement of Hunter Biden is not going to reverberate well in the
00:10:36.800 political spaces. In my opinion, it is going to be another example when you juxtaposition it the
00:10:43.040 very next week after Donald Trump was indicted unlawfully, I believe, as do many Americans
00:10:48.560 reflected in this poll. They're just going to say this is another advancement of the two tier system
00:10:54.000 of justice. They're not going to come in and say, oh, America is on the road to recovery in the rule
00:11:00.480 of law and the de-weaponization of law enforcement. They're going the other way. And so I'm betting on
00:11:06.640 Congress to go big and expose more of their corruption. But that's going to be a tough fight.

00:11:55.120 the House investigating committees, that is House Oversight, House Judiciary, and the subcommittee
00:12:01.680 that the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, is also leading the weaponization
00:12:07.520 subcommittee. Your thoughts about the level of success and the impact of what they've done
00:12:15.360 in the first five months of the 118th Congress? I think, look, having done the Russiagate
00:12:20.720 investigation and knowing how feckless congressional leadership can be at times trying to advance the
00:12:26.880 truth and constitutional oversight. They've done a pretty good job so far. And Kevin McCarthy has
00:12:33.680 allowed them to proceed. But I think they need a shot of, you know, whatever it is that gets them
00:12:40.320 going at twice the rate of speed because they're allowing themselves to be deflected by irrelevant
00:12:45.680 red herrings from the FBI. Stop writing letters and stop asking nicely for things and subpoena them.
00:12:50.960 That's what they did to us. That's what the January 6th Committee taught us. It is no
00:12:55.440 nice, no longer a day of pleasantries in Washington, D.C. when you're trying to root out
00:12:59.440 evil corruption. And so what these folks need to do, in my opinion, is give Hunter Biden immunity
00:13:06.800 across the board from Congress and then force him into a subpoenaed position to produce all the
00:13:13.040 documents relating to all the schemes and frauds. And then we'll really see what's what, because I
00:13:18.000 don't want to wait for this DOJ to tell me in 15 years that their investigation of Hunter Biden
00:13:23.120 is concluded in 2047. And so Congress must send out more subpoenas of not just this, but Durham.
00:13:29.760 He's now testifying that today and tomorrow in Congress. They got to go into warp speed on why
00:13:35.600 John Durham didn't subpoena all of the actual government gangsters for Russiagate. I'm talking
00:13:40.800 Strzok, Comer, Comey, Page, Priestap and all the other, you know, Charles Dolan and Fusion GPS and
00:13:48.000 everybody else. And why didn't he use compulsory process to advance his investigation of righteous
00:13:54.640 misconduct at the FBI? But the DOJ allows a slow walk, sweetheart plea deal with Hunter Biden. These
00:14:03.280 are questions only Congress can answer. And they really got to buckle down on how they use subpoenas
00:14:08.400 to stick this thing into hyperdrive. I have I happen to believe that the swamp right now
00:14:15.760 is rising in D.C. And what we are seeing, it can only be explained by some of those remote patches
00:14:24.400 now moving toward the center that is to Capitol Hill and having great influence over what is
00:14:29.760 transpiring. I hate to say it, but these committees are working too slowly now. Yeah. And I warned about
00:14:35.840 this. I warned about this as the 118th Congress formed. And I want to just repeat for the audience
00:14:42.160 and remind everybody what I said. I said these committees have until June, not July, not August
00:14:48.640 or September to actually develop evidence and actionable, actionable knowledge and intelligence
00:14:57.120 about what has transpired in this administration. We have not gotten there. And it and I have begged the
00:15:04.480 Republicans not to get involved in that stupid debt ceiling debate argument, whatever you want to call
00:15:12.160 it. It was an attempted suicide on the part of the Republican Party, because all it did was distract
00:15:18.240 and deflect. And the Republicans have never won that debate, that argument or that particular tactic
00:15:24.640 ever in the history of the Congress. Partial wins a couple of times, but nothing that made the
00:15:31.120 deflection and distraction from their primary job that they were doing so well out in the first three
00:15:36.720 months, took away the momentum, took away the public attention. And the chairman right now look to me as
00:15:44.880 though they are not certain of where to go from here. Your thoughts.
00:15:48.320 Luke, you are a master at understanding how D.C. works and to be able to fold in the conversation of the
00:15:55.840 debt ceiling, which is way out of my wheelhouse, but fold in how they used it as a bludgeoning and
00:16:01.040 blocking instrument at the same time just shows you how this Republican leadership is being handled
00:16:07.680 by the minority in the House of Representatives. And I think that position, I agree with you,
00:16:12.560 needs to change. The documents have to be subpoenaed, not so that Congress can sit on them,
00:16:17.520 but so that the American public can have them. They are there to serve us. We know this DOJ and FBI will
00:16:23.280 never release the information of actual corruption, but we did it during Russiagate. And if a guy like
00:16:28.160 me and a guy like Devin Nunes can go in there and root out the FBI's most corrupt criminal crime
00:16:33.200 syndicate internally in U.S. history, then why can't these men and women who are way smarter than us
00:16:38.480 do it now? It is either a lack of will or it is a part on the Republican masses to somehow occupy the
00:16:46.240 time on the floor with meaningless measures. And as you pointed out, debt ceiling votes to prevent
00:16:52.000 America from getting the 1023 on Hunter Biden and the source documentation reporting that shows
00:16:56.800 the millions of dollars that have been sent from the CCP to Chinese cutouts to the Biden family.
00:17:02.480 Why don't we know about the credible reporting and the brave whistleblowers who are exposing this?
00:17:07.920 They are being mercilessly attacked at the whims of Congress, and Congress is doing nothing to
00:17:12.640 protect them. Rather, you have individuals in the private sector who are trying to help them out
00:17:17.600 when possible. So I don't know where it's going. And we saw some of these Republicans muster against
00:17:24.640 a vote to reprimand Adam Schiff. Not really sure I understand that one, Lou, but that seems to be
00:17:30.000 just another example of the cowardice in the Republican caucus by some, not all and not nearly many,
00:17:37.440 that prevent, I think, the goals that you and I want them to achieve.
00:17:41.040 Yeah. Let me make, I agree with everything you've said, and I want to make an aside here.
00:17:49.120 When you mentioned the 20 who sold out the caucus, the conference,
00:17:56.400 there is no explanation that is satisfactory for what they did. I listened to Massey and his
00:18:02.400 libertarian nonsense. He's a blathering fool, pretending that he has some sort of structure of
00:18:09.600 logic and reason. It's bizarre, it's ridiculous, and he needs to get rid of the rimless glasses,
00:18:15.600 because he looks like a really a defunct, semi-intellectual. I am just so sick of that
00:18:22.320 kind of preposterous posing on the part of these thick-headed rhinos. They are what they are,
00:18:28.880 and they need to be straightened out. And shame on McCarthy for not making certain they stood

00:19:06.800 drop the hammer, defund the corrupt FBI, go after the individuals, and make known the fact that they
00:19:16.080 are going to take these people to account in this corrupt Biden regime? We're going to have Cash's

00:20:35.200 like Congress, who will rather fight each other tooth and nail on the Republican side to make
00:20:42.160 sure they win 1% of 1% of 1% rather than unify a shared public interest around 80%. And that's
00:20:49.120 what costs us at election cycles. And that's what costs us in the House of Representatives that the
00:20:53.840 Republicans now have the majority. They would rather tear each other down and or be the singular person
00:21:00.000 who gets the next big TV show than actually do the darn work that they need to be doing. And I hate
00:21:05.920 to be the one that says that, but I don't have a problem saying that anymore because like you,
00:21:10.480 I'm tired of them failing to serve the American people. Why is it so hard for them in leadership
00:21:17.120 to crank out the subpoenas, to get us the documents, to take away the government funding
00:21:22.800 from these government gangsters at the FBI DOJ, which will make them heal? Why won't they do it?
00:21:29.440 Instead, they're out there talking about now who's going to be on the on the primetime circuit tonight,
00:21:34.800 now that Hunter Biden's been indicted. Who cares? Go to work. Get back in the halls of Congress.

00:21:50.000 select few that are doing a lot against a lot. And it's the against a lot part that I am the most

00:22:02.320 people that are hurt the most, not them, they'll get their lucrative contracts. They'll go on TV.
00:22:07.040 They'll sell books. The people that are hurt the most are everyday Americans across this country,
00:22:11.520 which you, Lou, have been looking out for for decades. And I really hope they start listening
00:22:16.560 to you because otherwise we're in for a really rough ride until 2024. Well, I think and that ride
00:22:23.280 has begun. And I thank you for the kind words and same back to you. Senator Grassley talking about the
00:22:30.560 FD 1023 document, the basis upon which we learned what an informant and a whistleblower had been
00:22:39.680 saying, implicating President Biden and Hunter once again in what amounted to a $10 million
00:22:47.040 bribe scheme. Grassley spoke from the Senate floor, which, as everyone I think knows, protects the
00:22:54.560 speaker. Why isn't the House using the same convention, which provides many, not as thoroughly
00:23:01.680 as the Senate, but many of the same protections? And why in the world won't either the Senate or the
00:23:07.760 House take up the issue of real protection for these whistleblowers who are in the national security,
00:23:14.960 i.e., intelligence divisions of the division of the FBI? Because many people don't understand
00:23:21.520 those whistleblowers don't have the protection that is given to any other employee of the federal
00:23:28.000 government. Your thoughts? You're right. The whistleblowers are to be commended for providing
00:23:33.680 credible reporting. And it's the only reason that Senator Grassley was able to catch the director of
00:23:38.640 the FBI, Chris Wray, lying to United States Senator. And you know this, Lou. Chris Wray actually
00:23:44.720 told the world and Grassley that this FD-1023 never existed, does not exist. And then a brave
00:23:52.160 whistleblower comes on and says, wait a second, it does exist. And Chris Wray, you're not that stupid.
00:23:57.440 Your leadership team around you wanted to wormhole this thing because it shows the Biden crime family
00:24:03.280 syndicate and their bribery scheme from the CCP all the way back to the United States of America. And they
00:24:09.920 knew that as a result of this informant who's been on the FBI books for decades. That's not
00:24:15.520 Kash Patel saying it. That's the FBI's own admission about how credible this individual has reported over
00:24:22.160 the source of years, over the course of years, on multiple investigations and been paid hundreds of
00:24:28.080 thousands of taxpayer money for doing it. That's how confidential human sources work. And that's why they
00:24:33.440 don't want to turn over the document. And that's why then they do finally at the 11th hour when Chris Wray should
00:24:38.720 have been impeached a long time ago to force this. They redact out the information saying, wait a second,
00:24:44.080 there's audio recordings involved. Why doesn't Congress have that? Because Congress doesn't have
00:24:49.440 the spine right now to go in. And I'm not saying defund the entire FBI loop, but I pulled this maneuver
00:24:55.440 once because Paul Ryan would only let me do it once during Russiagate. But I fenced money at Congress for
00:25:00.960 DOJ. And you just got to take their fancy new toys. You take their $10 million for their fleet of
00:25:06.400 escalates. You take their $50 million for Chris Wray's private jet. And you do things like that and they will
00:25:12.640 come to bend the knee because they cannot act without our taxpayer money. And that's the only thing these
00:25:18.800 government gangsters care about. And until you squeeze that button, that orange, you ain't getting any juice. And this
00:25:25.040 Republican leadership has just been wanting to do it. And I don't understand it. I have been their biggest cheerleader day in and day out.
00:25:32.400 But now we're at the summer of 23. We're on the verge of American Independence Day on the 4th of July.
00:25:39.520 And we don't have the forms from the FBI on the Hunter Biden probe. We don't have the documents from
00:25:45.760 John Durham's investigation exposing the actual criminality. And most of all, we don't have the
00:25:51.680 forms that we were supposed to get that President Trump declassified on the way out of office
00:25:57.600 or involving Russiagate and other matters because the DOJ charged him with a bogus charge to say,
00:26:03.040 you can never release these documents. It is not a coincidence that they bury the truth. And we
00:26:10.160 do not have the warriors right now in Congress in its leadership to expose it to the American people.
00:26:15.680 I will soon be starting to call them out by name on blast. I am almost at my wits end. But like you,
