00:14:35.960 And the Chief Justice of the United States is the circuit justice for the D.C. Circuit, including the D.C.

00:14:43.280 District Court. And I think as a I think the Chief Justice has a duty to keep these judges in the D.C.

00:14:57.340 off their robes and they get out there and make political pronouncements and do political speeches,
