00:00:33.540Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:39.460President Trump and the defense has rested its case in the New York Alvin Bragg show trial.
00:00:45.880Well, closing arguments set for next Tuesday with jury deliberations to begin shortly thereafter.
00:00:52.520In fact, the following day, Trump's defense only calling two witnesses to the stand.
00:00:58.460A legal analyst and former Cohen attorney Robert Costello.
00:01:03.340President Trump ultimately deciding not to take the stand as it would really make absolutely no sense.
00:01:10.400The prosecution hasn't put anyone forward in their witnesses to make a case for a crime having been committed.
00:01:20.040This is as illegitimate a prosecution as you'll ever see.
00:01:24.700And we learned all we needed to know after hearing testimony from Michael Cohen himself.
00:01:31.480The only criminal in the case is Cohen.
00:01:34.400The power now lies in the hands of those members of the jury to do the right thing and dismiss all 34 sham counts in this case.
00:01:43.760The prosecution didn't prove a single one of those counts in the case.
00:01:49.380And in just a few moments, we're going to be taking all of this up and much more with our guests today.
00:01:55.220Just the News editor in chief and founder John Solomon joins us.
00:01:59.500And world economic foreman chairman and CEO and wannabe ruler of the free world, Klaus Schwab is stepping down as executive chairman.
00:02:08.620In an email to the WEF staff members, Schwab announced that he would be stepping down, transitioning to a non-executive chairman job.
00:02:18.300Schwab, over the last few years, has gone off the rails more than he has over the past decades.
00:02:24.340Most recently touting a great reset, replacing democratic governments worldwide with a structure that gives all power to the elites of the world.
00:02:35.120It's a great day for the world to see Schwab get out of town, the town being Davos.
00:02:42.100And speaking of dictators, the Biden regime has ordered a ban on all election betting markets.
00:02:48.360There are various sites across the Internet where you can place a wager on who you think will win an election.
00:02:55.200Perhaps Biden is trying to ban the betting because the odds have been in Trump's favor for quite a long while now.
00:03:02.680And now joining us, just the news founder and editor in chief and one heck of an investigative journalist throughout his career,
00:04:45.160By the way, Democrat lawyers are just as critical as conservative lawyers about this.
00:04:48.600And he didn't really seem to care that Michael Cohen was as lacking in credibility as any witness I've ever seen appear for a prosecution case.
00:05:40.420And you can hear Michael Cohen on the tape saying, I've got this, I'm doing it, which is exactly what the Trump defense is, which is Michael Cohen did this on his own.
00:05:52.940The tape kind of leaned in that direction for the jury.
00:05:55.820That's going to be one of those O.J. Simpson glove moments.
00:05:59.380And then I think there are other instances in the trial where prosecution witnesses undercut the entire theory of the case.
00:06:07.320The theory of the case is Donald Trump was trying to violate an election law by lying to the American people and hiding the allegations of an affair.
00:06:16.100And one of the key prosecution witnesses is Hopix.
00:06:20.340And she comes in and said, no, no, no, that's not what Donald Trump was worried about.
00:06:23.340He was worried about embarrassing his wife, Melania, had nothing to do with the campaign.
00:06:27.800That's a prosecution witness undercutting the prosecution's clearly stated theory at the beginning of the case.
00:06:34.500I just don't know how the jury processes all of this and comes up with a verdict of guilty.
00:06:40.560I think it's highly likely that he can either be acquitted or a hung jury.
00:16:50.900They're having at least one of them is having contacts with the Biden White House while they're pursuing one of their targets, Donald Trump.
00:16:57.500And I think people say, well, this goes beyond incompetence.
00:17:42.880It means that a large number of the voters in Fulton County in the Atlanta area don't seem to care about these issues that maybe create integrity in the prosecution system.
00:17:52.940But the road ahead for Fannie Willis is extraordinarily uncomfortable.
00:17:57.800There's an appeals court investigation that could reverse or kick her off the case.
00:18:02.800There is a Georgia legislature investigation that's beginning to dig up important information and evidence.
00:18:09.060And then you've got Jim Jordan, perhaps one of the best investigators that Congress has right now at the Judiciary Committee demanding documents.
00:18:18.040And I think when people get those documents, and I'm sure we'll get them at some point, you're going to see that the Biden White House was in contact with the prosecution team.
00:18:27.880I've already proven that happened in the classified documents case.
00:18:31.260We've gotten those documents a year ago, and we've got new documents recently.
00:18:35.200But I think Atlanta, New York, and maybe the January 6th investigation, you're going to see continued contacts of the Biden White House there.
00:18:44.880That's going to make a lot of Americans feel very uncomfortable.
00:18:47.940We don't expect us to act like a banana republic prosecution team.
00:19:31.580I mean, the reality is, what is there that is the bright, shining temple of justice?
00:19:38.500Where is truth, justice in the American way?
00:19:41.400Our traditions, our values are being trampled by Marxist Dems.
00:19:46.060It's the Democrat Party that put two inept candidates forward, one of them cognitively impaired and the other about whom there are great questions.
00:19:56.260And I'm talking about, of course, Kamala Harris as vice president, Joe Biden as president.
00:20:01.620Really, we're supposed to trust any Democrat for any reason now.
00:20:10.520As long as you're talking about the Marxist Dems, you're talking about major cities run by Marxist Dems.
00:20:17.600And you're talking about the Biden regime and a national corporate media that is sold out to one ideological view.
00:20:26.280And I think when people go back and they wind back in their mind, how did this all start?
00:20:30.980It started with at least two prosecutors openly campaigning, saying, if you elect me, I will go and prosecute the opposition party leader, Donald Trump.
00:20:41.800That is something that has to make us all feel very uncomfortable, because that's what happens in Latin America, banana republicans.
00:20:47.760That's what happens in corrupt Soviet former Soviet republics.
00:20:52.180And now it's happening on our shores, in front of our eyes, in some of America's most famous and big cities.
00:20:59.720And I think that's why so many people, when you look at the polling data, say they believe that Joe Biden was simply trying to get Donald Trump put in prison before the election.
00:21:08.500They believe that the government has been weaponized against its citizenry.
00:21:12.440The core beliefs that are showing up in all these different polls, many polls that are showing it, are rooted in we've actually seen prosecutors who literally said, elect me so that I can go after your favorite political enemy.
00:21:26.160Elect me and I'll have an affair with my prosecutor.
00:21:28.840Elect me and I'll have contacts with the White House, even though they should be out of this.
00:21:32.480Those are really remarkable thresholds that in past history, America hasn't crossed before.
00:21:42.300There's one institution that stands above them all that has the power, the authority, indeed the responsibility to clean up these corrupt courts, these corrupt prosecutors.
00:21:54.780And that is the chief justice of the Supreme Court.
00:21:59.140They're testing whether or not immunity is a word that should apply to the president.
00:22:04.100Only, I believe, a blind fool would think.
00:22:08.500And as a witness to all that is happening and all the jurisdictions you enumerated, the corrupt prosecutions, persecutions, how could the chief justice not intercede and demand immunity for the president of the United States?
00:22:26.620Well, listen, I think when you listen to the arguments that played out a few weeks ago, I think there was a majority of the justices that believe the president does a president, no matter who he is, Joe Biden or Donald Trump or anyone past and present or future.
00:22:40.560They do enjoy immunity for their official actions.
00:22:43.800And I think what's going to happen in that case and what they signaled will happen in that case is they're going to send it back and say, all right, prosecutors, official things that happen as that are official actions taken by president, they are covered by immunity.
00:22:56.740You have to go back now and try to convince us which acts that Donald Trump took are not official acts.
00:23:03.080And then we're going to look at that very suspiciously because we have a broad interpretation of what constitutes an official act.
00:23:10.300It means it's going to delay the trial so well after the election, so well after we know who the next president is.
00:23:15.860But more importantly, it's going to force prosecutors who sort of had a run of the place, right?
00:23:23.100No one's really challenged them to go back and say, all right, when Donald Trump gave a speech as the president of the United States driving in the presidential limel out of there,
00:23:31.400he wasn't acting as the president when he gave that speech.
00:23:35.660When the president put documents in a box while he was still commander in chief, while he was getting his daily classified briefings,
00:23:43.960he put them in a box that went in the closet and then some guy in a taxpayer funded staffer took that box and happened to ship it to Mar-a-Lago, that that wasn't an official act.
00:23:55.420But I think when prosecutors have to go and try to make the argument at the threshold that the Supreme Court is probably going to set,
00:24:02.580some of their arguments are going to look pretty silly and some of the judges downstream from the Supreme Court is going to say,
00:24:08.600well, if he took a presidential limo, he gave a speech, how is that not an official act?
00:24:15.140And I think that's where the prosecutors are going to find their first great moment of PEPCIT when the Supreme Court kicks his back and tells him,
