00:01:22.260 afternoon. Former CIA Director John Brennan has been subpoenaed to testify next month in the DOJ's

00:01:28.640 sprawling Spygate investigation. Now, in the summer of 2025, it was reported that former FBI

00:01:34.240 Director James Comey and Brennan were both under FBI investigation over their involvement in the

00:01:39.500 Russiagate scam, the scam against President Trump and the scam against America, because that's

00:01:45.540 exactly what it was. Tens of millions of dollars, if not hundreds of millions of dollars spent

00:01:49.660 investigating something that never even happened. And it wasn't even just the money that was spent

00:01:55.000 investigating. It was the underlying premise of what they were trying to do. They were trying to

00:01:59.720 ensure that President Trump never saw the Oval Office once again, and that President Trump was

00:02:04.640 impeached to never see the light of day again and for President Trump to be behind bars for the rest

00:02:09.160 of his life. So it wasn't just the premise of hundreds of millions of dollars of wasted taxpayer

00:02:16.360 dollars that you and I contribute each and every year when we have to pay our taxes.

00:02:20.440 It was the destruction of a country that they tried to do.

00:02:24.320 Now, John Brennan is indeed, we can confirm tonight, the target of a grand jury Russiagate

00:02:29.800 probe in South Florida.

00:02:31.900 Now, last week, Joe DiGenova, which we brought you the story before we signed off last week,

00:02:36.980 the former U.S. attorney under Ronald Reagan tapped to oversee the Spygate probe that's

00:02:42.280 going on in Florida, in which Mr. Brennan is included in right now, removed a deep state

00:02:49.720 prosecutor who was stonewalling and slow walking the charges against Brennan. Now, DeGeneva resigned

00:02:55.300 after five months at the Department of Justice. So it's sort of interesting what's going on there.

00:03:03.100 The investigation is still full steam ahead, according to the prosecutors. Brennan's attorney

00:03:07.560 was informed that the former CIA director is under investigation on whether he made full

00:03:11.360 statements to Congress in 2023. And it seems he likely did. Now, that's not the only issue

00:03:21.100 that his lawyer pointed out. Brennan's attorney also says that Kurt Olson, who's working with

00:03:28.380 the Justice Department now to get to the bottom of the scams that we were fed, confirmed, and he's

00:03:34.720 actually been on this show many times, he was a great friend of ours, a great friend of Lou Dobbs,

00:03:38.200 A good friend of Mike Lindell and a great, great attorney, Kurt confirmed that there are two separate but potentially overlapping probes into Brennan.

00:03:47.660 It's a narrow D.C. case that's focused on Brennan's statements to Congress where he lied, as we just told you.

00:03:53.420 And the broader one is the Fort Pierce grand jury investigation to whether officials conspired to violate President Trump's civil rights, where Brennan is, quote unquote, the subject.

00:04:03.560 Olson said that the conduct from the narrower case could also constitute overt acts in a larger conspiracy investigation.

00:04:10.240 And that confirms the structure of the investigation that we've been waiting to see.

00:04:13.780 Now, this all came out in court documents, as you can see here, filed on September 11th, 2026.

00:04:25.080 Now, this is Brennan's attorney who's speaking here and three other members of the prosecution team to discuss the grand jury subpoena served on my client.

00:04:32.900 In that call, Mr. Olson fielded our inquiries, indicated that there are multiple, quote unquote, viable grand jury investigations, including a far reaching investigation into Fort Pierce that includes issues at Mar-a-Lago and beyond to whether President Trump had his civil rights violated.

00:04:48.960 Mr. Olson also confirmed there continued to be additional investigations relating only to Director Brennan's statements before Congress in the District of Columbia.

00:04:57.700 Mr. Olson explained that Director Brennan was the target of a narrower investigation,

00:05:01.560 and the investigation for which he is now being subpoenaed was the more wide-ranging conspiracy case

00:05:06.540 to which our client was the quote-unquote subject.

00:05:09.800 However, he explained the narrower investigation was still viable

00:05:12.220 and that the issues in the narrower investigation might be able to be part of the larger investigation,

00:05:18.640 such as big being overt acts.

00:05:24.720 Now, I find it interesting that just mere days after Joe DeGeneva left, this comes.

00:16:08.140 He'll be termed out as top Republican on Judiciary after serving a ranking member from March of 2020 until he took over as chairman in January of 2023 when Republicans took back control of the House.

00:18:41.900 Turns out today that they're investigating California Governor Gavin Newsom and his international travel and personal spending.

00:18:48.860 Rather interesting, I'd say. The U.S. Attorney's Office issued subpoenas this month requiring testimony from the communications with Newsom and others.

00:18:56.280 Prosecutors requested six years of records from the California State Protocol Foundation.

00:19:00.280 Foundation. It's a non-for-profit that has paid for Newsom's international travel. Sort of

00:19:05.220 interesting, Newsom taking international travel. He's the governor of California, not the president

00:19:09.240 of the United States. What sort of international affairs is he doing over there? Newsom has

00:19:13.800 directed millions of dollars in donations from the Protocol Foundation, according to records that

00:19:18.040 were reviewed by the California Post. They say that since 2019, Newsom has directed more than

00:19:22.760 seven and a half million bucks in donations from outside groups to the Protocol Foundation.

00:19:27.500 According to those state records, roughly $5 million of that money came from leftover inaugural funds.

00:19:34.360 So I think it's time for Newsom to start answering some questions about what he's been up to.

00:19:40.880 Now, this is in addition to the investigating the Protocol Foundation.

00:19:45.940 Federal prosecutors are probing the taxes of Newsom's wife, Jennifer Seibel Newsom.

00:19:51.160 Investigators have extensive wiretap evidence and may soon charge several individuals in a sprawling corruption probe, including Newsom and his wife.

00:19:59.840 In July, it was reported that the FBI used a Democrat insider as an informant to infiltrate Governor Gavin Newsom's inner circle before the corruption probe expanded into the governor and his wife, Jennifer.

00:20:10.120 Now, recall that Newsom's former chief of staff, Dana Williamson, was indicted on federal wire fraud charges last year.

00:20:16.200 earlier this year. Newsom fumed as he announced Corruption Probe and had it expanded that he and

00:20:22.840 his wife are now under investigation. Newsom said that federal agents have contacted people

00:20:27.480 and organizations close to him and his wife, Jennifer, to which he blamed President Trump.

00:20:34.720 He says, if President Trump can't intimidate me, he'll go after the mother of our children.

00:20:39.960 Now, contrary to his claims, the investigations did not originate from the main DOJ in D.C.

00:20:44.340 They're out of a Sacramento court and are involved at whistleblowers.

00:20:49.580 So I hate to say it, Newsom, but you may have been caught red-handed, buddy.

00:20:56.760 And it must kill him inside to know that the charges or the investigation, rather, is not out of D.C.
