The Great America Show - First DEEP STATE INDICTMENT expected in the matter of days as shutdown looms!

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. Welcome to The Great American Show. It's great to have you with us on this

00:00:05.760 beautiful day in America. Thank you so much for spending part of your day, your evening

00:00:09.560 with us. We always appreciate it. We begin tonight with some big news. It's being reported

00:00:15.040 that former FBI Director James Comey is expected to be indicted in the Eastern District of

00:00:20.160 Virginia within the next few days. But just last night, some disgruntled officials in

00:00:25.760 the Eastern District of Virginia leaked contents of a memo explaining why charges should not be

00:00:31.560 brought against James Comey. Now, it's being reported that Comey will be charged with lying

00:00:37.180 to Congress in a 2020 testimony about whether he authorized leaks to the media. You remember

00:00:42.560 James Comey leaked a bunch of memos and notes that he had written to an old friend who was a college

00:00:48.560 professor, and somehow they made it into the New York Times. You know, the whole thing was just a

00:00:52.720 big accident, according to Comey. Officials in the Eastern District of Virginia are still fighting

00:00:57.320 to stop Comey from being charged after President Trump fired U.S. Attorney Eric Seidman just last

00:01:03.920 week. He was the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. He was apparently fired

00:01:10.640 because he refused to bring charges against Letitia James, James Comey, Adam Schiff, among other

00:01:16.440 criminals. On Saturday evening of this past weekend, President Trump announced that he had

00:01:22.520 appointed Lindsey Halligan, his personal attorney who defended him against the Mar-a-Lago raid,

00:01:27.560 you know, that unconstitutional raid. So he's now the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of

00:01:32.760 Virginia. Now, with just days to go before the statute of limitations run out, of course,

00:01:38.260 to charge James Comey for lying during a September 30th, 2020 testimony, Lindsey Halligan,

00:01:44.560 that new U.S. Attorney for Virginia, is reportedly gearing up to indict Comey.

00:01:49.200 Now, according to MSNBC and two sources familiar, they're saying that prosecutors are telling them

00:01:57.540 in the Eastern District of Virginia, attorneys have presented newly sworn U.S. Attorney Lindsey

00:02:02.640 Halligan with a memo explaining why charges should not be brought against Comey because there isn't

00:02:07.960 enough evidence to establish a probable cause crime that was committed, let alone enough evidence

00:02:15.560 to convince a jury to convict him. Justice Department guidelines say that a case should

00:02:20.760 not be brought unless prosecutors believe it is more than likely they can win a conviction beyond

00:02:26.540 a reasonable doubt. Well, I think it's pretty easy to figure out that James Comey has lied,

00:02:33.480 and this is just one instance where James Comey is guilty as heck, when he's lied to Congress about

00:02:40.140 leaking memos. Just read his book. I mean, if you don't want to read his book, you can check the

00:02:45.420 excerpts of it. I mean, he's admitted not flat out come out and said I lied, but he's, I mean,

00:02:52.040 changed the story two times, which is more than clear. The guy's lying. The former FBI director,

00:02:58.300 he's no fool. I mean, he may be a fool. He's no idiot. He knows what's going on. He knows what he did. 1.00

00:03:03.640 So now this will be the first litmus test, I believe, for the Trump administration to finally 0.99

00:03:09.260 hold these scumbags accountable. These people who destroyed America, who undermined democracy for 10 0.98

00:03:16.240 years, James Comey, the fake steel dossier, the Russia P-tape, this will be the first test. And I

00:03:23.240 believe President Trump, by putting Lindsey Halligan in there, is pretty adamant. You went after me for no

00:03:31.900 crimes. We're coming after you now for crimes. And the Democrats and the Marxist lefts and the rhinos, 0.87

00:03:37.600 they couldn't possibly think that after President Trump allowed Hillary Clinton to escape free in

00:03:42.840 2016, that he would ever do that again after what they did to him. Remember, Donald Trump took the high

00:03:49.760 road in 2016 when he chose to let bygones be bygones and to not prosecute. Notice I said prosecute,

00:03:59.760 not prosecute, not prosecute a former senator and former secretary of state and leading candidate

00:04:06.720 for the Democratic Party. He took the high road. He did what I think a man of someone who used to be

00:04:14.520 friends with someone would do. Now, I don't agree with it. I think he should have prosecuted her. I

00:04:18.680 think a lot of people out there think he should have prosecuted her for what she did. Benghazi,

00:04:23.660 whatever, emails, you go down the list of what she's done. She's just another Democrat who's 1.00

00:04:27.980 guilty of crimes. It seems almost all of them are these days in one way or another. So he let her

00:04:35.220 skate. As I said, I believe this is the first litmus test where the Trump administration will

00:04:42.040 finally be able to get justice for these bad, bad people. Now, President Trump was asked about it

00:04:48.020 today in the Oval Office while meeting with President Erdogan of Turkey. Take a listen to

00:04:51.960 what he had to say. Well, I can't tell you what's going to happen because I don't know. You have very

00:04:55.860 professional people headed up by the attorney general and Todd, Todd Blanch and Lindsey Allegan,

00:05:03.200 who's very smart, good lawyer, very good lawyer. They're going to make a determination. I'm not

00:05:08.000 making that determination. I think I'd be allowed to get involved if I want, but I don't really choose

00:05:12.340 to do so. I can only say that Comey is a bad person. He's a sick person. I think he's a sick

00:05:18.620 guy. Actually, he did terrible things at the FBI. And but I don't know. I have no idea what's going to 1.00

00:05:25.780 happen. I think President Trump was being far too kind to James Comey, who's been a bad, bad man.

00:05:32.820 I mean, just months ago on his walk on the beach, he posted a picture of 8647, which means, of course,

00:05:42.080 make Trump disappear in some way or another. Now, I guess it could be funny for some sick,

00:05:46.520 demented people if the man's head wasn't really nearly taken off by a sniper. Then I guess maybe 0.98

00:05:56.120 you can try to make light of it if you're a sick, demented person. 0.98

00:05:59.040 But a former FBI, top of the FBI, thought it was funny because he didn't know what 86 means, 0.97

00:06:08.120 right? Career law enforcement didn't know what 86 means. I think everyone at this point,

00:06:13.400 at some point has known what that means. But this is all part of the Marxist Dems radical playbook.

00:06:21.020 President Trump has also asked this afternoon about who is responsible for the uptick in

00:06:25.500 radicalization in this country. Whether it be the shooters now that are going around,

00:06:31.420 these homebred shooters. We saw another one just again this week.

00:06:37.400 He had this to say about who's responsible.

00:06:40.180 Who do you hold responsible for the uptick in left-wing violence?

00:06:43.780 Radical left rhetoric. The radical left is causing the problem.

00:06:47.740 They're out of control. They're saying things. And they're really dumb people. I mean,

00:06:53.620 I look at Crockett. I look at some of these people. They're very low IQ people, actually.

00:07:00.020 But the radical left is causing this problem. Not the right, the radical left. And it's going

00:07:05.480 to get worse. And ultimately, it's going to go back on them. I mean, bad things happen when they play

00:07:09.560 these games. And I'll give you a little clue. The right is a lot tougher than the left. But the

00:07:16.820 right's not doing this. They're not doing it. And they better not get them energized because it

00:07:22.220 won't be good for the left. And I don't want to see that happen either. I'm the president of all

00:07:26.360 the people. But the radical left is causing this. The radical left Democrats are causing this problem.

00:07:32.380 And it gets worse. It gets worse. And it'll be a point where other people won't take it anymore.

00:07:40.500 And that will not be good for the radical left. And we don't want that.

00:07:44.140 The radical left better tame it down before it's too late. It's not a threat. It's just a matter of

00:07:50.280 what they're doing to this country. Now, speaking of the radical left, Charlie Kirk's assassin,

00:07:54.880 Tyler Robinson, we've got some new news tonight to report about that assassination on Charlie Kirk.

00:07:59.680 It's now being reported, according to Fox News, that Tyler Robinson made contact with a police

00:08:04.600 officer several hours after he fatally shot Kirk. According to Fox News, around 6.30 p.m. of that

00:08:11.560 day of the assassination, 23-year-old Robinson made contact with a police officer posted up at a

00:08:17.260 perimeter near where the murder weapon was discovered. Now, Robinson fatally shot Kirk at around

00:08:24.380 12.30 local time during that event at UVU University on September 10th.

00:08:30.740 Reports of Robinson's encounter with law enforcement lined up with the text messages that he allegedly sent

00:08:35.460 to his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs, where he told them that he had left the murder weapon

00:08:40.300 in a bush somewhere and that he wanted to go retrieve it because it was his grandfather's.

00:08:44.980 And if he didn't retrieve it, the grandfather wouldn't have known the gun was missing.

00:08:48.860 Therefore, them trying to be able to piece the whole story together that he was indeed the one who killed

00:08:57.740 Charlie Kirk. So coming up now, folks, in just a few days, actually five days less, less than five

00:09:04.140 days, there is a government shutdown looming. Yeah, another government shutdown.

00:09:09.140 But I've got good news. The Republicans are in control this this time and not control of Congress.

00:09:15.560 It's not what I mean. In control of the fight. Americans overwhelmingly, you hear me say there's

00:09:21.240 a lot of folks overwhelmingly voted for Donald Trump on November 5th. Right. They sent him back

00:09:26.700 to the White House with the mandate of what they wanted. They wanted a border closed.

00:09:32.400 They wanted no more illegals coming into this country. They wanted the drugs to stop coming 0.70

00:09:36.320 into this country. They wanted people prosecuted for crimes.

00:09:39.480 They wanted lower inflation.

00:09:46.780 They wanted lower prices across the board. They wanted jobs brought back to America. 0.99

00:09:51.700 It's the MAGA agenda. It's the America first agenda.

00:09:55.660 But the Democrats see it completely differently.

00:09:58.480 They think they seem to believe that we're to keep spending millions and tens and millions

00:10:03.840 and tens and millions and billions of dollars on illegal aliens in this country.

00:10:07.900 And President Trump says, no. Those days are gone.

00:10:13.340 We're not doing it anymore. So the Democrats, for the first time in my lifetime,

00:10:18.400 are finally going to lose the budget battle because they will not give the 60 votes needed

00:10:24.820 in the Senate to pass any sort of continuing resolution without their radical agenda in it.

00:10:29.620 And the president says that he has no interest in negotiating with them.

00:10:33.760 No interest. Take a listen to what he had to say.

00:10:38.000 Well, this is all caused by the Democrats. They asked us to do something that's totally

00:10:43.240 unreasonable. They never change. They want to give money away to illegals illegally, 1.00

00:10:48.860 people that entered our country illegally. They want to give a massive federal money. 0.76

00:10:53.840 And we don't want to do that because it means everyone's going to just keep pouring back.

00:10:57.640 Right now, we have absolutely perfect borders like you haven't seen in many years,

00:11:02.880 even better than the I had great borders during my four years. But these borders are stone cold

00:11:08.120 closed. You can only come into our country legally now. But the Democrats want to give it all away.

00:11:13.140 They want to also they want to open up the borders. Take a look at that big thing.

00:11:18.340 They want to open borders again after what we're going through now, getting rid of prisoners,

00:11:22.480 getting rid of all of these people dropped out from mental institutions, drug dealers,

00:11:28.300 drug addicts, everything that they're putting everybody into our country. It's all ended now.

00:11:33.880 But this is what Schumer wants. This is what the Democrats want.

00:11:37.380 They want to have and they want to take our money. We're doing well because of tariffs.

00:11:42.560 We're doing unbelievable. We're making more money than we ever.

00:11:44.880 I mean, President Trump, it couldn't have said it any better than that.

00:11:50.400 The Democrats are going to own this one because nobody wants to fund illegal aliens. 0.96

00:11:56.020 It's very simple. I don't wake up every morning and work 10, 12, 14 hours a day to pay for illegals. 1.00

00:12:05.620 And neither do you folks, whether you're retired, whether you're still working,

00:12:09.920 whether you're working two, three, four jobs to feed your family.

00:12:13.400 We didn't vote for that. It's illegal.

00:12:19.620 So President Trump is holding firm and hopefully the Republicans under Mike Johnson hold firm on this and don't cave.

00:12:26.540 And the Democrats want to shut down the government. They're going to own it.

00:12:30.140 Simple as that, folks.

00:12:32.300 So yesterday, I've got to admit, I took a few hours off from work.

00:12:35.600 I did my show and then I got invited out to the Ryder Cup out in Bethpage, Long Island.

00:12:41.780 We're good to see some celebrity golfers play and the Ryder Cup guys, America versus Europe.

00:12:47.780 For those of you folks who don't care for golf, it's America versus Europe.

00:12:51.440 So it's a patriotic event.

00:12:52.960 That's an event where, you know, you go and you cheer on the great American golfers.

00:12:58.840 And towards the end of the welcoming ceremony, Kathy Hochul, the New York governor, radical Marxist, happened to show up to show face.

00:13:06.720 And I got to be honest, folks, I didn't know what the reception was going to be.

00:13:09.940 President Trump is going tomorrow to watch golf.

00:13:12.180 But I didn't know what the reception was going to be because you've got New York and it's deep blue.

00:13:16.680 And you just expect that, you know, everyone supports the radical Dems here.

00:13:21.940 But it was quite a different experience, I got to say, than what I expected was going to happen.

00:13:28.740 We've got a video here.

00:13:29.840 I took a short little video because I thought it was absolutely brilliant what the fans had to say.

00:13:34.620 I put it up on Twitter.

00:13:35.540 It's got a decent traction.

00:13:36.860 And I wrote, Kathy Hochul showed up to the Ryder Cup and was met with a large applause of booze.

00:13:43.460 New Yorkers reject her Marxist agenda.

00:14:02.420 You can hear some of the people there telling her to get out of Long Island.

00:14:06.400 We don't want you here.

00:14:08.680 Pretty conservative district where it's held, but just nonetheless funny.

00:14:12.000 And the best part about it that I thought was most funny was I was sitting in a box and the box next door to us was J.P.

00:14:21.440 Morgan.

00:14:21.980 So you'd think it's, you know, corporate guys who, you know, are more refined and they, you know, don't really speak their views.

00:14:29.280 But those guys are over there, to their credit, hurling haymakers, telling her to get the heck out of our state. 1.00

00:14:37.020 We don't want you here.

00:14:37.920 So it was a nice experience to see.

00:14:40.160 And go, America.

00:14:41.920 It's time to beat these Europeans and take back what's ours. 1.00

00:14:46.560 Folks, we're going to take a quick break here.

00:14:48.220 On the other side of this quick break, we're going to be joined by one of my new favorite members.

00:14:52.480 He's a freshman member of Congress.

00:14:55.200 His name is Congressman Mike Herodopoulos.

00:14:57.420 And he's the chairman of the subcommittee of space and aeronautics, sits on the science based technology and the financial services.

00:15:04.420 I want to talk to him about what's going on.

00:15:06.640 When you get the shutdown, is the government going to close?

00:15:09.120 What's happening?

00:15:10.200 But more importantly, there's a space race happening.

00:15:12.820 America is going back to the moon, reportedly, in February of next year.

00:15:20.700 Are there such things as aliens?

00:15:22.940 What's going on with these UFOs?

00:15:25.560 What's happening with all of it?

00:15:27.620 We're going to get his take on it on the other side of this, because I want to I want to know.

00:15:31.260 I want to know if there's aliens out there.

00:15:32.540 I want to know if the UFOs are aliens.

00:15:34.540 And what do these aliens look like?

00:15:36.440 Is there extraterrestrial life or are we being gaslit?

00:15:38.880 So Congressman Mike Herodopoulos drives us on the other side of this quick break, folks.

00:15:43.620 Please stay with us.

00:15:44.260 The Great America Show continues in just one moment.

00:15:47.160 We will be right back.

00:15:48.320 I promise.

00:15:54.980 Congressman, a delight to meet you.

00:15:56.940 Congratulations.

00:15:57.780 Your first term in Congress.

00:15:59.700 I wish you all the best and hope you become a rising star.

00:16:03.300 It seems you are already taking over a pretty big committee, taking on some pretty big headwinds.

00:16:08.860 In space and technology.

00:16:10.320 So let's start there with what I guess everyone is fascinated with.

00:16:14.100 We'll start with first the space race.

00:16:15.920 America is announcing that by February they're going to do a trip up to the moon, not necessarily on the moon, but a trip to show everybody that they can get to the moon as sort of a, you know, a poke in the eye to China.

00:16:28.160 Where are we at with this?

00:16:29.400 Can we even make it happen with NASA?

00:16:31.680 That's sort of been obsolete.

00:16:33.860 Well, we're making real progress.

00:16:35.620 I mean, as you know, we're not just NASA anymore.

00:16:37.800 We are also a commercial space world.

00:16:40.940 Just a few years ago, we had to rely on the Russians actually to get their own space station.

00:16:45.020 Now, of course, it's dramatically different with companies like SpaceX and Blue Origin, Airbus, others.

00:16:51.900 They're really making real progress here.

00:16:54.220 And their jobs are amazing here in Brevard County.

00:16:56.500 A few years ago, we were very worried about our future.

00:16:58.300 Now we're recruiting all types of people from around the country to come work here at Kennedy Space Center because about every two or three days you see a launch.

00:17:06.260 It's a remarkable thing.

00:17:07.520 We are leading the world right now in space launches.

00:17:10.260 But the Chinese, as you know, not only are in the game, but they also steal technology. 1.00

00:17:14.740 They're doing all types of nefarious things out in space on the commercial interests, let alone, of course, military.

00:17:21.660 And it's the reason why we need to stay dominant in space because if nothing else, it's the idea that we need and have GPS technology.

00:17:30.000 If those satellites get knocked out, we go back to World War II technology, which is a radically different war.

00:17:36.160 Right now we have the upper hand, but we need to do everything in our power to keep that upper hand.

00:17:40.460 Can you do me a favor and explain for the audience?

00:17:42.720 Because I think most people, including myself for the longest time, believe space was just, you know, guys in these white suits that looked like marshmallows,

00:17:49.980 jumping around, eating the space ice cream that you get from the candy store.

00:17:54.040 But now, I guess as I've gotten older and I've learned a little bit, it turns out space is more of a national security issue than just guys hopping around in bubble suits doing very important things.

00:18:07.340 Can you explain to the audience the importance of the Space Force, which the Democrats laughed about when Donald Trump launched it,

00:18:14.140 the importance of the Space Force as it pertains to national security with China, who's no real friend of ours, in my opinion?

00:18:22.540 Well, I think it's a fair question, and it's the question of the day.

00:18:26.340 To your point, this is not just a vanity mission.

00:18:29.960 This is national security.

00:18:31.500 If you think about nothing else, it is the ultimate high ground.

00:18:34.880 You can't be number one on Earth if you're not number one in space.

00:18:38.920 And so we have to be number one.

00:18:41.180 And we'll just talk about first, just pure communications.

00:18:44.100 You and I have this ability to communicate.

00:18:46.500 It has a lot to do with satellite technology.

00:18:48.640 The reason why we have all these TV stations now that we never had before, the Internet power, just the communications.

00:18:54.780 You're seeing the new lines that, of course, Elon Musk is doing with his companies.

00:18:58.480 It's just an absolutely huge information superstructure that allows us to communicate instantly around the world with the quality we see today, which is simply not available years ago.

00:19:09.740 But on the military funds where we're really focused, this is the one that gives us the ability to have GPS technology.

00:19:16.060 So you know where your ships or soldiers are at all points on the globe, and let alone your positioning on with just the winning of wars.

00:19:26.640 And so that's important.

00:19:27.800 Also, you're going to look at the new technology.

00:19:29.680 Remember, we talked about during the Reagan years, Star Wars.

00:19:32.360 This technology is very close to reality.

00:19:34.760 And so the only way you have it is by having these potential space opportunities.

00:19:39.240 We, of course, want to make it where it makes the world safe.

00:19:42.400 The Chinese might have different intentions. 0.56

00:19:44.300 But when we're dominant in space, it keeps those rogue nations in check.

00:19:48.920 And so that's why you're seeing a lot of these military satellites being put into place.

00:19:52.620 We can also see what the other side is doing.

00:19:55.180 We can keep tabs on those people, whether it be the normal combatants or terrorists around the world.

00:20:00.260 And so these are our eyes and ears literally for the military.

00:20:04.060 And we want to make sure that, God forbid, a Cold War turns hot, that we have every technological advantage over the bad guys using all the technology so that we save lives.

00:20:14.540 And at this point, I think it's preventing wars.

00:20:17.660 Let me ask you a question, because you had mentioned something that's very important, especially in this country.

00:20:22.220 And it's that the fact of China stealing technology.

00:20:25.100 Now, I agree with that assessment.

00:20:26.740 But I also on the front of it, we also give them by sending over companies like Apple or Tesla or whatever company wants to go over to China to make some of the most critical parts of infrastructure that we use here in America.

00:20:39.220 Of course, everything you do in China is under a microscope.

00:20:43.140 They manage and they look over everything you do.

00:20:46.100 They have their hands in everything.

00:20:48.420 What can we do to ensure and try to pull some of the companies that are over there that are national security issues out of China and put them, you know, if not in America, somewhere else?

00:21:00.480 Because, I mean, they literally have our number.

00:21:04.120 I couldn't agree more.

00:21:04.900 And when you get in bed with the Chinese companies, like joining the mafia, once you're in, you can't get out. 0.99

00:21:10.480 And so that's why a lot of these companies are looking to go elsewhere.

00:21:13.440 It's the reason why we're putting all these tariff threats on, because we want to make it where it's just not worth it to do business in China. 0.92

00:21:21.320 And again, just to take one step back here to build on your on your premise, which is correct.

00:21:25.980 Remember, these people don't live by the same human standards we do.

00:21:30.020 They do not have workplace safety like we do.

00:21:32.200 They do not respect the environment like we do.

00:21:35.100 They don't have the child labor laws like we do. 0.89

00:21:38.160 So the cost of doing business, yes, is lower in China.

00:21:41.500 It's because their overhead costs are radically different because they don't have the same love of life that we do.

00:21:47.660 And then other part of that is that once they get the secret formula, they will copy it.

00:21:52.280 And they don't have the same respect for property rights in China.

00:21:55.380 As you know, they're a communist nation after all.

00:21:57.560 And so once they get that technology, they don't care about the court system.

00:22:01.000 They will do it and they will they will exhaust, meaning they will delay and you'll never get your day in court.

00:22:06.700 And they will steal that technology from you.

00:22:08.700 And so we're not playing with a level playing field here.

00:22:11.160 It's the reason why the president's been so aggressive.

00:22:13.380 We tried our best to bring China into the world of nations going back to the Clinton years. 0.96

00:22:18.180 And they took advantage of that, let's just say, good hearted intention that we all had.

00:22:23.040 So this is why China needs to be called to heel and why we need to be very careful about how they're doing all types of thing with Belt and Road.

00:22:30.880 This is where they're giving loans to other countries around the world.

00:22:34.180 And once those countries default, they come in and extract wealth or extract lands from those countries.

00:22:39.500 Yeah, you're absolutely right.

00:22:41.180 What people don't realize is China relies on the rest of the world for everything.

00:22:44.660 They can't do anything on their own.

00:22:46.320 If the rest of the world shut them out, they literally can't produce like a chicken on their own.

00:22:51.200 They're just so lost.

00:22:52.700 And all they know is stealing and manipulation that if the rest of the world cut them off, there's literally nothing they could do.

00:23:00.660 There's no threat anymore.

00:23:01.760 So, you know, sometimes things that seem so simple are so difficult for our politicians and our leaders in this country.

00:23:09.800 While we're on the topic of space, Congressman, I want to talk as the Ryder Cup, as we were talking about the show, is here now.

00:23:16.300 President Trump will be there tomorrow.

00:23:18.680 One of my favorite golfers, Victor Hovland, he's talking about UFOs.

00:23:24.220 His partner, Ludwig Arberg, is concerned because all Victor wants to talk about is UFOs.

00:23:31.540 And now I want to talk about UFOs because we've seen them allegedly, apparently over America.

00:23:38.200 We're cited by, you know, multiple members of the military and different geographical things that just don't make any sense and defy all laws of gravity and everything that we're taught in science.

00:23:49.780 What's going on with that?

00:23:51.020 I mean, are we ever going to get any sort of insight?

00:23:54.320 Are there aliens out there?

00:23:55.440 Are there UFOs?

00:23:56.380 Are the UFOs just from China?

00:23:57.960 What's going on?

00:23:59.460 It's wild stuff.

00:24:00.820 And considering the Internet is undefeated right now, after four years of Joe Biden, everything's on the table.

00:24:08.580 One of my good friends, Anna Paulina Luna, who you might know, of course, a fellow congress member out of Florida.

00:24:13.240 She's been on top of this issue before that.

00:24:15.060 Marco Rubio, our secretary of state, was also on this issue.

00:24:18.100 And the way that I've always believed is let's put everything on the table.

00:24:22.480 We do it in Florida on spending.

00:24:24.860 We need to do the same thing on spending in the United States government.

00:24:27.640 And let's put it all out there for public consumption.

00:24:30.360 That's just common sense to me because without that, what you have is all of these, the conspiracy theories that eventually run abound.

00:24:37.800 And so I hope that they release all of this data.

00:24:40.600 If it's the case, it's the case.

00:24:42.200 I'm learning all types of new things as the chairman of the Space Committee.

00:24:46.040 We're excited about, as you talked about earlier, about circling the moon for the first time since 1972 this spring.

00:24:52.880 We'll be one step away from putting our people back on the moon, which is hopefully going to happen by about 2029, 2030, depending when the SpaceX lander is ready.

00:25:01.720 But we are moving forward, and we're learning about black holes and all types of things in our solar system.

00:25:07.480 Look, everything is on the table, and I hope that they will release this information so that people will regain trust in government in general.

00:25:14.800 You know, there's a lot of people who still don't believe that the first moon landing even happened.

00:25:18.760 So I guess it would be nice to kind of go back there and assure the public the moon is not indeed made of cheese and that, you know,

00:25:25.760 we did go there and we did plant a flag there with some evidence because, you know, there's a lot of people.

00:25:31.740 As for the conspiracies about it, as you know, when one conspiracy happens, five more branch out from that one,

00:25:37.840 and you've just got this spiderweb of conspiracies that by the time it's all said and done,

00:25:42.360 you've already forgotten the first conspiracy that you had come up with.

00:25:45.640 Have you ever seen any evidence in meetings, in hearings, that there is some sort of extraterrestrial life,

00:25:51.780 that there is some sort of other force sending?

00:25:56.320 I haven't. I've not been in the skiff. That's the private rooms we go into. It's top secret information.

00:26:01.440 I've not seen anything. I've not kind of gone on to find out yet.

00:26:04.820 Maybe it's one of the things I'll do after the show now that you've really perked my interest.

00:26:07.940 But it's something that's, again, that we need to have the discussions about.

00:26:12.880 But why are they so – why do you think that the government is so secretive about it?

00:26:16.300 Like, what's the big deal? Shouldn't they be telling us, hey, if an alien lands in your backyard,

00:26:20.780 this is what they're susceptible to. This is how you can kill them, you know? 0.99

00:26:24.880 I mean, I'll use my own conspiracy. If that's the case, my guess would be we've got the monopoly 0.99

00:26:31.400 on the information from these guys or whatever being they are, and we're using it to beat the Chinese. 0.83

00:26:37.180 That's my only thought process here and keeping that top secret stuff to ourselves.

00:26:41.960 Look, I've seen all the movies, and we're in an area – what's this called?

00:26:46.240 51.

00:26:47.260 Out in New Mexico.

00:26:48.580 51?

00:26:49.500 51.

00:26:50.140 A project area 51.

00:26:52.820 I hope – like, that might be the case.

00:26:54.480 But these are kind of things that the public deserves to know.

00:26:58.120 I mean, I don't see the issue with it, and it's the reason why we need to go out and explore

00:27:02.640 and why NASA is so important and understand what the threats could be.

00:27:06.300 You remember last – just a few months ago, we heard about one of these asteroids that

00:27:10.040 were coming at us, and there was like a 3% chance it could hit the Earth.

00:27:13.560 Now, luckily, the math changed, and it's not going to hit.

00:27:16.220 But we're actually doing certain things in space, so God forbid we have the movie.

00:27:20.180 You remember with Bruce Willis and those guys back in the day?

00:27:22.960 And where we can actually deflect an asteroid should it be coming right at Earth as we – I'm

00:27:28.640 actually reading a fascinating book by the same guy, I think, who wrote The Martian called

00:27:32.540 Seven Eves.

00:27:33.820 It talks about if the moon explodes, what that could mean to Earth and what we'd have to

00:27:38.120 do to prepare a new arc, so to speak.

00:27:41.180 These are things that interest me like it interests you.

00:27:43.640 That's very interesting.

00:27:45.400 There's a very fascinating professor.

00:27:47.240 I had lunch with him not long ago out in Harvard.

00:27:50.100 Avi Loeb is his name, Professor Avi Loeb.

00:27:52.160 He's a Harvard professor.

00:27:53.720 And him and his students over at Harvard have been doing ridiculously crazy work, and they've

00:28:00.100 recovered some fragments of some sort of extraterrestrial life.

00:28:05.180 So, I mean, these are the smartest people in the world, you know, out of our leagues.

00:28:10.800 Like, you know, we can't even comprehend what the stuff they're doing.

00:28:14.240 They're that far ahead of us.

00:28:15.560 But, you know, they say that there is some sort of extraterrestrial life, and if they know,

00:28:20.700 the government has got to know.

00:28:23.060 Well, I tell you what, you spark my interest, so I'll be in the skiff next week and say,

00:28:28.060 hey, come to the truth here.

00:28:29.500 I want to know.

00:28:30.820 This is, you know, that Nicolas Cage book.

00:28:32.940 I want to see the book of secrets here.

00:28:34.840 I mean, let's talk about who killed Kennedy while I'm there.

00:28:38.380 Yeah.

00:28:38.600 Oh, don't even get us started.

00:28:40.120 Who killed Kennedy?

00:28:41.200 And I mean, you go down the list of things that go.

00:28:44.400 And, you know, that's like part of the premise.

00:28:45.960 And that's what I talk about a lot here on the show, Congressman.

00:28:48.000 It's like everyone's like, oh, well, you know, we'll talk about the moon landing.

00:28:51.680 Right.

00:28:51.920 We'll say, you know, there's people who say it never happened.

00:28:54.460 Well, would that be the worst thing, Congressman, that the government's ever lied to us about?

00:28:58.240 You know, I don't think so.

00:29:00.340 If the space thing is fake, they're spending a lot of money in my backyard to do something that's fake.

00:29:06.400 I'll tell you what.

00:29:07.100 I mean, you're talking about not tens of billions of dollars.

00:29:10.060 Something's clearly happening.

00:29:11.040 And you and I are communicating right now with a black pad in front of me.

00:29:14.080 So I think something's happening up in space to give those folks some comfort.

00:29:17.820 Yeah.

00:29:18.280 No, you're absolutely right.

00:29:19.120 Let's turn to what's happening on Capitol Hill right now.

00:29:21.780 You're obviously back in your district.

00:29:23.020 Any time away from the swamp, I think this is not a fake picture, by the way, this is real Florida.

00:29:28.820 You know, it just makes us all jealous.

00:29:30.620 It's raining today here in New York and up the East Coast.

00:29:33.080 So, you know, make us jealous.

00:29:34.360 It'll be cold there in no time.

00:29:41.780 Let's talk about what's going on.

00:29:42.880 You guys got a budget fight coming up.

00:29:44.100 You're on the study committee, which is an esteemed committee.

00:29:48.120 You know, some of the smartest members in Congress where they come together and find out how to spend as much money as possible.

00:29:53.020 Hopefully not anymore.

00:29:54.260 But you guys have a budget fight that's coming up October 1st.

00:29:56.860 And for the first time now, you're new to Congress, but you've probably followed the shirt.

00:30:01.280 You know, your entire adult life.

00:30:02.400 You spent some time in politics in the Florida legislature.

00:30:04.720 So for the first time, it seems the Republicans are going to win this battle on the budget.

00:30:11.700 People want the government shut down. 0.99

00:30:14.120 If the Democrats are going to come here with their boondoggle of garbage and demand this. 0.98

00:30:19.620 I was so happy to see President Trump last week. 0.97

00:30:21.480 Stick the middle finger up to Chuck Schumer and to Hock Team Jeffries who wanted to come to the White House so they can do a photo op like they did last time with Nancy Pelosi and say, well, Mr. President, you're going to own this shutdown.

00:30:31.680 And President Trump doesn't care.

00:30:33.520 So what President Trump has now said today is that's fine.

00:30:36.120 It looks like a government shutdown is coming because the Democrats can't come to the table.

00:30:39.560 But now what I want you to do, and this is a memo from the White House and I'm going to quote it, quote, the White House Office of Management and Budget directs agencies to consider firing employees working on any program that is not funded by another law, such as Republicans.

00:30:53.980 One big, beautiful bill that was assigned into law in July and which does not align with the president's priorities.

00:30:59.940 Once government funding is reinstated after a shutdown, agencies should revise their plans to keep only the smallest number of employees necessary to legally operate.

00:31:10.340 The day I said this since I've taken over the show over a year ago, Congressman, the day the government becomes not is no longer the largest employer of people in this country.

00:31:19.280 It becomes the best day this country has ever seen, among other things.

00:31:23.860 And it seems we're on a trajectory for the Republicans led by Donald Trump to hold their ground on this budget fight.

00:31:30.760 Well, I think we need to hold our ground.

00:31:32.500 I mean, what the Democrats are asking for is is little like ransom.

00:31:37.240 I mean, one point five trillion dollars.

00:31:40.220 And this is the same group of people a couple of months ago saying they're worried about the deficit.

00:31:44.140 I mean, get a grip here.

00:31:45.440 And it's like they think that the election of 2024 never happened.

00:31:49.280 There was an absolute repudiation of the Democrat policies.

00:31:52.700 And as we saw a huge inflation, embarrassment overseas, chaos on the border.

00:31:57.640 We've actually saw the border crisis already.

00:32:00.680 Inflation is in check.

00:32:01.920 We saw today a three point eight percent economic growth.

00:32:05.760 We're finally, as we talked about earlier, telling China, you got to play by the rules. 0.91

00:32:09.640 You're going to pay the price.

00:32:10.660 I mean, we're showing the rest of the world that they literally came to the president's office and all lined up and begged him for help.

00:32:18.640 I mean, it is a totally new, positive world order.

00:32:22.040 And the Democrats are saying, no, let's throw a monkey wrench in it and spend even more on the taxpayers back. 0.58

00:32:28.140 This is the easiest budget shutdown fight of all time.

00:32:31.640 We proved in the House we're willing to keep the government open.

00:32:34.920 The Republicans in the Senate voted to keep the government open.

00:32:37.360 And only the Democrats are saying, no, suddenly they want to shut down the government, which is counter to what they've been saying for the last thirty five years.

00:32:45.140 Yeah. And the only way you guys win this is you stay united.

00:32:48.240 And that means somebody I can't stand.

00:32:51.000 I've grown to really, really, really not like anymore.

00:32:53.400 And I used to like him as Thomas Massey.

00:32:55.020 You guys got to stay united like the Democrats do.

00:32:59.040 They stand their ground.

00:32:59.980 You've got these Republicans.

00:33:01.800 You don't want to be a Republican.

00:33:02.860 Leave. I mean, go be a Democrat.

00:33:04.400 Go be whatever you call an independent.

00:33:06.280 I mean, there's no really such thing as an independent.

00:33:08.780 But the only independent you got is Bernie Sanders.

00:33:11.900 We know he's not really an independent.

00:33:13.320 I think that's called a socialist.

00:33:15.020 Yeah. Yeah, exactly.

00:33:16.240 Mark's a socialist.

00:33:16.940 How do you reel in guys like him whose ego have just gotten absolutely I mean, and these are my words, not yours, of course.

00:33:24.940 But I believe his ego has gotten so far out of control and he's gotten this like alpha male complex where he wants to do everything he can to fight Trump, which obviously you can't afford right now.

00:33:35.080 The Democrats just holding another seat in Arizona.

00:33:37.820 I mean, the majority just got even slimmer.

00:33:40.760 Yeah, we have an absolute micro majority right now.

00:33:43.780 And when Thomas votes, which he has every single time, it really counts with the Democrats.

00:33:49.120 We're in a very difficult spot.

00:33:50.820 We can literally only lose one more vote.

00:33:53.200 Sometimes sometimes I've seen it in Washington and Tallahassee where I was served as Senate president.

00:33:58.280 Sometimes people fall in love with finally getting romanced by the press.

00:34:02.540 They love the idea that entire press gaggles around him.

00:34:05.260 They they hang they lean on every word.

00:34:08.040 But all they're really doing is saying, hey, we we love it.

00:34:11.020 We have Republicans fighting Republicans.

00:34:12.760 That's what the press wants.

00:34:14.520 That's the best spectacle of all time.

00:34:16.640 And that's not that's not what I geared to do when you're in a legislature.

00:34:20.520 It's a pretty simple idea.

00:34:21.980 You have an internal fight within the party and then whoever wins that fight, we come out united.

00:34:27.580 That's why the Democrats did so well all these years.

00:34:29.860 We have to do the same.

00:34:31.480 I don't know Thomas Massey that well.

00:34:33.200 I've not been happy with the way he votes.

00:34:35.720 He has to understand he's not the dictator, let alone the president of the United States.

00:34:39.880 He is a member of the Congress, which we put on the red shirt or the blue shirt.

00:34:43.880 And you have the internal discussion.

00:34:46.020 If he doesn't win within the internal fight, he's still got to help the team because the alternative is unacceptable, which is higher spending that he says he's against.

00:34:54.520 Higher taxes, which he says he's against.

00:34:56.760 More government, which he says he's against.

00:34:59.100 Let a more intrusive government, which he says he hates.

00:35:01.480 So he's got to he's got to either figure out how to get more votes within the caucus or at least say, hey, I'm on the team after the debate happens.

00:35:08.680 But at this point, he said no.

00:35:10.300 And it's one of the reasons why a lot of people think he might not make it back to Congress after the next election.

00:35:15.500 He really shouldn't.

00:35:17.240 There was a mandate, like you said, in November.

00:35:19.100 The people want America first.

00:35:20.660 They want MAGA.

00:35:21.660 What he's doing is grandstanding.

00:35:23.540 And he only wants to talk about his Epstein this Epstein that Epstein.

00:35:26.740 He's all gung ho about it now.

00:35:28.080 Wasn't gung ho about it four years ago.

00:35:29.480 And I've been I've been more than clear.

00:35:31.280 Release everything.

00:35:32.040 Get it all out there.

00:35:32.780 But don't come out here and pretend now like you care about these victims when for the last four years with Joe Biden as president, you maybe said a peep.

00:35:40.580 Give me the give me a break. 0.97

00:35:42.040 It's Trump derangement syndrome at a next level.

00:35:44.680 And these people really have to cure themselves. 0.99

00:35:46.380 It's it's getting really pathetic to see, you know, grown men acting like this. 0.97

00:35:50.320 If you hate the guy, come out, say you hate the guy and campaign against him. 1.00

00:35:53.760 You know, you can't you can't have your cake and eat it to make up your damn mind. 0.99

00:35:57.300 But let's talk about what President Trump did this week with the whole Tylenol thing. 0.99

00:36:02.120 I mean, the left congressman is going absolutely berserk.

00:36:05.760 You would think it was like Donald Trump came out and told everybody you must get vaccinated for COVID-19 or you can't go to school or you can't hang out with your friends.

00:36:15.660 So that was the you know, the Democrats who who did the draconian lockdowns.

00:36:19.240 But simply saying, if you're pregnant, Tylenol might not be the best thing for you.

00:36:25.340 He's not telling you to take something.

00:36:26.840 He's telling you you shouldn't take something.

00:36:29.160 Yet the Democrats and even the Republicans, John Thune out here saying he's concerned we should listen to the medical experts.

00:36:35.600 Well, last I checked, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is a medical expert.

00:36:40.260 Dr. Marta McCary is a medical expert.

00:36:42.600 Dr. Oz has some of the best credentials I've ever seen for a medical expert.

00:36:46.660 Who are we supposed to trust if we can't trust them?

00:36:50.360 Well, I think what the president is just trying to say, clearly, there's been a radical change the last 30 years.

00:36:54.940 The number of people have autism has increased radically.

00:36:57.500 There's no other word for it.

00:36:58.620 One out of 30 boys approximately are going to have autism.

00:37:00.920 And the tragedy of so many lives being destroyed and families undercut because of this.

00:37:06.100 And the president is trying to say we have seen some connections here.

00:37:09.200 So in doubt, what do you do?

00:37:11.200 You don't take it.

00:37:12.100 Right.

00:37:12.340 I mean, that's all he was saying is unless you really, really need it, don't take it because we've seen some links that could be potentially there.

00:37:18.480 And this is nothing new.

00:37:19.560 The media reported this over and over again for the last 10 years.

00:37:23.000 But when President Trump said it, suddenly it's evil.

00:37:25.440 And then you see these people who are completely deranged, who started just taking Tylenol just because they're against Trump.

00:37:33.360 And you wonder.

00:37:34.960 I'll give the Democrats some unsolicited advice.

00:37:38.180 LBJ was an amazing majority leader, believe it or not.

00:37:42.240 I didn't like his policies, but he's very good at the job.

00:37:44.520 And he was smart enough when he saw Eisenhower was really popular.

00:37:47.900 He said, we're going to embrace all the popular things that Eisenhower did.

00:37:52.060 And then we'll find a couple, three issues that we might disagree.

00:37:55.200 And that's how you win.

00:37:56.560 The Democrats take the position.

00:37:58.260 If Trump says X, we say Y.

00:38:01.300 And I know, I mean, you've seen the means where it says for my next trick, I'm going to get the Democrats to support narco terrorists. 1.00

00:38:08.300 My next trick, I'm going to get the Democrats to support drug dealers and murderers.

00:38:13.020 And that's where they're at.

00:38:14.240 You can't be against everything that people do.

00:38:16.580 And you can't blindly follow one side.

00:38:19.580 I mean, I listen to President Trump, and if I agree with him, I agree with him.

00:38:22.080 If I don't, I'll let it be known and talk to the team and see where we can find common ground.

00:38:26.580 But they have reached that, I think it's called Trump derangement syndrome, where anything he says, not only do they take the opposite view, but they'll do things detrimental to themselves in the process.

00:38:37.740 Yeah, they say if you agree with someone 100 percent of the time, there's a problem there.

00:38:42.200 And, you know, I agree with probably 99 percent of what President Trump does.

00:38:45.640 There's, you know, there's things that I, you know, I'll come out here and say I don't agree with him on.

00:38:49.180 I didn't agree with him with the whole Epstein thing.

00:38:50.900 I didn't agree with him on how he let China get away with killing millions of Americans. 0.81

00:38:55.260 I'll come out here and say that.

00:38:56.320 But when you got 99 percent, you know, you like you said, you work on the one percent or two percent or whatever, where you can find common ground or where you disagree.

00:39:05.060 That's America.

00:39:05.880 That's the dialogue that we have, not going out and shooting somebody or assassinating somebody because you disagree with them instead of sitting down like a rational human being like you and I are doing and say, listen, this is where we disagree.

00:39:17.180 This is where we agree.

00:39:18.360 But let's meet here.

00:39:19.600 That's America.

00:39:20.900 Yeah, go ahead.

00:39:22.100 And I'll tell you what.

00:39:22.620 And we're seeing right now with Crockett and AOC and even as recent as the other night, 2028, Gavin Newsom says we might not have an election.

00:39:30.700 I mean, how irrational are these people, but they love the attention.

00:39:35.740 They're totally trying to drive these small dollar contributions.

00:39:39.580 We need to elevate the discussion.

00:39:41.240 That's why I love the battle of not guns, but the battle of ideas in Washington.

00:39:45.180 And we're winning.

00:39:46.380 That's why they're trying to distract people, shut down the government, because they know the policies the president pushed for and the promises we're keeping that we made in the 2024 election worked.

00:39:56.240 That's what they're afraid of.

00:39:57.200 They know that their days are numbered because their issues are wrong and they're trying to change the game.

00:40:03.800 That's why they want to shut down this government. 0.99

00:40:05.500 They want to try to find an issue to undercut a popular president who's growing the economy at 3.8 percent, who shut the border, gave tax cuts and actually kept campaign promises.

00:40:15.980 That's what they're afraid of.

00:40:17.600 Everything else is a bunch of you know what.

00:40:20.260 If people listening here don't believe what you're saying, they should go look at the congressional map and the election totals.

00:40:26.580 A few miles south of where you're sitting right now, down in Miami-Dade County.

00:40:30.940 And look at the Hispanic numbers of these people who have switched over to Donald Trump and the Republican Party in record numbers.

00:40:38.880 There's no hyperbole about it.

00:40:40.560 There is no myth about it.

00:40:42.140 It's just the truth of the matter, because people have woken up to what the Democrats are serving and they're serving a plate full of B.S.

00:40:47.940 And people are, you know, they've had enough.

00:40:50.540 Gavin Newsom thing is hysterical.

00:40:51.760 President Trump sending him Trump 2028 hats, trolling this man.

00:40:55.460 And he falls for the banana in the tailpipe every single time.

00:40:58.940 That's an old Beverly Hills cup.

00:41:00.900 Oh, yeah.

00:41:02.460 He's Lucy in the football, banana in the tailpipe.

00:41:04.960 But I think he just loves talking to the press, the same victim that Republicans follow.

00:41:11.700 And it's not just Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, all those southern cities are saying, I can't believe my own government would turn their back on me and not protect me against people who we don't even know who they are in this country.

00:41:26.300 And these sanctuary cities, it's it's criminal.

00:41:28.920 I mean, your job as an elected official, first and foremost, is public safety.

00:41:33.260 We've turned around in Washington.

00:41:34.820 We need to do the same thing across the country because it's a primary responsibility that we have as an elected official.

00:41:40.800 Yep. They care more about the illegals than they care about the American people. 0.99

00:41:43.780 And the American people finally see it.

00:41:45.500 And the legal the legal immigrants here finally see it. 0.77

00:41:48.640 And we're all tired of it.

00:41:49.580 Congress, Congressman, it was a delight talking with you today, as always on The Great America Show.

00:41:53.440 You get the last word here.

00:41:54.760 If you want to sell anything, if you got a new book coming out.

00:41:57.400 You're selling the USA winning the Ryder Cup, right?

00:42:00.540 We are going to win it this weekend.

00:42:02.020 I'm psyched.

00:42:02.560 One of my favorite guys is actually Bright.

00:42:04.040 It's in DeChambeau.

00:42:05.180 I think he's got a big weekend.

00:42:07.180 And and if those people want to follow me, I hope you put it up.

00:42:10.180 It's just Mike Herodopoulos.

00:42:11.360 I'm on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, all that good stuff.

00:42:14.220 But we think that the power of information is so important.

00:42:17.400 And it's the reason why we want to put all the government spending online.

00:42:19.960 It's one of the bills I have.

00:42:20.840 And the second one, of course, is the more people know about our government, the better decisions they're going to make.

00:42:26.200 And it should be about empowering individuals, not the government.

00:42:29.520 And that's what your show is all about.

00:42:30.860 And can't thank you enough for the opportunity.

00:42:32.640 It's a pleasure to have you.

00:42:33.900 And we'll get you back here hopefully next week after you go down that skiff because I want some some news out of there.

00:42:38.700 And and go America and go Bryce.

00:42:40.640 I love Bryce.

00:42:41.220 He's awesome.

00:42:42.120 Folks, Congressman Mike Herodopoulos.

00:42:43.680 You want to follow him on social media at Mike Herodopoulos.

00:42:46.200 I'll spell it out for you because it's not the easiest name to spell.

00:42:49.360 And I'm surprised I could even say it.

00:42:51.920 It's H.A.R.I.

00:42:53.260 D.O.P.O.

00:42:54.680 L.O.S.

00:42:55.480 Mike Herodopoulos on Twitter.

00:42:57.500 Congressman, thanks so much for being with us today.

00:42:59.660 Enjoyed it.

00:43:00.020 Thanks so much.

00:43:08.000 And we look forward to following his career of great success and America first policies, great American.

00:43:15.360 And we're looking forward, like I said, to him doing a great job in Congress.

00:43:19.380 Folks, we'll see you back here tomorrow for The Great America Show, where the quest for truth, justice and the American way continues.

00:43:23.880 Same time, same place tomorrow.

00:43:25.740 Until then, may God bless you.

00:43:27.520 May God bless America.

00:43:28.420 And may God bless the great Luke Dobbs.

00:43:30.640 Have a great night, everybody.
