00:01:20.240 in infamy. The president lost, meandering, and going we know not where. Your reaction?
00:01:31.400 Well, you know, I discussed this press conference and the one he did before that, and I analyzed it.
00:01:38.480 I have two, you know, big strategic guests that come on every week on the radio show,
00:01:43.560 America First. And, you know, if I ever grow up, I'd like to be more like them. One is Victor Davis Hanson.
00:01:50.240 And the other one is Lord Conrad Black, the media mobile out of Canada. And I asked them,
00:01:55.280 because they're both professional historians. Lord Black has written three books on U.S. presidents.
00:02:00.200 If they can recall in modern times in the 20th century, any head of state, any American who
00:02:06.740 lambasted half the country, who was angry with half the country. And we see this time and time again,
00:02:13.920 whether it's talking, you know, on the anniversary of the fake insurrection of January the 6th,
00:02:19.280 or whether it was, as you said, his meandering, meandering discussion on his first year office,
00:02:25.560 they couldn't recall any president who gets so, you know, you can get angry at Tojo's Japan
00:02:31.400 if you're the president, you know, President Truman. You can get angry at Al-Qaeda if you're George Bush.
00:02:39.000 But to get angry again and again and again, like an irascible old man, as Biden did with Americans,
00:02:45.420 is very peculiar. On top of that, you know, I know we've got, you know, half an hour together, Lou,
00:02:50.640 but we could spend the next 30 hours just without partisan politics listing the incredible
00:02:59.440 roster of failures that this man represents. And it doesn't matter what sector, whether it's
00:03:05.880 national security, Afghanistan and the border, whether it's the economy with supply chain and
00:03:10.680 inflation, whether it's COVID with more deaths in one year under Biden than we had in the whole
00:03:16.280 Trump administration. It is a disaster every which way you look. And, you know, to put it back into
00:03:22.120 perspective, Lou, it took Carter at least three years to create that disastrous economic malaise
00:03:29.600 that brought us Ronald Reagan. This man has done it in a few months. It's incredible.
00:03:35.960 And with all of that, as I said at the outset, at least half the world is on something akin to
00:03:44.560 pins and needles, waiting to see whether Vladimir Putin moves his troops across that border. And
00:03:51.600 President Biden giving the world a new concept in that press conference, the idea that there is such
00:03:57.740 a thing as a minor incursion by a global military force like the Russian army. It's stunning what turned
00:04:09.000 out to be gave every appearance of being an invitation to Vladimir Putin. And frankly, I had to, as he said
00:04:19.140 that, I've had, I thought to myself, Mr. Gorka, I think this is reminiscent of the Democrats demand that we
00:04:28.320 investigate collusion, because it sounded very much to me that Joe Biden was colluding with Vladimir Putin
00:04:34.860 to help him in an incursion and invasion of Ukraine.
00:04:41.420 Well, on your first point, let's be clear about the last five years. There has been Russian collusion
00:04:47.000 at the highest levels of the American government, but it has been done by Democrats. Whether it's the
00:04:55.180 the former Secretary of State paying $12 million from her campaign to use a British MI6 agent to buy a fake
00:05:05.900 propaganda smear material from a Russian asset working in the Brookings Institution, or whether it's
00:05:12.300 anything to do with the regime that gended up the Obama appointees like Comey, Brennan, and others,
00:05:19.420 that ginned up the fake collusion narrative to accuse Mike Flynn of committing crimes where none
00:05:25.660 had been committed. Russian collusion is real, but it's always done by Democrats. With regards to this
00:05:31.980 recent statement, you know, on the one hand, you have to smile and just be amused. I can't think of a
00:05:39.980 presidential president that has required so many retractions or quote-unquote corrections from the
00:05:47.500 White House within the first 24 hours of it's being given. When you see Jen Psaki making statements,
00:05:53.420 you see official White House memos being issued after Biden's address in which they say, no, President
00:06:01.820 Biden didn't mean that about a minor incursion. And if Russia does invade, we will have a strenuous
00:06:07.740 response. Or whether it's Psaki having to say, President Biden wasn't questioning the results of
00:06:14.060 the yet-to-be-held midterm elections. Of course, he didn't mean it when he said they would be
00:06:19.500 illegitimate. It's a disaster. This man is either senile or he's complicit. And I don't do predictions
00:06:26.940 because, you know, Lou, nobody's held to their predictions. But I'm going to give you one right now.
00:06:31.980 And having lived in Europe, having lived in a former communist nation for 15 years after the
00:06:39.500 fall of the Berlin Wall, I guarantee you that the speech given this week by Joe Biden is being taken
00:06:46.380 by the former KGB colonel Vladimir Putin as a green light to invade Ukraine again. And imminently,
00:06:53.260 within a matter of days, maybe maximum a couple of weeks, we will see that line crossed again,
00:06:59.980 and Ukraine will be at war. I am surprised, I don't know if you are, that Colonel Vindman hasn't
00:07:07.100 reappeared in public to protest strongly the language of Joe Biden and his express invitation
00:07:17.660 to a foe of all of Europe and indeed most of the civilized world. Vindman is really missed here
00:07:25.900 because he has such a precise and sensitive antenna for these sorts of things that are
00:07:33.340 communicated between world leaders. Aren't you shocked?
00:07:39.260 Yes, I'm so glad you reminded me of Alexandra, don't call me Mr. Vindman. I'm going to have to
00:07:47.500 tweet out the fact that he reminded me that he seems to be very loud in his absence. The silence is
00:07:55.420 deafening, especially for an individual who, by the way, if your listeners aren't aware, was born in
00:08:00.940 the Ukraine, ended up as the person who was the fake whistleblower reporting on President Trump's
00:08:07.580 discussion with the president of Ukraine, despite the fact that Alexandra, Sasha Vindman wasn't even on
00:08:14.380 the call. Oh, and just one last little piquant additional footnote. This is the individual
00:08:20.060 who has admitted on the record as a serving lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army that twice
00:08:26.940 he was offered the position of minister of defense by the Ukrainian government. So why is he not standing
00:08:34.780 up for his Ukrainian brothers? I don't understand it, Lou. I just somehow see him right now with a
00:08:41.740 uh, uh, uh, with an M-16 slung over, uh, over his shoulder, his pack, uh, and, you know,
00:08:48.620 carrying it in both hands and boarding a C-17A, uh, to make sure that the, the motherland is protected.
00:08:55.820 Uh, it's, it's stunning stuff. As we watch this, uh, all this unfold under this administration,
00:09:03.260 we learned that actually, President Trump was concerned about the wrong terrorists. He was,
00:09:09.500 you know, he was worried about the Iranians. He was worried about ISIS. And by the way,
00:09:14.060 more than worried, he did something about it. He eliminated them. Uh, but this administration
00:09:19.420 is concerned about domestic terrorists. And by that, I mean, of course, the parents of school
00:09:25.580 children, uh, in our public school system, uh, who've been designated by Merrick Garland, the attorney
00:09:31.580 general as, uh, the potential, uh, domestic terrorists that could up end, uh, America as
00:09:39.420 we know it, who would have ever dreamed we would see this kind of nonsense emanating from Merrick
00:09:45.580 Garland, who we were assured would be a level-headed bipartisan, uh, unbiased, uh, justice of the
00:09:53.100 Supreme court. If only Mitch McConnell would permit him, uh, to, uh, move forward with a confirmation vote.
00:09:59.740 Yeah, look, uh, uh, we are a blessed nation in one respect that this individual never made it to the
00:10:10.380 Supreme court, but I, having watched him testify at the inanities that he said with regards to the
00:10:16.940 BLM and FIFA right thing, well, um, they're not terrorism because terrorism doesn't occur after dark.
00:10:23.820 And those arson attacks happened at night time. This is, this is an intellectual lightweight. Uh,
00:10:29.820 he's a puppet, just like Biden is a puppet. He's not running DOJ. It's former Obama holdovers, like
00:10:36.140 Lisa Monaco, Obama's, uh, counter-terrorism advisor, who was the architect of the Obama era, disastrous
00:10:44.460 counter-ISIS policy, who sadly, and Lou, this is where I have, uh, and I don't even tell you,
00:10:49.820 such problems with the establishment GOP and the rhino class. Lisa Monaco, another Obama holdover,
00:10:57.580 who was confirmed with nary an issue, uh, by the GOP senators when she was nominated by Biden to be
00:11:06.220 the real decision maker in the DOJ, uh, under Merrick Garland. So yes, this is, this is what
00:11:12.300 somebody else has called, and I, I, I, I fully agree with it, the attempt to criminalize conservatives.
00:11:18.540 We saw hooliganism on January the 6th. We saw a handful of individuals do stupid things, such as
00:11:24.940 trespass on Congress, uh, break things. Uh, nobody was killed by the January 6th rioters. A 14 year old
00:11:34.140 Air Force, 14 year Air Force veteran was murdered by a capital police officer in cold blood, an unarmed
00:11:40.780 woman. Uh, that individual was lauded by the legacy mainstream media. As a result, more than 700 Trump
00:11:48.540 supporters were arrested. Many of them are still in solitary confinement in the metropolitan police
00:11:55.740 cells in DC. Some of them are grandmothers, some of them are suffering from cancer. And one individual,
00:12:02.300 absolutely outrageous, still in confinement and has yet to receive an arraignment date before May of this
00:12:10.700 year. And that is a complete travesty. We are assured all Americans, irrespective of our political
00:12:17.900 colors, swift access to justice. This is a regime, and I call it a regime, whether it's Nancy, whether
00:12:25.420 it's Biden, whether it's Schumer, whether it's the DOJ, that is trying to criminalize people who simply
00:12:31.980 disagree with them politically. No one I think is under any illusion. The Biden administration,
00:12:40.300 the radical Dems, the, the Marxist left in this country has turned the Biden administration into a
00:12:47.340 force of evil, uh, a force that has been, uh, aimed at the American people. January 6th and all that has
00:12:57.180 followed, uh, whether it be the, the persecution of those poor protesters and some of course who
00:13:05.180 actually committed criminal acts. But to this point, there's no, to my knowledge, there's been no
00:13:10.460 charge other than a misdemeanor, uh, which is a proper crime, uh, not an insurrection. Uh, and by
00:13:17.180 the way, if it was an insurrectionist, uh, is Marco Rubio said, uh, if it's being led by a guy with a
00:13:23.340 Viking helmet and horns, uh, wearing a speedo, uh, it's hard to take seriously, uh, the idea that it
00:13:30.540 was a serious attempt at anything. Uh, so I, I'm just looking at this and I see the creation of a
00:13:37.260 January 6th committee. This looks like Soviet style, uh, show, uh, show trials, uh, and show
00:13:46.700 investigations, uh, all a sham, uh, perpetrated again, justice. We watched two fake impeachments,
00:13:53.900 two fake FBI investigations, a fake special counsel, and now fake district attorneys and
00:14:01.020 attorneys general, a radical Dems and Marxists in various States going after president Trump
00:14:07.900 and his family, the persecution continues. And for those keeping track, this is six years
00:14:13.580 of persecution of the president of the United States. And there has not been one single charge
00:14:21.500 that resulted of any kind. There's been no crime found. Do you know how many people could have
00:14:29.180 all of these forces arrayed against them and not come up with something, a tax liability, a parking
00:14:36.460 warrant, uh, you name it, something. And this goes on. And the media is so callously corporate
00:14:45.260 that they do not have the integrity to say it out loud. This is a fraud. It is a, this is a national
00:14:55.260 shame. What has been done to president Trump, to the Trump family. And by the way, uh, the American
00:15:02.780 people are owed a great apology, uh, apology by so many, but I would settle for just appropriate
00:15:08.940 punishment for all of those who have perpetrated the fraud and the persecution. How about you?
00:15:16.460 Well, look, uh, I think it's worse than that. I think the media, it's not a, it's not just, uh,
00:15:21.180 acquiescence and complicity that the media were, were, were complicit in propagating the Russia hopes,
00:15:27.740 uh, the Steele dossier on and on and on for four years. And now, now it's personal. And you're
00:15:33.660 right. It's, it's about president Trump or anybody who supports him. Just before Christmas, I arrived
00:15:38.380 home to a very unpleasant, uh, gift on my doorstep, a, a, a, a courier package from a FedEx sent to me by
00:15:46.140 the, uh, Verizon phone company subpoena compliance division. Uh, they had been approached by Nancy's
00:15:54.060 January 6th committee to provide, uh, them, the Congress, the witch hunters with all my
00:16:00.460 telephonic metadata, but, but it's not just my data. It's every phone on the account. That's my wife.
00:16:08.380 That's my children. The congressional subpoena was attached. No mention is made of any crime I
00:16:14.780 committed. I wasn't near Congress on January the 6th, but I guess as a former deputy assistant to
00:16:21.020 President Trump as a, a, a, a vocal advocate of America first, who has a radio show that is called
00:16:26.940 America first, that is my crime. So, uh, as the great Andrew Breitbart taught us, these are just
00:16:33.900 bullies. We have to stand up against them. I filed a motion to quash in the district court, but as we
00:16:40.620 saw just this week, I think it was Wednesday, all of president Trump's lawyers have likewise been
00:16:46.860 subpoenaed their phone records as well, whether it's Rudy Giuliani, my white house colleague,
00:16:51.740 Boris Epstein, whether it's Jenna Ellis. And there is a nary, a consideration given in the, in the
00:16:57.500 mainstream legacy line media to the fact that the communications of a lawyer are protected. The
00:17:03.740 client, uh, lawyer attorney privilege is sacrosanct in American law, I guess, unless you're a Republican
00:17:12.540 working for president Trump. So at the end of the day, it's clear to me, it's not about me,
00:17:17.500 it's not about Rudy. It's about the 74 million Americans that voted for president Trump. They
00:17:23.020 have nothing loose. Well, what is the Democrat agenda for the midterms? More inflation, more
00:17:29.980 invasion of sovereign territory by, uh, our enemies, more success for China, for Russia, for Iran. If you
00:17:37.660 don't have policies, if you're, if your president is 17 points underwater in the polls, if 50% of your
00:17:45.420 voters do not want Biden to run again in the, after just 12 months in office, what do you have? You
00:17:52.860 have nothing except the ad hominem and the political persecution. But as long as there's breath in my body
00:17:59.100 and in the bodies of people like fighters, like Rudy Giuliani, we will never surrender.
00:18:05.180 Well, indeed. And, uh, no one would expect, uh, anything else of you, but the unfortunate reality
00:18:14.140 here is, uh, more than 30 former Trump officials were told now it is reported in the Daily Mail
00:18:21.340 in particular, uh, are now holding secret calls and moving to try to subvert, uh, his, uh, expected
00:18:31.100 a run for re for reelection in 2024. Uh, it goes on and on, and you know, all of that is ginned up by
00:18:39.740 the left, uh, the usual suspects, uh, John Kelly at all, trying to, to take on a president. They didn't
00:18:48.700 serve with either integrity or, or, or, or intellect or talent. Uh, it's, it's disgusting what we're
00:18:55.100 watching, uh, because he continues to be attacked by those who owe him so much. Uh, and can I,
00:19:04.140 can I, can I, can I, can I, can I just respond to that, that, that one thing you mentioned,
00:19:08.060 because it's really, you know, I'm not sure your listeners know the full story here. So, uh, and this is,
00:19:14.860 this is hard for me to discuss because I served for five and a half years in the defense department.
00:19:22.220 I was a professor of a kind of terrorism at national defense university. I spent two and a
00:19:27.580 half years in Quantico at the home of the Marine Corps. And I, I love the Marines above all the
00:19:33.180 services. And when John Kelly became chief of staff to president Trump, we, we had high hopes. This is,
00:19:40.940 uh, you know, a legendary individual in the Marine Corps, but, but he's one of the reasons I had to
00:19:47.020 leave the administration. You can read about that story in, in, in the books I've published
00:19:51.660 since I've left, but just one anecdote that is now in the public domain. So I can share it because
00:19:56.620 he's spoken about it publicly. So, um, you have, of course, a Corey Lewandowski, uh, President Trump's,
00:20:03.580 the former campaign manager who never joined the administration, but was very close to the
00:20:08.140 president who saw the president weekly, walked into the white house whenever he wanted because
00:20:13.020 the president wanted his counsel. Corey, uh, was tested by John Kelly because he couldn't control
00:20:19.260 him. And one day he came out of the Oval Office after a consultation with my boss, President Trump.
00:20:26.700 And Kelly didn't know he was on the compound when he saw him in the West wing. And this is, this is,
00:20:33.500 Corey has stated this publicly now, John Kelly wrapped him by the suit lapels, threw him against
00:20:40.700 the wall so violently in the West wing that the button of his jacket ripped off the jacket. And I'm
00:20:47.420 not going to use the language he used, but this hero Marine said, well, you are never coming back
00:20:54.140 into my house again, without my permission. John Kelly called the white. I've heard, I've heard,
00:21:01.340 I've heard the story. Yeah. Yeah. It's the deep state is an ugly, ugly creature. Uh, and it is a living
00:21:11.260 organism within the government. And as a matter of fact, uh, at times this government doesn't in any
00:21:18.860 direction, unless it has the approval of the interagency, uh, the permanent bureaucracy or
00:21:25.020 better known as the deep state, uh, whether it's the, the general staff and the U S military at the
00:21:31.500 Pentagon, whether it is, uh, you know, and, and talking about, uh, treason, uh, general Milley,
00:21:39.020 the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, picking up a phone to talk to his quote unquote counterparts
00:21:44.060 in the people's liberation army to warn them about the prospect of an attack, uh, by president Trump
00:21:52.460 that he would order. I, there is so much, uh, dis, uh, you know, just absolutely disgusting conduct
00:22:02.860 on the part of the military and the intelligence services over the course of the Trump administration,
00:22:09.980 that it, it, it, it is a book unto itself. It hasn't been written and it won't be, uh, because
00:22:15.180 the deep state will make certain it isn't. But what we do know is that, uh, the elites, the globalist
00:22:22.860 elites, the military industrial complex, the wall street, corporate America, the oligarchs of big tech
00:22:32.300 and social media conspired to destroy a president. Uh, and they didn't give a damn what else went down,
00:22:39.420 including the government of the United States. It's outrageous, uh, what transpired over that time
00:22:46.380 and which continues today. I, I, when I first joined the administration, um, I, I was leery of using the
00:22:56.060 phrase deep state, uh, and I didn't until about two weeks in when I actually witnessed the deep state, uh,
00:23:03.900 in action. And let me share a story from a few months later that, that, that really,
00:23:09.100 if you had any doubts about the deep state, this is the counterpoint. Um, very early on,
00:23:15.180 I was given a task, a classified, uh, national security task, which necessarily gave people
00:23:21.100 assisting me in some research work for the president. So I, I had to second individuals
00:23:26.220 from the U S government to the white house to execute that mission, which is an absolutely normal
00:23:31.020 thing. Uh, since I'd been a professor for several years, I had lots of former students of mine
00:23:35.660 across the interagency in the intelligence community. So I put a fine name request through
00:23:40.940 for John Doe from the FBI, uh, you know, John Smith from CIA. And I was informed by the white house,
00:23:49.100 okay, this will take about two weeks. All we have to do is get the permission of those agencies and
00:23:53.980 transfer their clearances completely standard, uh, um, month after month, nobody arrived. And, uh,
00:24:03.100 I was given excuses and eventually six months later, a senior individual from the FBI who was in the
00:24:11.100 white house on business anyway, uh, came to my office and said, said, you're never going to get
00:24:17.500 those second deeds. And these are his exact words because the seventh floor of the Hoover building
00:24:24.220 looks at this white house as the enemy, meaning the executive branch FBI leadership looks at
00:24:31.980 president Trump as the enemy to their agency. That is the deep state in action.
00:24:40.540 And the deep state, and by the way, I've been talking about this deep state for a very long time,
00:24:46.380 because it has been clear to me and my reporting over the years, uh, the governments that I've
00:24:51.740 worked with, whether it's the Obama administration, whether it is the Bush administration, either of
00:24:56.460 them, the Clinton administration, that there are forces within the government that are not,
00:25:02.620 not there to serve, but rather to direct and to protect and protect their own interests,
00:25:09.180 not that of the United States. And it doesn't matter whether we're talking about the Pentagon,
00:25:13.500 intelligence services, whether we're talking about, uh, various other agencies, by the way,
00:25:18.540 I should include parts of the treasury department as well. This is, uh, this is just stunning to think
00:25:26.220 that right now with this weak and in feeble leader in the white house right now, there is, he's referred
00:25:34.620 to by many as a puppet, but a puppet of whom, uh, and it, I don't know if it's sufficient to say he's a puppet
00:25:41.900 of the deep state, because I think that that cabal that is controlling this administration goes throughout
00:25:51.580 corporate America through wall street. Uh, and by the way, I think it goes as well, uh, to China, uh, to Russia.
00:26:01.820 Uh, and there is no doubt that Biden is nothing more than a figurehead, uh, for interests that do not
00:26:08.540 have the best interests of the United States at heart. And that is why in, in large measure, there was such
00:26:16.940 opposition to president Trump, uh, every day, every step of the way, uh, for, uh, from the period that
00:26:24.220 he started his campaign, uh, to this very moment in which nothing more than the prospect of him being
00:26:30.860 elected in 2024, still, still rattles the souls of these, uh, these reprobates, uh, in the deep state.
00:26:40.140 And that's why he must be, in my judgment, reelected.
00:26:45.900 No, I concur. And I assure you that if we do shellac the, uh, Democrats in the midterms and, uh,
00:26:51.500 secure the Senate in the house, then he will be running. And if, uh, we prevent the theft of the
00:26:57.340 election, if we secure the election, he will be the next president of the United States. But,
00:27:02.140 but to your broader point, yeah, there's, there's no broad, um, there's no centralized conspiracy.
00:27:09.900 But there is a nefarious, um, alliance across all industries, across all sectors, across all
00:27:18.700 parts of the globe. And they're united by one thing. It came to me very simply. I, I, one,
00:27:23.100 one week I thought, why, what, what is it about the people who hate president Trump? Because it's,
00:27:28.620 it's so vituperative. It's, it's so, you use the word evil. It absolutely is a man who sacrificed
00:27:34.780 millions, if not billions to serve this country. A man who had to be destroyed because he wasn't
00:27:40.780 owed by any interest, not, not the unions, not by farmer, not by oil. Uh, and he was a threat to
00:27:46.940 those vested interests in the Uniparty. And it just came to me, everybody who hates him,
00:27:52.300 hates America. So whether you're a leftist, whether you're a unionist, whether you're the
00:27:58.540 Mullahs in Tehran, whether you're a KGB Colonel in the Kremlin, that whether you're a globalist
00:28:03.980 corporation that doesn't want free markets, but wants monopolies. The one thing is, if you hate
00:28:10.060 America and what America stands for, you will hate those who loved America. And that's what we're
00:28:15.500 fighting for every single day. And you, Alou, you are one of the greatest champions and an inspiration
00:28:20.460 to all of us. Well, thank you for that. And, and I do think that everyone in this country needs to
00:28:29.900 understand the colossal architecture of this, this monstrosity that we call the deep state.

00:29:04.940 this country. Imagine this, a Republican minority leader telling business that they can just step
00:29:12.940 back because their lobbyists are not going to be listened to that. They have been betrayed by
00:29:17.980 corporate America, uh, and their lobbyists, including the great, the biggest lobbying group of all the
00:29:23.820 U S chamber of commerce, the business round table. They have been fed a line of nonsense from wall
00:29:30.300 street where wall street is telling American investors to ship your money, not to a new factory
00:29:38.380 in Ohio or Illinois, but send your, your billions of dollars to China so that you can fund corporate
00:29:47.500 enterprises that are owned and connected and led in many, in most cases by the, by the CCP. It's, it's a
00:29:58.140 stunning moment in history when there is this awakening as to who the powerful forces are that drive this
00:30:06.140 country in whatever direction we go. Yeah, it is. Uh, it's great to hear those words. Uh, I I'm not convinced
00:30:16.460 that he has yet found the backbone to, uh, implement those decisions should he become the speaker after
00:30:23.900 a victory in the midterms, but it is stunning. And I think it is a recognition that Americans are
00:30:29.900 waking up to the fact that, uh, the, the uniparty system had one interest in mind, uh, the managed
00:30:38.540 decline of the United States, uh, in preference to other forces, such as a rising China and to
00:30:45.980 multinational corporations. So, you know, I, I applaud people like Congressman Gates and Marjorie
00:30:52.060 Taylor Greene who have said they refuse the first people to refuse any money from PACs or super PACs.
00:30:58.860 They only want donations from Americans, from small donors, because that as it should be,
00:31:04.460 that is as the founding fathers intended. So we, we can do it. But the thing that the last two years
00:31:11.100 has taught me Lou, and I, I'm sure you'd agree that the greatest problem America has, and it doesn't
00:31:16.140 matter which issue you talk about, the greatest deficit we have is simply courage. We must have
00:31:24.300 courage to do that, which we know is right. If we find that courage, America once more will be
00:31:30.780 unstoppable. Well, you know, you, you said, if I heard you correctly, that you think Kevin McCarthy
00:31:38.460 is too weak to be speaker. Uh, and that's interesting because I think that he's been far,
00:31:46.540 far too, uh, what would I say mild, uh, in his response to urgent issues, uh, and events that required
00:31:54.780 courage and direction and principle. Uh, he has been, if not a rhino, uh, a borderline rhino in
00:32:03.900 nearly every instance, but now is talking strong. Is it, are, do you support him as speaker?
00:32:12.300 Because I don't know whether I do. Yeah, I I've had him on, on my show America first. Um,
00:32:18.460 uh, uh, you know, as an individual, uh, he's a nice guy. I don't think very likable. Yeah.
00:32:26.460 Very likable guy, not a malefactor. And I think he can be convinced and forced to do the right
00:32:35.260 thing. And when I hear people like Jim Jordan on my show, say, I don't want to be speaker of the
00:32:41.820 house. I want to be the chairman of the judiciary committee. We have very little options left.

00:32:59.020 people and our representatives put the requisite pressure on him, then he will do the right thing.

00:33:26.780 Gates and, and, and Green and Gosar to stand outside the prison until they are let in. Uh,

00:33:40.940 he, uh, Kevin McCarthy was too quick, uh, to, if you will, sully
00:33:49.580 president Trump's name and to withhold not only his support, but to actually attack him in the winning,
00:33:56.060 uh, hours of January 6th. I don't think I'll forgive him for that. I don't know whether the
00:34:00.700 president will, I don't think I will. Uh, secondly, we don't need a, we don't need a leader who has to
00:34:07.020 be, uh, encouraged by his followers, uh, to, to lead. Uh, we've seen enough of that nonsense. Uh,
00:34:15.500 right. We're watching it now. So I think the Republican party has some really, uh, big choices

00:37:12.700 in his own peculiar way, he kept coming back to, uh, the question, uh, what a Republican stand for.
00:37:21.180 Uh, and I kept waiting for somebody to stand up and say, well, you know, Republicans stand for, uh,
00:37:26.140 secure borders, uh, the end to illegal immigration, uh, unprecedented economic growth, low inflation,
00:37:34.140 high employment, and balanced, uh, deficits, uh, balanced, uh, trade, uh, with the Chinese amongst other things.
00:37:43.500 I mean, that's what he stands for a strong military. And oh, yes, no one killed in Afghanistan for 18
00:37:50.060 months. That's right. And our jobs here at home in the United States, not overseas somewhere.
00:37:55.660 And when we look at everything that's happening, when it comes to shortages of goods and services,
00:38:00.220 if China is behind this, why aren't we starting to, you know, bring our jobs back home, make sure we're
00:38:07.500 making products for the United States of America and America, but you got them up there talking
00:38:13.340 about climate change and talking about build back better. I don't need you to build nothing back
00:38:18.780 better. I need you to put it back the way, uh, it was. That's right. It's, you know, you're so right.
00:38:25.420 And as he talks about these things, it's as if there was no, the country had no history. He forgets,
00:38:32.140 he himself had said on at least two occasions that it would be, you know, absolutely disaster to get
00:38:39.100 rid of the filibuster. Yeah. And here he is that we've got to have the filibuster gone. It's been
00:38:44.700 with us. Uh, we've never had a, uh, a end to debate in the U S Senate, uh, with, uh, a simple
00:38:53.260 majority. It's always required more than a simple majority. And suddenly it's a brilliant idea on the
00:38:58.300 part of Biden to stop the Supreme court, uh, as FDR tried and famously failed, uh, and to kill the
00:39:06.860 the filibuster. The last thing he wants is the minority party right now to have any say in the
00:39:12.460 direction of the country. Right. And so what, first of all, they're hypocrites and what they're
00:39:17.660 trying to do is destroy our country and usher us into a communism. They want us looking like China
00:39:24.540 is what I think that's in my humble opinion. And so we may want to get rid of things like the
00:39:29.580 filibuster. What you want to do is you want to keep it where control always be in the hands of the
00:39:35.020 Democrats. And in my humble opinion, that's because, uh, they knew something was out of order
00:39:41.900 in 2020, the election of 2020, especially if they don't want you questioning anything,
00:39:46.940 they set it up. Like we live up under dictatorship and they're raining down tyranny on the American
00:39:54.060 people is what we say. Also is they make it seem like the American people are okay with this. Like we
00:40:00.700 can, we don't see through all of the shenanigans that is going on as a pertain to their lives and
00:40:08.060 what they've been pushing in the open borders and so forth. America's American is not for this.
00:40:14.780 We want to be able to go to a grocery store, pick and choose what we want on the shelf,

00:41:05.420 face, like he was going to answer that question. Honestly, there for a split second, I was afraid for
00:41:10.300 him, but he, he is just, uh, he stumbles from one moment to the next. He looks lost up there. He
00:41:19.900 stops and he pauses and doesn't say anything. Uh, and then keeps coming back to, you know, what
00:41:27.420 do the Republicans stand for? Right. As if that's the answer. And by the way, that would be the answer
00:41:33.660 if we had, uh, Donald J. Trump in the, in the white house, what do you think? Oh, that's right.
00:41:38.940 Listen, we miss him. I really hope he run in 2024. I'm looking at Biden trying to push, uh, voter,
00:41:46.380 this voter suppression and black people are being suppressed. Now he had 80, he said he had 81
00:41:54.300 million people to vote for him. That's 16 more million people than, uh, Barack Hussein Obama.
00:42:01.500 His ratings is, I believe in the low thirties, probably done hit the twenties. And he's saying
00:42:06.620 that black people are being suppressed. He said that more black people voted for him than Obama.
00:42:11.740 So how is black people being suppressed? And the idea, it just doesn't make any sense. The idea
00:42:18.620 that you think that black people don't have enough sense to pull out their ID and show it before they
00:42:25.340 vote. That is offensive to black people. That's almost like Darwin playing our intelligence. And
00:42:32.700 that's why we as black people, people of color have to stop letting this Biden regime use us as the face
00:42:39.900 of everything. Right. Photo suppression. It affects black people. Climate change. Oh, it's black COVID.
00:42:45.900 You know, black people are disproportionately affected. We have to stop that. And that's why
00:42:51.500 we always speak out about it. That's right. And good for you. I, I don't quite get what he was trying
00:42:59.580 to say because he first, he said it was going to be an illegitimate election. Uh, if, uh, everybody
00:43:07.260 in Congress and the Senate didn't pass his, uh, his voting rights bill, but his voting rights bill
00:43:13.420 actually take away rights because they would get rid of basically your state legislatures and the
00:43:19.900 federal, the federal system, uh, in this country and states rights. It's just, uh, our legal vote
00:43:28.380 would be replaced with illegal votes. Right. And I do not believe that our elections should be federalized
00:43:33.900 because in my humble opinion, what they're trying to do is justify what happened in 2020. What I do
00:43:40.620 believe is that we should follow our constitution, which they took an oath to, and we are election
00:43:46.540 should be free and fair and transparent is what I believe when it comes to our elections.
00:43:52.860 And this country isn't a quote unquote representative democracy. Yes. It is a constitutional
00:43:59.020 republic. Yeah. I had to tweet that out yesterday in some form like that to let people know
00:44:05.340 we are a constitutional republic. We're governed by constitutional laws. When these
00:44:10.460 representatives have taken oath, they've taken oath to uphold the constitution. So why do you want to
00:44:15.340 break the law? Why do you want to disenfranchise and step on our rights to vote? Whenever you take
00:44:21.980 and you put in the legal vote, you're replacing my vote. And I'm an American born on this soil. I didn't
00:44:27.420 come over here on no ship. I didn't cross no border. I was born on this soil. So we want fair,
00:44:32.860 we want transparency, and I want him to stop making black people the face of all of the atrocities
00:44:39.420 that he's trying to push. It's interesting that you say that because indeed he does put forward
00:44:46.380 the black voter as the focus of his efforts, which is really interesting since he's the
00:44:53.100 one bringing in 2 million illegal immigrants this year across that southern border. And he is also the
00:45:01.420 fellow who wants to dilute the votes of legal citizens. He wants those illegal immigrants counted
00:45:10.300 as quote unquote persons so that they can get more congressional representation who loses the
00:45:18.460 the American citizen. That's right. Because our precious voting rights are the ones being
00:45:25.740 hammered, suffocated, and diluted. So it's stunning the way he thinks. I can't quite figure him out other
00:45:35.260 than the obvious answer, which is he's suffering from some ailments that are obvious, I think, to many.
00:45:46.460 I won't say what they are, but there it is. Right. And one of the things he said was talking about
00:45:53.420 talking about the Ukraine. He said, you know, maybe if Putin just did a little minor
00:45:59.980 minor incursion into Ukraine, it'd be, you know, basically he was saying it'd be okay unless he does a
00:46:06.780 really big major incursion. I'm, I mean, Zelensky, the president of Ukraine went nuts as he, as he
00:46:15.580 properly should. Yeah. Trying to figure out what this man is saying. And right now we hear from the
00:46:22.780 Russians that they're more likely to go in to Ukraine now after that press conference.
00:46:28.380 Wow. But you have to understand, Biden is not a leader. You know, he, he, he leads from the back,
00:46:36.140 if he's leading or somewhere in the basement. And really all these other countries, they don't trust
00:46:41.580 us anymore. They don't trust the United States of America. And you can thank Biden for all of that.

00:47:43.420 it effectively. She didn't take too kindly to that understandably and, and tried to make a point.

00:49:16.220 Pelosi decided that this is going to be a once one way deal, your thoughts on this committee and
00:49:21.180 what they're doing. Well, I think what they're doing to me, it almost seemed like it's illegal
00:49:25.660 because they're acting like a court. Okay. I don't believe in political prosecution. Um, I don't even
00:49:32.220 know why they formed this committee. See, if you're not willing to lay out all the facts,
00:49:37.180 we talk about the facts, talk about the Capitol police that let these people into the Capitol.
00:49:43.180 That's right. When you're not willing to talk about the people that scaled the walls,
00:49:46.540 you ain't arrested them, but you arrested a grandma with a cell phone, taking some pictures,
00:49:50.860 you know, you don't bust her door down. We got to talk about this, but when you're not willing to
00:49:56.140 show all evidence, and then you want to politically prosecute somebody because you think it was a
00:50:02.220 insurrection and ain't nobody been charged with an insurrection as far as I know. And then you want
00:50:08.140 to compare January the 6th. You want to commemorate that and compare that to nine 11 or Pearl Harbor.

00:50:46.780 be all. Yeah. They want this to be the narrative. And my deal is where is the committee on this, uh,
00:50:51.980 Afghanistan, uh, debacle there that happened, uh, August the 26th, when 13 service men and women,
00:50:59.500 uh, was killed. Where is the committee on that? I mean, where is the committee on all of these,
00:51:06.540 uh, millions or billions of dollars that's been, that's missing from the COVID fund or that was used
00:51:13.580 to house illegal aliens? You know, where is the committee on all that? Excuse me,
00:51:18.620 forget the committee. Where's the impeachment on that? Well, why isn't the Republicans impeaching
00:51:25.580 Biden? And not only that, they keep saying that they was trying to stop, uh, uh, the process of
00:51:31.380 certifying an election, uh, during that time, they was bringing out the evidence of what happened in
00:51:37.980 some of these states. That's right. When it pertains to the election. That's right. So let's get the
00:51:42.640 story right. So I think it's disheartening when you have this regime trying to create political
00:51:48.020 prosecution, uh, uh, and got people locked up that should be out of jail. I think it's a sad day in
00:51:54.900 America. It is sad to think that president Trump has for the past now six years, we're in our sixth
00:52:02.800 year. Uh, he was under FBI investigation before he was elected throughout his, uh, term as president
00:52:11.200 four years. And now, uh, through, uh, the past year district's attorney and attorneys general
00:52:17.540 going after this president, his family, it's political persecution, as you point out.
00:52:23.080 Yeah. And it's that straightforward. And by the way, the Republicans don't do that.
00:52:27.620 I was just about to say that where, where is the Republican party on that? You know,
00:52:32.040 when we had the house, the Senate, uh, did they do any investigation? And if they did,
00:52:36.820 why they didn't go to this is think where they, they got everybody. They never do that. And then
00:52:41.780 I see, I do see where, uh, uh, Jim Jordan is saying, you know, whenever we get the house back,
00:52:47.040 yeah, we're going to investigate this and we're going to investigate that. But it still makes me
00:52:50.800 wonder, are you really going to do that? I mean, you know, the, the faith in the Republican party for
00:52:56.500 me is really on a low surface now, because I look at the way that they did when it came to the 2020
00:53:01.880 election. I look at the way that they did when it comes down to, uh, throwing president Trump under the
00:53:06.740 bus and backing that bus up, running back over president Donald J. Trump. And we, the American
00:53:11.800 people, I look at the way that they do things. And I don't like that. They're not fighters like,
00:53:17.160 like president Donald J. Trump, when president Donald J. Trump was the president and he was in
00:53:22.520 there. A lot of that stuff, president Trump had to fight a lot of those battles alone because a lot
00:53:27.760 of the people in the Republican party, I call them the rhinos did not want to fight. They don't know
00:53:32.860 how to fight. And that's why the Democrat party continued to pundle over them and just,
00:53:37.640 and just basically beat them down. All they have to do is call them racist and then Republicans
00:53:42.820 go running somewhere. But it's time for all of us. We, the American people, I don't care if you're
00:53:47.660 black, white, pinstripe, polka dot, or plaid, left wing, white, right wing, or in between. I don't
00:53:53.680 care who or what you are. We all are going to have to be the ones to stand up to this regime and to
00:53:58.960 sustainable things that's happening in our country. That's right. Yeah. And you're so right
00:54:03.960 about the, the rhinos in the Republican party, the Mitt Romneys, the Paul Ryans, they are so gutless,
