The Great America Show - IS GOP DOING ENOUGH TO RETAIN THE MAJORITY？ CHAIRMAN JIM JORDAN RESPONDS

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this

00:00:06.340 friday night in america we are back from washington dc and boy do we have a good interview for you

00:00:10.720 tonight i sat down with house judiciary chairman jim jordan we're gonna have that interview for

00:00:15.240 you in just a few moments it was sort of a slow news week right so we'll try to get through this

00:00:20.320 episode um briefly being facetious of course we're gonna get to the whole elon drama and all

00:00:28.420 of that good stuff just shortly but we've got some breaking news for you tonight kilmar abrego

00:00:33.020 garcia you know the criminal who was deported to el salvador that the democrats went down to try to

00:00:40.280 save him and bring him back senator chris van holland went down had some margaritas they tried to

00:00:45.820 go to seacott to to break him out of prison well we've got some good news the democrats are getting

00:00:51.880 their wish he's coming back to america but he's probably going to wish he's not take a listen to

00:00:58.740 attorney general pam bonnie today announcing why he's being brought back to america and conspiracy

00:01:04.660 to commit alien smuggling in violation of title 8 usc 1324 we want to thank president bukele for

00:01:13.760 agreeing to return abrego garcia to the united states our government presented el salvador with

00:01:20.540 an arrest warrant and they agreed to return him to our country we're grateful to president bukele

00:01:27.520 for agreeing to return him to our country to face these very serious charges this is what american

00:01:34.420 justice looks like upon completion of a sentence we anticipate he will be returned to his home country

00:01:42.180 of el salvador the grand jury found that over the past nine years abrego garcia has played a

00:01:50.300 significant role in an alien smuggling ring they found this was his full-time job not a contractor

00:02:01.340 he was a smuggler of humans and children and women 0.99

00:02:05.740 he made over a hundred trips the grand jury found smuggling people throughout our country ms 13 members

00:02:18.380 violent gang terrorist organization members throughout our country

00:02:24.320 thousands of illegal aliens were smuggled

00:02:30.020 this is especially disturbing because abrego garcia is also alleged with transporting minor children

00:02:40.360 the defendant traded the innocence of minor children for profit there are even more disturbing facts that the grand jury uncovered it is alleged this defendant is part of the same smuggling ring responsible for the death of more than 50 migrants in 2021 after the tractor trailer overturned in mexico this is part of that same ring

00:03:07.360 the defendant the defendant abused undocumented alien females according to co-conspirators who were under his control while

00:03:18.400 transporting them throughout our country this defendant trafficked firearms and narcotics throughout our country on multiple occasions they were using vehicles

00:03:32.400 suvs with added seats in the back floors that had been ripped out guns narcotics children women ms 13 members that is what the grand jury found

00:03:47.400 a co-conspirator alleged that the defendant solicited nude photographs and videos of a minor a co-conspirator also alleges the defendant played a role in the murder of a rival gang members mobiles and the murder of a

00:03:59.400 role in the murder of a rival gang members mother what's the saying the devil you know is better than the devil you don't correct me if i'm wrong i think there's something along the lines of that but i guess these marxist dems who went out there to try to bring this guy to america

00:04:16.400 didn't realize that if he didn't realize that if he didn't realize that if he didn't realize that if he ever did get brought back here

00:04:20.360 the penalties weren't going to be light so come on back kilmar brago garcia you're going to wish you never came home

00:04:27.800 well home is what you called it your home is not in this country but we're going to bring you here and we've got some questions for you

00:04:35.860 so come on come on to america let's have some fun

00:04:40.180 kash patel was on joe rogan's podcast just as the whole elon scuffle broke out they didn't really get

00:04:46.080 to talk about it much cash didn't want to talk about it uh too much uh but they did address something

00:04:51.700 very interesting in regard to that witch doctor dr anthony fauci take a listen to these new details

00:04:59.180 and revelations from kash patel fbi director we just had a great breakthrough this week on fauci

00:05:04.520 and so senator ran paul senator kennedy and i hate naming names i always forget people

00:05:08.860 are doing a great job with us on covet origins and and we've got multiple investigations open on that

00:05:15.560 but they had always been looking for um fauci's original phone and or not original but phones and

00:05:22.980 devices he used while he was fauci back in trump one during covet and nobody had found it till two days

00:05:29.880 ago really yeah now look your audience and everybody listening to is not should jump to

00:05:34.960 the conclusion everything's in there we'll look at it we'll pull it we'll rip it as we say and maybe

00:05:40.620 it's deleted maybe it's not but at least we found it and at least now we can tell the american people

00:05:44.200 we've been looking because it is of public importance to figure out did that guy lie did

00:05:48.480 he intentionally mislead the world and cause countless deaths we owe those answers to the american

00:05:51.960 people and the best evidence ever is always the people's evidence who created it and so now we're

00:05:58.440 going to go and exploit those hard drives but i think a victory for the american people that we

00:06:01.680 broke with congress is that we did find it we're not done we're still looking and we're on the case

00:06:05.860 the difference between as you can tell cash patel and uh ag pam bondi pam bondi came out and said

00:06:14.120 the epstein files were on our desk they were coming out next week cash was more reserved and said we

00:06:18.800 found this phone we don't know what's on it we'll let you know what's on it give us some time

00:06:22.940 see the difference in professionalism between cash which is why you don't hear me going uh

00:06:28.400 to the wall against cash patel because i think and what i've been told is cash is trying his

00:06:34.400 hardest and doing the best job he can possibly do for pam bondi uh after my meetings in washington

00:06:40.840 over this past week i have even less confidence in her than i've had um even before um and i'm not

00:06:48.820 the only one a lot of people are concerned about pam bondi and if she can do her job um we'll leave it at

00:06:57.520 that um so on to the little elon scuffle um it's it's a very unfortunate situation and donald trump

00:07:06.360 i think thinks it's a very unfortunate situation which is why we haven't seen him lash out against

00:07:10.340 elon uh i think elon is crying out for help right now i think he's seriously troubled uh it's been

00:07:17.180 alleged that he that he takes drugs in some sort ketamine which i think is a horse tranquilizer

00:07:22.980 um very unfortunate situation and meltdown that elon musk had apparently over the big beautiful bill

00:07:29.440 and cutting the deficit but to me it seems and after speaking with some people it's a lot deeper

00:07:34.520 than that some speculation is is president trump not pushing h1b visas which elon came to america on a

00:07:40.960 working visa as a migrant as an immigrant coming to america there's other speculations about various

00:07:47.840 contracts but this tells you one thing folks donald trump is not bought he's not bought by anybody

00:07:53.580 not even the world's richest and second most powerful man elon musk who was a friend of his

00:07:59.500 up until two days ago he's not buyable he's not for sale he ran on getting rid of this ev tax scam

00:08:07.220 and credits for for the electric vehicle industry elon knew this which is why i don't believe this whole

00:08:14.800 breakdown and mental breakdown over elon is is over this and the deficit it's over something

00:08:19.200 a lot deeper in my opinion and i think elon is probably suffering from some sort of drug withdrawal

00:08:25.480 or uh after effect of of these drugs you know doing some research and looking into the effects of ketamine

00:08:32.060 it essentially melts your brain and a lot of the symptoms that i that i had researched

00:08:37.420 our experience of what elon came out and did uh accusing president trump of being on the epstein list

00:08:44.040 we all know if donald trump was on the epstein list he would have been the first name out there

00:08:49.540 we do know that uh it he's new jeffrey epstein removed him from mar-a-lago for his creepish behavior

00:08:56.700 we do know that we do know that donald trump was friends with him at some point in his life

00:09:01.060 and disassociated himself from him when he found out very early on that he was a weirdo we do know

00:09:08.120 that that's that's all out there but if donald trump were on any sort of epstein list or visited his

00:09:13.460 private islands or his his homes um we would have known and everyone knows donald trump the guy

00:09:19.600 doesn't take vacations anywhere but his golf course so uh long stretch peter ducey on fox news today

00:09:25.720 very interesting uh brought up a point asking elon musk about his drug use in the oval office last

00:09:31.100 week take a listen to peter oh in public elon musk blew up in the oval office during his send-off when

00:09:36.260 i tried to ask him about this big new york times report that alleged he was blurring the lines between

00:09:41.420 medical use of drugs and recreational use of drugs and we still don't have any real clarity about that

00:09:48.440 sort of interesting elon's father was on a british news network earlier today and was asked about it

00:09:56.180 you're never going to believe whose side his father's on here we're going to play a little

00:10:00.620 bit of that interview for you for you to get a better idea of what's going on joining me live is

00:10:05.160 errol musk the father of elon musk thank you very much indeed for coming on the program

00:10:08.780 errol it's good to see you again um this is this has got out of hand all of this hasn't it do you

00:10:15.020 worry about your boy look you know um basically they've got rid of the opposition and so now it's

00:10:23.000 the uh alphas trying to sort themselves out that's all i can imagine um i'm not very happy with what

00:10:29.640 i'm reading it just doesn't make any sense to me it makes no sense at all which bits are you

00:10:34.000 i don't know if why this has happened or it just simply makes no sense i just know that

00:10:41.380 you know um they got rid of the opposition they're now looking at you know carrying on

00:10:47.440 fighting between each other i don't know it makes no sense to me but um i know that elon was uh upset

00:10:55.060 about the you know putting bribes into the um bill to bribe uh more or less bribe um dem democrat

00:11:06.000 congressmen and senators to to support the bill and it's sort of against his principles

00:11:12.100 to do that he feels he shouldn't be doing that but also on the other hand if you don't do that

00:11:17.780 trump's bill doesn't get passed yeah it also removes some of the subsidies that some of his

00:11:22.060 companies were uh receiving so i can see it in in his business interest didn't make particular sense

00:11:27.560 which might also play into that but i come back to the point about um where this is headed and indeed

00:11:33.780 mr musk dare i say some of the commentary and questions that have been asked about your son's

00:11:37.600 drug taking or or reported drug oh no no that's nonsense that's absolute nonsense you've never known

00:11:45.920 him to to no no no no he can't even take it he's not even a drinker let alone drug taker

00:11:53.680 no do you worry about his health because the the president of the united states has the president

00:11:59.360 of the united states has said that your boy has quotes lost his mind do you worry about him

00:12:04.300 well you know the the problem is elon is not a politician politics is as i've described it to

00:12:12.100 people it's a deep uh swimming pool with no no bottom and no sides no matter who you are

00:12:18.360 winston churchill or whoever you are you never reach the side you never succeed you you never

00:12:23.680 conquer it you're all it's the hardest thing in human existence why did he get in the pool then

00:12:29.260 sorry why did why did elon musk get in the politics pool well you know he he thought it was as easy as

00:12:36.240 running a business it's not as easy as running a business it's very very difficult very very

00:12:42.000 difficult so very telling that elon's own father wasn't defending his son i don't know if that was

00:12:49.740 my father and he was on television he wasn't defending me we'd have a very very big problem

00:12:55.000 very telling though um as for the whole situation as i've said it's so unfortunate that it's come to

00:13:02.440 this uh there was supposed to be a meeting today between president trump and elon musk white house

00:13:06.660 advisors were hoping to salvage some of this relationship donald trump uh telling multiple

00:13:10.960 reporters early on this morning that he has no interest and he has every right to uh the claims

00:13:16.420 that elon made are are disgusting to accuse him of being on the epstein list when he knows he's not

00:13:23.060 i mean this was this man's best friend for for the last few months with him every single day

00:13:29.300 elon left his son with president trump little x if you knew he's on the epstein list why are you

00:13:35.780 letting your child hang out with him and if you knew he's on the epstein list why were you hanging

00:13:40.720 out with him why didn't he come out sooner as donald trump said you know i i knew he was going

00:13:46.460 to come out against me it was just a matter of when and you should have done it sooner

00:13:50.420 everyone in dc you know has been smoking it but from what i hear from my sources on capitol hill and in dc

00:13:57.940 people's patience was running very thin with elon that is a very difficult person to deal with

00:14:04.320 and um not an easy person to deal with and and and everyone was was wearing thin he was wearing

00:14:11.280 thin on everyone in the white house which raises the question how did he really get that black eye

00:14:15.500 so we'll keep you updated on how how things play out here um hopefully it's mendeable he owes

00:14:23.040 donald trump a massive apology for that disgusting remark and childish behavior and then it's up to

00:14:30.540 donald trump he has every right to not forgive him for betraying him as a friend donald trump did

00:14:36.060 everything for this man uh elon's got no friends that donald trump was his only friend so it's on him

00:14:43.120 to make it right and it's on donald trump to decide if he accepts his apology folks stay with us we're

00:14:47.920 coming right back with house judiciary chairman jim jordan a terrific interview i ask him all the

00:14:54.680 tough questions what does he say to the people who say he's not doing enough what does he say to the

00:15:00.000 people who tell him it's just another strongly worded letter he answers them all there's not a

00:15:06.060 question i ask him that he shies away from or doesn't ask and i didn't ask any softballs i learned

00:15:11.600 from the best the great lou dobs folks we're coming right back please stay with us

00:15:14.880 mr chairman i appreciate you taking the time to sit down with me today you were one of lou dobs's

00:15:24.940 favorites so it was one of our favorites it means extra to me and you are too now i appreciate it

00:15:29.880 um i want to get started with first the people on twitter the people in the mainstream media they all

00:15:35.980 go crazy jim jordan's just sending another strongly worded letter but what they don't understand is jim

00:15:41.560 jordan can't go out and just start arresting people no jim jordan does due diligence and then

00:15:47.140 he makes his referrals to the justice department as they see fit yeah it's then up to the justice

00:15:52.020 department to go ahead and say yeah we're going to do this but if you have a corrupt justice department

00:15:56.440 like we have with merrick garland yeah there's nothing you can do is that a correct assessment yes

00:16:01.580 it's it's our constitutional system we have you know separate equal branches of government um

00:16:06.540 we can do oversight which constitution we're supposed to do we do that i've probably been

00:16:11.800 involved in more big investigations than just about anyone over the last 10 12 years um and then you

00:16:19.440 can you can use the power of the purse you can do oversight you can pass legislation you can do you

00:16:23.440 can do referrals uh you can even do impeachments which we did for for um you know my orcas but in

00:16:30.760 the end you can't indict anybody only the justice department can now the good news is in this

00:16:34.640 administration with with pam bondy todd blanche amel bow the people running the justice department

00:16:40.120 and and cash and dan running the uh uh fbi you got it's night and day compared to garland and ray

00:16:47.520 so um they're i think they're doing they're doing good work and we have a great relationship with

00:16:52.500 those guys and working well with them so let me ask you do you guys go back and revisit all the

00:16:56.180 work that you did last congress when as it relates to the biden crime family and everything or do

00:16:59.840 you guys let bygones be bygones and move forward uh it depends uh there's some things we want to

00:17:05.540 like we're we're we're having a deposition with david weiss uh this friday we there's some questions

00:17:11.760 he would not answer when we deposed him last congress because um you know he he could hide

00:17:17.340 behind well not hide behind but he could legitimately say there's an ongoing investigation um you know he

00:17:22.140 was special counsel and he was looking into the hunter biden situation so uh we got some questions

00:17:26.680 for him and then if you looked at his report it was it was the thinnest shortest smallest um special

00:17:32.800 counsel report i've ever seen so we're talking to him we've done some other things one of the things

00:17:37.820 i really want to get into and it looks like we're getting this information maybe even this week

00:17:42.780 but as you know there were 26 confidential human sources at the capitol on january 6th some of them

00:17:50.180 were specifically asked to be there by the fbi that day so there's a there's a kind of an overarching

00:17:55.780 fundamental question what's the fbi doing having a bunch of spot because confidential human source

00:18:00.900 is a fancy name for spy having a bunch of spies and informants at a first amendment protected

00:18:05.160 political rally um now i understand didn't sustain a rally there were some bad things that happened

00:18:11.380 but they're having people there they ask them to be there 17 of the 26 went in the restricted space

00:18:17.440 four actually went in the capitol two of the four went in the capitol were two that the fbi had asked

00:18:21.160 to be there that day we got all kinds of questions how long did they work for the fbi what was their

00:18:25.920 background before they worked for the fbi how much were they paid were they paid for stuff they gave

00:18:29.700 information on that day was any information they gave used to prosecute american citizens did they go

00:18:34.260 into the capitol through the door through a broken window were they the first in were they like i think

00:18:38.200 a ton of questions we want to know so that's one we're definitely going to pursue um because you know

00:18:44.680 again you remember in the big picture biden pardoned the people in the january 6 committee january 6

00:18:49.220 committee told us all kinds of things that were garbage we caught them in eight different lies

00:18:53.180 didn't look at things they should have looked at they certainly didn't look at this confidential

00:18:56.600 human source issue so um there's some things we're going to continue to dig into as we uh as we move

00:19:02.760 through this congress do you believe there was only that said number it's so hard for me to believe

00:19:07.300 we were there with my photographer there on january 6th on the oculus doing interviews yeah and it was

00:19:12.640 peaceful everything was fine and then just an hour later all of a sudden all hell is breaking loose

00:19:17.780 right here in this very building yeah it's so hard for me to believe that in that one hour period

00:19:22.760 people because of what donald trump said became enraged to come break windows in this place and start

00:19:28.140 fires and and hurt people that it's so hard for me to believe that there was only 20 something of

00:19:32.980 these people there and why did nancy pelosi deny the national guard why did the mayor deny the national

00:19:40.980 guard they had to know something was going on if they sent in uh confidential spies right

00:19:46.540 well you wonder now i think they're they're their argument would be well we were looking at some of

00:19:52.680 these groups and they were going to be there and you know pick the name of the group you you want and

00:19:56.060 so that's that's why we had these sources or these these informants or these confidential

00:20:00.380 informants but um yeah i think there's there's there's still concerns there and remember we got this

00:20:08.160 information from the inspector general right and the inspector general has done good work give mr

00:20:12.940 whore with some credit but he didn't give us the report till after the election right and there was

00:20:17.280 no reason to wait until after the election and this thing happened you know four years earlier but we 0.63

00:20:23.420 get it after the election and it lays all this out um could have been done i think a lot sooner uh so

00:20:30.400 again this is why we want the information and we we're we're working with the justice department we

00:20:33.980 think we're going to get it now as i said before this justice department as an example is is so much

00:20:39.000 better than dealing with what we had before we had i think it was cash is cash patel's second day

00:20:43.860 as director we sent him seven subpoenas and we started getting information you know just right

00:20:48.760 away which never happened with chris ray and merrick garland so my next question is chris ray

00:20:54.400 do we ever see him again he sort of went off into the sunset yeah not not on msnbc not on cnn not like

00:21:01.960 the other folks who left the doj some of your friends that you've brought in over the last few years

00:21:06.200 chris ray's off into the sunset which to me speaks measures right because he's a little

00:21:10.060 nervous if you're arrogant you're gonna go out and talk your smack whatever you want to do on tv but

00:21:14.680 ray is nowhere to be found yeah i don't even know i assume he went back to some law firm um but i don't

00:21:20.480 know it's it's it's i hadn't really thought about it a whole lot where he's at um because you're right

00:21:26.040 andy mccabe you see him pop up on on we depose those guys when we depose those guys with uh

00:21:35.120 the the 51 intel letter you know where they said the hunter-biden laptop was a russian information

00:21:41.040 operation we're like the fbi had their laptop they knew it was real um and that letter i think

00:21:45.580 impacted the 2020 election so we we depose those guys and literally some of the most arrogant

00:21:50.560 individuals i've and i've sat in a lot of depositions maybe more than just about anyone

00:21:54.240 in congress here in the last 10 15 years they were like on they were sort of in the same category as

00:22:00.280 comey and mccabe just with their how dare you hillbillies from flyover country question remember

00:22:07.040 when struck was uh one of the the text messages that struck sent to at least a page 99 to one or

00:22:12.660 something those two but but the disdain they have for us he said in one of those texts i'm i'm i'm in

00:22:19.140 the northern virginia walmart and i can smell the trump supporters because they're there's so much

00:22:23.400 better than us you know like country folk from from flower country i'd argue if you've ever been to a

00:22:29.120 starbucks yeah yeah the uh uh so anyway yeah the disease bernan and you mentioned his name it just

00:22:35.400 made me think about that bernan and clapper and then why are they so untouchable though well we

00:22:40.900 brought them in they weren't so untouchable we brought them in for a deposition and they were

00:22:44.060 like how dare you you know i'm i was you know uh odni director and cia and all these things that they

00:22:50.520 ran that so they were um their arrogance was was there and we we got them to come in and answer the

00:22:57.860 questions um of course they said well we didn't know we thought they had a couple words in that

00:23:03.680 letter that they kind of could could point to but um yeah we just we just got to keep digging and our

00:23:10.020 job is to get the facts out there do legislation if we can you do the oversight to to inform us and

00:23:17.300 what what may need to happen with with legislation and then frankly use the appropriation process

00:23:21.880 where we can uh to to make sure we're getting these agencies actually serving the public not

00:23:27.660 being weaponized against the very taxpayers they're supposed to serve going back real quickly before we

00:23:32.120 go to the next thing hunter biden he was pardoned all the way back to 2014 which for me doesn't really

00:23:36.960 make much sense right he allegedly was pardoned for whatever the republicans what you guys were going

00:23:42.180 after him for right there wasn't criminal acts though but he was pardoned back to 2014 along with

00:23:47.300 his brothers what do you think could have possibly happened in that four years or that six years

00:23:51.620 rather from 2014 to 2020 when his father became vice president of the united states yeah you know what

00:23:57.380 you know what the uh that was to cover the burisma years and i always thought this was the key

00:24:03.160 the key thing in the um when we were looking at the impeachment inquiry in in the last congress was

00:24:12.300 when he gets put on the hunter biden there was i always say there was like some key facts there

00:24:16.760 hunter biden gets put on the board of burisma he's not qualified to go on the board we know he's not

00:24:21.000 qualified because he told us he told us in a cbs interview told the whole whole country his father

00:24:26.240 then gets asked by the key people who run burisma can uh hunter biden gets asked can you weigh in with

00:24:32.660 your dad and help us with the pressure runner from the prosecutor and then a few days later joe biden

00:24:37.500 goes to uh ukraine and gives a speech and and then says to uh the folks in ukraine fire the

00:24:44.600 prosecutor you're not getting the loan guarantee money yeah from the u.s so yeah and then they

00:24:49.140 fired the guy so like that was i always thought the heart of the issue taking specific action as a

00:24:55.820 vice president of the united states that benefits the company your son sits on the board of and he's

00:25:00.760 not qualified to sit on the board not my words his words and so this pardon goes all the way back to

00:25:05.920 that and i i think that's why they did it uh because remember david weiss let that go yeah he

00:25:11.840 got the statute of limitations run didn't prosecute on on the the burisma and the tax money hunter owed

00:25:17.720 from the money he was getting from burisma so um i think that's why they did it quid pro quo that

00:25:22.980 sounds like the exact definition to me but donald trump's the one who did the quid pro quo the gas

00:25:27.200 lighting is unbelievable yeah rogue judges i mean they're running rampant throughout this entire city

00:25:33.180 uh doing everything they could to stop the american first agenda but they're also hurting the american

00:25:37.420 people and all the nonsense they're doing they're delaying tactics and then just getting struck down

00:25:41.440 by the supreme court i think donald trump's got almost an impeccable record right now in the appeals

00:25:45.040 court for just about everything during the 2020 election we heard you have no standing there's no

00:25:51.100 standing for this election lawsuit this this and that but these people somehow always find standing

00:25:55.140 whether it be uh college and universities or hamas terror whatever it is they always find standing 0.69

00:26:00.480 how can we use congress to root out these rogue judges who are ruining this country yeah uh well

00:26:07.440 you do three things and we we've touched on these already and we've done this particularly on federal

00:26:12.680 district judges who issue these injunctions so one you have you have hearings on it we had a great

00:26:16.860 oversight hearing uh in the judiciary committee where we had former speaker gingrich in talking about

00:26:21.280 historically how wrong this is how for most of our history you didn't have these district judges who

00:26:25.840 could do this kind of thing and have it a injunction that applies uh nationwide you do legislation which

00:26:31.740 we passed out of our committee like 10 weeks ago uh passed the house floor several weeks ago um and

00:26:37.300 that bill says if a federal district judge issues an injunction it applies to the parties in the case

00:26:42.420 that makes sense and it only in in that particular jurisdiction doesn't apply nationwide that bill passed

00:26:48.860 the house it is now sitting in the in the senate and then third you look at we said we actually put a

00:26:55.220 letter out there but you you um you look at the appropriations process which you're just now

00:27:00.860 starting to enter and maybe you say to some of these judges okay you know what you're going to

00:27:05.340 issue opinions like that that we think are political that we think are the weaponization of the judiciary

00:27:09.880 then maybe you're not going to get three clerks you're going to get one or the money to pay for

00:27:14.220 all the things you know in your we don't want to do anything that would hurt american citizens

00:27:19.220 ability to get their day in court but maybe you want to impact what money goes to that that

00:27:23.900 particular judge and some of the clerks and stuff who may be working for for them so um i think you

00:27:28.860 use all three of those and and then of course in a general sense you keep talking about it like

00:27:33.340 we're doing right now is impeachment on the table for some of these people we've had members file it

00:27:38.280 what i always say is we're not taking anything off the table but historically when it comes to

00:27:44.500 impeachment of judges it is only for like complete like you the judge is drunk on the bench the judge

00:27:53.500 is you know taking a bribe it's for it's for those kind of activities it's not for issuing

00:27:58.500 bad opinions i'd almost argue that's less bad than what some of them are doing well you know

00:28:03.620 there's there's some who's argued that and we've had we even had one of our members of our

00:28:07.980 judiciary committee who's filed an impeachment resolution particularly on judge bozberg which is

00:28:11.880 oh my goodness bozberg you know he's the guy that said turn the plane around bring the bad guys back

00:28:15.920 really put them in your house yeah they bring the bad guys back like this they you know this guy was

00:28:20.620 a terrorist organization illegal migrant and you wanted to turn the plane around and come back here 0.96

00:28:24.900 and most americans are like that's pretty crazy but somehow the democrats still get support

00:28:30.000 it makes no sense to me before we wrap up i want to get to the work that you're doing

00:28:33.600 on these rogue college campuses i mean anti-semitism is running rampant and uh indoctrination at the

00:28:40.140 highest levels these woke ideologies it's been running free for the last four years

00:28:43.440 donald trump's now in power how do we rein in the power from the harvards the the columbias of the

00:28:49.120 world yeah you you you keep doing the oversight we're doing uh but also we had a hearing today

00:28:53.840 where we're coming at it from a slightly different angle we think there's potential antitrust

00:28:57.100 violations here where they're where where particularly the elite universities you know the ivies and and some

00:29:03.400 of the others are are coordinating on price so they're not competing on price which is you know

00:29:10.920 per se you know that's just illegal and then it looks like they're also limiting output i.e limiting

00:29:15.660 class size so if you're doing those things and and driving up so when you do that you can charge this

00:29:21.980 high price and then you add this third element that we discovered in in today's hearing where it's

00:29:26.260 called perfect price discrimination so what they do is people apply to today's situation was brown we

00:29:31.920 had we had that student alex uh shea from brown who's been talking about um but you you pay like

00:29:37.320 ninety three thousand dollars to go to go to to brown well what the university will do is get all your

00:29:43.160 financial information for the student his family your tax bill you know everything they've done

00:29:46.920 investments and retirements they get all this information and then they can they can almost

00:29:51.540 directly determine the highest point that that family can afford and that's what they'll charge

00:29:56.400 so you get no competition on price amongst the you know so collusion on price perfect price

00:30:03.320 discrimination and limited output which again from an economic state you cannot that is that is

00:30:09.060 anti-competitive which is wrong so and we had we had the we had the one of the antitrust expert

00:30:14.480 lawyers there today talking about it as well so we're looking at it from that angle and the interesting

00:30:18.940 thing was too these universities when someone tries to point it out like alex shea

00:30:23.760 he he said seven thousand students paying ninety three thousand dollars in tuition where's all that

00:30:30.180 money going yeah so he sent an email to all the administrators found out he found out there were

00:30:34.860 thirty eight uh hundred three thousand eight hundred five administrators he sends him an email what do you

00:30:40.680 do all day you know what do you do all day we've got ninety three thousand in tuition for for seven a

00:30:46.920 little over seven thousand undergrads that's like seven hundred million dollars a year coming into

00:30:50.740 to uh uh brown where's all the money going for these administrators oh okay what are they doing

00:30:56.120 all day and and then what happened they didn't get back and give him information they investigated

00:31:01.380 and they investigated him in the in the in the brown spectator the the newspaper on campus so

00:31:06.200 this is how bad the left is so again just keeping the pressure of what the trump administration is

00:31:11.380 doing and you couple all with that the situation of brown with all the anti-semitic stuff going on

00:31:16.080 just how bad it is so i i appreciate what the president's doing yeah you guys are all doing a

00:31:20.440 terrific job and i mean the last congress too you guys had served it but you know at the end of the

00:31:24.040 day you're up against a brick wall when you have a department of justice that's just corrupt as hell

00:31:27.820 before we wrap up i want to give you the chance for the last word like i said i really appreciate

00:31:31.760 you taking the time to join us your vision for for this this congress moving forward looking

00:31:36.460 forward to 2026 a lot at stake yeah if uh if if we lose 2026 i'll bet you 20 bucks right now

00:31:43.800 donald trump gets impeached yeah donald trump gets impeached they investigate the heck out of him

00:31:47.440 they investigate elon musk they do it i mean who knows what you know that's there's there's there's a

00:31:51.300 reason the democrats in my judgment um said we're going to kick jerry nadler to the curb and we're

00:31:56.380 going to bring in jamie raskin because if if in fact they could win they'll run they'll run the

00:32:01.600 investigations and he'll be their point person much much like adam schiff was a few congresses

00:32:06.040 back so um but for us to win we just we just gotta you gotta work hard i don't know a long time ago

00:32:12.260 uh hard work doesn't guarantee success but it sure improves your chances yeah so we gotta we gotta work

00:32:17.420 hard we got a good team from from the speaker on down but everyone working hard um second we just

00:32:22.780 gotta point out that we're the party of common sense they're the party of crazy yeah remember when

00:32:27.660 sarah huckabee sanders said a few years ago in her response to joe biden's state of the union

00:32:32.340 she said the divide in america today is normal versus crazy yeah and we're the party of normal

00:32:37.460 or as president trump always says we're the party of common sense they're the party of

00:32:41.020 defund the police not have a border men against women in sports let chinese spy balloons fly clear 0.92

00:32:46.840 across the country then chewed them down like i'm just like i said with a 250 000 sideline remission

00:32:52.000 yeah i'm just like a country boy from ohio i think i'd have shot it down four women across 1.00

00:32:56.680 the country right i know trump would have right so like it just like we're the party of normal and i

00:33:02.060 think the country's figured that out we just got to keep talking about that i always say the left has

00:33:07.320 the left has a template they follow the left will tell a lie mainstream media will report the lie

00:33:14.720 big tech will amplify the lie and then when you tell the truth they call you a racist yeah or something

00:33:20.840 else and they'll attack you and they'll come at you and they'll make something up and lie about you

00:33:24.100 pretty soon your position is proven accurate but by that point they're on to the next lot

00:33:27.920 and they repeat this the process but the country figured out on november 5th that that's all bs

00:33:33.060 and we're going to go with the common sense party the republican party and get away from this craziness
