The Great America Show - PRESIDENT TRUMP JOINS LOU ON THE GREAT AMERICA SHOW

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to the big show, the Great America Show, truth, justice, and

00:00:06.140 the American way, and we have a great show for you today.

00:00:09.240 As promised, our special guest today is the 45th President of the United States, our greatest

00:00:15.480 president, in my opinion.

00:00:17.360 We'll be taking up the threats and challenges to America, the axis of evil, Russia and China, 1.00

00:00:24.040 and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

00:00:26.220 The Marxist forces arrayed against the United States and our wide-open southern border,

00:00:32.160 and a president who refuses to take a cognitive test.

00:00:35.880 We'll be talking about all of that and more with former President Donald J. Trump in just

00:00:40.960 a matter of moments here today.

00:00:43.280 Democrats are watching the public opinion polls with increasing wariness.

00:00:47.860 In part, the Dems are more anxious because not even a foreign war has been enough to

00:00:53.360 boost President Biden's poll numbers.

00:00:55.560 High inflation and rising gas prices weighing on the budgets of American workers and families.

00:01:02.680 Those opinion polls won't be helped by Biden's decision to end the Title 42 order to remove

00:01:09.300 illegal immigrants to Mexico and their home countries.

00:01:13.500 And now, President Biden has ordered immigration and customs enforcement judges to dismiss cases

00:01:19.700 of those who haven't entered the country recently.

00:01:22.520 And things aren't getting any better for Kamala Harris, either.

00:01:26.600 She's been under wraps since she got back from her disastrous European trip,

00:01:31.140 and her staff turmoil goes on.

00:01:34.160 The Vice President's Deputy Chief of Staff is the latest to depart.

00:01:38.380 Michael Fuchs becomes the 11th of her staffers to walk out the door,

00:01:42.980 the 11th staffer to quit the Harris staff since last June.

00:01:47.140 It is quite simply a mess and not getting noticeably better.

00:01:51.900 With most of the country critical of Biden and his policies, worried about the direction

00:01:57.220 our country is headed, and watching the reversal of the Trump economy, and parents fighting back

00:02:03.840 against the Marxist forces that threaten their rights to know what happens in their public

00:02:08.420 schools, there's a general feeling that we'd all be a lot better off if Donald Trump were

00:02:14.720 still in the White House.

00:02:16.360 We have with us today the man that many, if not most Americans, would far prefer be leading

00:02:22.600 the nation in these perilous times, former President Donald J. Trump.

00:02:28.440 Mr. President, a delight to have you with us.

00:02:31.640 We really appreciate your time.

00:02:33.160 It's a difficult, complex time for millions and millions of Americans, and we have a White 1.00

00:02:38.800 House that has just experienced extraordinary collapses in polling, Americans expressing

00:02:44.500 no confidence in this president at all.

00:02:47.600 I'd like to get your reaction to what we're experiencing.

00:02:51.760 Well, I don't think we've ever had a time quite like it.

00:02:54.280 I don't think our country has ever felt so low or been so low.

00:02:57.820 I don't believe there's ever been an embarrassment like what we're going through, if you look

00:03:03.500 at our borders, and I think specifically what happened in Afghanistan, where we surrendered.

00:03:11.120 There was no reason, you know, we didn't lose a soldier in 18 months.

00:03:15.580 They were not going to mess around with us, and for some reason we just cut and ran, and

00:03:20.380 dead soldiers, 13, and badly, badly wounded soldiers that people don't talk about, and I mean

00:03:26.320 legs and arms and beyond.

00:03:29.480 It's really, there's never been a time like this, and now you have the inflation and you

00:03:34.200 have the energy problem.

00:03:35.360 We were energy independent a year and a half ago, and now we're asking OPEC to help us

00:03:40.600 and Venezuela to help us.

00:03:42.840 And now we have China and Russia negotiating our deal, our horrible, the Iran nuclear deal,

00:03:49.540 which I terminated.

00:03:50.400 And we would have made a deal within one week if the election weren't rigged.

00:03:55.440 And now I have, we have them, think of it, Russia and China are negotiating our Iran nuclear

00:04:03.480 deal, which we shouldn't be doing, which I terminated.

00:04:07.240 And now they're going to make an even worse one, which is hard to believe.

00:04:10.400 So no, we've never had a time.

00:04:11.920 I think we've never had a time where we've been so low.

00:04:14.620 And I do believe, Lou, that the embarrassment that we suffered in Afghanistan, which we're

00:04:20.180 still suffering with hostages over there and leaving $85 billion worth of equipment behind

00:04:25.620 is not even imaginable.

00:04:27.260 I think that was really a very big moment.

00:04:29.900 And that moment is in contrast to a president right now who on one trip to Europe to talk

00:04:41.140 with NATO in that summit, addressing the issue of the Russian invasion and war against Ukraine

00:04:48.120 made, by my count, five gaps, quote unquote, misstatements.

00:04:54.000 Your reaction as you're watching him on this stage, in this critical moment in our history?

00:05:01.080 Well, there were five, but there were many more than that.

00:05:03.280 And even yesterday talking about the wife being the vice president and so many other things.

00:05:08.840 I mean, it's a very, very serious thing that's going on.

00:05:13.360 People would laugh or they'd smile, but we're talking about the destiny of this country, of

00:05:19.220 our country and the world to a large extent because of the power of the weaponry, the power

00:05:23.560 of numerous types of weaponry, frankly.

00:05:27.960 And it's a very serious situation that's going on.

00:05:31.140 But the world is no longer respecting us.

00:05:34.080 They're no longer listening to us.

00:05:35.880 In certain cases, as you know, they're not even returning the president's phone call,

00:05:40.460 which is unthinkable.

00:05:41.780 It's unthinkable to see what's going on.

00:05:44.500 You wouldn't think it would be even possible.

00:05:46.500 But and it's very embarrassing to have a staff correcting so often, you know, they put

00:05:51.720 out corrections almost every time he makes a statement.

00:05:56.680 And in some ways, they're better off not putting out the correction because it makes

00:06:00.120 us look worse.

00:06:00.740 You're better off trying to hope nobody was listening.

00:06:04.200 But it's a very serious situation.

00:06:06.740 I think our country has never been in this position where we're no longer respected as

00:06:12.380 a country.

00:06:12.880 We're no longer respected for our leadership.

00:06:14.840 And we had it so strong.

00:06:17.380 We had everything going.

00:06:18.720 The biggest tax cut, the biggest regulation cuts in history.

00:06:22.740 We had it going.

00:06:24.020 We were respected by everybody.

00:06:25.700 And China was paying us billions and billions of dollars.

00:06:28.700 They never paid 10 cents in taxes and tariffs.

00:06:32.840 They paid us billions.

00:06:34.300 We saved our steel industry.

00:06:35.820 We saved our auto industry.

00:06:37.280 And so many things we did that were so great.

00:06:40.580 And we were just cruising.

00:06:43.260 And now you look at what's going on with inflation.

00:06:46.240 You know, we had no inflation.

00:06:47.520 There was no inflation.

00:06:48.500 There was no supply chain problem.

00:06:50.540 Supply chain, nobody ever even talked about it.

00:06:52.560 It was like an automatic.

00:06:54.340 And nobody ever heard the term even supply chain.

00:06:58.040 This was a thing that was taken care of, automatically adjusted and took care of itself.

00:07:02.720 And now it's a disaster.

00:07:04.480 You can't get, you go to stores, they're empty.

00:07:07.820 The shelves are empty.

00:07:09.260 So nobody's ever seen a situation like this.

00:07:11.860 But most importantly, we are not respected as a country anymore.

00:07:16.140 We're not respected.

00:07:17.700 And in point of fact, the institutions that within the highly respected United States globally,

00:07:27.920 including our media, our corporate America,

00:07:31.540 they are also diminished by the scandals and corruption that now is being exposed.

00:07:38.800 And chief among those scandals is the president's son, Hunter Biden.

00:07:44.880 His laptop from hell is Miranda Devine of the New York Post styled it.

00:07:50.660 Finally, the Washington Post and the New York Times acknowledge that in that debate with you,

00:07:57.800 the former vice president, Joe Biden, lied to you, to the American people.

00:08:04.940 And your former attorney general, which I was struck by, acknowledged he knew he was lying, but didn't say a word.

00:08:17.300 Well, Bill Barr was a nice man, but he was a very frightened man.

00:08:20.540 I saw this as we went along.

00:08:22.420 He started off sounding good, recommended by other people, rhinos in all fairness, but they were good rhinos.

00:08:29.840 And there are some good rhinos, too.

00:08:31.740 They just don't quite understand what's happening.

00:08:34.420 But Bill Barr was a frightened, a very frightened man.

00:08:37.680 They were going after him in many different ways for contempt.

00:08:41.800 But they were, as you know, by just reading the papers and reading, seeing the media at the time,

00:08:48.480 they were threatening him with impeachment and he didn't want to be impeached.

00:08:52.560 And how do you not get impeached?

00:08:54.320 You just don't do anything or you don't do what the president wants you to do or what other people say you should be doing.

00:09:02.160 So Bill Barr was a he was not a courageous man and it was a disgrace.

00:09:06.600 And he let these people get away with the greatest election fraud in history.

00:09:11.740 And that's all coming out.

00:09:12.800 When you look at the the mules, as they call them, people and trafficking, when you look at the ballot harvesting, 0.80

00:09:19.300 this massive, massive ballot harvesting situation, when you look at all of the money,

00:09:25.720 $417 million being spent mostly in Democratic areas, Democrat areas,

00:09:32.220 and you look at all of the other things that that have been revealed, look at what's going on in Wisconsin now and Pennsylvania now.

00:09:38.940 And Corman and all of the people in Pennsylvania are now saying, wow, this really was corrupt.

00:09:45.920 And you just take a look at what happened on election night.

00:09:49.260 That thing was over.

00:09:50.160 And then all of a sudden, gee, we just happened to see some additional drops.

00:09:54.300 Now, what happened is we can't allow it to happen to our country because between we have no borders.

00:10:01.620 You know, we had the strongest border we've ever had.

00:10:03.900 And now we have by far the weakest.

00:10:06.280 And the other thing that was revealed is our elections are corrupt.

00:10:10.360 Nobody had any idea they were corrupt and certainly not corrupt like this.

00:10:14.140 Yeah, talking two days ago with Wisconsin special counsel, Michael Gabelman, who's investigating the all that went wrong in the Wisconsin election.

00:10:25.360 He says point blank.

00:10:26.820 It was a rigged election.

00:10:28.980 He thinks crimes were committed.

00:10:31.360 And he refers to election bribery based on just what Mark Zuckerberg did with $350 billion and the non-29 profits that moved in there and made, as he put it, agents out of mayors and election officials representing Zuckerberg's interest.

00:10:52.540 It's outrageous.

00:10:53.460 And now Wisconsin is in the middle of a pitched political battle because you have the attorney general and the governor trying to shove all of these discoveries of corruption back into a dark corner.

00:11:10.280 And Gabelman is having none of it.

00:11:12.200 He's a man of immense courage to be pursuing this.

00:11:14.780 But we know that these instances of corruption, whether they rise to the point that they would have affected the outcome of the election, I can't say specifically, but I do know this.

00:11:26.940 How in the world could we not have investigated these contemporaneously with the election?

00:11:33.360 It's mind-boggling to me.

00:11:35.780 So Michael Gabelman, as you know, was a justice of the Supreme Court in the state.

00:11:40.080 And he is one of the most respected people.

00:11:43.220 He's retired.

00:11:43.760 And they put him in as somebody that is just respected by everybody.

00:11:48.460 He's a very strong person, a very ethical person.

00:11:51.780 And I think he went into it with, you know, probably views that things must be, it can't be like what he's hearing.

00:12:00.680 And he came out with it probably saying it's much worse than he ever dreamt possible.

00:12:05.060 And he's getting his point across.

00:12:07.960 And Wisconsin is, he's an amazing person to, you know, to even take it on.

00:12:12.820 And now the governor's trying to hide it.

00:12:14.980 The attorney general's trying to hide it.

00:12:16.520 They're trying to diminish it.

00:12:17.580 But they can't because it's numbers.

00:12:19.360 And the numbers are massive.

00:12:21.780 Far more, in the opinion of just about everybody that sees it, far more than necessary.

00:12:27.340 You know, it was a very close election in Wisconsin, as it was in all of these places.

00:12:32.320 Because if you look at what's going on in Pennsylvania, if you look at what's going on in Arizona, look at what's going on.

00:12:39.060 I mean, if you had a governor that cared about the election at all, you'd have no problem.

00:12:44.580 Georgia would have been a tremendous victory.

00:12:46.740 He was a tremendous disappointment, the governor.

00:12:48.840 And even the legislation they passed, they don't even have signature verification.

00:12:54.380 But that was a tremendous disappointment he was.

00:12:57.280 But you look at these swing states where things happen in swing states that nobody's ever seen.

00:13:03.120 And they basically use COVID or the China virus, as I call it, to rig and steal an election. 0.98

00:13:10.260 In many cases, the legislatures didn't approve the things that various states did.

00:13:15.580 And, you know, that's just illegal.

00:13:17.880 You can't do that.

00:13:18.940 You're not allowed to have a politician make a decision.

00:13:21.200 And even a judge can't make the decision.

00:13:23.360 It has to be done by the state legislatures.

00:13:25.600 And they didn't approve these things.

00:13:27.480 But if you watch Wisconsin, as an example, they're really – they've really headed to the front of the pack.

00:13:34.340 They are so angry.

00:13:35.580 And the people are angry up there.

00:13:37.340 They're so angry at what happened.

00:13:39.920 You know, their vote's been taken away.

00:13:41.640 Their election's been taken away.

00:13:43.060 And now we have inflation.

00:13:44.340 We're no longer energy-independent.

00:13:46.480 Gasoline's at $6 instead of $1.87 a gallon.

00:13:50.680 I mean, look at the gasoline.

00:13:51.960 It's gone – I was – I had it down less than – if you look, I had it down at a number that nobody would have even believed.

00:13:58.620 We're at $1.87.

00:14:00.060 We're even lower than that for periods of time.

00:14:02.360 And now you're $5, $6.

00:14:04.820 In California, you're $7 and $8.

00:14:06.480 So it's – this is all because of a fraudulent election.

00:14:11.520 So people are – they're just not – they're just not standing for it.

00:14:16.060 And I think some very interesting things are coming out, Lou.

00:14:19.480 And you're watching it, but some very interesting things are coming out.

00:14:22.540 And I want to turn to, if we may, an appearance by Ron Klain, Biden's chief of staff, in which going to the issue of what is coming out, the laptop now is exploding.

00:14:37.740 I mean, when George Stephanopoulos is focused on this issue, you know that the wall has cracked for corporate news outlets.

00:14:49.160 They're finally having to deal with the issue.

00:14:51.540 This was his question to Ron Klain, Biden's chief of staff.

00:14:57.100 The Washington Post also reported this week on deals that Hunter Biden had with a Chinese energy company paid $4.8 million to entities controlled by Hunter and the president's brother.

00:15:06.060 Is the president confident his family didn't cross any ethical lines?

00:15:10.160 George, the president is confident that his family did the right thing.

00:15:13.640 But, again, I want to just be really clear.

00:15:15.200 These are actions by Hunter and his brother.

00:15:18.240 They're private matters.

00:15:19.020 They don't involve the president.

00:15:20.500 And they certainly are something that no one at the White House is involved in.

00:15:23.240 Don't you find that interesting, Mr. President, that Klain made no effort to suggest that Hunter Biden and James Biden, the president's brother and son, were not involved?

00:15:37.660 He put a bright line between the president and the two of them, which suggests, at least to me, that the White House is now very concerned about where this is all leading.

00:15:49.620 Well, and did you know that there was no follow-up by Stephanopoulos?

00:15:53.260 It's off to the next question.

00:15:54.960 Could you imagine if that were me?

00:15:56.940 It would have been a grilling for the entire show, and they would have said, this is unacceptable.

00:16:03.480 You know, look, the whole thing.

00:16:04.500 Exactly.

00:16:04.860 The media is so corrupt. 0.86

00:16:06.280 It is so corrupt.

00:16:07.260 And you know that probably better than most.

00:16:09.900 But we're dealing with a corrupt media.

00:16:12.360 We have no freedom of the press.

00:16:13.800 We have no freedom of speech.

00:16:15.500 You know, in Russia, it's very interesting.

00:16:16.940 The people of Russia don't know they're even in a war.

00:16:19.980 Well, guess what?

00:16:20.900 We have sort of the same thing.

00:16:22.320 And when you look at New York Times, I guess the pollsters are saying it was a 17-point difference.

00:16:28.680 And we won anyway.

00:16:30.400 But if you look, take a look at the New York Times.

00:16:33.400 I mean, basically, they're saying, we knew all about this, but we didn't want to do it because we didn't want to affect the election.

00:16:38.920 We didn't want to talk about it.

00:16:40.220 They had all of this information.

00:16:42.000 And Bill Barr had it.

00:16:43.540 And Bill Barr, you know, Bill Barr was not a courageous person.

00:16:46.720 In fact, he was gutless, actually, if you want to say.

00:16:49.700 He was gutless.

00:16:50.780 But they had this laptop, and they had it for a long time, and it's a disgrace what happened.

00:16:55.480 And it's a disgrace for our country because our country is going through things now that none of this should have happened.

00:17:01.840 None of it.

00:17:02.820 But the New York Times revealed that, I guess they say they made a mistake.

00:17:08.860 But they didn't make a mistake.

00:17:10.040 They did it on purpose.

00:17:11.020 They knew all about this stuff.

00:17:12.560 They had this stuff.

00:17:13.220 And they didn't even go far enough.

00:17:15.780 And same thing with, by the way, the Washington Post.

00:17:18.320 And same thing with CNN and the rest of them, all of them.

00:17:22.080 They all knew, and they worked together.

00:17:24.240 I have no doubt that they worked together.

00:17:25.980 It was collusion because they worked together on it.

00:17:29.040 This would have been, and the New York Post, I take my hat off to them.

00:17:31.960 They have gained such respect.

00:17:34.040 They're almost becoming the paper of record.

00:17:36.100 They gained such respect during this period of time because they were the only ones that came out.

00:17:41.800 And Miranda is a great reporter, by the way. 0.83

00:17:44.480 They were the only ones that came out with this.

00:17:47.080 The only ones that came out.

00:17:48.620 And they came out, and they came out strong.

00:17:51.360 And they were really injured by it, right?

00:17:53.900 They were cut off.

00:17:54.800 They were cut off by the big tech and cut off by everybody.

00:17:59.720 But they really, they were very credible.

00:18:02.920 So the media used to be almost like the police force out there, so bad things didn't happen.

00:18:07.980 But the media has been totally corrupted over a period of time.

00:18:13.080 It's taken numerous years.

00:18:16.200 But over a period of time, they are totally corrupt or almost totally corrupt.

00:18:20.940 Yes, I think you're right, Mr. President. 0.76

00:18:22.760 And they're corrupt because their corrupt masters, their corporate owners, have made them so.

00:18:29.920 They do nothing without direction, as you well know, from their owners and from their parent companies, whether it's Disney.

00:18:39.240 And in one way, Lou, you wonder why.

00:18:40.940 You wonder why because you say, why doesn't our country want a strong military, low taxes?

00:18:45.880 Why don't we want great education?

00:18:47.460 Why do we want men playing in women's sports where records are being broken at levels that nobody's ever even thought possible? 0.95

00:18:56.080 I don't know if you saw the swimming records where they break a swimming record that's been held for 11 years by 38 seconds.

00:19:02.620 You know, they want to break it by an eighth of a second.

00:19:05.520 The young lady thinks she's going to break it by an eighth of a second. 1.00

00:19:08.140 And a man comes along and he breaks it by 38 seconds.

00:19:12.060 They don't want that.

00:19:12.840 The people don't want that.

00:19:13.940 And they want voter ID.

00:19:16.200 And they don't want to see sanctuary cities.

00:19:18.100 And they want to protect our Second Amendment. 0.97

00:19:20.000 You know, they want all these things.

00:19:21.640 I wonder why it is that these people don't want it, whether it's at the top level or any other level.

00:19:26.860 Why wouldn't they want it?

00:19:28.500 And our nation became a laughingstock all over the world.

00:19:32.820 We're a laughingstock all over the world.

00:19:34.620 And a year and a half ago, we were respected by everybody.

00:19:37.960 And we were especially respected by the leaders of other countries.

00:19:41.360 They respected us like they never have before.

00:19:44.160 You know, as you said it earlier, the fact that the UAE and Saudi Arabia would not even take the president's calls.

00:19:53.040 I don't know that that's ever happened in American history, that a president had his call refused by two other nations.

00:20:04.620 It's just remarkable.

00:20:06.280 But, again, it goes to the leadership, to what now appears to be a highly compromised president.

00:20:14.280 And in the mind of many who are writing on this issue right now, he appears compromised by his son, by his own conduct.

00:20:23.400 Do you believe that the Chinese, the Russians, perhaps Iran, are taking advantage of Biden's positions and the actions of his son, if not himself?

00:20:38.960 Well, I think most people do.

00:20:40.240 And, you know, the Iran nuclear deal, which I ended, which was one of the great favors to our country, but also to Israel and the Middle East by my ending it.

00:20:48.600 They're going to go and make a horrible deal negotiated by China and Russia. 0.84

00:20:54.140 It's just not the whole thing is not believable what's happening.

00:20:57.520 If you ever wrote a story about this or if you ever wrote a book and did this exact kind of thing in a book, it wouldn't sell because nobody would say it's possible or realistic.

00:21:07.860 The things that we're doing, think of it.

00:21:11.160 Russia and China are renegotiating our Iran nuclear deal, and they want us to give billions and billions of dollars to Iran.

00:21:20.140 Here we go again.

00:21:20.960 We did last time, as you know.

00:21:23.140 Now they want to do it again.

00:21:25.400 And to think that these things, and that's one of many.

00:21:28.700 When you look at giving $85 billion worth of the best military equipment in the world to the Taliban instead of just taking it out, you know, where they say that it was cheaper to leave it. 0.64

00:21:39.920 Well, I could have taken 200 pilots and flown them in very inexpensively, and they would have flown the planes out and the helicopters out that cost $100 million each.

00:21:50.040 It is just not even believable.

00:21:53.920 $85 billion worth of equipment, the death, of course, being the worst.

00:21:58.500 And we have hostages there.

00:21:59.860 We have many people living there that are going to end up being and already are hostages, American citizens.

00:22:07.860 You know, nobody can believe.

00:22:09.080 Nobody can believe the border.

00:22:10.740 The border.

00:22:11.460 The people are coming in by the millions.

00:22:13.520 And these are not people.

00:22:14.480 These are emptying out jails from other countries.

00:22:17.240 Last week, they had 139 countries represented, meaning people from 139 companies poured into our border.

00:22:26.320 Can you believe this?

00:22:27.500 Yes.

00:22:27.880 Unfortunately, I can't believe it because in this first year, 2 million illegal immigrants crossing that border.

00:22:33.960 And middle of the night, flights, chartered aircraft carrying illegal immigrants to various cities and towns around the country under cover of darkness.

00:22:45.140 I mean, it's just incredible.

00:22:46.140 Incredible.

00:22:46.760 And all of this is connected to one person.

00:22:50.540 It is Joseph Robinette Biden.

00:22:54.480 And talking with Ronnie Jackson, Congressman Jackson, a former White House doctor for you, as he was for Obama and for Bush.

00:23:08.500 He's called for a cognitive test and can't get a response from the White House.

00:23:14.960 And he reminded them what you did when the Democrats thought they were being cute, ask you to take a cognitive test.

00:23:24.920 You took a cognitive test.

00:23:26.400 This is a media that will not support reason or the national interest or just common decency.

00:23:34.300 That's how far we've fallen.

00:23:36.680 And this president, I would love to see the poll.

00:23:39.740 I don't think that I don't think that there would be more than two or three out of 10 people who would think he could pass a cognitive test.

00:23:47.700 Your judgment about what he should do.

00:23:49.640 Well, I took it.

00:23:51.060 And as Doc Ronnie, who's now a great congressman, a very popular in Texas, I can tell you they love him.

00:23:56.920 But I asked about it because they were trying to put out a false.

00:24:02.020 You know, I'll speak for hours in front of thousands and thousands of people and do great.

00:24:06.800 And, you know, they'll say, oh, well, we don't care.

00:24:10.640 Is there a test?

00:24:11.740 So I said, I want to take a test.

00:24:14.020 Is there a test?

00:24:15.160 And they told me about a test.

00:24:16.640 And by the way, it's not easy.

00:24:18.720 When you get to the end of those questions, they'll ask anywhere from 30 to 35 questions.

00:24:25.280 When you get to the end of those questions, a lot of people, very few people are able to answer those questions.

00:24:29.880 And as probably they gave you my score, I aced it every question right.

00:24:34.660 And they were complicated questions.

00:24:36.460 And the first ones are easy.

00:24:37.660 You know, that's the one they show with the giraffes, the lions, et cetera.

00:24:41.180 That's easy.

00:24:42.060 But I think, you know, when you have a president of the United States, I think cognitive test is appropriate.

00:24:49.200 It doesn't sound nice, but it is.

00:24:51.140 It was a great thing when I took it.

00:24:53.200 I took it.

00:24:54.520 I got the ultimate, the maximum score, perfect score.

00:24:58.440 And when that was released, and this was done by a military hospital, so, you know, it's very public.

00:25:03.740 When that was released, it was very interesting.

00:25:06.460 All of that stuff stopped.

00:25:08.120 They went on a new tack.

00:25:09.100 You know, then they said I was a dictator, I think, after that.

00:25:11.960 So, you know, they took a different, they took a different tack.

00:25:15.460 But these are very, very dangerous people.

00:25:19.660 We actually have a greater danger in many respects from within than we do outside.

00:25:23.460 And we have some bad ones outside.

00:25:25.760 But in many ways, we have a greater danger from within, the people from within that are destroying our country. 0.99

00:25:31.720 I happen to be one of those people who agrees with you because I see it up close and personal every day as you lived it.

00:25:42.360 You've lived it for what now, seven years being attacked, persecuted.

00:25:46.960 You know, I consider your presidency to be the best in modern history, certainly.

00:25:55.200 And certainly, you have to go back to Abraham Lincoln to approach what you achieved in four years.

00:26:01.620 And it's as if there was no credit of any kind given by the establishment, whether it's corporate establishment, media establishment.

00:26:09.900 I'm very proud of it, what we did, because I was attacked by the, you know, a lot of people call it deep state.

00:26:16.160 I don't even have to use that word, but we were attacked by people, vicious, radical left maniacs in most cases, and even rhinos.

00:26:25.840 I mean, we have some very bad rhinos, you know, the Romneys of the world, et cetera. 0.60

00:26:30.040 But we were attacked by a lot of quarters.

00:26:32.220 And yet I rebuilt our military, gave $85 billion.

00:26:35.840 He did to the Taliban.

00:26:38.720 Not too good, but we spent two and a half trillion dollars rebuilding the military.

00:26:43.420 We had jets that were older than, I mean, the grandfathers flew the jets of young kids that were right now in the Air Force, as an example, and bombers that are so old.

00:26:53.720 But we rebuilt the military.

00:26:55.360 We created the Space Force, which everyone laughed when I did it.

00:26:58.780 Now they're all saying that was really smart doing that, because that's ultimately, you know, to a large extent, that's where it's at and where it's going to be at.

00:27:06.880 And they were eating our lunch.

00:27:08.160 Russia and China were eating our lunch in space, and now we're leading again because of what we did.

00:27:12.900 But we did so many things, and we did them so well.

00:27:16.880 And we had to go through people that were just bad, and in many cases, people that were frightened, like Bill Barr.

00:27:24.700 And they wouldn't just – wouldn't do their thing because they were afraid.

00:27:29.340 I don't really blame them.

00:27:31.080 But you know what?

00:27:31.720 They shouldn't be there.

00:27:32.740 They should get out and let somebody else do the job.

00:27:36.100 I have to say, Mr. President, you've got a generous soul because, as you know, I have a much stronger view than you do about rhinos and what they're – I find them despicable.

00:27:50.980 You have a gracious space in your heart for them that I don't share.

00:27:56.000 Well, I do say this.

00:27:58.420 In some cases, I find that they're worse than the Democrats that are bad Democrats.

00:28:03.820 You have good Democrats, too, in all fairness.

00:28:05.580 Don't necessarily agree, you and I, with them.

00:28:07.500 But, you know, they mean well.

00:28:09.300 But in some cases, these rhinos are worse because you don't know where they're coming from.

00:28:13.380 You know, at least with the other side, you know where they're coming from. 0.88

00:28:16.020 But some of these people are just horrible.

00:28:20.020 The Ben Sasses and the Romneys and these guys, they're just like, you know, they're not good for our country.

00:28:26.180 I'd like to conclude here today with a couple of questions for you on, first, the war in Ukraine and Vladimir Putin.

00:28:34.900 And he seems – a number of people, and I don't know how much is disinformation, how much is genuine and honest observation and judgment coming into our communications from the area.

00:28:50.840 But is he different in your judgment?

00:28:54.100 Is he in any way impaired?

00:28:56.060 And your thoughts about the way the war is being prosecuted and the way in which the United States, it seemed, took an awful long time to provide assistance to the Ukrainians.

00:29:09.880 So I know him probably better than I know you, and I know you well for a long time.

00:29:16.020 And I've watched you, and I've watched your great success for a long time.

00:29:19.560 But I know him very well.

00:29:21.380 I've gotten to know him because of the position.

00:29:23.460 And I've gotten to know, you know, almost all of the world leaders reasonably well.

00:29:28.760 But I knew him well.

00:29:30.400 And this is something that would never have happened had the election not been rigged.

00:29:37.120 This is something, along with inflation and all of those other things, but this is more important than so many people being killed.

00:29:43.620 And this could lead to truly beyond where it is right now, substantially beyond, catastrophic.

00:29:51.620 It's already catastrophic, in my opinion, but this could go even beyond this level of catastrophe.

00:29:58.600 And this is something that would never have happened.

00:30:01.940 I told him, and I had very strong discussions with him about it.

00:30:06.240 He would have never done this.

00:30:07.840 He was never going to pull.

00:30:09.040 I actually thought he was negotiating in a very smart way because when he put the soldiers, 150,000, 200,000 soldiers on the border, I said, oh, that's good negotiating.

00:30:19.700 You know, he's negotiating, right?

00:30:21.320 And I thought he was pretty skilled and good negotiating until he went in.

00:30:26.080 Then I said, that's not good.

00:30:27.560 And nobody thought that he'd be met with the kind of force.

00:30:30.940 But now what he's doing is just pulling back and just bombing the hell out of everybody.

00:30:34.720 And there'll be nothing left.

00:30:36.240 And, you know, there's nobody even for them to fight.

00:30:38.960 He's just sending in the missiles and sending in the bombs.

00:30:41.600 And it's really bad.

00:30:43.640 And it's really bad when you look at what's going on.

00:30:46.260 They're not going to have every city is being leveled.

00:30:49.120 So it's just what angers me is it should have never happened.

00:30:54.540 It would never, ever have happened.

00:30:57.500 And now they're goading him.

00:30:59.400 You know, they're saying all sorts of things and goading him like Biden's statement today.

00:31:05.380 Putin will say, well, you know, look, if that's the case, I got nothing to lose.

00:31:11.200 You know, it's they don't play chess.

00:31:12.960 They're not playing chess.

00:31:13.920 And we're playing we're not even playing checkers.

00:31:17.040 But it's a shame what's going on.

00:31:18.860 This would have been so easy.

00:31:20.620 It just wouldn't have happened.

00:31:21.740 Not even a chance.

00:31:23.200 And you may have the same thing happen with Taiwan because for the same reasons. 0.99

00:31:26.900 And I actually believe it was the stupidity and incompetence and weakness that we showed in Afghanistan, not the getting out, because I'm the one that got us down to 2000 soldiers. 0.94

00:31:37.640 But the way they got out and we should have kept Bagram, by the way, because it's one hour away from where China makes nuclear missiles and weapons. 0.98

00:31:45.720 We should have kept the Bagram Air Force Base.

00:31:48.460 We caused billions and billions to build.

00:31:51.080 And, you know, is going to be soon occupying it.

00:31:53.840 China.

00:31:54.680 China is going to occupy it. 0.95

00:31:56.080 It's right near China and an hour away from where they make a lot of nuclear weaponry.

00:32:01.800 I want to ask this question just before I ask you about China.

00:32:07.040 And that is, has the White House called you for counsel, for advice, for a sounding board on these issues, these very important foreign policy threats that we face?

00:32:22.380 No, they haven't.

00:32:23.540 No.

00:32:23.660 That's to be stunning.

00:32:27.200 Well, they shouldn't have to.

00:32:28.600 Look, they shouldn't have to.

00:32:30.380 Well, I didn't have to.

00:32:31.280 Something should have never happened.

00:32:32.420 I wish they would have called before, before it happened, because, you know, we had all the cards.

00:32:37.380 We had great cards.

00:32:38.380 Now we don't have very good cards anymore.

00:32:41.040 And thousands and thousands of people are killed.

00:32:43.860 I think the numbers are far greater than what you're hearing, by the way.

00:32:46.420 When you look at bombings of those cities and those places in Ukraine, you're not talking about hundreds of people or even thousands in smaller numbers.

00:32:55.680 You're talking about big, big numbers of people are dead.

00:32:58.700 It's truly heartbreaking and tragic.

00:33:02.200 And Vladimir Putin's strategic partner in all of this as well, I suppose, is Xi Jinping and Communist China.

00:33:13.000 What is your judgment about the potential for some sort of rationality in the U.S. relationships with both of these countries now that they are clearly expressing their expansionary ambitions and being aggressors?

00:33:33.600 So, as I said, a lot of the cards have been given away.

00:33:36.640 We would have had a much easier time before.

00:33:38.580 We would have not had all these incredible people who have died now dead on both sides.

00:33:45.640 Look at the large number of Russian soldiers, et cetera.

00:33:49.380 And it could escalate far worse than this.

00:33:52.420 The cards are largely gone, but there are things you can do.

00:33:56.060 One of the things you have to do immediately is get energy down because you're fueling it.

00:33:59.820 But, you know, I use this expression about you need three things to win a war.

00:34:03.500 Money, money, money.

00:34:04.960 And it's true. 0.56

00:34:07.380 And you look at the price per barrel for oil at records, at absolute records.

00:34:13.600 There's so much money.

00:34:15.140 If you don't get that down, I mean, they're making.

00:34:17.380 This is a war where they're making money, if you look.

00:34:20.920 Now, Russia met a force that they didn't think they'd be meeting.

00:34:23.900 So they pulled back, and now they're just bombing the hell out of everything.

00:34:27.820 But you have to bring the price of energy way, way down so that they lose a lot of money.

00:34:37.540 And if you don't do that, the pipeline should have never been opened.

00:34:41.800 I stopped Nord Stream 2, the big Russian pipeline, going to Germany and other places in Europe.

00:34:47.840 I stopped it.

00:34:48.560 Biden immediately approved it.

00:34:50.140 I had it totally stopped.

00:34:51.500 You know, it's incredible.

00:34:52.800 I do those things like the sanctions, the pipeline.

00:34:56.120 And NATO would have been dead if it wasn't for me.

00:34:58.480 Nobody ever says that.

00:34:59.480 NATO's flush with cash because I went in and said, if you don't pay, we're not protecting any longer.

00:35:04.340 And they all paid up.

00:35:05.740 Most of them paid up.

00:35:07.100 And they paid up.

00:35:08.000 And at a minimum, they started paying a lot more money than they were paying.

00:35:11.320 But I got $430 billion paid into NATO.

00:35:15.560 That would have never happened.

00:35:16.900 Bush went in and didn't do anything.

00:35:19.500 And Obama didn't do anything.

00:35:20.940 They'd make a speech and they'd leave.

00:35:22.360 And that would be the end.

00:35:23.160 And I said, you people are all delinquent.

00:35:25.880 We're spending all this money.

00:35:27.560 You know, we pay a lot of money to defend Europe.

00:35:30.680 We're spending all of this money and you're not doing anything.

00:35:33.940 I said, if you don't pay, we're not going to defend you.

00:35:36.420 And everybody started paying.

00:35:38.240 I'll tell you, my biggest supporter is the secretary general.

00:35:40.700 He couldn't believe it.

00:35:41.900 He couldn't believe it.

00:35:42.720 Saltenberg.

00:35:43.260 He couldn't believe that I was able to get them to pay up.

00:35:47.880 So I created or I lengthened NATO.

00:35:51.560 I mean, they have tremendous financial resources now, which they didn't have when I started.

00:35:56.700 Nobody says that.

00:35:58.040 And by the way, that's bad for Russia. 0.73

00:35:59.560 So between the pipeline, NATO, and all of the sanctions I put on Russia, nobody ever treated

00:36:06.780 Russia like that. 0.60

00:36:07.600 And yet, I will tell you, Putin, listen to me.

00:36:11.620 He would have never, ever done what he's done right now.

00:36:14.920 Never, ever done.

00:36:16.420 And he seems to be a different guy, Lou.

00:36:18.360 You know, you asked me that question at the beginning.

00:36:20.180 He seems to be a somewhat different guy, even physically, visually.

00:36:24.720 I think he's a different person.

00:36:28.380 Mr. President, I have to tell you, I speak to almost no one who doesn't at some point in

00:36:36.320 the conversation say, we need President Trump and we need him now.

00:36:41.540 Uh, when will I be able to say, uh, that we, uh, we've got President Trump back, uh, he's

00:36:51.080 going to lead the nation, uh, is our concluding question.

00:36:56.580 Yeah.

00:36:57.140 Uh, well, a terrible thing took place.

00:37:00.040 Now it's a year and a half ago, a very, very terrible thing took place.

00:37:04.460 Uh, and not only are the borders and, and all of the other things you see so bad, the

00:37:09.880 press, uh, speech, all these, but, but the elections, nobody ever thought the elections

00:37:15.820 could be like they are.

00:37:17.020 And because of that, we're all paying a very big price because none of this would have

00:37:21.340 happened.

00:37:21.860 We were, as an example, a great exporter of energy.

00:37:26.200 We're making a fortune and ready.

00:37:28.020 We were going to be double the size of Saudi Arabia and Russia combined.

00:37:32.340 And then they stopped it.

00:37:33.680 And now we're begging OPEC and Venezuela to give us oil.

00:37:38.400 It's not even believable, but, uh, I think you'll be happy.

00:37:41.920 Uh, it's hard to be overly happy because none of this should have happened.

00:37:45.660 And we wouldn't have inflation, you know, we not only didn't have inflation, we had it

00:37:49.740 better than that.

00:37:50.480 We, you know, the ideal is one point, right?

00:37:53.400 Not, not where we are now.

00:37:55.260 Probably the real number is 12 points, but we had just slightly above, above the zero,

00:38:01.620 right?

00:38:01.880 Above flat.

00:38:02.800 And that's the idea.

00:38:04.240 Everything was so perfect.

00:38:06.560 And then even when we had COVID, we had the COVID come in, the China virus came in and we

00:38:11.900 handled that too.

00:38:12.780 And we handled it great with operation warp speed, all the things we did.

00:38:16.680 And we handed that over to this guy and more people died the following year than they died

00:38:21.940 the previous year, more people by a lot.

00:38:26.600 But, uh, look, here, here's the news that it sounds very depressing, but, uh, our country

00:38:34.600 has a chance if we do this correctly.

00:38:36.580 And if we do things right and as quickly as possible, but our, our country can be back

00:38:42.820 and we can be even better than ever.

00:38:44.620 Cause we're going to learn from a lot of these things, you know, a lot of the things that

00:38:47.940 have been so bad and so badly handled, you wouldn't have been able to do that if it went

00:38:53.380 through a normal, rational election and honest election process.

00:38:57.800 But now when they see how badly things are, you'll be, and this includes law and order.

00:39:03.540 There's no law and order.

00:39:04.620 You look at what's happening in our cities.

00:39:06.300 You and I haven't even spoken about that, but look at, look at Chicago, look at these

00:39:10.060 cities, what's going on with people are being killed.

00:39:12.920 Like they're battlefields and you'll be able to do things that you wouldn't have really

00:39:17.660 politically been able to have done before.

00:39:19.640 And we need that, you know, it may be, or it may not be politically correct to say, but

00:39:25.240 if we don't have law and order in our country, if we don't have borders, and if we don't have

00:39:29.140 fair elections in our country, we are not going to have a country very much longer.

00:39:34.580 Mr.

00:39:35.100 President, uh, the, uh, the American people are sorely in your debt.

00:39:41.420 Uh, thanks again for all that you have done for this country.

00:39:44.720 And, uh, we'll be asking you constantly for more.
