Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and this is a Great America Show election update,
00:00:05.240
the latest from the delayed vote counts in Arizona and Nevada. The Democrat Party in both
00:00:11.520
states delaying votes in order to change the outcomes. Republicans still in the lead in both
00:00:17.220
states, but delays can be used to alter outcomes. Don't we know that? We're talking with Republican
00:00:23.760
Secretary of State Mark Fincham from Phoenix for the latest on the vote count for Mark,
00:00:28.640
Kerry Lake, Abe Hamaday, and Blake Masters. And we'll be talking with Trump advisor Cash Patel.
00:00:35.840
He's in Las Vegas monitoring that election. GOP Senate candidate Adam Laxalt still in the lead
00:00:42.520
despite the Democrats' delay of that vote count as well. Let's go first to Cash Patel for the latest
00:00:49.280
on what's happening in Nevada. Cash, thanks for being with us. Great to have you on the show.
00:00:53.720
Tell us what you can about what is happening there, particularly in the Senate race with Adam
00:00:58.620
Laxalt. Yeah, Lou, great to be with you. Look, out here on the West, you know, Arizona and Nevada are
00:01:03.900
going to be the key, as we've always said, to holding or to taking the Republican majorities.
00:01:07.820
And what we're seeing is what you predicted, Lou, some voting shenanigans. You know, I've been on the
00:01:12.260
ground here for days. This is my home. I was at the Laxalt campaign rally event, and we were told on the
00:01:18.100
election day that the registrar's office in Washoe County and Clark County, and for those of you that
00:01:23.500
are unfamiliar, those two counties in the state of Nevada hold 85% of the population. They were
00:01:28.880
understaffed and not able to count the votes on election night, and they were understaffed,
00:01:34.920
and they were not able to tell the campaign how many ballots had been cast and how many were being
00:01:40.920
withheld. This problem could have been cured easily had they simply staffed up, but they chose not to
00:01:47.580
because they wanted the fake news narrative out there that Catherine Cortez Mastos was going to
00:01:52.520
win. And now we have Adam Laxalt as of this morning, or just now, we're still in the morning
00:01:56.980
hours out West. As of 84% reporting in, Adam is up two points on Catherine Cortez Mastos, and we're
00:02:03.700
waiting for the rest of the vote to come in, and I know they're experiencing even worse problems out
00:02:09.560
in Arizona, such as they didn't have enough ink in Maricopa County to print the ballots.
00:02:14.420
Not enough ink. Suddenly, they could not, they were guaranteeing everybody their vote would be
00:02:21.400
counted, but there's no telling how many people were pushed away from the polls simply because of
00:02:27.340
the long lines, the problems with the electronic voting machines. This is, it's 2020. It's got that
00:02:37.980
It really does, Lou, and it's tragic to see that the mainstream media is now just torching
00:02:43.300
more disinformation campaigns out there and running past the issues. These are actual issues
00:02:49.520
that are being reported by so many people on the ground, and they don't want anything to do with
00:02:54.280
it. They just want to announce a winner. And why do you think these states haven't been called yet?
00:02:58.360
It's because these Republicans are poised to do so well here. If they could have called it,
00:03:03.320
of course, they would have called it for the Dems. But that, they are trying to use every trick in
00:03:07.720
the book to delay, delay, delay, and allow that narrative that somehow we didn't have a successful
00:03:12.300
election night by securing the House and on the verge of securing the Senate.
00:03:16.620
We knew there was going to be trouble. And again, the RINO Republican National Committee
00:03:23.220
has failed. Are there lawyers there? Are there big time lawyers there to make certain this stuff
00:03:30.240
does not happen? Obviously, they didn't stop it. But are they even there?
00:03:36.780
You know, as far as I can tell, they are not. It's not my wheelhouse, so don't take my word as
00:03:41.520
gospel on it. But I'm pretty in the know and pretty in the mix here, especially when it comes to Adam
00:03:46.820
Laxalt. I know they've got some good legal teams surrounding them, but that's not affiliated through
00:03:52.120
the RNC, to the best of my knowledge. So we could have and should have anticipated these
00:03:58.900
scenarios happening, especially in Nevada and Arizona. And the RNC could have sent teams of
00:04:05.240
people here. But again, they chose not to do that, from my understanding. And here we are in this
00:04:11.040
predicament all over again that you predicted, Lou.
00:04:14.340
It's, you know, this is, it is so disgusting to me. I mean, I am just gut sick that the Republican
00:04:22.900
National Committee, the Republican Party national apparatus is so absolutely, they're indolent,
00:04:30.980
they're incompetent, and perhaps worse, they're in on it. I don't know what the answer is, but I do
00:04:38.540
know one thing that rhino Ronna McDaniel has got to go. Mitch McConnell, you know, Senator Foghorn from
00:04:48.500
Kentucky, has got to go. These yellow-bellied, weak-kneed, money-centered functionaries of the
00:05:01.420
No, let me add, look, you speak, you know, you speak for the heartland, and there's very little
00:05:06.880
arguing with Lou Dobbs, because you talk back. These people, and I just read the, you know, the
00:05:11.520
Paul Ryan's position on how, quote-unquote, he wrote in the New York Post that Donald Trump is a drag on
00:05:17.920
the Republican ticket. This from the man who is Speaker of the House that lost us the House. This
00:05:21.740
from the man that suffocated my Russiagate investigation. This from the man that lost
00:05:25.920
the presidential race to Barack Obama. This guy is telling us, along with, you know, Mitch McConnell
00:05:30.980
and company, how the Republican Party is supposed to be, and they're blaming falsely Trump for these,
00:05:37.440
quote-unquote, failures to do what? Win, unlike you guys were able to do. Prepare, and I think,
00:05:42.780
I think you're right, Lou. I think some of these folks have to be in on it. They have to want to get
00:05:47.360
rid of Donald Trump so bad that Mitch McConnell would rather be in the Senate minority than
00:05:53.660
advance candidates that he could have gotten behind harder, like Blake Masters in Arizona and others,
00:06:00.300
so he could have secured a majority more easily. And Paul Ryan is no different.
00:06:05.080
So give us your sense, because no one knows better. What's it going to take to get through this in
00:06:13.020
Nevada in your judgment? As I sit here with you, Lou, I just got an update for Adam, so I'm happy
00:06:22.140
to break it with you live. We just found out that turnout in Nevada's reddest counties was sky high
00:06:29.840
compared to, and I'm using our verbi, sky high compared to others. So we are now going to be
00:06:34.640
able to add thousands of votes to Adam Laxalt instead of Catherine Cortez Masto. So if it keeps breaking this
00:06:40.300
way, and as long as the margins are what we hope for and expect in Washoe and Clark counties,
00:06:45.840
the two big urban counties in Nevada, Adam Laxalt will be the 50th Senator for the United States
00:06:50.540
Senate. And hopefully Carrie Lake next door can pull it off. I know Abe Hamada is basically going
00:06:57.020
to be the Attorney General out there, and we can hopefully announce that shortly. But these are the
00:07:01.820
things we have to fight through. And then, of course, you and I will be having the conversation
00:07:05.940
in a week or so on how the fake news mafia was so wrong about how the red wave did not happen,
00:07:13.720
Except that it did. If we can get control of the Senate and the House, you know, you can call it
00:07:19.880
a ripple. You can call it a puddle. I don't care. Just get control for the Republican Party
00:07:25.820
and the House and the Senate because it's critical that we do so. No one, again, knows better than you
00:07:31.040
how true that is. I know this is an awful question to ask you. Do you have any idea
00:07:38.840
when they might start counting and finish their count?
00:07:43.520
Well, what my understanding in Nevada, at least, is hopefully there'll be a call by the end of day
00:07:50.720
today, our time, if not tomorrow. Arizona, I think it's going to be days, unfortunately,
00:07:56.660
with all the shenanigans that are going on out there. And, you know, you see Carrie Lake
00:08:03.000
hammering relentlessly on TV and all the great shows. She's not going to stop. And I think what
00:08:09.460
we need to remind people is that with guys like Abe Hamada coming in for the Attorney General,
00:08:14.680
let's finally change the laws so we restore election integrity. Well, how can it, how is it
00:08:19.880
that in Arizona? We have Katie Hobbs, the Democratic candidate, in charge of the voting complex in the
00:08:26.400
state of Arizona. How is that not a conflict of interest when she's calling the balls and strikes
00:08:30.580
in an election when she's on the ballot? Thanks so much, Cash, for all you're doing out there.
00:08:35.140
Thanks, guys. Every day. Thank you so much. Have a great week.
00:08:38.020
Great American, Cash Patel. They're in Nevada. Let's go now to Arizona, where there's an almost
00:08:43.600
parallel delay by the Democrat-run election system, very similar to what Cash Patel described
00:08:49.620
in Nevada. We're talking with Mark Bencham. He's the Republican candidate for Secretary of State
00:08:55.620
who wants to win his race and eliminate the obvious conflict of interest on the part of the
00:09:01.580
current Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs. In large part, she's responsible for the vote count delays,
00:09:08.140
even as she runs against her opponent, Republican Carrie Lake. Quite a mess there in Arizona, Mark
00:09:14.400
Bencham. What can you tell us about the latest in Phoenix, Arizona?
00:09:18.440
Well, I'm in Phoenix. I'm still living out of a suitcase, but right now we've got a situation where
00:09:26.640
619,000 ballots have not yet been tabulated. Yes, this is three days after the election, and the majority
00:09:37.980
of those ballots are in Maricopa County. Then the second largest number is in Pima County, and then we've got
00:09:46.200
ballots that are scattered around the state in various recorders' offices. They're going through a
00:09:54.400
process called adjudication. They're trying to resolve conflicts with voters. Maybe they didn't sign
00:10:03.840
their return envelope with a signature that matches. Part of it is signature matching, but
00:10:12.040
they're trying to cure those ballots. We also have, in Maricopa County, a significant number of
00:10:18.300
early mail-in ballots that voters took to the polls because they didn't trust the mail service and they
00:10:25.780
don't trust the drop boxes. Right. So we believe right now out of that 619,000 that are yet to be
00:10:35.400
counted, roughly 64% of that are likely to be solid conservative Republican conservative independent
00:10:44.200
voters. So right now there's a prediction. In fact, I just got off the phone with the team that is
00:10:50.020
studying this, and they think that we have a win by something on the order of anywhere from 20 to
00:10:56.200
120,000 votes. Wow. Even though we're behind right now. How far behind are you? Last time I looked,
00:11:05.520
we're 87,000 votes short, and that's with roughly 1.9 million being counted so far. So in this,
00:11:13.500
I have to ask you, we knew, we suspected, I should say we didn't know, but we all suspected that there
00:11:20.940
would be some effort on the part of the Democrat party to pull some kind of stunt, whether it would
00:11:28.640
be a fraudulent act or whether it would be simply a clever way to gain advantage, whatever it might be.
00:11:36.640
What are we dealing with here in your judgment? I mean, there is no excuse for these not to have been
00:11:42.120
counted. You and I know that. This audience knows that. This is just sheer ignorance that it's
00:11:50.720
occurring. Well, this system that we have in Arizona is just a disgrace. It really is. And this is one of
00:11:59.140
the reasons why I'm running. We need to examine the system for the things that cause these kinds of
00:12:05.760
defects. You know, there are places, France, for example, some of the European countries, they have
00:12:11.000
larger elections than this, and they report their results the same day. A lot of that has to do with
00:12:18.300
with precinct level counting, as opposed to these voting centers, which they try to sell this to the
00:12:24.520
voters that, hey, it's going to be more convenient. You'll have one place to go. More efficient, et cetera,
00:12:29.300
et cetera. Yeah, yeah. Well, the only thing that's more convenient for is the government,
00:12:33.600
certainly not the people. I've got a couple of people who are friends of mine. They had to go to
00:12:38.400
three different voting centers because equipment wasn't working. Either the on-demand ballot
00:12:43.020
printers were out of ink, or we had one story, and I don't know how prevalent this is. We'll dig into it
00:12:49.140
after the death settles. But in Anthem, which is just north of Phoenix proper, there's video of an
00:12:56.340
elections official coming out saying, well, we've got two machines, but one of them is down,
00:13:00.580
and the other one is only accepting 75% of the ballots that we're submitting. Now, if that is a
00:13:08.760
fail rate of 25%, well, actually 125%, when you look at 200% being the two machines, I'm mystified as
00:13:17.440
to why, how the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors can stand there with a straight face and say,
00:13:23.700
we rely on electronic black box tabulation equipment because it's more accurate and it's
00:13:30.860
more efficient. Well, no, it's not. And I think that if we were to have the right process in place,
00:13:38.020
and clearly the people are engaged right now, we get people that are counting ballots and a digital
00:13:45.300
video oversight where every single act on the table, the counting table is recorded.
00:13:51.140
I believe that that will be far more accurate. And more timely, by the way.
00:13:57.240
By the way, I can guarantee you that simply going to a paper ballot will be more efficient than all
00:14:02.800
of this nonsense, will also involve more citizens participation in the election process, it'll be
00:14:08.440
quicker. And you should know, if you don't already, that in the great state of Florida,
00:14:13.660
they're mocking Arizona because they've got vastly more people, vastly more voters. They were counted
00:14:23.140
in five hours, five hours, Mark. That's because they aren't tolerating fraud. And it's because they
00:14:30.860
don't have a secretary of state who's also running against Carrie Lake. I mean, this thing smells to high
00:14:37.460
heaven. Are the RNC lawyers there in force? I mean, do they have a big core or gang of attorneys
00:14:46.440
in those voting centers watching what is happening and making sure everything is proper?
00:14:54.060
Well, we have, I don't know the number of attorneys that we have, but we have a select group of attorneys
00:14:59.620
that have been working with the, they call it a war room, but basically it's the Republican Party
00:15:06.700
election watch center. Let's call it that. So we've got lots of attorneys.
00:15:14.560
Well, they're working together. They're working together out of the same facility. Now we have
00:15:18.560
attorneys in the field, but we also, from my understanding, have dispatched a number of
00:15:24.700
different lawyers to hotspots that were, there's an allegation of wrongdoing. We have somebody
00:15:29.440
going there to observe. We've also got observers in the field, but you know, the, one of the elections
00:15:34.620
that we're going to have to watch very closely is actually Pima County, where the elections officials
00:15:40.620
down there chose a site that did not provide enough square footage for observers to be present
00:15:47.040
and watch. Now that kind of shenanigans under my administration will not be tolerated. There will
00:15:53.860
be a specific square footage requirement. We're learning a lot of, of the things that the emerging
00:16:00.880
strategies, if you will, the emerging tactics that the, the power cartel is employing to try and
00:16:09.480
orchestrate whatever they might orchestrate behind closed doors. So we're, we're, we're going to have
00:16:17.140
secure, fair elections. This one is going to be as secure and fair as it can be. And, but moving forward,
00:16:26.480
if, if we're ultimately successful, which I believe we will be, I think that we're going to have the
00:16:33.040
opportunity to clean this up. And I do like Florida's model, quite frankly, we deserve to be ridiculed
00:16:38.280
because this system is a disgrace. Uh, it, you know, it's, everybody talks about systems. Uh,
00:16:45.040
everybody talks about electronic voting and all the failures and, and, uh, whatever the surround
00:16:49.980
them here. Here's the deal. This is a failure of people. This is a failure of leadership. Uh, it's a
00:16:56.360
failure of the Republican party, frankly, because you guys knew, and I knew, and this audience knew that
00:17:02.020
they're going to try this. I'm surprised by the way, that it's all only devolved to about three States
00:17:07.400
where there are these issues, uh, that are at least surfaced at this point. I think we may find out
00:17:12.500
more about what happened as well in Pennsylvania, but we'll see, but we know Arizona, we know Nevada.
00:17:19.500
Uh, it's, it's clear as a bell and how in the world, you know, anyone could, you know, the Republicans,
00:17:28.640
Mark, and you have to acknowledge this, I believe, uh, see what you say. I, the Republicans keep getting
00:17:35.480
outsmarted by these Democrats. I mean, you're talking about the, uh, the, the center, uh, where
00:17:42.200
they had too little square footage to provide for a, what, a 250 foot, uh, margin for poll watchers.
00:17:50.820
Why, why wouldn't the Republican party figure that out going in?
00:17:54.740
Well, part of this is provisions in law and, um, legal requirements that have to be put into law.
00:18:02.740
Now, here's the, here's the upside of this story. We have just seen, um, seven,
00:18:10.120
quite frankly, Democrats registered as Republicans removed from office and replaced with conservatives.
00:18:16.240
We will still maintain a 31, 29 house, 31 Republicans, 29 Democrats, but we have seen
00:18:23.620
essentially the, what some people would call the rhinos. Um, they basically, they've been pushed out
00:18:29.160
to office or they've voluntarily left because they knew that they wouldn't, either they were termed out
00:18:35.100
because we do have term limits or they just didn't seek something else. Or in the case of Rusty Bowers,
00:18:40.800
soundly defeated because he just refused to examine the evidence that was placed before him. So
00:18:46.500
we're now in a position with both the house and Senate and strong conservative leadership hands.
00:18:53.500
Um, we believe that Carrie Lake is going to prevail. Uh, she's pretty safe. Um, we also are pretty sure
00:19:02.140
that Abe Hamaday is going to be elected. So we've got a great attorney general. Now it's Blake Masters
00:19:08.280
and Mark Fincham, and it's no coincidence. That is where the Arabella advisors, George Soros,
00:19:16.380
Michael Bloomberg, multi-million dollar scheme played out. Um, Lou, they spent over, over $7 million
00:19:23.420
against me and we prosecuted this on about 480 K. Unreal. Yeah. But I think that there's the story
00:19:34.880
there is even though we, I'm sure that we had some Republicans that crossed over and voted for quite
00:19:41.580
frankly, a guy who was a convicted criminal and a cartel lawyer, even though they crossed over and
00:19:48.420
voted for him, I think it's still message over money. Um, thoughtful, deliberative conservatives
00:19:54.480
saw that it was nothing but negative every 17 minutes on every channel, on every radio station,
00:20:02.320
on every social media platform. You never once, not once saw something positive about Adrian Fontes,
00:20:12.540
why you should vote for him. It was nothing but negative about Mark Fincham. So I think that
00:20:18.420
when we prevail, and I believe we will, the message to the voters is, I'm sorry that some of you got
00:20:24.220
duped, but thank heavens. We do have critical thinkers that saw past the negative campaign
00:20:29.520
and, and chose to dig a little deeper. You're not resigned to losing. Are you not at all?
00:20:37.180
Not at all. With 619,000 votes to be counted yet. I'm only 87,000 short and Blake masters. How short is
00:20:45.220
he? Um, I haven't looked at Blake's number lately, but I think Blake ultimately ends up winning by
00:20:51.860
something between I'm going to predict between 2000 and 20,000 votes. It's going to, his is going to be
00:20:57.080
What will be your, what will be your margin of victory? I think it's going to be somewhere between
00:21:02.420
20,000 and 120,000. That's, that's a lot more comfortable. Uh, I, I, I guess the question here
00:21:09.840
is, have you, is this typical that we would see this kind of, uh, cross voting? That is most people
00:21:17.740
in a race like this would be voting a straight ticket. I can't see them picking, uh, Carrie Lake,
00:21:24.280
but not picking Mark Fincham. I can't see them. Yeah. You know, that doesn't make a lot of sense
00:21:29.600
to me. I think it's atypical. And the reason it's atypical is the, the power cartel. And the
00:21:37.540
reason they call it power cartel is because it's both Democrats and Republicans. We've got some high
00:21:42.240
profile Republicans here in Arizona that came out and endorsed Adrian Fontes. Well, you know,
00:21:47.920
think about that. Damn their, damn their hides. Who were they? Yeah. Um, it's a guy by the name of
00:21:55.380
Romley, who was a former, um, Maricopa County prosecutor. Um, it's Bo Lane, who was one of the
00:22:03.120
guys that I went, went against in the Republican primary, so much for the Republicans coming together.
00:22:08.980
Um, and just that, that whole ilk of, of new world order, um, you know, the world economic
00:22:16.580
forum bunch. Yeah. Yeah. The globalist bunch. Well, that's great. So the more pain you can get,
00:22:22.440
put them through the better. I, I'm, I'm just, and the country is just looking for you guys to prevail.
00:22:29.680
Uh, this, uh, this, uh, this cross-checking of a, of a, of a, of a ticket to have Carrie Lake working
00:22:37.460
with a Democrat, uh, secretary of state, I think would be more than she could stomach right now.
00:22:42.040
Don't you? Yeah. And it's been brutal. I mean, let's go back to the message that they,
00:22:48.580
they portrayed me as everything bad in the world. And that, I mean, people ask me, how you doing?
00:22:58.700
Well, I'm a little banged up psychologically, emotionally. It hurts when people lie about you,
00:23:04.040
um, with impunity. It hurts when they create this, this boogeyman persona that I'm just a guy
00:23:15.060
wants to do one thing, hold people accountable to just follow the law. That's, that's the role of the
00:23:22.880
secretary of state. And I've, since day one, that's what I've advocated for. Right. So for
00:23:28.680
people to, you know, uh, buy the, the shallow, Oh, he was in Washington DC. So he must be a part of
00:23:36.160
some conspiracy theory. I'll tell you, Lou, the conspiracy theory is supported by the Democrat
00:23:42.620
party. They're the ones that constructed this entire scenario. So, well, you know,
00:23:49.640
unfortunately we've got people that buy it. Yeah. You know, and that's going to happen.
00:23:53.840
Can I give you just a little, because I like you and I think the people of Arizona like you and
00:23:58.840
respect you. I just want to give you a piece of unsolicited counsel when it comes to politics.
00:24:06.340
Don't ever look around for a thank you and don't worry. Somebody's going to be after you. And yes,
00:24:13.360
it's not going to be fair, but as long as you stay straight, all will be good. As long as you serve the
00:24:19.220
people and deliver on your promises. The rest of it, the rest of it, Mark is pure BS. And so don't
00:24:26.400
let them, and I'll, I'll quote the Latin of it. I won't, uh, do the English translation, but non
00:24:32.100
illegitimai non carborundum. Uh, remember that Latin phrase, it, uh, it holds us all in good stead.
00:24:40.420
Uh, you're, you're a great American. We're wishing you the very best. How soon do you think we'll
00:24:45.300
have a conclusion to the race in Arizona? I think this will be wrapped up by Friday night. Um, we're,
00:24:52.440
in fact, they might even be able to finish it this evening, but we know that there will be a drop of
00:24:59.320
data somewhere between five and seven this evening, and that'd be mountain time. Um, it's probably going
00:25:05.560
to look kind of ugly because they're going to bring in most of the Democrat votes. Most of the,
00:25:12.140
there's a game that goes on in the background and it's a demoralization game. Um, but the first drop
00:25:19.360
this evening is not going to be a pretty, but after that, we turn the corner and we get into the,
00:25:25.560
the ballots that were turned in at the voting centers, uh, on day of the election. Uh, those are
00:25:32.880
almost exclusively Republican. Yeah. There's another thing. And there's lots of them.
00:25:38.320
There's another thing I would just say about all of this where the Republicans, sometimes they think
00:25:44.280
that Democrats are playing games. Uh, I want to just say to you, uh, I appreciate your time. I know
00:26:04.220
you're busy as you can be get out there and prevail when, and God bless you. Thank you, Lou. I
00:26:12.320
appreciate the time today. And that's the latest from the two most frustrating States in the union,
00:26:17.420
at least in terms of vote count delays and what an election it is. The balance of power remains in
00:26:24.140
the Senate, Republicans 49 Democrats, 48 and make a note. The Georgia vote for Senate runoff is December
00:26:31.940
six. As soon as we have any changes in vote totals and, or the balance of power in the Senate or
00:26:38.380
Congress, we'll be sending out a great America election update till then. Thank you. God bless you
