00:00:00.000 Hello everybody, I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show midday update for Thursday, February 13th.

00:00:05.800 Truth, Justice, and the American Way may finally be coming to the Department of Justice.

00:00:12.140 Attorney General Pam Bondi this week announcing she's bringing some charges against some bad actors.

00:00:19.240 Take a listen.

00:00:20.800 We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York.

00:00:25.680 We have filed charges against Kathy Hochul.

00:00:27.800 We have filed charges against Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV.

00:00:35.380 This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and Angel Mom,

00:00:44.100 like the mom standing right behind me who you're going to hear from in a moment.

00:00:48.940 New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.

00:00:54.560 It stops, it stops today.

00:00:57.640 As you know, we sued Illinois, and New York didn't listen.

00:01:03.560 So now, you're next.

00:01:05.380 As I said, folks, Truth, Justice, and the American Way, Pam Bondi, Attorney General, saying violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers, human smugglers will no longer terrorize the American people.

00:01:19.700 That's why she was holding that press conference, letting them know they'll be held accountable. 0.99

00:01:24.960 If you don't follow the federal law, it's over.

00:01:27.380 It ends, and we are coming for you.

00:01:30.320 It's nice to see, after four years of an abusive Justice Department, that there's finally some truth and justice under Pam Bondi as the Attorney General.

00:01:40.920 President Trump is set to hold a press conference this afternoon.

00:01:43.940 He's apparently going to reveal some names of entities and people involved in government fraud and abuse.

00:01:48.980 President Trump says there's no chance that there's no kickbacks going on.

00:01:54.880 This is all part of, of course, Elon Musk's Doge Committee, where they're trying to uncover as much government fraud as possible.

00:02:03.920 President Trump says he's going to reveal those names in front of our Attorney General.

00:02:08.160 He says there's no chance there's not kickbacks or something going on.

00:02:11.120 He says when you give millions and millions of dollars to somebody that stands to look at something for 15 minutes and walks away with millions of dollars, that money's coming back in some form.

00:02:21.360 And that's only one form of corruption that President Trump, Elon Musk, and the Doge Committee will be investigating over the next few years, if that.

00:02:32.080 Tulsi Gabbard, sworn in as the Director of National Intelligence after a much-anticipated wait.

00:02:38.680 The Marxist Dems in the Senate holding it up, and some of the RINOs, in fact, as well, holding up the process. 0.92

00:02:46.080 Tulsi Gabbard finally sworn in as our next DNI.

00:02:49.620 So now, the work can start.

00:02:52.600 The federal judge on Wednesday lifted a pause on President Trump's federal worker buyout program.

00:02:58.200 Earlier this month, you may remember, President Trump announced he's offering buyouts to millions of federal workers if they were to resign by February 6th.

00:03:05.320 Federal workers who accepted Trump's offer will receive pay and benefits through September 30th.

00:03:11.200 Not a bad deal.

00:03:12.460 In fact, better than most deals you get in the private sector.

00:03:16.000 Trump is offering those buyouts to make sure all federal workers are on board with the new administration's plan to have federal employees in the office.

00:03:23.620 Only 6% of all federal workers actually work full-time in the office.

00:03:28.560 Imagine that, folks.

00:03:29.660 Trump's offer does not include postal workers, military, immigration officials, or people in national security roles.

00:03:36.440 Unions sued the Trump administration last week to challenge the buyout program.

00:03:40.260 And last week, U.S. District jugs from the District of Massachusetts, George O'Toole, of course a Clinton appointee,

00:03:45.620 paused the February 6th deadline for the federal workers to take up Trump's offer to resign.

00:03:50.280 As I said yesterday, Judge O'Toole said that Trump can proceed with this buyout program because the unions representing the federal workers were, quote,

00:03:59.100 not directly impacted by the directive.

00:04:02.440 Making America great again is what President Trump plans on doing, and it's exactly what he's doing.

00:04:09.940 And the Trump effect has taken place and taken shape and taken form at the southern border.

00:04:15.080 Recent reports from the United States Border Patrol reveal that a new trend among migrants headed to the United States,

00:04:21.600 hoping to cross the U.S.-Mexico border, is a little bit different than it was for the last four years.

00:04:27.300 Migrants, according to recent reports, have become discouraged by Trump's mass deportation operation

00:04:32.840 and are now choosing to turn back, banning their attempt to reach the United States altogether.

00:04:39.160 According to Chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, Michael Banks,

00:04:41.740 the agency received verified reports confirming several groups of migrants have encountered by foreign law enforcement agencies

00:04:48.180 heading south rather than heading north towards the United States.

00:04:52.980 The new trend, according to the authorities in Honduras,

00:04:55.660 showed that migrants are now abandoning their attempts to reach the United States.

00:04:59.180 According to Banks, nearly 50 migrants headed to the United States have encountered in Honduras

00:05:03.200 heading south away from the U.S.-Mexico border.

00:05:06.580 Once again, folks, far different than what we've been dealing with over the last four years.

00:05:11.740 And it's nice to see that America is back and Donald Trump is making America great again.
