The Great America Show - WE’RE WATCHING THE RISE OF THE POLICE STATE IN AMERICAN LAW ENFORCEMENT BECAUSE OF GOVT GANGSTERS LIKE CHRIS WRAY & MERRICK GARLAND

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and this is The Great America Show.

00:00:05.540 Russia keeps up the drumbeat for a nuclear war over Ukraine.

00:00:10.260 Ukraine keeps rolling eastward, recapturing Ukrainian territory in the Donbass region,

00:00:16.740 pressing forward, in fact, toward the western border of Mother Russia.

00:00:21.600 Vladimir Putin, meanwhile, may have, repeat, may have sent one of Russia's most advanced submarines

00:00:27.920 on a stealth mission with a doomsday power-level nuclear weapon aboard.

00:00:33.680 No one has sighted that submarine in more than a week, and anxieties in Europe are mounting.

00:00:40.440 And in these parts, President Joe Biden is still playing the tough guy,

00:00:45.040 saying effectively, and I'm going to clean this up, no one messes with a Biden.

00:00:50.800 But let's be honest. How many tough guy puppets are there, really?

00:00:54.620 He's as pathetic as his corporate and Marxist-dim masters. 0.99

00:00:59.460 Speaking of which, how about Disney, moving on from their 1.00

00:01:02.760 don't-say-gay disaster to yet another corporate catastrophe? 0.84

00:01:07.960 Disney didn't learn a thing about the power of the people.

00:01:12.100 After all, it's about a lot more than money.

00:01:15.460 It's about politics, of course, and it is about culture and values.

00:01:20.000 With that, this is what Disney has done this time.

00:01:24.960 The Gateway Pundit reporting Disney's new release of an animated program entitled

00:01:30.520 Little Demon, which features a woman impregnated by Satan and her Antichrist daughter.

00:01:39.340 How is that for branding children's material?

00:01:42.580 And get this, the program is a comedy.

00:01:45.480 Can you believe it?

00:01:46.480 At least they say it's a comedy.

00:01:48.980 I can't imagine.

00:01:50.620 Disney apparently started streaming that show on Disney Plus in Australia and New Zealand

00:01:55.820 and has already canceled the program.

00:01:59.140 That's right. 1.00

00:01:59.900 Some idiot or group of idiots within Disney's brain trust 1.00

00:02:03.220 decided there's no comedy like satanic comedy, 1.00

00:02:07.320 especially when it comes to children.

00:02:10.240 And do you remember when Disney's brand was once

00:02:13.100 built on safety and values for our children?

00:02:17.260 What a sad journey for the mouse.

00:02:19.800 But a great market opening for those creative enough to seize opportunity and with us today

00:02:24.500 is just such a person.

00:02:26.320 A great American, he's writing conservative books for kids

00:02:30.220 and working hard every day to save the republic as well.

00:02:34.540 His new children's book is entitled

00:02:36.500 The Plot Against the King, 2,000 Mules.

00:02:39.920 Our guest is Cash Patel, former top DOD official, senior aide to House Intel Committee chair,

00:02:47.240 Congressman Devin Nunes, and Trump advisor.

00:02:50.880 Cash, great to have you with us.

00:02:52.840 My friend, GOP pollster Robert Kahaley,

00:02:55.880 calling out university and media pollsters for trying to affect results in their polls

00:03:01.880 rather than plumb the mood and thoughts of voters.

00:03:05.460 Is that shocking to you?

00:03:07.380 No, that they are reaching out.

00:03:10.880 And Lou, it's great to be with you on your show.

00:03:13.800 It has such a great reach, and it's still such an important niche in today's journalism

00:03:19.100 that is totally lacking integrity.

00:03:20.980 But no, it's just another example of the voter issue that all they want to do is get the conclusion

00:03:28.620 and then create fictional information to support their conclusion

00:03:32.280 and then get a headline in the fake news media and say,

00:03:35.780 look, we did it, and we're showing you X because all of these people have now said it.

00:03:40.940 I don't believe these polls for a minute, and I never have, and I don't think I ever will.

00:03:44.960 Well, Kahaley is one of the very best, I think, certainly one of the top two or three best pollsters in the country.

00:03:53.540 He was almost alone in 2016 in calling Trump.

00:03:58.840 He's a man of immense integrity and great, great analytic skills, obviously, as a pollster and judgment.

00:04:06.480 So when he says something, I think everybody has to listen to him on this

00:04:09.920 because those media companies that are so anti-Republican, anti-conservative,

00:04:16.220 I think many of those media companies are just outright Marxist, anti-America.

00:04:22.100 I mean, I really do.

00:04:23.120 They fall in line with what has become a left-wing corporate structure in this country.

00:04:28.940 I think it's very important that people understand that that influence in corporate America

00:04:34.340 extends through every conduit possible to them, whether it is from the firms themselves,

00:04:40.720 to their employees, to their HR departments, to their advertising.

00:04:46.460 Advertising is the voice of business, and we're inundated with it every day.

00:04:50.720 There was a time you could say that would be patriotic.

00:04:53.160 This is not such a time.

00:04:54.500 Your thoughts about how we need to rethink what is happening in this country

00:05:01.580 and the influencers that are at work, and if there is a way that middle-class, moderate Americans,

00:05:10.880 as well as conservatives and independents, can act, take action,

00:05:18.080 to forestall any more of this, of what is nothing more than propaganda by the mockingbird media.

00:05:26.820 Look, you're absolutely right.

00:05:28.360 The amount, and I call it disinformation at its finest, thanks to the fake news mafia.

00:05:33.480 Basically, what they have done every step of the way is collaborate with the conspirators

00:05:40.020 and the corrupt actors in the government, the deep staters, 0.98

00:05:43.100 and they partner with the media who will go out there and put out any disinformation campaign they want,

00:05:51.840 irrespective of the truth.

00:05:53.100 And I'll give you six examples.

00:05:55.320 Russiagate, Ukraine Impeachment 1, Ukraine Impeachment 2, January 6, Afghanistan, COVID origins,

00:06:04.380 and everything, basically, Fauci said.

00:06:06.840 So what you have is they don't care about the facts.

00:06:10.980 And so long, America has trusted journalism that it used to be able to just report the facts.

00:06:18.280 But now we have, as you say, influencers.

00:06:20.660 You know, where do these guys come from?

00:06:22.240 What happened to just everyday straight beat reporting about this happened,

00:06:26.240 unbiased, varnished reporting with the facts?

00:06:29.040 And I think what you've seen is that so many Americans have been bamboozled

00:06:32.100 by the radical left agenda and their partners in the media.

00:06:36.880 They've been shown they were lied to, some of the examples I cited earlier,

00:06:41.860 that they are now shutting it off.

00:06:43.480 They're stopping to watch CNN.

00:06:44.740 They don't read the New York Times anymore.

00:06:46.600 They don't care what headlines in the Washington Post.

00:06:48.260 Not everybody, of course, but a good chunk of them.

00:06:50.900 And what I think needs to happen is more of those people need to come up and show up on Election Day

00:06:55.460 because just like they, and as you said, there are some reputable polls out there,

00:07:00.180 just like some reputable polls have showed,

00:07:02.080 the last election was absolutely rigged by the Hunter Biden laptop scandals.

00:07:06.880 And that could not have happened unless there was a massive disinformation campaign

00:07:10.900 put out by the fake, loose media, knowing that they were putting out false information.

00:07:15.720 And now you have guys like Michael Hayden, the former director of the National Security Administration

00:07:20.780 and the Central Intelligence Agency who signed that infamous letter saying,

00:07:24.680 uh-oh, this is Russian disinformation on Hunter's laptop.

00:07:27.440 He has come out and sent, since it's been proving it was actually real information of crimes,

00:07:31.360 he said, I was glad to participate, this is Hayden, um, in helping Donald Trump be defeated

00:07:37.580 even if the information was fake.

00:07:39.820 That is how bad the corruption in the government and the media is.

00:07:43.160 And to combat it, we need to go and listen to get more people to listen to programs like yours

00:07:48.060 and stop tuning on the influencers and start looking for the facts themselves

00:07:52.260 and teach America the value of the truth.

00:07:55.180 The value of the truth, I love that expression, that we have to even discuss the value of the truth,

00:08:03.320 which should be self-evident, it should be obvious, and it should be precious for any American

00:08:10.240 because we are founded on all of the precepts in our Constitution are based on honor and truth

00:08:16.720 and the noblest of ambitions and values, including amongst them liberty and equality.

00:08:26.120 It is a terrible time in so many ways right now, and I'm not saying that to be dramatic.

00:08:32.600 Like, uh, I'm just saying, following what you're talking about, we no longer have trust in our intelligence agencies

00:08:40.640 because even though the national mockingbird media won't talk about that Hunter Biden laptop,

00:08:49.200 everybody knows about it now, and they know that it's not based on speculation,

00:08:53.740 it is not some sort of wild theory, it is reality.

00:08:57.720 We know that Bill Barr actually changed history when he chose not to tell the American people

00:09:05.080 that a former vice president was lying at a presidential debate

00:09:08.820 when he took advantage of that plot by the intelligence veterans and chiefs,

00:09:15.660 five of them, former CIA directors, as a shield against truth.

00:09:20.640 We're seeing it in almost every direction where we have no trust in the FBI,

00:09:26.420 the polls on the FBI are decimating, uh, the Justice Department, our government,

00:09:32.480 no one trusts the government.

00:09:33.600 We're being told we're going to have 87,000 new IRS agents and an expenditure of $80 million.

00:09:39.880 Lord, where does it end and where could it end other than an authoritarian state?

00:09:47.260 Yeah, I mean, you highlighted there's, you know, let me just borrow from you, Lou,

00:09:52.060 because that seems to be a winning option when it comes to reporting out on the truth.

00:09:56.780 Bill Barr, prime example of the deep state corrupt actor at its finest.

00:10:02.280 This guy comes in, has the chance to expose all the corrupt, unlawful actors at the FBI and DOJ of Russiagate.

00:10:09.280 What does he choose to do?

00:10:10.380 To glorify his ego and to later go out there and bander, uh, pander to the rhinos and, uh, the, the,

00:10:19.260 the radical left media.

00:10:20.420 It has now come out, thanks to John Durham's reporting, and that one of the biggest scandals

00:10:26.780 was not only Russiagate, but how the FBI extended Russiagate through, by taking on as a confidential

00:10:33.960 human source, Igor Danchenkov, a man who's been prosecuted, who's being prosecuted by

00:10:38.140 John Durham.

00:10:39.040 And the shocking thing to me is that they have now done a whole thing that me as a national security prosecutor

00:10:44.400 never thought even this DOJ and FBI could have done.

00:10:47.600 They have taken criminals and made them confidential human sources to cover up the FBI's own criminal conduct.

00:10:55.500 They did that with Igor Danchenkov if they fired Christopher Steele, and then they kept this criminal on the books for three years, paying him American taxpayer dollars.

00:11:05.580 They also did that despite knowing and investigating him for, um, committing the crimes of buying and selling classified information to our foreign adversaries.

00:11:16.140 These are the allegations that they knew of, and they said, but covering up our corruption is more important.

00:11:21.900 And the one man that could have exposed it all was Bill Barr because he allowed all these cover-ups and Chris Wray to act, um, on his watch.

00:11:29.840 And so this is the thing that ticks me off the most because it highlights the two-tier system of justice that we have in America today

00:11:37.480 that is infuriating Americans, especially me as a former national security prosecutor.

00:11:41.300 And you're right.

00:11:42.120 Our DOJ and FBI has no credibility, not some, none.

00:11:45.520 And that's directly a consequence of the actions of Merrick Garland, Bill Barr, Rod Rosenstein, Chris Wray,

00:11:50.180 and the underlings that work with them because the only thing they care about is saving face

00:11:54.580 and saving face while they head up those organizations.

00:11:58.640 That's what Bill Barr cared about.

00:12:00.140 If he cared about putting out the truth, we wouldn't have to have waited two years after a Trump administration

00:12:05.480 to see it from John Durham.

00:12:07.320 You know, Greg Jarrett, who's the, uh, uh, judicial, the legal, uh, analyst for Fox News on our program, uh, Lou Dobbs tonight

00:12:19.620 in 2018 said that the president may be making a huge mistake as his name came out as one to, to replace Jeff Sessions.

00:12:28.780 Uh, he, he said point blank that he is a creature of the establishment and that the president may well regret it.

00:12:36.960 And I've got to give Greg Jarrett great credit because he said so and he was right and he deserves credit for that.

00:12:43.940 Uh, so, so few did, uh, your thoughts on that.

00:12:48.380 Yeah, look, Lou, I, I, I agree with that sentiment.

00:12:52.460 I was the one on the inside in government saying, do not hire this man, Bill Barr.

00:12:56.500 I actually put forth, uh, John Ratcliffe for attorney general.

00:13:00.040 And I think people have now seen the wonderful job he did at both the house, um, Intel committee during Russiagate

00:13:05.580 and later on as the director of national intelligence, um, who was a former federal prosecutor.

00:13:10.520 Uh, Bill Barr, I had never, I did not want him in there.

00:13:13.240 Not because I knew him personally or had any ill will known against him.

00:13:15.660 I'd never known the man or spoken to him, but we needed someone for the time, for the times.

00:13:20.060 And the times call for someone who's going to expose the corruption at the FB and DOJ, not cover it up.

00:13:25.720 And, you know, unfortunately the, uh, rhinos got in there and collaborated and forced Bill Barr into the, uh, position of attorney general.

00:13:35.040 And so much information has been buried, um, from us that will take years to unravel.

00:13:40.160 Hopefully these Congress, um, leaders that are coming to power come to midterm will come in there and swiftly, um, start issuing contempt orders

00:13:49.380 and demanding, uh, the publication of documents so America can learn what happened and we can hold some of these people accountable.

00:13:55.800 Bill Barr had that opportunity and failed.

00:13:57.700 Now he's just running around the country blathering about, um, all of his quote unquote successes.

00:14:04.360 Um, and none of the media have the integrity to stand up to him and say, what about all of your failures,

00:14:09.600 which are exponentially bigger than any success he ever had.

00:14:14.280 You're exactly right.

00:14:16.680 And, uh, as we look at his failures, uh, when, uh, when a man like Bill Barr can actually point at some point in, uh, the future and say, I did that.

00:14:28.680 When he, when he subverted history, when he changed the arc of history as dramatically as it's ever been changed by one man, uh, it is breathtaking.

00:14:38.960 And we have no, we have also no, really a poll after poll shows very little confidence in the integrity of our elections.

00:14:47.180 We are a society trying to have, it seems to me, a nervous breakdown.

00:14:52.740 Uh, I think you're actually, we're not trying to have it, unfortunately and tragically, and I don't mean to laugh at it.

00:14:59.500 We are having a nervous breakdown, but our nervous breakdown has been caused not by the failure of the American people and our democratic electorate.

00:15:08.580 It's been caused by a failure in those elected, uh, the likes of Biden and our deterioration on the global stage and our deterioration in the FBI and DOJ.

00:15:18.700 And as you highlighted, our deterioration in our faith to even have an election that people can have confidence in.

00:15:25.520 I mean, how, how, and why we are having that conversation in 2022 America to just show you how much we have fallen as a country.

00:15:33.720 Those conversations are to be had in third world banana republics 150 years ago, but we're having them now today in America.

00:15:41.080 And the sole blame of it is, is rightly where on the shoulders of the corrupt government gangsters, as I call them, that are partnering with the jackals and the fake news media to put out disinformation campaign after disinformation campaign.

00:15:57.820 Be it against elections or what have you, uh, Hunter Biden laptop, January 6th, the list goes on.

00:16:04.680 They have lied to the American people, uh, for self preservation and self gain and the glorification of their own egos.

00:16:11.960 Uh, and, uh, the likes of Rod Rosenstein, Bill Barr and Chris Ray are the perfect examples, uh, why people figure it out too late.

00:16:19.260 And then what does the fake news media do create a whole nother, uh, fake news disinformation campaign story, um, so that they, uh, don't have to return to talk about their lies that were exposed.

00:16:30.980 The, and the speed with which they are doing it, the momentum that those stories take on, uh, it is, it's extraordinary.

00:16:39.600 And I have to think people may have noticed that I'm using the expression, mockingbird media a lot.

00:16:46.440 I like that.

00:16:47.320 I love it.

00:16:48.220 I love it.

00:16:49.200 There are a lot of connotations built into that, but amongst them is mockingbird.

00:16:54.360 The mockingbird project was a CIA operation 50 as you, I'm sure.

00:16:59.020 Well, no, it was a CIA operation to insinuate propagandist into the, into all of the news media, not all of them,

00:17:08.400 but most of the major, uh, media companies, uh, as, as propagandists, posing as journalists.

00:17:16.740 And, and I love the fact that right now we're, we have a more, I say, I love the fact it is to me astounding that we are in this moment in history in which the CIA can create a fiction.

00:17:30.420 Like Russian disinformation, uh, use it with, use it with president, uh, Trump to impeachments, as you say, with, by the way, the able help of a CIA agent working in the national security council within the white house itself.

00:17:45.560 Uh, that part is not proved, but it is generally considered to be accurate.

00:17:51.440 Uh, it's, it's, it's, it's stunning to think that we right now have a circumstance where we have a melding of the national mockingbird media, the Marxist dims that drive both the Democrat party and manage this white house, uh, and are aligned with our intelligence agencies.

00:18:11.840 Is that just simply appearances and a, uh, will be gone possibility of, uh, wild speculation?

00:18:19.460 Or is it, in this case, it's what it looks like it is.

00:18:25.200 Lou, and this is why I love coming on your show, uh, more than anything else, you have a, uh, unique ability to just label things, uh, for what they are, um, as journalists of integrity should.

00:18:37.300 The mockingbird media that is spot on and I'm a, you know, and I agree with you and I, and I agree with you, you know, and I know you share this opinion, not because not so we can rejoice together in it.

00:18:48.500 I wish we weren't talking about the realities that the IC has been hijacked by this mockingbird media and the corrupt government gangsters in the deep state to subvert democracy.

00:18:59.080 These are the people that six years ago said, oh, the election was stolen.

00:19:03.300 The election was rigged.

00:19:04.540 Donald Trump isn't the president.

00:19:05.880 Now they're saying that that's impossible.

00:19:08.300 Elections are never stolen.

00:19:09.400 They're never rigged. 0.96

00:19:10.140 And these are the biggest hypocrites in the country, but they're allowed to get away with it just for the reasons you have said, because they've outsmarted the Republicans and they have done one thing.

00:19:19.340 The Republicans I'm glad will never hopefully do, which is break the law and their oath of office and their service to the American people to advance the false narrative. 0.97

00:19:27.440 But that's how they get away with it because not enough people are calling them out.

00:19:31.240 But thankfully you are.

00:19:32.680 And I'm happy to drift in your wake on this one because, man, that is a great way to put it, Lou.

00:19:38.900 And I hope more people are tuning in to this.

00:19:41.740 Well, it is as you say.

00:19:45.040 I know you and you know me.

00:19:48.040 Neither one of us wants to.

00:19:49.680 Most of the things that we have to consider and analyze and find evidence of, our conclusions are not things that we would like to be proved wrong.

00:20:00.120 I'll put it that way.

00:20:01.180 I think that's a fair statement.

00:20:02.680 For both of us.

00:20:04.000 And I don't care what the subject is.

00:20:06.360 Over the course of the last 30 years and nearly everything I've concluded about what the country is doing, the direction it's going, I wanted to be wrong every time.

00:20:18.640 Unfortunately, I get lucky sometimes when I think.

00:20:22.320 And I would much prefer it be otherwise.

00:20:26.360 But unfortunately, I think in this instance, we have to look at the evidence of what it is.

00:20:30.640 There's one other aspect I want to bring up with you.

00:20:34.760 And that is recently the Center for Renewing America.

00:20:39.060 Russ Vogt and his group there in Washington have come out with an analysis of the Barr statement that there was no stolen election, which he made just about a month after, maybe three to four weeks.

00:20:54.760 I'll put it that way after the election said there was no sign of any significant voter fraud whatsoever.

00:21:01.080 However, Jeffrey Clark, a former top Justice Department official, sent out FOIA requests and to 12, 12 U.S.

00:21:12.060 Attorney districts and all but one returned no documents.

00:21:16.580 Meaning there was no evidence of any investigation whatsoever in those districts, except for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where now a lawsuit has been filed against the Dominion Voting Company.

00:21:33.400 And but the point of the matter is it is President President Trump, once again, his attorney general has screwed up hugely, I think, is the way to put it.

00:21:47.780 I think you're right. And look, me as a former national security prosecutor and former deputy director of national intelligence is just shocked at a statement by the number one law enforcement officer in the land.

00:22:00.300 And a conclusory statement, just like his partners in the fake news media do without ever have conducted an investigation.

00:22:07.180 If he had said that, Lou, after conducting an extensive and thorough investigation in multiple states, that could withstand scrutiny because he looked into the matter and sent agents and subpoenas out to look at it would have been one thing.

00:22:18.640 But as you said, he just came out and swung because he knew he did not want his his quote unquote DOJ and his reputation as AG to be tarnished.

00:22:27.740 But now it's going to be tarnished by the truth because of his lazy and lethargic behavior and his burning desire.

00:22:33.920 He bar to have a headline honor him rather than do the work of the American people.

00:22:38.340 And I have to say about CRA, I'm a little biased there. So, you know, I'm the senior fellow for national security and intelligence at CRA.

00:22:45.380 And I think Russ Watt and his team are doing a tremendous job.

00:22:48.440 And one of the projects we're working on is going to show how we fix it all.

00:22:53.060 And so I'm glad, you know, your audience and you are chiming in and watching the actions of the Center for Renewing America, because Russ is just doing such tremendous work over there.

00:23:03.920 And I think we're only getting started.

00:23:05.960 You're going to see some papers here in the coming months that are probably going to both shock the world and also educate the world on how to reform and retake back our government and restore integrity at the DOJ and FBI.

00:23:19.400 That integrity that was vanquished by the likes of Barr, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page.

00:23:24.780 I mean, the list goes on. Chris Wray, Gina Haspel, and so forth.

00:23:29.260 And I want to say that there is a tremendous lineup of talent there on the group that is assembled under the Center for Renewing America.

00:23:40.680 Cash Patel, prominent among them, and Jeffrey Clark, I think, has a brilliant analytical legal mind.

00:23:54.360 I just really find him one of the most refreshing people on the issues that are coming to the fore, whether it be constitutional rights that are being violated by the FBI, the Department of Justice,

00:24:06.140 and to some degree, the politics behind that.

00:24:11.520 These are terrible times, and I wish it were otherwise, but I can't – you know, the name of this show is The Great America Show, and we are great.

00:24:21.780 We are America.

00:24:23.740 But, my God, it seems like we want to squander every right under our Constitution, squander our wealth, squander our technology, whether it be to CCP spies,

00:24:38.780 whether it be to just commercial interests that want to be multinational and globalist-informed rather than put their homeland, if you will – I hate the expression, by the way, homeland.

00:24:52.160 I don't know how you feel about it, Josh.

00:24:54.600 But put their homeland and their home economy at disadvantage.

00:24:59.600 I want to, you know, just say thank you for all of your efforts and those of the Center for Renewing America.

00:25:08.420 I think it's a terrific idea.

00:25:10.120 I think Russ Vogt is a terrific leader, and I know that he's got the horses there to get a lot done.

00:25:17.420 So, let me turn to perhaps an odd departure here.

00:25:23.640 We're talking with Kurt Olsen, representing Mike Lindell, who was arrested – not arrested, excuse me.

00:25:32.580 He was detained at a drive-thru at a Hardee's restaurant, and I know what he was – what he was hunting, serving a cipeda. 1.00

00:25:40.880 And Kurt Olsen, his attorney, who's filed a lawsuit against, by the way, Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray,

00:25:50.020 charging them with violating Mike Lindell's first, fourth, fifth, and sixth amendment rights.

00:25:55.560 I mean, that's a busy morning for anyone.

00:25:58.420 But for the FBI and the DOJ to be involved in such a thing is outrageous.

00:26:02.860 I'd just like to get your thoughts on what is happening here with these SWAT team raids, whether it be on the issues of abortion,

00:26:10.860 whether it be on the issues of the election, whether it be on the – as in the case of Mike Lindell, whatever the issue.

00:26:19.400 Suddenly, the FBI is in charge of props and action figures at 6 a.m. in the morning outside private citizens' homes.

00:26:29.720 It's outrageous. It's intimidation, and it is police state tactics.

00:26:37.720 That's what it is. It is the rise of the police state.

00:26:41.500 It's not coming. It's not that it's almost here.

00:26:45.200 It's that the police state is the American law enforcement community from the federal top-down level

00:26:50.800 because the corrupt government gangsters, like the likes of Chris Rain and Merrick Garland, have made it so.

00:26:56.880 Now, that's not to say, of course, and far from it, that the millions serving under them are doing so dutifully.

00:27:02.560 But these people at the top have led the American justice system to a two-tier system of justice into a police state.

00:27:10.940 And the things that are happening to Mike Lindell and so many other Americans are an extension of that.

00:27:17.480 They want to intimidate anybody who might have anything good to say about Donald Trump or his successes,

00:27:24.340 and they want to suffocate and deafen anyone who might stand against them, like the likes of the people we were talking about earlier.

00:27:33.120 And so they've done this to so many people.

00:27:35.880 They know it costs them money.

00:27:37.460 They know people are bankrupt.

00:27:38.920 And that is not what the justice system is supposed to be meant for.

00:27:42.180 But look at the whistleblower program, Lou.

00:27:44.020 I always turn to this because maybe I'm biased from my days in the House Intelligence Committee when we were running Russia Gate.

00:27:49.140 We had some brave whistleblowers come forward, too.

00:27:51.360 Now you see FBI agents who are reporting actual corruption at the FBI, such as Special Agent Friend,

00:28:00.420 who went and blew the whistle and told them, that is, Congress, that the statistics at the FBI were being taken from the field-level office,

00:28:10.340 unbeknownst to the field agent running it, provided to Washington behemoth headquarters,

00:28:15.520 and then used to falsely inflate domestic violent extremist statistics so that Chris Rake to go to Congress and lie and say domestic violent extremism is on the rise,

00:28:30.280 especially when connected with January 6th and Donald Trump supporters.

00:28:34.520 That is the definition of a police state.

00:28:36.980 And if that weren't enough, remember when the likes of Charmella and his sidekick Vindman came out to falsely gin up an impeachment?

00:28:44.400 They weren't retaliated against.

00:28:46.000 They were regaled.

00:28:46.700 But this agent, FBI agent Friend, his gun and his badge were taken from him for going and doing what is constitutionally demanded of him.

00:28:55.540 And what the federal law requires is when you see government waste, fraud, and abuse, and corruption, you report it.

00:29:00.680 And this is a two-tier system of justice that I think is collapsing now around this police state.

00:29:06.540 And you have dozens of whistleblowers going forward before Chuck Grassley and Jim Jordan, and I'm so glad that they are.

00:29:13.520 And I think you're going to see scores more once the gavels slip.

00:29:16.400 I just hope our Congress has the audacity to pull these government gangsters into court or before the American people, Chris Rake and Merrick Garland included,

00:29:27.200 and not without time limit, but to sit there for a week if need be and answer questions and produce documents to show their corruption,

00:29:34.560 because that's what it's going to take.

00:29:36.440 And the reason I keep referring to them as government gangsters is the phrase I coined a while ago,

00:29:40.680 but it seems to meet the intersection of the corruption at the tops of the departments and agencies and their partners and their jackals in the fake news media.

00:29:48.480 And so I've dubbed it that, and my upcoming adult book is going to be called Government Gangsters and how we take out the deep state.

00:29:59.180 So I think it's appropriate, but as we touched upon, I wish we weren't talking about this.

00:30:03.340 I wish we were talking about the successes of taking out Russia and China and not the possibility of a nuclear war with Putin in the Ukraine

00:30:11.000 and how fentanyl is killing our children and how child sexual crimes are up because the FBI is taking the mission off of those field agents

00:30:23.480 and using them falsely to pad their statistics to fit a disinformation campaign.

00:30:29.940 Yeah.

00:30:30.740 The FBI is one large propaganda operation now, the Department of Justice and FBI.

00:30:38.860 And by the way, I saw what you did there.

00:30:41.640 You coined a phrase that became the title of your new book, Government Gangsters.

00:30:47.860 Now, I'm going to say, before you said that, I said, you know, I'm going to use that all of the time, and I will give cash credit.

00:30:57.420 But now I'm going to give you credit, plus hawk your book, Government Gangsters.

00:31:03.020 Give us a hint.

00:31:04.940 Yeah, so my adult book is actually – we just finished the manuscript, and it'll be out early next year, hopefully by the spring at the latest.

00:31:12.560 But it's called Government Gangsters, and it's how we take out the deep state and restore faith to our democracy.

00:31:18.600 But the books that you can get now that I've been writing are The Plot Against the King at plotagainsttheking.com.

00:31:25.000 Donald Trump launched The Plot Against the King, the book one, and it became a number one bestseller.

00:31:29.640 We just launched a sequel, Plot Against the King, 2,000 Mules.

00:31:34.340 In collaboration with Dinesh D'Souza, we wrote a children's book, Plot Against the King, 2,000 Mules, and President Trump again launched it to high acclaim on Truth Social just last week.

00:31:44.480 And the left-wing media has come in hot and heavy, saying we are indoctrinating our children.

00:31:49.980 And you know what I tell them, Lou?

00:31:51.300 I say we are indoctrinating our children with the truth, mission, faith, and the value of service.

00:31:56.720 You are indoctrinating them with CRT and gender dynamics and disinformation.

00:32:00.400 And I am happy to write a curricula that our kids and our adults and our grandparents and our households across America can rely upon to teach in a fun way history because the election was rigged and Russiagate did happen.

00:32:15.280 But we don't have to get into the weeds of it.

00:32:16.640 And I don't even tell people to be a Republican or Democrat in the book.

00:32:20.040 I tell people to stick to your core values.

00:32:22.000 And I take them to a kingdom far, far away with King Donald and Sleepy Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton and a shifty night.

00:32:30.160 And we take on a quest for the truth in each book.

00:32:33.040 And then the recent one, The Plot Against the King, 2000 Meals, we show why election integrity matters and the consequences of getting it wrong.

00:32:40.200 So these are lessons I'm happy to stand for.

00:32:42.420 And I hope people support me at plotagainsttheking.com.

00:32:46.380 I really would encourage you guys to go out there.

00:32:49.380 Parents almost love it more than their kids because they now know Russiagate and election security and integrity better than they ever did before because we broke it down in such a fun way.

00:32:58.660 And, you know, I think you're going to love the illustrations.

00:33:01.400 And per Truth Social, pets are loving this book, too.

00:33:04.440 So plotagainsttheking.com.

00:33:06.460 Thanks, Lou.

00:33:07.740 You betcha.

00:33:09.060 And we're going to be – we are hawking your book on our website.

00:33:13.260 And we'll continue to do so here because, first of all, I just thought the idea of a kid's book on the plot to overthrow the king was such a great idea.

00:33:23.620 Of course, I am jealous that I didn't have that idea first, but there it is.

00:33:27.780 So we're hawking your book and doing so with both admiration and great enthusiasm for your continued success with what is quickly becoming a book empire.

00:33:43.440 Cash, we appreciate you being here.

00:33:46.220 You get the last word, as always, on our program.

00:33:51.080 Cash Patel, your concluding thoughts.

00:33:52.780 Well, Lou, as always, it is a tremendous honor to be with you.

00:33:57.520 You keep swinging the way you do, and I have faith that we are going to be able to get our democracy back by getting our media back and getting the American people on the right track.

00:34:07.900 And if you're not tired of me, you can only find me at Cash on Truth Social, at Cash or fightwithcash.com.

00:34:15.340 Fightwithcash.com is where we put out all the government corrupt documents exposing their corruption.

00:34:19.800 It's all free.

00:34:21.160 I hope you guys check it out.

00:34:22.300 Thanks so much, Lou.

00:34:23.800 You betcha.

00:34:24.700 Cash Patel, a great American.

00:34:27.200 Thanks so much for being with us, and God bless you.

00:34:30.940 Thanks, everybody, for being with us today.

00:34:32.820 Our quote of the day comes from the most brilliant of our founding fathers, Benjamin Franklin, who said this,

00:34:39.760 Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.

00:34:44.340 Tomorrow, our guest will be Arizona Attorney General candidate Abe Hamaday.

00:34:48.980 Please join us.

00:34:49.800 Till then, God bless you, and may God bless America.

00:34:53.780 We'll see you next time.

00:34:54.780 Bye.

00:34:55.780 Bye.

00:34:56.780 Bye.

00:34:57.780 Bye.

00:34:58.780 Bye.

00:34:59.780 Bye.
