00:00:48.140 The federal government has been lying to us, of course, in all sorts of ways for a very long time.

00:00:53.220 And no, it didn't start with the JFK assassination.

00:00:59.680 No, it goes all the way back to 1947, when the flying disc was spotted flying over Roswell, New Mexico.

00:01:08.340 That year, the first official report of a flying saucer was filed by the FBI.

00:01:14.080 In fact, the Dallas Field Office reported it on July 8th of 1947.

00:01:19.900 Dallas was the nearest field office to the U.S. Army Air Base outside Roswell.
