00:00:00.000 You know, you'd think people would be subtle about things like imposing a new world order,
00:00:04.600 but the globalists seem excited to share and inflict their opinions on the whole wide world.
00:00:12.480 Take a look.
00:00:13.260 As one of the top military people said to me in a secure meeting the other day,
00:00:19.780 60 million people died between 1900 and 1946.
00:00:24.340 And since then, we established a liberal world order, and that hadn't happened in a long while.
00:00:31.460 A lot of people died, but nowhere near the chaos.
00:00:34.400 And now is the time when things are shifting.
00:00:36.960 There's going to be a new world order out there, and we've got to lead it.
00:00:40.900 We've got to unite the rest of the free world in doing it.
00:00:43.740 So anyway.
00:00:44.620 They're no longer hiding it.
00:00:46.180 They are proud of it.
00:00:48.040 And they obviously believe that the public is actually ready for one world government to accept it, to embrace it.
00:00:54.340 And believe it or not, they are rather open about actually using the Russia-Ukraine conflict to bring it about.
00:01:03.220 Today, we'll be diving into a conversation at something called the World Government Summit of 2022,
00:01:11.000 and the alarming projections that this meeting will have on our lives.
00:01:16.800 This is the John Henry Weston Show.
00:01:18.800 Stay tuned.
00:01:24.340 Let's begin, as we always do, with the sign of the cross.
00:01:40.200 In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
00:01:45.000 Amen.
00:01:45.480 So, the World Government Summit 2022 was held in Dubai from March 29th to 30th,
00:01:54.320 and featured a number of panels and speeches that discussed economics, aviation, digital currency.
00:02:02.020 And all of these topics were related to the situation in Russia and Ukraine.
00:02:06.860 And as each talk unfolded, the concept of a New World Order emerged as the dominant theme.
00:02:16.820 This conference is full of the people behind the curtain, the movers and shakers that guide the world leaders.
00:02:26.080 One of the panelists was Dr. Frederick Kempe, who is the president and CEO of the Atlantic Council,
00:02:33.420 and that's a group which actively pushes a New World Order.
00:02:36.020 The council has prominent globalists on it, like Henry Kissinger.
00:02:40.960 The Atlantic Council chairman is John F.W. Rogers, the executive vice president and chief of staff
00:02:47.240 and secretary to the board of Goldman Sachs.
00:02:50.840 And its founder is millionaire philanthropist Adrian Arsht.
00:02:56.600 So, you get the picture.
00:02:58.020 So, let's start with a look at what Dr. Kempe says about World Orders and the link to the conflict in Russia and Ukraine.
00:03:09.180 World Orders are that a group of countries across the world agree to a set of rules,
00:03:15.020 and they agree to play by them.
00:03:17.040 The second is there is a balance of power, so that no power feels that it can subjugate a neighbor.
00:03:24.920 That's what we've lost in Russia.
00:03:26.380 There wasn't a balance of power.
00:03:28.500 Europe decided the age of military power is over, and so Russia is attempting to subjugate Ukraine.
00:03:37.200 But then the third part of this is a consensus that everyone accepts this.
00:03:45.220 It seems that insofar as a country plays by these agreed-upon rules, there will be a kind of balance.
00:03:54.140 But according to these globalists, China, the same China that's engaged in genocide of the Uyghurs,
00:04:02.700 the same China that's enforced a one-child policy with torture and forced abortion for the mothers who dare to have a second child, 0.71
00:04:10.280 the same China that bulldozes Christian churches, 1.00
00:04:13.560 these globalists see this China as an ideal example of a peaceful country growing and cooperating with the world order
00:04:24.220 and playing by its rules.
00:04:27.260 While Russia, which at least from before the war in Ukraine,
00:04:32.080 at least promoted the growth of the Orthodox Church and, you know, some policies favoring life and family,
00:04:39.280 but they see Russia as the opposite.
00:04:42.040 Check this out.
00:04:42.640 And we thought that everyone could fit into this system that had been created,
00:04:47.760 and it worked for a while, but not everybody came into it.
00:04:52.060 But China grew.
00:04:53.900 China certainly took full advantage of being part of the global system.
00:04:59.280 Russia did not. 0.61
00:05:00.280 Russia became more of a... 0.81
00:05:01.340 Apparently, according to this logic,
00:05:03.660 these outliers are the thing standing in the way of world peace.
00:05:08.820 Russia's aggression has become an excuse for globalists to push for a worldwide government,
00:05:16.860 for a one-world government.
00:05:18.600 You think that's a coincidence?
00:05:22.000 Well, let's take another look at what Dr. Kempe says.
00:05:25.580 Now, and this gets to your question, Becky, of a new world order,
00:05:29.120 is it can go in two directions with the war in Ukraine now being a decisive element.
00:05:35.080 Either the jungle is back, as the historian Bob Kagan talks, and that we can go into a darker era,
00:05:43.000 or we could go into an era, because of the advances of science, advances of technology,
00:05:49.220 that could be one of the most prosperous, promising, progressive, enlightened, moderate, modern eras that we've ever faced.
00:05:56.660 Now, clearly, he sees this new world order as an imminent development.
00:06:03.940 Defining world orders and relating it to Ukraine specifically,
00:06:08.940 he goes on emphasizing Ukraine as a fulcrum, as a tipping point.
00:06:14.280 Have a listen.
00:06:14.760 And I think we're in a moment where that's being decided,
00:06:17.740 and I think the importance of the Ukraine issue is that it's a fulcrum for this,
00:06:22.920 and how the world manages this and comes out of this is going to have far-reaching consequences that go beyond.
00:06:29.420 No, Dr. Kempe's not the only one.
00:06:32.140 Moderator Becky Anderson of CNN fame made this statement following Dr. Kempe's claims.
00:06:38.280 The U.S. president has framed the tension of this moment as pitting democracy versus autocracy.
00:06:54.120 Considering all of these statements, it's obvious that the globalists are capitalizing on a unique opportunity with Ukraine.
00:07:01.780 Alongside these comments on Russia and Ukraine directly,
00:07:06.620 the panels also addressed the new financial system that this new world order or one world government will use.
00:07:14.900 Economist Dr. Pippa Malgrim served as special assistant to the president of the United States for economic policy
00:07:22.360 on the National Economic Council during George W. Bush's presidency.
00:07:27.140 She now publishes books on economic topics and also appears as a regular guest on the BBC and Bloomberg.
00:07:34.920 She claims this new financial system will replace the traditional one.
00:07:39.620 And what we're seeing in the world today, I think, is we are on the brink of a dramatic change where we are about to,
00:07:45.960 and I'll say this boldly, we're about to abandon the traditional system of money and accounting and introduce a new one.
00:07:52.920 And the new one, the new accounting, is what we call blockchain.
00:07:58.040 It means digital.
00:07:59.920 It means having an almost perfect record of every single transaction that happens in the economy,
00:08:06.320 which will give us far greater clarity over what's going on.
00:08:09.900 It also raises huge dangers in terms of the balance of power between states and citizens.
00:08:15.580 In my opinion, we're going to need a...
00:08:17.920 She adds that we'll be sovereign.
00:08:20.900 Take a look at this.
00:08:21.580 Digital constitution of human rights, if we're going to have digital money.
00:08:26.440 But also, this new money will be sovereign in nature.
00:08:31.500 Most people think that digital money is crypto and private.
00:08:35.420 So what is the significance here?
00:08:38.140 Well, with a new financial system, globalists can introduce universal currency.
00:08:44.340 Dr. Malgram asks this thought-provoking question, though.
00:08:48.160 Europeans have committed to that as well.
00:08:49.900 And the question is, will that new system of digital money and digital accounting accommodate the competing needs of the citizens of all these locations so that every human being has a chance?
00:09:03.320 And that's a great question to ask as globalists strive to unify the world and leave the low-level needs of citizens behind.
00:09:11.700 Turning the conversation back to Ukraine, Dr. Kempe even quotes Pope St. John Paul II in his praise for President Joe Biden's speech.
00:09:23.120 He acted from a speech that is one of the most brilliant speeches, maybe the most important speech of his lifetime.
00:09:28.900 And it really put the Ukraine situation in a broader, in a world order sort of framework, what we're talking about today.
00:09:37.540 And he did it absolutely brilliantly.
00:09:39.140 And he talked about how the darkest periods of history can produce the most progress.
00:09:44.060 In the areas of aviation and money, other panels reference this new world order as well.
00:09:56.660 In the panel on aviation, Sir Tim Clark, who's president and CEO of Emirates Airline,
00:10:03.300 which is, of course, the largest airline and one of the two flag carriers of United Arab Emirates,
00:10:08.340 and is owned by the government of Dubai's investment corporation of Dubai.
00:10:14.120 Sir Tim makes a statement about Russia relating it to this idea.
00:10:19.600 Across our network.
00:10:20.860 But at the same time, now we have the Ukrainian issue,
00:10:24.660 which, of course, is possibly more serious in terms of civil aviation and other areas in the global economy than the COVID pandemic.
00:10:36.940 And I say that simply because from a civil aviation point of view, from an airline point of view,
00:10:42.740 the notion that the going forward with the what I would call the economic iron curtain moving to the east
00:10:50.540 and the exclusion of Russia in the future and its civil aviation power that it has
00:10:56.480 is going to cause a tectonic shift in the way airlines and the aviation business goes about.
00:11:02.720 So it's interesting how COVID-19 and its related issues have nearly disappeared
00:11:08.340 in the wake of the new convenient catastrophe going on in Ukraine.
00:11:14.240 Adding to Dr. Malgram's claims about the new financial system was Bjorn Krog Andersen.
00:11:20.940 He's the head of Legal for Banking Circle,
00:11:25.120 a fully licensed bank and financial infrastructure built for payments, business, and banks.
00:11:30.440 He is also a board member of the Concordium Foundation,
00:11:35.900 which is a Swiss-based non-profit focused on building the world's leading open source permissions
00:11:42.080 and decentralized blockchain.
00:11:44.840 So listen to what Anderson says.
00:11:47.560 If you have a negative view, they're trying to replace
00:11:50.100 what we have today with the central bank of the banks with just e-money, right?
00:11:55.000 The they in this case refers to regulators using CBDCs, central bank digital currencies.
00:12:03.640 However, the implications of this are that one universal digital system of currency
00:12:11.180 will be the financial system of the new world order.
00:12:15.180 So another panelist, William Quigley, is the co-founder of Tether,
00:12:18.820 a blockchain-enabled platform designed to allow fiat currencies to be used digitally.
00:12:23.700 A Tether token is a cryptocurrency that's hosted on the Ethereum and Bitcoin blockchains, among others,
00:12:32.180 and it's issued by the Hong Kong company, Tether Limited,
00:12:36.200 which in turn is controlled by the owners of Bitfinex, a cryptocurrency exchange.
00:12:43.760 Take a look at what he says.
00:12:45.560 Stable coins are this unbelievable gift from God.
00:12:51.080 They allow anybody to hold native currency without ever having a bank
00:12:58.560 and without ever having to convert that currency into another currency.
00:13:05.480 A gift from God, he says.
00:13:07.820 So clearly, the elites have brought the talk of a new world order, meaning a one-world government, out of the closet.
00:13:16.220 In fact, far beyond bringing it out of the closet, they've showed the need with COVID,
00:13:22.140 with all the need for controlling worldwide pandemics, which seem to come conveniently whenever they want them.
00:13:27.820 They can even predict them in advance.
00:13:29.240 They're now showing it again with Ukraine.
00:13:32.840 They show that one-world government is really needed and necessary.
00:13:36.060 They showed the need for it with finance and with these so-called passports.
00:13:41.440 They've actually laid out the plans for the passports, without which you can't buy or sell.
00:13:47.160 As we have seen, we've experienced in these last couple of years,
00:13:51.860 they've shown us all how it works.
00:13:55.160 In fact, you could say that the biblical prophecies are upon us.
00:14:02.120 The real question is, are we ready?
