00:20:13.180 was the nuncio to the United

00:20:14.680 States.

00:20:15.920 In the United States, you had a

00:20:18.500 big battle in 2015 that was all

00:20:21.760 over the news, all over the

00:20:22.660 world.

00:20:24.020 The same-sex marriage battle was

00:20:25.480 very heated.

00:20:26.900 And in 2015, there was a

00:20:28.500 convert from living a life of

00:20:30.720 sin, a woman who had four

00:20:32.260 husbands who became an

00:20:33.860 evangelical Christian.

00:20:35.960 Her name was Kim Davis.

00:20:37.520 She was in Kentucky.

00:20:39.520 And she refused to sign her

00:20:41.140 name to marriage certificates

00:20:42.620 for homosexual couples.

00:20:45.220 She, with three children, was

00:20:47.080 threatened with jail for doing

00:20:48.600 that.

00:20:49.680 And she refused nonetheless and

00:20:51.340 was jailed.

00:20:54.280 When the Pope came to America,

00:20:56.460 the nuncio, asked if he could

00:21:01.420 bring Kim Davis to see the

00:21:04.440 Pope.

00:21:05.620 That was true ecumenism.

00:21:08.200 He wanted to encourage her, yes,

00:21:09.920 in her strong stance for the

00:21:11.540 family and her heroism.

00:21:14.120 But I know in his heart, too, he

00:21:15.800 wanted to introduce this woman who

00:21:17.340 had given so much of herself for

00:21:20.180 Christ to the ultimate truth of

00:21:23.560 the Catholic Church.

00:21:24.460 Because he's a holy man.

00:21:28.280 And so, after gaining permission

00:21:30.960 with a request with the Holy

00:21:32.960 Father himself, and talking to the

00:21:36.440 cardinals in charge of the visit,

00:21:39.400 he got permission and brought Kim

00:21:42.660 Davis into the nunciature to meet

00:21:44.360 with the Pope.

00:21:45.820 It was a highly politicized

00:21:47.280 situation everybody knew, so the

00:21:50.440 Vatican photographers were told not

00:21:52.100 to release the photos until it was

00:21:54.180 allowed by the superiors, the two

00:21:55.860 cardinals in charge of the visit.

00:21:59.160 Also, but they did take many photos,

00:22:01.420 as they always do, with meetings with

00:22:02.860 the Pope.

00:22:04.100 Also, Kim Davis was asked not to

00:22:06.660 reveal details about the meeting

00:22:08.720 until after the Pope left America.

00:22:11.940 And so, she did.

00:22:15.260 It was first her lawyer, who mentioned

00:22:17.340 it to the media, that they had met.

00:22:18.660 And that he, the Pope, had encouraged her

00:22:22.000 in her stance for the family.

00:22:25.640 And then something very strange

00:22:27.200 happened, because of course the media

00:22:29.060 went wild with the story, and they went

00:22:32.600 to the Vatican, because Kim Davis, unlike

00:22:35.480 everybody else who meets with the Pope,

00:22:37.600 had no photo, no selfie, no nothing.

00:22:39.640 And the Vatican refused to confirm it.

00:22:44.720 So the media in America started to lie,

00:22:47.120 and say Kim Davis was a liar.

00:22:51.020 But when her lawyer got more involved,

00:22:53.940 a few days later, they said, yes, it did

00:22:56.820 happen.

00:22:57.860 But, it was not a real audience.

00:23:01.640 It was a meeting with a whole bunch of

00:23:02.960 people where they were just brought in

00:23:04.940 by the nuncio.

00:23:05.980 And then, the Vatican said, the only

00:23:09.280 real audience was with a former student

00:23:14.260 of the Pope and his family.

00:23:17.540 That visit with the Pope was witnessed,

00:23:21.140 photographed, and also videotaped, and

00:23:23.680 you just watched it.

00:23:24.760 Because the person who was his student,

00:23:27.800 who he met with, and his family, was

00:23:30.760 indeed Yayograssi.

00:23:32.180 Yayograssi is a famous homosexual,

00:23:34.060 homosexual, and he came, yep, with his

00:23:36.800 mother and his sister, whom you saw

00:23:38.500 there, but also with his homosexual

00:23:40.420 partner, whom you saw the Pope embracing,

00:23:44.040 by the way.

00:23:48.280 Now, that's very damaging in our climate.

00:23:53.100 There's no way to get around that

00:23:55.560 imagery.

00:23:56.180 There's no way to explain it away.

00:23:59.460 You might say, oh, yes, but Jesus went

00:24:25.200 that the Pope never told him not to engage

00:24:44.780 Archbishop Vigano was removed as nuncio

00:25:00.020 called kick them upstairs, give them a better

00:25:01.660 post, give them something to move them out of

00:25:03.340 that spot, but not put them on the streets,

00:25:06.360 Well, that wasn't done with Archbishop Vigano,

00:25:09.900 nor was it done with Cardinal Burke,

00:25:11.480 nor was it done with Cardinal Muller.

00:25:14.480 They were just put out of office.

00:25:17.500 So, what are we then dealing with?

00:25:22.180 There's some news from a sexual abuse victim

00:25:24.720 by the name, a homosexual sexual abuse victim

00:25:27.020 by the name of Juan Carlos Cruz.
