00:01:00.140 So this event marks not only the passing of a great man, but also reminds us of the prophecy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Garibaldi, Spain.

00:01:10.940 Conchita Gonzalez, one of the three girls who received the great gift of visions of our Blessed Mother, in an interview with Bishop Garmendia on August 27, 1981, talked about the end times and said, and I quote,

00:01:24.820 At the time Pope John XXIII was living, the Virgin said,

00:01:31.620 Three more popes are left.

00:01:33.520 There will be only three more popes.

00:01:36.420 She was then speaking about the end of the times.

00:01:39.820 Later, as the church bells rang out to announce the death of Pope John XXIII, Conchita told her mother what the bells announced, and that after him, three more popes to come before the end of times.

00:01:55.380 Conchita then corrected herself and stated, and I quote,

00:01:58.520 Well, four more popes, really, for one will live such a short time that he will not count, end quote.

00:02:06.720 She was referring, of course, to John Paul I, who lived only 33 days and did not reign long enough to have any significant impact as pope.

00:02:17.960 So, what does this mean?

00:02:20.420 According to this prophecy, Pope Benedict was the last pope before the end of times.

00:02:26.060 What does that mean for Pope Francis?

00:02:28.760 Is he just the first pope in the end times?

00:02:32.960 Xavier Eral, whom we've hosted on this show twice before, researched the apparitions of Garabandal in great detail.

00:02:40.960 He recorded quotes from the three visionaries, Our Lady, St. Michael, Padre Pio, and several priests and bishops who talked to the girls in his book,

00:02:50.860 Revelations, the Hidden Secret Messages and Prophecies of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

00:02:55.400 So many messages came out of Garabandal, and some, like the one above, about the end times, are really quite interesting.

00:03:04.600 And one message even warns against a synod.

00:03:07.400 In 1995, Conchita Gonzalez told her aunt, Mother Maria de la Nieves Garcia, the superior of the school in Burgos, this message from Our Lady,

00:03:18.460 that before the future events occur, a synod will take place, an important synod, she said.

00:03:25.000 And she didn't know what the word synod meant at the time, but this message referred to the warning that is coming.

00:03:32.360 Our Lady called it a correction of conscience that prepares us for the great miracle.

00:03:39.560 But Our Lady warned us about an important synod, and we now face the synod on synodality.

00:03:46.180 Pope Francis described the synod on synodality as, quote,

00:04:52.060 Yeah, the passing is very interesting, the timing of it,

00:04:56.920 because now it really clarifies the Garabindel prophecy,

00:05:04.840 since 2013, because there were two popes alive at the same time.

00:05:10.700 His passing now clears any discrepancy or any confusion

00:05:16.100 that four popes have now passed.

00:05:18.620 After John XXIII, there was Paul VI, John Paul I, a very short reign, you know,

00:05:26.340 John Paul II, and now Benedict XVI.

00:05:28.860 So now there's some real clarity to the Garabindel prophecy, 0.97

00:06:22.740 Well, let me actually read this account, because I think it's truly fascinating.

00:06:32.440 It is called Garabindel, Message of Hope, Recent Marian Apparitions.

00:06:40.180 And this is reading from page 212 of the same book.

00:06:44.400 He's talking about conchita's use of the phrase, the coming of the end times.

00:06:47.760 The seer employs this disconcerting expression for the first time on the 3rd of June, 1963,

00:06:54.720 during the time of the locutions from 62 to 64.

00:07:01.000 Having learned of the death of Pope St. John XXIII,

00:07:04.640 she heads to the church with her mother to pray for the eternal repose of the pontiff.

00:07:09.600 On the way, she hears a clear announcement,

00:07:12.640 which she will later transmit, always with the same words.

00:07:17.700 And these are the words.

00:07:18.420 It was the Virgin who said it to me.

00:07:22.840 Colon.

00:07:23.740 Quotation.

00:07:24.720 After this Pope, meaning John XXIII,

00:07:27.920 only three remain.

00:07:30.760 And then will come the end of times.

00:07:34.820 So taking the words at face value, the third Pope would be St. John Paul II.

00:07:40.420 But the Virgin immediately explains that,

00:07:43.500 quote,

00:07:44.280 she wasn't counting one of them.

00:07:45.960 End quote.

00:07:47.320 Strange, one of the forthcoming Popes does not count in the list.

00:07:51.840 When Aniceta, the child's mother, questions her about this unusual announcement,

00:07:57.100 Conchita explains that one doesn't count because, quote,

00:08:01.100 he would govern the church for a very short time.

00:08:04.040 End quote.

00:08:04.400 John Paul I, with his 33-day pontificate, fulfills this exceptional prediction.

00:08:11.400 It seems, therefore, that after Blessed Paul VI and St. John Paul II,

00:08:16.840 it must be Benedict XVI who completes the list of the three Popes.

00:08:23.040 If this is so, with the resignation of Benedict and the arrival of Francis,

00:08:28.640 the events of Garibandal, His Excellency Joao Pereira Venancio said,

00:08:35.240 the message given by the Blessed Virgin in Garibandal is the same as the one she gave in Fatima,

00:08:40.920 but actualized for our time.

00:08:43.860 So if I could get your take on that, I mean, fascinating stuff in terms of where we are,

00:08:49.600 the death of Pope Benedict, and what this means about Pope Francis.

00:08:54.720 Yeah, so again, you know, his passing clarifies now.

00:08:58.700 There's no discussion over has the fourth Pope passed.

00:09:03.520 It has.

00:09:04.320 It now sets up Francis for being the Pope of prophecy of a Pope would go to Moscow,

00:09:14.380 Moscow, Russia, and specifically Moscow, not any other part of Russia.

00:09:19.120 And when he returned to the Vatican, hostilities would break out in Europe,

00:09:25.100 and the situation would get worse.

00:09:28.700 And then when it was at its worst, God would intervene and bring the warning to bring a stop

00:09:35.000 to everything.

00:09:36.700 So I think since 2017, pretty much, Pope Francis has been indicating he would love an invitation

00:09:44.920 to Moscow.

00:09:46.540 He hasn't received one yet, but the rumor is that hopefully one is coming soon.

00:09:53.760 In fact, very, very soon, rumors that LifeSite has heard indicate perhaps even as the earliest,

00:10:01.840 So we shall see.

00:10:02.760 But this has been in the works.

00:10:04.380 If you remember, just before Pope Francis came to Canada, people were wondering because

00:10:10.600 of his health if he would cancel that trip.

00:10:12.180 And he said at that time, and you can go back into the media and take a look, he said that

00:10:17.880 no, he will indeed be going to Canada, and right after that to Moscow.

00:10:22.560 And so that was very much planned and anticipated.

00:10:25.860 Hasn't yet been realized, but it's very much in the works.

00:10:28.340 Yeah, another interesting coincidence, if you will, is Pope Benedict's passing on December

00:10:38.820 31st coincides with the passing of Pope Sylvester in 314, who also died on December 31st.

00:10:47.860 And the interesting thing that kind of connects them is Pope Sylvester brought in a new era

00:10:54.740 through the Edict of Milan and the Council of Nacea.

00:10:59.980 They brought in a formalized Catholicism for Rome, and it was the end of the era of paganism. 0.86

00:11:06.600 So it's interesting how he brings in this new era, and really the death of Benedict

00:11:12.840 now also ushers in a new era, one that'll bring prophecy to life and to fruition.

00:11:23.480 Now, one of the things that happens with these very controversial prophecies that, you know,

00:11:30.120 seem to indicate future events, particularly ones that are seemingly playing out before our eyes,

00:11:36.600 it brings back that controversy of, oh, you know, are these to be believed?

00:11:41.020 And I know we mentioned on the last program, I encourage people to go see that one.

00:11:44.420 But one of the most amazing indicators, for me anyway, of the truth of Garibandale

00:11:49.960 was the great relationship with Padre Pio, of Saint Padre Pio.

00:11:55.800 If you could explain that for us.

00:11:57.840 Sure.

00:11:58.900 It started with Joey Lomangino going to confession to Padre Pio.

00:12:04.240 And Padre Pio revealing to him that the apparitions were true, because Joey had asked if they were true

00:12:13.200 and if he should go there.

00:12:15.320 And Padre Pio encouraged him to go there.

00:12:19.700 And that's when Joey, you know, met Conchita, and they formed a friendship.

00:12:25.400 And, you know, Joey returned many times to Garibandale, and that's how he started his apostolate.

00:12:32.240 And it's amazing to me also the friendship that fostered between Padre Pio and Conchita.

00:12:42.400 There's documentation that he actually bilocated up to five times to Garibandale to visit Conchita.

00:12:49.520 And it's a well-known fact that he never left, you know, his monastery.

00:12:55.560 And on his passing, of all the people in the world, he decides to leave Conchita, one of his bloody gloves,

00:13:04.840 his personal rosary, and a veil that covered his face during his wake.

00:13:12.560 So that's a pretty strong validation of Conchita as a visionary, and I think Garibandale as an apparition,

00:13:21.440 having Padre Pio.

00:13:23.580 And as a side note, Conchita's closest friend living here in what went in America was Mother Teresa.

00:13:33.240 So that's a pretty good duo when your two best friends are Padre Pio and Mother Teresa.

00:13:40.500 Indeed, indeed.

00:13:42.080 Now, you are close friends with Conchita.

00:13:44.980 She lives now in the United States and basically is kept out of the limelight. 0.95

00:13:50.500 She did do, many years ago now, one public television interview that I know of.

00:13:59.220 She doesn't feel she's called to speak out right now.

00:14:08.360 You know, we get invitations to do interviews all the time.

00:14:11.980 And she says, you know, Glenn, I've spoke publicly for over 20 years.

00:14:20.620 You know, and I and I kept repeating the same message, she says.

00:14:24.800 But I realized that people weren't listening.

00:14:28.420 So she decided that that was going to be enough because there was no new information to bring forth.

00:14:35.120 Everything that she wanted to convey to people, all the messages that Mary gave us, she did convey.

00:14:41.680 So it's available in writing and in video and television shows.

00:14:46.100 But she feels right now that there really is no necessity to speak until she has to issue the eight day warning of the miracle.

00:14:58.920 OK, if you would explain that for us, because I think that's really fascinating and people are going to want to know what that's about.

00:15:03.560 Sure. So after the warning happens and it will probably be within a few months of that, there's going to be a physical miracle gap back in Garibondale.

00:15:17.320 And Conchita is going to give the world an eight day notice of the actual day that that miracle is going to take place. 0.99

00:15:25.720 It's going to take place on a Thursday night at eight thirty Spanish time.

00:15:30.800 So I believe that I'll be one of the one of the first phone calls and then I'll be reaching out through media connections and obviously the Internet and Web sites and and several of the people that are going to help me.

00:15:53.540 So her role in the future is sort of set up as well, but not till after the world experiences something that will probably eclipse anything the world has jointly experienced before in the warning.

00:16:05.900 If you could go through with us just briefly, what's the warning again?

00:16:09.620 The warning is going to be a day that God is actually going to suspend time and everything will stop.

00:16:16.880 And he's going to allow everyone to see their souls and their sins as he sees them, which is going to be quite a quite a wake up call for for all of us, I think, regardless of where our faith is, because it's not only the sins that we've committed.

00:16:34.280 It's the gravity of the sin as he sees it, not as we see it, and then also he's going to show us sins of omission.

00:16:42.840 So there are things that we've done that we may not even have realized that have hurt God and have hurt other people.

00:16:49.780 So this is going to be, I think, a somewhat terrifying day for all of us, but especially those people who have no faith or are, you know, atheists.

00:17:02.980 I pray for them because it's going to be quite an interesting day for everybody.

00:17:09.100 And I think all the priests might be dreading this.

00:17:13.280 I think the confession lines are going to be extensive for days and weeks afterwards.

00:17:20.240 It does propose an incredible opportunity for evangelization and turnaround in people's lives.

00:17:27.140 Was there any indication of how it will be received and what will happen in the world in terms of turnaround after that?

00:17:36.800 Unfortunately, no.

00:17:38.380 And, you know, that's free will.

00:17:41.220 God gives everyone free will.

00:17:43.660 And so this is really what in Garibandale's prophecy was called the conditional chastisement.

00:17:50.420 So if the world doesn't show repentance in great enough numbers, I fear that we may have to suffer this punishment, this chastisement, in order to cleanse the world of the unbelievers. 1.00

00:18:07.460 And I just hope it doesn't happen.

00:18:10.760 I'd like to hear your take on the end of times as you see them playing out with, you know, after speaking with Conchita for a long time as you have.

00:18:21.040 Do you have any thoughts on how this is going to play out after?

00:18:25.580 Well, I think that we're fairly close.

00:18:28.520 And in one of her documented quotes, she had indicated to a friend of hers, and this was many years ago, this was many, many years ago in the 60s, she said that when the year 2000 comes, you know, we'll be starting to get close.

00:18:49.540 So, you know, it can't be too much further away.

00:18:53.940 She's going to be 74 years old next month.

00:18:57.460 So she's getting older, and all of the prophecies that talked about this have already started to come to fruition.

00:19:06.400 So one of them was a very important synod, and obviously the one that we have now is very important, and it's unique because of the length of it.

00:19:16.960 They had indicated when communism returns again, and you can see the influence of communism throughout the world, and the last prophecy was the Pope going to Moscow.

00:19:29.900 So in my view, we've got two of the three.

00:19:33.920 We're waiting for the Pope to go to Moscow, which sounds like it could be fairly soon, hopefully.

00:19:39.220 And then we're going to experience this difficult period, this tribulation period, where there's going to be more hostilities, and I'm sure more disruptions around the world.

00:19:50.420 And then, you know, fortunately, when it gets to its worst, God will stop everything with a warning, and there should be an era of peace because he'll bring the miracle so that the world can see it and confirm the messages that Mary gave us, the Caravandale.

00:20:07.200 And then hopefully the world will take this seriously enough, and they'll repent, or we're facing a terrible chastisement, which Conchita had indicated is worse than being enveloped by fire from above and below.

00:20:24.840 So I can't think of too much of a worse punishment than that.

00:20:29.240 And this is even beyond the – as you mentioned before, the Pope goes to Moscow upon his return.

00:20:39.080 Russia incites hostilities throughout Europe and so on. 0.59

00:20:42.860 It sounds something of a world conflagration.

00:20:46.560 I could imagine that if that happens, there would be a lot of response from the rest of the world.

00:20:50.560 So even beyond such kind of a – what sounds like a world war, which at its apex gets canceled through the warning, thanks be to God.

00:21:00.640 But even beyond that, there's more chastisement that's even worse.

00:21:05.600 Yeah, I do.

00:21:06.600 I would like to add also that Conchita confirmed twice that Mary told her that there would not be a World War III.

00:21:15.480 So I at least like to bring that point forward because obviously people assume immediately this Russian war that's going on is going to escalate immediately into World War III.

00:21:28.460 So I believe it's part of the prophecy too when God said when things are at its worst, he's going to stop everything and bring the warning.

00:21:37.080 So to me, that indicates, yes, this will escalate, it will get bad, but hopefully it won't get to the point of World War III because more than once Mary had indicated to Conchita that there will never be a World War III.

00:21:51.760 So I hope that brings some peace and comfort to people who are listening.

00:21:56.460 Hmm. Okay. Glenn, any final thoughts on what, you know, the underlying messages of Our Lady here, what we need to do, both on a level of, you know, here we are facing the new year and who knows what will come, but what's Our Lady's message for us as we go forward?

00:22:18.420 You know, probably the most important thing Conchita has ever said is not all of these prophecies and things.

00:22:26.920 She said, live the messages.

00:22:29.240 It's not important to believe in the apparitions.

00:22:32.020 It's important to live the messages.

00:22:33.960 And that's really the main thing is she focuses on daily mass, daily communion, daily rosary, acts of, you know, repentance and mortifications to do these things now while you can, while you have the time, while we actually have a chance to change the world after the miracle.

00:22:59.840 We can save ourselves from this chastisement, and it's simplicity, really, that saves us.

00:23:07.440 Just do as Mary asked is, you know, going to mass, going to daily, you know, daily communion, go to confession frequently, do the rosary.

00:23:19.100 She's not asking for any great, you know, a task from us.

00:23:23.980 And I think that's the most important message to get to the listeners is when Conchita said, just live the messages.

00:23:33.880 So, Glenn, have you spoken to Conchita recently?

00:23:36.980 Yeah, actually, Christmas week, I called her just to see how she was doing and her family.

00:23:43.040 And interestingly enough, I had asked her if she was still using her family tradition of a Kris Kringle that she had told me about decades ago.

00:23:57.940 And she said that she was.

00:24:00.320 But this is the most unique Kris Kringle I've ever heard of.

00:24:03.340 And I don't know if anybody celebrates Christmas like Conchita does.

00:24:06.820 But what they do, their family, is after Thanksgiving dinner, they put everyone's name in a hat and everyone picks a name and secretly does a rosary for that person every day of Advent until Christmas Day.

00:24:21.520 And on Christmas Day, you give that person a mass card for their intentions and let them know that it was you who was praying for them the entire time.

00:24:31.880 So that's a pretty amazing Christmas tradition.

00:24:42.800 And I think someone who's in the spotlight that much, even though it's thanks to your efforts, actually, lessened.

00:25:08.280 So since the first of these apparitions happened in 1961, probably one of the most interesting parts about these particular apparitions is that a lot of the events connected with them are captured on film.

00:25:27.420 So you can watch the little children walking around backwards and forwards over rocky ground, but looking straight up in the air.

00:25:38.000 So that's, you know, somewhat miraculous all by itself because they're not tripping and doing all sorts of things.

00:25:49.800 In October of 1961, the Blessed Virgin Mary revealed to Conchita the great miracle.

00:26:02.780 Conchita says that it will be a Thursday at 8.30pm and will last 15 minutes, but a visible sign will remain in the pines until the end of times.

00:26:24.060 Conchita will announce the date of the miracle eight days in advance.

00:27:39.800 They would give rosaries to Our Lady to kiss and so on.

00:27:43.800 And once they were presented with an item to have Our Lady kiss, and it was what looked like a compact used for makeup, you know. 1.00

00:27:56.300 And the children were wondering if they should really present such an object to Our Lady.

00:28:01.740 And, well, I'll let you watch what happens.

00:28:09.260 On a certain occasion, the girls were surprised to find a powder compact among the objects to be kissed by the Blessed Virgin.

00:28:18.600 They doubted whether to present to her a seemingly secular object.

00:28:23.620 But when the Blessed Virgin arrived, the first thing she asked to kiss was that compact, saying that it belonged to her son.

00:28:31.380 When the ecstasy ended, the owner of the compact revealed that during the Spanish Civil War, the compact had been used to take the Eucharist to prisoners and to those who were about to be executed.

00:28:43.440 During the ecstasy, our little protagonists always brought a crucifix, which they offered to the onlookers to venerate.

00:28:55.340 They normally held out the crucifix to whomever the Blessed Virgin indicated to the girls.

00:29:01.160 After an ecstasy, Conchita found out that those who had kissed the crucifix, though they weren't dressed as priests, were in reality priests.

00:29:13.440 So, also, the main visionary, Conchita, and we've been talking with her close friend, Glenn Hudson, but she was able to explain for herself about the warning, the miracle, and the chastisement.

00:29:29.140 She did so on television shows, as we just heard Glenn say.

00:29:50.440 And then he said, pray for the priests, vicious and cardinal, but they've gone to the wrong way, and they bring a lot of salt with them.
