00:00:00.100 Today on the Matt Wall Show, the White House moved the American flag to the side this week
00:00:03.780 in order to put a pride flag in its place.
00:00:05.780 Meanwhile, the capital city of New York put up a pride flag on City Hall for the first time
00:00:09.400 while also removing a memorial to a Revolutionary War hero.
00:00:12.540 The symbolism says a lot, and none of it is good.
00:00:15.180 Also, Donald Trump speaks out against his political prosecution by the Biden administration.
00:00:19.180 The Good Samaritan Daniel Penny comes out for the first time on video to tell his version of the story.
00:00:23.680 And Megan Fox lashes out at people criticizing her for dressing her sons in girl clothes.
00:00:27.940 We'll talk about all that and more today on the Matt Wall Show.
00:00:37.880 The one-year anniversary of Roe v. Wade being overturned is coming up,
00:00:40.700 and since then, the left has lost their minds.
00:00:43.100 Pro-life efforts, which are more important now than ever, are booming.
00:00:46.120 You heard that right. Despite the narrative, pro-lifers didn't go away.
00:00:49.000 They increased in numbers. In fact, 40 Days for Life is changing hearts and minds
00:00:52.580 in the most blue pro-abortion states.
00:00:54.220 They've had a record number of locations since Roe was overturned.
00:00:58.660 They have grown in both volunteers and locations.
00:01:01.460 With about 1 million volunteers in 1,500 cities,
00:01:03.700 they hold peaceful vigils outside abortion facilities.
00:01:06.400 This success has come with new unwanted attention from the federal government
00:01:09.520 and the DOJ in regards to free speech as well.
00:01:12.520 As one of the largest pro-life organizations in the world,
00:01:14.800 no one is in a better position in 40 Days for Life to end abortion in each state in a post-Roe America.
00:01:19.580 You can help them fight the ongoing legal battles of protecting free speech for their volunteers.
00:01:24.200 Help them defend free speech by giving a tax-deductible gift of any amount at 40daysforlife.com.
00:01:29.380 That's 40daysforlife.com.
00:01:31.100 It used to be that when someone made a statement and then made another statement
00:01:35.600 that implied something completely different, we had a name for that.
00:01:38.520 We called it a contradiction, and it wasn't considered a good thing.
00:01:42.600 You know, not too long ago, contradictions could end political careers in this country.
00:01:45.860 When Tim Murphy said publicly that he was pro-life but then privately told a woman to kill her baby,
00:01:51.060 he had to resign from Congress.
00:01:52.800 Al Franken met the same fate after he bought into the Me Too hysteria
00:01:56.400 and then fell into its crosshairs himself.
00:01:59.400 But a lot has changed in the few years since Tim Murphy and Al Franken were forced out of Congress.
00:02:03.260 All of a sudden, contradictions are everywhere, particularly in the political world.
00:02:07.960 The only way to ensure world peace is to fund a war, foreign policy experts tell us.
00:02:12.420 We are a sanctuary state, but we don't want any more illegal immigrants, say Gavin Newsom and Eric Adams.
00:02:18.100 Men can turn into women, gender studies professors shriek.
00:02:21.420 Euthanasia is health care, the Canadian government insists.
00:02:24.120 All of these statements are contradictions, but you're hearing them all the time now.
00:02:29.120 In revolutionary periods, this is nothing new.
00:02:31.220 Mao even wrote an essay entitled On Contradiction a century ago.
00:02:34.840 Mao understood well that contradiction drives social change.
00:02:39.220 Maybe the most important contradiction that revolutionaries must embrace, Mao argued,
00:02:43.380 is the relationship between construction and destruction.
00:02:47.740 On their face, these two concepts are polar opposites.
00:02:50.300 Tearing something down means ruining it.
00:02:53.160 Building something means creating it.
00:02:54.940 If you want to build something new, you lay a foundation, you get to work.
00:02:57.960 You don't wreck what you have.
00:03:00.060 That's how the bourgeoisie saw it anyway.
00:03:02.620 But Mao didn't see it that way.
00:03:04.140 A half century ago, Mao famously explained, quote,
00:03:06.700 there is no construction without destruction.
00:03:09.080 In other words, there is a logical relationship between the two concepts.
00:03:12.900 Creating a new society, one totally unlike whatever came before,
00:03:16.440 requires wrecking the old society.
00:03:18.860 Creating new symbols requires wrecking the old symbols.
00:03:22.580 Mao's teachings led to, of course, tens of millions of deaths,
00:03:25.680 the destruction of historic artifacts, mass starvation.
00:03:29.780 The last thing you'd ever want to do is,
00:03:31.700 or the last thing you'd want our political leaders in this country to do,
00:03:34.260 is follow his ideology and try to emulate it.
00:03:37.200 But that's exactly what's happening.
00:03:38.960 So this weekend in Albany, the capital of New York,
00:03:41.520 we saw maybe the clearest example in recent history
00:03:45.140 of both construction and destruction happening simultaneously.
00:03:50.320 Under the cover of darkness at 5.30 in the morning,
00:03:53.820 the city removed a statue of Revolutionary War hero
00:03:56.760 and U.S. Senator Philip Schuyler.
00:03:59.160 And at the very moment that workers took Schuyler's statue away,
00:04:03.120 the so-called Progress Pride flag was waving in the background.
00:04:06.900 For the first time in the city's history, by the way.
00:04:09.320 So here's what that looked like. You can see it there.
00:04:12.180 Taking the statue away, and then we've got the multiple Pride flags
00:04:16.240 flying proudly as the statue was hoisted away,
00:04:19.620 including the brand new non-binary, BIPOC, trans, whatever flag.
00:04:23.820 They got all the flags there.
00:04:25.680 Now, if that seems like a carefully engineered juxtaposition, it is.
00:04:30.220 It's choreographed to deliver a very clear message.
00:04:34.760 Mao's disciples in the New York state government
00:04:36.680 know that if they want their new flag to have any kind of legitimacy,
00:04:40.260 then Philip Schuyler's statue can't remain.
00:04:42.980 You can't have construction without destruction.
00:04:46.200 If you want revolution, you can't introduce a new idol
00:04:49.600 without erasing the one that came before.
00:04:52.060 So that's exactly what the local government did,
00:04:54.520 as explicitly as they possibly could have done it.
00:04:57.840 If you're not trying to engineer a revolution,
00:04:59.820 if you're just an average person living in New York
00:05:02.020 with reasonable political views, what few of those may remain,
00:05:06.180 then none of this really makes any sense.
00:05:07.660 What was wrong with that statue exactly?
00:05:11.020 As far as can be told here,
00:05:12.940 no one ever bothered to ask a significant number of New Yorkers that question.
00:05:17.180 No one ever ran a poll on this,
00:05:18.920 at least not one that we could find.
00:05:20.940 There was certainly no statewide referendum
00:05:22.780 on whether people actually wanted
00:05:24.260 Philip Schuyler's statue to be removed.
00:05:26.540 A few bureaucrats in New York just decided to do it.
00:05:29.220 A few years ago, and this weekend, they cut through the red tape and they did it.
00:05:32.960 A local news station did conduct a man-on-the-street-style interview
00:05:36.760 with a couple of residents, you know, in the city to get their perspective.
00:05:41.320 But none of them could explain why the statue is being removed.
00:05:44.500 Even the people who supported removing it
00:05:46.440 couldn't really explain why they supported it.
00:05:49.900 No big surprise there, but let's watch.
00:05:52.780 It feels good.
00:05:53.940 The people have been listened to, and it feels good.
00:05:56.500 I'm just happy that taking Donna's the history behind it
00:05:59.460 is not something that should be, you know, celebrated.
00:06:02.480 Mary Liz Stewart is the executive director
00:06:04.680 and co-founder of the Education Center.
00:06:07.220 I think it's time.
00:06:08.540 I was glad to see some action finally taken on an issue
00:06:11.760 that actually percolated, what, about four years ago, I think.
00:06:15.640 She says the group of teenagers spent a whole school year
00:06:18.780 investigating a whole variety of aspects
00:06:21.140 that related to the statue, not only the history of it,
00:06:24.800 but why was it made, what the cost was to make it,
00:06:28.260 and what other communities were doing
00:06:30.040 with controversial statues that related to enslavement.
00:06:34.020 Stewart says the students wrote to Mayor Sheehan
00:06:36.620 recommending it be removed but not destroyed,
00:06:40.420 rather to preserve it and use it for educational purposes.
00:06:44.000 One of the things that was very important for the teens
00:06:46.420 about moving the Schuyler statue
00:06:47.920 was the fact that, from their perspective,
00:06:50.620 City Hall should be a place that's welcoming
00:06:52.240 to everybody in the community,
00:06:53.740 and it was hard to say that was the case
00:06:56.420 with Phil, you know, standing there.
00:06:59.380 Yes, a century-old historic artifact
00:07:01.660 memorializing a Revolutionary War hero
00:07:03.440 was not only taken down,
00:07:04.920 it was taken down at the behest of a group of teenagers.
00:07:08.520 And the primary reason, as we heard in the clip,
00:07:10.460 is that the absence of the statue
00:07:12.360 will make City Hall more, quote-unquote, welcoming.
00:07:16.280 But welcoming for who?
00:07:18.260 If the standard is that any unwelcoming statue needs to go,
00:07:21.880 then why exactly can't we destroy
00:07:23.700 the monument of George Floyd
00:07:25.220 that sits, for example, outside City Hall in Newark?
00:07:28.620 But George Floyd didn't own slaves, you might say.
00:07:30.640 Well, that's true.
00:07:31.140 All George Floyd ever did was break into a woman's home
00:07:33.320 with five other people,
00:07:34.900 hold a gun to her chest, rob her in front of her kid,
00:07:38.320 and then after getting out of prison,
00:07:39.780 all George Floyd did was take enough opioids
00:07:42.100 and meth to kill a horse
00:07:43.480 before trying to rob a store
00:07:44.700 and fighting with several police officers.
00:07:47.280 Despite all that,
00:07:48.080 you're not allowed to even criticize
00:07:49.360 the George Floyd statue.
00:07:50.780 You'll lose your job if you do.
00:07:53.260 Under the new rules,
00:07:54.140 George Floyd's statue is welcoming.
00:07:56.220 The Revolutionary War general is unwelcoming.
00:07:59.500 You understand that?
00:08:00.180 Well, probably you don't understand it,
00:08:01.660 but then you aren't supposed to understand,
00:08:03.600 because part of the point
00:08:04.420 behind these arbitrary decisions
00:08:05.880 is that they make no logical or moral sense.
00:08:08.880 You're meant to go along with it,
00:08:11.000 whether you understand or not.
00:08:12.260 We might ask why,
00:08:14.700 but the powers that be will treat us like we're children,
00:08:17.720 and they're our impatient parents.
00:08:20.180 Because I said so, they respond.
00:08:22.940 It's also contrived.
00:08:24.580 Philip Schuyler is an iconic figure
00:08:26.480 of the Revolutionary War era.
00:08:28.520 He's one of the reasons this country exists today.
00:08:30.580 Multiple towns and forts are named after him in New York.
00:08:34.340 And curiously, no one had a problem with him
00:08:36.300 until very recently.
00:08:37.960 Ten years ago, in an article,
00:08:39.380 the Albany Times Union described Schuyler this way.
00:08:42.000 Quote,
00:08:42.600 Philip Schuyler was a leading American statesman
00:08:44.720 and a key general in the American Revolution
00:08:46.320 who served at the pivotal Battle of Saratoga.
00:08:49.680 He was named a representative
00:08:50.680 to the First Continental Congress of Philadelphia
00:08:52.380 and an advisor to General George Washington
00:08:54.440 who stayed at Schuyler's mansion in Albany.
00:08:57.120 The Times Union went on to describe Schuyler
00:08:58.980 as, quote,
00:08:59.340 instrumental in the victory of the American colonists
00:09:01.880 at the Battle of Saratoga in the fall of 1777,
00:09:04.320 a turning point of a revolutionary war.
00:09:06.060 Residents of Albany,
00:09:07.120 fearful that their city might be occupied
00:09:08.760 by British soldiers,
00:09:10.080 instead celebrated an unexpected victory at Saratoga.
00:09:13.040 It was the first major win for the colonists
00:09:15.020 and the residents of Albany rang church bells,
00:09:17.140 fired cannons,
00:09:17.880 roasted an ox,
00:09:18.860 and gathered around a large bonfire.
00:09:21.040 Schuyler returned to the city of his birth as a hero.
00:09:24.000 Now, you can read the whole article.
00:09:25.060 It's still on the Times Union's website from 2013.
00:09:27.180 There was not a single mention of slavery
00:09:29.920 or slaves in the entire piece.
00:09:32.780 But guess how the Times Union,
00:09:33.920 the same newspaper,
00:09:35.160 describes Schuyler now?
00:09:36.980 Here's a recent article from the paper from this year.
00:09:39.060 Quote,
00:09:39.860 While noted as a politician and revolutionary war hero,
00:09:42.560 Schuyler enslaved over a dozen people
00:09:44.580 at his Saratoga and Albany homes.
00:09:47.600 The Times Union of 2023 goes on to cite,
00:09:49.900 and this is not a joke,
00:09:51.380 a report by five high schoolers
00:09:53.740 who say that Schuyler is a bad man
00:09:55.980 and his statue has to be removed.
00:09:58.540 That's the report you heard referenced
00:09:59.800 in that news clip as well.
00:10:01.980 So here's how the Times Union
00:10:03.220 describes the findings
00:10:05.360 of these high school students.
00:10:07.140 Quote,
00:10:07.560 The report titled,
00:10:09.380 What to Do with Phil,
00:10:10.320 a 2022 report from
00:10:11.660 the Young Abolitionist Leader Institute,
00:10:14.060 was created by five Albany high school students
00:10:16.340 who met between October 2021 and June
00:10:19.640 with two adult facilitators.
00:10:21.380 While the report notes Schuyler's accomplishments
00:10:23.260 as a Revolutionary War general and politician,
00:10:25.700 his legacy is still marked by owning human beings,
00:10:28.280 it says.
00:10:30.100 This is also the report
00:10:31.080 that the Albany government relied on
00:10:33.280 to justify removing the statue.
00:10:36.500 Facile does not begin to describe this.
00:10:39.380 I mean, in the 18th century,
00:10:41.500 no one had the same attitude towards slavery
00:10:43.920 that we do now,
00:10:45.060 even the people who opposed it,
00:10:46.960 which relatively few people did back then
00:10:49.020 on a global scale.
00:10:51.380 It's not surprising
00:10:52.520 that a bunch of dumb, arrogant kids
00:10:54.640 would lack the proper historical perspective
00:10:56.760 and think themselves qualified
00:10:58.560 to pass moral judgment
00:10:59.920 on historical figures
00:11:00.980 who lived 250 years ago,
00:11:02.760 but that's where adults
00:11:04.780 are supposed to step in.
00:11:06.820 The problem is that
00:11:08.080 there aren't very many adults
00:11:09.340 left in this country.
00:11:11.120 What's really going on here
00:11:12.480 is that Schuyler,
00:11:13.440 like Jefferson, Washington, Lincoln,
00:11:15.480 Teddy Roosevelt,
00:11:16.880 all the other historical figures
00:11:18.160 who've had their monuments destroyed,
00:11:19.460 is that, you know,
00:11:21.240 these are heroes
00:11:22.460 of a different nation.
00:11:25.040 One that the city of Albany
00:11:26.180 considers to be a foreign enemy,
00:11:27.660 basically.
00:11:29.120 And they know they have to erase him
00:11:30.480 if they want their revolution
00:11:31.380 to succeed.
00:11:33.060 The Biden administration
00:11:34.120 understands this as well,
00:11:35.320 obviously.
00:11:36.100 Look at this grotesque display
00:11:37.740 currently hanging
00:11:38.680 at the White House.
00:11:39.640 They put this up over the weekend.
00:11:40.700 And that is a pride flag
00:11:42.740 hanging on the White House.
00:11:44.900 And it's in between
00:11:46.100 two American flags.
00:11:47.880 There are similar displays
00:11:48.780 all over the country,
00:11:49.520 of course,
00:11:49.800 at 30 Rock and so on.
00:11:50.940 But putting this flag
00:11:52.540 at the White House,
00:11:53.820 just like the flag
00:11:54.460 at Albany City Hall,
00:11:55.480 has particular implications.
00:11:58.440 And, you know,
00:11:59.120 most conservatives,
00:12:00.220 as that was put up
00:12:01.600 over the weekend,
00:12:02.580 reacted to it.
00:12:04.240 And we're saying
00:12:05.000 that it's horrific
00:12:05.540 and it's evil
00:12:06.440 for the White House
00:12:07.560 to not only fly
00:12:08.600 the pride flag,
00:12:09.220 but to give it a place
00:12:10.040 of primacy
00:12:10.740 in between
00:12:11.640 two American flags.
00:12:13.600 And, of course,
00:12:14.240 it is both of those things.
00:12:15.220 It's horrific and evil,
00:12:16.040 for sure.
00:12:17.080 But what they don't understand
00:12:18.240 is that the White House
00:12:19.320 is also properly representing
00:12:22.600 its own nation,
00:12:24.020 which is not our nation.
00:12:27.860 Okay, we are two nations in one.
00:12:29.480 There is the old United States
00:12:30.920 that conservatives
00:12:31.660 still cling to and cherish.
00:12:33.960 And there's a new country
00:12:35.160 with its own flag,
00:12:36.260 its own traditions,
00:12:37.160 its own heroes
00:12:37.840 and foundational myths,
00:12:38.880 et cetera.
00:12:40.300 That's the nation
00:12:41.000 that the Biden regime,
00:12:41.940 the media, academia,
00:12:43.100 Hollywood,
00:12:43.600 all speak to and represent.
00:12:46.000 Why do you think
00:12:46.600 that the city of New York
00:12:47.460 took down
00:12:48.100 Teddy Roosevelt's statue recently?
00:12:50.380 I mean, liberals used to love him.
00:12:51.520 He was one of the greatest presidents
00:12:52.560 this country ever had.
00:12:53.840 He broke up big monopolies.
00:12:55.260 He was well-read.
00:12:56.020 He saved the middle class.
00:12:57.120 He established national parks.
00:12:58.860 He was a pioneer,
00:12:59.840 an explorer.
00:13:01.520 They took down
00:13:02.260 Teddy Roosevelt's statue
00:13:03.120 in New York
00:13:03.460 for a specific reason,
00:13:04.400 which was to replace it.
00:13:06.640 Instead of Teddy Roosevelt,
00:13:07.700 New York recently put up
00:13:08.840 the horned statue
00:13:09.920 of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
00:13:11.920 And that's now happening
00:13:13.120 at scale.
00:13:13.900 The nation we had before
00:13:15.000 is being replaced.
00:13:16.500 It's not just
00:13:17.120 that demographics are changing,
00:13:18.900 though they are.
00:13:20.140 The activists
00:13:20.740 who are leading this revolution,
00:13:22.120 like all totalitarians,
00:13:23.260 understand that
00:13:23.720 to take full control,
00:13:25.220 the need to erase
00:13:26.200 our shared history.
00:13:27.860 And they're executing
00:13:28.960 this plan
00:13:29.540 right in front of us,
00:13:31.920 in plain sight,
00:13:32.660 as obvious
00:13:33.160 as they possibly can.
00:13:34.480 While conservatives
00:13:36.500 are debating
00:13:37.100 the proper positioning
00:13:38.180 of the American flag
00:13:39.220 in relation to the pride flag
00:13:40.300 at the White House,
00:13:41.120 the government is going out
00:13:42.300 in the middle of the night
00:13:43.100 and destroying the symbols
00:13:44.120 they don't like.
00:13:45.900 They're not asking
00:13:46.620 your opinion about it.
00:13:47.620 They're just doing it.
00:13:49.840 And with that in mind,
00:13:50.660 it's not hard to wonder,
00:13:51.520 like, what else
00:13:52.140 will they take away
00:13:52.880 before you even realize it?
00:13:54.120 A lot more than statues.
00:13:56.380 Soon, the government
00:13:57.080 may be able to kidnap
00:13:58.120 your children
00:13:58.680 if you don't subscribe
00:13:59.460 to the cult
00:14:00.020 of gender ideology.
00:14:01.860 That's happening in Canada.
00:14:02.960 It's been happening
00:14:03.420 for years now.
00:14:04.840 And that's an actual bill
00:14:05.920 in California right now,
00:14:07.320 which we'll talk more about
00:14:08.800 in a few minutes.
00:14:09.700 But they will label you
00:14:11.080 a child abuser
00:14:12.020 and put you in prison
00:14:13.640 for wrong think
00:14:14.600 so the state
00:14:15.640 can raise your child.
00:14:17.800 That's the ultimate goal
00:14:18.900 of this push for inclusion,
00:14:20.560 quote unquote,
00:14:21.760 which of course
00:14:22.220 is fundamentally
00:14:22.760 about excluding
00:14:23.520 anyone with traditional views
00:14:24.940 and in particular
00:14:25.500 religious views.
00:14:27.360 The totalitarians
00:14:28.080 running the government,
00:14:28.820 like all totalitarians
00:14:29.600 throughout history,
00:14:30.320 are obsessed
00:14:31.400 with using their power
00:14:32.520 to make future generations
00:14:34.420 subservient to their rule.
00:14:35.860 That's the reason
00:14:36.540 they're sponsoring
00:14:37.200 pride parades
00:14:38.000 that expose children
00:14:38.860 to deviant sexual fetishes
00:14:40.240 and everything else.
00:14:42.220 That's the reason
00:14:43.000 they're destroying
00:14:43.580 and replacing
00:14:44.140 everything they can.
00:14:46.360 It took the single
00:14:47.760 deadliest famine
00:14:48.720 in world history
00:14:49.340 to stop Mao.
00:14:50.860 What will it take
00:14:51.620 to stop the revolution
00:14:52.980 that's taking place
00:14:53.740 right now in this country?
00:14:56.040 And the longer
00:14:56.780 this goes on,
00:14:57.400 the longer sane people
00:14:58.340 stay quiet
00:14:59.000 and watch
00:15:00.100 as it all happens,
00:15:01.160 the more likely
00:15:02.720 it is that,
00:15:03.380 unfortunately,
00:15:04.380 we're going to find out.
00:15:07.100 Now let's get
00:15:07.680 to our five headlines.

00:15:22.680 the stress,
00:15:23.620 the potential

00:16:19.740 Daily Wire reports,
00:16:20.940 former President Donald Trump
00:16:21.880 said Saturday
00:16:22.440 that the deep state
00:16:23.340 was coming after him
00:16:24.180 and his supporters
00:16:24.720 in his first speech
00:16:26.000 since being indicted
00:16:26.840 on federal charges
00:16:27.660 related to his handling
00:16:28.500 of classified documents.
00:16:30.200 Trump spoke openly
00:16:31.020 about the 37-count indictment
00:16:32.480 to about 2,000 Republicans
00:16:33.720 gathered in Columbus, Georgia
00:16:34.840 at the State Republican Conference.
00:16:37.300 The 2024 presidential candidate
00:16:38.580 is accused of the
00:16:39.860 willful retention
00:16:40.720 of national defense information,
00:16:43.060 corruptly concealing
00:16:43.780 documents or records,
00:16:45.060 and making false statements.
00:16:47.280 Trump said,
00:16:47.780 quote,
00:16:47.920 the ridiculous and baseless
00:16:48.880 indictment of me
00:16:49.460 by the Biden administration's
00:16:50.340 weaponized Department of Justice
00:16:51.500 will go down
00:16:52.800 as among the most
00:16:53.380 horrific abuses of power
00:16:54.500 in the history of our country.
00:16:56.040 Many people have said that,
00:16:57.040 Democrats have even said it,
00:16:57.940 this vicious persecution
00:16:58.900 is a travesty of justice.
00:17:01.780 And then he said,
00:17:02.400 in the end,
00:17:02.660 they're not coming after me,
00:17:03.480 they're coming after you,
00:17:04.840 and I'm just standing
00:17:05.600 in their way.
00:17:06.100 Now,
00:17:06.920 there's obviously been
00:17:08.060 a lot of discussion
00:17:08.620 about the particulars
00:17:09.840 of this indictment
00:17:11.160 and the many counts
00:17:12.120 against Trump,
00:17:12.820 37 counts.
00:17:14.720 I'm not interested,
00:17:16.360 of course,
00:17:17.360 in any analysis
00:17:18.460 from anyone
00:17:19.680 in the legacy media
00:17:20.720 or anybody on the left
00:17:22.300 because these people
00:17:24.180 will always say
00:17:25.600 that Trump is guilty
00:17:26.520 of whatever he's accused of,
00:17:28.020 and whatever he's accused of
00:17:29.280 is always the worst thing
00:17:30.280 anyone's ever done in history.
00:17:31.920 And so that's,
00:17:32.540 like,
00:17:32.720 we don't need to listen
00:17:33.380 to their analysis.
00:17:34.080 We know that's what
00:17:34.760 it's going to be,
00:17:36.340 which is why it's pointless
00:17:38.300 to pay attention to them.
00:17:39.820 But analysis from people
00:17:41.340 on the right
00:17:41.900 can be interesting,
00:17:43.320 and I've read plenty of that,
00:17:44.440 and I will say
00:17:45.300 that I've seen
00:17:45.820 a number of people
00:17:46.600 on this side,
00:17:48.240 people I consider
00:17:48.840 credible and trustworthy,
00:17:49.900 saying that
00:17:50.420 this could be
00:17:51.020 a serious problem
00:17:51.740 for Trump,
00:17:52.900 and that even if
00:17:53.640 he didn't commit
00:17:54.220 any crimes,
00:17:55.040 he did act
00:17:55.920 in a way
00:17:57.400 that made it easy
00:17:59.340 for those who are
00:18:00.160 trying to take him down,
00:18:01.720 you know,
00:18:01.900 like handing his own head
00:18:03.140 on a silver platter,
00:18:04.060 basically.
00:18:05.060 And there may be
00:18:05.760 some truth to that.
00:18:06.500 You know,
00:18:06.700 it's not fair,
00:18:09.940 it's not right,
00:18:10.920 but the fact is
00:18:12.980 that we,
00:18:14.340 you know,
00:18:14.500 if you're on the right,
00:18:15.700 if you're a conservative,
00:18:17.000 we are all under
00:18:18.420 far more scrutiny
00:18:19.560 than anyone on the left.
00:18:22.820 Not as much as
00:18:23.600 President Trump is,
00:18:25.280 but obviously,
00:18:26.480 but especially those of us
00:18:27.480 with a platform,
00:18:28.460 with a profile,
00:18:29.980 and even if you don't,
00:18:30.940 you know,
00:18:31.180 you're under scrutiny
00:18:32.160 and we're held to standards
00:18:33.460 that the other side
00:18:34.100 isn't held to.
00:18:35.240 That's the fact.
00:18:36.000 It's not right,
00:18:36.640 but it's the fact.
00:18:38.860 It shouldn't be the fact,
00:18:39.900 but it is.
00:18:41.360 And so,
00:18:42.020 that's all the more reason
00:18:43.240 why we have to be
00:18:43.760 extremely disciplined,
00:18:44.920 very smart.
00:18:45.900 We have to keep our wits
00:18:46.820 about us
00:18:47.440 so that we don't hand them
00:18:49.440 an opportunity
00:18:49.980 to take us out.
00:18:51.380 They might take us out anyway,
00:18:53.700 but if they will,
00:18:55.620 it shouldn't be
00:18:56.480 because we made it easy
00:18:57.420 on them.
00:18:58.720 You know,
00:18:58.960 and all that is true.
00:19:00.740 But that's still not
00:19:01.640 the point here,
00:19:02.420 in my view,
00:19:03.180 because whatever Trump did
00:19:04.220 or didn't do,
00:19:04.820 we all know,
00:19:05.600 I mean,
00:19:05.980 everybody knows,
00:19:07.320 and nobody can credibly deny
00:19:09.040 that they are going after him
00:19:10.480 for political reasons.
00:19:11.800 That's the motivation behind it.
00:19:13.320 And they're trying
00:19:14.040 to take him down
00:19:14.760 for things that others
00:19:15.780 like Hillary Clinton
00:19:16.560 and Joe Biden
00:19:17.160 have also done.
00:19:18.680 This is a politically
00:19:19.500 motivated prosecution,
00:19:20.600 which is being carried out
00:19:21.840 by the president
00:19:22.800 during an election
00:19:24.320 against his own challenger,
00:19:26.940 which has never happened
00:19:28.180 before ever in history.
00:19:30.020 I mean,
00:19:30.260 it really is true.
00:19:31.160 So when Trump,
00:19:31.940 Trump may be prone
00:19:34.900 sometimes to hyperbole,
00:19:36.620 and, you know,
00:19:37.420 I will confess
00:19:38.280 that I am sometimes as well.
00:19:39.780 But when he says
00:19:40.900 that this is,
00:19:41.660 no one's ever seen
00:19:42.240 anything like this before,
00:19:42.960 that is 100% the case.
00:19:44.960 Like,
00:19:45.120 nothing like this
00:19:45.740 has ever happened before.
00:19:48.780 And so if you value
00:19:50.160 our democratic system
00:19:52.620 that we're always told
00:19:53.400 so much about,
00:19:54.160 and if you want
00:19:54.720 to maintain order,
00:19:55.860 if you want to preserve
00:19:56.700 our civilization,
00:19:58.780 really,
00:19:59.020 this is not something
00:19:59.920 that you do,
00:20:00.800 period.
00:20:01.920 You just don't do this.
00:20:04.360 You don't try to imprison
00:20:05.780 your political opponent
00:20:06.900 who is currently
00:20:08.120 running against you
00:20:09.300 for the same office.
00:20:11.500 that's something
00:20:14.000 that you do
00:20:14.320 if you want to burn
00:20:14.880 it all down
00:20:15.320 in pursuit of power
00:20:16.220 and in an effort
00:20:16.960 to demoralize
00:20:17.960 and terrorize
00:20:18.640 your political enemies.
00:20:20.680 If you care about
00:20:21.440 the system,
00:20:21.980 if you care about
00:20:22.700 preserving our
00:20:23.600 democratic way of life
00:20:25.520 and all the rest of it,
00:20:26.380 then you don't do this.
00:20:27.500 But if you don't care
00:20:28.100 about that
00:20:28.720 and you want to
00:20:29.860 rip it all to shreds,
00:20:31.200 then this is what you do.
00:20:34.320 And it's what
00:20:34.900 the Biden administration
00:20:35.540 is doing.
00:20:36.040 So even apart
00:20:39.860 from the facts
00:20:40.520 of the case,
00:20:41.060 this is absolutely
00:20:42.140 their motivation.
00:20:43.080 It's their reasoning
00:20:43.640 and it's a horrifying reality,
00:20:46.180 but it is the reality.
00:20:48.040 Which brings me
00:20:48.780 to my last point,
00:20:49.660 which is very simple,
00:20:50.740 which is that
00:20:51.360 Republicans need
00:20:53.580 to win in 2024.
00:20:55.120 I know that's not
00:20:55.740 any big news here.
00:20:57.280 This is not some
00:20:58.320 penetrating new insight
00:20:59.680 you hadn't thought about,
00:21:00.540 but it really is
00:21:01.980 that simple,
00:21:02.540 truly.
00:21:03.700 This is why I've said
00:21:04.920 for months now
00:21:05.740 that in the primaries,
00:21:06.860 I'm a single issue voter
00:21:08.200 and the single issue
00:21:10.040 is winning.
00:21:11.900 That's the only thing
00:21:13.000 that matters.
00:21:14.120 It's like we have to win
00:21:15.020 because nothing else matters
00:21:16.040 if you don't win.
00:21:17.660 Everything else
00:21:18.340 that you might do,
00:21:19.500 all the other items
00:21:21.120 on your agenda,
00:21:22.520 none of that means anything
00:21:23.620 if you don't win.
00:21:24.660 So we need to win.
00:21:25.960 And that is all that matters.
00:21:28.020 Somebody needs to beat Biden.
00:21:30.240 He cannot be allowed
00:21:31.020 to win re-election.
00:21:32.740 Needs to be beaten.
00:21:33.720 And then when he is beaten,
00:21:36.720 he needs to be prosecuted.
00:21:39.160 Biden needs to be prosecuted,
00:21:40.380 his junkie son,
00:21:41.420 Hillary Clinton,
00:21:43.200 her degenerate husband,
00:21:44.400 all of them.
00:21:46.220 And then go and pull out
00:21:47.400 Epstein's black book
00:21:48.400 and prosecute everybody in there.
00:21:49.640 I mean,
00:21:49.820 just prosecute everybody.
00:21:53.500 Democrats have to be stopped
00:21:54.580 and there must be a response.
00:21:57.160 Okay,
00:21:57.300 they have to understand
00:21:58.360 that when you escalate,
00:21:59.920 there will be a response.
00:22:01.580 There will be backlash.
00:22:02.940 There will be consequences.
00:22:05.360 It's not going to be one-sided.
00:22:08.300 So if you choose to escalate,
00:22:10.380 you need to understand
00:22:11.620 what you're choosing.
00:22:14.100 Mutually assured destruction.
00:22:16.140 Unfortunately,
00:22:16.960 it's the only path forward.
00:22:18.380 Because the other option
00:22:21.380 is one-sided destruction.
00:22:23.380 I mean,
00:22:23.480 the best option of all
00:22:24.440 is no destruction at all.
00:22:26.640 Like,
00:22:26.860 that's what I would prefer
00:22:27.920 if there was just no destruction.
00:22:29.700 But,
00:22:30.040 that option has been taken away.
00:22:32.380 That's just not an option.
00:22:34.380 And so what we have to choose from
00:22:35.900 is mutually assured destruction
00:22:37.960 or one-sided destruction
00:22:39.460 where we are destroyed,
00:22:40.800 but they are not.
00:22:41.840 And that's not an option
00:22:46.840 that I find particularly appealing,
00:22:48.620 I must say.
00:22:50.720 So,
00:22:51.220 we have to win.
00:22:52.460 You know,
00:22:52.760 and it's,
00:22:54.300 talking about hyperbole,
00:22:56.560 you know,
00:22:56.880 unfortunately,
00:22:58.280 especially in the social media era
00:23:00.300 and the era of cable news,
00:23:01.900 every single presidential election,
00:23:04.040 before every presidential election,
00:23:06.240 everybody says,
00:23:07.320 well,
00:23:07.440 this is the election
00:23:08.180 that's going to make or break us.
00:23:09.660 We need to win
00:23:11.480 or nothing will ever be the same.
00:23:12.900 You know,
00:23:13.020 the future of America
00:23:14.020 hangs in the balance
00:23:14.940 because of this election.
00:23:17.180 And we've said that many times
00:23:18.780 and it hasn't quite been true
00:23:21.180 many times.
00:23:22.540 Like,
00:23:22.680 everybody says that on all sides.
00:23:25.620 This time, though,
00:23:26.560 it really is different.
00:23:28.960 Like,
00:23:29.440 I just,
00:23:29.780 I can't even,
00:23:30.880 it's hard to fathom
00:23:32.080 what four more years
00:23:34.040 of this will be like
00:23:35.120 under a,
00:23:37.540 you know,
00:23:37.900 a president
00:23:38.780 who is fully,
00:23:40.440 has fully succumbed
00:23:41.440 to dementia
00:23:41.880 at that point,
00:23:43.380 completely lost his mind.
00:23:45.460 And so his administration
00:23:46.420 is being run
00:23:47.100 by people who are not him.
00:23:52.740 And where does it go from there?
00:23:54.260 It's hard to even fathom.
00:23:57.140 And we don't want to find out,
00:23:58.520 is all I can say.
00:24:01.040 Report from the Daily Wire says,
00:24:02.240 Daily Wire co-CEO Jeremy Boring
00:24:03.860 called out YouTube
00:24:04.720 in a Twitter thread on Sunday
00:24:05.960 revealing a series of violations
00:24:07.920 leveled against his company's shows
00:24:09.920 that he cast as a betrayal
00:24:11.100 of the video platform's
00:24:12.280 stated commitment
00:24:13.640 to open debate.
00:24:14.880 In just the last 90 days,
00:24:15.980 Boring said,
00:24:16.520 accounts associated
00:24:17.320 with the Daily Wire
00:24:18.140 have received 104 violations
00:24:19.760 for hateful and derogatory content,
00:24:22.520 mainly directed at commentary
00:24:23.840 about transgender issues.
00:24:25.300 There have been more than 200 violations
00:24:26.880 in the past few months,
00:24:27.940 he added.
00:24:28.800 Accounts for Matt Walsh,
00:24:29.820 Ben Shapiro,
00:24:30.340 Candace Owens,
00:24:30.900 Michael Knowles,
00:24:31.440 Andrew Klavan,
00:24:32.440 Brett Cooper,
00:24:33.000 and Jordan Peterson
00:24:33.500 have all received violations,
00:24:34.580 Boring said.
00:24:35.660 Penalties include
00:24:36.280 Walsh being demonetized
00:24:37.400 last month,
00:24:37.980 as you know.
00:24:39.360 And the latest is that
00:24:40.600 Owens and Knowles
00:24:41.420 are being suspended
00:24:42.100 for seven days
00:24:42.880 after receiving a second strike
00:24:44.280 and Peterson got his first strike.
00:24:46.880 That's three strikes
00:24:47.980 in 90 days
00:24:48.820 and an account,
00:24:50.260 well,
00:24:50.880 once you get three strikes,
00:24:51.980 the account is deleted.
00:24:52.800 That's what happens.
00:24:54.800 So apparently,
00:24:56.720 Candace Owens
00:24:57.700 and Michael Knowles
00:24:58.140 are on their second strike.
00:25:00.420 All YouTube has to do
00:25:01.540 is find some sort of
00:25:03.320 pretense
00:25:04.220 to give them
00:25:04.620 a third strike
00:25:05.240 and they're banished
00:25:06.720 from the platform forever.
00:25:10.040 Boring said,
00:25:10.900 quote,
00:25:11.000 everyone knew the truth then,
00:25:13.420 just like everyone knows
00:25:14.180 men are not women.
00:25:14.920 YouTube only does more damage
00:25:16.220 the longer it keeps its finger
00:25:17.160 on the scale.
00:25:18.240 The Daily Wire
00:25:18.660 has taken a firm line
00:25:19.560 against the radical
00:25:20.160 transgender craze,
00:25:21.040 especially when it comes
00:25:21.660 to minors being subjected
00:25:22.540 to irreversible chemical
00:25:23.600 and even surgical treatment.
00:25:24.580 So this is what's happening
00:25:27.260 and it's all about
00:25:28.580 the trans issue.
00:25:30.460 So it's,
00:25:30.960 like I said,
00:25:31.500 100 violations,
00:25:32.260 almost all of them
00:25:33.360 have to do
00:25:33.960 with the trans issue
00:25:34.680 and they also are
00:25:37.740 violations of policies
00:25:40.540 that are not written anywhere
00:25:43.620 that have not been,
00:25:45.800 that were not told
00:25:46.500 to anyone ahead of time.
00:25:49.620 So YouTube basically
00:25:51.260 just decided
00:25:52.660 a few weeks ago
00:25:54.420 that quote unquote
00:25:56.580 misgendering
00:25:57.360 is now going to be
00:25:58.420 a violation
00:25:58.960 of their terms of service.
00:26:00.400 They never said that before.
00:26:02.260 That was never said
00:26:04.080 but they decided it
00:26:05.780 and now they're using
00:26:07.360 that as a pretense
00:26:08.060 and they're also,
00:26:09.100 it's not even like,
00:26:10.640 okay,
00:26:11.160 we've changed our policy
00:26:12.600 and this would be bad enough.
00:26:14.540 If YouTube said last month,
00:26:16.400 let's say for example,
00:26:17.500 we've changed our policy
00:26:18.720 and now misgendering
00:26:19.820 is against the law
00:26:20.720 here on YouTube.
00:26:21.340 You can't do that anymore.
00:26:22.020 If you do that,
00:26:22.540 we're going to kick you off.
00:26:24.640 And if you do that
00:26:25.480 from now on,
00:26:26.140 we're going to kick you off.
00:26:26.740 That would be bad enough
00:26:27.680 but they're not,
00:26:28.820 that's not even
00:26:29.320 what they're doing.
00:26:30.660 They are effectively
00:26:31.820 changing the rules
00:26:32.960 and then retroactively
00:26:35.880 imposing those rules
00:26:38.420 on content
00:26:40.080 that was made
00:26:40.900 before the rule
00:26:41.900 was changed.
00:26:43.980 Now,
00:26:44.500 they'll claim
00:26:44.900 that they're not
00:26:45.240 changing the rules
00:26:45.780 at all
00:26:46.160 because they never said
00:26:47.360 that you could
00:26:47.820 quote unquote misgender.
00:26:48.940 yes,
00:26:51.460 but it was never stipulated
00:26:52.640 and,
00:26:54.480 you know,
00:26:55.760 thousands of videos
00:26:58.080 were posted
00:26:58.660 on the platform
00:26:59.740 every month
00:27:00.560 for years
00:27:01.320 with people
00:27:03.180 using biologically
00:27:04.240 correct pronouns
00:27:05.000 and they never said
00:27:05.700 anything about it.
00:27:06.820 They never violated
00:27:08.000 anyone for it
00:27:08.880 and then they decided
00:27:10.640 that they're going
00:27:10.920 to start doing it.
00:27:11.480 So obviously
00:27:12.080 the rule did change
00:27:13.220 but the way
00:27:15.840 that they protect themselves
00:27:17.060 and they protect themselves
00:27:18.040 from lawsuits
00:27:18.640 and everything else
00:27:19.360 is by making the rules
00:27:21.020 intentionally vague,
00:27:23.220 intentionally opaque,
00:27:24.640 you know,
00:27:26.740 with policies like,
00:27:28.040 well,
00:27:28.160 you can't have
00:27:28.660 hateful conduct,
00:27:29.780 you can't engage
00:27:31.760 in harassment.
00:27:34.080 What does harassment mean?
00:27:35.860 Like,
00:27:36.240 how can I harass somebody
00:27:37.880 with a YouTube video?
00:27:39.720 Okay,
00:27:39.840 if I'm sitting here
00:27:40.420 in a studio
00:27:40.860 and I make a YouTube video,
00:27:42.320 there's nobody else
00:27:42.880 around me
00:27:43.440 and I post it
00:27:44.580 to this platform
00:27:45.180 with millions
00:27:45.720 of other videos,
00:27:46.720 how could I be
00:27:47.440 harassing someone?
00:27:48.640 I mean,
00:27:50.480 I suppose I could
00:27:50.980 think of some ways
00:27:51.760 that you might
00:27:52.100 be guilty
00:27:52.420 of harassing somebody
00:27:53.420 or you might
00:27:57.420 try to encourage
00:27:58.780 others to harass
00:27:59.680 someone.
00:27:59.920 There are ways
00:28:00.580 you could do that.
00:28:01.240 is that what they mean?
00:28:05.740 Does it mean that,
00:28:06.420 you know,
00:28:06.600 if I go on YouTube
00:28:07.300 and I give out
00:28:08.140 somebody's home address
00:28:09.620 and I say,
00:28:10.520 okay,
00:28:11.380 everyone grab your pitchforks
00:28:12.540 and go to this person's house.
00:28:15.140 Well,
00:28:15.480 obviously you can't do that.
00:28:16.800 Is that what you mean?
00:28:17.580 Well,
00:28:17.840 no,
00:28:18.020 they don't mean that.
00:28:19.020 Well,
00:28:19.300 they mean,
00:28:19.620 yeah,
00:28:19.740 you can't do that.
00:28:20.420 But now they decided
00:28:23.540 that if you just use
00:28:24.720 the word him
00:28:25.460 in relation to a man
00:28:28.000 who prefers to be seen
00:28:28.840 as a woman,
00:28:29.420 now that's harassment.
00:28:33.680 Didn't say that before.
00:28:34.800 They never stipulated
00:28:35.380 that before,
00:28:35.920 but they keep it vague
00:28:36.900 just for this exact reason.
00:28:40.000 So the question is,
00:28:41.040 why are they doing this now?
00:28:42.960 I mean,
00:28:43.120 like I said,
00:28:43.620 for years and years
00:28:45.360 and years,
00:28:46.800 thousands of videos
00:28:48.020 posted to their platform
00:28:49.320 every month
00:28:50.140 with people talking,
00:28:52.900 speaking openly
00:28:53.740 and honestly
00:28:54.420 about the trans issue,
00:28:56.360 using biologically
00:28:57.260 correct pronouns,
00:28:58.180 all the rest of it.
00:28:59.040 And that was the case
00:28:59.760 for years.
00:29:00.420 It was never an issue.
00:29:01.400 It was never a problem.
00:29:02.600 And now they've decided
00:29:03.760 that it is.
00:29:05.340 And why is that?
00:29:07.120 Well,
00:29:07.360 the answer is obvious
00:29:08.180 because we're winning.
00:29:11.400 Like we're having
00:29:12.520 a major impact.
00:29:14.780 So you can look at
00:29:16.240 the legislation
00:29:17.240 that's changed.
00:29:17.920 You can look at
00:29:18.480 cultural changes.
00:29:19.860 You can look at
00:29:20.660 the polls
00:29:22.380 and surveys
00:29:23.360 and all that
00:29:23.980 and see the way
00:29:24.680 that public opinion
00:29:26.420 is shifting
00:29:26.960 in our direction
00:29:28.120 on this issue.
00:29:29.300 And all of that
00:29:30.420 is a good indication
00:29:31.800 that we're having success.
00:29:35.780 But you really
00:29:37.620 don't need any of that
00:29:38.420 because the number
00:29:39.620 one indication
00:29:40.260 is this.
00:29:42.840 When you've got
00:29:43.520 these major platforms
00:29:44.380 like YouTube
00:29:44.980 who come back around
00:29:47.020 and say,
00:29:47.400 oh, you know what?
00:29:48.100 You can't say
00:29:48.920 any of that anymore.
00:29:50.820 You're making
00:29:51.360 these arguments
00:29:51.900 and you're saying
00:29:52.720 these things
00:29:53.240 that are very compelling
00:29:54.580 to lots of people
00:29:55.640 and you're getting
00:29:56.680 through to people
00:29:57.520 and you're persuading them
00:29:59.620 and so you can't do that.
00:30:01.880 That's not going to be allowed.
00:30:05.960 That is the real crime
00:30:07.260 we committed.
00:30:07.740 That is the actual
00:30:09.120 violation
00:30:10.520 that we have committed.
00:30:12.260 we have been
00:30:14.340 persuasive
00:30:15.020 and effective.
00:30:18.620 Whatever else
00:30:19.340 they say
00:30:19.760 whatever language
00:30:21.060 they use
00:30:21.740 in their
00:30:22.000 obscure terms
00:30:23.780 of service
00:30:24.280 and all the rest
00:30:24.900 of it
00:30:25.140 the real rule
00:30:27.780 is that simple
00:30:29.120 that if you
00:30:32.040 disagree with them
00:30:33.020 if you disagree
00:30:34.660 with their ideology
00:30:35.720 that is YouTube's
00:30:36.940 ideology
00:30:37.320 which is the same
00:30:37.860 as the left's ideology
00:30:38.640 which is just leftism
00:30:39.700 if you disagree with it
00:30:41.420 and you disagree
00:30:43.540 effectively
00:30:44.360 and persuasively
00:30:45.800 then that's a violation.
00:30:50.980 And you can be
00:30:51.820 as ineffective
00:30:52.460 as you want.
00:30:54.840 Sure there's lots
00:30:55.420 of other
00:30:55.820 that's why
00:30:57.620 you know
00:30:57.880 anytime a conservative
00:30:58.960 gets penalized
00:31:01.500 by YouTube
00:31:01.980 they always look
00:31:02.700 at other conservatives
00:31:03.460 that are on the platform
00:31:04.160 and they say
00:31:04.600 what about them?
00:31:05.220 Why aren't you
00:31:05.500 going after them?
00:31:08.340 You know
00:31:08.560 they're doing things
00:31:09.140 they're doing
00:31:09.620 the same thing
00:31:10.340 or in fact
00:31:13.300 they might even
00:31:13.840 be more offensive
00:31:14.840 by your standards
00:31:15.920 but no
00:31:18.500 the reason
00:31:18.820 they're targeting you
00:31:19.640 is because
00:31:20.120 they have
00:31:20.480 determined
00:31:21.980 that you are
00:31:22.560 a threat
00:31:22.920 a special threat
00:31:24.400 and that's why
00:31:26.420 now they're going
00:31:26.800 after the entire
00:31:28.040 Daily Wire
00:31:28.740 you know
00:31:30.580 platform.
00:31:33.500 All right
00:31:34.000 there's a new video
00:31:34.740 of Daniel Penny
00:31:35.580 who's the hero
00:31:36.400 of the New York City
00:31:37.100 subway system
00:31:37.740 who's being
00:31:38.180 persecuted right now
00:31:39.040 for being a good
00:31:39.580 Samaritan
00:31:39.980 and this is a video
00:31:41.860 that I believe
00:31:42.580 was released
00:31:43.220 by his lawyers
00:31:44.040 over the weekend
00:31:44.780 and this is the first
00:31:46.220 time that we've seen
00:31:47.000 Daniel Penny
00:31:47.540 on camera
00:31:48.440 giving his version
00:31:50.240 of events
00:31:50.680 talking about
00:31:51.260 what happened
00:31:51.900 that fateful day
00:31:52.640 on the subway system
00:31:53.400 and let's play
00:31:55.000 a little bit of this
00:31:55.600 and listen.
00:31:57.320 East Village
00:31:57.800 in Manhattan
00:31:58.220 so I take the subway
00:31:59.460 multiple times a day
00:32:00.380 in this instance
00:32:01.460 I was coming from
00:32:02.120 school
00:32:02.640 I got out of class
00:32:04.220 around 2.15
00:32:04.920 and I was at
00:32:07.440 J Street Metro Tech
00:32:08.400 took the uptown
00:32:09.140 F train
00:32:09.660 at 2nd Avenue
00:32:12.100 a man came on
00:32:13.980 stumbled on
00:32:14.920 he appeared to be
00:32:15.780 on drugs
00:32:16.300 the doors closed
00:32:19.200 and he ripped
00:32:20.400 his jacket off
00:32:21.220 and threw it
00:32:22.440 at the people
00:32:22.920 sitting down
00:32:23.480 to my left
00:32:24.080 I was listening
00:32:25.360 to music
00:32:25.840 at the time
00:32:26.560 and he was yelling
00:32:27.960 so I took my
00:32:28.780 headphones out
00:32:29.440 to hear what
00:32:30.100 he was yelling
00:32:30.580 and the three
00:32:32.380 main threats
00:32:32.900 that he repeated
00:32:33.460 over and over
00:32:34.020 was
00:32:34.360 I'm going to kill you
00:32:35.460 I'm prepared
00:32:36.680 to go to jail
00:32:37.200 for life
00:32:37.680 and I'm willing
00:32:38.480 to die
00:32:38.880 you know
00:32:39.780 this was a scary
00:32:41.080 situation
00:32:41.600 and Mr. Neerley
00:32:43.480 came on
00:32:43.980 he was threatening
00:32:45.300 I'm 6'2
00:32:46.760 and he was taller
00:32:47.280 than me
00:32:47.740 so it was
00:32:49.000 and there's a common
00:32:50.340 misconception
00:32:50.760 that Marines
00:32:51.340 don't get scared
00:32:52.140 we're actually taught
00:32:53.340 one of our core
00:32:54.260 values is courage
00:32:55.240 and courage
00:32:57.080 is not
00:32:57.580 the absence of fear
00:32:58.760 but how you
00:32:59.480 handle fear
00:33:00.120 and you know
00:33:02.460 I was scared
00:33:03.700 for myself
00:33:04.200 but I looked around
00:33:04.900 I saw women
00:33:05.520 and children
00:33:06.020 he was yelling
00:33:06.980 in their faces
00:33:07.580 saying these threats
00:33:09.960 I couldn't just
00:33:11.040 sit still
00:33:11.440 some people say
00:33:13.020 that I was holding
00:33:13.600 on to Mr. Neerley
00:33:14.380 for 15 minutes
00:33:15.500 this is not true
00:33:16.800 I mean between stops
00:33:18.280 is only a couple minutes
00:33:19.200 so the whole interaction
00:33:20.820 lasted less than
00:33:21.940 five minutes
00:33:22.480 some people say
00:33:23.860 I was trying to
00:33:24.300 choke him to death
00:33:25.200 which is also not true
00:33:26.600 I was trying to
00:33:27.240 restrain him
00:33:27.880 you can see in the video
00:33:30.080 there's a clear
00:33:30.640 I want to play
00:33:32.340 I want to play
00:33:32.880 more of this
00:33:33.420 but I just want to
00:33:34.000 pause it there
00:33:34.400 for a second
00:33:34.780 because
00:33:35.220 what you should
00:33:36.520 understand
00:33:36.860 is that the
00:33:37.500 the claim
00:33:38.220 that Daniel Penny
00:33:39.400 was choking
00:33:40.360 Jordan Neely
00:33:40.960 for 15 minutes
00:33:42.360 there was never
00:33:44.200 any basis for it
00:33:45.380 I mean you
00:33:45.820 I'm sure you've
00:33:46.680 heard that
00:33:47.240 and that's
00:33:49.160 you might have even
00:33:49.960 thought that that's
00:33:50.560 just a fact of the case
00:33:51.840 because from the very
00:33:53.420 beginning
00:33:53.760 this is what was reported
00:33:54.740 it was on social media
00:33:55.800 15 minutes
00:33:56.860 there was never
00:33:58.380 any basis for it
00:33:59.700 that was never
00:34:00.520 that was not based
00:34:01.360 in fact ever
00:34:02.320 it's just something
00:34:06.600 that was invented
00:34:07.260 like at most
00:34:08.940 and this is the way
00:34:09.460 it always goes
00:34:09.880 at most you might
00:34:10.460 have one eyewitness
00:34:11.380 who says something
00:34:13.180 like yeah I think
00:34:13.640 it was like 15 minutes
00:34:14.560 and I'm not even sure
00:34:17.140 if that was the case
00:34:17.700 here or not
00:34:18.000 whether or not
00:34:18.300 there was an eyewitness
00:34:18.860 who even said that
00:34:19.560 but if there was
00:34:20.140 it doesn't mean anything
00:34:21.020 you know eyewitness
00:34:23.660 testimony can be
00:34:24.620 valuable in certain
00:34:25.580 ways
00:34:26.080 but it's also
00:34:27.540 famously
00:34:28.220 infamously unreliable
00:34:30.000 especially when it
00:34:31.540 comes to estimating
00:34:32.440 times
00:34:33.180 okay
00:34:35.400 you know eyewitnesses
00:34:36.840 these are like
00:34:38.180 grown adults
00:34:38.780 who witness
00:34:39.120 something like this
00:34:39.760 there's just
00:34:40.080 something about it
00:34:40.840 when you're witnessing
00:34:41.400 something that's
00:34:42.900 really unusual
00:34:44.200 and you know
00:34:46.120 crazy and outrageous
00:34:47.620 whatever
00:34:48.000 your sense of time
00:34:50.020 becomes warped
00:34:51.440 and suddenly
00:34:55.080 it's like you're
00:34:55.660 a child all over
00:34:56.440 again
00:34:56.640 it's like one of
00:34:57.040 my kids
00:34:57.440 if they're
00:34:57.700 estimating
00:34:58.240 you know
00:34:59.500 I send them up
00:34:59.960 to clean their
00:35:00.460 room
00:35:00.700 they come out
00:35:01.160 two minutes
00:35:01.720 later
00:35:02.080 and I say
00:35:02.500 what are you
00:35:02.820 doing
00:35:03.300 I was in there
00:35:03.940 for two hours
00:35:04.940 that's what it is
00:35:06.740 for eyewitnesses
00:35:07.480 so maybe someone
00:35:08.800 said I think it was
00:35:09.420 15 minutes
00:35:10.700 he was choking
00:35:11.320 it was never
00:35:13.600 15 minutes
00:35:14.260 it was a few
00:35:14.880 minutes
00:35:15.340 it was never
00:35:15.940 choking him
00:35:16.480 to begin with
00:35:16.980 but it was
00:35:17.360 a few minutes
00:35:18.040 that this whole
00:35:18.560 thing happened
00:35:19.000 because of course
00:35:19.820 it was
00:35:20.320 it's like
00:35:22.360 there's
00:35:22.780 there isn't
00:35:23.600 it's the New York
00:35:24.640 City subway system
00:35:25.900 there isn't going
00:35:27.580 to be a 15
00:35:28.500 minute stretch
00:35:29.160 in between
00:35:29.560 stops anyway
00:35:30.380 do you know
00:35:32.360 how long
00:35:32.620 15 minutes
00:35:33.720 is
00:35:33.980 can you imagine
00:35:34.440 people wrestling
00:35:35.220 around on the
00:35:35.660 ground for
00:35:36.020 15 straight
00:35:37.860 minutes
00:35:38.380 it's
00:35:41.040 it's
00:35:41.380 that was always
00:35:42.080 outlandish
00:35:42.920 but lots
00:35:45.820 of people
00:35:46.120 accepted it
00:35:46.720 as a fact
00:35:47.260 and they
00:35:50.480 accepted it
00:35:50.920 as a fact
00:35:51.320 because people
00:35:51.800 tend to believe
00:35:52.380 whatever they're
00:35:52.840 told
00:35:53.120 and also
00:35:53.540 I think
00:35:53.860 that one
00:35:54.220 of the
00:35:54.540 you know
00:35:55.340 we face
00:35:55.760 many crises
00:35:56.560 in this
00:35:57.000 country
00:35:57.320 and one
00:35:57.800 of the
00:35:58.000 crises
00:35:58.300 that I
00:35:58.760 talk about
00:35:59.260 a lot
00:35:59.600 is that
00:36:00.100 for so
00:36:01.880 many people
00:36:02.400 their BS
00:36:04.020 detector
00:36:04.760 is completely
00:36:05.580 broken
00:36:06.120 which
00:36:08.040 and I
00:36:08.740 don't know
00:36:08.960 how you
00:36:09.440 fix it
00:36:09.940 how do you
00:36:10.300 fix a
00:36:10.740 defective BS
00:36:11.980 detector
00:36:12.320 I don't
00:36:12.780 know
00:36:13.080 but it's
00:36:14.680 just some
00:36:15.100 it's a
00:36:15.460 it's an
00:36:15.880 intuition
00:36:16.480 that you
00:36:16.920 should have
00:36:17.480 otherwise
00:36:18.720 known as
00:36:19.080 common sense
00:36:19.780 where there
00:36:21.720 are certain
00:36:22.060 things that
00:36:22.480 you hear
00:36:22.920 and even
00:36:23.420 if you
00:36:23.680 don't have
00:36:23.980 any evidence
00:36:24.760 to the
00:36:25.160 contrary
00:36:25.700 you should
00:36:26.640 still
00:36:27.040 when you
00:36:27.440 hear it
00:36:27.840 think
00:36:28.080 yeah I
00:36:28.420 don't
00:36:28.500 know
00:36:28.620 about
00:36:28.820 that
00:36:29.140 and
00:36:30.860 somebody
00:36:31.060 might
00:36:31.240 say
00:36:31.400 well do
00:36:31.740 you
00:36:31.800 have
00:36:31.920 any
00:36:32.040 evidence
00:36:32.360 no I
00:36:32.860 don't
00:36:33.140 but it
00:36:33.360 just
00:36:33.520 doesn't
00:36:33.800 sound
00:36:34.220 right
00:36:34.620 it
00:36:35.260 doesn't
00:36:35.600 sound
00:36:36.060 right
00:36:36.500 could be
00:36:38.860 true
00:36:39.180 theoretically
00:36:39.840 doesn't
00:36:40.380 sound
00:36:40.660 right
00:36:40.900 though
00:36:41.120 and the
00:36:45.080 and that
00:36:45.780 is
00:36:46.000 like
00:36:46.740 always
00:36:47.900 the case
00:36:48.400 when it
00:36:48.680 comes to
00:36:49.040 the
00:36:49.220 whoever the
00:36:50.400 new BLM
00:36:51.120 martyr is
00:36:51.960 you know
00:36:53.880 one thing
00:36:54.220 that we
00:36:54.480 know
00:36:54.740 when there's
00:36:56.340 a new
00:36:56.580 BLM
00:36:56.960 martyr
00:36:57.220 the initial
00:36:58.760 story that
00:36:59.660 we're told
00:37:00.260 is always
00:37:01.900 wrong
00:37:03.280 always
00:37:04.460 I don't
00:37:05.780 think there's
00:37:06.200 been one
00:37:06.920 exception to
00:37:07.820 this rule
00:37:08.300 I can't
00:37:09.760 think of
00:37:10.020 one
00:37:10.260 I mean
00:37:11.120 I can
00:37:11.320 think of
00:37:11.580 dozens
00:37:11.900 of BLM
00:37:12.480 martyrs
00:37:12.860 both major
00:37:13.540 you know
00:37:13.920 major saints
00:37:15.360 in their
00:37:15.820 religion
00:37:16.220 and minor
00:37:16.780 saints as
00:37:17.280 well
00:37:17.520 in every
00:37:18.820 single case
00:37:19.520 the initial
00:37:20.520 story is
00:37:21.280 wrong
00:37:21.680 and not
00:37:24.080 only is it
00:37:24.440 wrong
00:37:24.800 but it
00:37:25.140 defies
00:37:25.720 common
00:37:26.140 sense
00:37:26.720 like you
00:37:28.880 should know
00:37:29.520 that it
00:37:29.800 was wrong
00:37:30.300 the second
00:37:30.960 that you
00:37:31.400 hear it
00:37:32.020 because it
00:37:32.660 sounds
00:37:33.560 ridiculous
00:37:34.300 it doesn't
00:37:35.020 sound like
00:37:35.560 something that
00:37:36.320 actually happens
00:37:37.120 in real life
00:37:37.880 Michael Brown
00:37:40.320 with his hands
00:37:40.900 in the air
00:37:41.340 hands up
00:37:41.800 don't shoot
00:37:42.260 and then just
00:37:42.680 gunned down
00:37:43.740 by the police
00:37:45.300 in broad daylight
00:37:46.160 for no reason
00:37:47.520 that sounds
00:37:50.500 like something
00:37:50.880 that happens
00:37:51.280 in a movie
00:37:51.800 it doesn't
00:37:52.200 sound like
00:37:52.740 real life
00:37:53.220 and it turns
00:37:53.660 out of course
00:37:54.400 it wasn't
00:37:55.040 let's keep
00:37:57.240 listening
00:37:57.680 eyes and fall
00:37:58.960 of his chest
00:37:59.580 indicating that
00:38:00.580 he's breathing
00:38:01.080 I'm trying
00:38:02.800 to restrain
00:38:03.260 him from
00:38:03.680 him being
00:38:04.620 able to
00:38:04.940 carry out
00:38:05.280 the threats
00:38:05.780 and then some
00:38:07.060 people say
00:38:07.500 that this
00:38:07.800 is about
00:38:08.280 race
00:38:08.660 which is
00:38:09.060 absolutely
00:38:09.440 ridiculous
00:38:10.160 I didn't
00:38:11.340 see a black
00:38:11.860 man
00:38:12.160 threatening
00:38:12.840 passengers
00:38:13.340 I saw
00:38:13.940 a man
00:38:14.280 threatening
00:38:14.580 passengers
00:38:15.160 a lot
00:38:17.040 of whom
00:38:17.420 were people
00:38:18.040 of color
00:38:18.440 a man
00:38:20.160 who helped
00:38:20.520 restrain
00:38:20.940 Mr. Neely
00:38:21.360 was a person
00:38:22.380 of color
00:38:22.780 a few days
00:38:24.240 after the
00:38:24.640 incident
00:38:24.900 I read
00:38:25.720 in the
00:38:25.940 papers
00:38:26.240 that a
00:38:27.780 woman of
00:38:28.160 color
00:38:28.400 came out
00:38:28.880 and called
00:38:29.180 me a hero
00:38:29.680 what I
00:38:30.640 don't believe
00:38:31.040 that I'm
00:38:31.680 a hero
00:38:32.340 but she
00:38:33.940 was one
00:38:34.240 of those
00:38:34.520 people
00:38:34.800 that I
00:38:35.240 was trying
00:38:35.620 to protect
00:38:36.300 we were
00:38:37.300 all scared
00:38:37.780 Mr. Neely
00:38:38.560 was yelling
00:38:39.340 in these
00:38:39.600 passengers faces
00:38:40.360 and they
00:38:41.440 looked terrified
00:38:42.060 the reason why
00:38:43.960 there was no
00:38:44.420 video at the
00:38:45.180 start of the
00:38:45.580 altercation
00:38:46.020 was because
00:38:46.520 people were
00:38:47.080 too afraid
00:38:47.560 getting away
00:38:48.020 from him
00:38:48.360 and the
00:38:49.900 videos didn't
00:38:51.180 start until
00:38:51.660 they saw
00:38:52.360 that situation
00:38:52.860 was under
00:38:53.200 control
00:38:53.580 I knew
00:38:54.580 I had to
00:38:54.960 act
00:38:55.260 and I
00:38:56.140 acted in
00:38:56.660 a way
00:38:56.920 that would
00:38:57.400 protect
00:38:57.860 the other
00:38:58.280 passengers
00:38:58.780 protect
00:38:59.260 myself
00:38:59.720 and protect
00:39:00.620 Mr. Neely
00:39:01.120 I used
00:39:02.100 this hole
00:39:02.520 to restrain
00:39:03.560 him
00:39:03.840 and I
00:39:04.860 did this
00:39:05.220 by leaving
00:39:06.340 my hand
00:39:06.700 on top
00:39:07.020 of his
00:39:07.260 head
00:39:07.480 to control
00:39:08.160 his body
00:39:08.620 you can
00:39:09.300 see in
00:39:09.560 the video
00:39:09.840 there's a
00:39:10.240 clear rise
00:39:10.800 and fall
00:39:11.100 of his chest
00:39:11.620 indicating that
00:39:12.320 he was still
00:39:12.920 breathing
00:39:13.240 and I'm
00:39:14.180 calibrating
00:39:14.720 my grip
00:39:15.260 based on
00:39:16.280 the force
00:39:17.220 that he's
00:39:17.620 exerting
00:39:17.980 and
00:39:19.160 I just
00:39:21.160 I mean
00:39:21.860 I was
00:39:22.300 trying to keep
00:39:22.940 him on the
00:39:23.240 ground
00:39:23.480 until the
00:39:24.600 police came
00:39:25.000 I was
00:39:25.200 praying
00:39:25.520 that the
00:39:25.880 police
00:39:26.060 would come
00:39:26.500 and take
00:39:27.200 this
00:39:27.440 situation
00:39:27.900 over
00:39:28.200 I didn't
00:39:30.200 want to
00:39:30.500 be put
00:39:30.980 in that
00:39:31.180 situation
00:39:31.600 but I
00:39:32.740 couldn't
00:39:32.980 just sit
00:39:33.340 still
00:39:33.720 and let
00:39:34.060 him
00:39:34.480 carry out
00:39:34.940 these
00:39:35.140 threats
00:39:35.480 of course
00:39:37.360 he didn't
00:39:37.580 want to
00:39:37.720 be put
00:39:37.920 in that
00:39:38.100 situation
00:39:38.580 again
00:39:39.980 if you
00:39:40.260 have any
00:39:40.600 common
00:39:40.900 sense
00:39:41.240 you already
00:39:41.560 know
00:39:41.800 that
00:39:42.100 so the
00:39:44.200 claim
00:39:44.560 that
00:39:44.800 Daniel
00:39:45.520 Penny
00:39:45.920 is some
00:39:46.260 sort
00:39:46.420 of white
00:39:46.740 supremacist
00:39:47.440 murderer
00:39:47.920 waiting
00:39:48.860 for his
00:39:49.360 chance
00:39:49.880 to murder
00:39:50.540 a black
00:39:51.020 man
00:39:51.380 on the
00:39:52.020 subway
00:39:52.340 no
00:39:55.300 that's
00:39:55.520 that's
00:39:55.780 not
00:39:55.960 reality
00:39:56.560 that's
00:39:56.880 fantasy
00:39:57.480 that's
00:39:57.740 a fantasy
00:39:58.380 world
00:39:58.740 scenario
00:39:59.320 of course
00:40:01.000 he doesn't
00:40:01.200 want to
00:40:01.340 be
00:40:01.400 he's
00:40:01.620 trying to
00:40:02.180 go to
00:40:02.380 work
00:40:02.700 he doesn't
00:40:03.440 want to
00:40:03.580 be in
00:40:03.760 this
00:40:03.900 situation
00:40:04.400 who
00:40:04.620 wants
00:40:04.840 to be
00:40:05.040 in
00:40:05.120 that
00:40:05.240 situation
00:40:05.800 he doesn't
00:40:06.600 think
00:40:06.860 he's
00:40:07.000 happy
00:40:07.400 he's
00:40:07.680 on
00:40:08.060 the
00:40:08.160 way
00:40:08.320 to
00:40:08.460 work
00:40:08.720 and
00:40:08.820 there's
00:40:08.960 some
00:40:09.100 crazy
00:40:09.580 guy
00:40:09.980 making
00:40:11.440 threats
00:40:12.060 I'm
00:40:14.380 sure
00:40:14.500 in his
00:40:15.080 mind
00:40:15.340 he's
00:40:15.500 thinking
00:40:15.680 like
00:40:15.860 oh
00:40:16.060 man
00:40:16.340 why
00:40:16.580 do I
00:40:18.180 have
00:40:18.380 to
00:40:18.460 be
00:40:18.600 in
00:40:18.700 this
00:40:18.820 situation
00:40:19.220 now
00:40:19.420 I
00:40:19.560 got
00:40:19.660 to
00:40:19.720 make
00:40:19.860 a
00:40:19.980 choice
00:40:20.220 here
00:40:20.500 he
00:40:21.220 guarantees
00:40:21.600 he's
00:40:22.120 thinking
00:40:22.580 about
00:40:22.840 that
00:40:23.020 like
00:40:23.180 any
00:40:23.340 person
00:40:23.640 would
00:40:23.960 and
00:40:25.420 before
00:40:25.640 he
00:40:25.780 decided
00:40:26.080 to
00:40:26.240 act
00:40:26.460 there's
00:40:26.920 not
00:40:27.060 a lot
00:40:27.240 of
00:40:27.340 time
00:40:27.660 you know
00:40:27.880 it's
00:40:28.480 the thing
00:40:28.700 when you're
00:40:28.920 in a
00:40:29.060 situation
00:40:29.360 like
00:40:29.640 this
00:40:29.800 you have
00:40:29.980 to make
00:40:30.320 a
00:40:30.520 decision
00:40:30.880 you have
00:40:31.100 to make
00:40:31.360 it
00:40:31.480 quickly
00:40:31.860 because
00:40:32.860 you've
00:40:33.040 got
00:40:33.140 this
00:40:33.320 man
00:40:33.520 making
00:40:33.800 threats
00:40:34.200 if he's
00:40:35.340 going to
00:40:35.540 start
00:40:35.720 carrying
00:40:36.120 out
00:40:36.400 those
00:40:36.660 threats
00:40:36.940 you don't
00:40:37.180 know
00:40:37.320 how much
00:40:37.580 time
00:40:37.880 you have
00:40:38.180 probably
00:40:38.440 not
00:40:38.680 much
00:40:39.140 but
00:40:49.420 his
00:40:49.560 mind
00:40:49.840 or
00:40:49.960 anything
00:40:50.180 but
00:40:50.360 if
00:40:50.440 he's
00:40:50.520 a
00:40:50.660 normal
00:40:50.960 human
00:40:51.260 being
00:40:51.660 that
00:40:52.320 I'm
00:40:52.440 sure
00:40:52.600 there's
00:40:52.920 a
00:40:53.040 part
00:40:53.280 of
00:40:53.400 him
00:40:53.560 that
00:40:53.680 was
00:40:53.820 thinking
00:40:54.260 man
00:40:56.060 why
00:40:56.260 I
00:40:57.960 don't
00:40:58.360 want
00:40:58.480 to
00:40:58.560 have
00:40:58.680 to
00:40:58.800 get
00:40:58.920 involved
00:40:59.280 here
00:40:59.520 I
00:40:59.700 don't
00:40:59.840 want
00:40:59.960 to
00:41:00.040 do
00:41:00.480 this

00:41:06.800 someone
00:41:08.180 has

00:41:08.620 something
00:41:08.880 I

00:41:09.260 I

00:41:09.720 I'm

00:41:10.980 that he

00:41:14.720 Daniel
00:41:15.020 Penny
00:41:15.240 also
00:41:15.680 is
00:41:16.680 clearly
00:41:17.040 not
00:41:17.440 a

00:41:52.760 courageous
00:41:53.320 and
00:41:53.640 heroic
00:41:53.960 and
00:41:54.840 that's
00:41:55.260 the

00:45:16.820 Megan Fox
00:45:17.580 first of

00:45:18.340 went to

00:45:19.280 before
00:45:19.720 you could
00:45:20.640 tell

00:45:21.240 was a
00:45:21.640 version
00:45:22.960 of this
00:45:23.400 post
00:45:23.820 that she
00:45:24.300 had

00:45:28.120 she
00:45:28.240 wanted
00:45:28.380 to

00:45:28.640 and
00:45:29.040 she

00:45:29.820 up
00:45:29.980 synonyms

00:45:32.660 she
00:45:32.820 ends
00:45:33.020 up
00:45:33.180 throwing
00:45:33.480 words
00:45:33.800 malevolent
00:45:35.040 and
00:45:35.200 erroneous

00:45:36.260 irregardless
00:45:38.560 honest
00:45:41.120 to
00:45:43.080 based on
00:45:43.700 whether

00:45:44.300 the

00:45:45.680 when
00:45:46.460 regardless
00:45:47.320 works fine
00:45:49.540 we don't
00:45:49.940 need

00:45:56.180 make yourself
00:45:56.580 sound
00:45:56.820 smarter
00:45:57.140 but it

00:45:59.020 and
00:46:02.020 it's
00:46:02.200 also
00:46:02.400 very
00:46:02.640 funny
00:46:02.920 to
00:46:03.100 me
00:46:03.260 that
00:46:03.460 she's

00:48:12.700 do
00:48:12.840 that
00:48:13.220 okay
00:48:14.320 you
00:48:14.660 make
00:48:15.340 the
00:48:15.540 decision
00:48:15.960 to
00:48:16.500 buy
00:48:17.020 girl
00:48:17.440 clothes
00:48:17.800 for
00:48:18.000 your
00:48:18.160 son
00:48:18.440 and
00:48:18.700 to
00:48:18.880 dress
00:48:19.260 him
00:48:19.480 in
00:48:19.700 them
00:48:19.940 and
00:48:21.440 at least
00:48:21.540 with
00:48:21.700 one
00:48:21.880 of
00:48:21.980 her
00:48:22.080 sons
00:48:22.300 she
00:48:22.480 did
00:48:22.640 that
00:48:22.860 from
00:48:23.160 a
00:48:23.380 very
00:48:23.660 young
00:48:23.940 age
00:48:24.280 so
00:48:26.940 you
00:48:27.100 made
00:48:27.260 that
00:48:27.380 decision
00:48:27.720 you
00:48:28.960 decided
00:48:29.360 that
00:48:29.560 this
00:48:29.700 is
00:48:29.780 what
00:48:29.900 your
00:48:30.020 son
00:48:30.240 is
00:48:30.320 going
00:48:30.440 to
00:48:30.500 be
00:48:30.700 because
00:48:31.240 you
00:48:31.500 didn't
00:48:31.640 want
00:48:31.780 him
00:48:31.880 to
00:48:31.980 have
00:48:32.180 a
00:48:32.320 normal
00:48:32.540 childhood
00:48:32.920 you
00:48:33.120 didn't
00:48:33.280 care
00:48:33.440 about
00:48:33.600 him
00:48:33.700 having
00:48:33.860 a
00:48:33.960 normal
00:48:34.180 boyhood
00:48:37.460 you
00:48:38.900 didn't
00:48:39.020 care
00:48:39.160 about
00:48:39.300 any
00:48:39.420 of
00:48:39.520 that
00:48:39.700 you
00:48:40.300 don't
00:48:40.440 care
00:48:40.580 if
00:48:40.660 your
00:48:40.760 son
00:48:40.920 is
00:48:41.040 happy
00:48:41.380 if
00:48:41.680 your
00:48:41.780 son
00:48:41.920 is
00:48:42.040 well
00:48:42.240 adjusted
00:48:42.680 you
00:48:51.440 care
00:48:51.540 about
00:48:51.820 you
00:48:52.780 call
00:48:52.920 yourself
00:48:53.140 a
00:48:53.340 witch
00:48:53.600 and
00:48:53.780 I
00:48:53.920 will
00:48:54.040 not
00:48:54.260 disagree
00:48:54.640 so
00:48:56.140 let's
00:48:57.040 get to
00:48:57.260 the
00:48:57.380 comment
00:48:57.640 section
00:48:57.960 Jaffa
00:49:08.880 says
00:49:09.200 Greg
00:49:09.520 is
00:49:09.700 one
00:49:09.900 seriously
00:49:10.360 committed
00:49:10.740 employee
00:49:11.220 literally
00:49:11.660 putting
00:49:12.000 his
00:49:12.180 balls
00:49:12.480 on the
00:49:12.740 line
00:49:12.960 for
00:49:13.100 the
00:49:13.200 daily
00:49:13.360 wire
00:49:13.640 big
00:49:13.940 respect
00:49:14.320 to
00:49:14.520 Greg
00:49:14.700 yeah
00:49:15.720 you
00:49:15.860 know
00:49:15.960 sometimes
00:49:16.460 you
00:49:17.160 gotta
00:49:17.340 go
00:49:17.620 all
00:49:17.860 the
00:49:17.960 way
00:49:18.160 well
00:49:19.060 not
00:49:19.220 all
00:49:19.380 the
00:49:19.480 way
00:49:19.620 we're
00:49:20.100 not
00:49:20.220 gonna
00:49:20.340 go
00:49:20.420 that
00:49:20.580 far
00:49:20.760 but
00:49:21.080 sometimes
00:49:22.480 you
00:49:22.700 do
00:49:22.860 in
00:49:23.520 all
00:49:23.680 seriousness
00:49:23.960 you
00:49:24.180 do
00:49:24.420 especially
00:49:25.020 if
00:49:25.340 you
00:49:25.440 want
00:49:25.680 to
00:49:26.040 you
00:49:27.720 know
00:49:27.880 reveal
00:49:28.520 these
00:49:29.780 horrific
00:49:30.100 things
00:49:30.680 about
00:49:30.960 the
00:49:31.160 gender
00:49:31.360 transition
00:49:31.820 industry
00:49:33.260 you
00:49:34.180 gotta
00:49:34.300 find
00:49:34.560 creative
00:49:35.040 ways
00:49:35.640 of
00:49:36.920 doing
00:49:37.140 it
00:49:37.300 because
00:49:37.700 you
00:49:39.200 know
00:49:39.300 they're
00:49:39.560 not
00:49:39.740 going
00:49:40.000 to
00:49:40.160 tell
00:49:40.320 the
00:49:40.420 truth
00:49:40.500 now
00:49:40.660 there
00:49:40.800 was
00:49:41.120 a
00:49:41.260 time
00:49:41.620 not
00:49:42.360 all
00:49:42.520 that
00:49:42.680 long
00:49:42.900 ago
00:49:43.220 when
00:49:44.520 people
00:49:44.800 in
00:49:44.940 the
00:49:45.020 gender
00:49:45.220 transition
00:49:45.640 industry
00:49:46.080 when
00:49:46.400 these
00:49:46.680 parasites
00:49:47.900 these
00:49:48.320 vultures
00:49:48.840 who
00:49:49.940 feast
00:49:50.400 on
00:49:50.720 confusion
00:49:51.440 and
00:49:51.920 misery
00:49:52.280 and
00:49:52.680 turn it
00:49:54.860 into
00:49:55.040 profit
00:49:55.420 they
00:49:55.620 monetize
00:49:56.220 it
00:49:56.420 there was
00:49:57.980 a time
00:49:58.220 when they
00:49:58.420 would speak
00:49:58.880 pretty openly
00:49:59.600 about all
00:49:59.940 this stuff
00:50:00.280 so you
00:50:00.540 wouldn't have
00:50:00.900 to use
00:50:01.320 any trickery
00:50:01.980 you wouldn't
00:50:02.260 have to go
00:50:02.620 undercover
00:50:03.140 anything like
00:50:03.720 that
00:50:03.840 they would
00:50:04.080 just say
00:50:04.460 it out
00:50:04.660 in the
00:50:04.800 open
00:50:05.000 that was
00:50:05.940 our
00:50:06.140 Vanderbilt
00:50:07.020 investigation
00:50:07.820 we didn't
00:50:09.260 really have to do
00:50:09.600 we didn't
00:50:09.820 do any
00:50:10.120 undercover work
00:50:10.820 for that
00:50:11.160 because
00:50:11.540 they
00:50:12.120 said it
00:50:12.820 all
00:50:12.960 they put it
00:50:13.720 all on
00:50:13.960 the internet
00:50:14.180 themselves
00:50:14.560 all we had
00:50:14.860 to do
00:50:15.020 was go
00:50:16.120 find it
00:50:16.700 and compile it
00:50:17.700 and then say
00:50:18.600 here you go
00:50:19.200 but
00:50:21.180 in part
00:50:22.880 because of that
00:50:23.660 and because of
00:50:24.440 work that other
00:50:25.620 conservatives have done
00:50:26.500 like lives of
00:50:26.960 TikTok and others
00:50:27.760 they've realized
00:50:29.020 that they can't speak
00:50:29.620 so openly anymore
00:50:30.440 which doesn't mean
00:50:31.920 that they've stopped
00:50:32.480 doing these things
00:50:33.100 they just won't
00:50:33.460 talk about it
00:50:34.080 so if you want
00:50:34.640 to get the truth
00:50:35.200 then you have to
00:50:35.620 find other ways
00:50:36.380 of getting it
00:50:37.240 out of them
00:50:38.040 Starry Night
00:50:39.900 says
00:50:40.180 chances are
00:50:40.800 aliens do exist
00:50:41.820 but if they're
00:50:42.540 advanced enough
00:50:43.180 to master
00:50:43.700 space travel
00:50:44.500 why would they
00:50:45.020 be crashing
00:50:45.500 all over earth
00:50:46.400 like us
00:50:46.960 they'd likely
00:50:47.360 have their
00:50:47.680 top scientists
00:50:48.340 and astronauts
00:50:48.880 working on
00:50:49.440 these missions
00:50:49.900 yeah well
00:50:51.240 look this is
00:50:52.960 the same argument
00:50:53.640 and I think
00:50:54.440 you can go to
00:50:54.760 Ben Shapiro's
00:50:55.320 YouTube channel
00:50:55.900 and he's got
00:50:56.400 the video
00:50:57.040 of when
00:50:58.040 I was on his
00:50:58.800 show last week
00:50:59.880 and we had
00:51:00.700 this argument
00:51:01.140 about aliens
00:51:01.840 and
00:51:02.820 actually I was
00:51:06.000 on his show
00:51:06.500 to talk about
00:51:07.260 our investigation
00:51:08.920 into the gender
00:51:09.420 transition industry
00:51:10.200 but right before
00:51:10.780 we went on the air
00:51:11.400 I asked him
00:51:12.900 are we going to
00:51:13.380 have a little bit
00:51:13.900 of time to talk
00:51:14.660 about the aliens
00:51:15.140 as well
00:51:15.560 and so he
00:51:16.360 begrudgingly
00:51:16.880 accepted
00:51:17.240 but this is
00:51:18.140 the same point
00:51:18.580 that he made
00:51:19.060 which is
00:51:19.980 well if they're
00:51:20.640 so technologically
00:51:22.260 advanced
00:51:22.780 then why would
00:51:23.200 they crash
00:51:23.640 and I'll say
00:51:24.600 to you
00:51:25.240 starry night
00:51:26.520 what I said
00:51:27.120 to Ben
00:51:27.540 which is that
00:51:28.140 I'm sorry
00:51:29.060 the aliens
00:51:29.540 aren't perfect
00:51:30.360 okay
00:51:31.140 I'm sorry
00:51:31.680 they're not
00:51:32.020 perfect like
00:51:32.660 you
00:51:32.980 so if we
00:51:35.360 have
00:51:35.660 and it looks
00:51:36.160 like this
00:51:36.400 might be the
00:51:36.720 case
00:51:36.880 if we have
00:51:37.880 beings
00:51:39.740 from other
00:51:40.240 solar systems
00:51:40.860 visiting earth
00:51:42.000 all the time
00:51:42.900 seems to be
00:51:44.240 a pretty frequent
00:51:44.780 occurrence
00:51:45.280 every once
00:51:46.420 in a while
00:51:46.800 they're going
00:51:47.160 to have a
00:51:47.440 crash landing
00:51:48.060 so they're
00:51:49.660 not batting
00:51:50.420 a thousand
00:51:50.880 sorry about
00:51:51.500 that
00:51:51.940 and you think
00:51:53.600 you could sit
00:51:54.060 there in
00:51:54.540 judgment
00:51:54.980 well maybe
00:51:57.220 they've never
00:51:57.560 visited earth
00:51:58.240 before
00:51:58.600 they don't
00:51:58.920 know everything
00:51:59.560 there is to
00:52:00.060 know about
00:52:00.460 the atmosphere
00:52:01.200 about everything
00:52:01.760 so they've
00:52:02.520 never been here
00:52:03.080 things go a
00:52:04.240 little bit
00:52:04.420 wrong
00:52:04.740 they're pretty
00:52:06.360 far from
00:52:06.740 home
00:52:07.100 you know
00:52:08.320 so it's
00:52:08.660 hard to
00:52:08.960 troubleshoot
00:52:09.500 I just
00:52:12.280 think
00:52:12.600 it's
00:52:13.020 frankly
00:52:14.260 the disrespect
00:52:14.960 that so
00:52:15.600 many of
00:52:15.900 you show
00:52:16.460 to these
00:52:17.000 visitors
00:52:19.240 who came
00:52:19.700 all this
00:52:20.180 way
00:52:20.560 only to
00:52:22.780 be
00:52:23.080 often
00:52:24.020 ignored
00:52:24.560 completely
00:52:25.100 and if
00:52:26.700 they're not
00:52:27.000 ignored
00:52:27.400 mocked
00:52:28.640 truly
00:52:31.060 I mean
00:52:32.340 it's rude
00:52:32.700 is what
00:52:32.940 it is
00:52:33.720 Nikki says
00:52:38.640 I would
00:52:38.880 love to
00:52:39.120 have a
00:52:39.320 hysterectomy
00:52:39.800 because I
00:52:40.300 have problems
00:52:40.780 with my
00:52:41.100 ovaries
00:52:41.500 but apparently
00:52:42.020 I'm too
00:52:42.440 young for
00:52:42.880 that
00:52:43.200 oh the
00:52:43.960 irony
00:52:44.280 and I've
00:52:45.560 heard many
00:52:46.060 I've heard
00:52:46.380 many stories
00:52:46.960 like this
00:52:47.360 many comments
00:52:47.940 like this
00:52:48.520 from people
00:52:49.240 saying well
00:52:49.760 I needed to
00:52:50.180 get a
00:52:50.360 hysterectomy
00:52:50.900 for like
00:52:51.360 valid medical
00:52:52.640 reasons
00:52:53.180 we talked
00:52:54.420 last week
00:52:55.140 about
00:52:55.520 you know
00:52:56.400 the orchiectomy
00:52:57.360 which is the
00:52:57.820 removal of
00:52:58.200 the testicles
00:52:58.660 there are
00:52:59.200 valid medical
00:52:59.840 reasons to
00:53:00.260 do that
00:53:00.580 like if you
00:53:00.880 have testicular
00:53:01.400 cancer
00:53:01.760 would be the
00:53:02.240 big one
00:53:02.700 that comes
00:53:02.940 to mind
00:53:03.160 but even
00:53:05.740 in those
00:53:06.060 cases
00:53:06.460 to actually
00:53:07.180 procure
00:53:08.580 those
00:53:08.980 surgeries
00:53:10.520 to actually
00:53:10.920 you know
00:53:11.360 to
00:53:11.500 get
00:53:13.720 those kind
00:53:15.280 of surgeries
00:53:15.660 it takes
00:53:16.200 time
00:53:17.020 and it
00:53:17.320 takes
00:53:17.620 it's
00:53:18.020 actually
00:53:18.560 it turns
00:53:18.920 out much
00:53:19.280 more difficult
00:53:19.920 to get
00:53:21.040 those kinds
00:53:21.680 of procedures
00:53:22.100 done if
00:53:22.720 you really
00:53:23.080 need them
00:53:23.700 than if
00:53:24.620 you don't
00:53:24.860 need them
00:53:25.140 at all
00:53:25.360 but you're
00:53:25.640 just confused
00:53:26.140 about your
00:53:26.440 gender
00:53:26.660 Carl says
00:53:28.460 hi Matt
00:53:29.000 big fan
00:53:29.640 but you should
00:53:30.400 branch out
00:53:31.020 and talk
00:53:31.360 about something
00:53:31.820 other than
00:53:32.280 the trans
00:53:32.740 LGBT stuff
00:53:33.680 enough has
00:53:34.120 been said
00:53:34.420 about that
00:53:34.900 there's an
00:53:35.240 invasion of
00:53:35.740 the southern
00:53:36.040 border that
00:53:36.480 you ignore
00:53:37.080 election integrity
00:53:37.940 crime drugs
00:53:38.940 world war three
00:53:40.100 on the horizon
00:53:40.760 those issues
00:53:41.980 could use your
00:53:42.440 attention but you
00:53:43.120 ignore them
00:53:43.760 you know I always
00:53:45.680 find these kind of
00:53:46.160 comments funny
00:53:47.020 because for one
00:53:47.920 thing I talk
00:53:48.360 about like seven
00:53:49.100 or eight different
00:53:49.580 topics every show
00:53:50.740 I probably cover a
00:53:52.600 wider range of
00:53:53.400 subjects than
00:53:54.120 than than most
00:53:55.440 people on the
00:53:56.000 commentator slash
00:53:57.200 podcasting space
00:53:58.220 but it is true
00:53:59.740 of course that I
00:54:00.240 focus especially
00:54:01.040 on LGBT
00:54:02.840 agenda
00:54:03.340 trans ideology
00:54:04.280 you know issues
00:54:05.060 related to family
00:54:06.060 those kinds of
00:54:06.740 things and I do
00:54:07.880 that because I
00:54:08.620 think it's a
00:54:08.940 subject of special
00:54:09.540 importance in our
00:54:10.200 culture right now
00:54:10.900 and I believe that I
00:54:12.180 have something
00:54:12.980 worthwhile to say
00:54:13.800 about it and so
00:54:14.640 that's what I do
00:54:16.700 I do discuss all the
00:54:19.620 issues that you
00:54:20.140 mentioned particularly
00:54:20.940 crime I talk about
00:54:21.840 that all the time
00:54:22.540 but I have my own
00:54:24.160 area of focus
00:54:24.880 which which may
00:54:27.540 not be the same
00:54:28.280 as the areas that
00:54:29.160 you like to focus
00:54:29.960 on so here here's
00:54:32.620 an idea and this
00:54:35.920 has been my my
00:54:37.420 message that I've
00:54:37.980 been telling everyone
00:54:38.520 who raises this
00:54:39.480 objection to me
00:54:40.400 rather than trying
00:54:41.920 to tell me what
00:54:43.340 topics I should talk
00:54:44.440 about you know
00:54:45.440 rather than walking
00:54:46.240 into the the pizza
00:54:47.420 shop and insisting
00:54:48.400 that they sell
00:54:48.840 burritos instead
00:54:49.760 why don't you open
00:54:52.280 the burrito shop
00:54:53.140 right like why
00:54:53.780 don't you focus on
00:54:55.740 the issues that
00:54:56.460 matter to you and
00:54:57.460 try to try to move
00:54:58.780 the conversation in
00:54:59.780 those directions so
00:55:02.220 why don't you I'm
00:55:02.920 not stopping you
00:55:03.460 from doing that I've
00:55:05.600 been talking about
00:55:06.360 the trans agenda and
00:55:08.360 these kinds of
00:55:08.780 issues for like 10
00:55:09.740 years and for most
00:55:11.280 of that time I was
00:55:12.400 basically ignored it
00:55:13.660 took me a very very
00:55:14.700 long time to get
00:55:16.460 people to listen and
00:55:17.720 care and and to be
00:55:19.180 mobilized okay and
00:55:21.500 obviously it's not
00:55:22.160 just me but those
00:55:22.980 of us who have
00:55:23.360 been who have
00:55:23.980 been talking about
00:55:24.440 this and have
00:55:24.820 been talking about
00:55:25.180 it for that long
00:55:25.780 you know back in
00:55:27.060 in the early days
00:55:28.020 it was a it was a
00:55:28.920 lonely fight and not
00:55:30.020 that many people were
00:55:31.180 listening so we had
00:55:33.660 to work a long time
00:55:34.820 towards that goal and
00:55:36.960 now that we're
00:55:37.320 finally making some
00:55:38.120 progress we've got
00:55:40.280 people like you who
00:55:41.040 come along and want
00:55:41.660 us to switch topics
00:55:42.660 it's like no this is
00:55:44.960 the worst time look we
00:55:46.080 finally have gotten to
00:55:47.180 this point after all
00:55:48.360 of that effort of
00:55:50.160 building this
00:55:50.740 foundation and now
00:55:51.680 you come along and
00:55:52.240 say I'm bored let's
00:55:53.540 talk about something
00:55:54.040 else no I'm not
00:55:58.480 going to do that but
00:55:59.020 you can if there's
00:56:01.240 some other topic that
00:56:02.380 that for that you
00:56:03.720 find to be especially
00:56:04.680 important and that
00:56:05.680 and that speaks to
00:56:06.620 you that resonates with
00:56:07.640 you in a special kind
00:56:09.000 of way then then then
00:56:10.560 go then do that put
00:56:12.900 the work in do the
00:56:13.780 legwork and I'll
00:56:16.200 support you you know
00:56:18.340 if you take one of
00:56:18.880 these other topics
00:56:19.460 that I don't talk
00:56:20.140 about as much you
00:56:21.580 know and you say well
00:56:23.040 this really means
00:56:23.740 something to me and I
00:56:25.040 think people need to
00:56:25.740 care about it and I
00:56:26.680 think more more people
00:56:27.760 should care about it and
00:56:28.660 here are all the
00:56:29.240 reasons why and you do
00:56:31.640 that I will amplify your
00:56:33.700 work I'll support you
00:56:34.820 but why don't you do
00:56:37.140 that instead of coming
00:56:38.280 to me and saying here's
00:56:40.620 what I want you to talk
00:56:41.140 about instead take this
00:56:43.520 platform that you've been
00:56:44.280 able to build and I'm
00:56:45.640 going to me as a
00:56:46.820 random stranger I'm
00:56:48.240 going to assign you
00:56:49.300 the topics that I
00:56:50.400 think you should be
00:56:51.140 talking about doesn't
00:56:53.320 work that way but
00:56:54.580 thanks for listening
00:56:55.780 anyway introducing the
00:56:57.380 precision five razor
00:56:58.700 one handle plus one
00:57:00.580 blade cartridge kit for
00:57:01.820 only $14.99 Jeremy's
00:57:03.480 the lowest razor lowest
00:57:04.620 cost for razor and only
00:57:05.840 for a limited time it's
00:57:07.240 crafted with a

00:57:11.440 flip back trimmer for a
00:57:12.700 close smooth shave around
00:57:14.640 hairlines and hard to
00:57:15.640 reach places but
00:57:16.320 remember precision five
00:57:17.620 is no ordinary razor
00:57:18.580 it's a sword in the
00:57:19.580 battle for beliefs a
00:57:20.800 banner to wave into a
00:57:22.040 new economy a precision
00:57:23.440 instrument to force
00:57:24.340 woke companies to earn
00:57:25.500 back your dollar and
00:57:26.980 stop denigrating your
00:57:27.980 values but it's also
00:57:29.160 just still just a great
00:57:30.700 razor to give you a
00:57:31.360 great shave stop giving
00:57:32.580 your money to woke
00:57:33.160 corporations that hate
00:57:33.920 you join over 125,000
00:57:35.680 men who have ditched
00:57:36.900 their woke razors and
00:57:37.760 switched to Jeremy's
00:57:38.620 there's never been a
00:57:39.560 better time or price go
00:57:40.720 to Jeremy's razors.com
00:57:42.220 today now let's get to
00:57:43.620 our daily cancellation
00:57:44.580 anyone who's seen what
00:57:49.580 is a woman and
00:57:50.240 millions of people have
00:57:51.020 by now know that at
00:57:52.760 the end we do provide
00:57:53.820 an answer to the
00:57:54.600 elusive question my
00:57:55.500 wife makes an
00:57:56.100 appearance in the very
00:57:56.680 last scene spoiler and
00:57:57.800 delivers the correct
00:57:58.700 biologically sound
00:58:00.220 definition which is a
00:58:01.060 woman is an adult
00:58:01.940 human female and that
00:58:03.000 answer is simple and
00:58:04.080 accurate and obviously
00:58:05.040 necessary to establish
00:58:06.220 but once it has been
00:58:08.040 established there is
00:58:09.400 there's plenty more to
00:58:10.640 say about the subject
00:58:11.540 what is a woman both the
00:58:12.540 question and the film
00:58:13.360 revolves around it is
00:58:14.960 meant to be the
00:58:15.560 beginning of discussion
00:58:16.620 not the end of it a
00:58:18.800 woman is an adult human
00:58:19.800 female every woman is
00:58:21.060 that and must be that
00:58:22.060 but there is so much
00:58:23.020 more to womanhood than
00:58:24.020 its basic biological
00:58:25.220 definition just as a
00:58:26.560 man is an adult human
00:58:28.160 male every man is that
00:58:29.720 and must be that but
00:58:30.620 again there is so much
00:58:31.640 more to say this is a
00:58:33.840 point made I think
00:58:34.680 rather accidentally by a
00:58:36.260 viral Instagram clip
00:58:37.420 featuring a female who
00:58:38.740 some time ago changed her
00:58:40.500 name to James and
00:58:41.660 attempted to transition
00:58:42.500 into a man and James
00:58:44.180 now calls herself the
00:58:45.720 trans coach and offers
00:58:47.060 life advice and
00:58:48.000 motivational tips for
00:58:49.580 other trans people yet
00:58:51.260 in a recent video James
00:58:52.340 revealed that she still
00:58:53.480 has a lot to learn about
00:58:54.700 the male identity that
00:58:55.800 she is attempting to
00:58:56.580 assume well you're about
00:58:58.100 to watch it's truly one
00:58:59.280 of the saddest things
00:59:00.200 you'll you'll you've
00:59:00.920 likely seen in a while
00:59:01.800 but also quite profound in
00:59:03.540 a few different ways and
00:59:04.460 I'll explain but first
00:59:05.860 watch nobody told me how
00:59:09.220 lonely being a man is
00:59:13.320 I had closer friendships
00:59:14.440 with random women I met
00:59:16.580 in the bathroom before I
00:59:17.740 transitioned at clubs
00:59:19.580 because of how open
00:59:20.960 women are than I've had
00:59:23.200 in my eight years of
00:59:25.980 transitioning because women
00:59:29.780 are just so much more
00:59:30.960 vulnerable and deep than
00:59:33.320 men but to have known
00:59:35.840 and I think a lot of
00:59:36.940 trans men feel this is we
00:59:38.400 knew what depth felt
00:59:39.960 like before we
00:59:40.740 transitioned we knew
00:59:41.660 what it felt like to
00:59:42.580 like how people want to
00:59:43.580 hug us and have people
00:59:47.480 want to talk to us and
00:59:50.420 have a community and
00:59:52.100 then you transition and
00:59:53.280 you're just a guy walking
00:59:54.740 down the street that
00:59:55.400 people cross the street so
00:59:56.780 that they're not near you
00:59:57.860 and friendships are so
01:00:01.240 much harder to build and
01:00:04.800 people are colder what's
01:00:06.680 hard is none of this
01:00:07.920 invalidates how real and
01:00:10.280 raw women and people
01:00:12.580 who are in marginalized
01:00:13.380 groups feel about cis
01:00:15.360 white men all of that's
01:00:17.360 valid but I also now
01:00:20.920 understand why the
01:00:22.720 suicide rate is so much
01:00:23.880 higher than men because
01:00:26.500 this shit is lonely and
01:00:29.180 I'm an emotionally mature
01:00:30.420 man I know how to build
01:00:32.700 friendships and it is
01:00:33.980 still really really hard
01:00:36.580 try to think about how
01:00:38.260 you can in your small
01:00:40.260 little community where
01:00:41.280 you feel safe can reach
01:00:43.940 out to the men in your
01:00:45.400 life and just help them
01:00:48.660 feel maybe seen for a
01:00:50.040 moment or do little
01:00:54.500 little conversations to
01:00:55.920 help their emotional
01:00:57.000 maturity so that they can
01:00:58.380 reach out to people and
01:00:59.600 have deeper guy friendship
01:01:00.840 now there's a lot in that
01:01:03.960 two-minute monologue that's
01:01:05.080 simply wrong starting with
01:01:06.180 her calling herself a man
01:01:07.200 of course but even the
01:01:08.300 wrong parts reveal
01:01:09.100 something essential if
01:01:10.420 accidentally about manhood
01:01:11.940 about trans ideology about
01:01:14.680 our culture so here's what
01:01:16.720 we're witnessing in this
01:01:17.460 video a woman was driven by
01:01:19.280 her own self-loathing and
01:01:20.360 confusion to reject her
01:01:21.480 womanhood and attempt to
01:01:22.340 become a man she did not
01:01:23.520 succeed in this pursuit and
01:01:24.660 never will but through the
01:01:26.140 help of drugs and surgery she
01:01:27.400 has managed to create a
01:01:28.400 semi-convincing costume of
01:01:30.380 a man it is convincing
01:01:32.320 enough apparently that most
01:01:33.580 people she encounters
01:01:34.440 reflexively accept her and
01:01:36.640 see her as a man and she
01:01:37.980 had imagined that being
01:01:39.600 seen as a man would be a
01:01:40.880 great relief for her a
01:01:41.940 source of peace and
01:01:42.980 freedom but instead she's
01:01:45.500 found that manhood is not
01:01:46.940 the utopian fantasy land that
01:01:48.400 she imagined it would be men
01:01:50.960 in the modern world are as
01:01:52.040 she has discovered often
01:01:53.100 deeply isolated alienated
01:01:54.800 alone it is it is lonely to
01:01:58.520 be a man she says and she's
01:01:59.780 right now she didn't know
01:02:02.700 this before she set out on
01:02:03.860 the fool's errand of
01:02:04.900 transitioning but she has
01:02:06.380 now discovered that men
01:02:07.540 carry a heavy burden a
01:02:09.040 cross that is invisible to
01:02:10.900 many other people many other
01:02:12.380 women now she finds
01:02:14.580 herself shouldering just a
01:02:15.680 portion of that cross and it
01:02:17.440 has broken her she wanted to
01:02:20.360 be a man but was not
01:02:21.380 prepared for what that means
01:02:22.440 and how could she be
01:02:23.120 prepared she wasn't a man
01:02:24.860 therefore could not have
01:02:25.660 possibly known what it was
01:02:26.740 like to be one what it
01:02:27.960 would be like to be one
01:02:29.280 and she still doesn't know
01:02:31.080 because she still isn't
01:02:32.140 one she says that women
01:02:34.500 are deeper and more
01:02:35.780 emotionally mature which is
01:02:37.560 why it's much less lonely
01:02:38.600 to be a woman but that
01:02:40.220 isn't true I mean women
01:02:41.320 aren't deeper and more
01:02:42.380 mature they're just
01:02:43.380 different they are women
01:02:45.060 they're more relational by
01:02:47.600 nature they're more
01:02:48.260 empathetic they're more
01:02:49.100 affectionate they're more
01:02:49.900 emotional they're softer in
01:02:51.860 many ways women are more
01:02:54.020 fragile because it is
01:02:55.820 easier to hurt a woman
01:02:57.220 physically and emotionally
01:02:58.500 this this all can be a
01:03:02.320 source of frustration for us
01:03:03.760 as men but it's also what we
01:03:06.220 love about women we love
01:03:07.480 women because women are
01:03:09.060 women they're not us
01:03:10.120 they're different they have
01:03:11.020 a different way of being of
01:03:12.480 existing in the universe they
01:03:14.620 bring another dimension into
01:03:16.060 our lives and we sense that we
01:03:17.340 need that dimension to be
01:03:18.360 truly whole a healthy man
01:03:20.720 doesn't want to be a woman
01:03:22.080 he doesn't want to adopt her
01:03:23.700 ways and her manner of
01:03:24.720 thinking much less her body
01:03:25.860 but he does want to be he
01:03:27.400 wants to be with a woman he
01:03:29.680 wants not to become her but
01:03:31.540 to be united with her and I
01:03:35.060 can say this about the inner
01:03:36.200 life of a man because I am one
01:03:37.860 James quote-unquote misses all
01:03:40.740 of this because she isn't
01:03:42.640 instead she surmises that we're
01:03:44.660 simply shallow and emotionally
01:03:46.000 immature which is exactly the
01:03:47.800 kind of patronizing contemptuous
01:03:49.560 anti-male cliche that
01:03:51.080 contributes to the isolation
01:03:52.760 and loneliness that she's
01:03:53.760 complaining about now it may
01:03:56.340 be true of some men on an
01:03:57.540 individual basis yeah there are
01:03:58.680 immature men out there but
01:04:01.220 generally speaking it's not a
01:04:02.240 lack of depth that causes men
01:04:03.800 to be quieter more stoic more
01:04:05.440 reserved more distant and it's
01:04:07.860 not even the intentional
01:04:08.760 alienation and marginalization of
01:04:10.440 an aggressively anti-male
01:04:11.720 masculinity hating culture though
01:04:13.300 that is part of the story some of
01:04:15.360 what James is tapping into or at
01:04:17.180 least for the first time
01:04:17.960 noticing has been an immutable
01:04:20.380 aspect of manhood for as long as
01:04:22.080 the human species has existed
01:04:23.440 there is indeed more to being a
01:04:26.560 man than simply having male
01:04:28.260 reproductive organs and
01:04:29.720 chromosomes there is also the
01:04:30.900 actual experience of being a man
01:04:34.700 the inner life of a man which
01:04:36.480 runs much deeper than quote-unquote
01:04:38.580 James understands even now a man I
01:04:42.960 think tends to be among other
01:04:45.860 things more in tune with the
01:04:48.780 harshest aspects of reality he is
01:04:51.020 uniquely called to confront the
01:04:53.400 darkness in the world and uniquely
01:04:55.560 equipped to for this calling you
01:04:58.480 know uniquely equipped to handle all
01:05:00.880 of this it's not that we don't feel
01:05:05.040 anything we do feel and we feel with
01:05:08.260 great depth but we carry those
01:05:09.760 feelings differently and often we
01:05:12.220 carry it in silence alone this is
01:05:15.820 how we're wired and the world needs
01:05:18.560 us to be wired this way women are
01:05:21.340 also oriented more towards community
01:05:23.180 they build and depend upon
01:05:24.640 relationships men are more solitary
01:05:27.500 by nature again these differences
01:05:29.100 are hardwired you know when we say
01:05:32.240 that that men shouldn't cry it's not
01:05:34.980 just a joke there's an important
01:05:36.920 truth there like really men should not
01:05:39.320 cry there's actually that's an
01:05:40.360 actual thing it's not just a some
01:05:43.360 kind of macho cliche because the
01:05:46.640 world needs men to pick up their
01:05:48.900 burdens shoulder them quietly and get
01:05:51.900 on with business the more that men
01:05:53.320 become emotional and soft the more
01:05:56.100 that society ceases to function as it
01:05:58.040 should we need emotion and softness in
01:06:00.100 the world that's why we have women we
01:06:01.980 also need toughness and hardness and
01:06:03.640 that's why we're supposed to have men
01:06:04.940 the men who fulfill this duty are
01:06:07.920 accused of being unfeeling or lacking
01:06:09.800 depth but the truth is that they have
01:06:12.980 a depth that people like James can't
01:06:15.060 even begin to comprehend and she
01:06:18.020 probably never will she has accessed
01:06:21.420 only the surface level of the male
01:06:23.400 experience and she's already fleeing
01:06:25.500 for the hills if she ever got the
01:06:28.000 entire thing I mean if she could ever
01:06:29.600 actually fully inhabit the mind and the
01:06:34.360 inner life of a man it would be it would
01:06:36.320 be torture for her as it would be for
01:06:38.860 any woman that's because women are not
01:06:42.320 meant to carry the burden of manhood any
01:06:44.360 more than men are meant to carry the
01:06:45.720 burden of womanhood we are where we
01:06:47.940 belong already which is the identity
01:06:51.360 that we were born with we cannot
01:06:54.040 comprehend what it's really like to
01:06:55.820 have any other identity as for James she
01:07:01.440 will not allow herself to comprehend
01:07:03.440 anything really because she gets close
01:07:05.200 to partially understanding but then
01:07:08.120 she makes a left turn and runs away
01:07:09.600 that's why at the end she makes sure to
01:07:11.860 clarify that women and allegedly
01:07:13.380 marginalized minorities are still
01:07:14.860 totally justified in treating cisgender
01:07:17.520 quote-unquote white males like dirt
01:07:19.260 she was nearly on the verge of
01:07:21.880 discovering that we are human beings
01:07:23.700 that we have feelings that we suffer
01:07:26.420 or her ideology won't allow her to
01:07:29.180 finish connecting the dots so it's all
01:07:31.980 futile just like her transition it
01:07:35.840 amounts to nothing in the end and that
01:07:38.960 is why she is ultimately in the end
01:07:41.040 still canceled that'll do it for the
