00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Wall Show, another terror attack on an ICE facility.
00:00:03.160 ICE has been under siege by left-wing radicals for months.
00:00:05.940 In fact, the entire country has been under siege for months.
00:00:08.960 We'll talk about it.
00:00:09.600 We'll talk about what should be done to finally put a stop to it.
00:00:12.080 Also, new polling data shows that voters prefer Republicans on nearly every issue,
00:00:16.080 including a few you might not expect.
00:00:18.300 And the rapture was supposed to happen apparently this week.
00:00:21.340 I'm still here, which I guess was to be expected.
00:00:23.620 We'll talk about all that and more today on the Matt Wall Show.
00:00:30.000 We'll talk about it.
00:01:00.060 Advertisers, tech companies, and even government agencies.
00:01:02.560 They're making billions off your privacy while you get nothing in return.
00:01:06.020 The good news, you can protect yourself and you can do it with ExpressVPN.
00:01:09.160 I use ExpressVPN to encrypt my internet connection and keep my browsing private.
00:01:13.420 It's one of the easiest ways to take back control of your digital privacy.
00:01:16.300 ExpressVPN is a virtual private network that reroutes all of your internet activity
00:01:19.860 through secure encrypted servers so no one can see what you're doing online
00:01:23.320 or use the information against you.
00:01:25.240 It also hides your IP address.
00:01:26.480 That's the unique number that identifies you on the internet,
00:01:28.880 which prevents data brokers from building a profile on you.
00:01:32.480 The internet was supposed to give us the freedom to explore and learn as equals,
00:01:35.900 but data brokers undermine that by selling your info to marketers and big tech companies
00:01:40.080 who then control what you see online.
00:01:41.880 The best part is that one subscription protects your whole family.
00:01:44.720 I've used ExpressVPN for years now, and honestly, I wouldn't go online without it.
00:01:49.000 Anytime I'm traveling or doing some show research, I need to access sensitive information on the go.
00:01:54.240 ExpressVPN has become the first thing I turn to keep my data secure.
00:01:58.840 It's incredibly easy to use.
00:02:00.660 Just one tap to connect so even your kids can figure it out.
00:02:03.420 And it works across all your devices, phones, laptops, tablets, TVs, desktops.
00:02:08.400 You can actually have ExpressVPN running up to 14 devices simultaneously.
00:02:11.800 Right now, you can get an extra four months when you use my special link.
00:02:15.900 Go to ExpressVPN.com slash Walsh.
00:02:18.440 You get four extra months of ExpressVPN.
00:02:20.660 That's E-X-P-R-E-S-S-V-P-N dot com slash Walsh.
00:02:25.580 Imagine, if you can, that Kamala Harris had won the last election.
00:02:30.340 In other words, imagine that the same Democrats who ran the Biden administration,
00:02:34.380 the operatives who hunted down the January 6th defendants,
00:02:37.080 who wrote Biden's speeches declaring that MAGA Republicans are the greatest terror threat in the entire country,
00:02:42.720 who launched criminal prosecutions of Donald Trump and his senior advisors,
00:02:46.680 are all still in power.
00:02:48.740 And now imagine that a right-wing radical shoots and kills one of the most influential liberals in the country on camera.
00:02:56.700 And imagine that tens of thousands of other conservatives, just normal people, airline pilots, teachers, politicians, everybody,
00:03:05.840 shamelessly celebrate the assassination and openly call for more of them.
00:03:10.180 And now imagine that in the same week, yet another right-winger shoots up a country club while shouting MAGA.
00:03:16.340 And another right-winger shoots up a news station and leaves behind a manifesto complaining about liberal bias in the media.
00:03:24.120 And then imagine that a Trump supporter plants a bomb underneath one of MSNBC's broadcast vans.
00:03:29.440 And now imagine that a week after all of those attacks, a conservative sniper perched on a rooftop fires into a Planned Parenthood clinic,
00:03:38.740 killing or injuring multiple people.
00:03:40.100 And then imagine that this Planned Parenthood attack was just the latest in a string of them, stretching back several months.
00:03:48.380 Now, in this scenario, is there any doubt how Democrats would respond?
00:03:54.840 Is there any doubt at all that they would wage a full-scale war on conservatives?
00:04:00.440 Have people like me frog-marched in front of cameras and handcuffs and leg irons?
00:04:05.000 Is there any doubt that they would declare martial law and label all right-wing expression incitement?
00:04:12.280 Is there any doubt that they would be rounding up conservatives as we speak by the busload and shipping us to Gitmo?
00:04:21.000 Is there any doubt that they would have Fox News and every other conservative media company shut down
00:04:25.680 and its executives arrested or sued into bankruptcy?
00:04:30.540 Now, I asked this question yesterday on social media, generated a lot of reaction.
00:04:34.000 Will Cain mentioned it on his show on Fox News.
00:04:38.040 But actually, this hypothetical really doesn't go nearly far enough in describing the extent of the left-wing terror campaign that's underway in this country.
00:04:47.300 So let's go through a lengthy but still not exhaustive summary of some recent attacks by left-wing criminals.
00:04:54.000 And we're going to focus solely on attacks on ICE leading up to the latest attack, which, of course, happened yesterday.
00:05:01.900 There have been so many of these attacks that they're almost impossible to keep track of.
00:05:06.380 It's a staggering number.
00:05:07.960 So we'll focus on attacks that took place just in the last four months.
00:05:11.360 So, guys, this is just the last four months and only attacks on ICE.
00:05:15.640 So this is just a small portion of the overall picture.
00:05:19.420 On June 6th in Los Angeles, hundreds of rioters sprayed graffiti on a federal court building and hurled chunks of broken concrete towards officers.
00:05:29.940 Border Patrol officers were pelted with rocks and cement.
00:05:33.140 Per the DOJ's website, more than 1,000 rioters surrounded a DHS branch building, preventing detainees from being processed.
00:05:40.260 And one ICE agent was injured when a rock hit the windshield of his vehicle.
00:05:44.060 One man threw a Molotov cocktail at officers, injuring three deputies.
00:05:47.540 Eventually, as we all remember, the National Guard was called in.
00:05:51.580 On June 18th, hundreds of rioters surrounded an ICE office in South Portland, which is, of course, a hotbed of Antifa terrorism.
00:05:58.900 They spent a week targeting the building with bricks, glass bottles, fireworks.
00:06:04.700 They were not forcibly dispersed at any point.
00:06:08.120 It was a rerun of 2020 when they when they sieged courthouses.
00:06:11.520 In this case, they blocked government vehicles attempting to exit the ICE office.
00:06:15.060 Several rioters assaulted law enforcement, including by shining a laser pointer in an officer's eyes, causing temporary blindness.
00:06:22.460 A day later, a rioter tried to drill plywood doors doors onto the ICE office to trap the officers inside.
00:06:31.460 And that same day, in a separate attack, an illegal alien threw an ICE agent to the ground, knocked her head into the pavement and tore off her body armor.
00:06:40.200 A week later, on June 25th, as reported by Andy Ngo, Antifa zip-tied and barricaded the building and attempted to set the place on fire while dozens of agents were inside.
00:06:51.680 And then on July 4th, more than a dozen Antifa terrorists carrying body armor and radios and firearms launched an attack on an ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Texas.
00:07:01.000 They used fireworks as a distraction and opened fire from the woods across the street.
00:07:06.080 One officer was shot in the neck but survived.
00:07:08.680 More than 20 rounds were fired.
00:07:10.700 Three days later, a gunman shot a police officer in the leg at the entrance of a Border Patrol annex in McAllen, Texas.
00:07:18.580 One Border Patrol officer and one Border Patrol employee were injured as well.
00:07:23.020 Meanwhile, as all this is going on, ICE agents are being doxed.
00:07:27.920 Their home addresses are being posted on Antifa websites.
00:07:31.440 In one case, trash was dumped on an officer's front lawn.
00:07:34.180 And on July 14th, a congressman named Salud Carbajal joined a mob that attacked immigration authorities as they served a search warrant at a marijuana facility.
00:07:44.080 According to DHS, the lawmaker doxed an ICE employee who was subsequently attacked by rioters and sent to the emergency room.
00:07:50.860 On July 31st, two aliens tried to ram a car into ICE officers in Colorado.
00:07:58.280 On August 2nd, a rioter threw a rock through the window of an ICE office in Washington State.
00:08:04.060 They also set fire to the premises.
00:08:06.820 And then on August 20th, anti-ICE rioters in San Francisco targeted four federal agents with pepper spray,
00:08:14.180 slashed the tire of a government vehicle, and threatened to stab a law enforcement official.
00:08:18.660 Five days later, a suspect made bomb threats against an ICE facility in Dallas.
00:08:24.580 And then four days after that, a woman tried to run over a Border Patrol agent who was arresting illegal aliens in Maine.
00:08:30.880 And that brings us to September 12th, when an illegal alien dragged an ICE officer with his car, causing serious injuries.
00:08:37.080 Two days later, an illegal alien drove his car into an ICE officer before hitting an oncoming car driven by a bystander.
00:08:44.200 And then shortly afterwards, rioters in Broadview, which is in Illinois, threw rocks at police,
00:08:49.740 obstructed vehicles attempting to enter the ICE facility, and launched mortar fireworks at officers.
00:08:55.420 I want you to see how the local ABC affiliate covered this attack, by the way, and the response by ICE.
00:09:01.140 This is important to see.
00:09:02.180 The ABC affiliate goes out of its way to portray ICE as a violent aggressor in this situation,
00:09:07.180 even though they admit that the rioters were committing federal crimes in an attempt to violently interfere with the officers.
00:09:14.360 But this is how these kinds of attacks are covered.
00:09:16.660 Watch.
00:09:17.900 Things escalated very quickly here tonight when just before 8 o'clock,
00:09:22.460 federal law enforcement agents launched several volleys of tear gas into the crowd of protesters
00:09:28.720 that were gathered outside of the detention facility.
00:09:31.980 protesters have been here several times already calling for an end to the immigration enforcement operation now known as Midway Blitz.
00:09:43.500 A cloud of tear gas enveloped the crowd gathered outside Broadview's detention facility tonight.
00:09:49.920 And while a handful of fireworks were launched back in response, most ran from the fumes,
00:09:54.580 some overcome by their toxicity, among them a southside pastor.
00:09:58.760 Not just indiscriminate, but they are laughing as they pepper us with rubber bullets, with pepper balls.
00:10:04.920 They are laughing.
00:10:05.840 They are pointing.
00:10:06.800 They are making a game of it, of assaulting citizens who are peacefully gathered to express our views.
00:10:14.500 Tensions have been building all day.
00:10:17.020 Agents on the detention center's rooftop using what appear to be paintball guns
00:10:21.420 to fire pepper spray pellets at protesters this morning
00:10:24.660 who were attempting to stop vehicles from entering or exiting the facility.
00:10:28.700 Several hours later, another confrontation.
00:10:31.660 A woman blocking the gates, getting shot with the spray-laden pellets close up.
00:10:36.420 They unloaded on her, hit her in the face.
00:10:37.800 I was trying to block her because she was yelling at them.
00:10:40.000 They didn't like that.
00:10:40.700 Brian Brannon himself got hit several times
00:10:43.340 and was briefly hospitalized before coming back to rejoin the protest,
00:10:47.740 his shirt discarded after being soaked in pepper spray.
00:10:50.820 I can go home to my family after this, and the people that are inside there don't.
00:10:55.440 Yes, the people inside the ICE facility committed federal crimes.
00:10:58.940 That's why they're not free to leave.
00:11:01.040 But he's wrong when he says that they don't get to go home.
00:11:04.180 In fact, the entire purpose of ICE is to send these people home.
00:11:08.520 That's kind of the reason that the agency exists in the first place.
00:11:13.300 The whole report is a nauseating and very transparent piece of political propaganda,
00:11:17.840 and it's how pretty much every network is covering ICE and the attacks on ICE.
00:11:23.180 They go out of their way to make excuses for the rioters
00:11:25.360 who are surrounding federal buildings and attacking law enforcement.
00:11:28.160 And then when ICE launches tear gas in response,
00:11:30.920 they pretend it's some highly disproportionate use of force.
00:11:34.440 They accuse the officers of laughing,
00:11:36.860 although strangely enough, they never captured that on film, which is weird.
00:11:40.540 They downplay the obvious attacks, acts of terrorism that are captured on film
00:11:44.780 and portray the use of non-lethal crowd control munitions
00:11:47.780 as some kind of human rights violation.
00:11:50.700 The lies are as overt as they could possibly be,
00:11:54.260 and the media endorses these lies.
00:11:57.600 They are as anti-American as the Antifa communists themselves.
00:12:01.040 They're doing it because they want to encourage more acts of violence.
00:12:05.000 And they know that their actions are very likely to result in more acts of violence.
00:12:10.700 And that's going to be an important point in a moment.
00:12:13.200 But for now, let's get back to the timeline.
00:12:15.300 Because we're not done yet, by the way.
00:12:16.340 We're not done yet.
00:12:17.780 We just spent 10 minutes listing all the ICE attacks in four months.
00:12:21.500 So we're not done.
00:12:23.400 On September 23rd, as reported by Katie Davis Court,
00:12:27.360 Antifa surrounded a federal building in Eugene, Oregon.
00:12:29.620 In the middle of the day, they pounded on the walls,
00:12:32.180 prevented employees from leaving.
00:12:34.440 And you can see those images on your screen right now.
00:12:36.420 They're clearly trying to intimidate everybody inside the building.
00:12:39.360 This went on for hours.
00:12:40.860 It took several hours for authorities to begin making arrests for some reason.
00:12:46.400 But even then, they didn't haul everyone away in handcuffs.
00:12:49.080 They made targeted arrests, probably because they didn't have the manpower to do anything else,
00:12:53.420 which is not a deterrent.
00:12:55.220 And it's not effective.
00:12:56.760 And Antifa knows it.
00:12:57.700 So the attacks have continued.
00:13:00.300 And that brings us to yesterday, which, as we've discussed,
00:13:04.060 a rooftop sniper with a history of communist posts on social media,
00:13:08.660 a left-winger for sure,
00:13:11.100 opened fire on an ICE facility in Dallas in yet another act of left-wing terrorism.
00:13:15.860 He wrote the words anti-ICE on his ammunition.
00:13:18.720 He reportedly hated Donald Trump.
00:13:21.920 The information was just released by the FBI, in fact, just a few minutes ago,
00:13:27.720 showing that this person was inspired by the Charlie Kirk assassin,
00:13:33.360 was looking up videos of that assassination,
00:13:36.340 and was inspired to emulate it.
00:13:38.040 So this is a copycat attack inspired by the other left-wing assassin.
00:13:41.880 But in this case, when the guy opened fire, he apparently missed his targets
00:13:46.700 and ended up hitting illegal aliens instead.
00:13:50.140 So the only people he killed were the detainees.
00:13:53.000 Watch.
00:13:54.020 Here's what we know now is that police first got calls about this shooting
00:13:57.800 just about 6.30 this morning.
00:13:59.860 This is at the facility just off I-35, also known as Stimmons Freeway,
00:14:04.540 not far from downtown Dallas.
00:14:07.420 When Dallas officers got there,
00:14:09.040 they found four people shot, including the shooter.
00:14:12.260 The other three people shot were ICE detainees.
00:14:15.180 One is confirmed dead.
00:14:16.800 Two others are critically injured.
00:14:18.740 Earlier, authorities said two detainees were killed,
00:14:21.700 but they have since revised that downward.
00:14:24.260 Police say 29-year-old Joshua Yon opened fire,
00:14:27.380 striking an unmarked van at the immigration detention center.
00:14:30.960 Here's the only photo that we have right now of that suspected shooter.
00:14:34.660 This is a mugshot from 2015 for an unrelated arrest.
00:14:39.740 This arrest was for possession of marijuana out of Cullen County.
00:14:43.660 Police say he killed himself before officers arrived today
00:14:47.480 as he was perched on a roof of a nearby building.
00:14:51.180 The director of the FBI has shared this picture of evidence
00:14:54.700 found at the scene of ammunition with anti-ICE messaging.
00:14:58.200 So, by my count, this is the fourth act of left-wing terrorism
00:15:02.860 in just the past year in which the shooter has written left-wing messaging on the bullets.
00:15:09.460 Luigi Mangione did that.
00:15:11.500 The trans-terrorist who shot up the Christian church did it.
00:15:14.900 Charlie Kirk's assassin did that.
00:15:17.200 And now this ICE shooter did it.
00:15:18.620 So, we have a very well-established MO.
00:15:22.520 And in these cases and many others,
00:15:24.740 the targets have been vilified by left-wing organizations
00:15:27.500 and social media platforms and the media,
00:15:29.820 which openly encourage precisely this kind of violence.
00:15:34.080 And that's not even getting into all the other attacks
00:15:36.500 by left-wing terrorists that don't involve ICE,
00:15:39.040 including the attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh,
00:15:41.220 the murder of those two embassy staffers,
00:15:42.980 the arson attack in the park in Colorado,
00:15:45.920 and on and on and on.
00:15:46.840 I mean, we could spend the next hour
00:15:48.620 listing all the left-wing attacks in this country
00:15:50.640 in just the past year.
00:15:53.180 We are well past the point
00:15:54.840 where the federal government should take decisive action,
00:15:57.460 must take decisive action,
00:15:58.900 to shut down every single one of these organizations and platforms.
00:16:04.460 Donald Trump has declared Antifa a domestic terrorist group.
00:16:07.280 That's already happened.
00:16:09.100 But so far, the government is not actually treating
00:16:11.760 these left-wing militants as terrorists.
00:16:14.820 So, was that a symbolic designation or was it a meaningful one?
00:16:20.600 Was there any practical implication to being designated a terrorist group?
00:16:25.780 You would think there would be.
00:16:28.280 If it was meaningful, then why is Antifa allowed to surround a federal building
00:16:31.800 for even one second?
00:16:34.740 How is there not an overwhelming law enforcement response
00:16:37.140 immediately arresting every single person there?
00:16:40.300 Why isn't every single one of these militants,
00:16:44.120 including that lying pastor,
00:16:45.680 in solitary confinement right now?
00:16:49.260 Why weren't they all arrested and sent to Guantanamo Bay
00:16:51.700 to await trial?
00:16:53.360 And they're terrorists, right?
00:16:56.960 And for that matter,
00:16:58.000 why are websites like Reddit
00:16:59.320 allowed to openly encourage acts of political violence?
00:17:02.000 I mean, pretty much the whole site is like this.
00:17:06.100 This is not legal.
00:17:08.400 You cannot create a platform to host incitement to violence
00:17:13.120 and people where people can talk about who they want to kill.
00:17:16.460 That's not legal.
00:17:17.800 That's not free speech.
00:17:20.520 On Reddit, 99% of the content about ICE
00:17:23.100 involves either a flagrant smear about the organization
00:17:25.480 saying they're kidnapping babies or whatever,
00:17:27.280 or, even more commonly,
00:17:29.980 it's an explicit incitement to violence.
00:17:33.360 So, for example,
00:17:34.020 this is one of the most popular stories on Reddit this week.
00:17:36.720 It's from NBC News.
00:17:38.340 This was the headline, quote,
00:17:39.980 ICE held five-year-old autistic girl in Massachusetts
00:17:42.280 to pressure father to surrender, family says.
00:17:46.580 So they held the girl pressuring the father.
00:17:48.560 It's like holding the girl hostage.
00:17:51.260 Well, if you're a moron
00:17:52.560 and you just believe a headline like that,
00:17:54.780 take it, take it at face value,
00:17:58.080 then it sounds pretty bad.
00:18:00.380 But it wasn't remotely true.
00:18:02.380 NBC now admits that.
00:18:03.840 They've changed the headline to read,
00:18:05.820 video shows ICE with five-year-old girl
00:18:07.820 while agents attempt to arrest her father.
00:18:10.460 And they admit, in a correction,
00:18:11.780 that they had mischaracterized what ICE was doing.
00:18:15.540 But, of course, they knew what they were doing.
00:18:18.020 They knew that the illegal alien,
00:18:19.700 who had prior arrests for domestic abuse and strangulation,
00:18:22.340 had abandoned his own child in his car,
00:18:24.780 they knew that ICE,
00:18:26.420 far from holding the child hostage,
00:18:28.300 was saving the child.
00:18:30.800 But they reported it a lie anyway.
00:18:33.660 Why did they do that?
00:18:35.500 Because of this.
00:18:36.420 Because they want exactly what I just laid out.
00:18:38.480 Because they want more violence.
00:18:40.240 This is, that is the,
00:18:41.920 that is the point.
00:18:43.380 That is why they're doing it.
00:18:47.240 And, uh,
00:18:48.360 and, and it would cause more left-wing terrorists on Reddit
00:18:51.000 to demand more violence.
00:18:52.700 Which they did.
00:18:54.040 So here's just a sampling of what I'm talking about.
00:18:56.240 Uh,
00:18:56.420 an account on X collected many of these.
00:18:59.140 And each one of these sentences
00:19:00.640 is a separate post on Reddit.
00:19:02.660 Okay?
00:19:02.980 So these are multiple people.
00:19:04.120 And we're just going to go through the quotes.
00:19:05.440 This is what they're saying.
00:19:06.260 People need to start blasting.
00:19:10.180 Shoot first.
00:19:10.980 Ask later.
00:19:12.300 Those are kidnappers.
00:19:13.440 Take them out.
00:19:14.740 They pushed us to the point of violence.
00:19:17.560 Those agents should be handcuffed behind their backs
00:19:19.840 and given a 10-second head start.
00:19:22.040 They've made the first shot.
00:19:23.380 Now it's time to return the favor.
00:19:25.560 Let's escalate.
00:19:26.900 Smoke the mother effers.
00:19:28.440 They shot first.
00:19:29.940 Now it's open season on ice.
00:19:31.820 Now again,
00:19:33.900 those are all separate comments.
00:19:36.000 They're all highly upvoted,
00:19:37.620 meaning they're popular with the community.
00:19:40.760 This is not legitimate
00:19:42.300 or legal political discourse.
00:19:44.780 You're actually not allowed to do this.
00:19:48.600 This is against the law.
00:19:50.660 You can go to prison.
00:19:52.040 You should go to prison
00:19:53.280 for going on the internet and saying,
00:19:56.360 yeah, we need to start killing these federal agents.
00:20:01.180 None of these people are advancing a political opinion.
00:20:04.380 These are actual direct threats of violence
00:20:07.780 that qualify as incitement under the law.
00:20:10.280 In this country,
00:20:10.820 the freedom of speech does not include
00:20:12.360 the right to call for violence
00:20:14.140 with the intent of causing imminent violence
00:20:15.900 if that statement is indeed likely
00:20:17.660 to cause imminent violence.
00:20:18.960 That's where the line is.
00:20:21.280 It's a very clear line.
00:20:22.460 And as we've seen very clearly,
00:20:24.100 leftists have crossed that line repeatedly.
00:20:27.820 Reddit will ban virtually all conservative speech
00:20:30.260 no matter how tame it is.
00:20:32.640 But they'll tolerate criminal activity like this.
00:20:35.860 That needs to end.
00:20:37.660 Reddit should not be allowed
00:20:39.580 to allow this kind of speech.
00:20:41.780 There's all of the pretense that you need legally
00:20:49.160 to start making arrests.
00:20:50.920 Start making arrests of the users
00:20:52.600 and of the people running the platform.
00:20:56.460 And yet it's not happening.
00:20:57.800 You know, federal funding for most universities,
00:21:03.280 including Georgetown,
00:21:04.580 should come to an end.
00:21:06.340 This is an actual sign
00:21:07.380 that's currently hanging outside
00:21:08.520 several dorms at Georgetown.
00:21:09.980 It reads,
00:21:10.720 Hey, fascists, catch!
00:21:11.840 The only political group that celebrates
00:21:13.540 when Nazis die.
00:21:17.180 So they're quoting the message
00:21:18.440 that Charlie Kirk's murderer
00:21:19.360 used on his bullet.
00:21:20.160 And they're directing students
00:21:22.780 to join something called
00:21:23.840 the John Brown Gun Club,
00:21:25.620 which is a communist group
00:21:26.720 that's popular with Antifa.
00:21:28.420 If you follow the QR code on that flyer,
00:21:30.460 here's what you'll see.
00:21:31.660 It takes you to a website
00:21:32.720 that reads,
00:21:33.500 quote,
00:21:34.000 We're building a community
00:21:34.880 that's done with ceremonial resistance
00:21:36.660 and strongly worded letters.
00:21:38.960 If you want to make a real change
00:21:40.240 in your community,
00:21:41.200 let us know below.
00:21:42.120 Again, this is not legal.
00:21:46.540 Everybody involved should be in prison.
00:21:49.000 Why are they not currently in prison?
00:21:51.680 They are openly recruiting assassins
00:21:54.220 on the campus of a major American university,
00:21:56.940 one that receives hundreds of millions
00:21:58.720 of dollars in federal funding.
00:22:00.400 This is incitement.
00:22:02.300 Everybody involved in producing that flyer,
00:22:05.320 everybody in the organization,
00:22:07.560 everyone at Georgetown
00:22:08.400 that allowed this to happen
00:22:10.220 should all be arrested.
00:22:14.840 It's not legal in this country
00:22:16.420 to post a flyer that reads,
00:22:18.360 Now hiring people
00:22:19.200 who want to kill Republicans.
00:22:21.380 And that's effectively
00:22:22.380 what this sign is.
00:22:24.040 I mean, not effectively.
00:22:24.860 That's what the sign is.
00:22:27.920 A threat of violence
00:22:28.900 doesn't literally have to be,
00:22:30.900 we're going to kill you.
00:22:32.180 If you send a conservative a note
00:22:33.820 with a quote from Charlie Kirk's assassin
00:22:35.360 and you tell them that,
00:22:36.500 you know, the time for debate is over
00:22:37.980 and that you're joining
00:22:39.400 a socialist gun club,
00:22:41.520 that's a threat.
00:22:43.180 Obviously.
00:22:44.780 It's a threat to every conservative
00:22:46.480 at Georgetown
00:22:46.980 and the FBI needs to act accordingly.
00:22:50.920 But as of now,
00:22:52.700 that's not happening.
00:22:54.860 Georgetown didn't even take the flyer down.
00:22:57.020 Why would they?
00:22:58.540 Their administration presumably
00:22:59.900 endorses political violence too.
00:23:01.900 They certainly endorse it.
00:23:03.700 So does the National Democrat Party.
00:23:06.820 This is not hyperbole.
00:23:09.740 Nearly everyone who runs
00:23:10.880 the National Democrat Party
00:23:11.940 is perfectly fine with ICE officers
00:23:14.240 being shot and killed.
00:23:15.500 Like all of them are.
00:23:17.480 The entire administration of Georgetown
00:23:19.220 would be perfectly fine with it.
00:23:20.620 They'd love to see it happen.
00:23:22.060 That's what we're dealing with.
00:23:23.780 These are not just people on Reddit.
00:23:25.600 These are people running
00:23:26.380 these organizations.
00:23:27.560 They want this to happen.
00:23:29.180 They are bloodthirsty maniacs
00:23:30.920 and they want people to die.
00:23:34.180 Just the other day,
00:23:35.040 Gavin Newsom declared that ICE
00:23:36.340 is authoritarian
00:23:37.020 and that the Trump administration
00:23:38.560 is an illegitimate government
00:23:40.100 that's going to suspend
00:23:41.460 elections in the country.
00:23:43.300 Democrats want more national violence.
00:23:46.060 Just as we saw in 2020.
00:23:47.560 And they're getting it.
00:23:50.140 If we want to have a First Amendment
00:23:51.560 for much longer,
00:23:52.540 there needs to be a full-scale crackdown
00:23:54.720 on left-wing radicals
00:23:56.020 before this terror campaign
00:23:57.320 progresses any further.
00:24:00.360 If the FBI could round up
00:24:01.840 grandmothers in Alaska
00:24:03.020 who walked around
00:24:03.820 the Capitol building
00:24:04.580 on January 6th,
00:24:05.740 if they could concoct
00:24:07.540 a fake sting operation
00:24:09.120 to catch random hobos
00:24:10.480 who supposedly wanted
00:24:11.260 to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer,
00:24:12.900 then they can certainly find
00:24:15.420 every single one of these people
00:24:16.780 posting these death threats
00:24:17.900 and flyers.
00:24:19.940 Every single one of them.
00:24:21.800 And arrest them all.
00:24:25.000 Executive orders
00:24:25.800 are not going to be enough.
00:24:28.920 These people,
00:24:29.800 the left-wing terrorists
00:24:32.300 have declared war
00:24:33.460 on the United States.
00:24:34.740 Well, the United States
00:24:35.420 should declare war on them.
00:24:38.220 Every militant
00:24:38.960 who commits,
00:24:39.720 facilitates,
00:24:40.400 funds,
00:24:40.880 coordinates,
00:24:41.460 or incites political violence
00:24:42.740 must be treated
00:24:44.120 exactly as we would treat
00:24:45.900 any American
00:24:46.740 who did any of that
00:24:48.440 for ISIS or Al-Qaeda.
00:24:51.260 They are contributing
00:24:52.360 material support
00:24:53.260 to a terrorist enterprise.
00:24:54.580 They are providing aid
00:24:55.460 and comfort to the enemy.
00:24:57.360 And they should be treated
00:24:58.540 accordingly.
00:25:00.780 Exactly as we would treat
00:25:02.040 anyone who affiliated
00:25:03.340 themselves with Al-Qaeda
00:25:04.120 is precisely what we should do
00:25:05.760 with these people.
00:25:08.200 And yes,
00:25:08.860 I'm well aware
00:25:09.420 that the word incitement
00:25:10.340 gets tossed around a lot
00:25:11.640 to justify unconstitutional
00:25:12.960 crackdowns on speech
00:25:14.000 all the time.
00:25:14.960 Most of the time
00:25:15.880 when speech is labeled
00:25:16.620 incitement these days,
00:25:17.740 it's bogus.
00:25:19.140 I've been accused
00:25:19.940 of incitement
00:25:20.480 for stating basic facts
00:25:21.680 about biology.
00:25:24.080 I've been accused
00:25:24.880 of stochastic terrorism
00:25:26.300 for saying that,
00:25:28.140 you know,
00:25:29.100 a hospital
00:25:29.760 is chemically
00:25:31.340 castrating children
00:25:32.260 when in fact
00:25:33.140 that is what
00:25:33.540 they were doing.
00:25:36.480 But incitement
00:25:37.520 is a real thing.
00:25:39.460 Even though it's misused,
00:25:40.940 the term,
00:25:41.540 it is a real thing.
00:25:42.480 The fact that the left
00:25:43.300 has misused the term
00:25:44.360 endlessly and maliciously
00:25:45.820 does not neutralize
00:25:46.900 the concept of incitement.
00:25:48.420 And it doesn't mean
00:25:49.080 we can't prosecute it.
00:25:50.820 There is a legal precedent
00:25:52.120 on this.
00:25:52.840 There are laws
00:25:53.540 on the books.
00:25:54.720 We should use them.
00:25:56.420 But,
00:25:58.140 when you go around
00:25:58.720 claiming that ICE agents
00:25:59.620 are Gestapo,
00:26:00.540 that they're kidnapping
00:26:01.260 innocent autistic children,
00:26:02.940 that it's time
00:26:03.420 to start blasting,
00:26:05.100 you're openly inviting
00:26:06.680 and encouraging violence.
00:26:08.180 When you call
00:26:08.580 your opponents Nazis,
00:26:09.880 when you casually
00:26:10.580 accuse them of genocide,
00:26:12.180 when you accuse them
00:26:12.960 of trying to bring back
00:26:14.760 Jim Crow or slavery,
00:26:16.020 you are inviting
00:26:16.920 and encouraging genocide.
00:26:18.180 When you celebrate
00:26:18.740 and justify assassinations
00:26:19.980 and then provide
00:26:21.000 a list of people
00:26:21.620 who should be hit next
00:26:23.020 as they did with Charlie
00:26:24.480 and the healthcare executive,
00:26:25.660 you are inviting
00:26:26.660 and encouraging violence.
00:26:28.140 When you post a flyer
00:26:29.480 on a college campus
00:26:30.280 telling people
00:26:30.700 to join your militant
00:26:31.660 firearms organization
00:26:32.600 because debate
00:26:33.560 doesn't work anymore
00:26:34.460 and you cite the words
00:26:36.240 of a political assassin,
00:26:37.380 you are inviting
00:26:38.220 and encouraging violence.
00:26:40.280 Now,
00:26:40.800 some of the examples
00:26:41.460 I just gave
00:26:42.240 probably don't cross the line
00:26:43.720 into legal incitement.
00:26:45.680 Calling your opponent
00:26:46.600 a Nazi,
00:26:47.320 saying that person's
00:26:48.000 a Nazi,
00:26:48.620 falsely,
00:26:50.580 is effectively incitement.
00:26:52.280 I mean,
00:26:52.440 you are saying that
00:26:53.800 because you want
00:26:54.300 that person to be killed.
00:26:56.260 That's what you're doing.
00:26:58.920 Now,
00:26:59.400 something like that
00:27:00.200 you probably can't prosecute,
00:27:01.920 but a lot of those examples
00:27:04.180 are,
00:27:05.400 can be prosecuted,
00:27:06.620 legal incitement.
00:27:09.120 And all of those things
00:27:10.920 are intended to lay
00:27:11.840 the groundwork for violence.
00:27:13.200 They should all be
00:27:13.820 loudly condemned
00:27:14.700 and whatever qualifies
00:27:16.020 as legal incitement,
00:27:17.620 which is a lot of it,
00:27:19.420 should be prosecuted as such.
00:27:20.960 Now,
00:27:22.960 to be clear,
00:27:23.640 I'm not even advocating
00:27:25.440 for Republicans
00:27:26.100 to do everything
00:27:27.080 that Democrats would do
00:27:28.120 if the roles were reversed.
00:27:31.420 Yes,
00:27:31.980 they would haul
00:27:32.580 every Republican
00:27:33.360 directly into a gulag
00:27:34.800 if they had the opportunity,
00:27:36.340 whether or not
00:27:36.860 they made any threats.
00:27:38.860 If anything like this
00:27:40.420 was happening
00:27:41.000 on the right,
00:27:42.120 anything like it,
00:27:43.880 where you had
00:27:44.560 this epidemic
00:27:47.300 of right-wing
00:27:48.120 political violence
00:27:49.120 coupled with
00:27:50.360 hundreds of thousands
00:27:52.360 of conservatives
00:27:53.120 openly calling
00:27:54.280 for more violence,
00:27:54.980 if anything like that
00:27:55.860 was happening
00:27:56.280 and Democrats
00:27:56.720 had power,
00:27:58.020 it would just be,
00:27:59.640 it would just be over.
00:28:02.380 Like,
00:28:02.660 you would not be allowed
00:28:03.520 to be a conservative
00:28:04.420 in this country anymore.
00:28:07.980 They would throw
00:28:08.900 the rules out,
00:28:10.720 they would chuck
00:28:11.580 the Constitution
00:28:12.200 into a wood chipper,
00:28:13.280 and they would ruthlessly
00:28:16.740 persecute
00:28:17.420 every single one of us
00:28:18.720 if conservatives
00:28:19.820 engaged in the kind
00:28:20.940 of systematic
00:28:21.620 campaign of political
00:28:22.900 terrorism
00:28:23.340 that the left
00:28:24.040 is currently conducting.
00:28:26.460 But,
00:28:27.280 that doesn't mean
00:28:28.480 that we should do
00:28:28.980 the same.
00:28:30.200 I believe
00:28:31.080 in the rule of law.
00:28:33.480 Even though
00:28:34.160 they would
00:28:34.780 mercilessly
00:28:36.360 persecute
00:28:37.300 all of us
00:28:38.300 if this was happening
00:28:40.340 on the right,
00:28:40.880 I don't want to see
00:28:42.000 anybody persecuted.
00:28:44.480 What I do want
00:28:45.620 and what we all want
00:28:47.680 or what all
00:28:49.060 decent Americans want
00:28:50.140 is for the Trump
00:28:50.700 administration
00:28:51.060 to do absolutely
00:28:52.240 everything legally
00:28:53.500 in its power
00:28:54.380 to prosecute,
00:28:56.300 not persecute,
00:28:57.520 prosecute
00:28:58.220 and punish
00:28:58.940 every leftist
00:29:00.560 responsible for
00:29:01.340 committing,
00:29:02.000 coordinating,
00:29:03.000 funding,
00:29:03.920 encouraging,
00:29:04.920 inciting
00:29:05.500 this epidemic
00:29:07.100 of political violence.
00:29:08.720 I want them to
00:29:09.760 actually treat
00:29:10.560 Antifa
00:29:11.100 like the terrorist
00:29:11.820 organization
00:29:12.440 that it is
00:29:13.280 and handle
00:29:15.200 its adherents
00:29:15.920 and affiliates
00:29:16.660 the same way
00:29:17.420 we handle
00:29:17.880 ISIS and Al-Qaeda.
00:29:20.780 Don't shy away
00:29:21.760 from prosecuting
00:29:22.440 terrorists
00:29:22.860 and criminals
00:29:23.400 who are obviously
00:29:24.280 inciting and committing
00:29:25.140 violence.
00:29:27.660 Now is the time.
00:29:30.180 I mean,
00:29:30.440 at this rate,
00:29:31.080 we can't go two days
00:29:32.080 without another
00:29:32.740 left-wing terrorist
00:29:33.480 attack.
00:29:34.100 At this point,
00:29:34.900 it is not a question
00:29:35.640 of whether or not
00:29:36.560 there will be
00:29:37.360 another left-wing
00:29:38.660 terrorist attack,
00:29:39.440 whether or not
00:29:40.680 there will be
00:29:41.420 another high-profile
00:29:42.780 conservative
00:29:43.340 shot and killed.
00:29:45.080 It's not a question
00:29:45.960 of whether
00:29:46.500 this will happen.
00:29:47.280 It's only a question
00:29:47.840 of when it will happen.
00:29:50.760 And my bet is
00:29:51.900 that all that stuff
00:29:52.760 is going to happen
00:29:53.200 again very soon.
00:29:55.660 This is unsustainable
00:29:57.120 by any metric.
00:29:59.300 Lives hang
00:30:00.060 in the balance.
00:30:01.480 We must act.
00:30:03.660 Crush the terrorists.
00:30:04.840 Do it now.
00:30:06.340 There is no more
00:30:07.120 time to waste.

00:31:12.560 Nearly half of
00:31:13.400 American adults say
00:31:14.420 that they would
00:31:15.200 suffer financial
00:31:15.820 hardship within
00:31:16.420 six months if they
00:31:17.300 lost their primary
00:31:18.120 income earner.
00:31:19.080 As a father and
00:31:19.660 husband, I know how
00:31:20.400 important it is to
00:31:21.080 protect my family's
00:31:22.020 financial future if
00:31:22.880 the worst were to
00:31:23.440 happen.

00:32:29.360 That's
00:32:29.500 policygenius.com
00:32:31.100 slash Walsh.
00:32:32.820 So we don't spend
00:32:33.860 much time on polling
00:32:35.020 data on this show,
00:32:36.380 but this one is
00:32:37.260 interesting.
00:32:37.820 This is Reuters,
00:32:38.760 certainly not a
00:32:39.400 conservative outlet
00:32:40.240 by any measure,
00:32:43.720 but they polled
00:32:44.580 a sampling of voters
00:32:46.360 or I guess potential
00:32:47.680 voters, adults in
00:32:49.220 America, and asked
00:32:50.600 them which party has
00:32:51.940 a better plan on a
00:32:53.740 host of issues.
00:32:54.580 So we'll put this up
00:32:55.300 on the screen and
00:32:55.820 you can see it.
00:32:56.380 You can see the
00:32:57.620 graph here
00:33:00.780 and you go down
00:33:02.680 the list, right?
00:33:03.620 It gives you the
00:33:04.080 issue and then what
00:33:05.320 percentage think that
00:33:06.500 Republicans or
00:33:07.260 Democrats have the
00:33:07.960 better plan.
00:33:09.760 So crime,
00:33:11.040 Republicans 40%,
00:33:12.340 Democrats 20,
00:33:13.260 immigration,
00:33:13.900 Republicans 40%,
00:33:14.920 Democrats 22,
00:33:16.460 foreign conflicts,
00:33:17.540 Republicans 35%,
00:33:18.800 Democrats 23%,
00:33:20.040 U.S.
00:33:20.420 economy,
00:33:21.520 Republicans 34%,
00:33:23.920 Democrats 24%,
00:33:25.400 gun control,
00:33:27.060 Republicans 32%,
00:33:28.500 Democrats 28%,
00:33:29.940 political extremism,
00:33:31.700 Republicans 30%,
00:33:33.060 Democrats 26%,
00:33:34.480 respect for democracy,
00:33:36.540 Republicans 29%,
00:33:37.820 Democrats 31%,
00:33:39.540 so they're slightly
00:33:40.680 ahead there,
00:33:41.800 corruption,
00:33:42.740 Republicans 27%,
00:33:43.800 Democrats 21%,
00:33:44.960 healthcare,
00:33:46.520 Republicans 25%,
00:33:47.700 Democrats 34%,
00:33:48.400 women's rights,
00:33:50.720 Republicans 25%,
00:33:52.000 Democrats 38%,
00:33:53.400 and then the
00:33:56.100 environment,
00:33:56.600 Republicans 23%,
00:33:57.700 Democrats 37%.
00:33:59.400 So Republicans have
00:34:00.920 the better plan,
00:34:01.680 according to these
00:34:03.180 respondents,
00:34:05.260 have the better plan
00:34:07.140 on everything but
00:34:09.280 respect for democracy,
00:34:11.040 healthcare,
00:34:11.720 women's rights,
00:34:12.380 and the environment.
00:34:13.840 Now, never mind the
00:34:14.580 fact that obviously
00:34:15.280 Democrats don't
00:34:16.180 respect democracy at
00:34:17.300 all.
00:34:18.980 They're also awful on
00:34:20.220 healthcare,
00:34:20.540 and the only woman's
00:34:22.180 right that they care
00:34:23.040 about is the right to
00:34:24.000 murder your child,
00:34:24.980 and they don't really
00:34:26.400 care about the
00:34:26.920 environment either.
00:34:27.680 It's just a tool.
00:34:28.480 It's a Trojan horse for
00:34:29.420 the communist agenda.
00:34:30.400 But never mind all
00:34:31.020 that.
00:34:31.200 The point is that
00:34:31.700 Republicans are
00:34:32.420 leading on everything
00:34:33.320 else, including
00:34:34.800 crime, guns,
00:34:36.080 corruption, foreign
00:34:38.500 affairs, immigration,
00:34:40.860 everything.
00:34:42.860 And this is part of
00:34:44.900 a bigger picture.
00:34:45.660 It's a bigger picture
00:34:46.280 that seems to tell us
00:34:47.480 that the left is
00:34:48.960 losing badly.
00:34:50.720 You know, the polling
00:34:51.240 data tells us that,
00:34:52.360 the last election told
00:34:53.380 us that, lots of
00:34:54.600 anecdotal evidence
00:34:55.800 is telling us that.
00:34:58.980 And I think the reason
00:35:00.320 I was thinking about
00:35:01.100 this is that
00:35:03.320 that the reason
00:35:04.320 why we're seeing
00:35:06.000 this shift,
00:35:06.740 or one of the
00:35:07.580 biggest reasons,
00:35:08.420 is what I said
00:35:09.660 briefly yesterday.
00:35:11.360 And just to reiterate,
00:35:12.500 because I think it's
00:35:12.960 an important point,
00:35:14.180 the big change
00:35:15.740 over the past few
00:35:16.700 years has been
00:35:18.000 that conservative
00:35:19.100 voices have access
00:35:20.240 to the big social
00:35:21.220 media platforms.
00:35:23.440 Certainly to a much
00:35:24.760 greater extent than
00:35:25.420 they used to.
00:35:26.320 First with Elon,
00:35:27.380 of course,
00:35:27.620 taking over Twitter,
00:35:28.760 and then many of the
00:35:30.120 other platforms
00:35:30.700 following suit,
00:35:31.520 and now finally even
00:35:32.420 YouTube is relenting.
00:35:34.900 I just saw yesterday
00:35:35.580 that Alex Jones is
00:35:36.500 back on YouTube.
00:35:37.260 So, this is not a
00:35:39.640 coincidence.
00:35:41.340 You know, we're
00:35:41.620 seeing unprecedented
00:35:42.540 numbers of young
00:35:43.300 people who are
00:35:43.960 shifting to the
00:35:44.640 right.
00:35:45.720 We're seeing polls
00:35:46.860 like the one I just
00:35:48.740 showed you that also
00:35:50.720 seem unprecedented.
00:35:52.940 And all that is
00:35:53.820 happening at a time
00:35:54.620 when conservatives
00:35:55.440 are able to
00:35:56.660 basically engage
00:35:57.760 freely on social
00:35:58.640 media.
00:35:58.940 On X, they can
00:36:01.240 engage completely
00:36:02.180 freely.
00:36:03.900 And then on most
00:36:04.680 other platforms,
00:36:05.720 most of the
00:36:07.080 most egregious and
00:36:10.280 stringent speech
00:36:11.000 restrictions have been
00:36:11.900 lifted.
00:36:13.240 Not all of them,
00:36:14.420 but most of them.
00:36:16.100 And this puts us in,
00:36:17.220 not to keep overusing
00:36:18.320 the term, but it
00:36:19.040 puts us in an
00:36:19.720 unprecedented situation.
00:36:22.380 You know, most of
00:36:23.240 these platforms have
00:36:24.060 always, until
00:36:26.060 recently, tightly
00:36:27.020 restricted the
00:36:28.640 kind of speech,
00:36:29.460 right-wing speech,
00:36:31.100 that could be
00:36:32.660 expressed.
00:36:33.340 And prior to the
00:36:34.020 existence of social
00:36:34.800 media, all you
00:36:36.340 had was the
00:36:37.980 media and
00:36:39.460 Hollywood and
00:36:40.040 the entertainment
00:36:40.400 industry and so
00:36:41.060 on, and they
00:36:42.340 were the only ones
00:36:43.060 with a megaphone.
00:36:44.000 And we know that
00:36:45.180 they were entirely
00:36:45.780 owned by the left.
00:36:46.780 Well, you had
00:36:47.060 talk radio.
00:36:48.020 Talk radio was the
00:36:48.820 only exception.
00:36:49.780 Everything else was
00:36:50.240 owned by the left.
00:36:51.440 And talk radio's
00:36:52.180 reach was, even
00:36:53.360 though it was
00:36:53.620 highly influential,
00:36:55.200 especially guys like
00:36:55.900 Rush Limbaugh, but
00:36:56.540 talk radio was
00:36:57.520 always, its reach
00:36:58.520 was always limited.
00:37:00.560 And now, what's
00:37:02.540 different is that
00:37:03.340 the biggest megaphone
00:37:04.820 is here.
00:37:07.680 You know, it's
00:37:08.220 where you're
00:37:08.700 watching and
00:37:09.220 listening to what
00:37:10.560 I'm saying right
00:37:11.120 now.
00:37:12.620 And conservatives
00:37:14.600 are mostly able
00:37:16.880 to use it.
00:37:18.780 So as soon as
00:37:19.780 conservatives could
00:37:20.600 use it freely and
00:37:22.400 openly, everything
00:37:23.300 started to shift.
00:37:24.080 as soon as
00:37:27.360 there was a
00:37:27.900 forum, you
00:37:28.800 know, as soon
00:37:29.120 as like the
00:37:29.900 biggest megaphone
00:37:30.920 available, as
00:37:32.880 soon as
00:37:33.120 conservatives had
00:37:34.100 access to it,
00:37:37.000 mostly equal
00:37:38.500 access, then
00:37:40.420 everything shifts,
00:37:41.080 which simply tells
00:37:41.860 you that our
00:37:42.680 ideas win.
00:37:45.340 They win if
00:37:46.700 and when they
00:37:47.880 get a fair
00:37:48.620 hearing.
00:37:49.000 if and when
00:37:51.160 they're allowed
00:37:51.700 to be heard.
00:37:53.920 I mean, it's
00:37:54.220 obviously no
00:37:54.700 coincidence that
00:37:55.540 the peak of
00:37:57.080 wokeness, I
00:37:58.300 think what most
00:37:58.620 people consider to
00:37:59.140 be kind of peak
00:37:59.740 wokeness, which is
00:38:00.640 like the, well,
00:38:01.360 2020, but really
00:38:03.260 from like 2018 to
00:38:04.600 2022, that
00:38:05.540 period, that was
00:38:07.160 also the peak of
00:38:08.100 conservative
00:38:08.580 censorship.
00:38:09.980 I mean, it was a
00:38:10.400 time when, I mean,
00:38:11.020 you literally could
00:38:11.660 not go on YouTube
00:38:12.320 and say that
00:38:14.460 women don't have
00:38:15.260 penises.
00:38:16.320 That's a thing
00:38:16.940 that you could
00:38:17.280 not say.
00:38:19.100 You would get
00:38:19.820 demonetized and
00:38:20.620 suspended for that.
00:38:21.340 So that's how
00:38:21.940 strictly and how
00:38:25.640 and how, you
00:38:27.000 know, oppressive
00:38:28.320 this speech
00:38:30.480 suppression was.
00:38:33.340 I mean, that's
00:38:34.000 the only way that,
00:38:36.140 for example, I
00:38:38.040 mean, you look at
00:38:38.560 like gender
00:38:39.180 ideology, which is
00:38:40.480 now in tatters.
00:38:42.380 It's still something
00:38:43.300 we have to fight
00:38:43.840 against, but it's
00:38:44.720 in tatters.
00:38:46.540 And, but it, and
00:38:50.340 it existed, you
00:38:51.340 know, it's
00:38:52.080 existed for
00:38:52.620 decades, this
00:38:53.340 ideology, as we've
00:38:54.460 talked about many
00:38:55.620 times, the history
00:38:56.700 of this ideology,
00:38:57.660 but it seemed to
00:39:01.140 sort of explode
00:39:01.980 into the mainstream
00:39:03.040 about 10 years
00:39:04.520 ago, and
00:39:06.120 everybody seemed
00:39:07.160 to just sort of
00:39:07.660 go along with
00:39:08.300 it.
00:39:08.760 And why did
00:39:09.540 that happen?
00:39:09.960 Well, it's
00:39:13.100 because you
00:39:14.820 weren't allowed,
00:39:15.560 if, if you, if
00:39:16.440 you objected, you
00:39:18.780 weren't allowed to
00:39:19.700 object.
00:39:21.840 It was hard to
00:39:22.820 find the voices
00:39:23.420 that would
00:39:23.880 object.
00:39:27.480 And so we
00:39:29.560 were in a
00:39:29.880 situation where
00:39:30.780 everywhere you
00:39:31.820 went, every voice
00:39:32.600 you heard was
00:39:33.620 endorsing this
00:39:34.380 madness.
00:39:34.780 and that has
00:39:37.940 an effect on
00:39:38.560 people psychologically.
00:39:39.560 I mean, we know
00:39:40.900 that.
00:39:41.200 It was like the
00:39:41.720 tons of, uh, of
00:39:42.740 psychological
00:39:43.140 experiments that
00:39:43.880 have shown this
00:39:44.580 have shown the
00:39:45.880 effects of peer
00:39:46.560 pressure of people
00:39:47.680 wanting to go
00:39:48.140 along with the
00:39:48.560 crowd of being
00:39:50.320 convinced.
00:39:51.040 I mean, you
00:39:51.380 can, you can
00:39:53.160 convince people of
00:39:53.860 almost anything.
00:39:55.300 You can convince
00:39:56.320 them to go
00:39:57.140 against what, you
00:39:58.440 know, their, their
00:39:59.280 better judgment.
00:39:59.880 You can convince
00:40:00.500 them to accept
00:40:01.520 things that they
00:40:02.180 know are totally
00:40:02.800 crazy.
00:40:03.260 If it seems like
00:40:05.300 everybody else is
00:40:06.620 accepting it, that's
00:40:08.840 how people are
00:40:09.620 generally wired.
00:40:11.680 And, um, and
00:40:14.500 now we're seeing
00:40:15.180 that kind of
00:40:15.680 hypnosis breaking.
00:40:16.920 And I think it's
00:40:17.800 only because of
00:40:18.400 this.
00:40:19.780 Actually, as I say
00:40:20.820 this, I'm just now
00:40:21.660 seeing that, uh,
00:40:23.760 so you, I mean,
00:40:25.560 we talked yesterday
00:40:26.060 about how YouTube
00:40:26.620 admitted that they
00:40:27.280 were doing this
00:40:27.720 speech suppression.
00:40:28.900 They seemed to
00:40:29.720 indicate they were
00:40:30.500 going to let these,
00:40:31.840 uh, these accounts
00:40:33.020 back.
00:40:33.660 I'm just seeing
00:40:34.540 that Alex Jones
00:40:35.300 and Nick Fuentes,
00:40:37.040 uh, went back
00:40:41.160 to the platform
00:40:41.800 and then it looks
00:40:42.360 like they were
00:40:42.800 banned again within
00:40:43.820 about like 12
00:40:45.340 hours, which is
00:40:47.020 totally ridiculous.
00:40:49.120 Um, there's no
00:40:51.300 reason why either
00:40:52.400 one of those
00:40:52.800 accounts should be
00:40:53.380 banned from YouTube
00:40:54.240 or any other
00:40:54.760 platform.
00:40:56.040 Um, and in
00:40:57.080 particular, when you
00:40:57.940 consider the kind
00:41:00.000 of speech from
00:41:02.120 the left, as we
00:41:02.920 just talked about
00:41:03.440 in the opening
00:41:03.920 that is permitted
00:41:04.780 on all these
00:41:05.400 platforms, and
00:41:08.840 you had, you
00:41:09.240 had very prominent
00:41:12.640 left-wingers on
00:41:13.740 YouTube all last
00:41:15.060 week celebrating the
00:41:16.220 assassination of
00:41:16.960 Charlie Kirk, for
00:41:17.560 example.
00:41:19.900 So, uh, a lot
00:41:22.160 more than needs to
00:41:22.660 be done.
00:41:23.020 I mean, so, so,
00:41:23.720 so YouTube still,
00:41:25.120 and I guess they
00:41:25.600 just put out a
00:41:26.100 statement saying,
00:41:27.100 they put out a
00:41:27.800 statement saying
00:41:28.620 that, well, hang
00:41:29.540 on a second, yeah,
00:41:31.340 we're going to
00:41:31.640 let, we're going
00:41:32.040 to let, uh, some
00:41:32.820 of these banned
00:41:33.240 accounts back, but
00:41:34.080 hang on, hang
00:41:34.760 on, not, not
00:41:35.860 everybody.
00:41:38.720 So you still
00:41:39.520 don't actually
00:41:40.160 have, of course,
00:41:41.140 total free speech
00:41:42.200 on YouTube or on
00:41:43.780 most of these
00:41:44.220 platforms outside
00:41:45.020 of X.
00:41:46.240 Uh, there's a
00:41:47.000 still a lot that
00:41:47.600 needs to be done,
00:41:48.180 but, um, you
00:41:52.340 have more of it
00:41:53.140 now.
00:41:53.420 Like for every
00:41:54.100 degree of free
00:41:56.100 speech that's
00:41:56.700 allowed on these
00:41:57.320 platforms, as, as,
00:41:59.680 as that increases,
00:42:00.600 we see, uh, the
00:42:02.100 rights, cultural
00:42:03.200 power also
00:42:03.860 increasing.
00:42:05.480 Um, so I
00:42:06.320 somehow missed
00:42:06.880 this.
00:42:09.200 Apparently the
00:42:09.840 rapture was
00:42:10.380 supposed to happen
00:42:10.940 a few days ago.
00:42:11.740 I was blissfully
00:42:12.580 unaware, probably
00:42:13.260 for, probably for
00:42:13.880 the best.
00:42:14.440 I mean, I wasn't
00:42:14.860 going to get
00:42:15.120 raptured anyway.
00:42:15.880 Let's be totally
00:42:16.460 honest about it.
00:42:18.080 Um, but it
00:42:18.760 turns out the
00:42:19.100 rapture didn't
00:42:19.720 happen, I guess,
00:42:20.300 as far as we
00:42:20.760 know.
00:42:22.360 I mean, it's
00:42:22.960 possible that it
00:42:23.600 did happen, but
00:42:25.540 only like two
00:42:26.100 people got
00:42:26.580 raptured.
00:42:27.320 It's possible
00:42:28.180 that humanity
00:42:28.700 sucks so much
00:42:29.460 at this point
00:42:29.980 that the
00:42:30.820 rapture happened
00:42:31.540 and like one
00:42:32.380 guy on an
00:42:32.840 island somewhere
00:42:33.420 was raptured
00:42:34.120 and no one
00:42:34.640 else noticed
00:42:35.260 there was one
00:42:36.480 rapturable dude
00:42:37.740 living somewhere.
00:42:40.080 Uh, so it's
00:42:40.860 possible that
00:42:41.260 happened.
00:42:41.500 I don't know,
00:42:41.800 but here's the
00:42:42.100 New York
00:42:42.260 Post.
00:42:42.580 The rapture
00:42:42.940 didn't happen
00:42:43.460 Tuesday as
00:42:43.960 predicted by a
00:42:44.740 prophet in a
00:42:45.480 viral video that
00:42:46.340 prompted some
00:42:46.880 followers to quit
00:42:47.600 their jobs, sell
00:42:48.840 their possessions,
00:42:49.740 and ditch
00:42:50.080 exams.
00:42:51.920 And now true
00:42:52.380 believers say
00:42:52.940 they're deeply
00:42:53.480 depressed.
00:42:54.980 Followers took
00:42:55.380 to social media
00:42:55.920 Wednesday to
00:42:56.660 mourn the
00:42:57.060 fact that
00:42:57.500 Jesus didn't
00:42:58.500 return to
00:42:58.920 earth and
00:42:59.280 float them
00:42:59.760 up to
00:43:00.020 heaven as
00:43:01.060 promised by
00:43:01.600 Joshua Malachella
00:43:04.140 of South
00:43:04.980 Africa, who
00:43:05.860 was featured in
00:43:06.520 a YouTube
00:43:06.880 video that
00:43:07.500 took TikTok
00:43:08.020 by storm.
00:43:10.040 And then
00:43:10.180 there's a whole
00:43:10.480 bunch of people
00:43:11.040 on TikTok saying
00:43:11.760 that they, you
00:43:12.900 know, sold their
00:43:13.420 cars and their
00:43:14.040 possessions and
00:43:14.920 didn't show up
00:43:16.020 for exams because
00:43:18.240 they thought the
00:43:18.640 rapture would
00:43:18.920 happen and it
00:43:19.300 didn't.
00:43:20.120 So allegedly a
00:43:20.940 bunch of people
00:43:21.340 thought the
00:43:21.780 rapture was
00:43:22.180 happening.
00:43:22.580 I don't know
00:43:22.860 how real that
00:43:23.420 is.
00:43:23.680 I mean, I
00:43:24.920 know the
00:43:25.140 rapture isn't
00:43:25.680 real, but I
00:43:26.460 don't know how
00:43:26.840 true it is that
00:43:27.920 everybody, that
00:43:29.080 anyone believed
00:43:29.820 it.
00:43:30.680 Allegedly lots of
00:43:31.440 people did.
00:43:32.160 As far as I
00:43:32.680 could tell, the
00:43:33.100 video that
00:43:33.540 sparked all
00:43:34.240 this is this
00:43:36.060 one.
00:43:36.560 So we'll play
00:43:37.300 for you.
00:43:37.560 This is some, I
00:43:38.620 don't know who
00:43:38.900 this is, but we
00:43:39.900 just mentioned
00:43:40.280 the guy's name,
00:43:40.920 some preacher in
00:43:41.540 Africa talking
00:43:42.820 about the vision
00:43:43.660 that he received
00:43:44.740 from on high,
00:43:46.320 telling him that
00:43:47.060 the rapture was
00:43:47.560 happening and the
00:43:48.460 exact date of the
00:43:49.400 rapture.
00:43:49.700 From the time
00:43:51.760 Israel became
00:43:53.840 a nation in
00:43:56.040 1948, there
00:43:59.360 will be 77
00:44:00.940 years to the
00:44:03.980 exodus.
00:44:07.740 Now, he used
00:44:09.100 the word
00:44:09.480 exodus, but he
00:44:11.660 was talking about
00:44:12.820 the rapture.
00:44:14.320 Okay.
00:44:15.140 He's soon
00:44:16.060 coming.
00:44:17.300 Exactly.
00:44:17.760 Remember, I'm
00:44:19.660 not dreaming.
00:44:20.700 I'm looking at
00:44:21.880 him as he's
00:44:23.700 talking, without
00:44:24.900 his mouth opened.
00:44:26.920 Remember, he's
00:44:27.860 speaking through
00:44:28.660 his mind.
00:44:29.180 The spirit, yeah.
00:44:31.080 He says to me,
00:44:32.620 on the 23rd and
00:44:36.040 the 24th of
00:44:38.280 September, 2025, I
00:44:46.600 will come to
00:44:49.240 take my
00:44:50.380 church.
00:44:53.280 There's a date.
00:44:55.200 There is a
00:44:55.980 date.
00:44:58.100 On the 23rd and
00:45:00.120 the 24th of
00:45:01.440 September.
00:45:02.620 2025.
00:45:04.340 2025.
00:45:05.580 So what happens
00:45:06.260 in 2026 now?
00:45:09.100 2026, what he
00:45:10.680 was telling me is
00:45:12.040 that by
00:45:14.060 June, the
00:45:16.360 world is
00:45:17.660 gearing up
00:45:18.680 towards the
00:45:19.100 World Cup,
00:45:19.540 right?
00:45:20.720 But by June,
00:45:22.020 they think the
00:45:22.800 World Cup will
00:45:23.480 happen.
00:45:25.360 But after the
00:45:26.980 rapture of
00:45:28.660 September 2025,
00:45:31.940 the chaos that
00:45:33.580 would be in
00:45:34.540 the world, the
00:45:35.120 destruction, the
00:45:36.140 devastation that
00:45:37.340 would be in the
00:45:38.220 world after the
00:45:39.500 rapture, there
00:45:41.120 will be no
00:45:41.620 World Cup
00:45:41.960 2026.
00:45:44.500 Well, you
00:45:45.520 know, I'm
00:45:45.980 convinced.
00:45:47.980 I mean, surely
00:45:48.840 if some random
00:45:49.640 African dude on
00:45:50.440 YouTube said that
00:45:51.380 he had a vision
00:45:51.860 about the end of
00:45:52.320 the world, then
00:45:53.040 he must be
00:45:53.540 telling the
00:45:53.900 truth.
00:45:55.020 What else
00:45:55.600 would you, how
00:45:56.700 else do you
00:45:57.080 explain it?
00:45:57.960 Either this guy
00:45:58.740 is telling the
00:45:59.300 truth or he's
00:45:59.880 lying or he's
00:46:00.780 crazy.
00:46:02.380 But I mean,
00:46:03.000 when's the last
00:46:03.420 time anyone ever
00:46:03.940 lied?
00:46:05.480 Lying, it
00:46:05.840 doesn't happen.
00:46:07.700 Lying doesn't,
00:46:08.260 crazy people, they
00:46:09.240 don't exist.
00:46:10.520 No, clearly if
00:46:11.120 this random guy
00:46:11.960 made this random
00:46:12.720 claim, then it
00:46:13.360 must be true.
00:46:14.840 How can it be
00:46:15.520 not true?
00:46:18.180 Well, it turns
00:46:18.720 out that it
00:46:19.000 wasn't true, which
00:46:19.520 is kind of
00:46:20.100 mind-blowing, I
00:46:20.600 don't know.
00:46:21.460 And what I love
00:46:21.960 about this guy,
00:46:22.480 by the way, is
00:46:22.840 that for him, the
00:46:23.600 most dire
00:46:24.140 consequence of
00:46:24.980 the end of
00:46:25.300 the world is
00:46:26.140 that the World
00:46:26.980 Cup won't
00:46:28.000 happen.
00:46:30.200 That's the
00:46:31.160 prediction.
00:46:36.320 Or maybe it
00:46:36.740 will, I don't
00:46:37.860 know, maybe it'll
00:46:39.440 still happen, it'll
00:46:40.180 just be
00:46:40.480 disorganized.
00:46:42.620 I'm not really
00:46:43.340 sure why the
00:46:43.940 rapture would
00:46:44.380 affect the
00:46:44.840 World Cup at
00:46:45.360 all, to be
00:46:45.880 honest.
00:46:47.800 Like, nobody
00:46:48.600 who plays or
00:46:49.280 watches soccer is
00:46:50.400 going to heaven
00:46:50.900 anyway.
00:46:53.100 The Bible is
00:46:53.960 very clear about
00:46:54.680 homosexual activity,
00:46:55.780 so I'm just
00:46:58.160 kidding.
00:46:59.540 God is not
00:47:00.400 going to send
00:47:00.840 most of the
00:47:01.280 World Cup fans
00:47:01.980 and players to
00:47:02.660 hell because
00:47:03.180 they're gay.
00:47:03.560 he'll send
00:47:06.740 them to hell
00:47:07.020 because they're
00:47:07.440 foreigners, you
00:47:08.220 know, so
00:47:08.780 that's a joke.
00:47:11.100 Relax.
00:47:13.340 It just, it
00:47:14.080 always fascinates
00:47:14.880 me when people
00:47:15.400 fall for these
00:47:16.260 rapture predictions
00:47:17.940 and there's a new
00:47:18.880 one every year and
00:47:19.720 you have like, you
00:47:20.380 always have a
00:47:20.720 depressingly large
00:47:21.500 number of people
00:47:22.100 who seem to fall
00:47:22.760 for it, which is
00:47:24.200 interesting because
00:47:24.820 for one thing, the
00:47:26.780 rapture is totally
00:47:27.580 made up, just to be
00:47:30.080 clear, completely
00:47:30.880 invented.
00:47:31.540 It's not in the
00:47:32.340 Bible.
00:47:33.140 It was never a
00:47:33.800 part of Christian
00:47:34.300 teaching for
00:47:35.200 centuries.
00:47:35.820 It was never
00:47:36.300 mentioned and
00:47:37.660 then in like 1840
00:47:39.160 or the 1830s or
00:47:40.240 something, some
00:47:41.040 dispensationalist
00:47:41.940 preacher came along
00:47:42.800 and made it up.
00:47:44.940 Now he just made
00:47:45.500 it up and a huge
00:47:47.040 number of Christians
00:47:47.660 today have latched
00:47:48.380 onto this idea,
00:47:49.180 even though you
00:47:49.520 could trace the
00:47:50.820 roots of the idea
00:47:52.000 back to the 19th
00:47:54.500 century and
00:47:55.520 anytime you can do
00:47:56.360 that, anytime
00:47:58.680 there's a, you
00:47:59.680 know, a novel
00:48:01.040 biblical
00:48:01.620 interpretation
00:48:02.500 where you can
00:48:04.040 actually pinpoint
00:48:04.840 the exact guy
00:48:06.180 who, who came
00:48:09.100 up with it and
00:48:10.480 it was like, you
00:48:11.580 know, 200 years
00:48:13.360 ago and not
00:48:15.500 2000 years ago.
00:48:16.500 Anytime you can do
00:48:17.200 that, that should
00:48:17.800 be a big red flag.
00:48:20.160 So there's nothing
00:48:21.360 in the, in the
00:48:22.440 Bible about the
00:48:22.940 rapture and also
00:48:24.440 it should be very
00:48:25.020 easy to know when
00:48:26.000 an apocalypse
00:48:26.460 prediction is false
00:48:27.440 because they're all
00:48:28.120 false.
00:48:28.600 They're automatically
00:48:29.360 false.
00:48:29.840 the Bible is
00:48:31.120 very clear about
00:48:31.800 this.
00:48:33.140 I mean, when it
00:48:33.800 comes to the end
00:48:34.280 of the world, in
00:48:35.020 particular, many
00:48:35.660 aspects of that
00:48:36.480 question in the
00:48:37.500 Bible are cryptic,
00:48:39.260 are shrouded in
00:48:40.340 mystery and, and,
00:48:41.580 and it's our, our
00:48:43.260 discussed in very
00:48:44.180 symbolic sort of
00:48:45.140 poetic language.
00:48:46.660 But one aspect that
00:48:47.900 is very, very
00:48:48.740 explicit is that
00:48:49.680 nobody will know
00:48:51.080 the day or the
00:48:52.300 hour.
00:48:52.760 Now that could not
00:48:53.500 be any clearer.
00:48:54.780 And we are told
00:48:55.640 this directly multiple
00:48:56.800 times.
00:48:57.700 Nobody will know.
00:48:58.680 So anyone who
00:49:00.340 tells you they
00:49:00.860 know is lying.
00:49:03.500 And it's right
00:49:03.980 there in the text,
00:49:04.700 plain as day.
00:49:06.600 So the Bible
00:49:07.320 says in big bold
00:49:09.820 letters, caps lock,
00:49:12.060 no one will know
00:49:12.860 the day or hour,
00:49:13.580 not even the angels.
00:49:14.440 Nobody will know.
00:49:15.960 So if anyone tells
00:49:16.800 you they know,
00:49:17.420 don't listen to
00:49:17.960 them.
00:49:19.320 And yet, I guess a
00:49:20.280 lot of Christians hear
00:49:20.960 that and they say,
00:49:21.960 well, yeah, but I
00:49:24.800 mean, this guy on
00:49:25.480 YouTube, he's an
00:49:26.920 exception, right?
00:49:27.580 Right.
00:49:29.640 You meant that no
00:49:30.620 one will know except
00:49:31.280 this guy on YouTube,
00:49:32.020 right?
00:49:34.480 And I kind of, I've
00:49:35.580 thought a lot about
00:49:36.400 this, about why
00:49:37.160 people fall for
00:49:37.980 these apocalypse
00:49:39.460 prophecies.
00:49:40.400 I always, I find it
00:49:41.380 endlessly fascinating.
00:49:43.680 It's not just
00:49:44.360 Christians, obviously.
00:49:45.220 The apocalyptic
00:49:45.720 cults have been
00:49:46.380 around, have been a
00:49:48.020 thing in human
00:49:48.560 society since forever.
00:49:50.320 And there's
00:49:51.160 something about it
00:49:52.020 that appeals to
00:49:53.080 people.
00:49:53.340 the rapture is its
00:49:55.420 own kind of
00:49:55.980 apocalyptic cult.
00:49:57.700 And that's proven
00:49:58.560 very appealing.
00:50:00.600 And, and that's
00:50:02.440 the reason people
00:50:03.000 fall for it, because
00:50:03.580 obviously they're not
00:50:04.400 persuaded intellectually.
00:50:05.400 It's not like people
00:50:06.040 are convinced.
00:50:06.680 when you watch some
00:50:08.740 random person say, I
00:50:09.920 had a vision at the
00:50:10.620 end of the world is on
00:50:11.280 this day.
00:50:12.060 No one is convinced
00:50:13.080 by that.
00:50:13.640 No, it's like, it's
00:50:14.240 not, it's not
00:50:14.620 persuasive.
00:50:15.360 It's just that people
00:50:19.460 want to believe it.
00:50:20.380 And so they believe it
00:50:21.340 because they, they
00:50:22.040 want to believe it.
00:50:23.100 But that raises the
00:50:23.760 question of why do
00:50:24.540 they want to believe
00:50:25.080 it?
00:50:26.660 Well, I think, I
00:50:27.180 think somewhat
00:50:27.660 counterintuitively people
00:50:28.780 glom on to the end of
00:50:30.500 the world predictions and
00:50:31.600 they get very obsessed
00:50:32.280 with it.
00:50:34.420 And there are, there
00:50:35.160 are plenty of
00:50:35.560 Christians who, even
00:50:36.460 if they don't fall for
00:50:37.460 these things exactly,
00:50:39.280 they still are very
00:50:40.500 obsessed with,
00:50:42.600 with, you know,
00:50:45.160 sort of like cracking
00:50:46.120 the code and
00:50:47.340 interpreting and they
00:50:49.260 read revelation.
00:50:50.000 They're looking for
00:50:50.900 the, they're always
00:50:52.400 looking like, Oh,
00:50:53.360 this is just like in
00:50:54.400 revelation and we're
00:50:55.160 it's happening any day
00:50:56.620 now.
00:50:59.780 And I think that what
00:51:01.240 motivates that is, is
00:51:02.540 a, is a fear of
00:51:04.320 death, you know, and
00:51:07.360 for the rapture, this
00:51:08.080 is easy to see people
00:51:09.040 who believe in the
00:51:09.640 rapture.
00:51:10.140 They, they, they
00:51:11.760 believe in it.
00:51:12.660 They, they really
00:51:13.520 and people get very
00:51:15.820 defensive about the
00:51:16.540 rapture and you'll see
00:51:17.560 that in the comments
00:51:18.160 under this video.
00:51:19.360 Um, even though it's
00:51:20.520 totally, completely
00:51:21.480 unbiblical, completely
00:51:22.240 made up, but they get
00:51:23.700 very defensive of it
00:51:24.680 because, because they're
00:51:26.540 afraid of death and wrap,
00:51:29.160 the rapture is an easy
00:51:29.880 workaround.
00:51:30.480 Well, you don't have to
00:51:31.160 die.
00:51:31.400 You just get lifted up
00:51:32.120 and heavy.
00:51:32.440 You don't even have to
00:51:32.860 die.
00:51:33.840 It's very appealing.
00:51:34.600 I admit like it's really
00:51:36.040 appealing.
00:51:37.060 And so when you have
00:51:37.900 someone who's like really
00:51:38.840 attached to this idea and
00:51:39.940 then you tell them all the
00:51:40.500 rapture is made up, it's
00:51:41.300 not true.
00:51:42.120 What you're telling them
00:51:43.240 is that you're going to
00:51:44.480 have to die.
00:51:45.560 Okay.
00:51:45.960 You're, you're not just
00:51:46.880 going to float to heaven.
00:51:47.900 You are going to have to
00:51:49.080 die.
00:51:50.160 And that's why they get
00:51:51.340 so worked up about it.
00:51:54.480 But even the apocalypse
00:51:55.660 predictions that involve
00:51:56.780 mass death and destruction,
00:51:58.120 which a lot of them do,
00:51:59.740 I still think that people
00:52:02.200 become attached to those
00:52:04.760 because they're afraid of
00:52:05.700 death.
00:52:05.960 Because what is it that's
00:52:07.140 so scary about death?
00:52:08.460 Well, there are two things
00:52:09.200 that are really scary about
00:52:10.100 it.
00:52:10.200 One is that it's lonely.
00:52:11.640 You die alone.
00:52:13.380 Hopefully you die with
00:52:14.180 family members who love
00:52:15.360 you and people that are
00:52:16.120 surrounding you who love
00:52:16.760 you.
00:52:17.000 But the dying part, right?
00:52:18.500 The part where you
00:52:18.900 actually have to die, that
00:52:20.400 you do alone.
00:52:21.300 You got to walk through
00:52:22.200 that door by yourself.
00:52:25.140 And, uh, and that's
00:52:26.240 scary.
00:52:26.520 And death is unpredictable,
00:52:27.620 which is also scary.
00:52:28.620 You don't know when it's
00:52:29.240 going to happen.
00:52:29.940 Like I could die today.
00:52:31.160 I could die in 50 years.
00:52:32.820 I could die tomorrow.
00:52:33.760 Like I could die anytime.
00:52:35.460 And there's no way to
00:52:36.560 know.
00:52:38.100 So those are the two
00:52:38.960 things that make it
00:52:39.540 scary.
00:52:39.860 It's lonely and it's
00:52:41.040 unpredictable.
00:52:41.420 And so I think with these
00:52:42.580 apocalypse things, uh, it,
00:52:45.360 it's popular with people.
00:52:46.460 They, they want to believe
00:52:47.520 it because it, it mitigates
00:52:49.740 those two things.
00:52:51.000 It's not lonely anymore
00:52:52.240 because, Hey, we're all
00:52:53.240 going at the same time.
00:52:55.240 And, uh, it's, it's, you
00:52:56.760 take away the
00:52:57.300 unpredictability because now
00:52:59.040 I can say, Oh, it's on this
00:53:00.080 exact date.
00:53:00.660 And so now I know.
00:53:02.920 And, um, so I think that's
00:53:05.800 what people like about it,
00:53:06.620 but it's all nonsense.
00:53:08.740 It's always nonsense.
00:53:10.540 Just to be clear.
00:53:11.960 So I got to tell you about
00:53:12.780 something that made my life
00:53:13.760 about 10 times easier.
00:53:15.360 And, uh, I don't say that
00:53:16.580 often meet the stop box pro.
00:53:18.600 It's a game changer for anyone
00:53:20.340 who like me cares about
00:53:21.900 self-defense, but doesn't want
00:53:23.400 their handgun locked away.
00:53:24.560 Like it's buried in a time
00:53:25.780 capsule or worse, just lying
00:53:27.540 around where, you know, your
00:53:28.660 kids, uh, can, uh, see that
00:53:31.020 it's something that they can
00:53:31.960 play with.
00:53:32.960 Uh, so picture this, you
00:53:34.420 never need a key or a
00:53:35.920 battery, no tiny screwdriver,
00:53:38.460 no desperate midnight run to
00:53:40.180 the junk drawer.

00:54:00.480 bag for travel, uh, totally
00:54:02.520 compliant.
00:54:03.180 I've taken mine camping,
00:54:04.820 tossed it in the car.
00:54:05.720 It's become one of those rare
00:54:07.080 things I trust and actually
00:54:09.180 use.
00:54:09.720 If you're tired of fussing
00:54:11.400 around with keys or worrying
00:54:12.460 about batteries failing when
00:54:13.800 you need it most, if you're
00:54:15.380 worried about, if you're
00:54:16.100 tired of having to juggle
00:54:17.200 accessibility and safety, well
00:54:19.860 you got to get yourself

00:55:12.340 shut down.

00:55:18.140 Now let's get to our daily
00:55:19.740 cancellation.
00:55:26.720 For our daily cancellation today,
00:55:28.080 we return to the subject of age
00:55:30.560 verification on the internet.
00:55:32.080 This is a topic that's gained a lot
00:55:33.400 of steam in recent months.
00:55:35.360 We're hearing a lot about it.
00:55:36.860 Arizona is the latest state to deal
00:55:40.100 with this.
00:55:40.380 They just put their age verification
00:55:41.500 law into effect, which requires
00:55:42.900 pornography sites to verify the age
00:55:45.180 of its users.
00:55:46.480 And there are many critics of the
00:55:47.780 law, however, who raise a number of
00:55:49.400 objections.
00:55:49.980 And I'd like to, once again, respond
00:55:51.360 to those objections because they're
00:55:53.220 extremely stupid, and this is an
00:55:56.020 important issue.
00:55:57.040 But this is from KJZZ reporting,
00:56:00.160 quote, starting Friday, Arizona will
00:56:01.960 require age verification to access
00:56:03.260 adult websites.
00:56:04.680 Users will have to prove they're at
00:56:06.140 least 18 years old.
00:56:07.080 One option out of the new law is to
00:56:08.300 upload government-issued ID.
00:56:10.000 But this law is raising enforcement
00:56:11.100 questions by opponents, including
00:56:12.440 Michael Stabile with the Free Speech
00:56:14.980 Coalition, which represents the adult
00:56:16.300 entertainment industry.
00:56:17.480 He says, when forced to verify their
00:56:18.940 age, viewers just move on to other
00:56:20.380 sites.
00:56:21.120 What we find is that consumers do not
00:56:22.340 comply with this law.
00:56:23.560 When our members have attempted to
00:56:24.700 comply with this law in other
00:56:25.840 states, 95% of the people have
00:56:27.820 left.
00:56:28.680 They've gone someplace else because
00:56:30.000 the internet is global, Stabile said.
00:56:32.260 The law is raising concerns among
00:56:33.800 some opponents who worry that this
00:56:35.220 could have a chilling effect on free
00:56:36.480 speech.
00:56:37.000 The law is aimed at restricting
00:56:37.960 access to sexual material that is
00:56:39.420 harmful to minors like pornography.
00:56:41.780 Quote, that's still in the title of the
00:56:43.600 bill, but pornography is not the
00:56:45.180 subject of the bill, says Jean
00:56:46.660 Woodbury, an associate lobbyist with
00:56:49.160 Creosote Partners, who lobbies for
00:56:51.680 the ACLU.
00:56:52.580 She says the issue is how sexual
00:56:53.880 material is defined.
00:56:55.720 And the definition of sexual material
00:56:56.820 harmful to minors is very subjective.
00:56:58.460 It's open to interpretation.
00:56:59.520 And so one parent's understanding of
00:57:01.160 what that means could encompass
00:57:02.440 standard sexual education, and it
00:57:04.340 could encompass descriptions and
00:57:05.800 information about even domestic
00:57:07.280 violence, Woodbury said.
00:57:09.580 Okay, so here we encounter once again
00:57:10.920 the three primary arguments against age
00:57:13.300 verification laws.
00:57:14.640 These are really the only arguments.
00:57:16.920 First, they say that it will have a
00:57:18.680 chilling effect on free speech.
00:57:19.820 Second, that users will refuse to
00:57:21.740 verify their ages and will go
00:57:23.460 someplace else.
00:57:24.560 And third, that it's impossible to
00:57:26.580 define what qualifies as a
00:57:29.540 pornography site and what doesn't.
00:57:32.580 By putting age verification on porn
00:57:34.280 sites, you might also be forced to put
00:57:36.120 it on educational sites, they say, and
00:57:38.320 sites with information about domestic
00:57:40.460 violence for some reason.
00:57:41.520 Now, I'll take these objections one
00:57:43.740 at a time, objections which I should
00:57:45.320 point out are never raised about any
00:57:47.900 other age verification policy.
00:57:50.180 As I have found it necessary to point
00:57:53.580 out many times, we already have dozens
00:57:56.480 of laws in place mandating age
00:57:59.100 verification for every other adult
00:58:01.340 oriented product in existence.
00:58:03.280 Booze, tobacco, guns, gambling.
00:58:06.000 The producers and distributors of those
00:58:07.780 products are required by law to verify the
00:58:10.380 ages of their customers.
00:58:12.460 And the age verification cannot just be
00:58:14.640 them saying that they're over the age
00:58:17.140 of 18 or over the age of 21.
00:58:18.700 They actually have to verify.
00:58:20.220 They have to produce documents to prove
00:58:22.060 that they are adults.
00:58:24.120 If a child successfully purchases alcohol
00:58:26.300 from a liquor store or from a bar,
00:58:28.840 that liquor store or bar will be in a
00:58:31.120 lot of trouble legally.
00:58:32.760 And nobody objects to this.
00:58:34.080 Nobody panics over slippery slopes and
00:58:35.800 attacks on free speech.
00:58:36.620 Nobody says that the free speech rights
00:58:38.440 of the gambling industry are being
00:58:40.720 infringed because they're not allowed to
00:58:42.940 take bets from 12 year olds.
00:58:45.040 Nobody has any problem with the concept
00:58:46.540 of age verification laws, which nobody
00:58:49.120 has any problem with the concept of it
00:58:50.540 in principle, which is why there isn't
00:58:52.900 even a debate about age verification for
00:58:55.280 any of those other things, including,
00:58:57.820 again, online gambling, which I would
00:59:00.320 suggest is considerably less harmful than
00:59:03.380 pornography.
00:59:04.500 I would much rather that my 12 year old
00:59:07.020 be gambling than spending his time
00:59:10.160 looking at pornography.
00:59:11.260 It's not even close.
00:59:12.340 It's not even close.
00:59:14.260 And yet for online gambling, no issue.
00:59:17.340 Everyone agrees.
00:59:17.940 Yeah, you got to verify your age.
00:59:18.920 Of course.
00:59:20.580 Of course.
00:59:22.260 Only for this sexual content is it
00:59:25.420 suddenly an issue.
00:59:27.460 The critics of age verification want the
00:59:31.160 pornography industry to be an exception.
00:59:33.020 They want it to get some kind of magical
00:59:34.660 exemption from the basic rules of the road
00:59:37.740 that govern every other adult only
00:59:39.900 product.
00:59:41.060 So let's look at these arguments and
00:59:42.820 handle them quickly.
00:59:43.560 First, free speech.
00:59:44.460 Now, this is an easy objection to handle.
00:59:46.880 There can't be any free speech concerns
00:59:48.940 here because smut is not speech.
00:59:51.780 Having sex on camera for money is not
00:59:53.840 expression.
00:59:54.840 It's prostitution, which is why nobody who
00:59:58.020 consumes the content is consuming it for
01:00:00.400 the messages in the whole sordid history of
01:00:03.600 internet smut.
01:00:04.820 Not one of its billions of consumers has
01:00:07.500 ever clicked on it because they wanted to
01:00:09.460 know what the naked people on camera were
01:00:11.700 trying to say.
01:00:13.280 Okay.
01:00:13.400 Not one of them has ever been interested in
01:00:15.700 what the naked people are trying to
01:00:17.280 communicate.
01:00:18.780 We all know this.
01:00:20.800 Speech is communication.
01:00:22.160 That's literally the definition of it.
01:00:24.800 And having sex on camera is not a form of
01:00:26.780 communication.
01:00:28.400 So the free speech argument isn't one that
01:00:30.200 anyone really takes seriously.
01:00:31.940 Even if they give the argument, they still
01:00:33.420 don't take it seriously.
01:00:34.220 And it's even less serious when you consider
01:00:35.620 that this is about age verification.
01:00:37.360 It's not about an outright ban.
01:00:39.200 So even if I agree that pornography is
01:00:40.880 speech protected under the First Amendment,
01:00:42.780 something that none of our founding fathers
01:00:44.100 who gave us the First Amendment would have
01:00:45.660 remotely agreed with, by the way, still, that
01:00:48.280 wouldn't apply here because we're not
01:00:50.520 talking about banning it outright.
01:00:52.840 Although I, you know, I, I do think it
01:00:55.320 should be banned.
01:00:56.000 What we're talking about, though, is simply
01:00:58.060 making sure that children are not exposed
01:01:00.220 to it.
01:01:00.700 So somebody who makes the free speech
01:01:02.920 argument in this case is not arguing
01:01:04.860 simply that people have the First
01:01:06.860 Amendment right to have sex on camera.
01:01:08.560 What they're arguing is that people have
01:01:10.020 the First Amendment right to have sex on
01:01:11.940 camera in front of children.
01:01:13.320 And if that's the argument you're making,
01:01:15.420 then not only are you wrong, but you
01:01:17.480 should probably be on a registry somewhere.
01:01:20.720 Second, they say that users will go
01:01:22.640 somewhere else if they have to verify
01:01:24.200 their age.
01:01:24.720 Ninety five percent of users refuse to
01:01:26.980 verify their age, according to the
01:01:28.220 article.
01:01:29.820 Well, that's not an argument against age
01:01:31.840 verification.
01:01:32.280 If users choose not to participate, that's
01:01:34.640 their choice.
01:01:35.780 This is only a problem if you're deeply
01:01:37.720 worried about maintaining the profit
01:01:40.100 margins of the Internet prostitution
01:01:41.980 business.
01:01:42.800 There's no other downside.
01:01:44.560 Like, why is that a problem?
01:01:45.840 Well, then they won't go to the website.
01:01:46.840 So, OK, so then the pornography industry
01:01:50.140 is less profitable and that's a problem.
01:01:53.440 Like, we need to maintain the profits
01:01:55.300 of the industry.
01:01:57.340 It's worth exposing our kids to this just
01:01:59.780 so that they can still make billions of
01:02:01.240 dollars on this content.
01:02:02.380 Is that really what you think?
01:02:03.640 Are you insane?
01:02:04.600 Are you are you an insane person?
01:02:07.260 No, actually, it's an added bonus.
01:02:08.980 If you're telling me, oh, 95 percent of the
01:02:10.540 customers won't come.
01:02:11.740 Great.
01:02:12.140 I mean, we're not stopping them from
01:02:14.600 coming if they're of legal age, but if
01:02:17.200 they don't end up coming and this whole
01:02:18.720 industry collapses and it's bankrupted and
01:02:20.640 everybody involved in it is bankrupted by
01:02:22.520 it, that's awesome.
01:02:24.360 That is great.
01:02:25.860 I hope that every single person in the
01:02:27.580 industry is bankrupt.
01:02:28.560 I want them all bankrupted and homeless on
01:02:30.440 the street.
01:02:31.040 That's what they deserve.
01:02:32.120 OK, that would be justice.
01:02:33.640 That's what you deserve.
01:02:36.920 But since we're on the subject, let's
01:02:39.520 think about it for a moment.
01:02:40.200 Ninety five percent is what that's the
01:02:43.280 number we were given.
01:02:44.140 Ninety five percent of users refuse to
01:02:46.660 verify their age.
01:02:48.100 Assuming that number is correct, which is
01:02:50.140 coming to us from the industry.
01:02:51.680 That's what they're telling us.
01:02:53.240 Well, that's pretty incredible because
01:02:55.940 none of the other industries with age
01:02:58.800 verification have that problem.
01:03:01.560 There is no liquor store or gambling site
01:03:04.360 on the planet that loses 95 percent of its
01:03:07.420 user base by requiring an ID.
01:03:10.200 Only the porn industry has that problem.
01:03:16.360 That's interesting, isn't it?
01:03:17.840 What does that tell you?
01:03:20.440 OK, if there was a liquor store and that
01:03:22.240 was not showing not requiring IDs and we
01:03:24.620 said that you got to require ID and they
01:03:26.580 said, well, if I do that, I'll lose 95 percent
01:03:29.240 of my customers.
01:03:30.860 What does that tell you about the customers?
01:03:33.320 Well, what it should tell you is that, first
01:03:36.960 of all, a huge percentage of the customer
01:03:38.960 base is comprised of children.
01:03:42.660 OK, that's a significant portion of the
01:03:44.700 ninety five percent.
01:03:45.420 If the liquor store says I'll lose 95 percent
01:03:47.060 of my customers, ask for ID.
01:03:48.360 OK, well, that tells me that you are just
01:03:50.120 like giving alcohol to every minor in the
01:03:52.320 in the in the neighborhood.
01:03:53.100 But again, that's all the more reason
01:03:55.220 why you need to require ID.
01:03:58.000 In fact, well, you should actually be in
01:03:59.460 prison.
01:04:01.940 But second, what it tells you is that even
01:04:04.300 the adult users, because I don't think that
01:04:06.760 95 percent of the users are children.
01:04:08.840 I think a lot of them are.
01:04:10.040 But but also a big portion of the ninety
01:04:13.540 five percent are adults.
01:04:14.600 Well, what that tells you is that adult
01:04:16.260 users are deeply ashamed of what they're
01:04:19.340 doing.
01:04:20.780 Because they'll give their ID to gamble.
01:04:24.260 They'll give their ID to buy alcohol.
01:04:27.720 You know, they'll give their ID to buy if
01:04:29.680 they want to buy a tobacco product.
01:04:32.460 They'll give their idea.
01:04:33.320 They'll have no issue with that.
01:04:34.600 They're not going to start crying.
01:04:35.380 Oh, my privacy.
01:04:36.620 My privacy is violated.
01:04:38.100 If they go if they go to the liquor
01:04:41.000 store to buy to buy a bottle of wine and
01:04:42.860 they're asking for ID, they're not going
01:04:43.820 to start my privacy is an attack on my
01:04:46.060 privacy.
01:04:47.660 They don't do that.
01:04:49.100 But they only do it with pornography.
01:04:51.180 That's interesting.
01:04:53.500 Why?
01:04:54.620 Well, again, they're embarrassed.
01:04:56.120 They feel shame.
01:04:58.060 And also.
01:04:59.900 They recognize that these sites are
01:05:02.160 untrustworthy.
01:05:04.040 And they don't want to give any other
01:05:05.720 personal information to the sites.
01:05:06.920 That's the other argument.
01:05:07.720 Well, you said you think I want to give
01:05:08.900 my I'm not going to get my ID to one of
01:05:10.540 these sites.
01:05:12.060 Oh, really?
01:05:12.700 Why won't you?
01:05:14.800 Why will you give your ID to a liquor
01:05:16.640 store?
01:05:18.460 Or to FanDuel, but you wouldn't give it
01:05:21.540 to why?
01:05:23.560 Oh, because these are like skeevy,
01:05:25.100 disgusting sites run by by horrible, evil
01:05:29.640 people.
01:05:30.480 And you don't trust them with your
01:05:32.300 information.
01:05:33.000 And also you're embarrassed.
01:05:34.200 Well, okay.
01:05:35.320 Isn't that all the more reason why we
01:05:36.940 should not have children here?
01:05:39.780 If you won't trust these sites with your
01:05:41.700 identification as an adult, will you trust
01:05:43.860 them with your child?
01:05:47.680 And finally, we're told that there's a
01:05:49.240 slippery slope.
01:05:50.300 You know, we won't know where to draw the
01:05:52.360 line.
01:05:54.080 By requiring age verification for
01:05:55.840 pornographic content, we might end up with
01:05:58.500 age verification for a bunch of other sites
01:05:59.940 as well.
01:06:01.780 Now, I find this to be perhaps the least
01:06:04.320 persuasive of all of these deeply
01:06:06.160 unpersuasive arguments.
01:06:07.140 All these arguments, all the arguments
01:06:08.380 against age verification are extremely
01:06:09.880 stupid.
01:06:10.760 And you should be embarrassed by your,
01:06:12.600 about yourself if you, if you are on
01:06:15.220 that side of the argument.
01:06:16.160 Okay.
01:06:17.500 You're a dumb person, or at least you're
01:06:19.140 acting like one.
01:06:21.720 Just consider this.
01:06:23.880 If you are someone who unfortunately
01:06:25.820 frequents pornographic sites, when's the
01:06:30.760 last time you went to a site like that
01:06:32.560 and you weren't sure if it was a
01:06:35.380 pornography site or not?
01:06:38.180 And you keep talking, well, we don't know
01:06:39.220 where to draw the line.
01:06:40.380 What, if you're acquired here, then,
01:06:41.920 really?
01:06:42.640 Really?
01:06:43.020 We don't know where to draw the line?
01:06:44.140 Really?
01:06:44.540 Is that actually true?
01:06:46.880 We don't know where the line, where it
01:06:50.160 starts.
01:06:50.500 Like, where does a pornography site end and
01:06:52.820 a regular site begin?
01:06:55.820 Really?
01:06:57.760 When's the last time you were on a
01:06:59.100 pornography site and you, and you were
01:07:01.020 like, what is this, is this porn?
01:07:03.300 I don't know.
01:07:05.700 Maybe that's an excuse you might give.
01:07:07.840 Maybe if your wife walks in, you say,
01:07:09.640 oh, is it?
01:07:10.720 Oh, and she said, what are you looking
01:07:11.780 at?
01:07:12.200 Oh, oh, is this porn?
01:07:13.720 Oh, I didn't know.
01:07:14.560 Is this, oh, this is what pornography
01:07:15.900 is.
01:07:16.360 I had no idea.
01:07:18.200 Oh, no, I thought I was on a site getting
01:07:19.440 information about domestic violence.
01:07:21.720 I thought I was on a scientific site.
01:07:23.360 I thought I was getting, oh, no, I thought,
01:07:24.700 no, I'm doing anatomy research.
01:07:29.660 Right.
01:07:31.800 Okay.
01:07:32.980 You have never experienced the slightest
01:07:34.580 bit of confusion about what sort of
01:07:35.900 website you're on.
01:07:38.780 When's the last time anyone has ever
01:07:40.360 seen or even heard about a website that
01:07:43.700 might or might not qualify as a pornography
01:07:48.120 site?
01:07:48.500 That doesn't exist.
01:07:51.740 It just doesn't exist.
01:07:53.440 Okay.
01:07:53.780 Shut up.
01:07:54.340 It doesn't exist.
01:07:55.700 All of these arguments are people like, you
01:07:57.720 know, none of this is true.
01:07:59.260 You know that pornography is not free speech.
01:08:01.620 It's not speech.
01:08:02.320 That's not why you're looking at it.
01:08:03.440 You know, you have no problem with age
01:08:07.080 verification in principle.
01:08:09.480 You know that you know exactly what we're
01:08:11.220 talking about when we talk about pornography
01:08:12.860 and you sit there and go, I don't know.
01:08:14.780 How do you define it?
01:08:15.680 I don't know how to define it.
01:08:16.700 I have no idea what that is.
01:08:18.100 I have no clue.
01:08:19.060 When you say the word pornography, I don't
01:08:20.500 know what you're talking about, Matt.
01:08:23.340 Shut up.
01:08:24.100 Just shut up.
01:08:26.080 Okay.
01:08:26.440 This is not real.
01:08:27.380 It's not an actual problem.
01:08:28.540 We all know what kind of websites we're
01:08:31.820 talking about.
01:08:32.700 They're very easy to identify.
01:08:35.500 No one has any problem identifying them.
01:08:39.220 And that's all that needs to be said on
01:08:40.620 that point.
01:08:41.920 It's all that should need to be said about
01:08:43.520 any of this.
01:08:45.380 Okay.
01:08:45.720 Yes, we should have age verification.
01:08:47.520 That is the absolute bare minimum of the
01:08:50.320 sorts of protections that should be in
01:08:51.880 place.
01:08:55.400 And protecting children, putting some sort
01:08:57.420 of thing in place to protect them.
01:08:58.540 children to the extent that we can is more
01:09:01.520 important than your desire to be able to go
01:09:05.340 find masturbation material without having to
01:09:07.580 give your ID.
01:09:08.560 Okay.
01:09:08.900 That is the, that is the, we have two
01:09:11.140 competing, uh, interests here.
01:09:14.640 And one interest is protecting the millions
01:09:17.560 of children who are being exposed to
01:09:20.040 horrifically disgusting content at ages when
01:09:22.520 their brains cannot handle it.
01:09:24.040 That's, that's one interest.
01:09:25.560 The other interest is that, uh, you want to
01:09:27.860 masturbate to port to pornography and you want
01:09:30.520 to be able to access it quickly without
01:09:32.000 having to get your wallet out.
01:09:33.460 Okay.
01:09:34.060 That is not, that does not, that is the
01:09:37.060 scale.
01:09:37.760 Okay.
01:09:38.340 Is like this.
01:09:39.300 It's a, there's, there's not, there's no
01:09:41.360 competition here.
01:09:42.600 All right.
01:09:43.780 At all.
01:09:46.360 Um, so just pull your ID out.
01:09:49.400 Or if you're that embarrassed and you don't
01:09:51.040 want to, maybe you should ask yourself why
01:09:52.500 you're so embarrassed and like, go do
01:09:54.500 something productive with your time
01:09:55.700 instead.
01:09:56.120 How about that?
01:09:58.260 You don't want to give your ID.
01:09:59.440 Great.
01:09:59.740 I want to go to the gym instead, go take a
01:10:01.480 walk.
01:10:02.020 All right.
01:10:03.560 Go out and like, talk to your children,
01:10:05.760 you know, go talk to your wife or, or go, go
01:10:09.960 get a wife, you know, instead.
01:10:11.420 How about that?
01:10:13.180 Anyway, that's why anyone who desperately
01:10:16.620 searches in vain for some logical reason
01:10:18.800 to be opposed to age verification for
01:10:21.080 these websites is today canceled.
01:10:24.700 That'll do it for the show today.
01:10:25.600 Thanks for watching.
01:10:26.080 Thanks for listening.
01:10:26.660 Talk to you tomorrow.
01:10:28.240 Have a great day.
01:10:28.940 Godspeed.
01:10:35.620 Today on the Ben Shapiro show, a sniper
01:10:37.580 shoots two detainees, one to death at
01:10:39.440 Dallas ice facility.
01:10:40.820 And there are left-wing etchings on the
01:10:42.560 bullets.
01:10:42.820 Jimmy Kimmel makes his triumphant return
01:10:44.840 to the airwaves.
01:10:45.640 And James Comey may be prosecuted.
01:10:47.840 All of that on today's Ben Shapiro show.
01:10:48.980 Give it a listen.
