00:02:00.840 decision with respect to Nolan Wells is very disappointing and leaves a lot of questions

00:02:07.700 unanswered. Nolan Wells was a star athlete and yet the claim is that he accidentally drowned.

00:02:16.080 Nolan Wells allegedly gave his keys, his wallet, and his cell phone to his friends.

00:02:23.200 Why in the world would he do that? An independent autopsy found that Nolan Wells had trauma and

00:02:32.240 severe bruising to his head, and yet that appears inconsistent with an accidental drowning.

00:02:49.540 Nolan Wells will not be justice denied. Now, to be clear, Hakeem Jeffries is referring to a

00:02:58.260 unanimous grand jury decision, which concluded that none of the conspiracy theories about Nolan

00:03:03.220 Wells have any merit whatsoever. And for the record, there were several black people on this

00:03:08.820 grand jury, and they spent the better part of a week listening to all of the evidence. But

00:03:13.320 Hakeem Jeffries is not convinced. He thinks it's very strange that Wells left behind his cell phone,

00:03:19.560 even though several other people did as well, which isn't a very strange thing to do when

00:03:23.720 you're swimming. And Jeffries seems to believe that Wells suffered a serious, potentially fatal

00:03:28.640 head injury, which also is not remotely true. We have to appreciate the irony here also, which is

00:03:35.220 that after Obama's personal chef bizarrely drowned outside Obama's mansion on Martha's Vineyard a few

00:03:42.460 years ago, these same people told us that there was no cause for alarm at all. Yes, there was

00:03:49.260 documentary evidence that the chef knew how to swim and that he should have been able to handle

00:03:55.240 the pond on Obama's estate, but one day, nevertheless, he somehow died while paddleboarding

00:04:01.720 and nobody on the left finds it remotely suspicious.

00:04:53.760 just a few minutes. This is really a case that deserves a deep dive now that Democrats have

00:04:57.880 decided to make it a central talking point ahead of the midterms. And we also need to talk about

00:05:03.120 how at precisely the same moment that Democrats are trying to start a race war, leaders of third

00:05:09.240 world nations, mostly in Africa, are storming the United Nations demanding reparations, which

00:05:15.020 presumably would ultimately be funneled to the progeny of the Africans who actually ran the slave

00:05:19.620 trade. We'll talk more about that as well. What we're seeing here is not an accident. This is a

00:05:24.640 coordinated effort to bring back the BLM riots of 2020, and we're going to expose it. This is an 0.97

00:05:35.840 it. So we'll get into all of that in a moment. I want to start with a horrifying killing that

00:05:40.980 took place in Charlotte in January of this year. So just before 6 p.m., a 28-year-old black woman

00:05:47.180 in Charlotte named Kulandra Hood. Yes, her name is Kulandra Hood, ran a red light and mowed down 1.00

00:05:56.220 a white 25-year-old runner named Lance Sotelo. Kulandra Hood then fled the scene, leaving Sotelo

00:06:03.740 to die in the street, which he did. After Hood was apprehended the next day, the DA reduced the

00:06:09.740 more serious charges to felony hit and run and misdemeanor death by vehicle. Because apparently

00:06:16.720 misdemeanor death by vehicle as a charge that exists, and gave the sentencing judge discretion

00:06:22.340 on how to proceed. Now, the case went before Mecklenburg County Superior Court Judge Reggie

00:06:29.460 McKnight, who, as you already guessed, is black, and hearing all the evidence and the pleas from

00:06:34.600 the victim's family and friends for a meaningful punishment, he sentenced Culandra to a grand total

00:06:40.240 of 16 to 36 months of jail time

00:08:09.480 He was released with conditions and is due back in court on October the 13th.

00:08:16.220 So a black man who was already on pretrial release for burglary punches several women,

00:08:21.380 a 15-year-old boy and a father holding his one-year-old child, terrorizing a family festival.

00:08:27.240 And this just happened over the weekend in Aurora, Illinois.

00:08:30.100 And after being arrested, he was released the same day.

00:08:33.840 This is how it goes in the country, particularly in left-wing cities. 1.00

This is an extensive and well-funded propaganda campaign, which has just kicked into overdrive to the point that the Congressional Black Caucus, along with the NAACP, just met for an event.

00:10:14.020 country. There's no strange fruit hangs from trees. That's how you refer to these poor people that

00:10:21.500 have, they've all really committed suicide or most of them. Strange fruit. We're demanding a 0.88

00:10:29.680 federal investigation now so we can stop modern day lynchings. AOC was quick to agree. She says,

00:10:36.760 quote, this year, there have already been 10 reported hangings of black people in the U.S. 1.00

00:10:42.160 I'm proud to have signed on to Ayanna Pressley's letter to address these widespread modern day

00:10:47.200 lynchings and put a stop to this racial terror. Again, this is totally invented. These are

00:10:53.840 extremely, AOC is going to run for president. I mean, these are the most prominent members

00:10:58.640 of Congress that we have flat out lying about a, about a, you know, a, a epidemic of black people

00:11:07.460 being, being lynched. Um, several other prominent Democrats echoed this messaging, including Ro 0.65

00:11:36.440 the victim was either murdered by a black person or, more commonly, committed suicide. In one case, 0.62

And I swear to God, I swear to God, there's nothing more frustrating, painful, heartbreaking and enraging than a system that is set up to treat your life like it doesn't matter.

00:13:56.860 As best I can tell, much of the outrage in this case is based on this image,

00:13:59.960 which we'll show you, which is from the day that Wells went missing.

00:14:02.940 and you can see a few members of his friend group there he's surrounded by white kids

00:14:09.360 apparently if a black guy hangs out with white guys and then later dies that alone is evidence

00:14:15.340 that he was murdered in some kind of homicidal racist conspiracy to be clear to be clear first

00:14:19.720 of all that is the only quote-unquote evidence that is what all of this is based on it's just

00:14:25.220 that that he was hanging out with white people that's it and also to be clear not that it even

00:14:30.640 matters. But while Wells is pictured with white people in this photograph, he was not the only

00:14:34.600 black guy at this gathering, it turns out. As the grand jury found, quote, the grand jury recognizes

00:14:39.740 there have been public assertions that Mr. Wells was the only African-American individual on Horn

00:14:43.700 Island on July 4th, 2026. The grand jury finds that Mr. Wells was not the only African-American

00:14:48.240 on Horn Island that day. These false assertions have led to misidentification, speculation,

00:14:52.600 and rumors concerning the death of Mr. Wells. Now, to give some more context here, Wells went

00:14:57.980 to the island with his friends on a boat called the Triton, and two other boats went as well,

00:15:02.420 the Tideline and the Palm Beach. In the late afternoon, the three boats left the island,

00:15:07.160 but Wells, according to his friend, stayed behind. As the Triton was leaving, it experienced a bilge

00:15:12.620 pump and motor malfunction, and there was a distress call from the boat to a sea tow around

00:15:18.400 4 p.m. And if you listen to audio recordings of this distress call that you'll find online,

00:15:23.340 including recordings that were pushed by Nancy Grace, it appears that the people on the boat

00:15:27.780 are talking about wells being dead that's what it appears how it appears listen

00:15:32.700 detail assistant vicky speaking how can i help you hey we're at the uh west tip of horn and uh

00:15:48.420 our village pump stopped working we're going we're sinking can you all please come we have a

00:16:11.720 thinking i don't know like we're just we're going down now what did we just hear what was that

00:16:21.980 straight out to investigative reporter crime stories, Dave Mack. Did you just hear what I

00:16:30.660 heard? Now, this has been transcribed and this is the CTO dispatch call because Dave, when I first

00:16:39.940 heard this, I thought, has this been doctored? Is this real? Where's this coming from, Dave?

00:16:47.140 This is an official recording, Nancy, that is being issued, and it's shocking when you listen to this call for a tow, for the sea tow.

00:16:58.380 Going further into it, Nancy, you're picking apart all of the different voices that can be heard on this one phone call,

00:17:07.280 trying to determine what is really taking place on this boat that is allegedly sitting in 31 feet of water, a depth of 31 feet.

00:17:16.520 and a bilge pump not working, claiming they're sinking and calling for help.

00:17:22.860 And yet in the background, are we really hearing all of this other activity?

00:17:30.400 Now, on its own, that audio obviously sounds alarming.

00:17:33.880 It's, you know, the kind of thing that makes it sound like Wells' friends

00:17:36.640 lied about leaving him on the island.

00:17:38.620 The thing is, though, there's no reason to believe that the audio is accurate.

00:17:41.720 This was billed as enhanced audio, quote unquote, by Nancy Grace,

00:17:44.600 but it seems like it was enhanced by being totally made up, possibly with AI.

00:20:37.320 common sense runs in the exact opposite direction here. You know, most rational adults know that

00:20:42.400 drownings happen all the time. Roughly 4,000 to 4,500 people die from drowning every year in the

00:20:48.740 in the United States, that average is about to 11 people per day. And the majority of those

00:20:53.600 victims are adults. Some of them are drunk. Some of them are high, but usually it's just extremely

00:20:58.260 bad luck. And indeed, in many of these cases, when people drown, it's often because they hit

00:21:02.420 their head on a rock or the side of a boat or on a dock or, you know, a wave crashes into them or

00:21:07.080 something like that. And when that happens, it can be violent. It doesn't mean somebody murdered

00:21:12.800 them. It's a regular occurrence. It happens literally every day in this country, multiple

00:21:17.580 times a day, every day. It's sad and tragic every single time, but there's nothing shocking from a

00:21:23.500 statistical perspective about what happened to Nolan Wells or any of these other drownings.

00:21:30.340 Now, let's go through some recent cases, all of which are from this year. If you need proof that

00:21:35.900 people drown all the time, then, you know, okay. Dorian Jackson, a 21-year-old black student at

00:21:41.000 North Carolina A&T State University, just drowned after attempting to rescue his sister when her

00:21:46.620 kayak capsized on Lake Norman around 7 p.m. She was 30 yards from the dock of a nearby residence.

00:21:52.000 Multiple people jumped in the water to try to help. But for reasons that aren't clear, Jackson

00:21:56.720 went under and didn't come back up. He wasn't wearing a life jacket at the time. And now he's

00:22:03.000 sadly perished. Maybe he had a heart attack. Maybe he fainted. We have no idea. He lost

00:22:10.100 consciousness in some way. We have no idea. All we know is that he was a young, seemingly healthy

00:22:14.860 man, and then he drowned. Also this summer, Harshita Nair and Mihail Sran, two college

00:22:22.800 students from the San Francisco Bay Area, were swept into the ocean and drowned, apparently

00:22:26.640 while they were napping on Panther Beach in Santa Cruz. Another theory is they were hit

00:22:31.300 by a wave. The tide rose very quickly, and by the time rescuers pulled them out, they

00:22:35.760 were dead. Then there's the case of Jimmy Gracie, a student at the University of Alabama.

00:22:39.660 um while on spring break he fell into the water drowned near a nightclub in barcelona spain back

00:22:45.540 in march he got separated from his friends and was last seen walking alone along a rocky coastline

00:22:50.340 his wallet was recovered nearby suggesting it wasn't a robbery an autopsy report showed that

00:22:54.900 gracie sustained injuries consistent with repeatedly striking rocks for hours but his

00:22:59.260 death was ruled accidental because when you're in the water and unconscious you're going to sustain

00:23:02.400 those kinds of injuries that's not that surprising there are dozens of more examples i could say and

00:23:06.880 and not all of them in turbulent or rocky waters. There was a case last month in New York when a

00:23:10.880 grown man drowned in his own backyard pool. Nobody knows exactly why he drowned, but he did,

00:23:16.780 and the police say the incident was non-criminal. Now, you don't hear about these cases because

00:23:21.340 they're totally unremarkable, although terribly sad, but again, statistically, they're not

00:23:27.220 remarkable. People drown all the time, and in particular, young people who are on vacation

00:23:32.440 have an unusually high risk of drowning, especially when drugs or alcohol are involved.

00:23:37.160 And yes, they also hit their heads.

00:25:43.020 nothing at all. The only reason a district attorney in Jackson County, Mississippi sent

00:25:47.660 the case to a grand jury was to placate the mobs of black activists who demanded a prosecution.

00:25:53.320 The DA didn't want to have to make the decision herself, so she convened a grand jury to investigate the case for five days.

00:25:59.300 And during the grand jury's exhaustive investigation, a grand jury that I will reiterate consisted of five black people.

00:26:05.240 They listened to 43 witnesses. More than 100 subpoenas were issued. All kinds of experts testified.

00:26:11.120 This is already way more than is usually done for accidental drownings where no foul play is evident or suspected.

00:26:37.620 the screen. Quote, there was bruising on the back of Mr. Wells' head, which was not a fatal injury.

00:26:42.980 Further, the grand jury found no evidence of any fatal injury or organic disease to Mr. Wells'

00:26:47.360 body. The state of Mississippi's chief medical examiner and a doctor disagree about the presence

00:26:52.940 of bruising, non-deep tissue on Mr. Wells's buttocks and shoulder. The grand jury considered

00:26:57.460 credible evidence concerning the circumstances of how Mr. Wells sustained the injury to the back of

00:27:01.800 his head. The exact cause of the injury remains uncertain. A witness testified under oath that he

00:27:05.920 saw Mr. Wells slip awkwardly off the side of a boat around the time of 3.30 p.m. on July 4th,

00:27:11.560 but could not say whether Mr. Wells struck his head during the fall. The witness testified that

00:27:15.120 Mr. Wells continued to socialize after the fall and did not appear injured. So whatever caused

00:27:20.700 this contusion, it was not a fatal injury. Contrary to what Hakeem Jeffries and Ben Crump

00:27:24.380 suggested, nobody clubbed this guy in the back of his head. And secondly, there's reason to believe

00:27:28.400 that Wells sustained the injury when he fell on the boat. I've also seen suggestions and speculation

00:27:33.820 from morticians that during the autopsy, it's possible Wells could have suffered an injury

00:27:38.440 consistent with contusion as his head was placed in a positioning device. So maybe that was it.

00:27:42.960 But as far as actual witness testimony in the case, the closest we have to an explanation for the contusion is that he fell and hit his head.

00:27:50.480 Now, you might say, well, the witness who saw Wells fall was probably one of the murderers.

00:27:54.040 He's in on it. It's a gigantic racist cover up after all.

00:27:57.560 So, of course, these secret Klansmen who were friends with Wells for some reason and went on vacation with him would lie about him falling and hitting his head.

00:29:58.960 Further, the family did not request that any additional document, recording, photograph, digital media report, or other material in the legal team's possession be submitted to the grand jury.
