00:00:27.920Now that the prosecution of Lindsay Clancy is on hiatus pending a retrial, assuming that there is1.00
00:00:35.620one, hordes of slack-jawed leftist women who spend every waking hour on Instagram or TikTok have1.00
00:00:42.080rushed headlong into their next psychotic obsession, just like zombies, you know, in the1.00
00:00:47.900movies where the zombies move fast. This brain-dead biomass has transitioned without missing a beat
00:00:55.200From defending a woman who systematically murdered her three children to launching a relentless, vicious smear campaign against seven young men who, while they were students at Cornell University, did not murder any children or anyone else for that matter.0.60
00:01:10.980In fact, these seven young men have never been charged with any crime whatsoever.
00:01:16.600But in the eyes of the mob, these young men, unlike Lindsay Clancy, deserve to have their lives destroyed based on very dubious and unproven accusations that we'll get into in a moment.
00:01:27.540Now, once again, the Clancy horde wants to help a woman avoid all accountability for her actions.
00:01:34.980But before we run through the facts of the Cornell case and the psychology of the women who are rushing into the next Duke lacrosse UVA style hoax with reckless abandon, I want to begin with a story that you may not be familiar with, you may not remember, or maybe never heard about.
00:01:52.420It involves a former Columbia University student named Emma Sulkowicz.
00:01:56.240So in 2012, she claimed that she was sexually assaulted by another student who was publicly named.
00:02:01.540The allegation triggered a wave of outrage on campus with students protesting the supposedly misogynistic culture in American universities.
00:02:12.340This is when we really started hearing terms like rape culture became came in vogue around this time.
00:02:19.760But after investigating the claim for seven months, Columbia found no wrongdoing.
00:02:24.740Part of the problem was that long after the alleged assault occurred, Emma texted the man who supposedly had assaulted her, writing, quote, I love you, Paul, where are you?
00:02:37.360So this was not a compelling allegation, and the school appropriately dismissed it.
00:02:43.300You'll find this is a common theme, by the way, with many of these kinds of rape accusations.
00:02:47.020The supposed victim carries on a friendly and even sometimes romantic relationship with the man who supposedly abused her.
00:02:54.740And we're not supposed to view that as evidence that the claim is false.
00:02:58.480But no one can really ever explain why we shouldn't view it as evidence that the claim is false.
00:03:03.140Clearly, it is evidence in that direction.
00:03:05.940So in the case of Emma Salkowitz, student activists wouldn't let the claim go.0.83
00:03:11.020The accuser began carrying a mattress everywhere she went during the academic year as a kind of protest.
00:06:36.320You know, the one guy with the glasses who admitted that he didn't know anything about the facts of the case still concluded that serious reform is needed.
00:06:44.760Of course, by serious reform, he didn't mean that women who make false allegations should be expelled, arrested, and bankrupted.
00:06:52.740He didn't mean that if you make a false allegation and it's proven that the allegation was false and you lied, that you should get the same prison sentence that the man would have gotten had he been convicted of the crime.
00:07:06.320He wasn't talking about that kind of reform. That's reform we do need, but he didn't mean that.
00:07:11.020Instead, he was saying that when a woman makes an allegation, whether it's true or not,0.60
00:07:16.540we should just reflexively believe it. We should just do whatever she wants.0.96
00:07:21.840Truth is relative, after all. It's her truth. That's what they think.
00:07:26.940We've seen this attitude at play in many other cases, perhaps most notably in the Duke lacrosse saga of 2006
00:07:33.660when the DA insisted that three white lacrosse players
00:08:03.660In the intervening years, there was the defamatory and now retracted Rolling Stone article about an alleged gang sexual assault on UVA's campus.
00:08:13.200Again, this triggered mass outrage from campus activists when the story broke back in 2014.
00:08:19.420What happened is that a female UVA student had a crush on a male student named Ryan.
00:08:24.080So to win his affection, she created a male alter ego named Haven Monaghan.
00:08:28.860and using the name Haven Monaghan, she pretended to be someone who was involved with Jackie as a
00:08:34.860way of making Ryan jealous. And when that didn't work, the female student concocted even more0.80
00:08:40.760bizarre situations using this alias, making it seem like she was in danger and that Ryan needed
00:08:44.700to rescue her. These lies culminated in the fake UVA gang assault story, which Rolling Stone
00:08:50.520published. Now, they didn't even bother to investigate and figure out that Haven Monaghan
00:08:55.040wasn't a real person. He was one of their main sources, and he didn't even exist. And in the end,
00:09:00.120Rolling Stone had to pay a lot of money for publishing that article. But to this day,
00:09:02.840we don't know the identity of the female accuser who made the whole thing up.
00:09:06.460Even after she was exposed as a fraudster who defamed several students and administrators at UVA,
00:09:11.800her identity was still concealed by the legal system and by every media outlet.
00:09:16.860The judge even ruled that the female student's mental health needed to be protected0.98
00:09:20.000during a deposition. And news outlets, including Rolling Stone, maintain that even when the accuser
00:09:25.500is a liar, her identity needs to be confidential. So if you're a man and you're accused of something
00:09:31.060horrific like this, you don't get to confront your accuser. You don't get the benefit of anonymity.
00:09:37.860You don't get to investigate her background or even know who she is.
00:09:42.060Meanwhile, every detail of your life, your job, your home address, everything
00:09:45.840will be exposed online and you'll be hounded for the rest of your life.
00:09:50.640Because there were never any grave consequences for this woman at UVA, because she wasn't punished in a public and humiliating fashion or in any fashion at all, many more women have decided to anonymously destroy the lives of innocent men.0.64
00:10:02.580In some cases, the motivation is to win the affections of someone they're attracted to.
00:10:06.540In other cases, the motivation is to excuse some degenerate, embarrassing behavior that they voluntarily engaged in.
00:10:12.080In other cases, it's to save face or to settle a score or to get revenge or just a sadistic joy out of watching other people suffer.
00:10:20.440Sometimes all of these motivations apply.1.00
00:10:22.480But simply put, there is a gigantic incentive for immoral, manipulative, sadistic women to fabricate allegations because they have nothing to lose.1.00
00:10:33.700If everything goes according to their plan, they'll gain a lot of sympathy and social capital, potentially a very large payout in a lawsuit.1.00
00:10:41.040and if they're exposed as liars, then every media outlet will protect their anonymity. So it's
00:10:46.120basically a no-risk strategy. The only thing you stand to lose is your soul, but if you don't have
00:10:52.780a soul to begin with or if you don't care about your soul, then there's no reason not to go for
00:10:57.400it. And that appears to be exactly what's apparently happening right now at Cornell
00:11:03.540University. Once again, there's a moral panic on campus about a very dubious, if not totally
00:11:09.560ridiculous account of sexual assault. And to give you an idea of how students are responding to the
00:11:14.940allegation, the editorial board of the Cornell Student Newspaper just published the names of
00:11:20.260all of the male students who are allegedly involved in this alleged assault, along with
00:11:25.740an explicit threat. They wrote, quote, we know who you are and we refuse to let you benefit from this
00:11:30.300university's concealment. So basically, these student activists have determined that the other
00:11:35.800students are guilty. And for what it's worth, here's how the New York Times reports on the
00:11:40.400decision of these student journalists, both women, of course, to publicly shame their former
00:11:45.900classmates. Quote, over cake, she turned to her fellow editors and asked, can we just put the
00:11:50.880names on the front page of the paper? We called up our lawyer and we were like, can we do this?
00:11:55.260And she recalled, he was like, I mean, it's kind of a risk. And we were like, okay, I guess that's
00:12:00.080how we're going to start the editorial. Our main obligation is accountability. Whether that looks
00:12:05.240like something that many people do not want to hear or something that many people do want to
00:12:09.520hear. It's our obligation to report on it. Accountability. Actually, as a journalist,
00:12:15.940your obligation is the truth. It's not to hold someone who you feel is a bad person accountable
00:12:24.040as a journalist. It's the truth. It's to get to the truth of what actually happened.
00:12:29.520And speaking of accountability, accountability would mean that these women, student journalists or not, are sued into oblivion.0.77
00:12:39.380They publish an editorial threatening people who have not been charged with a crime, much less convicted of one, implying that they're guilty of a heinous gang rape, despite there being no evidence of that at all.
00:12:53.160And several other media outlets have done the same thing.
00:12:55.420So here's the substance of the allegations to the extent that there is any substance.
00:13:00.540An alleged assault took place at a frat house in 2024.
00:13:04.320And now two years later, the anonymous accuser has filed a lawsuit.
00:13:11.360A prosecutor in New York has reopened a criminal investigation into claims of a fraternity gang rape at Cornell University.
00:13:19.040A former student says she was drugged and sexually assaulted in 2024 and is suing the Ivy League school, saying that it failed to protect her.
00:13:37.380Not only is it getting a lot of attention, but it's once again putting a spotlight on how universities and colleges address sexual assault allegations on their campuses.
00:13:47.400This case, Pamela, is disturbing. The details are graphic. And honestly, it is a complicated case.
00:13:55.500And I want to start right at the beginning. Right. The alleged assault took place in October of 2024.
00:14:02.320According to the lawsuit, two of the seven members of Chi Phi fraternity were expelled and others received lesser punishment,
00:14:11.460including suspensions and written assignments after Cornell University conducted an investigation.
00:14:18.240The fraternity was also barred from campus.
00:14:21.180Now, the initial investigation back in 2024 resulted in no charges and no arrests.
00:14:27.520Jane Doe, the accuser in this case, has since left the university,
00:14:31.400and now she has brought this civil lawsuit against the school, against the fraternity, her own sorority, seeking damages.
00:14:40.920The Tompkins County District Attorney is also saying that he is reopening the investigation.
00:14:46.160He plans to present new evidence in the case.
00:14:50.960So already some alarm bells, if you're a reasonable person, should be going off here.
00:14:57.440For one thing, just at first blush, the story sounds absurd.
00:15:03.180You know, a woman who was drugged and gang raped, allegedly, on a college campus.
00:15:10.760This is the kind of thing that happens in the world, the kind of thing that happens often in Pakistan, maybe.
00:15:17.080But it's extremely rare in the United States, especially among college students.
00:15:22.700And that's why in almost every case that you can think of, when you hear about an attack like this, especially in these high-profile cases, it ends up being fictional.
00:15:32.160You'll recall the, we already mentioned a few of the gang rape allegations ended up being false.
00:15:37.280You recall the ludicrous gang rape claims against Brett Kavanaugh, for example. He was another one
00:15:42.560who suffered these false allegations. Now, I was able to find one notable exception in the past
00:15:49.36020 years, which was a gang sexual assault that took place at Vanderbilt in 2013, resulting in
00:15:54.480the conviction of four Vanderbilt football players. You probably haven't heard of this story,
00:15:58.760And I'll tell you why. One of the lead attackers who was black told the victim, who was white, that she deserved the attack because of the color of her skin, saying, quote, that's for 400 years of slavery.
00:16:12.100So it was a racially motivated anti-white attack. That's why you haven't heard about it.
00:16:18.320Other than that, these kinds of cases are very rare.
00:16:21.420So when allegations like this surface, you should ask some obvious questions.
00:16:26.600Doesn't mean just because something's red doesn't mean it didn't happen. But automatically, red flags go up, especially when it follows a pattern of other hoaxes on college campuses. Very similar in a lot of ways. If you're a reasonable person, you immediately think, oh, this fits a pattern. Is it part of that pattern?
00:16:45.380well all that means is that you should carefully scrutinize the evidence especially since
00:16:50.920in the intro to that segment we're only getting one side of the story we're told that this woman
00:16:55.980was drugged very important how that was phrased and didn't consent to anything uh and if that was
00:17:03.320true then obviously it'd be a very serious crime but then in the same breath we're told that no
00:17:08.300criminal charges were filed when this incident allegedly occurred and this lawsuit wasn't filed
00:17:13.900for another two years. So why is that? I mean, are we supposed to believe that in, what, 2024,
00:17:19.680there's an old boys club in the DA's office in Ithaca, New York? Or is there potentially a
00:17:26.260serious problem with the evidence in the case? C-list celebrities certainly aren't waiting
00:17:32.340around to find out. According to Variety, someone named Jamila Jamil just stated, quote,
00:17:37.780I think the likes of the Cornell 7 shouldn't be allowed penises anymore. They use them as weapons,1.00
00:17:42.580so now they have to be confiscated. I think jail time, legal castration, and a removal of the
00:17:47.280shaft seems like the bare minimum. Then there's this from somebody named Josh Gad.
00:17:54.520Quote, when we start setting a precedent that our girls and women can be brutally raped,
00:17:59.020and the resulting disciplinary action is to hand out Chex Notes essays, like it's Bart Simpson
00:18:05.540being a little rascal about why it was wrong to brutally violate an innocent girl, we have lost
00:18:10.980our effing minds. Okay. Chex notes. Was that actually in the statement? I think it was.
00:18:21.280Whatever these people are worth, which probably isn't much, you know, they should be bankrupted
00:18:29.360by defamation lawsuits. And then once they're destroyed, something similar needs to happen
00:18:35.080to the Democrat leaders of the state of New York. And here's the governor of Kathy Hochul.
00:18:38.960this one is far more egregious than those dumb celebrities because this is the governor of the1.00
00:18:45.280state again here's what she says quote the allegations in the cornell university sexual0.98
00:18:51.560assault case are nothing short of horrifying for any student to come forward after an experience
00:18:56.500like this takes extraordinary courage no student should ever be left wondering whether the
00:19:01.440institution meant to protect them will listen and act i'm calling for outside counsel to conduct a
00:19:06.920transparent, independent review of the university's response to determine whether Cornell met every
00:19:12.420obligation to protect its students and pursue justice. Now, nevermind the fact that it's wildly
00:19:19.160inappropriate for the governor of the state to weigh in on a case like this when no charges have
00:19:23.920been filed and none of the allegations have been proven at all. Merely by making these allegations
00:19:31.300in the eyes of the Democrat party, the woman in this case has become untouchable. You know,
00:19:35.900she's not a degenerate anymore. Instead, by filing a lawsuit in which she's presumably1.00
00:19:41.640seeking millions of dollars, she has extraordinary courage. Even if Hochul is using the word
00:19:48.120allegations, she's still essentially stating that the claims are factual. Because if it takes
00:19:55.720extraordinary courage to make the claim, then the claim must be factual. Unless Hochul believes that
00:20:03.380it also takes extraordinary courage to make false claims. I mean, if you care at all about
00:20:09.200the evidence, then shouldn't you hold off on calling it extraordinarily courageous until
00:20:15.100we know whether it's true? Doesn't the courage in saying, whether or not it involves courage,
00:20:22.960doesn't that depend entirely on whether she's telling the truth or not?
00:20:28.680Well, no, we have the governor of New York implicitly declaring without a conviction or
00:20:33.120even any charges filed that the accused men are guilty. It's totally unconscionable and
00:20:39.960predictable. You know, I tell my kids to finish what they start constantly, all the time. This
00:20:44.960is the message. It's basically my entire parenting philosophy, and I repeat it until they're sick of
00:20:49.040hearing it. So I should probably mention, if there's a degree you started and never finished

00:21:58.460Visit BetMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive,
00:22:24.880aoc of course is uh is on board with all this she's already convicted the cornell students as
00:22:32.980well watch i want to be clear that the culture of rape sexual assault and pedophilia is protected
00:22:46.260in elite institutions across the united states and including cornell university in this instance
00:22:52.560AOC told the crowd about being touched inappropriately within 10 seconds of arriving at a party during her freshman year at Boston University.
00:23:00.560Less than a week later, she was disturbed by what she witnessed at another party at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
00:23:06.700And I was horrified at what I saw. I was 17 years old. I had been, you know, really kept from a lot of things like that when I was in high school.
00:23:18.660and I walked in and I saw just, you know, incapacitated women, men taking advantage of0.91
00:23:30.220them, people making decisions. And I mean, it was just horrible. When I read about what happened0.94
00:23:38.020at Cornell, those men posted in a group chat. That means it was normal to them.
00:23:45.380She then directed a message of support to the woman, identified only as Jane Doe, who filed the lawsuit.
00:23:51.420Jane Doe, if you are listening or a survivor of any gender, mind you, because so many men and young boys are subject to this as well,
00:24:00.520that if you have been subject to this, I want you to know that you are not defined by the things that have happened to you.
00:24:08.880you are bigger than that you are stronger than them and they will never define you for your
00:24:15.080entire life and that you can achieve anything that you want to achieve from one survivor to another0.98
00:24:22.020okay so she tells the harrowing tale of going to a party and uh and there were incapacitated women
00:24:30.320being taken advantage of by men all over the place she says and we'll get back to this but
00:24:36.480Of course, you hear this harrowing tale, and you ask, well, were the men also incapacitated?
00:30:38.600She chose to drink, and this was not something that was done to her against the will.
00:30:43.040And then when she arrived, the male who she was texting with invited her to join a threesome.
00:30:48.840Quote, Doe agreed due to how attracted she was to male number one on top of her drunken curiousness.
00:30:54.180When she learned that male number two would be the third participant, Jane Doe remembered being excited because she thought that male number one and male number two wanted to have a threesome, and that meant that they were gay.
00:31:06.140Well, she might well have been correct about that, but as far as proving that an assault occurred, this obviously doesn't help her case.0.74
00:31:14.480Quote, the sexual conduct ended when Jane Doe noticed that male number one appeared really sleepy.
00:31:19.980She told male number two that they needed to stop having sex in order to make sure that male number one was okay.
00:31:24.760Male number two then stopped with Jane Doe.
00:31:27.720Male number one said he was going to take a nap and refresh himself and would eventually stumble his way from the couch to the bed.
00:31:34.420While male number one slept, male number two began to dry heave as if he was going to vomit.
00:31:39.760Jane Doe began to take care of male number two by patting his back while also waking male number one every few minutes to make sure he was okay.
00:31:45.780Now, at this point, if we use the logic of the Instagram horde for a second, it sounds a lot like maybe these men are actually the victims.
00:31:55.500After all, if you can't possibly consent to sexual activity when you're intoxicated, then these men were being taken advantage of.
00:32:03.700So where's their Me Too moment? Why aren't they filing a lawsuit?
00:32:06.880You know, this has always been the glaring inconsistency in the claim popular on the left that drunk sex is inherently rape. We kind of heard that from AOC, a version of this claim. Any woman who engages in sexual activity while drunk was by definition raped because she could not have consented. That's the idea.
00:32:28.460Now, the problem with this idea, aside from the fact that actually drunk people do make choices and are responsible for those choices, that's the whole reason why you go to prison if you get drunk and hit somebody with your car.
00:32:40.340In fact, if you kill someone with your car, you'll go to prison longer if you were drunk.
00:32:47.880But aside from that, in almost any case where a drunk woman is having sex on a college campus or anywhere else, the man is very often also drunk.
00:32:54.900So by this logic, he has a rape claim just as valid as hers.
00:32:59.500And yet nobody would take him seriously if he went public with a claim of that sort.
00:33:49.240meanwhile back in reality under new york law and under the law of common sense being intoxicated
00:33:58.020does not mean uh that you cannot consent as long as you got yourself intoxicated
00:34:02.880meaning you weren't drugged against your will you chose to put yourself in this state
00:34:06.600and you remain conscious and able to verbalize your thoughts then you remain fully responsible
00:34:12.140for what happens that's the standard and it should be and according to this woman's statement
00:34:18.720Every single time she verbalized that she didn't want to engage in sexual activity,
00:34:22.000her request was respected. She actually pushed several people away. It's also clear from her
00:34:26.460statements that she voluntarily drank alcohol and took ketamine. At no point was she drugged,
00:34:32.420at least not by anyone else. She drugged herself, just like a lot of these guys apparently drugged
00:34:38.200themselves. At most, what's clear from her statement is that this orgy was bizarre and0.95
00:34:45.040gross and disgusting, and eventually the other members of the fraternity put an end to it.0.90
00:34:51.420Quote, male number four asked Jane Doe if they could all do drugs off her0.89
00:34:54.780perfect body, quote unquote. Jane Doe responded, sure. While the men were doing drugs off of her0.97
00:35:01.740body, male number three and another entered the room and said something like, okay, we're shutting
00:35:06.320down whatever the F this is. So based on this statement, the DA decided not to bring charges.
00:35:13.420That's because even if you pretend that everything she said was true, it still would not constitute a crime under New York law.
00:35:19.600That's obviously the correct decision.0.80
00:35:22.600Everything that was happening that we just described is immoral and gross, and you shouldn't be doing any of that if you're a man or a woman.0.62
00:35:30.840But everybody involved, if it's morally repugnant behavior, everyone involved, including the woman, is guilty of engaging in that morally repugnant behavior.
00:35:42.420But now, two years later, this woman has found a lawyer and completely changed her story.
00:35:47.260Instead of shutting her down, the DA is caving to the mob.
00:35:50.540Here's part of the statement from the DA.
00:35:52.860Quote, multiple prosecutors and criminal investigators reviewed Jane Doe's statement
00:35:56.400and correctly determined that the alleged facts as set forth in the statement do not constitute a crime.
00:36:00.380To be clear, the credibility of the woman who described the facts in detail was never in question.
00:36:05.320I recognize the reality that it could take years of therapy and healing for victims of sexual assault
00:36:09.100to fully process and understand what happened to them.
00:36:12.420Well, this is complete and utter BS. There's no other way to describe it.
00:36:17.680Yes, the credibility of the woman is in question. She's contradicted herself.
00:36:22.040If contradicting yourself does not undermine your credibility, then nothing does.
00:36:26.160This woman described very specific details contemporaneously when she spoke to the prosecutors to report what happened.
00:36:32.300She clearly was not incapacitated, otherwise she wouldn't have remembered anything.
00:36:35.580She told investigators everything that occurred, and after reviewing her statements, they could not identify a crime.
00:36:41.500She obviously felt like something strange had happened, and it did.0.53
00:36:44.740The whole thing, again, was disgusting.1.00
00:36:46.640She participated in a drug-fueled orgy.0.99
00:36:49.460If she felt ashamed of that and gross about it, she should have.0.99
00:36:57.160And by all available evidence, she was an active and enthusiastic participant in this gross thing that happened.
00:37:04.140now two years later after therapy and consultations with her lawyer she has a different version of
00:37:12.980by definition this means she's not credible the idea that so-called survivors need to take two0.99
00:37:18.660years to figure out what happened to them on its face is insulting and idiotic what's happening0.98
00:37:24.160here is that the prosecutor is conflating the idea of delayed disclosure with delayed memory0.85
00:37:29.780It's very possible that somebody after suffering abuse, particularly if they suffered abuse when they were a child, let's say, might not want to talk about it for a while, might be afraid to talk about it, might be ashamed, might be, you know, have all kinds of anxieties about it.
00:37:44.380But there's no support for the idea that victims of abuse are going to lie to the police at great length about what happened to them, only to change their story two years later because they remember it better suddenly, years after the fact.
00:38:12.580If you feel like you're remembering something better, like if it's two years later and you feel like you remember an event better than you did after it happened, that is not your memory.
00:38:24.620That is your mind constructing a vivid story about what happened, which may or may not bear any resemblance to the thing that actually happened.
00:38:34.960Memories fade over time. They don't suddenly get better over time.
00:38:38.420but with this you know attitude it gives a license to psychopaths to lie about what actually happened
00:38:45.340to them and speaking of psychopaths it also gives a license to therapists to plant these ideas in
00:38:52.560the minds of their female clients see this is how it often works you know a woman does something1.00
00:38:58.140disgusting like participating willfully in a drug-fueled orgy as was apparently the case of1.00
00:39:03.140Cornell, and feels guilty about it. And since her real problem is guilt, not trauma, the real0.97
00:39:11.640solution is to repent of her sins. She should be going to church, not a therapist's office.
00:39:18.620But in the modern world, therapists are the new spiritual advisors, the new clergy,
00:39:23.580the high priests of the left-wing therapeutic religion. And so that's where women like this0.98
00:39:29.000one take their sins. This is where they go to find absolution. But in therapy, in the age of1.00
00:39:34.060affirmation, no one can be guilty of any sins. A woman especially can't be guilty of sins. The0.99
00:39:40.320only person who can really be guilty of anything is a white man. So the therapist helps her to see0.95
00:39:47.140that her feelings of guilt are really trauma. You know, she actually isn't responsible for anything
00:39:53.480that happened. She's a victim. She was raped. Even if she didn't know she was raped. Even if
00:39:58.780she specifically remembered not being raped, she was raped. And the woman latches on to that new0.89
00:40:05.400theory of the case for obvious reasons. Not only does it mean a potential payout, not only will0.54
00:40:09.780it bring her attention and all the other things that shallow women and shallow men desire most of
00:40:14.840all, but it also frees her of guilt. It releases her from the burden of her own agency. And you
00:40:23.760will never really understand modern society or the rise of therapy culture or the popularity of
00:40:29.780socialism among young people or why big pharma is a trillion dollar industry until you understand
00:40:37.240that the number one thing driving many people these days is a desire to be freed from the
00:40:45.260crushing weight of their own volition, their agency. They do not want to have free will.
00:40:54.420Freedom itself is not, it turns out, much to the chagrin of our founding fathers,
00:40:58.760an innate desire common among all people. It's not. Not everybody wants to be free. Some people
00:41:05.960want to be slaves. They want to be told they have no control. They have no capacity to make
00:41:10.440decisions. Nothing that they do is their fault. They can't be held accountable for anything.
00:41:18.640That's why they go to therapy. They sit down in the therapist's office and they say to the
00:41:23.160therapist, usually indirectly, but sometimes directly, here's the stuff I feel bad about.
00:41:28.160Now tell me why it isn't my fault. And the therapist indulges them, just like the drugs
00:41:35.000indulge them, just like the politicians indulge them. So you as a healthy person, as a well-adjusted
00:41:40.860person, you may feel a deep desire for freedom and the open road, but a lot of people, especially
00:41:47.920leftist women most of all, have no such desire. They want to be puppets on a string. They want0.98
00:41:53.140to be marionettes on a stage. Nothing is their fault. Nothing was their choice. That's what they
00:42:01.520want. Now that's all deeper philosophical stuff. Closer to the surface, we still have practical
00:42:07.200questions. Questions like, why aren't we allowed to know the identity of this Jane Doe? She's
00:42:12.640allowed to publicly name all these Cornell students and file lawsuits that dox their home0.53
00:42:16.340addresses, destroy their reputations for the rest of their lives, but we're not allowed to know
00:42:20.900anything about her? No judge should be able to shield this information from the public. We still0.94
00:42:25.900have a First Amendment in this country, last time I checked, and if a woman is going to make bizarre1.00
00:42:29.560claims that attract national attention like this and contradict herself in the process,0.93
00:42:33.600we have a right to know who she is, period. Now, it's not witness intimidation. It's not
00:42:38.160stalking. It's our constitutional right. This is not the Soviet Union. People have a right to
00:42:42.120confront their accusers in this country. They have the right to information that's clearly in the
00:42:46.120public interest. One of these Cornell students that this woman is accused, by the way, it was
00:42:51.220just fired by Wells Fargo after the lawsuit was filed. And the mob of Instagram harpies is trying0.99
00:42:56.960to get the other students fired from their jobs as well.
00:43:00.260These young men haven't even been charged with a crime,
00:43:03.000but they're being relentlessly harassed
00:43:04.380by the same women who defended Lindsay Clancy
00:43:06.420for the triple murder of her own children.
00:43:09.200And these students have no recourse whatsoever.
00:43:12.520Meanwhile, this woman, like the UVA accuser,
00:47:23.480She voluntarily snorted ketamine off of one of the boys' body parts.
00:47:30.620Even though she was highly intoxicated when she arrived at the frat house.
00:47:34.100She was highly intoxicated, but had made plans to meet one of the young men.
00:47:39.660She allowed other boys and consented to other boys snorting ketamine off of her body.
00:47:47.600And under New York law, voluntary intoxication or drug use that merely impairs judgment does not legally constitute an inability to consent to sexual activity.
00:47:57.380Right. So that means if you voluntarily ingest drugs, you voluntarily take alcohol, you can agree to have threesomes, which in her statement, she agreed to have two separate threesomes.
00:48:12.300One boy did walk in one young man did walk in and say everybody out. So there was one person that did that and
00:48:20.300According to her statement three of the young men did not touch her and
00:48:24.780So I say all the thing I wonder Sonny is but I say all that
00:48:30.400The pictures of these young men who have not been charged not been adjudicated are being plastered all over the Internet
00:48:38.080I think people are reporting this story inaccurately. I think they're reporting it unfairly.
00:48:44.380And while this is something that we have to take very seriously, there is no way, according to her statement in 2024, that any prosecutor would have brought forth a case.
00:48:53.540Yeah, but she was intoxicated. How did she...0.80
00:48:56.320now what's uh frustrating about this clip is the realization that sunny hostin one of the dumbest1.00
00:49:04.380women on the view which is really saying something has more integrity and honesty on this issue than0.96
00:49:09.880many prominent conservative politicians has a single republican come out to defend these
00:49:17.440cornell students as a single republican said a word about this case which is an obvious
00:49:23.080miscarriage of justice that implicates the constitutional rights of these students, and by
00:49:28.140extension, any student. If you care about civil rights at all, then this should be one of the0.76
00:49:33.400most important issues you're talking about right now. Title IX has not been reformed in any
00:49:38.120meaningful way. It's still extremely easy for a woman to make up some false accusation and destroy1.00
00:49:43.860the lives of anyone she wants, especially on a college campus. So it's a big deal.0.87
00:49:48.860But a lot of Republicans who claim they care about the civil rights of everyone, including white men on college campuses, are totally silent.
00:49:57.320They're allowing this fake narrative to take hold, just like they're remaining silent as Democrats spread lies about lynchings all over the country and so many other things.0.98
00:50:06.680And the only conclusion you can draw from this is that at the moment, we're led by politicians who are somehow more pathetic than Sonny Hostin.0.94
00:50:15.740And their weakness will lead to many more fake accusations.0.97
00:50:18.860It will lead to the destruction of many more young men.0.98
00:50:23.780And unless things change very quickly, their cowardice will empower another generation of leftist women to believe that they're never accountable for their own actions.1.00
00:50:33.520A feminist tenant that, in every possible respect, has done more damage to this country over the past 50 years than the nuclear bomb did to Hiroshima.0.95
00:50:42.360That is not an overstatement. It's not a metaphor.
00:50:45.700These people are destroying civilization.
00:50:48.860And with this Cornell case, they've made it very clear that they're just getting started.
