00:01:00.620 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.

00:01:06.220 Hey, everyone. I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show.

00:01:15.480 Another night of utter chaos in Minneapolis.

00:01:17.700 And the most frustrating part, all of this was totally avoidable if only law enforcement and ICE had been permitted to simply make the arrests that they are legally entitled to and charged with making.

00:01:33.340 There was an illegal immigrant involved here and they tried to arrest this guy.

00:01:39.280 And instead of just being allowed to do it, they have been subjected, like all the ICE officers in Minneapolis, to nonstop harassment from far left wannabe warriors. 0.98

00:01:50.420 It's like these fat, unattractive, gross people who were too chicken shit to actually sign up for the military and be true tough guys and gals have decided to find their courage through their rolls of lard on the streets of Minneapolis. 0.98

00:02:06.580 I'm sorry, but that's what's happening. It's like nose ring central. 0.99

00:02:11.140 And they're super, super tough talking into their iPhone and then going out there and shouting in ICE's face.

00:02:20.040 And then what happens when ICE actually has to arrest them is they wind up cowering in fear and crying like little babies.

00:02:26.500 Like you saw the woman yesterday, it was all tough talk until they actually tried to get her car out of the road.

00:02:31.720 And then she said, I'm just a mom. I'm just a mom. We have more of that today.

00:02:36.180 OK, but here's what happened last night. According to the Department of Homeland Security, it all started just before 7 p.m. local when federal law enforcement conducted a targeted traffic stop of an illegal immigrant.

00:02:48.180 Why was he even on the streets of Minneapolis? One might ask.

00:02:51.280 One sane person might ask. Joe Biden's administration released him into the country over three years ago.

00:02:58.960 Rather than comply with officers demands, the suspect fled the scene and ended up crashing into a parked car.

00:03:06.040 A pursuit on foot then ensued and the officer caught up to the illegal, who then resisted arrest and violently attacked the officer.

00:03:14.720 As Trump once famously said, they're not sending their best.

00:03:18.520 Two other individuals came out of a nearby apartment.

00:03:22.200 They decided to join the fight.

00:03:24.600 Was it on the side of the law enforcement officer making a proper arrest?

00:03:29.220 No, of course not. This is Minneapolis.

00:03:31.520 They decided to help the illegal immigrant attack the officer, joining in with a snow shovel and a broom handle. 0.99

00:03:39.420 Now it's three against one.

00:03:41.620 DHS described the attack as an ambush.

00:03:43.920 In the scuffle, the original suspect got a hold of the shovel and the broomstick and began beating the officer with them.

00:03:52.260 The officer fired one defensive shot.

00:03:54.920 This is what the left has asked for, hitting the initial suspect in the leg.

00:03:59.640 This is what they're supposed to want.

00:04:01.540 All three individuals who attacked the officer then fled to a nearby apartment and barricaded themselves inside.

00:04:07.620 The attackers were eventually taken into custody, as eventually they all are when they engage in this kind of behavior.

00:04:15.920 And both the illegal immigrant who was shot and the officer, sadly, are now in the hospital.

00:04:22.220 We believe at this hour neither has been discharged.

00:04:25.140 DHS, writing in a statement, quote,

00:04:27.480 This attack on another brave member of law enforcement took place while Minnesota's top leaders, Governor Walz and Mayor Fry,

00:04:34.420 are actively encouraging an organized resistance to ICE and federal law enforcement officers.

00:04:41.380 Their hateful rhetoric and resistance against men and women who are simply trying to do their jobs must end.

00:04:46.540 Despite the tension between local and federal officers, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara spoke at a press conference last night

00:04:55.500 and largely backed up DHS's account of the shooting.

00:04:59.220 Watch.

00:05:00.340 At 6.51 p.m., Minneapolis police received a 911 call reporting a shooting on the 600 block of 24 Avenue North.

00:05:10.260 Preliminary information indicates that there was a struggle with a federal agent in front of the resident.

00:05:15.080 During the struggle, the federal agent discharged his weapon, striking one adult male.

00:05:21.200 The adult male then retreated inside of the residence, where he remained inside and refused to come out.

00:05:29.200 Eventually, federal agents made entry into the residence, and the individual was brought to an ambulance where he has been transported to the hospital.

00:05:37.500 Minneapolis police have secured the crime scene around the location,

00:05:41.080 and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, as well as the FBI, are on the scene processing the evidence.

00:05:47.720 I believe there's a broom and like a snow shovel that's on the scene.

00:05:52.760 And yes, I have heard information that some individual, at least one person, may have assaulted federal law enforcement.

00:06:01.860 Oh, you don't say.

00:06:04.660 We might want to share that with the New York Times, because they're not convinced.

00:06:09.200 Publishing a story with the headline,

00:06:11.700 Federal agent shoots immigrant in Minneapolis, Homeland Security says.

00:06:16.420 Nothing about the fact that he was being attacked by that immigrant and two others.

00:06:22.100 Zero mention that the suspect was an illegal immigrant.

00:06:25.920 Immigrant, just an immigrant, just immigrant, just like some random mining his own business immigrant, 1.00

00:06:31.680 like could have been Elon Musk, just an immigrant.

00:06:34.520 Nothing about him being an illegal, nothing about the shovel, nothing about the broom handle.

00:06:38.640 And now today, this morning, look at this.

00:06:41.220 The New York Times wasn't satisfied with its headline.

00:06:43.160 It actually had to go back and edit it again.

00:06:45.100 Did they add in broom handle? 0.61

00:06:46.280 Did they add in shovel?

00:06:47.500 Did they add in illegal?

00:06:48.900 No, they took out the word immigrant.

00:06:50.220 Now, it's federal agent shoots man in Minneapolis, prompting tense protests.

00:06:56.080 Just man, like an American. 1.00

00:06:58.060 It was an American, basically. 0.52

00:07:00.620 It was just some random man minding his own business who got shot by the evil ice.

00:07:07.120 So now he's not an immigrant, let alone an illegal immigrant, let alone an illegal immigrant

00:07:11.360 who was beating the cop with a shovel and a broomstick and had the help of two other illegals or witnesses.

00:07:17.340 In the body of the story, it also takes issue with DHS's version of the events leading up

00:07:22.100 to the shooting, quote, the federal government's narrative could not be immediately verified.

00:07:26.900 Hello, the police chief corroborated virtually all of it on camera.

00:07:31.360 We just played part of it for you.

00:07:33.000 Do a little work, New York Times, just a little, little bit of effort.

00:07:36.740 By the way, not for nothing, but there is a viral clip online where Mayor Frye is talking

00:07:40.640 about how, you know, there are there are people in this town.

00:07:43.880 He's sympathetic with them, the ones protesting ice, who want the Minneapolis police to fight

00:07:50.900 ice on the ground.

00:07:52.380 And you see this same police chief with his eyebrows go up to the ceiling.

00:07:56.400 This is as high as mine can go, thanks to my Botox.

00:07:58.300 But trust me, his went even higher.

00:07:59.760 He got all sorts of lines that I'm not capable of getting anymore, thanks to all the poison

00:08:03.920 in my forehead.

00:08:05.400 But trust me, his eyes went up and there were lines.

00:08:08.180 You can see the police chief was like, eh, maybe we don't highlight that.

00:08:11.500 Like, well, and also that's not an idea that will ever be, will ever come to fruition.

00:08:17.840 We will not be fighting ice officers.

00:08:19.920 You can see it in his face.

00:08:21.140 So there's no local leadership.

00:08:22.800 There's no leadership whatsoever to turn down the temperature last night or any other night

00:08:27.320 in this thing.

00:08:28.160 Around 200 protesters, as a result, began gathering at the scene of, you know, the poor man, quote,

00:08:34.380 just man being shot by the evil ice officer and began additional attacks on law enforcement,

00:08:41.660 shooting fireworks at both the local and the federal cops and reportedly throwing snowballs

00:08:47.060 at immigration agents.

00:08:48.800 Take a look at this video by independent journalist Nick Sorter of protesters attacking a federal

00:08:53.620 vehicle and going for what could possibly go wrong.

00:08:57.620 It's weapons locker.

00:08:58.940 Don't take a look.

00:09:28.940 Great. And here's what the radicals had to say about what they pulled out of the federal vehicle.

00:09:52.740 One of the ICE agent vehicles got broken into and I found this paperwork. It has a list with FBI Operation Info. It's got full names of FBI agents, phone numbers, emails. There's maps on where they're staying, where they're holding immigrants. There's hotel names in there. There's judge names. This paperwork has people's full names and their emails.

00:10:18.600 And she's showing it all on camera. By the way, they did appear to get the weapons out of the weapons locker. Here it is in SOT 13A.

00:10:31.920 He's hammering at it.

00:10:33.100 Oh, wow.

00:10:39.540 Oh, my God.

00:10:43.700 Oh, my God.

00:10:48.600 Oh, my God.

00:10:53.860 Bullet? 0.85

00:10:55.940 Here's some bullet.

00:10:57.160 Uh-uh.

00:10:57.620 That's a .20.

00:10:58.180 Great.

00:10:59.760 We saw the rifle.

00:11:01.580 Now they're finding the ammo.

00:11:02.680 And they start pulling law enforcement patches out of the container that was holding the weapons.

00:11:13.060 Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry, a Democrat, spoke last night and tried to claim the moral high ground on this.

00:11:19.240 Suggesting, like, his messaging on all of this has been picture perfect.

00:11:24.100 He's been the model of calm, sober leadership.

00:11:28.440 But we're just going to do a little quick comparison between the comments he made last night versus those he made just days ago.

00:11:36.100 So the question was, there has been the accusation that local officials have perhaps taken up the temperature in Minneapolis.

00:11:49.200 First, I'll say, show me a single place where I have encouraged anything other than peace.

00:11:54.180 And I have a message for ICE. 1.00

00:11:58.240 To ICE, get the fuck out of Minneapolis. 1.00

00:12:01.960 Oh, oh, I guess that was just he was asking for support for ICE there. 0.99

00:12:07.020 So what about Minnesota Governor Tim Walz?

00:12:09.420 Well, last night he was busy giving a special prime time address.

00:12:12.520 He hasn't missed one minute of this.

00:12:13.820 He's loving this.

00:12:15.180 It's distracting from his allowance, at a minimum, of all the fraud happening in his state.

00:12:23.400 This is a much better narrative for him.

00:12:25.160 The evil ICE has invaded Minnesota and is harassing innocent victims.

00:12:29.580 Those are lies, but he's telling them similar, different kind of fraud, frankly.

00:12:33.860 So he's been all over the cameras.

00:12:36.420 And last night he decided to hold a prime time address where things didn't go exactly as planned when he was speaking live.

00:12:44.380 Check out the audio on this.

00:12:46.640 The federal government is raining down upon our communities.

00:12:49.240 What's happening in Minnesota right now.

00:12:50.060 Two to three thousand armed agents of the federal government have been deployed in Minnesota.

00:12:55.080 Armed, masked, under-trained ICE agents are going door-to-door, ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.

00:13:04.640 They're pulling over people in Minnesota.

00:13:05.380 I don't even know what's happening.

00:13:06.560 Indiscriminate, armed, including U.S. citizens.

00:13:08.880 This is what we can get out.

00:13:09.800 This is what we call a mixed minus in our ears as anchors when, like, you're doing a live hit in the field and you're saying,

00:13:16.060 tonight at Andrews Air Force Base, the following, and then, like, three seconds after you say it,

00:13:20.660 you hear in your ear, tonight at Andrews Air Force Base, and it's nearly impossible to do.

00:13:26.520 If you ever see a reporter rip the earpiece out of his or her ear, that's what's happening to them.

00:13:32.180 It seems to have happened somehow on the live audio feed, which is a new issue.

00:13:36.060 I've never seen that happen.

00:13:37.880 I don't know what it was, but it was a disaster.

00:13:40.280 They eventually figured it out, and then they posted the proper remarks on YouTube.

00:13:45.560 And when we could finally understand Governor Walz, we heard some of the most inflammatory rhetoric

00:13:50.420 about the feds from a sitting governor since, like, the Civil War.

00:13:55.380 Take a look.

00:13:56.400 What's happening in Minnesota right now defies belief.

00:14:00.440 News reports simply don't do justice to the level of chaos and disruption and trauma.

00:14:06.060 The federal government is raining down upon our communities.

00:14:09.660 Two to three thousand armed agents of the federal government have been deployed to Minnesota.

00:14:14.720 Armed, masked, under-trained ICE agents are going door to door,

00:14:20.120 ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.

00:14:23.880 They're pulling over people indiscriminately, including U.S. citizens,

00:14:28.660 and demanding to see their papers.

00:14:31.540 And at grocery stores, at bus stops, even at our schools, they're breaking windows,

00:14:36.720 dragging pregnant women down the street, just plain grabbing Minnesotans and shoving them into unmarked vans.

00:14:42.800 Kidnapping innocent people with no warning and no due process.

00:14:47.040 Let's be very, very clear.

00:14:48.760 This long ago stopped being a matter of immigration enforcement.

00:14:51.620 Instead, it's a campaign of organized brutality against the people of Minnesota by our own federal government.

00:14:58.200 That is so incendiary.

00:15:01.760 How insane is that?

00:15:04.480 That is just beyond.

00:15:06.020 I'm trying to find the, yeah, here it is.

00:15:08.600 The rapid response.

00:15:11.460 It's rapid response 47 on X.

00:15:14.340 Respond is following.

00:15:15.360 And this, it sounds harsh.

00:15:17.120 It was absolutely deserved having heard that.

00:15:19.140 They write, tampon.

00:15:20.660 I love that they've just shortened it now to tampon.

00:15:22.800 It's no longer tampon Tim.

00:15:24.000 By the way, that's also happening in Connecticut, where our ridiculous Democrat governor has made sure that there are tampons in the boys' rooms and public schools in Connecticut.

00:15:33.300 We'll be getting to that story in more depth soon.

00:15:35.880 But tampon, they write, is currently attempting to do a live, highly produced statewide address to condemn the enforcement of our immigration laws in Minnesota.

00:15:43.340 But it's not going so well. 0.99

00:15:45.080 You're a loser, at Tim Walls. 1.00

00:15:46.800 And you always will be. 1.00

00:15:47.980 Just resign in disgrace, you buffoon. 1.00

00:15:51.380 Sounds right. 1.00

00:15:52.500 I think it's the right tone.

00:15:53.340 I think they nailed it.

00:15:55.180 Okay, tampon, take a seat. 0.66

00:15:57.320 Because, honestly, you're probably months, maybe 12 at the outside from potentially going to jail.

00:16:04.240 So enjoy your last few high moments.

00:16:07.400 You genuinely might be behind bars very soon.

00:16:11.120 Joining me now to discuss this and all the news is Adam Carolla, one of our very favorite people.

00:16:28.880 We're loving it.

00:16:29.440 We have so many fun people over there for our daytime lineup that is keeping SiriusXM subscribers entertained all day long.

00:16:56.780 It's going to be Friday, January 30th in Chester, New York.

00:17:15.480 And so we'd love to see you.

00:18:20.800 Always great to see you, Megan.

00:18:22.880 Oh, okay.

00:18:23.840 There's so much.

00:18:24.840 Like the news gods have teed up so much for you.

00:18:27.040 Our neighbors of color are getting kidnapped.

00:18:31.700 Innocent people kidnapped in the streets by the evil ICE. 0.99

00:18:35.960 As Mayor Frye says, I've been totally sober and careful in my messaging slash get the fuck out ICE. 0.86

00:18:43.440 What do you make of these Minnesota, quote, leaders and how they seem to be genuinely endangering these ICE officers? 0.77

00:18:49.720 Well, they're endangering the ICE officers and they're endangering their own citizens because, you know, if I was just sitting at home and somebody ran into my house and said,

00:19:03.200 Hey, there's some jackbooted thugs from the government and they're kicking open doors and they're grabbing innocent Americans and mothers and pregnant women and dragging them out to vans and disappearing them in gulags in South America.

00:19:18.580 I would grab an axe or baseball bat and I would go running out of the house if that's what we thought was happening and it would make me a hero for doing it.

00:19:30.060 I mean, we had the French resistance.

00:19:32.620 The French resistance were heroes because they had Nazis and they were occupied and they were able to sabotage and cause damage and kill.

00:19:43.980 And, you know, they forged papers, they forged documents, they wore uniforms, they did everything they could to hurt the Nazis and they're considered heroes for that.

00:19:54.460 So if these are Nazis, then why wouldn't you be the rebirth of the French resistance?

00:20:02.460 And then that would thus make you a hero.

00:20:05.420 So they, what they are saying, you know, what they're saying when they say, they're not saying go out and bonk an ICE officer over the head.

00:20:17.200 They're not saying that what they're saying is, is we have an occupation by a dangerous, dangerous rogue government agency that's kicking open doors and disappearing people of color.

00:20:31.300 That is you saying bunk people over the head.

00:20:35.120 That's what you're, that's what you're saying.

00:20:37.020 Yes, yes. Here's, let me put a, an, an exclamation point on it here with more from Tim Walsall.

00:20:44.020 Listen to the words he uses in this Sot, Sot 11.

00:20:49.020 Donald Trump wants this chaos.

00:20:51.700 He wants confusion.

00:20:53.400 And yes, he wants more violence on our streets.

00:20:56.480 We cannot give him what he wants.

00:20:59.300 We can, we must protest loudly, urgently, but also peacefully.

00:21:05.740 Tonight, I want to share another way you can help witness, help us establish a record of exactly what's happening in our communities.

00:21:14.240 You have an absolute right to peacefully film ICE agents as they conduct these activities.

00:21:20.380 So carry your phone with you at all times.

00:21:23.000 And if you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record.

00:21:28.140 Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans, not just to establish a record for posterity, but to bank evidence for future prosecution.

00:21:38.680 I do think it's funny that this douchebag reminded every 32-year-old woman to bring their phone with them when they leave the house.

00:21:48.860 As if we need it, as if anyone is, as if you need that heads up. 0.95

00:21:54.340 Yeah. 1.00

00:21:55.440 Look, he's, he's, he's dumb. 1.00

00:21:58.360 He's off. 1.00

00:22:00.060 He, it's weird.

00:22:01.020 We're living in a time where the people who think they're heroes are the evil ones in this group.

00:22:07.860 And, of course, they have to paint Trump as an arch villain from a comic book movie so that they can paint themselves as the heroes.

00:22:19.260 So it's not really about painting Trump as a villain for the sake of portraying him as a villain.

00:22:27.200 It's so they can narcissistically make themselves into heroes.

00:22:31.280 God, thank you so much for saying that.

00:22:32.900 So this is what I was, when I was watching that tape of them trying to get the weapons successfully out of the ice vehicle, that's what I was, I was thinking to myself, Adam, these are like the frustrated loser AV kids from high school who never were popular, who actually weren't on the football team, who probably got their asses kicked more than once, who suddenly now feel like Navy SEALs out there.

00:22:55.240 And like, they're ready to, you know, show some swagger for the first time in their lives.

00:23:00.400 Notice the ice agents are actually nowhere near the actual scene, but it does seem like, like cosplaying.

00:23:07.860 It is.

00:23:08.900 And, I mean, that's why in the last, like, decade, you've heard the term hero and superstar and, you know, they do the Academy Awards and then the woman wins Best Actress.

00:23:23.100 And then she gets up there and she says, Matt Damon is brave and he's braver than any actor I've ever worked with.

00:23:30.540 And, you know, my, everyone's a hero.

00:23:33.240 Everyone's a superstar.

00:23:34.840 Everyone is brave.

00:23:36.220 It's all the talk because there's a vacuum of actual events that make you a hero.

00:23:41.220 It used to have to be Audie Murphy and charge a German machine gun nest or do, or, you know, disarm a guy with a gun on the subway or something.

00:23:51.880 You had to do activities that put your life in danger in order to be called a hero.

00:23:58.420 And these cowards do not want to put themselves into danger, but they do like the mantle of hero.

00:24:05.920 So they create this comic book talk about standing up and fighting back. 0.97

00:24:12.380 Like, think about, and by the way, a lot, most of this is women, which is insane. 1.00

00:24:18.480 Yes.

00:24:18.960 Think about this concept.

00:24:20.480 You have these school teachers.

00:24:23.480 It's a middle-aged, paunchy school, female school teacher. 1.00

00:24:29.920 It's a 46-year-old overweight woman with no weapons and no training whatsoever. 1.00

00:24:34.820 She announces on the internet, if ICE comes to her class, they have to go through her first.

00:24:42.560 Okay.

00:24:43.200 What does that even mean?

00:24:44.460 She has no training.

00:24:45.380 She has no weapons. 0.97

00:24:46.300 She's fat. 1.00

00:24:47.100 She's slow and she's dumb. 1.00

00:24:48.440 So ICE can easily go through her. 1.00

00:24:50.640 Now, she knows she's never going to see this scenario, but she can announce on the internet

00:24:56.720 that ICE is going to have to go through her or Trump is going to have to go through them.

00:25:01.840 Yes.

00:25:02.180 And then they get to cast themselves as heroes.

00:25:05.960 And that's what it's all about.

00:25:07.560 It's all about narcissism in an age of no religion.

00:25:11.440 Yes.

00:25:12.060 That's so true. 0.86

00:25:13.880 And their religion is them and their narcissism.

00:25:17.060 And they all talk about standing and fighting. 0.96

00:25:20.180 I mean, if you listen to all their talk, it's all insanely narcissistic.

00:25:25.140 Yes. 0.57

00:25:25.720 Okay.

00:25:26.140 And then when the chips are down, they cower.

00:25:29.100 Like yesterday, we played the soundbite of the mom who'd been harassing ICE.

00:25:32.200 But then when they actually got up in her face, she was like, I'm just a mom.

00:25:35.740 I'm just a mom.

00:25:36.760 Oh, please let me go.

00:25:37.780 Please, please, please.

00:25:38.700 Which then they did.

00:25:39.480 And now here's, I have another one for you today where you'll, I'm going to show you

00:25:43.780 two soundbites here.

00:25:44.940 First, our ICE agents confronting this driver who had been using her car to harass ICE.

00:25:50.260 Watch shot 17.

00:25:51.240 Listen, audience, they're, they're trying to open the door.

00:25:59.340 They get the passenger's door open.

00:26:01.900 She's screaming bloody murder. 1.00

00:26:05.900 That's ICE harassers blowing whistles.

00:26:08.100 That's their thing.

00:26:08.840 Sorry.

00:26:09.200 It's annoying.

00:26:09.560 Get back, get back, get back, get back, get back, get back, get back, get back, get

00:26:16.780 back, get back, get out of the bucket, get out of the bucket, get out of the bucket.

00:26:17.660 Get out of the bucket. 0.99

00:26:17.920 Pushing people away.

00:26:20.900 All right.

00:26:21.340 So you get the gist.

00:26:22.080 They're getting this woman out of her car after she refused. 0.99

00:26:25.540 We got to get out of soundbite because the whistles are so annoying, which is their goal.

00:26:28.860 And then check out 18.

00:26:30.980 Yeah.

00:26:31.200 Wait, stand by.

00:26:31.920 There's one more.

00:26:32.580 18 is the follow-up.

00:26:35.000 I'm going to move my car.

00:26:38.660 Ah.

00:26:39.560 I have a brain injury.

00:26:43.360 Stay down. 0.64

00:26:44.060 I have a brain injury. 0.78

00:26:46.260 Put me down.

00:26:47.720 Oh.

00:26:48.320 I was just trying to get to the doctor and I have an autistic.

00:26:53.540 Adam.

00:26:54.680 So she was impeding the enforcement operation.

00:26:58.940 She refused to get out of her car.

00:27:00.080 They had to break her window to get her out of there so they could move the cars. 1.00

00:27:03.200 They could do their jobs.

00:27:03.820 Now they're carrying her away and she's saying, I'm autistic.

00:27:06.640 I have a brain injury.

00:27:07.680 And I was just on my way to my doctor for my brain injury because I'm disabled.

00:27:12.460 I'm sorry.

00:27:13.380 I can't.

00:27:14.220 All right.

00:27:16.620 A few things.

00:27:18.020 You know, it's interesting.

00:27:19.100 Every single one of these ICE stories, when it gets reported by the LA Times or the New York Times, starts out like every single story of white cop shoots unarmed black man for minding his own business.

00:27:33.000 And then at some point, we all get to learn the truth.

00:27:37.020 And then the New York Times loses more credibility.

00:27:39.480 But they all have the same trajectory, right?

00:27:42.800 Gentle giant, hands up, don't shoot, walking away from the sky.

00:27:47.800 Every single one of these arrests or injuries or shots fired or people killed, it all has the exact same trajectory because the exact same news outlets are reporting on it.

00:27:59.800 And they're all biased in one direction.

00:28:02.080 And I have no idea why they want to destroy their credibility.

00:28:06.500 And I thought they learned over COVID and over Black Lives Matter and all that.

00:28:11.780 But they evidently did not learn their lesson.

00:28:16.120 They have no desire to learn it.

00:28:18.300 I'm just pulling up a little bit more detail on this woman.

00:28:21.080 First of all, here's the drudge, you know, which has gone completely left headline on this shock video.

00:28:26.620 ICE terrorizes another woman.

00:28:29.060 The New Republic.

00:28:30.200 ICE violently arrests woman trying to pass them to get to the doctor.

00:28:33.880 Mother Jones, this is what ICE descending on Minneapolis looks like.

00:28:40.880 Turns out she's an activist. 1.00

00:28:42.780 Her name is Aaliyah Rahman, 42, U.S. born.

00:28:45.740 Per her Tech for Social Justice profile, she's a social justice trainer who dedicates her time to LGBTQ and racial injustice causes.

00:28:53.700 She's a registered dem who says she threw herself into activism work while studying aeronautical engineering at Purdue.

00:28:59.580 She doesn't sound that disabled to me.

00:29:00.980 Rahman, who identifies as being genderqueer, was dating a transgender man at the time and claimed that due to the culture in rural Indiana, it was a necessity that she become involved in advocacy work.

00:29:16.240 She was taken into custody again on Tuesday for the alleged assault of an ICE officer, according to DHS.

00:29:22.120 They have not yet filed charges against her.

00:29:25.280 But that's what we're dealing with.

00:29:26.820 But, you know, according to all those publications, it's just a disabled lady who got harassed by the evil ICE. 1.00

00:29:34.140 I mean, like, they're supposed to be like, oh, she's disabled. 1.00

00:29:37.100 Put her down. 1.00

00:29:38.080 She's autistic. 0.99

00:29:39.300 Sure.

00:29:39.660 Sure, Jan.

00:29:40.240 Sure.

00:29:41.380 Right.

00:29:41.780 So that's back to the cartoon superhero comic book theme, right?

00:29:47.280 Because people also shame on the people that read these publications. 1.00

00:29:52.860 Use your fucking brain for just a second. 1.00

00:29:55.460 Would you? 1.00

00:29:56.300 ICE is going door to door, randomly kicking open doors, grabbing citizens who look different than them and disappearing them.

00:30:03.680 That's impossible.

00:30:05.560 It's impossible. 1.00

00:30:06.560 You idiots who believe all this shit. 1.00

00:30:08.960 The woman is driving to the hospital. 1.00

00:30:10.840 She wants to meet with their neurosurgeon.

00:30:12.760 She's just going down a side street.

00:30:14.460 Next thing you know, ICE pulls them out.

00:30:16.340 That's impossible because there's nothing in it for ICE.

00:30:19.940 It'd be the worst publicity in the world.

00:30:22.060 And everybody's in their car driving somewhere.

00:30:24.880 So how would it work?

00:30:26.500 They just pull over every 42-year-old woman who's driving a Honda Accord? 1.00

00:30:31.500 Use your brains, idiot. 1.00

00:30:33.320 It's the same story. 1.00

00:30:34.660 Oh, the black guy. 1.00

00:30:35.620 He was just napping in the park. 0.98

00:30:37.360 And the cop came up and shot him in the back. 0.95

00:30:39.360 Yes, use your head. 0.99

00:30:41.260 Would you wake up, Dumbos?

00:30:42.680 These are adults with college educations.

00:30:45.020 And they buy into it every single time.

00:30:48.260 And then it gets disproven.

00:30:49.920 And they go right on to the next one.

00:30:51.840 And they buy right into it again.

00:30:54.140 It's on there.

00:30:54.760 When you see a man, there's been men.

00:30:57.840 There's quite a few men out there.

00:30:58.820 I do think this is a Karen Intifada.

00:31:01.220 That's really what we're seeing overall.

00:31:03.280 And some of the lunacy of these women who have like, I'm sorry, but they've never gotten some in their lives. 1.00

00:31:09.660 Like, they are whatever the female for incel is. 0.98

00:31:12.420 I think incel generally refers to young men who have never had sex.

00:31:15.400 They're fin cells.

00:31:16.360 And they continue to make these videos trying to talk tough or trying to talk about their trauma of all this thing.

00:31:23.780 And today's, like, there's been a lot.

00:31:26.340 This one may take the cake.

00:31:29.060 I think it's 53, Lauren.

00:31:31.460 Play it. 1.00

00:31:31.860 This whole entire administration is so fucked. 1.00

00:31:39.360 I'll tell you what, it's so fucked. 1.00

00:31:41.220 It actually put my body into menopause. 1.00

00:31:44.500 I am so thoroughly repulsed by fucking Donald Trump and all of his cronies. 1.00

00:31:51.480 And they literally threw my body into menopause. 1.00

00:31:56.000 Literally.

00:31:56.440 It's like in Twilight when the empires come around and more wolves start turning. 0.99

00:32:01.860 They are literally turning American women into women going through menopause because we are so fucking repulsed by you incels. 0.99

00:32:16.800 Oh, incels. 0.99

00:32:18.600 Wow.

00:32:19.220 Why is that on our brain? 1.00

00:32:21.300 Fuck everyone who follows him. 1.00

00:32:23.760 You all are disgusting fucking pigs. 1.00

00:32:28.080 Okay. 1.00

00:32:28.860 I've got to say, Adam, this completely reminded me of Rosie O'Donnell, who was getting some sort of a thing on her lip and did a disgusting video worrying about whether it was herpes and suggesting that she thought Donald Trump was causing it.

00:32:46.660 And now here's the second video she made updating us on the whole ordeal.

00:32:54.180 Well, hey, everybody.

00:32:55.400 It's Friday all day, as my Nana would say.

00:32:58.380 And look what I have on my lip.

00:33:00.540 Everybody's been saying, you have herpes, you have herpes all this time.

00:33:03.840 And I never had a cold sore in my life.

00:33:06.160 And now I have a cold sore.

00:33:07.840 And it makes me think that perhaps this weird pimple that had a tiny little head was a cold sore too. 0.96

00:33:14.860 Disgusting. 0.82

00:33:15.140 And so I talked to my doctor today and I did a video telehealth. 0.91

00:33:19.560 And they said that it's not a cold sore.

00:33:25.200 It's some reaction to the sun.

00:33:26.880 So I don't know.

00:33:27.640 I will let you know tomorrow if I do, in fact, have herpes as some of the taunting from the MAGA people in the last couple of weeks.

00:33:38.680 Hasn't it been fun, ladies and gentlemen?

00:33:39.660 Well, then don't do extreme close-ups.

00:33:40.940 To be standing in direct opposition to everything he is and represents.

00:33:47.680 And always have been.

00:33:49.920 And always will be.

00:33:54.700 Yep, everybody, it's a cold sore.

00:33:57.640 There you have it.

00:33:59.080 Stress can do horrible things.

00:34:00.720 Strange thing about my cold sore, doesn't hurt.

00:34:04.080 Ew.

00:34:04.480 Not sure why I get a non-hurting cold sore.

00:34:07.680 It's cold sore.

00:34:08.920 I almost said coleslaw, which would be weird. 0.99

00:34:11.960 Oh, why are these women so gross? 1.00

00:34:16.000 Yeah, just please share them all. 0.97

00:34:17.920 Well, first off, the first cow that was up there complaining about being thrown into menopause,

00:34:23.420 for someone who's going through hot flashes, she was pretty well bundled up.

00:34:29.200 You know, she was wearing a scarf and a parka right in the middle of a hot flash storm.

00:34:33.380 So I don't know if I believe her.

00:34:35.360 Challenge.

00:34:35.700 If you use the term that I'm fond of using, which is all roads lead to narcissism, it will explain much of what we're seeing out there.

00:34:47.780 Also, there's a phenomenon, I think, that's going on, which is women, and there's a sort of gyno-fascism that's going on now, 0.59

00:35:00.660 where women are getting into all these positions of power, and it turns out they're cruel. 1.00

00:35:05.520 Like, they're crueler than men.

00:35:08.500 Men may punch harder, but when Scott Adams dies, it's the women who write the super cruel obits on him. 0.56

00:35:18.720 Like, just mean-spirited stuff.

00:35:21.260 It's not about a physicality, but it's like, you know, my first impression of when they write horrible things about someone who died,

00:35:28.720 could be Charlie Kirk, you know, gun to the neck stuff.

00:35:32.280 It's cruel.

00:35:33.720 You know what I mean?

00:35:34.360 And it's mean.

00:35:35.560 It's super mean-spirited.

00:35:36.800 It's not physically aggressive, but it's emotionally really, really cruel, and I think women have that, 1.00

00:35:43.580 and women don't grow up engaging in rough-and-tumble play. 1.00

00:35:49.280 So all male mammals grow up wrestling and testing the limits, and I'll elaborate.

00:35:57.140 I grew up playing tackle football.

00:35:59.160 You were constantly testing yourself, testing the other person, knowing what was legal, what was illegal,

00:36:05.040 what would get a penalty, what could hurt somebody, who to stay away from on the field.

00:36:09.880 You didn't want to go heads-up with everybody.

00:36:12.060 Sometimes you'd get crushed.

00:36:13.340 So with all the wrestling and all the rough-and-tumble play, guys learn limits.

00:36:20.120 Women, I go on the internet now. 1.00

00:36:22.760 I just see women at bars slapping six-foot-five guys across the face, and guys just cold-cock them. 0.99

00:36:28.500 Guys just knock them out. 0.73

00:36:30.380 And I'm like, yeah, don't hit this guy.

00:36:33.480 No, I wouldn't hit that guy.

00:36:35.080 The guy played tight end for the Bears.

00:36:37.400 I know he's a big dude.

00:36:39.160 I'm not going to go mess with him, but I learned that growing up.

00:36:43.620 And so women, they go up there, and they spit in the face of an ICE officer, and then the ICE officer tackles her, 1.00

00:36:50.420 and then she yells, what's going on?

00:36:53.300 Well, I would know exactly what was going on if I spit in the face of anybody, and they took me down.

00:36:59.000 But they don't because they grew up in this weird vacuum with their hero narcissism and a lack of religion,

00:37:07.040 and then you go, well, what explains all the guys that are there doing the same thing?

00:37:12.380 Those guys are young.

00:37:13.880 They weren't allowed to play tackle football.

00:37:16.520 They weren't allowed to engage in rough-and-tumble play.

00:37:19.560 They grew up super soft with helmets on, bathe in Pharrell, and they don't have that ability to discern either.

00:37:27.620 I have another theory.

00:37:30.180 I accept everything you just said, and I want to add something to it.

00:37:33.520 I mentioned this the other day, sort of tongue-in-cheek, but I actually do think it's a real dynamic.

00:37:37.640 I don't think any of these people are having sex.

00:37:39.920 I really don't.

00:37:40.880 I think it's not coincidental that all these women are obese and unattractive with multiple piercings, no makeup, skin issues. 0.99

00:37:50.620 I'm sorry, but if you're having positive interactions with men where you're going to bed with them, and they're treating you well, and you're enjoying it, and you feel the euphoria that comes after that, 0.56

00:38:03.960 you're not going out there and looking at all these men as the devil enemies who you want to hurt and kill and stop.

00:38:10.060 And same for the guys.

00:38:11.640 These young men, we know that there's huge swaths of them who are not dating, they're not having sex with women, they're not drinking anymore, there's no release.

00:38:20.300 It's not like when we were young in the late 80s, you know, where it was like a life of debauchery, but we were all happy.

00:38:26.380 There's something wrong with these people today.

00:38:29.620 These are mostly like millennials, late-end millennials, who I think all of them have deeply unhappy personal lives, and it's manifesting on the streets of Minneapolis.

00:38:40.200 Oh, 100% agreed.

00:38:42.540 And, you know, you need relationships.

00:38:46.420 You need to be attracted to somebody.

00:38:49.340 By the way, when you're attracted to somebody, you want them to be attracted to you, and thus you don't want to get arrested and held in a tank overnight because you want to be with your honey bunny and things of that nature.

00:39:02.180 And also, you want to keep yourself together, you want to cut your hair, you want to lose five pounds, you want to get a good job.

00:39:07.460 Like, you want them to be attracted to you.

00:39:08.900 That's number one.

00:39:09.580 Number two, this sounds corny, but people used to have hobbies.

00:39:15.380 Like, 30-year-old guys were restoring a car in the garage.

00:39:20.120 They had a project.

00:39:21.380 Women had a project. 1.00

00:39:22.540 Women did things. 1.00

00:39:23.620 They knitted and they sewed and they built treehouses and they gardened and they were, like, physically engaged.

00:39:32.700 Right.

00:39:32.920 They were just engaged with things.

00:39:34.980 And when you're in the middle, if you really think about it, when you're really in the middle of something, like, I'll do a lot of remodels.

00:39:42.660 When I'm in the middle of a remodel, that's where I'm at.

00:39:46.120 That's where my head's at.

00:39:47.240 That's where I'm thinking about.

00:39:48.380 That's where my spare time is.

00:39:50.300 And if someone said, hey, let's go out for Gay Lives Matter and protest on Saturday, I go, no, I got to be at the Home Depot.

00:39:58.360 I'm picking up Sheetrock.

00:39:59.460 I can't do that.

00:40:00.500 You know what I mean?

00:40:01.280 Gay Lives Matter.

00:40:03.000 Well, whatever the next group is.

00:40:04.960 The point is, I think I invented the ultimate pin.

00:40:08.220 I think so, too.

00:40:09.580 We'll start it.

00:40:10.020 Mark Ruffalo.

00:40:10.520 You and I will start it in our spare time.

00:40:11.800 Mark, I got your next pin for the Golden Globes.

00:40:16.120 But, yeah, you really, look, the devil makes work for idle hands.

00:40:20.300 It sounds corny, but it is so true. 1.00

00:40:22.640 Like, you need something to live for.

00:40:24.620 You need a project.

00:40:25.660 You need things you're invested in.

00:40:27.300 Also, you need things to lose.

00:40:29.500 You know what I mean?

00:40:29.980 Like, I'm a homeowner.

00:40:31.420 I don't want to go out and get injured by an ICE officer and not be able to pay my mortgage or get sued by somebody if I throw a rock at a van.

00:40:39.740 And, you know, I got a house.

00:40:41.060 I don't want to lose my house.

00:40:42.060 Like, you need to own something.

00:40:44.900 You need to have relationships.

00:40:47.420 You need to have hobbies.

00:40:49.400 You need to be engaged.

00:40:51.100 These people are not engaged.

00:40:52.800 It's edibles, celibacy, and video games.

00:40:56.560 Mm-hmm.

00:40:57.460 And leaning into unattractiveness.

00:40:59.680 We've seen this.

00:41:00.240 There's a thing after Trump won another protest wave.

00:41:05.220 And now here, all these women start shaving their heads, which I guarantee you, sisters, is not the answer. 1.00

00:41:12.520 No one's life, no female, ever got better after she shaved her head. 1.00

00:41:18.580 And it's like they think it's a form of empowerment.

00:41:20.840 Meanwhile, it's like hair is considered very attractive by men.

00:41:26.340 It's something that kind of softens you.

00:41:28.880 Like, they're looking to be, like, hard and nasty and even grosser than they started.

00:41:33.900 I'm going to give you an example of this woman who wants us to believe she's super empathetic. 1.00

00:41:37.300 But, by the way, she doesn't even know Renee Good's proper name, who is the woman who was killed in that ICE incident after she tried to run him over.

00:41:46.160 Listen to Sot 21.

00:41:46.900 She's got the long hair. 0.57

00:41:52.600 She's shaving it.

00:41:54.220 And she writes on here,

00:41:56.300 We watched Renee Cook get brutally gunned down by ICE. 1.00

00:42:01.100 It's not, and so she wrote it.

00:42:02.620 She took the time to write it.

00:42:03.660 Right.

00:42:04.140 We're just watching her with the sad face shave her hair off. 0.99

00:42:08.700 She's getting progressively upset.

00:42:10.080 Yes, because you're shaving off your hair, which doesn't look good.

00:42:13.760 You look like a man now. 0.92

00:42:14.880 Well, that makes most women upset. 1.00

00:42:17.880 So, they think this is an act of defiance.

00:42:21.340 Adam, I think it's an act of foolishness and one literally every woman regrets when she does it. 1.00

00:42:26.480 Well, again, back to narcissism. 0.92

00:42:30.660 Like, you can shave your head. 0.77

00:42:32.480 I've shaved my head.

00:42:33.640 I went one year in Halloween when I was 19 as Mr. T.

00:42:37.540 But I didn't film myself shaving my head and then put it out there so people thought I was a hero.

00:42:44.140 So, keep in mind, everyone who's doing whatever it is they're doing, the only reason we know about it is because before they set up the razor, they set up the camera, and then they film themselves and they put it out there.

00:42:55.520 So, it's all a narcissistic disorder.

00:42:58.400 Also, think about the narcissism.

00:43:00.140 I've had so many – I've seen so many videos of so many women who are dumpy in their 50s and in horrible shape and nobody wants to bang them, and then they do a video going, fellas, sorry, the vagine is closed until after Trump. 1.00

00:43:18.080 And it's like – that would be like me making a video going, you know what, supermodels, no more blowing me if Kamala Harris is elected, okay?

00:43:31.280 Do you hear that, Claudia Schiffer?

00:43:34.180 Sorry.

00:43:36.020 Yes.

00:43:36.900 Okay.

00:43:37.360 Here is – it's not exactly that woman, but it is somebody who I think claims to be a woman.

00:43:42.280 And this just gives you a feel, a window into the mentality of what we're dealing with out there, the ICE agency.

00:43:48.700 Look at SOT 23.

00:43:49.860 I'm going to have to describe this one for the audience.

00:43:52.340 SOT 23 for listening audience involves – let's watch it.

00:43:56.880 I'm very privileged.

00:43:58.880 I am white.

00:44:00.780 I have a great community.

00:44:03.380 I have a beard.

00:44:04.420 And I have a roof over my head as well as –

00:44:06.880 An actual beard.

00:44:08.200 I work at a Renaissance festival or a medieval festival.

00:44:10.820 Of course you do.

00:44:11.520 Well, it varies.

00:44:13.780 But when you spend time in the 12th or 16th centuries, you are escaping reality.

00:44:23.240 And it's hard to build your life around a fantasy that is still deeply enmeshed with reality.

00:44:31.980 And it's jarring.

00:44:35.220 It's jarring to be looking at what we are dealing with in the United States and then to disappear to 12th century England.

00:44:44.600 I have felt guilty for working in this industry through all this time, especially when I want to be on the front lines, when I want – I can't physically be on the front lines.

00:44:55.580 I am not just a liability.

00:44:58.020 I am a target because of my size.

00:45:00.320 I'm in better shape for other things in that kind of capacity.

00:45:05.700 But it's been a minute since I have resigned myself to taking care of me in order to be able to make the next big fight.

00:45:15.540 And that next big fight is here.

00:45:17.200 So I have to launch my plan.

00:45:18.780 And my plan is to launch my time traveler event.

00:45:26.460 Yeah.

00:45:28.240 Yeah.

00:45:29.720 But also –

00:45:30.540 Is it narcissism or is it just mental illness?

00:45:33.120 Like I think there's a fair amount of just raw mental illness out there.

00:45:36.280 Well, I think mental illness is sort of narcissistic or can just lead to that, which is a sense of grandiosity, right?

00:45:49.840 So you think everyone is hanging on your every syllable. 0.57

00:45:55.220 So, you know, thinking you're Napoleon is a mental illness, but it's also grandiosity, but it's also narcissistic. 0.52

00:46:03.240 So maybe they all sort of swim in the same pool. 0.68

00:46:06.640 You know what I was thinking about, Megan, though?

00:46:08.620 I had a bizarre thought. 1.00

00:46:10.620 But a thousand years from now when they study our civilization, they're going to see tons and tons of footage of dumb bearded cows with bad frames making stupid proclamations over and over and over. 0.98

00:46:24.760 And then some historian a thousand years from now is going to go, we need – where's Abe Lincoln? 0.99

00:46:32.360 Where's – where is Ben Franklin?

00:46:36.700 Where is Thomas Jefferson?

00:46:38.160 I want to see some of their film.

00:46:39.620 And they'd go, oh, none of that exists. 1.00

00:46:41.840 We just have dumb shits talking about nothing in a minivan. 1.00

00:46:45.860 They do nothing. 1.00

00:46:47.000 We have nothing.

00:46:47.440 They're like, you don't have five minutes of Thomas Jefferson?

00:46:51.660 No, no, they didn't – no, he has nothing. 0.98

00:46:53.420 We have a drawing of – we have a drawing of it, but we have 200,000 hours of these dumb cows talking into their cameras. 0.99

00:47:01.220 It's going to be devastating. 0.98

00:47:02.680 It's not our best.

00:47:03.320 Not our best.

00:47:04.120 I want to say we just got this in from DHS.

00:47:06.360 You'll be shocked, shocked to learn that the other two guys who helped the guy being arrested by ICE, who resisted, who joined in with their broom handles and their shovels, they too are illegal immigrants, according to ICE.

00:47:18.860 I'm shocked, shocked to learn it.

00:47:20.640 But – and this is what?

00:47:22.140 This is a picture of the main guy.

00:47:23.440 Here are the pictures of all three of them.

00:47:26.800 This is the main guy that they arrested.

00:47:29.120 Okay, whatever.

00:47:29.740 It's just as we expected it would be.

00:47:32.820 Now, I have to ask you a question.

00:47:34.060 I've been dying to ask you this all week because we've talked about gynofascism.

00:47:38.100 We talked about that on the tour when you came with us.

00:47:41.100 And these, like, woke, radical women who are at the center of all of corporate America, driving policy, including media. 1.00

00:47:49.640 And I have to ask you, Adam Carolla, about this guy over at CBS.

00:47:55.120 And I have nothing against Tony Docapul, or as I call him, Topra, because he's trying to be Oprah.

00:47:59.600 But he put out this clip.

00:48:02.880 It didn't happen naturally.

00:48:04.080 He wasn't watching something super sad on television, you know, like animal torture, and a tear came to his eye.

00:48:10.060 He was giving an interview behind the scenes about the fact that he didn't grow up in Miami, okay, and was having uncontrollable tears.

00:48:22.560 And Adam, he wasn't on cam – like, he wasn't live when it happened.

00:48:26.420 And he cut the clip, and he tweeted it out for all to see him crying.

00:48:32.580 He wanted – like, this will be great.

00:48:35.020 Show people me crying over the fact that I didn't get to grow up in Miami.

00:48:39.360 Here's the clip in case you haven't seen it.

00:48:41.980 You said this is your favorite place in the world.

00:48:44.800 Why?

00:48:45.300 Why South Florida and Miami?

00:48:46.960 Ugh.

00:48:50.560 What?

00:48:51.020 It makes me emotional.

00:48:51.880 It's so funny.

00:48:52.680 I didn't mean – I didn't think it would have captured – you know –

00:48:55.440 Because you only have one childhood, right?

00:49:02.180 So –

00:49:03.480 Can we get a second here?

00:49:05.360 No, you're okay.

00:49:06.160 I can relate.

00:49:06.980 This is home.

00:49:11.420 People will – to help people understand why I have such a reaction.

00:49:18.560 All the crying still with the eyes.

00:49:22.300 Florida's where I grew up.

00:49:25.440 We didn't get a lot of sleep, so.

00:49:29.800 No, it's okay.

00:49:30.920 My grandmother's here.

00:49:32.320 My father, my mother, my aunts and uncles, cousins.

00:49:36.740 And it's where I would have spent all of my childhood.

00:49:39.600 But we left because of my father.

00:49:43.400 He got in some trouble with business.

00:49:44.740 It's like, we laugh about it now, but he was a drug dealer.

00:49:47.260 But the reason it's so emotional for me is because I feel like I was robbed of the full Miami experience.

00:49:57.720 So when I come back, I'm always like –

00:50:01.260 All right.

00:50:02.900 What's that?

00:50:04.820 Well, you want to talk about robbed of the full Miami experience?

00:50:08.180 I grew up in North Hollywood watching Miami Vice on a black-and-white TV with no air conditioning.

00:50:13.320 So I'm the real victim.

00:50:15.180 Let me get myself under control.

00:50:17.400 All right.

00:50:17.660 Just give me a second.

00:50:18.560 I grew up in what is now called Valley Village, what was North Hollywood, in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home with no central air, watching a 13-inch zenith black-and-white TV and watching Miami Vice.

00:50:38.740 So don't tell me I wasn't further away from the Miami dream than he was.

00:50:44.160 I didn't even know where Florida was when I was his age back then.

00:50:48.600 So give me a break.

00:50:50.820 It's why are men doing this?

00:50:52.840 It's like the Adam – the Gavin Newsom leg cross.

00:50:56.060 They want to telegraph, I'm feminine.

00:51:00.140 Yes.

00:51:00.900 Well, look.

00:51:02.440 First off, guys want to be attractive to women.

00:51:06.340 And if strong guys who were the captain of the football team who could fix a carburetor were attractive to women in 1955, then guys worked on that stuff.

00:51:17.380 Now we've decided that being attractive to women, women want soft. 1.00

00:51:22.260 They want emotional.

00:51:23.320 They want a man who wears his emotions on his sleeves. 1.00

00:51:26.300 So all of a sudden, guys got the message and started turning into pussies. 0.99

00:51:30.080 No. 1.00

00:51:31.320 Real women do not want that. 1.00

00:51:33.160 Only woke Karens want that. 1.00

00:51:35.400 I'm here to speak on behalf of all women. 0.97

00:51:37.680 Normal women want men with balls who act like real men. 1.00

00:51:41.400 There's a great place to pause it. 0.98

00:51:42.660 We'll be back in just a minute with Adam Carolla.

00:51:45.780 I have a serious question for you.

00:51:47.880 What's the smart way to protect your home and family when it comes to break-ins?

00:51:51.060 Well, it's not about how you respond in the aftermath, though that's what most security companies would have you believe.

00:51:56.420 Nope.

00:51:56.700 The smart way to handle it is to prevent a break-in before it even happens.

00:52:01.260 Simply Safe flips the script.

00:53:48.460 Adam Carolla's back with me.

00:53:50.000 Go to adamcarolla.com to get tickets to join the two of us in Chester, New York on January 30th on his tour.

00:53:59.840 And also starting just a couple of days before January 30th, that is January 26th,

00:54:04.540 you can begin hearing the Adam Carolla show on the Megyn Kelly channel.

00:54:09.060 That's Sirius XM channel, 111, every morning from 7 to 9 Eastern.

00:54:14.300 What a fun way to drive into work.

00:54:17.560 Adam, we've talked about the absurdity of all this, but we're starting to get political data in on it.

00:54:24.280 And it's not great.

00:54:26.420 Not great.

00:54:27.700 Here's the YouGov Economist poll on the ICE shooting dated, it was taken over January 9th through the 12th.

00:54:34.520 Did you see any of these videos of the shooting of this woman?

00:54:37.700 69% yes, I've seen it.

00:54:39.520 Based on what you know, was the shooting justified?

00:54:42.420 30% justified.

00:54:44.520 50%, not justified.

00:54:46.900 20%, not sure.

00:54:47.700 Is ICE making Americans more or less safe?

00:54:51.380 34% say less safe.

00:54:53.300 47% say less safe.

00:54:56.700 ICE is making us less safe.

00:54:58.600 Yeah, and 34% say they're making us more safe.

00:55:01.160 Would you support or oppose abolishing ICE?

00:55:04.200 Support 46%.

00:55:06.220 Just four points short of 50 say we want to abolish ICE, oppose 43%.

00:55:12.840 I mean, that's just not good.

00:55:14.180 A survey they had done just the day before asked, do you think ICE should face criminal charges, the agent, for that shooting?

00:55:21.440 53% say yes.

00:55:23.300 Just 30% say no.

00:55:26.160 And now here's Harry Enten on CNN here in SOT 31.

00:55:32.120 Look at where we are today.

00:55:33.600 We're talking about a negative 17-point approval rating.

00:55:38.160 That is a 17-point drop from where we were during Trump's first term.

00:55:41.860 Look at this.

00:55:42.240 51%.

00:55:43.880 51% of Americans say that ICE enforcement is in cities, is making those cities less safe.

00:55:49.600 His net approval rating, according to our CNN polling, was at plus three points on the positive side of the ledger.

00:55:55.300 But look at where it is now.

00:55:56.840 It is way underwater at 16 points on the negative side of the equation.

00:56:01.840 That is a 19-point drop in less than a year's time.

00:56:05.280 The bottom line is this.

00:56:06.760 ICE and Trump are losing the argument when it comes to the American people.

00:56:10.040 They don't like this immigration enforcement, and it is costing Trump political points at this time.

00:56:15.720 Caitlin.

00:56:16.320 One more piece of data, Adam.

00:56:18.320 Dave Wasserman just tweeted out that the new Cook Political House reading, where they take a look at all the races coming up in the midterm, has just changed.

00:56:27.700 18 races have moved in Dems' direction, including four key races, which have been moved from lean Republican to toss-up.

00:56:36.320 Now, this could be directly related to what we're seeing in Minnesota and the propaganda being pushed by the mainstream on it.

00:56:44.000 It could be related to Venezuela, where some 57% say they're unhappy with the decision to, quote, run Venezuela.

00:56:50.320 So I don't want to blame it all on what's happening with ICE.

00:56:53.280 But it does look like the, I call it disinformation that's being put out by the media around this ICE shooting may possibly be having an effect.

00:57:02.100 I don't know.

00:57:02.800 To what do you attribute the fall in support for Trump on immigration, which was positive, as Harry Anton points out, in March, and now is 16 points underwater?

00:57:11.760 That's a 19-point swing down into the negative.

00:57:14.080 Well, obviously, as previously discussed on this show and every show we ever do, the slant with the media, you know, if you'd gone to Minnesota five years ago and you asked how many unarmed black men were shot nationally by police officers, they would go, I don't know, 50,000 a year?

00:57:42.580 Yeah.

00:57:42.780 And you'd go, no, maybe between six and nine or 13 or nothing.

00:57:48.840 That's right.

00:57:49.320 You know what I mean?

00:57:50.260 That's exactly right.

00:57:51.040 If you stop the average American five years ago and said how many unarmed black men are shot by the policemen every year in this country, the average number would probably be 8,000.

00:58:04.660 And the real number would be eight.

00:58:07.780 So who's doing that?

00:58:09.280 So why does the average citizen think it's 8,000 when it's actually eight?

00:58:15.360 They weren't born with that information.

00:58:17.640 They didn't come up with it on their own. 1.00

00:58:19.580 CNN poisoned their brain to make them think that we lived in a racist country with rogue cops who shoot black people for no reason. 0.99

00:58:27.940 So they're capable of creating this. 0.97

00:58:31.720 And then if you said to that same person, would you like less police or more police? 0.64

00:58:37.800 They would go less police because I don't want any more innocent black men shot. 1.00

00:58:42.300 So that's the human condition, sadly.

00:58:46.420 And that's why CNN and New York Times and everything drives these things.

00:58:51.400 And they're effective, obviously, because that's what's happening.

00:58:54.580 As far as, you know, they want to stop the chaos.

00:58:59.100 You know, Frey, Mayor Frey wants to stop the chaos.

00:59:02.260 Tim, Tim Walsh wants to stop the chaos.

00:59:04.340 Gavin knew everyone wants to stop the chaos. 1.00

00:59:06.460 Well, then sit your fat ass at home and stop going out and wrestling with ICE officers if you'd like to stop the chaos. 0.99

00:59:13.780 So what they do is they create the chaos and then they go, don't you want the chaos to stop another sort of feminine attribute of every every argument I've ever been in with a woman? 1.00

00:59:26.140 At some point, they'd go, I don't want any of this.

00:59:28.500 And I'd go, well, that's but you're doing it.

00:59:30.640 You're creating the cat.

00:59:32.980 You know how many women I've seen go after other women? 1.00

00:59:36.060 And then at some point they're in the room crying, going, I didn't ask for any of this.

00:59:40.660 And it's like, yes, right.

00:59:41.980 You created this.

00:59:43.280 You created this.

00:59:44.500 If you don't want it, you can stay at home.

00:59:46.560 You can not send the tweet, not send the text, not make the phone.

00:59:50.500 There's a way to avoid this.

00:59:52.860 So what they do, it's kind of shrewd.

00:59:55.480 They go out and create tons of chaos.

00:59:58.660 The average citizen wants no chaos.

01:00:03.320 I have boy girl twins.

01:00:06.480 When they were young, my daughter caused a lot of chaos and my son caused almost no chaos.

01:00:13.280 And what I wanted as a parent is no chaos.

01:00:17.620 So what would happen is, is my daughter would call the front seat when we drove out to the beach. 1.00

01:00:23.240 You go, I'm going in the front seat and the boy can ride in the back of the car.

01:00:27.300 I said, okay.

01:00:28.360 Then we go to the beach.

01:00:29.640 Then we'd be going home.

01:00:31.080 And my daughter would go, I get the front seat again. 1.00

01:00:33.880 And I'd go, that's not fair.

01:00:36.020 And then she'd go, but I want the front seat.

01:00:38.600 And my son would go, but you had the front seat on the way in.

01:00:42.380 That's not fair.

01:00:43.020 And then she would have a tantrum. 1.00

01:00:44.540 And then I would turn to my son and go, just get in the back seat because I don't want to deal with this.

01:00:50.720 But whose fault is this?

01:00:52.780 You know what I mean?

01:00:53.520 It's like, yeah, I don't want the chaos.

01:00:56.320 My son doesn't want the chaos.

01:00:58.020 And at a certain point you vote to end the chaos.

01:01:02.340 They're super smart this way.

01:01:04.560 It's intentional.

01:01:05.900 They just create all of this.

01:01:07.640 And then they yell, don't you want it to end? 1.00

01:01:09.580 And every dumb shit mayor of every one of these blue cities goes, we just want, Pete, we just want the chaos to end. 1.00

01:01:16.300 You are the chaos. 1.00

01:01:18.860 This is all also so well-funded by Democrat groups.

01:01:24.820 Like it's not, it's completely astroturfed.

01:01:26.860 And it's for these reasons exactly, to try to turn around Trump's numbers on immigration.

01:01:31.560 People are still totally in favor of our closed border.

01:01:33.840 The deportation effort that's underway has always been a little tighter.

01:01:38.560 And now it's going into the negative territory because of these scenes in Minneapolis, which are being created for exactly this reason.

01:01:46.080 Look, they were terrible.

01:01:47.360 The polls were terrible on police and the crackdowns on, you know, bad guys in the streets committing crimes after George Floyd.

01:01:56.060 And then they totally reversed.

01:01:57.900 But it took a couple of years.

01:01:59.520 And we don't have a couple of years until midterms.

01:02:01.660 So Trump's got an interesting question to ask himself because today he's saying, if you don't start behaving in Minneapolis and stop impeding law enforcement, I'm going to declare that it's time to use the Insurrection Act and send in federal, like National Guards to protect these ICE agents. 0.98

01:02:19.760 And, you know, things are, shit's going to start to get even more real. 0.97

01:02:22.560 So we'll see. 0.99

01:02:23.440 OK, now, speaking of people, though, who deny reality and the media that is complicit, we have got to get to this Josh Hawley clip from yesterday.

01:02:31.580 He was cross-examining a Democrat doctor.

01:02:35.240 It was a hearing about the harm that I think some of these, like, abortion pills do to women.

01:02:39.980 And it veered off into, like, other related issues. 0.66

01:02:42.520 And so he decides to cross-examine this woman on nonsense, on a bunch of nonsense.

01:02:49.640 Here's the soundbite.

01:02:50.520 Let's watch.

01:02:52.080 Do you think that men can get pregnant? 1.00

01:02:56.020 I hesitated there because I wasn't sure where the conversation was going or what the goal was.

01:03:01.320 The goal is just the truth.

01:03:02.420 So can men get pregnant? 1.00

01:03:03.580 Again, the reason I paused there is I'm not really sure what the goal of the question is.

01:03:09.400 The goal is just to establish a biological reality, biological men.

01:03:12.920 Can they get pregnant? 1.00

01:03:13.840 I also think yes-no questions like this are a political tool.

01:03:17.300 I just want to know, based on the science, can men get pregnant?

01:03:22.860 That's a yes or no question.

01:03:24.220 It really is, I think.

01:03:25.540 I think you're trying to reduce the complexity of a lot of things.

01:03:28.560 I'm not.

01:03:29.060 As a medical professional and as a scientist, can men get pregnant?

01:03:33.580 I think you're also conflating males.

01:03:36.500 This is extraordinary.

01:03:37.120 Can men get pregnant? 1.00

01:03:39.000 What you were talking about is biological.

01:03:41.280 You're not going to answer my question.

01:03:42.800 You're saying biological males.

01:03:44.960 This isn't hard, doctor.

01:03:46.100 Can men get pregnant? 1.00

01:03:48.600 Yes or no?

01:03:50.560 I would be more than happy to have a conversation with you that is not coming from a place of trying to be polarized.

01:03:57.840 It is not polarizing to say that there is a scientific difference between men and women.

01:04:02.980 And I want this to be clear and for the record.

01:04:05.160 It is not polarizing to say that women are a biological reality and should be treated and protected as such.

01:04:12.320 That is not polarizing.

01:04:13.760 That is truth.

01:04:14.520 It is also, by the way, the United States Constitution, which offers unique protections to women in a variety of circumstances as women.

01:04:22.860 And your refusal to recognize women as women and men as men is deeply corrosive to science, to public trust, and, yes, to constitutional protections for women as women.

01:04:34.860 Go, Josh Hawley.

01:04:39.280 It's amazing to watch him do his thing.

01:04:41.720 God bless him. 0.99

01:04:43.120 And universal condemnation for this idiot, Dr. Verma, who went to University of North Carolina OBGYN residency at Beth Israel, got a master's from Emory, and now is a board-certified OBGYN. 0.99

01:04:55.860 She's an adjunct professor at Emory. 1.00

01:04:58.120 Don't send your kid to Emory.

01:04:59.780 Thoughts on it, Adam?

01:05:00.500 Well, first off, they should just give a nuanced answer.

01:05:04.960 Go, no, men can't get pregnant because they don't have the plumbing to get pregnant. 1.00

01:05:09.620 But there's still such a thing as transgender, and there's such a thing as women being trapped in men's bodies, and men's being trapped in women's bodies, and these people should be treated with dignity.

01:05:20.180 But no, my dad couldn't get pregnant.

01:05:23.020 Only my mom can get pregnant. 1.00

01:05:25.480 They won't do it.

01:05:26.900 They're so captured by this ideological loyalty that they reject science, they reject reality, and it's up to people like Josh Hawley to hold them to account.

01:05:37.600 God bless him.

01:05:38.120 We needed him at the U.S. Supreme Court the other day in Washington.

01:05:41.560 Adam, a pleasure.

01:05:42.700 It's wonderful to see you.

01:05:43.740 Thanks for being here.

01:07:38.240 Toyota is here to bring you closer to the things that matter to you, because they matter to us too.

01:08:05.980 Toyota, for what matters most.

01:08:35.980 Only on the Megyn Kelly channel, Sirius XM 111, and on the Sirius XM app.

01:08:43.980 Welcome back to the Megyn Kelly show.

01:08:45.840 Joining me now for the first time is a guest you've seen on this program recently, though just on tape.

01:08:51.280 She made national headlines back in November after a disturbing encounter at a Gold's Gym. 1.00

01:08:58.060 Tish Hyman became a sensation for calling out a man who was using the female locker room at Gold's Gym in Los Angeles and then getting kicked out herself. 1.00

01:09:09.360 Here is part of that moment.

01:09:11.280 How are you? 1.00

01:09:12.120 Did you tell me or not that women like to see dick? 1.00

01:09:14.620 That guy asking you a fucking question. 1.00

01:09:16.120 Exactly. 1.00

01:09:16.820 Exactly.

01:09:17.640 Get out of the way now. 0.78

01:09:19.000 No.

01:09:19.540 Now he knows how to be a man, right?

01:09:21.140 Now he knows how to be a man.

01:09:22.920 Stay out of the women's locker room. 1.00

01:09:24.660 We don't want it. 1.00

01:09:26.520 He needs to have his gym membership evoked for that shit. 1.00

01:09:29.680 And the woman told you. 1.00

01:09:31.320 He assaulted me.

01:09:32.540 The girl told already.

01:09:34.420 We already filed reports.

01:09:35.520 No, no, that's fine.

01:09:38.400 I love the video.

01:09:39.520 You can't get rid of me for this.

01:09:41.100 I'm a woman and I have every right to not want a man in the restroom when I'm naked. 0.94

01:09:45.180 There are girls naked in there. 1.00

01:09:46.340 Look at them walking in there like it's OK. 0.81

01:09:47.940 It's not OK.

01:09:49.200 I understand.

01:09:50.840 God bless her. 1.00

01:09:52.260 That kickstarted her work standing up for women across this country and specifically in California,

01:09:58.480 where she's been calling out Democratic politicians to their faces ever since, showing up at all of

01:10:05.160 their town halls and asking them about this issue.

01:10:08.320 And she's impossible to dismiss in the world of Democratic identity politics.

01:10:14.660 She ticks off a few of the boxes and they don't know what to do with her because she's not with 0.56

01:10:19.840 them on this issue.

01:10:21.840 She's not only an activist, but Tish is a Grammy nominated artist, too.

01:10:26.080 And now she has an announcement about her next big mission.

01:10:30.640 Tish Hyman, welcome to the show.

01:10:33.460 Hi, Megan.

01:10:34.360 How are you?

01:10:35.600 I'm great.

01:10:36.440 It's great to see your beautiful face.

01:10:38.300 All right.

01:10:38.560 So let's get right to it and then we'll do a little background on you.

01:10:42.640 What is the big announcement?

01:10:45.400 Los Angeles, California.

01:10:46.900 I will be running for mayor and I am so excited to announce this to you with all my heart.

01:10:52.400 I plan to fight for a state and the city of Los Angeles and I'm just excited.

01:10:59.040 I'm excited, too.

01:11:00.900 So this is did this all begin with what happened at Gold's Gym in that totally viral piece of tape?

01:11:08.100 Yes, absolutely.

01:11:09.240 I was just thinking about this.

01:11:10.660 I was like, this was not on my bingo card for 2026 at all.

01:11:13.920 But, you know, this experience just woke something up in me and it caused me to have to look out and see where I would be able to get help.

01:11:23.400 And at first I was actually looking for a candidate to support because I didn't even think that I would do this.

01:11:29.060 And as I looked through the candidates who were running and what they stood for, I said, there's no one that I could support there.

01:11:36.200 So I said, well, I got to do it myself.

01:11:41.120 That's amazing.

01:11:41.960 I agree with you.

01:11:42.740 I just took a quick look at who's running and this does not seem to be a prominent issue, if an issue at all, for any of them.

01:11:50.900 So let's go back and talk a little bit about how you got here.

01:11:54.680 You're 43 years old.

01:11:56.380 Where are you from originally?

01:11:57.600 Where were you born and raised?

01:11:59.640 I'm originally from the Bronx, New York City, born and raised.

01:12:02.820 Right on.

01:12:03.300 Right on.

01:12:03.860 Okay.

01:12:04.220 And then how did you find your way out to Los Angeles?

01:12:07.280 Well, about 2009, I was invited out to Malibu to write some songs and I just fell in love with the city.

01:12:14.520 It was just, it was just such a beautiful place.

01:12:17.460 I just, I landed and I was like, wow.

01:12:19.700 And I was supposed to be there for about four or five days, but I winded up, you know, I did a great job and they were like, no, you can't leave.

01:12:27.780 We need you here for months.

01:12:29.400 So I winded up moving to Malibu straight from the Bronx and that was culture shock and one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.

01:12:38.640 I'll bet.

01:12:39.480 I can only imagine how that went.

01:12:41.120 So you, you're a song, you're a singer and you're a songwriter.

01:12:44.820 You've written for Alicia Keys, for Diddy, for Kanye, some very big stars.

01:12:50.900 You also sing your own songs.

01:12:53.020 We pulled a little clip of one.

01:12:54.520 Hope you don't mind.

01:12:55.180 We thought we'd play it for the audience.

01:12:56.480 This is a bit from I'm So Lucky from December last month.

01:13:03.720 I got air in my lungs.

01:13:06.260 I'm so lucky.

01:13:07.980 I got shoes on my feet.

01:13:10.100 I'm so lucky.

01:13:11.960 Got a roof over my head.

01:13:14.260 I'm lucky.

01:13:16.040 I got water to drink.

01:13:17.980 I'm so lucky.

01:13:19.280 Got light in my eyes.

01:13:21.100 I'm so lucky.

01:13:22.960 I got love in my life.

01:13:25.080 I'm so lucky.

01:13:26.740 I got fate on my side.

01:13:29.120 I'm so lucky.

01:13:30.860 I'm so lucky.

01:13:32.620 I'm so lucky.

01:13:35.640 I do what I love every day.

01:13:39.820 I always make a way out of nowhere.

01:13:43.780 In this life, you get more than you take.

01:13:48.380 That's amazing.

01:13:49.640 And I love the sentiment because that explains the permanent smile on your face, Tish.

01:13:54.220 That attitude of gratitude serves everyone well.

01:13:59.020 So I love that you put it to song.

01:14:01.580 Well, you know, your latitude is based off your attitude.

01:14:04.700 And it's a hard life no matter who you are.

01:14:07.880 But you've got to be happy about having life.

01:14:10.180 Because if you're alive, then you just beat out everyone who is not.

01:14:14.940 And you have an opportunity to make things great and make things better.

01:14:19.480 So you're out there in Malibu.

01:14:22.340 And unlike 99.9% of people who do move there, you're actually making it.

01:14:27.260 You're in demand as a songwriter.

01:14:29.940 And you're singing your own music, too.

01:14:31.620 And you have a rocket body.

01:14:33.960 So you go to the gym.

01:14:36.100 That's where you got that.

01:14:37.440 And that's where you maintained it.

01:14:39.340 And just describe a little background about how you started to see,

01:14:42.960 was it always this one guy in the women's locker room?

01:14:45.760 Or was it other guys?

01:14:48.260 So basically, I had four different experiences in a two-week span.

01:14:54.420 And it was three different men.

01:14:56.820 The first time was a 25-year-old.

01:14:59.940 Maybe, I don't know if he was 25, but he looked young.

01:15:01.960 And I turned around, and I'm naked.

01:15:03.620 I'm like, oh, my goodness.

01:15:05.080 And I just say, sir, I didn't get anything else out.

01:15:07.480 And he was just like, you can't tell me nothing.

01:15:09.840 Be worried, I'm a woman.

01:15:11.460 Very aggressive, very angry.

01:15:13.000 And I was naked, you know, so I'm just in a state of confusion, shock.

01:15:17.160 And I'm pissed off because I'm like, who are you calling a B-word?

01:15:20.720 You know, I'm not used to being disrespected in my everyday life.

01:15:24.280 I respect people, and I give it, I receive it.

01:15:26.560 So that was the first thing.

01:15:27.920 And it was just like, complete shock.

01:15:29.780 I couldn't believe it was happening.

01:15:31.620 So now I'm screaming in the locker room, like, hey, ladies, do you see this?

01:15:35.520 There's a guy in here.

01:15:36.360 Are you guys okay with this?

01:15:37.320 Like, am I crazy?

01:15:38.140 What's going on?

01:15:39.180 Staff comes in.

01:15:40.780 And they weren't able to force him out, but I was making so much noise that he just

01:15:44.900 left.

01:15:45.440 And, you know, he didn't leave the locker room for good.

01:15:48.000 His lock was still on the locker in place, but they made him leave as I got dressed.

01:15:53.820 And after I got dressed, I went to the staff and I wrote a complaint.

01:15:57.080 And I was trying to figure out what to do about this.

01:15:59.420 And then they kept saying, our hands are tied by law.

01:16:01.560 And I was confused because I was like, there's no way, there's no possible way that there

01:16:06.440 could be a law that lets men in women's locker rooms when they're naked. 1.00

01:16:11.380 I just, I just couldn't even believe it.

01:16:14.320 And so I went home that day.

01:16:16.320 I actually posted about it on Instagram right away because I was just so, I felt violated.

01:16:22.140 You know, I'm a lesbian woman.

01:16:23.740 I haven't been naked in front of a man in decades.

01:16:26.020 Not only that, but just the disregard for my naked body and being called this word and

01:16:32.160 just the whole thing was just like, you know, a whirlwind of emotion and all negative emotions,

01:16:37.440 which I don't usually feel on a day-to-day basis because I live my life in gratitude.

01:16:43.600 So, yeah.

01:16:44.160 And then, you know, I went home, I spoke about it online, and then my sound got muted on Instagram.

01:16:50.540 It went kind of viral, but people were, I had a lot of pushback from the community there.

01:16:56.160 And it muted my sound.

01:16:58.340 So I felt like silenced in a way and almost-

01:17:01.100 What do you mean it muted your sound?

01:17:02.260 You mean actually the sound on the video got muted or are you speaking euphemistically?

01:17:06.380 Yes.

01:17:06.740 The social media, the social media is, you know, I don't even know what's going on with

01:17:12.300 social media, but they pick and choose what they allow you to post.

01:17:16.080 And I guess what I posted wasn't something they wanted me to post.

01:17:19.380 So it just was like, I went back to it after it went viral, it went mute.

01:17:22.700 And I was like, well, I got to take this down because it looks like it doesn't make sense.

01:17:27.520 And there's just like a bunch of hate in the comments.

01:17:29.020 And it was a lot of, you know, stuff going on.

01:17:31.080 So I was just like, all right, let me take this down.

01:17:32.480 And so now I'm trying to just like, okay, now I'm realizing that not only is it a problem

01:17:37.700 and there's nothing that can be done legally, there's something online that is like, it's

01:17:43.460 restricting me from speaking about it.

01:17:44.800 I felt silenced and I felt scared at this point because I am in the music industry and

01:17:49.400 I didn't, I didn't want to, it was just so much going on at once.

01:17:52.500 I just got scared.

01:17:53.220 And then I was like, all right, take this down.

01:17:56.020 Maybe this is an isolated incident.

01:17:58.120 Go to the gym the next day.

01:17:59.480 And the next day I go back, I'm just trying to get back to my life and who I rock into

01:18:06.420 this Alexis Black guy.

01:18:08.980 And this time I'm like, yo, hey, I can't deal with this right now.

01:18:13.300 I can't deal with this right now.

01:18:14.220 What are you doing in here?

01:18:15.440 You can't be in here.

01:18:16.940 Oh, beware. 0.83

01:18:18.380 I'm a woman.

01:18:19.260 You got to get with it, sister.

01:18:20.960 And I'm just like, no, you're not.

01:18:23.520 At this point, I'm a little bit more elevated.

01:18:25.040 And I'm like, not with that big D you're not.

01:18:27.120 I can see it.

01:18:27.920 You need to get out of here.

01:18:28.680 You got on tights. 0.99

01:18:29.580 You got on tights and a freaking tank top. 0.99

01:18:31.300 Just get the hell out of here. 0.98

01:18:32.880 You know, so I'm just trying to like force it out.

01:18:36.080 And then he was like arguing back and forth for me.

01:18:38.100 I said, well, stay here.

01:18:38.800 I'm calling the police.

01:18:39.800 And he's like, I got things to do.

01:18:41.080 No.

01:18:41.540 So he left.

01:18:42.160 I called the police.

01:18:42.980 Of course, they never showed up.

01:18:44.420 And I went and made another report and nothing was done.

01:18:47.260 So now I take two days off because I'm just like, what is going on?

01:18:50.480 I'm telling my friend and she's giving me the rhetoric of trans women are women. 0.72

01:18:54.200 And I'm like, what the heck is anyone talking about?

01:18:56.220 Am I in the Twilight Zone?

01:18:57.180 And I'm like, no, they're not.

01:18:59.200 He had a huge pain.

01:19:01.000 I seen it.

01:19:01.840 It was definitely no man.

01:19:04.700 And there was no, I mean, no woman in sight.

01:19:07.580 And she's, you know, in her 20s.

01:19:09.640 And she's just like, well, yeah, I'm telling you.

01:19:11.120 And I'm like, all right.

01:19:12.560 So now, two days go by.

01:19:15.620 I'm in the locker room.

01:19:17.180 I say, I'm going to go to, actually, I wasn't in the locker room yet.

01:19:19.560 I said, I'm going to go to a different location.

01:19:21.920 Now, mind you, I work out a different time of day every day.

01:19:24.960 And I also switched the location in hopes that the newer location, this guy wouldn't go to because it's a little more expensive.

01:19:32.560 I was like, maybe he can't afford it.

01:19:33.780 I don't even know.

01:19:34.480 I was just hoping to not see him again.

01:19:36.560 I get in there.

01:19:37.780 I do my workout.

01:19:39.120 Everything seems perfect.

01:19:40.700 Honestly, I was so happy to be there working out and to feel like I was in a sanctuary.

01:19:45.500 I was like, there's no way I'm going to see this guy today.

01:19:48.280 So now, I'm telling a young lady.

01:19:51.360 And I say to her, we got out the sauna.

01:19:53.380 There's a young lady.

01:19:54.040 I can't remember her name.

01:19:54.700 I think it was Lita or something like that.

01:19:56.600 And we're in the bathroom.

01:19:57.920 And we're talking about how the new facilities are so nice and clean.

01:20:00.240 I'm like, yeah.

01:20:01.180 I said, I actually don't usually come here.

01:20:02.680 I had to drive a little further because there was a man in the locker room the last time I was there.

01:20:06.840 There were men coming in.

01:20:07.860 And she says, what?

01:20:09.180 No way.

01:20:10.380 I said, wait. 0.97

01:20:11.600 And then Alexis Black comes out like a locker room bully. 1.00

01:20:16.220 You talking about me, B-word?

01:20:18.560 And I'm like, I'm in shock.

01:20:21.280 I'm like, what are you doing in here?

01:20:24.960 And she goes, this girl is in her 20s.

01:20:27.500 She goes in her full-on freeze mode.

01:20:29.280 And I go in her full-on mom mode.

01:20:31.920 I'm like, what are you doing in here?

01:20:33.100 You're not supposed to be here.

01:20:34.180 You're coming out here.

01:20:34.880 Why are you here?

01:20:35.540 And then he's like, straight women like to see D-word in the locker room. 0.99

01:20:38.900 So if anything, they're looking at me more than you.

01:20:42.380 And I was like, what?

01:20:44.880 And at this point, I'm just living.

01:20:46.360 I'm like, get out.

01:20:47.240 You got to get out.

01:20:48.020 And there's a scene.

01:20:51.040 And they come in again.

01:20:52.700 They get him to come out.

01:20:53.700 He's standing there entitled like, no, I can be in here.

01:20:56.380 I can be in here.

01:20:57.260 And then they get him out.

01:20:59.300 It takes a long time.

01:21:00.420 But they get him out.

01:21:01.060 And then me and the young lady go to the front.

01:21:03.880 And we file a report together.

01:21:05.480 And I'm thinking, this has got to do something.

01:21:08.180 Because it's me.

01:21:08.900 It's not just me, the angry black lady or whatever they want to see me as.

01:21:12.640 Because at this point, you know, I'm constantly being upset.

01:21:17.140 And I'm talking to the staff with respect.

01:21:19.260 But I'm angry.

01:21:21.340 So they've been seeing me for years.

01:21:23.680 They've never seen me like this.

01:21:24.820 So this is just an uncomfortable thing.

01:21:26.780 But it doesn't matter because it has to be done.

01:21:29.120 So now we file the report.

01:21:31.840 I'm thinking something's going to happen.

01:21:34.020 The next day, I bring my friend who's 25, who was like, trans women are women.

01:21:39.220 So I'm like, all right, let's go to the gym.

01:21:41.180 Go to the gym.

01:21:41.880 And what?

01:21:42.520 He's there.

01:21:43.340 It's like this guy was there all day every day.

01:21:44.940 I go to the gym at a different time every day.

01:21:46.840 How is he always there?

01:21:48.580 I feel like I saved someone's life, to be honest.

01:21:50.660 Because why was he always there?

01:21:53.280 With his history and his mental state of mind?

01:21:55.920 Why?

01:21:56.100 So now she comes in.

01:21:57.840 He was a convicted woman abuser, just so people know, for actually very violent behavior against

01:22:03.380 his ex-wife, whose jawbone he broke in a compound fracture, meaning the bone was sticking out of

01:22:10.900 the skin.

01:22:12.020 And then very creepily, he took her name when he decided to declare himself a woman.

01:22:18.160 His name is not Alexis.

01:22:19.500 He's got a man name, and he took her name.

01:22:23.760 His name is Grant, Grant Freeman.

01:22:26.540 But he took the name of the wife he beat, Alexis, when he declared himself a woman.

01:22:32.720 Sorry.

01:22:33.100 Keep going, Tish. 1.00

01:22:34.020 Disgusting. 0.99

01:22:34.960 And by the way, I had no knowledge of this. 0.98

01:22:37.060 This is just instinct.

01:22:38.720 Instinctually, just something was off.

01:22:41.120 So now I tell my friend, I say, he's on the grass.

01:22:44.460 Look at him.

01:22:45.040 And she looks and she goes, that's definitely not a woman. 1.00

01:22:48.700 I say, yes, exactly.

01:22:50.100 Now you see what I'm saying?

01:22:51.200 She's like, yeah, that's scary.

01:22:52.480 So now we do our workout.

01:22:54.060 We go into the...

01:22:55.080 I always do the sauna because I was very overweight.

01:22:58.180 And I find that when you do the sauna, it kind of tightens you up a bit.

01:23:01.060 And that's why I don't have a lot of loose skin.

01:23:02.440 So anyways, we go to the sauna.

01:23:04.720 It's about eight women in the sauna. 1.00

01:23:06.540 I've been trying to get girls together now throughout this whole process.

01:23:10.220 I've been collecting emails and telling girls.

01:23:12.560 So now we're in the sauna.

01:23:13.420 I'm like, listen, girls, there's men coming in here.

01:23:16.160 And they're like, what?

01:23:17.020 I'm like, yes.

01:23:17.680 And one of them is here right now.

01:23:19.340 He's out there somewhere.

01:23:20.820 I hope he doesn't come in here today.

01:23:22.500 But I'm telling you right now, there are men coming in the locker rooms.

01:23:25.200 And we had like a little powwow about it in the locker room.

01:23:28.380 And there was one girl in there, I remember.

01:23:30.080 We all had on towels.

01:23:31.440 There was one girl in there. 1.00

01:23:32.360 She didn't have on towels.

01:23:33.300 She had on her gym clothes.

01:23:34.580 And she was sitting on the bench.

01:23:37.420 And one of the staff comes in and says, hey, we don't allow clothes in there.

01:23:42.260 So she goes out to change her clothes.

01:23:45.340 And I thought that that was very strange because like...

01:23:47.100 That is weird.

01:23:48.520 You telling her to get naked? 0.88

01:23:50.620 Okay, interesting.

01:23:51.860 So she goes out of the sauna.

01:23:53.540 And then she's like, you know, like a child.

01:23:55.500 She comes back.

01:23:56.200 He's in here.

01:23:57.140 He's in here.

01:23:58.340 So now I'm like, nah, I got the girls with me.

01:24:01.420 We're getting them out.

01:24:03.140 So I'm like, come on, girls.

01:24:04.200 Don't you know all those girls ran away? 0.97

01:24:07.660 Anyone, nothing to do with it.

01:24:09.200 I came out there by myself with my friend.

01:24:11.680 And they slowly triggered.

01:24:13.360 I'm like, girls, come on.

01:24:14.520 I'm like, well, forget it.

01:24:15.800 And I start closing in.

01:24:17.220 I'm like, you can't be in here.

01:24:18.500 Enough's enough.

01:24:19.380 Get out.

01:24:19.920 And he's like, no, I can be in here.

01:24:21.460 And one brave woman took camera. 0.59

01:24:24.160 The footage that we got of him in the bathroom, there was a video that went viral of him inside the locker room.

01:24:30.440 That wasn't taken on my phone.

01:24:32.720 So, you know, I get the airdrop from a cell phone of the video footage of me confronting him.

01:24:38.200 And I'm like, great.

01:24:39.240 I'm posting that online.

01:24:41.300 So I post it on the internet.

01:24:42.900 And it gets quite viral because I say, I put Marvin Gaye behind it because there was no sound.

01:24:47.980 So I put Marvin Gaye behind it.

01:24:49.200 And I go, what is going on?

01:24:51.520 This person told me they're a woman. 0.82

01:24:53.620 Am I crazy?

01:24:55.060 And then the comments went crazy with positivity and people saying, what is that?

01:24:58.700 That's crazy.

01:24:59.320 And that let me know right then and there that this has been silenced.

01:25:03.300 And most women and men in the world do not know what's going on.

01:25:06.800 So that day I became aware of this.

01:25:10.220 And I'm like, okay.

01:25:11.080 I start looking at women's groups.

01:25:12.460 I start reaching out to different people.

01:25:14.000 Let me pause you there.

01:25:15.320 Let me pause you there before we get to what happened after.

01:25:17.340 Because there's a second video I wanted to show.

01:25:18.920 So this is you in Gold's Gym that day after the confrontation with the man.

01:25:24.700 Well, wait, wait.

01:25:26.520 No, this is a different day.

01:25:27.600 Is this the one where he's, no, is this the one where the guy's talking to him outside the bathroom?

01:25:32.440 No, this is where, we already played that one.

01:25:34.780 This is where, yeah, this is where you're, you're angry about what's happening in the gym.

01:25:39.580 Hold on.

01:25:39.920 We'll watch it.

01:25:40.500 Okay.

01:25:41.560 In SOT64. 0.99

01:25:42.220 At Gold's Gym, men, grown men with big dicks in the women's locker room. 0.99

01:25:53.220 And that's why I'm getting kicked out. 0.99

01:25:55.780 And I want to make sure the girls know. 1.00

01:25:59.060 The fuck? 1.00

01:26:01.940 Everybody saw that man in the fucking locker room. 1.00

01:26:06.180 No one's saying shit. 1.00

01:26:09.340 And I'm fucking done with it. 1.00

01:26:11.280 It's fucking stupid. 1.00

01:26:14.580 It's dangerous. 1.00

01:26:17.840 Me naked in front of a man without my permission.

01:26:21.220 But I'm the one who can kick out the gym, y'all. 0.75

01:26:23.960 I'm terminated for not wanting men in the locker room.

01:26:29.040 You speak for us all.

01:26:30.920 Because Gold's Gym was treating you like you had done something wrong.

01:26:35.700 Insane.

01:26:36.140 And it was so crazy because the staff has seen me for years.

01:26:40.600 And so they know that I just go in there, I work out, I work hard and I get out of there.

01:26:46.260 So it was just, and that moment was after the guy approached him in the bathroom.

01:26:51.880 But that didn't happen until after what I was just talking about when we were in the locker room.

01:26:57.440 And then we got the video footage of him in the locker room.

01:26:59.620 I posted it.

01:27:00.300 So now I was afraid because this is on the internet.

01:27:04.420 And it was quite viral.

01:27:05.740 Like people were like, what?

01:27:06.980 That is not a woman. 1.00

01:27:08.160 So I'm a little bit like, this guy might hate me.

01:27:11.880 So I like, you know, I still got to go to the gym.

01:27:15.300 I'm not going to not go.

01:27:16.120 So I go to the gym and I'm walking into the restroom and I hear, like, I'm making the sound, but he said, the B word.

01:27:26.280 And I just ran out of the locker room and I ran to the guys and I asked for help.

01:27:31.160 And I said, there's a man in there. 0.98

01:27:33.360 Why is he in there if he doesn't want to rape us? 0.99

01:27:35.240 Why is he in there? 0.98

01:27:36.260 And that's when the men were like, what?

01:27:38.260 There's a man in there?

01:27:39.560 Where?

01:27:40.200 And that's when the video you see of the guy confronting him.

01:27:43.780 And I'm saying, now you want to act like a man.

01:27:45.500 Because I felt like, finally, I got some guys in here to get this guy the hell out of here.

01:27:50.460 And even then, he defiantly, he defiantly walked back in there like, it's his right.

01:27:56.480 Strutting in there like, I was so glad that I got that.

01:27:59.100 And you will later find out it is his right, thanks to the California legislature and Gavin Newsom.

01:28:05.680 Oh, my God.

01:28:07.540 It was just devastating.

01:28:09.140 It was very devastating.

01:28:10.700 And, you know, and then that day, the reason why that moment happened, I'm not really the type of person who was screaming out in the middle of the streets.

01:28:18.100 I'm, you know, I'm a lady and, you know, I don't really need attention.

01:28:22.280 But they were walking me out with the police.

01:28:25.680 And I'm seeing all the women there. 1.00

01:28:27.760 And I knew that I wasn't going to be able to warn them anymore.

01:28:30.480 And I was like, who's going to tell the girls?

01:28:32.680 I didn't know anybody was going to like, I didn't know it was going to go viral.

01:28:35.120 I just wanted everyone in there to know what was going on.

01:28:37.160 I was like, listen.

01:28:38.100 And that's why I said, I want to make sure the girls know because I was leaving and I knew that I wouldn't be back.

01:28:43.580 And they were throwing you out, Tish.

01:28:45.940 They were throwing you out of the gym.

01:28:47.300 And did they also revoke your membership or just threw you out that day?

01:28:51.160 Yeah.

01:28:51.340 And they walked me out with police.

01:28:53.840 And then, well, they said that they didn't cancel my membership.

01:28:56.740 They walked me out with police.

01:28:58.120 So I just, you know, was quite embarrassed.

01:29:00.520 And all these people who have been seeing me for years are looking like, what's going on, you know?

01:29:04.440 So I'm like, I just, I don't know.

01:29:07.280 It was like an out-of-body experience.

01:29:08.500 I'm just like, there are men here.

01:29:10.220 Go, Jim.

01:29:10.800 And that's what you saw.

01:29:12.100 And I was really fed up about it. 1.00

01:29:14.220 And I did think it was stupid. 0.99

01:29:15.520 And I did was like, I just couldn't believe that we were even in this place. 0.99

01:29:18.880 And I was like, this is crazy.

01:29:21.400 But EOS had me, Gold's Gym had me walked out with police.

01:29:25.900 And they gave me like a small little piece of paper.

01:29:28.440 They wouldn't give me a termination agreement.

01:29:30.160 They said they wouldn't do that.

01:29:31.460 And then the next day, I decided I'm going to go to the other location to the gym because I wanted to work out.

01:29:36.600 And because they didn't give me any termination.

01:29:39.260 So I go in and all the staff is like looking at me like this.

01:29:43.180 And they let me in because they don't dislike me.

01:29:46.780 They know.

01:29:47.440 And they honestly don't like it either.

01:29:49.760 I don't think anyone who works at these places wants to do this.

01:29:53.160 It's just they don't want to lose their job.

01:29:54.980 And this is law.

01:29:56.600 Yeah.

01:29:56.920 So I go get my last workout in.

01:29:59.360 And who comes in while I'm naked? 0.98

01:30:02.000 A black one. 1.00

01:30:03.520 A whole nother one. 0.98

01:30:04.760 A whole nother one.

01:30:05.640 Supposedly a legit one.

01:30:08.360 You know, the one he had a puffy skirt to cover his bottom.

01:30:12.120 And he was a little slender.

01:30:13.680 But he still had a huge Adam's apple and a big head.

01:30:16.280 So now I'm just pissed. 0.99

01:30:17.420 I'm like my fucking last. 0.98

01:30:18.520 Sorry, my language. 0.99

01:30:19.860 My last freaking workout here.

01:30:22.580 And so I'm looking at him and I'm like, yo, can you just leave right now, please?

01:30:27.160 And he's like, why?

01:30:28.240 I'm like, there have been men in the locker room.

01:30:30.760 I've been dealing with it for days.

01:30:31.720 I just want to get dressed in peace and I want to get out of here.

01:30:33.700 It's my last workout in this gym.

01:30:35.020 Just let me go.

01:30:36.000 He's like, I am a woman.

01:30:37.780 You lucky I didn't catch you outside.

01:30:40.760 And I was like, and what would you do exactly?

01:30:42.880 Because at this point, yo, it's just like gronks issues. 0.97

01:30:45.660 It's full of fat.

01:30:46.580 I'm like, and what would you do exactly?

01:30:49.000 He's like, and he leaves.

01:30:51.420 And the woman, the woman comes in. 0.98

01:30:53.820 He goes out, gets staffed.

01:30:55.040 And the staff comes in and escort me out.

01:30:56.500 And I'm like, what are you coming here for?

01:30:57.720 You know what's happening.

01:30:58.880 Let me get dressed.

01:30:59.980 Get him out of here and let me get dressed.

01:31:01.280 Let me get dressed. 0.99

01:31:02.120 And, you know, I said to him, you've seen some ass today. 0.99

01:31:04.960 Are you happy? 0.99

01:31:07.000 Because we're was fully naked.

01:31:08.580 Yeah.

01:31:09.440 And I'm sure he was happy.

01:31:11.320 The whole point for most of these guys is to get off on dressing like that in front of actual women. 0.99

01:31:18.040 It's disgusting. 1.00

01:31:19.300 It's a sexual fetish. 0.99

01:31:20.540 He has no right to make you participate in his sexual fetish, which Gavin Newsom doesn't seem to understand. 0.95

01:31:28.560 Gavin Newsom just doesn't seem to understand a lot of things.

01:31:32.180 But, you know, at that point, they had already sold Gold's Gym to EOS.

01:31:37.980 So this was now EOS Gym.

01:31:39.280 And I had maybe one workout before that.

01:31:43.720 And I told the staff, I said, oh, it's great that you guys bought the gym.

01:31:47.500 You guys need to do a renovation on the first floor.

01:31:49.880 I get these men in their own bathroom because they're coming in the women's locker room. 1.00

01:31:53.040 And I spoke to a female staff and she said, I can't believe this.

01:31:55.600 That's crazy.

01:31:56.420 And that same female staff is who came into the bathroom on my last workout. 1.00

01:32:00.660 And I looked at her and I said, and she just looked at me with disappointment.

01:32:03.020 And I was like, look, you know what's happening.

01:32:04.680 Just get him out of here so I can get dressed.

01:32:05.960 So I get dressed and, you know, that was the day that they terminated my gym membership.

01:32:12.240 No, they didn't say they terminated.

01:32:13.900 They were very funny with the words.

01:32:15.280 We need you to refrain from using the gym.

01:32:17.940 And that was that.

01:32:19.080 I never heard from them again.

01:32:20.500 I never got my termination agreement.

01:32:22.480 Just refrain from using the gym.

01:32:24.120 I've been embarrassed walking through with police like as if I'm some criminal.

01:32:27.780 I've never even had a criminal record.

01:32:29.980 I've been to jail.

01:32:31.040 And I'm just like, this is the most embarrassing.

01:32:32.920 Well, meanwhile, if you if you if you go to the Planet Fitness in L.A., you're going to bump into another one.

01:32:39.820 I'm sure you saw this viral video we aired on our show earlier this week of this woman who went into the women's locker room there.

01:32:48.020 Forgive me.

01:32:48.580 The video is disturbing.

01:32:49.840 Viewer warning. 0.87

01:32:50.840 You can't see his actual genitalia, but you can see the shadow of him jerking off while he is sitting in the women's bathroom stall in the Planet Fitness in L.A. 0.97

01:33:02.760 Here it is. 0.99

01:33:11.760 Bro, I literally saw your shadow, bro.

01:33:13.580 Like, come on.

01:33:15.280 Listen, you saw my shadow that is amazing.

01:33:19.160 I was here.

01:33:20.800 I was feeling myself together.

01:33:23.560 If y'all talk to God to do something about this, then this is.

01:33:27.240 Oh, you're really good, man.

01:33:28.520 Yeah, yeah.

01:33:29.780 It's getting confronted now by staff.

01:33:32.240 Don't act.

01:33:32.900 Don't act innocent, bro. 1.00

01:33:34.860 I saw the fucking video. 1.00

01:33:36.800 I was on FaceTime watching you. 1.00

01:33:38.800 They can see what they want. 1.00

01:33:39.920 You're in the fucking female's locker room beating your dick, bro. 1.00

01:33:43.600 It doesn't matter who you are. 1.00

01:33:45.760 That's inappropriate to be doing with females around. 1.00

01:33:48.980 It doesn't matter that you're in the stall.

01:33:50.760 It is inappropriate. 1.00

01:33:51.800 Do that shit at home. 1.00

01:33:53.000 I'm harassing you out of the stall. 1.00

01:33:54.860 You're in the women's bathroom. 1.00

01:33:56.460 I'm allowed to be in here.

01:33:58.180 It doesn't matter if you're allowed to be in here. 1.00

01:34:00.200 You're not allowed to fucking jerk off in here, bro. 1.00

01:34:03.000 What were you doing? 1.00

01:34:03.700 This is from.

01:34:04.340 I'm drying off.

01:34:04.860 Like, I just.

01:34:06.520 Drying off.

01:34:07.060 This is from Concord, California, just north of you guys, Tish.

01:34:09.820 But it's it's happening all over the state thanks to this law.

01:34:13.960 You know, what's funny is that video was that happened to me and the girl's mother reached

01:34:18.820 out to me and sent me the video personally and I posted it and that's what reignited it

01:34:23.000 and everybody posted it afterwards because she had posted it and then go viral.

01:34:27.520 So when the mom reached out to me and emailed me, I said, send me that video.

01:34:30.600 I'm going to post that video.

01:34:31.560 As soon as I posted it, everybody else posted it and it went viral, you know.

01:34:34.620 And I thought that was just despicable.

01:34:37.760 This is I mean, it's just so.

01:34:39.600 So then you I mean, all of this, like you were you were set up to be this person in a

01:34:45.420 way.

01:34:45.660 I don't know.

01:34:46.120 I feel like I'm from upstate New York, but New Yorkers in general and certainly actual

01:34:51.040 New York City natives and certainly Bronx natives know how to stand up for themselves.

01:34:56.160 And so you get ejected into the softer, gentler Malibu where they think it's super empathetic

01:35:03.720 and kind to let the men into the women's locker rooms. 1.00

01:35:06.380 But you still have Bronx sensibilities and you decide to do something about it. 0.80

01:35:12.080 And it's sad to me that only the men would would have your back in the gym.

01:35:16.240 That's sad to me.

01:35:16.940 Women need to find their own spines and to fight for themselves as well. 1.00

01:35:20.400 So but then they were afraid to just as opposed to just like going like being a shrinking

01:35:26.100 violet and kind of like letting it drop.

01:35:28.460 You had your say you went violet or viral.

01:35:31.060 You start going on your tour where you start confronting all these lawmakers.

01:35:36.560 Eric Swalwell, Scott Wiener, who is the worst.

01:35:40.200 I'm just going to show the audience a little bit of that.

01:35:42.260 Here's 68.

01:35:43.340 As a lesbian woman who was attacked in a woman's locker room at Gold's Gym this week by a self-identifying

01:35:52.200 trans woman with a documented history of domestic violence, I'm deeply concerned about women's 1.00

01:35:58.620 safety in female-only spaces. 1.00

01:36:00.700 What would you say to women who are seeking assurance that their safety will be protected

01:36:05.980 from men who, by California law, can self-ID as women into women-only spaces, sir?

01:36:13.020 Please tell me.

01:36:14.640 Yeah.

01:36:15.220 So we want, I mean, everyone to be safe.

01:36:18.940 And we also know that, you know, we have trans people, both men and women, who are men and

01:36:26.880 women. 0.81

01:36:27.720 And so, you know, so if you're trans women, are women.

01:36:34.940 Trans women are women. 0.90

01:36:36.120 Okay. 1.00

01:36:36.280 I'm just going to say, in my very strong opinion, Scott Wiener is a disgusting pervert. 1.00

01:36:41.420 He's a disgusting, filthy pervert who has no business being in government. 1.00

01:36:45.800 He's never seen a piece of trans legislation that he doesn't want to cram down our throats. 1.00

01:36:50.060 Trans women are not women. 1.00

01:36:51.380 They're men. 0.99

01:36:52.140 He knows it. 1.00

01:36:53.120 He's a very strange, creepy, perverted man. 1.00

01:36:56.760 That's my opinion. 0.96

01:36:57.780 And he's running now for Nancy Pelosi's house seat.

01:37:01.020 He was California's problem.

01:37:02.360 Now he's about to be the United States problem. 0.69

01:37:04.560 Because if he gets this seat, he'll be elevated to a national legislative position.

01:37:09.420 And you were one of the only people to confront him.

01:37:11.820 We, Kerry and Britt had confronted him years ago, our pals who come on the show and talk

01:37:15.380 about this issue for years now.

01:37:16.460 And then you're the next person I've seen do it.

01:37:18.920 He didn't give you a satisfactory answer, Tish.

01:37:21.720 But to me, it's almost like maybe that was another building block in your decision to say

01:37:26.660 what you're doing today, right?

01:37:28.160 Maybe it's like, when did the light bulb go off that, you know what?

01:37:32.860 You need to do it.

01:37:34.100 Well, I mean, after I spoke to Wiener, and I realized that he was just disgusting, and

01:37:43.580 then I spoke to Swalwell, and I spoke to Ro Khanna, and I was just like, all these people 0.94

01:37:51.940 are like crazy.

01:37:53.340 And then I started thinking to myself, I'm an artist.

01:37:56.320 I'm a singer, and I'm also a very action-orientated person.

01:38:00.080 And I'm not going to spend 10 years of my life begging people to change the law, because

01:38:04.200 I was just trying to go through the different seats that I could make a change in.

01:38:08.940 And I said, well, if there's no one in the mayor, if there's not a mayor candidate that

01:38:14.240 I feel confident to get behind, then I'm going to be that candidate.

01:38:17.600 And I started to look at other things that was wrong with the city that I live in.

01:38:20.260 I love Los Angeles.

01:38:21.260 I've been there for 15 years, and I absolutely love it.

01:38:24.080 It's going to be my home for the rest of my life.

01:38:26.340 And so I said, you know what?

01:38:27.880 Let me look at what a mayor's responsibility is.

01:38:31.560 Then I also looked at my life experience and my ability to unite people.

01:38:36.040 And I looked at my country, and I looked at the problems in my whole entire country, and

01:38:39.960 how I could start in one spot that could affect the entire nation.

01:38:44.080 Because in my opinion, the United States have become the divided states.

01:38:49.360 And the left and the right are having an issue with flying the plane.

01:38:54.380 And you can't fly the plane if it's cut in half.

01:38:57.260 So people are not able to put aside their beefs or I don't even know what's going on in there.

01:39:04.060 I'm like, you guys are supposed to work together for the good of the government.

01:39:07.740 And right now, as I see it, as a person from the Bronx, I analyze it like this.

01:39:12.160 There's gang activity in politics.

01:39:14.820 The Republicans are the bloods, and the Democrats are the Crips, and they're at war.

01:39:20.080 And we're the ones being hurt in the middle of it.

01:39:22.100 And then there's people underneath them that wear the colors as if they're a part of the

01:39:26.420 gangs, and you're not.

01:39:27.660 You're not in those offices.

01:39:28.900 We are the people.

01:39:29.680 The power is in the hands of the people.

01:39:31.200 So we need to unite in truth and vote for legislation.

01:39:34.060 If you see a legislator who is pushing a bill or laws that you like, you vote for them.

01:39:39.060 And you vote for the legislation.

01:39:41.100 You don't look at them and say, oh, they're a Republican.

01:39:43.040 I'm not voting for them.

01:39:44.040 Oh, they're a Democrat.

01:39:44.840 I'm not voting for them.

01:39:45.860 And I said, Tish, you can come into this with the same energy you came into the music business.

01:39:49.800 The music business, you know, I'm very well respected and revered because I'm a nice person.

01:39:55.300 I also connect people.

01:39:56.880 I know how to create good business opportunities, and I know how to nurture talent.

01:40:01.220 And I know how to pick the right people for the rest positions.

01:40:04.560 I might not know everything, but one thing I know is that teams win games.

01:40:08.400 And although I'm very new in my political career, I'm like, well, Karen Bass has been

01:40:12.880 in a political career her whole life, and this is where she's at at this point in her life.

01:40:17.740 And all of these people, I don't want to call, I don't want to disrespect anyone because

01:40:22.120 I understand that, you know, there's a lot of time you put into things, and you might

01:40:25.700 start one way and end another way.

01:40:27.480 And even being in the music business, I came in with a pure spirit about making music that

01:40:31.720 I love, and I made real music, but it didn't get the same attention as music that was just

01:40:36.000 about nothing.

01:40:37.740 And I had to accept that.

01:40:39.080 I could have stopped making music.

01:40:40.640 I could have made the music that was more like that, but I just stayed true to myself.

01:40:43.300 So I say all this to say that I need to unite the entire state of California, and I have

01:40:49.000 the ability to do that.

01:40:50.480 And that's where I work.

01:40:51.360 I'm not a politician.

01:40:52.320 I'm a politician, but I'm transparent, I'm honest, and I'm fun, and I want to encourage

01:40:59.240 young people and children and anyone 18 or older to just get involved in politics in

01:41:04.500 their state.

01:41:05.260 I want to end the gang war.

01:41:07.300 I want everyone to leave the gangs and use their independent brains because there's a lot

01:41:11.240 of flock voting on both sides.

01:41:14.700 Does this mean you're running as an independent or do you have a party affiliation?

01:41:18.460 I'm running as an independent because I cannot say not to join the gangs if I join one.

01:41:23.100 You know, I understand that I look at everybody like people.

01:41:27.500 And in my way, in my mind, how I see it is I'm going to unite the people in truth.

01:41:33.220 And there are different things that I believe need to happen in the state of California.

01:41:38.040 And that is everybody needs to come together for the same cause.

01:41:43.560 I need to be close with the governor.

01:41:45.560 Do you have a, like a PAC backing you?

01:41:48.500 Or do you have a place people can donate?

01:41:50.040 How can they help you?

01:41:52.100 Well, I got a website and it can donate to me through my website.

01:41:55.640 I have a treasurer, St. Naivari.

01:41:57.200 She's amazing.

01:41:58.440 And so it's listen to tish.org.

01:42:01.700 You can go there.

01:42:02.980 You can sign up to my mailing list.

01:42:04.580 You can also donate.

01:42:06.280 And honestly, I'm just starting.

01:42:08.940 So I'm going to do a bunch of rallies.

01:42:10.360 They're going to be the fun.

01:42:11.040 I'm going to be the funnest candidate y'all ever saw.

01:42:13.360 It's going to be lots of fun.

01:42:14.640 I'm singing.

01:42:15.200 I'm singing at all the rallies.

01:42:16.860 Up against Karen Bass.

01:42:18.440 That's really not saying much, but I believe you independently of how boring she is.

01:42:22.780 I can't wait to watch you do this.

01:42:24.580 I can't wait to support you.

01:42:26.320 I'm so proud of you and admire you so much for everything you've done, Tish.

01:42:30.320 Good luck.

01:42:31.700 Thank you, Megan.

01:42:33.020 All right.

01:42:33.360 Don't forget, folks, it's listen to tish.org, listen to tish.org.

01:42:39.540 And we are back tomorrow with Maureen Callahan.

01:42:42.700 Wow.
