00:03:46.640 FBI and the President of the United States for their support. Lori and I are overwhelmed
00:03:53.020 by the prayers and the messages of support that we've received from all across Pennsylvania and all
00:04:04.880 across the United States. Authorities say Mr. Balmer admits to harboring hatred toward Governor
00:04:11.200 Shapiro. The affidavit reading, quote, Balmer was asked specifically what he would have done if
00:04:16.260 Governor Shapiro found him inside of his residence, to which Balmer advised he would have beaten him
00:04:21.940 with his hammer. Mr. Balmer's social media presence suggesting anti-government views against both
00:04:27.460 Democrats and Republicans. NBC reporting in 2022, Mr. Balmer posted an image of a Molotov cocktail with
00:04:34.260 the words, be the light you want to see in the world. Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle

00:04:43.600 there is no place for this type of evil in America. And as I told the governor yesterday,

00:05:45.780 members illegally living in the U.S. Mr. Bukele agreeing in February to accept deported illegal
00:05:52.060 aliens from the U.S. in exchange for a small fee. Reporters in the Oval pressing administration
00:05:57.780 officials on the status of Kilmar Albrego Garcia, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador,
00:06:04.220 previously found by two immigration judges to have ties to MS-13. In 2019, Mr. Garcia was ordered
00:06:11.260 deported, but then convinced an immigration court to protect him from being sent to one country,
00:06:17.300 El Salvador, claiming that he could face gang violence there. The DOJ acknowledging in March,
00:06:22.580 Mr. Garcia, who is deportable, the question is to where, was loaded onto a plane destined for El
00:06:29.000 Salvador due to, quote, an administrative error, end quote. Last week, the Supreme Court ruling a
00:06:35.000 lower court may have overstepped its authority by ruling the federal government must facilitate and
00:06:40.400 effectuate Mr. Garcia's return. The DOJ providing daily status updates to the court on Mr. Garcia now,
00:06:47.700 stating he is held in the terrorism confinement center and is in good health. Attorney General
00:06:53.600 Pam Bondi weighing in from the Oval. That's up to El Salvador if they want to return him. That's not up
00:07:00.620 to us. The Supreme Court ruled, President, that if, as El Salvador wants to return him, this is
00:07:06.400 international matters, foreign affairs. If they wanted to return him, we would facilitate it,
00:07:12.340 meaning provide a plane. Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller elaborating on the Supreme
00:07:18.620 Court's ruling. It's very arrogant, even, for American media to suggest that we would even tell
00:07:24.440 El Salvador how to handle their own citizens as a starting point. As two immigration courts found
00:07:29.780 that he was a member of MS-13, when President Trump declared MS-13 to be a foreign terrorist organization,
00:07:36.200 that meant that he was no longer eligible under federal law, which I'm sure you know,
00:07:40.720 you're very familiar with the INA, that he was no longer eligible for any form of immigration relief
00:07:45.380 in the United States. A district court judge tried to tell the administration that they had to kidnap a
00:07:50.640 citizen of El Salvador and fly him back here. That issue was raised to the Supreme Court, and the
00:07:55.700 Supreme Court said the district court order was unlawful and its main components were reversed 9-0
00:08:01.780 unanimously, stating clearly that neither Secretary of State nor the President could be compelled by
00:08:08.380 anybody to forcibly retrieve a citizen of El Salvador. Mr. Miller going on to say if Mr. Garcia were sent
00:08:14.860 back to the United States, he would be deported a second time. CNN White House correspondent Caitlin
00:08:20.440 Collins asking President Bukele if he has plans to return Mr. Garcia. How can I return him to the
00:08:26.540 United States? If I smuggle him into the United States or whether I do it first, I'm not going 0.94
00:08:30.660 to do it. It's like, I mean, the question is preposterous. How can I smuggle a terrorist into
00:08:37.240 the United States? I don't have the power to return him to the United States. I mean, we're not very fond
00:08:41.660 of releasing terrorists into our country. Pressed again by Ms. Collins about returning Mr.
00:08:45.960 Garcia, President Trump saying. And they said that it must be facilitated. Why don't you just say,
00:08:52.860 isn't it wonderful that we're keeping criminals out of our country? Mr. Trump then saying the U.S.
00:08:57.280 will work with El Salvador to remove as many illegal aliens from this country as possible. Coming up, 1.00

00:10:03.980 Federal authorities investigating a disturbing case out of Wisconsin involving a suspected plot to
00:10:14.120 assassinate President Trump by a 17-year-old named Nikita Kasap. In March, state authorities
00:10:20.580 conducting a wellness check on the home of Tatiana Kasap and Donald Mayer, following a request from Mr.
00:10:26.940 Mayer's mother. Kasap's step-grandmother telling local police she was unable to contact the family and
00:10:32.780 learned from the high school that Kasap had not attended in two weeks. Authorities discovering
00:10:38.020 Kasap's mother and stepfather deceased, both bodies badly decomposed with visible bullet wounds
00:10:43.900 covered in blankets. Kasap nowhere to be found, his stepfather's car and the family dog missing.
00:10:50.880 Waukesha authorities alleging Kasap fatally shot his parents and lived with the bodies for weeks
00:10:56.260 before fleeing with the dog. He was arrested by local authorities in Kansas, discovered with
00:11:01.600 thousands in cash, a smashed home safe, a number of electronic devices, his stepfather's gun and
00:11:08.540 ammo. Wisconsin state authorities slapping Kasap with a slate of charges, including two counts of
00:11:13.740 first-degree murder, two counts of hiding a corpse, theft of property, and operating a motor vehicle
00:11:19.200 without the owner's consent. The 34-page document reading, quote, the killing of his parents appeared to
00:11:24.460 be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carry out his plan. An FBI review of
00:11:31.140 documents discovered by state police include a manifesto in which they say Kasap calls for the
00:11:36.540 assassination of President Trump to, quote, foment a political revolution in the United States and,
00:11:42.480 quote, save the white race from Jewish-controlled politicians. According to the warrant, Kasap allegedly
00:11:48.920 studied an image with, quote, directions on how to extend the range of an attack by drone
00:11:53.980 and ways to avoid detection. The instructions provide direction to use a small dropper to drop
00:11:59.720 an explosive Molotov cocktail or very strong topical poison. Federal authorities have yet to formally
00:12:06.520 charge Kasap. The suspect, currently held on $1 million bond in Waukesha County Jail, is set for a May 7th
00:12:13.600 arraignment relating to the state charges. The ladies of the Blue Origin space crew back safely on Earth
