00:00:08.520 AM update. He punched and scratched his wife, ripped off her shirt and grabbed and bruised 1.00

00:00:15.780 her. New details emerging about the so-called Maryland father portrayed sympathetically

00:00:21.120 in the press, revealing a violent history excluded from the headlines. He's really twisted

00:00:27.280 himself in knots. But Jeb Bosberg does not care. He doesn't care that he was overturned by the

00:00:33.060 Supreme Court. He is only devoted to helping Trump foes and the media. Reporter Julie Kelly joins us

00:00:41.220 with an exclusive breakdown of Judge Bosberg's new ruling, accusing the Trump administration of

00:00:46.420 defying his court order. RFKJ breaks with the CDC calling autism an epidemic and vowing to uncover

00:00:54.220 the cause. All that and more coming up in just a moment on your AM update.

00:01:59.620 As Democrats lionize Kilmar Abrego-Garcia, an illegal immigrant and accused MS-13 gang member,

00:02:07.400 the Trump administration highlighting some facts about his past. Mr. Abrego-Garcia, currently at the

00:02:13.020 center of a battle between the Trump administration and a district court judge, ordering his return to

00:02:18.400 the U.S. from El Salvador. Democrats and members of the media portraying Mr. Abrego-Garcia as a

00:02:24.260 Maryland dad, wrongfully swept up in a wide-ranging and reckless crackdown on illegal immigration.

00:02:31.360 Democrat Senator from Maryland, Chris Van Hollen, actually boarding a flight to El Salvador to demand

00:02:36.640 Mr. Abrego-Garcia's return.

00:02:38.340 I just landed at the airport in San Salvador a little while ago. I'm now en route into the city,

00:02:45.040 looking forward to meeting with the team from the American Embassy. The goal of my visit is to

00:02:50.500 talk to people here about the release of Kilmar Abrego-Garcia. I told his wife and his family I

00:02:58.540 would do everything possible to bring him home, and we're going to keep working at this.

00:03:04.160 The senator was denied entry to the prison. The DOJ on Wednesday releasing documents supporting claims

00:03:10.820 that Mr. Abrego-Garcia was an active member of MS-13 at the time of his March 2019 arrest.

00:03:18.320 One record, a Prince George's County police gang interview sheet, describes Garcia as wearing

00:03:23.760 gang-associated clothing, including a hoodie with imagery meant to symbolize

00:03:28.400 see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Oh, by the way, he was with two other MS-13 gang members.

00:03:35.520 A reliable informant identifying Mr. Abrego-Garcia as an active MS-13 member with the

00:03:41.900 Westerns clique described his rank as Chicao and his gang name as Chele. A.G. Bondi also releasing

00:03:50.480 court documents from two immigration judges affirming that the evidence supports Mr. Abrego-Garcia's

00:03:56.360 membership in MS-13. Also coming to light on Wednesday, new details about Mr. Abrego-Garcia's

00:04:02.220 disturbing past. The Tennessee Star reporting a troubling incident from December 2022. Tennessee

00:04:09.000 Highway Patrol reportedly stopped Kilmer Abrego-Garcia immediately suspecting human trafficking.

00:04:15.640 The officer finding Mr. Abrego-Garcia was driving without a valid license, transporting seven

00:04:20.980 passengers from Texas to Maryland. One source telling The Star, Mr. Abrego-Garcia,

00:04:26.800 was on a terror watch list, while another said, no, that was actually just one of his passengers.

00:04:33.820 Cops contacted the FBI, then under Director Christopher Wray, and according to The Star,

00:04:38.660 the FBI instructed the officers to release all eight individuals. Additionally, journalist Andy Ngo,

00:04:44.780 revealing protective orders sought by Garcia's wife against him in 2020 and 2021. She has been telling

00:04:52.840 the press in recent days that he was the ideal husband and father. Press Secretary Caroline

00:04:58.800 Levitt addressing the details of that 2021 protective order at a press briefing.

00:05:04.600 Abrego-Garcia's wife petitioned for an order of protection against him for two instances of domestic

00:05:11.440 violence in May of 2021. The court ordered that the respondents committed the following acts of

00:05:18.240 abuse. Once in May of 2021, assault in any degree. And on May 4th of 2021, he punched and scratched his

00:05:28.760 wife, ripped off her shirt and grabbed and bruised her. This is from a court in Maryland. So not only are

00:05:38.260 Democrats rushing to defend an illegal criminal foreign terrorist gang member, but also an apparent woman 0.96

00:05:44.020 beater. In an extraordinary moment yesterday, Ms. Levitt then stepping aside and giving the microphone to someone

00:05:50.940 she said the press has ignored for too long, Patty Marin, the mother of Rachel Marin. On Tuesday, Rachel's killer,

00:05:59.220 also an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, was convicted on all four charges, including rape and murder.

00:06:05.940 Rachel was jogging on a popular trail in Maryland when her life was brought to an unthinkable end.

00:06:13.080 Patty Moore and her mom gave never before revealed details of her daughter's final moments. And a warning,

00:06:19.340 the details are graphic.

00:06:21.580 He waited for her to come closer. He dragged her 150 feet. He picked her up. He threw her against

00:06:31.360 the wall, the tunnel, and he raped her. Her beautiful face bashed in. He drags her through 1.00

00:06:39.280 the thorn bushes. She has all the scrapes and cuts on her body. There wasn't one inch of her body that 0.98

00:06:46.740 didn't have some kind of injury. And they showed us pictures of her body against the wall, outline,

00:06:53.660 the blood outlined her body. And you could see where the blood ran down around her as he was

00:07:00.840 raping her. And then he threw her down and raped her some more. And then he strangled her because he 1.00

00:07:07.580 didn't want her to be able to live to tell the story. Ms. Marin's remarks leaving the briefing room

00:07:12.840 in stunned silence. Those remarks ending with a powerful plea.

00:07:17.180 These are the kind of criminals President Trump wants to remove from our country. These are the

00:07:24.820 kind of criminals that we need to remove from our country. We are American citizens. Why should we

00:07:31.440 allow people like this, violent criminals, that have no conscience at all, to murder our mothers, 0.98

00:07:40.220 our sisters, our daughters? Tell the truth. Tell, like, how violent it really is. This is about 0.98

00:07:49.240 protecting our children. It's more than just politics or votes or just anything. It's about

00:07:57.320 national security, protecting Americans, protecting our children.

00:08:01.160 On Wednesday, U.S. District Court Judge James Bosberg ruling there is probable cause to charge

00:08:12.180 members of the Trump administration with criminal contempt, accusing officials of violating a court

00:08:17.840 order when they failed to return to planes of Venezuelan nationals who were deported under the

00:08:23.400 Alien Enemies Act. The dispute stemming from a verbal directive Bosberg gave from the bench,

00:08:29.160 demanding that the planes be turned around midair. That piece of the order was not included in a

00:08:35.900 later written directive issued after the planes were out of U.S. airspace. Judge Bosberg writing,

00:08:42.500 quote, the court ultimately determines that the government's actions on that day

00:08:45.680 demonstrate a willful disregard for its order. The contempt finding comes despite the fact that

00:08:51.700 the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled against Judge Bosberg in this case, finding that the matter was

00:08:57.260 filed in the wrong court, meaning Judge Bosberg lacked the authority to issue the restraining order in

00:09:03.440 the first place. We spoke with Julie Kelly, who's been covering this case. She's a reporter for

00:09:08.640 Declassified on Substack. She says Judge Bosberg is way out of bounds.

00:09:14.320 I mean, it's sort of fascinating to read this 46-page opinion that Judge Bosberg issued and still arguing

00:09:21.800 that somehow these temporary restraining orders that have been vacated by the Supreme Court last week

00:09:28.440 are somehow still in play and can be the basis for a contempt, criminal contempt investigation

00:09:35.860 into Trump officials. He is citing certain case law. Now, none of it deals with a very delicate

00:09:43.560 balance between the judiciary and executive branch, but he claims that any court order, regardless of

00:09:53.340 its ultimate fate, and in this case, two written orders overturned by the Supreme Court, still have

00:09:59.400 to be abided by as it's headed towards the appellate and then Supreme Court level. So that's sort of

00:10:07.920 stunning. I'm not really sure how the Supreme Court is going to respond to this, of course, obviously.

00:10:13.560 The Trump DOJ is going to immediately appeal this. Judge Bosberg warning the DOJ that if it does not

00:10:21.500 enforce his now vacated order to get those planes back, the court will identify the Trump officials

00:10:28.140 responsible and recommend that they be prosecuted for contempt. He says that the DOJ refuses to pursue

00:10:35.480 the case for criminal contempt against the Trump administration, he will appoint another

00:10:40.400 prosecutor to do it. More from Julie Kelly.

00:10:43.560 Jeb Bosberg has saying, well, if the DOJ won't pursue criminal charges for contempt, then he will

00:10:50.800 appoint, the court can appoint an attorney to do just that. And this is what Jeb Bosberg has just

00:10:57.440 threatened in this order as well. Even more stunning is that he says the way to remedy any contempt

00:11:05.380 investigation or charges is to abide by his temporary restraining order to return these Venezuelans who are on 0.99

00:11:12.820 those two planes on March 15th. But that temporary restraining order is null and void because it's been

00:11:19.100 vacated by the Supreme Court. So he's really twisted himself in knots. But Jeb Bosberg does not care. He doesn't

00:11:26.440 care that he was overturned by the Supreme Court. He is only devoted to helping Trump foes and the media and the

00:11:34.680 Democrats seed this idea that Donald Trump and his White House are routinely in violation of court orders. So not really sure

00:11:44.000 where this is going to go from here. He gave some deadlines for next week, but he's also threatening that he will hold

00:11:49.640 more hearings, seek witness depositions and take other steps to advance this contempt investigation.

00:11:56.740 The White House filing an appeal of that contempt order on Wednesday evening. White House communications director

00:12:02.480 Stephen Chung posting to X, quote, the president is 100 percent committed to ensuring that terrorists and criminal

00:12:08.880 illegal migrants are no longer a threat to Americans and their communities across the country.

00:12:14.800 Coming up, RFKJ breaks with the CDC calling autism an epidemic and vowing to uncover the cause.

00:12:22.300 And one of the IRS whistleblowers who revealed the DOJ bullied the IRS to stymie the tax investigation

00:12:29.680 into Hunter Biden is now running the tax agency.

00:12:35.780 The IRS is the largest collection agency in the world. And with April 15th fast approaching,

00:12:41.320 it's more aggressive than ever. Oh, joy. If you owe back taxes or you have unfiled returns,

00:12:46.060 waiting is not an option. Not a good one. April 15th could mark another tax year that has passed you by

00:12:50.880 and stressed you out. So the smart move is get ahead of it now. But listen, never contact the IRS alone.

00:12:57.340 That's crazy talk. Instead, you could let the experts at Tax Network USA handle this problem for you.

00:13:03.680 Why? Well, not all tax resolution companies are the same. Tax Network USA has a preferred direct

00:13:40.500 April 15th is just around the corner. Act now, people, before the IRS acts first.

00:13:46.580 HHS Secretary RFKJ holding a press conference Wednesday following a new CDC report showing a

00:13:57.640 sharp rise in autism diagnoses. The study finding 1 in 31 children now diagnosed with autism,

00:14:04.800 that's up from 1 in 10,000 in the early 1990s. The CDC suggesting the rise is due to improved

00:14:11.840 identification and broader awareness, noting, quote, research has not demonstrated that

00:14:17.280 living in certain communities puts children at greater risk for developing ASD. Differences in

00:14:22.840 the prevalence of children identified with ASD across communities might be due to differences

00:14:27.420 in availability of services for early detection and evaluation and diagnostic practices. RFKJ pushing

00:14:34.580 back on that, calling autism an epidemic, arguing that better diagnostic tools alone do not explain

00:14:41.240 such a dramatic surge.

00:14:43.020 One of the things that I think that we need to move away from today is this ideology that the autism 0.98

00:14:52.100 prevalence increases, the relentless increases, are simply artifacts of better diagnoses. But this

00:15:00.460 epidemic denial has become a feature in the mainstream media, and it's based on an industry

00:15:08.000 canard. Obviously, there are people who don't want us to look at environmental exposures. Then why are we

00:15:14.300 not seeing it in older people? Why is this only happening in young people? Anybody can look around and see that

00:15:22.640 this is a canard. Why is it so pervasive? Why has it been thrown up against us for so many years?

00:15:28.880 Clearly, there are industries. This is coming from an environmental toxin. And somebody made a profit

00:15:35.340 by putting that environmental toxin into our air, our water, our medicines, our food.

00:15:41.740 Since taking over HHS, RFKJ making food safety a top priority, highlighting thousands of chemicals in

00:15:48.320 the U.S. food and drug supply that are banned in Europe. Secretary Kennedy saying genetics may play

00:15:53.940 a role in autism, but insisting it is only part of the story.

00:15:58.240 This is a preventable disease. We know it's an environmental exposure. It has to be. Genes do not

00:16:05.460 cause epidemics. They can provide a vulnerability. You need an environmental toxin. And Erva Hertz-Pachoda

00:16:14.500 pointed out that because of this mythology, that the amount of money and resources put into studying

00:16:24.960 genetic causes, which is a dead end, has been historically 10 to 20 times the amount spent by

00:16:33.780 NIH and other agencies to study environmental factors, to study exposures, to study external factors.

00:16:41.860 And that's where we're going to find the answer. Under Mr. Kennedy's leadership, HHS is undergoing a

00:16:47.380 major reorganization, urging scientists to challenge conventional thinking and re-examine

00:16:52.960 autism causes long dismissed by the medical establishment. The secretary promising that

00:16:58.200 by September, the agency will begin delivering research on the true causes of autism.

00:17:04.080 The IRS whistleblower who accused the DOJ of undermining his investigation into Hunter Biden is now

00:17:14.360 running the tax agency he says was bullied. Gary Shapley on Wednesday named acting commissioner of

00:17:21.100 the IRS. Mr. Shapley first coming forward in 2023, detailing how the Justice Department deliberately

00:17:26.980 slow walked the IRS's Hunter Biden investigation to shield then candidate Joe Biden. Mr. Shapley telling

00:17:33.520 Congress that DOJ tax made a concerted effort to slow walk this case so that they could get it into

00:17:40.220 the period in which the DOJ will not bring charges due to its rule of thumb against doing anything that

00:17:47.000 might affect an election. Mr. Shapley, later facing retaliation from IRS officials, told to either

00:17:53.180 accept a demotion or resign. Resisting the pressure, Mr. Shapley, who was running herd on the investigation

00:17:59.940 at IRS, filed a retaliation claim with the Office of Special Counsel, which ultimately ruled in his

00:18:06.560 favor. In June 2023, on The Megyn Kelly Show, Mr. Shapley explaining why he decided to go public.

00:18:13.360 We're doing the right thing, and the mission of IRSCI is to instill confidence in the tax code.

00:18:19.640 We make sure that people are being treated equally and fairly. You know, there's two IRS agents,

00:18:25.300 you know, standing up and saying, this person got preferential treatment, and, you know, you, if it

00:18:31.300 was a business owner on the corner, he wouldn't have gotten, he or she wouldn't have gotten that

00:18:36.000 special treatment, and we then probably would have been in jail already. So, so that's, that's what I

00:18:41.020 say to America. I mean, we're, we're, we're here, we're the big bad IRS, and we're here fighting for

00:18:47.660 you, because it needs to be a fair application of justice. Justice, indeed. And that'll do it for
