00:04:55.100 So, you know, he had a first marriage that ended after he had an affair with a female or colleague.

00:05:17.400 They had three kids, and he cheated on her, too, with a woman who worked on Fox & Friends, which we all knew at Fox at the time.

00:05:31.960 The divorce filing is dated one month after Pete and this Fox News producer, Jen Roche, had a child.

00:05:41.400 So he cheated on wife number two and got the affair partner pregnant, the affair partner being the Fox & Friends producer.

00:05:48.560 That woman had the baby, and a month later, his second wife filed for divorce.

00:05:54.680 That is the woman he's with now.

00:05:57.200 He married Jen, the Fox & Friends producer.

00:06:00.320 And she, yes, she gave birth to their child in August.

00:06:08.420 The second wife filed for divorce, I guess it would have been September of 17.

00:06:12.520 And while Jen Roche was home with their newborn baby, Pete went to this conference in Monterey, California in October and admits to having sex with this woman he did not know who was his handler at the conference.

00:06:41.880 I could, like, the cross-examination I would do at his confirmation hearing would be absolutely brutal.

00:06:48.780 And it would include a posting he did online of himself and Jen, wife number three, in November of 17, the two of them with their arms around each other looking loving and him posting grateful.

00:07:06.960 Now, keep in mind, in this picture, Pete knows he's been accused by this woman of rape a month earlier, whom he admits he had sex with, while Jen, here on the right, was home nursing their baby.

00:07:23.340 There is no reason in pretending otherwise because we like Pete and his anti-woke stance and what he might do for the military.

00:08:20.660 And we probably wouldn't be talking about it, like, right now on this show, if it weren't for this other allegation, which is bringing up his personal behavior.

00:08:28.320 And I like Pete, and I considered him a friend when I was at Fox, so it feels slightly like a betrayal to even go there.

00:08:43.760 So, having read the Monterey police report, I don't believe this woman.

00:08:51.680 I may prove to be wrong, and if I am wrong, I apologize to her for prejudging her story in a way that she'll consider unfair.

00:08:59.100 But I just gotta be honest, I don't believe her.

00:09:02.180 And I'm gonna walk you through why I don't believe her.

00:09:04.540 There's just too many inconsistencies in her story.

00:09:07.080 And we actually learned a bit more of her story, because I read it personally.

00:09:11.920 I mean, you can see I've highlighted the whole thing and tabbed the whole thing.

00:09:15.920 There's some things in here the mainstream media is not telling you, and we'll get to what those things are.

00:09:29.340 The alleged rape occurred on overnight, Saturday to Sunday, October 7th, 2017.

00:09:40.280 It was a Saturday into Sunday, right?

00:09:43.180 So let's just call it Sunday, right, the 8th, where the actual interlude occurred.

00:09:49.580 The meeting began late on Saturday, the 7th.

00:09:53.460 It was not until Thursday, the 12th, that she went to the police and reported this.

00:10:00.040 So that's Sunday night in the wee hours.

00:10:03.860 This allegedly happened.

00:10:05.480 She went all day Sunday, all day Monday, all day Tuesday, all day Wednesday, and then Thursday, which is five days before she claimed it was rape and spoke with the police.

00:10:23.720 A woman can be traumatized. 1.00

00:10:25.360 A woman can have real fear about coming forward, especially against a public figure. 1.00

00:10:29.640 And in the initial report, she was asking, at least when she got examined by this nurse, not to name him.

00:10:37.900 But the story she is telling is bizarre.

00:10:40.700 I'll give it to you in a narrative form, as best as I can recall, before we go through the police report.

00:10:44.800 But she's alleging that they met at, she was his handler for this conservative woman's conference where he spoke.

00:10:51.900 And that after the fact, there was a celebration in the presidential suite, which was a bunch of suites kind of together, opened up to be together.

00:11:01.220 And a bunch of people were there and Pete was there and was having a good time.

00:11:05.520 I guess they met there and then they all, well, a group of them went downstairs to the Knuckles Bar in the Hyatt Regency out in Monterey.

00:11:13.520 And she admits to having one glass of champagne.

00:11:18.880 And I believe that's all.

00:11:20.680 She was seen by multiple people there and on videotape later by police.

00:11:25.800 And every single person says she did not appear drunk in any way or intoxicated or drugged, et cetera.

00:11:32.320 Not at the Knuckles Bar, not when they walked from the Knuckles Bar back to Pete's room, which is what she, Jane Doe, and he did. 0.52

00:11:41.260 That she, in fact, was seen looking completely together and smiling and locked arms with him.

00:11:47.860 She was seen twice on camera after leaving Knuckles Bar locking arms with Pete and smiling. 0.74

00:11:52.740 That Pete seemed visibly intoxicated, however.

00:11:56.960 And he admitted to the police that while he says he did not have hard alcohol, he had multiple beers.

00:12:14.120 And she appears to have gotten back to his room around 2 in the morning, 2 in the morning.

00:12:22.200 And she got back home to her hotel room in which her husband and children were staying within two hours.

00:12:38.060 And then she went back into her marital bed in that hotel room at 4 a.m.

00:12:45.000 What she told the police and the nurse who examined her was that the whole night was spotty.

00:12:50.600 She started to lose memory and that she believed she may have been drugged.

00:12:57.000 Because you're on camera walking to his room and you seemed fine.

00:13:01.980 More than that, there was some sort of an argument between the two of you.

00:13:13.160 At 1.30 a.m., that's what the police report says.

00:13:17.120 1.30 a.m., they were seen by the pool outside.

00:13:20.520 This is in between Knuckles and his hotel room.

00:13:23.040 Having an argument so loud, two different hotel guests called security about it.

00:13:28.020 They were confronted by security of some sort, and they would later describe her as seeming totally together and not in any way intoxicated.

00:13:40.060 And Pete would later deny that he was belligerent in any way, and he doesn't appear to remember this exchange.

00:13:46.820 Then, right after that, they go back to his room.

00:13:51.100 So, clearly, if she'd been slipped a Mickey, as they say, there were absolutely no effects of it at 1.30 when she was walking him, like when she left Knuckles, or at 1.30 when she was spotted by security and talked to by them.

00:14:06.120 And she was home within two and a half hours in her marital bed.

00:14:12.320 And, by the way, the husband told the police he did not think that she seemed, you know, dizzy or stumbling or intoxicated.

00:14:22.660 So, it appears, by most accounts, by all accounts, this woman was sober.

00:14:28.880 Her own is that she was somehow drugged and doesn't remember anything.

00:14:34.540 Like, she doesn't remember when she seemed totally together, and other women who were her colleagues who saw her at Knuckles were like she was fine.

00:14:48.900 In no place here do they allege he gave her a drink back at his room.

00:14:59.700 Moreover, if she were drugged, the next morning you would expect she would be saying,

00:15:20.660 And in fact, what she did was attend more conference events, and she was seen at those

00:15:25.860 conference events, and an eyewitness said she seemed perfectly fine, not even hung over.

00:15:37.980 What Pete says is that they went back to the room.

00:16:02.420 And then there she was in his hotel room, and he thinks it's coming on to him.

00:16:06.040 And that the next thing he knew, they were, they were getting together.

00:16:20.940 Pete had another woman, his girlfriend, the mother of his newborn baby back in New York.

00:16:29.020 And she had her husband down the hole, despite that, that they proceeded anyway, and were,

00:16:40.700 He, he remembers the talk about her asking if he had a condom and he said, no, and we

00:16:45.980 don't have to go forward if that's a problem for you.

00:16:48.020 And she said, it's not a problem that, uh, they did not culminate the act, shall we say

00:17:27.460 asleep in a coworker's room.

00:17:31.760 And, um, that has a ring of truth to me, right?

00:17:36.940 Like that she, if she were doing, having an affair with this guy, this unexpected interlude,

00:17:41.840 she'd be in a panic.

00:17:43.240 He said to the police, he could sense early signs of regret.

00:17:49.220 And that has the ring of truth that she was in a panic, that she came up with a lie to

00:17:53.840 tell the husband and that she left within two hours of walking into that room. 1.00

00:18:05.520 And you're going to be able to draw your own conclusions about whether this woman is telling

00:18:10.120 the truth, because I'll tell you something, if Pete remains the nominee for department

00:18:14.420 of defense, you're going to know this report like the back of your hand, because again,

00:18:20.000 some democratic Senator is going to walk us through it live right in front of them. 1.00

00:18:31.340 So it feels unfair to Pete, I've got to say, um, what appears to me to have happened is

00:18:39.960 I mean, I guess I shouldn't be assuming he was totally with Jen Roche, who had just given

00:18:44.260 birth to his baby, even though he had the picture over a month later on his Insta saying

00:18:49.100 So I do think they were together, but well, okay, maybe he says they weren't, maybe she

00:18:53.060 was just giving birth to his baby and they weren't at whatever, but, but trying to prove

00:18:58.040 a rape where the cops did not see one proven provable, just feels grossly unfair.

00:19:09.960 Uh, they say in this report, which is dated October 13th, 2017, that, uh, Jane Doe was at

00:19:19.900 the Hyatt consuming alcohol with coworkers in the early morning of 10 eight, which was that

00:19:25.100 Sunday, uh, Doe was not sure, but believe something may have been slipped in her drink.

00:19:29.600 She cannot remember most of the night's events later.

00:19:32.360 She would say that it was a glass of champagne.

00:19:33.800 She drank, uh, she remembers being in one of her coworkers, hotel rooms and, and remembers

00:19:42.280 having the sex act culminate.

00:19:45.980 Doe could not remember whether or not any penetration occurred, but believe she was sexually assaulted

00:19:52.700 So that's the initial story.

00:19:56.660 Then we get a supplemental report, um, which documents the officer's contact with an ER nurse

00:20:04.420 This person writes on 10, 12, 17, I was dispatched to a phone call for an alleged sexual assault.

00:20:10.300 The reporting party was an ER nurse who works for Kaiser Permanente.

00:20:13.980 The person was reporting Jane Doe had come into the ER and requested sexual assault or rape

00:20:19.020 exam be done for something that had occurred at the Hyatt.

00:20:22.520 Uh, this person didn't have any other information regarding the incident other than it occurred

00:20:26.360 in Monterey.

00:20:27.180 Again, this is 10, 12 that she went in to see the nurse for an exam, which was Thursday.

00:20:32.520 The alleged sexual assault happened overnight, Saturday to Sunday.

00:20:36.120 Uh, they say she was at the Hyatt.

00:20:43.500 Uh, she was drinking at the hotel after the conference and remembers approaching Pete

00:21:45.820 Jane Doe stated she had consumed a small amount of champagne at the after party.

00:21:49.100 Jane Doe does not remember drinking hard alcohol.

00:21:52.540 Jane Doe stated Hegseth was at the after party.

00:21:54.760 Several people had attended the after party and people were coming and going from suite to

00:21:58.300 suite.

00:21:58.500 Jane Doe stated most of the members wanted to talk to her because she was an advocate and

00:22:02.500 was very busy talking with members of the Federation.

00:22:05.220 Jane Doe stated she remembered going to the Knuckles Sports Bar.

00:22:08.020 Knuckles Sports Bar is attached to the hotel.

00:22:10.860 She was with a group of women when she attended the bar. 1.00

00:22:13.320 She stated that's when things got fuzzy.

00:22:18.520 That's when things got fuzzy, she says.

00:22:20.140 You're going to hear testimony that nobody saw her looking anything close to intoxicated

00:22:25.700 And they did look and there was videotape.

00:22:28.200 So now she's saying things got fuzzy at Knuckles.

00:22:32.900 Um, she remembered being at the bar with so-and-so and so-and-so and Hegseth was also there.

00:23:05.420 She stated that she observed Hegseth acting inappropriately with the women at the conference,
