00:00:15.620 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.

00:00:26.960 Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly.

00:00:28.440 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show.

00:00:29.720 In today's Deep Dive special, the three ladies on this program have been on before, 1.00

00:00:34.740 but they are here today with an important announcement in an area you know I'm passionate about,

00:00:39.620 and I think you are too, protecting girls and women from men invading our spaces,

00:00:43.980 and particularly in the area of sports.

00:00:46.860 It's never been more relevant as we see some of the Biden administration's Title IX changes

00:00:51.620 being implemented today.

00:00:53.940 Now, there are fights to stop this, and we're winning in about 21 states.

00:00:59.720 But in all the rest, this stuff's about to happen, and your little girl is going to be

00:01:03.780 forced to share her locker room and her sports with a little boy.

00:01:06.680 It's absolutely wrong. 0.98

00:01:08.080 It's disgusting.

00:01:08.920 It's deeply immoral.

00:01:10.440 But thanks, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, it's happening.

00:01:13.440 Okay.

00:01:14.240 Not only that, but as we watch the Olympics, we brought this to you earlier,

00:01:17.400 boxers with XY chromosomes, reportedly, fighting women in the Olympics this week.

00:01:23.660 How would you like that if you're a boxer?

00:01:25.060 How would you like, if you're an XXer, to fight an XYer in boxing? 1.00

00:01:30.580 Joining me today, speaking of XX and XY, Jennifer Say.

00:01:34.200 She's longtime Levi's executive who got completely screwed by Levi's because she raised totally

00:01:38.960 normal objections to the COVID lockdowns in children.

00:01:41.900 And now she is the founder and CEO of XXXY Athletics.

00:01:46.880 We'll get to that.

00:01:47.800 As well as two former top sports broadcasters who have now gone independent.

00:01:51.920 Sage Steele, you know her well.

00:01:53.660 She's host of the Sage Steele Show and Michelle Tafoya, host of the Michelle Tafoya podcast.

00:02:01.540 Ladies, what a pleasure to have you all here at once. 0.80

00:02:03.560 Thanks for coming back.

00:02:05.140 Thanks for having us.

00:02:06.720 Thank you.

00:02:07.620 It's fun to do it all together.

00:02:09.880 So nice to see everyone.

00:02:11.840 I know.

00:02:12.300 First of all, Michelle, what are you doing here instead of running for office in Minnesota?

00:02:17.480 Well, you know what?

00:02:18.640 If, if, if it weren't for that pesky husband and family, I probably would be running, but

00:02:25.080 I, you know, I need to stay married and this isn't the time, uh, at least not right this

00:02:30.880 moment.

00:02:31.720 Okay.

00:02:32.220 Yes.

00:02:32.520 Not, not now.

00:02:33.260 That's a JD Vance told me when I interviewed him back in, uh, 18, not right now.

00:02:37.260 Okay.

00:02:37.600 We all know how that wound up.

00:02:39.100 Um, okay.

00:02:39.720 But we are here for something very different. 0.99

00:02:41.240 So Jennifer, I short formed your experience with Levi, but they really are assholes and everything 0.99

00:02:46.180 you said came true. 0.97

00:02:47.220 I mean, they were the most reasonable complaints.

00:02:50.000 You were not a fire breather, but it wound up being a net good because you separated from

00:02:54.560 a company that didn't appreciate you and your honesty.

00:02:57.220 Now you have your own company at this X, X, X, Y.

00:03:00.580 And that's the, those are some of the clothes that we see you and Michelle wearing.

00:03:04.140 I've got some too.

00:03:04.880 I love them.

00:03:05.920 And, um, you're doing something else though.

00:03:08.260 This isn't about like brand promotion.

00:03:09.900 This is about trying to actually give girls who don't want to compete in these games and 0.99

00:03:15.580 sports, a meaningful option for getting out.

00:03:19.100 Can you explain?

00:03:20.840 Yeah.

00:03:21.080 I want to point out also Sage is wearing our performance, one of our performance tops.

00:03:25.580 So she's still being fly and X, X, X, Y as well. 0.98

00:03:28.520 With all the respect to you, Jennifer, Sage could literally make anything look good.

00:03:32.000 She, I mean, not true, but I love you.

00:03:35.300 That's true.

00:03:35.960 Lucky for us.

00:03:36.700 Um, she'll look at anything we send.

00:03:39.120 Um, yeah.

00:03:39.700 So we launched the, um, the brand four months ago, which is four months, literally, uh,

00:03:44.740 it's making quite the impact.

00:03:46.220 I think our presence is sort of, uh, bigger than our, than our age, if you will.

00:03:50.780 Uh, and what we wanted to do from the beginning, I mean, I should say we're the only athletic

00:03:54.940 brand that's standing up for the protection of women's sports and spaces. 0.99

00:03:58.320 You know, I looked around at Nike and Lulu and all these other brands and they claim to champion

00:04:03.800 women and they do no such thing. 1.00

00:04:06.040 I mean, Nike treats women with astonishing disregard.

00:04:08.940 I won't go into all the examples, uh, but there are many, many of them, employees, athletes,

00:04:14.740 et cetera.

00:04:15.560 Uh, and so we want to put our money where our mouth is. 0.95

00:04:18.740 When we say that, you know, we're here to stand up for women's sports and spaces. 0.92

00:04:22.400 Uh, we have this idea, a friend of mine actually called me, uh, a friend from my COVID dissenting

00:04:27.460 days.

00:04:27.860 His name is Eric Hartman.

00:04:28.940 He said, I have this great idea.

00:04:30.300 Why don't you do a scholarship fund, uh, that can encourage and inspire young women who are 0.99

00:04:35.260 currently competing, uh, to stand up and to push back or to stand down and refuse to compete,

00:04:40.540 which is what I wish these female boxers would do because, you know, we shouldn't have to watch 1.00

00:04:44.820 them get the crap kicked out of them. 0.99

00:04:46.880 It's just totally crazy and unfair. 0.94

00:04:49.120 So today on the day that this title nine rewrite is meant to go into effect, we're launching

00:04:53.760 the XXXY athletics fund and Sage and Michelle, as well as Riley Gaines, um, and Carrie Lucas

00:05:00.340 from IWF, we're all the advisory council.

00:05:03.140 So we decide who gets the funds, but hopefully, you know, it is designed to take the sting out,

00:05:08.820 uh, the potential monetary cancellation.

00:05:11.140 When these girls speak up, because we've heard from people like Riley and from, and from Paula

00:05:15.820 Scanlon, for instance, that when they, um, stood up, they were threatened, uh, with swimming

00:05:21.580 against the scholarship.

00:05:23.320 Yeah.

00:05:23.800 Sorry.

00:05:24.300 It's exactly.

00:05:25.320 I mean, Paula spoke up for a year while she was still swimming with Leah Thomas at university

00:05:30.960 of Pennsylvania.

00:05:31.620 And she was told to seek therapy.

00:05:33.780 She was threatened that she would never get another job if she did this.

00:05:37.220 And so, you know, the threats are out there and we want to make it easier.

00:05:40.740 We want to normalize standing up for women and girls. 1.00

00:05:43.220 We've all fought too hard and too long.

00:05:44.920 And I think the difference maker is going to be when the actual athletes who are currently

00:05:49.780 competing, stand up and push back. 0.94

00:05:51.960 It's great that folks like me and Sage and Michelle are doing it, but change happens when

00:05:57.040 the athletes with skin in the game right now say no more.

00:06:01.540 And you guys know what you're talking about.

00:06:02.980 Just as a reminder for the audience, uh, Jennifer is literally a national champion gymnast. 0.53

00:06:08.820 Uh, Michelle was a storied sports reporter for many, many years at, with NBC and I think

00:06:14.500 ABC before that and Sage at ESPN and also the long history of athletic success.

00:06:18.900 So, you know what you're talking about?

00:06:20.680 Unlike yours truly, I follow the issue, but I am not athletic.

00:06:23.680 Nick, I mean, that's really kind of sad.

00:06:25.880 I don't believe it.

00:06:27.000 I don't believe it.

00:06:28.900 I'm going to show you some videotapes and take that back, but it's fun.

00:06:32.720 I appreciate it from afar and what you guys are doing, but let me ask you this.

00:06:36.020 How will it work?

00:06:37.280 Like, how do you decide like the girl who's sitting there?

00:06:41.540 Let's, let's take Paula Scanlon. 1.00

00:06:42.900 She's back at UPenn and Leah Thomas is, you know, actually will Thomas swimming next to

00:06:49.140 her as Leah six foot three and so on. 0.83

00:06:52.120 How does she think about this scholarship?

00:06:55.880 Well, I'm going to cite someone like Peyton McNabb, who I know, um, you know, as well,

00:07:00.060 I think she's been on the show, Megan.

00:07:01.900 And for those that don't know, exactly volleyball player, high school volley ball player injured

00:07:07.960 by a male athlete who spiked the ball at her face.

00:07:11.380 She suffered a severe head and neck injury, brain blade.

00:07:14.960 She still suffers from, you know, cognitive challenges and partial paralysis.

00:07:18.900 And she was unable to pursue the scholarship that she deserved in softball, which was actually

00:07:23.920 her sport that she was the best at.

00:07:26.100 And she struggles to this day, um, to compete her classes, complete her classes.

00:07:30.780 She is in community college.

00:07:32.200 She cannot play sports and it's, it's a real, it's a real shame.

00:07:36.680 You know, I, I would love, uh, to consider Peyton as one of our, as one of our first awardees.

00:07:44.480 Um, this is a woman that deserved that scholarship and she's been so brave and courageous in speaking

00:07:49.620 out and, you know, an award like this can really help to offset the challenge of paying for school,

00:07:56.440 et cetera.

00:07:57.320 So it's someone like that.

00:07:58.460 We will, the advisory council will meet quarterly, um, and we'll decide right now the fund is funded

00:08:05.360 by portion of proceeds from all sales of XXXY myself.

00:08:09.240 I personally put in money as have the other investors and employees.

00:08:13.400 This is how much it means to us.

00:08:15.920 Um, and this panel of women who you're right, they know sports and they are brave and bold

00:08:21.260 and not afraid to speak out.

00:08:22.560 And we'll choose, uh, you know, the awards each, each on a quarterly basis.

00:08:26.760 As we grow the fund and have more money, we hope to give even more awards and people can

00:08:31.020 nominate, um, others because I'm sure there's so many young women we haven't even heard about,

00:08:36.500 you know, we've heard about the West Virginia shop putters and we've heard about Peyton,

00:08:40.140 but I think there's probably so many more out there who are challenging that we just haven't

00:08:44.720 heard of.

00:08:45.160 So we want to give real folks the chance to nominate as well.

00:08:48.220 How do they help?

00:08:49.040 How do, how do people listening to this right now help, help out and donate if they want to?

00:08:52.240 Well, you can go to our website launched just today, xx-xyathletics.org.

00:09:00.160 You can also get there from our commercial site, which is.com.

00:09:03.760 And there'll be a form to fill in, uh, to nominate deserving young women.

00:09:08.720 It's a great idea.

00:09:10.020 I love to just incentivize them. 0.86

00:09:13.180 Say it again.

00:09:14.640 Oh, regular folks can also give, but we want it to be business-led.

00:09:18.560 We want to, you know, the best way to give is to, you know, support the brand and buy

00:09:22.220 stuff because a portion of proceeds from every purchase will go to the fund.

00:09:26.260 So you can all, but you can also give to the fund as a, as a regular person.

00:09:30.400 And there's a form there to fill out as well.

00:09:32.860 I mean, I got to get this.

00:09:34.180 I got to get more of this gear and put it on my children.

00:09:36.040 I'll tell you what, after we went to the RNC, they were handing out those, um, cowboy 0.72

00:09:39.880 hats that lit up and they read MAGA American on them.

00:09:42.840 And my little 10 year old now 11 wore his print to his little pickleball tournament.

00:09:47.120 And I was like, you go, Thatcher.

00:09:49.080 He goes, I got to represent.

00:09:50.040 So what I got to get is like the kids in the MAGA American hat with the, uh, team women

00:09:55.240 shirts.

00:09:55.880 And I'm just going to gear them up so we can send our, the right messaging about what we

00:09:59.960 believe in.

00:10:01.260 And we need it now more than ever.

00:10:03.000 Can we talk about what's happening with title nine?

00:10:05.180 This is the day that monstrosity gets unleashed on not just college age women, but little girls 1.00

00:10:10.440 coast to coast sage.

00:10:11.980 We've won this by this battle at lower courts since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris shoved it 0.93

00:10:17.980 down our throats through the title nine revisions in April because lawyers brought lawsuits in

00:10:23.100 various States and said, this is insane.

00:10:25.340 We have to protect girls and women, but only 21, you know, more than half of the States did

00:10:30.640 nothing.

00:10:31.180 And the little girls in those States are about to have to share their locker rooms and their 1.00

00:10:34.860 sports with boys, uh, at, at every level.

00:10:38.560 I mean, from K through college.

00:10:40.680 So where, what do you make of how this battle is unfolding?

00:10:45.040 Uh, first of all, um, I think I continued to get more disgusted and I didn't think that

00:10:50.320 that was possible.

00:10:51.340 I do want to thank you, Megan, for being one of the few who is out there and continuing

00:10:56.520 to push hard on this.

00:10:58.080 And I am in awe of Jennifer and her strength and every aspect of her professional and personal

00:11:03.780 life.

00:11:04.240 And Michelle, who Michelle knows forever.

00:11:06.140 I've been, I've looked up to Michelle for years because of how she's done her job.

00:11:09.400 And now all of them to have the courage, including you, the courage to continue to push on this.

00:11:14.220 It's so interesting because I was on Thursday, I was in West Palm beach and Donald Trump was

00:11:19.740 speaking there as a turning point USA faith summit.

00:11:23.180 And that's one of the things he said during his speech was that there, this will not be allowed.

00:11:28.280 I will make sure that girls don't have to compete against boys.

00:11:31.620 Women don't have to compete against men. 1.00

00:11:33.300 And the roar in the crowd was deafening for many topics, but especially that one.

00:11:38.860 Um, I guess that gives me hope and a reminder to everybody, the cliche that elections have

00:11:46.100 consequences.

00:11:46.820 And this is a really big one.

00:11:49.320 Um, I will tell you this also being at that summit, being in airports and hotels constantly

00:11:54.800 now around the country.

00:11:55.600 And I know everybody on this panel is, that's the one thing that people come up to me and

00:11:59.760 say, Oh my gosh, thank you.

00:12:02.420 Which I'm just talking.

00:12:04.060 I'm just saying, stating the obvious.

00:12:05.480 I thought, but continue to push on it.

00:12:07.160 And they say, please, please don't stop because I'm concerned for my niece.

00:12:12.700 It isn't sometimes just our daughter.

00:12:13.860 I told you this Megan before my girls, their competitive days are long over. 0.99

00:12:17.820 This isn't about me or my kids.

00:12:20.520 It's about you and your kids and everybody else.

00:12:23.180 So I can just say from being out that this is such an important topic for millions and

00:12:29.220 millions of people.

00:12:30.540 And we're seeing the dangers.

00:12:32.080 Of course, what we talked about with the volleyball player of North Carolina, we're seeing a lot

00:12:35.420 of questions right now across the pond and Paris and boxing, et cetera.

00:12:39.260 Um, this isn't going to go away.

00:12:40.620 And I just know that if we get quiet now, we too will, and I don't mean this, I guess

00:12:46.760 I could mean this literally and figuratively, but blood on our hands from the potential of

00:12:51.400 what has happened, of course, in the past and what could continue to happen.

00:12:54.840 I feel like I have no choice, but to continue to speak up.

00:12:57.720 And especially Michelle, you and I have done so much work on this through the years with

00:13:01.780 women and pushing women in sports and more highlights.

00:13:05.980 And let's focus on the WNBA, let's focus on women and fantasy football and those numbers 1.00

00:13:10.480 and how much women love sports. 1.00

00:13:11.700 And the silence in our industry is still deafening to me and maddening.

00:13:18.800 It is.

00:13:20.320 And Megan, you pointed out the boxing and the Olympics years ago when this was a very, very

00:13:26.420 small sort of fringe issue.

00:13:28.420 I remember people saying, this is not a big deal.

00:13:30.860 This is so rare.

00:13:31.980 Come on.

00:13:32.680 This is not like it's widespread.

00:13:34.080 It is now in the Olympic Games in one of the most devastating, devastatingly violent sports,

00:13:42.580 boxing.

00:13:43.300 So to suggest that this is now a fringe thing.

00:13:46.760 No, it's not.

00:13:47.720 We see constantly cyclists.

00:13:50.460 I talked to a skateboarder yesterday who I interviewed on my podcast.

00:13:54.340 They are losing their positions on the podiums.

00:13:56.860 They are losing dollars.

00:13:58.020 They are losing sponsorships.

00:13:59.940 And you know what else they're losing?

00:14:01.380 They're losing their spirit and their faith in humanity that, wait a minute, I thought

00:14:07.900 we had girls divisions, women's divisions for a reason. 1.00

00:14:12.240 We do.

00:14:13.060 I remember when Title IX passed.

00:14:14.660 I was a little girl.

00:14:15.420 My dad said to me, you are going to have opportunities my sisters never had.

00:14:18.680 Your mom never had.

00:14:19.640 And I believe that people like Sage and I were able to carve out careers in sports.

00:14:28.700 Title IX was at the root of that.

00:14:30.800 Now we could play.

00:14:31.800 Now we could participate.

00:14:32.860 And that made us more, I guess, legitimate as commentators.

00:14:37.660 But it's so this is no longer fringe.

00:14:40.160 And I just keep waking up every day and going, what the hell are we doing?

00:14:43.040 Well, you think about the Olympics underway right now.

00:14:46.320 And as I mentioned, Jennifer, you were a world-class athlete and gymnast and gymnastics.

00:14:50.760 And we just won USA, Team USA won gold.

00:14:54.240 And you think that's great.

00:14:55.760 All these people cheering on Team USA.

00:14:58.100 Yeah.

00:14:58.520 I mean, where are you to stand up to stop boys who would crush these girls in nine out

00:15:05.740 of 10 events?

00:15:06.360 I don't know.

00:15:06.720 Maybe not the balance beam.

00:15:07.700 I'm not sure.

00:15:08.060 But, you know, in most of these events to speak up for their safety and their fairness.

00:15:14.260 You know what, Megan?

00:15:15.380 I used to think gymnastics, women's gymnastics was safe from this.

00:15:18.600 But I've found a little rabbit hole on Instagram where there's men, males doing women's gymnastics

00:15:24.300 and they're competing in the NAIA.

00:15:26.600 Although they just made, they're the only governing body that actually made the correct rule,

00:15:30.920 which is women's sports needs to be for bilateral females only. 1.00

00:15:35.460 Um, so I actually think because of the way the sport has changed gymnastics and it's so

00:15:40.120 much about power and strength, um, and the extreme difficulty, and it's much less about

00:15:45.520 grace and flexibility than it used to be.

00:15:47.720 I actually think what men would crush in women's gymnastics too, unfortunately. 0.99

00:15:52.160 Um, and they have their own gymnastics, do your own gymnastics and leave us alone.

00:15:56.140 Yeah.

00:15:56.620 They have their own boxing.

00:15:57.780 They have their own everything.

00:15:58.820 Leave us. 0.54

00:15:59.340 They have their own everything.

00:16:00.460 It's, it's, it's, it's so astonishingly retrograde Megan that, you know, these women are being 0.95

00:16:07.120 told these girls and women are being told to sit down and shut up and, you know, take 1.00

00:16:11.940 the punch like a man or a woman and, you know, don't complain because to be nice, you need 1.00

00:16:17.800 to let this guy beat the crap out of you. 0.98

00:16:20.180 Well, no, we're not doing that. 0.94

00:16:22.200 And, you know, 70% of Americans agree with us.

00:16:24.480 I actually think it's probably higher than that.

00:16:26.380 That's the latest Gallup anonymous poll.

00:16:28.240 I think people are even afraid to say they're on our side on this issue when they are anonymous

00:16:32.900 because you just, you do get buried for it.

00:16:35.560 I mean, the voicemails I get, how people get my number.

00:16:38.560 I don't know, just threatening, horrible.

00:16:41.160 And for all the standing up I've done in my life, this is for sure.

00:16:44.720 Well, I don't know.

00:16:45.440 COVID was pretty bad, but this is really, really bad in terms of the dragging you get.

00:16:50.240 But I will tell you this every time I wear this t-shirt to the soccer game on the weekend

00:16:54.940 and I have a seven-year-old daughter, every person to the person leans in and they say,

00:17:00.020 I agree with you.

00:17:01.780 Yeah.

00:17:02.260 I love your shirt.

00:17:02.980 And I say, they say it out loud.

00:17:05.600 They shouldn't have to whisper.

00:17:07.200 They shouldn't have to whisper.

00:17:09.700 Can I point out real quick also what's happened with the Olympics and where we are now?

00:17:14.300 Because we say, okay, I believe, and actually numbers show, 70% to 80% of Americans,

00:17:19.280 I mean, this isn't even really divided along political lines, agree with us and what we're

00:17:23.800 saying.

00:17:24.420 And girls, women should not have to compete against boys or men, period.

00:17:28.740 At the Olympics, there has been some progress since the last Olympics in Tokyo.

00:17:33.040 And so now, and Jennifer, you'll get the terminology perfect for me, but 12 years old,

00:17:38.080 is that the line where then based on hormone therapy, or if you've begun to transition before

00:17:44.160 12, anything after 12, it's a no, but they're leaving it up to the state, to the space, to

00:17:49.500 the sports in particular, to make the rules.

00:17:52.820 I'm trying to remember which sport it is, that one has a female category and one has an 0.60

00:17:57.040 open category.

00:17:58.540 To me, that is the solution.

00:18:01.040 What I wish is that the IOC would have the balls to just make that the rule for all sports,

00:18:07.040 period, and not leave it up to the separate sports, what we're seeing right now in boxing.

00:18:11.840 So again, I want to emphasize that Jennifer's, you know, idea behind this whole thing, this

00:18:16.940 is not about discriminating against transgender people, because I absolutely believe there

00:18:22.940 is a place.

00:18:23.580 I want everybody to compete in sports.

00:18:25.580 Sports is the one unifier we have on this planet, where for a couple of hours on a football

00:18:30.760 Sunday, we all come together and race and religion and politics and socioeconomic status

00:18:35.260 don't matter.

00:18:35.860 We're dividing it.

00:18:37.220 We're making it worse by doing that.

00:18:39.120 They belong in this too, not with women. 1.00

00:18:42.180 You have a women category and you have an open category and you're done with it and women 1.00

00:18:46.020 are safe.

00:18:46.940 But can I, can I just say, I think you're, you're right.

00:18:49.060 And you're definitely a nicer person than I am, but I think it is also true that there

00:18:55.200 is an unhealthy proportion of men posing as women who want access to little girls and women's

00:19:02.980 spaces so they can get off.

00:19:05.300 Yes. 0.99

00:19:05.500 There's a sick portion that wants to just be a predator and sexually assault them. 0.99

00:19:08.440 But there's, I mean, within the trans community, there's a disturbing number who are autogonophiles 1.00

00:19:14.600 who they are dressing like women because it's a sexual fetish for them. 0.90

00:19:18.160 We believe based on his social media postings, that's what Leah Thomas is.

00:19:22.860 And I don't want my daughter changing next to that person.

00:19:27.880 I don't want her exposed to that person while he's getting off because he's wearing a woman's 1.00

00:19:32.320 bathing suit.

00:19:32.960 But like, there really is a sick level of perversion that we need to be on guard for.

00:19:38.620 And I'm, this is a weird turn, but I do, I've been meaning to get to this story.

00:19:41.980 We just saw something in connection with the biggest show on earth.

00:19:46.140 It's not the Megyn Kelly show.

00:19:47.600 It is Mr. Beast.

00:19:49.920 You guys see what happened with Mr. Beast?

00:19:51.620 Oh yeah.

00:19:52.140 Yeah.

00:19:52.740 Yeah.

00:19:53.200 I mean, we all, like if we have kids, you've seen Mr. Beast.

00:19:55.860 It's like, you know, he's got 300 million followers and it's not Mr. Beast himself, but

00:19:59.940 his right hand man, this guy, Chris, who he's friends with, you know, Mr. Beast, I think

00:20:04.440 is 26 or 27 years old, but they, they were knuckleheads who started putting a program on

00:20:08.580 YouTube together at first.

00:20:09.580 And then this guy, Chris transitioned to female, which is not possible.

00:20:14.540 And, uh, started going by Ava said he was a woman.

00:20:17.500 And a lot of us spoke out and said, I don't want this on my child's show.

00:20:21.700 The reason Mr. Beast got so famous because it appeals to children and it's kind of fun.

00:20:26.060 And we were told, Oh, stop, stop, stop.

00:20:27.920 You're being transformed.

00:20:28.620 But well, you know what?

00:20:29.260 Mr. Beast just was forced to separate from Chris slash Ava because according to, uh,

00:20:35.260 Mr. Beast, I'm just looking at his statement.

00:20:37.740 He's become aware of serious allegations of Ava Tyson's behavior online.

00:20:42.440 He's Mr. Beast disgusted opposed to such unacceptable acts.

00:20:46.860 He's hiring an independent third third party to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure

00:20:50.700 that he has all the facts that said, I've seen enough online and taken immediate action

00:20:54.900 to remove him, Ava from the company, my channel, and any association.

00:20:58.960 I don't condone or support any of the inappropriate actions.

00:21:02.080 I'll allow the investigators a necessary time.

00:21:04.060 And he's accused this Chris Tyson, though, denies it, of engaging in online grooming of

00:21:11.320 a 13 year old boy.

00:21:13.140 It's just it's there are all sorts of reasons, Michelle, why we don't want men having access 1.00

00:21:20.320 to our little girls.

00:21:22.180 Absolutely.

00:21:23.480 They're trying to normalize this to Megan by by calling normal people like us out for

00:21:29.600 being transphobes or homophobes and scaring us into submission and scaring us by calling

00:21:35.420 us names into shutting up.

00:21:36.820 It's like this term maps, minor attracted persons. 0.87

00:21:40.700 Suddenly, if you're a pedophile, you're just a map.

00:21:43.400 You're there. 0.97

00:21:43.820 Hey, there's room for minor attracted persons at the table. 0.97

00:21:46.760 Come on now.

00:21:47.540 Be just another fetish.

00:21:49.280 Be kind.

00:21:49.920 Yeah.

00:21:50.160 Be inclusive.

00:21:51.480 Why can't you just be inclusive?

00:21:52.940 So this is what this is getting us, this this normalization that is being foisted on us,

00:22:00.740 this idea that you're the problem if you if you think within these pearl clutching lanes

00:22:06.280 of that, you know, that you don't want a trans person changing in the locker room with your 0.97

00:22:11.460 daughters.

00:22:12.500 It's it's this foisting of the normalization.

00:22:16.300 That's all I can call it.

00:22:17.420 And it's not just in this arena.

00:22:19.400 It's in a lot of arenas.

00:22:20.640 We're seeing censorship in a lot of arenas.

00:22:22.440 We're seeing, you know, memory holding of certain politicians records so that we kind

00:22:28.440 of like forget what what reality is.

00:22:30.860 This is gaslighting. 0.98

00:22:32.460 Minor attracted persons are pedophiles. 0.96

00:22:35.560 You don't want them around your children, period. 0.90

00:22:38.060 The end.

00:22:39.460 And anybody who makes that argument would be a non parent.

00:22:42.840 I mean, I'm sorry, but like, correct.

00:22:44.300 Would you say, OK, well, you want your child to hang hang out with a pedophile with it with

00:22:48.180 a map?

00:22:48.660 No, no, no sane person would say yes to that.

00:22:50.940 You know, all of this brings me to the political point.

00:22:53.660 I'll give this one to you, Sage, which is I've been going insane.

00:22:57.340 I have been pulling out my fake hair over the nonsense.

00:23:01.980 We are spending our time on J.D.

00:23:06.040 Vance saying and if you look at the context of his remarks and I have many times, he's

00:23:11.420 defending the family.

00:23:12.540 It was a defensive comment on people who are shaming people for having children saying if 0.99

00:23:18.260 they suck, they're annoying, they're bad for the environment. 0.98

00:23:20.700 And his response to that, if you go back and look at how it unfolded, was to say, no, it's 0.99

00:23:25.720 great to have children.

00:23:26.740 Children are super important.

00:23:27.860 And we don't want to be lectured to by childless cat ladies. 1.00

00:23:30.780 They're obsessing over this on the Democrat ticket and trying to make him look like a

00:23:35.320 misogynist. 0.99

00:23:36.680 That is the party that is chopping off the breasts of 14 year olds that is in favor of 1.00

00:23:42.920 that. 0.97

00:23:43.160 That wants to give a green light to it.

00:23:45.020 That wants more Peyton McNabb's to get injured by volleyball players who are male that wants 1.00

00:23:50.640 more female boxers to get punched in the face by men. 1.00

00:23:53.680 I can't believe that we're allowing this narrative to dominate the airwaves now for eight, nine 0.85

00:24:01.500 days.

00:24:02.020 But we are.

00:24:04.500 Because they're grasping at straws right now, knowing, you know, ever since basically the

00:24:10.560 debate on June 27th and then the attempted assassination of Donald Trump and everybody's

00:24:14.580 paying attention to the numbers, what can we find that will get the people who just

00:24:18.200 focus on low hanging fruit to say, look at this is how anti-woman, anti-everything J.D.

00:24:24.080 Vance is.

00:24:24.920 The problem is that, of course, for years and years now, they've got the mainstream media

00:24:29.220 behind them and then a bunch of lazy people throughout this country who aren't willing

00:24:33.320 to go do their research.

00:24:34.480 Because guess what?

00:24:35.740 Context matters.

00:24:36.740 And what you just explained for the umpteenth time about J.D.

00:24:40.120 Vance's comments and the why behind them, the entire conversation, that matters.

00:24:44.120 But no one gets that out.

00:24:45.380 One thing I'll say, and I actually spoke about this with Laura Trump in my interview with

00:24:48.760 her on my show, is the Democrats have been so much better than Republicans for decades

00:24:53.880 now with messaging, with how they run their campaign.

00:24:57.300 And then when you've got the power of the mainstream media behind you, it's such an uphill

00:25:01.000 battle.

00:25:01.780 I go back to 2008 and Barack Obama and hoping to change and it was pretty.

00:25:05.580 And what did he do?

00:25:06.180 He went deep into Facebook, right?

00:25:08.520 And he got the younger generation to believe based on what?

00:25:12.640 Based on nothing on a slogan.

00:25:14.420 They've always been so good at it.

00:25:15.980 They got the media behind them as well.

00:25:17.820 That's why I loved your tweet when you came out and said, oh, OK, you're going to focus

00:25:21.780 on this out of context comment and ignore the fact that they're allowing men to look

00:25:27.540 at little girls in locker rooms and to chop off body parts and look what Gavin Newsom

00:25:30.960 is doing in the state of California. 0.89

00:25:32.360 And sterilize children to be on the offensive. 0.88

00:25:34.660 Yes, and ruining them.

00:25:36.280 We have to be on the offensive and continue to push this information out with you.

00:25:40.080 It's so hard.

00:25:40.980 It's so hard because you can't write.

00:25:43.120 Like, look at you.

00:25:43.900 I love that you're here.

00:25:45.100 I love that all three of you are here.

00:25:46.620 But, you know, as well as I do, that if you were launching a scholarship that would help

00:25:51.280 trans kids find a way into girls athletics over those evil Republicans bands, you'd be featured 0.94

00:25:56.880 on the Today Show.

00:25:58.600 Yes, exactly.

00:26:00.140 That's right.

00:26:00.920 Yeah.

00:26:01.640 And Megan, I mean, we've been the brand, you know, before launching the fund in the last

00:26:06.300 two months, we've been banned overtly or shadow banned aggressively from every social media

00:26:13.380 platform.

00:26:14.220 We were kicked off TikTok for an ad that encourages girls and women to stand up for themselves.

00:26:19.340 That's bigotry, that's hate speech in today's effed up world.

00:26:25.420 That's hate speech.

00:26:26.800 And so you're right.

00:26:28.280 I mean, I think I'm the only person right now on this panel that actually spent more

00:26:33.200 than three decades as a Democrat.

00:26:34.800 Don't laugh at me.

00:26:36.480 I did.

00:26:37.680 And so, you know, I understand the mindset.

00:26:42.740 But, you know, for me, it was what it was COVID that just blew the doors off.

00:26:46.980 And then I just started to question everything.

00:26:48.520 I was like, they're lying about everything when it came to COVID.

00:26:52.460 No, not everybody is at equal risk.

00:26:54.540 No, children are not at risk.

00:26:56.240 Children are not super spreaders.

00:26:57.780 We're ruining their lives for nothing.

00:27:00.620 And that's exactly, you know, what we've learned to be the case.

00:27:02.820 But you can't sort of come to that realization and then not question everything.

00:27:06.720 And of course, we saw during COVID, the media was doing the bidding of public health, which

00:27:12.900 is democratic in nature, or in terms of its alignment with the party and of the Democratic

00:27:17.840 Party.

00:27:18.320 It was just they were printing Democratic Party press, you know, PR talking points as

00:27:24.340 if it was news.

00:27:25.620 Where was the journalism?

00:27:27.020 Where was the interrogating of these issues?

00:27:28.900 And so it was at that point that I started to question everything.

00:27:32.060 It just felt like such a trespass of their stated values. 0.81

00:27:35.220 And, you know, now we have this issue, which is ridiculous.

00:27:38.340 And I think it lights people up the way that it does.

00:27:40.960 You know, Sage mentioned the roaring crowds at the turning point conference around this

00:27:46.120 issue when Trump spoke about it, because it's such a fundamental violation of what we know

00:27:50.520 to be true.

00:27:51.380 I can't really think of another issue that is so obvious.

00:27:54.560 We're being told not to believe that men and women are different.

00:27:57.900 And all that stuff you thought and you knew since the beginning of time, that's hogwash.

00:28:02.160 You know, the real science says you are the sex you say you are. 1.00

00:28:06.660 Well, bullshit. 1.00

00:28:08.980 That's ridiculous. 1.00

00:28:09.960 It's not true. 0.95

00:28:10.880 You, me, me, me.

00:28:11.780 And so I think that's why it's so much bigger than this issue.

00:28:15.240 I mean, this issue I really care about, but it really is for me about the fight for truth.

00:28:20.680 Yeah.

00:28:21.180 I'm going to take that ad.

00:28:23.180 I'm going to drop it into this episode right here for free.

00:28:26.720 I want everybody to see it.

00:28:28.060 If you think girls and women's equality matter, stand up. 1.00

00:28:35.100 If girls and women's sports matter, and you want your daughters to have the same opportunity 1.00

00:28:39.500 you had, stand up.

00:28:41.440 If you know that it isn't fair or safe to allow males to compete in girls' sports, because

00:28:47.900 it's, well, obvious, stand up.

00:28:52.320 Don't be cowed by people who call you a bigot.

00:28:54.940 You're not a bigot.

00:28:56.280 Don't let men tell us how to be good girls.

00:28:59.020 Don't let others tell you you just need to be quiet.

00:29:01.780 Sit down.

00:29:02.660 Be nice.

00:29:03.440 It's not nice to further a lie.

00:29:05.560 It's not mean to believe in women's equality. 1.00

00:29:07.900 We deserve our own sports, privacy, fairness, safety.

00:29:13.040 We deserve a chance to compete and win.

00:29:16.160 So don't be nice.

00:29:17.500 Don't be careful.

00:29:18.720 Be honest.

00:29:19.980 Be brave.

00:29:21.180 Fight for women.

00:29:22.580 We've come too far to give up now.

00:29:24.620 And if you agree with that, stand up and stand with us.

00:29:33.580 Go ahead, Michelle.

00:29:34.540 I'll give you the last word.

00:29:35.260 I was just going to say, my 15-year-old daughter had a doctor's appointment the other day.

00:29:40.400 So they ask you to pre-register online, you know, fill out the forms.

00:29:44.740 And you get to a big form about gender identity.

00:29:48.300 How does your child identify?

00:29:50.840 There was sex assigned at birth, you know, ask for pronouns.

00:29:57.380 Sex is not assigned at birth.

00:30:00.280 It's a biological fact at birth.

00:30:02.720 And the fact that this is now, all of the pronouns and the gender ideology is permeating

00:30:08.280 medicine, academia.

00:30:10.560 It is everywhere.

00:30:12.240 And like you said, you feel like you've just, Megan, I'm so glad to know you're tearing your

00:30:18.180 hair out too, because I am every single day.

00:30:20.520 And it's over this issue and many like it.

00:30:23.300 It's as though we're living in some upside down universe.

00:30:26.880 And I just want to, I just want to back up right again.

00:30:30.860 And that doesn't mean going backwards.

00:30:32.840 We're still speaking truth.

00:30:33.840 Megan, thank you.

00:30:34.180 And we have, we have Elon Musk on our side now too, who's out there standing up and preaching.

00:30:40.500 And so I don't know where we'd be without him and who knew we'd ever say that.

00:30:43.520 So I think we just have to realize they're there and we just have to keep helping women 0.95

00:30:48.640 and men find courage to speak this truth.

00:30:51.980 That's absolutely right.

00:30:52.880 And I will say, Michelle, we brought our 14 year old, 13 year old to their, for their

00:30:56.500 annual physicals.

00:30:57.360 And sure enough, they wanted to speak with them privately without mom and dad.

00:31:01.080 You know, that could be about sexual conduct.

00:31:03.360 It could be about trans stuff.

00:31:04.840 Usually it's about the trans stuff.

00:31:06.180 And Doug and I said, no, no, you will not speak with our children without us.

00:31:11.320 They're not secrets between our kids and adults, period.

00:31:15.760 You guys are the best.

00:31:16.880 Come back.

00:31:17.320 Let's make it a regular.

00:31:19.380 Love it.

00:31:21.320 Thank you, Michelle.

00:31:23.220 Good luck with it.

00:31:24.280 All right.

00:31:24.540 And listen, everybody, it's xx-xyathletics.org.

00:31:30.620 Go there, help out just to give a middle finger to the man.

00:31:34.640 And by that, I mean, Meta, Facebook, everybody who's censoring Jen and her company.

00:31:39.580 And this effort, xx-xyathletics.org.

00:31:44.260 Check it out.

00:31:44.940 And thanks to all of you for joining me today.

00:31:46.700 We'll see you next time.

00:31:47.360 Thanks for listening to The Megyn Kelly Show. 0.94

00:31:52.080 No BS, no agenda, and no fear.
