00:05:06.240 pointing out that Minnesota state prisons may honor ICE detainers,

00:05:13.300 and that this is where the fight has always been.
00:05:16.220 So will cities like Minneapolis change their behavior?

00:05:21.460 Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry, after meeting with Tom Homan this week,

00:05:33.320 as well as the strain it has placed on our local police officers.

00:05:40.300 and will not enforce federal immigration laws,
00:05:43.360 and that we will remain focused on keeping our neighbors and streets safe.

00:06:20.480 To be very clear, there's a change in tone, and we'll see.

00:10:37.120 According to Fox, many of those groups are funded by American-born billionaire Neville Roy
00:10:41.800 Singham, a, quote, self-declared Marxist-Leninist living in Shanghai.
00:10:47.240 Some of the organizations reportedly trace back to the People's Forum, a non-profit incubator
00:10:52.460 for socialist and communist groups funded by Singham.
00:10:56.500 The Daily Wire reporting the People's Forum supports left-wing propaganda outfits like
00:11:01.480 Breakthrough News, which creates a bevy of anti-ice content heavily focused on Minneapolis.
00:11:08.200 Despite not being as well-known as left-wing megadonor George Soros, Singham is not new to
00:11:13.640 the activist scene.

00:11:23.780 The Times reporting that Singham sits at the center of a vast, well-funded influence network
00:11:28.340 that blends progressive activism with Chinese Communist Party messaging, operating a web of
00:11:34.140 charities and shell companies around the world.
00:11:37.100 The Times reporting Singham works closely with Chinese state-linked media outlets, though
00:11:42.280 he told the paper in an email, quote,
00:11:43.900 In 2017, Singham married co-founder of the Code Pink activist group, Jody Evans.
00:12:04.860 Code Pink is known for staging sit-ins and protests, including repeated disruptions of congressional
00:12:10.460 hearings.
00:12:10.960 The Times reporting since 2017, about a quarter of the group's total funding came from groups
00:12:17.080 linked to Singham.
00:12:18.920 Alex Goldenberg, a senior advisor at the Network Contagion Research Institute, which studies
00:12:24.480 online foreign influence campaigns, in a 2025 News Nation interview describing Singham's reach
00:12:30.700 and motivation.
00:12:32.020 He has a footprint in India, South Africa, London, and is quite active in the United States,
00:12:41.160 funding a network of nonprofit organizations to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.
00:12:48.440 And he's not just funding activism.
00:12:51.200 What we find is he's funding and exporting an authoritarian-aligned ideology under the banner
00:12:59.440 of, like, American nonprofit legitimacy, doesn't just promote anti-American sentiment, but openly
00:13:07.260 supports authoritarian regimes, repeatedly amplifies voices that glorify terrorism and cause for
00:13:15.000 violent revolutions, such as the globalization of the Intifada.
00:13:19.820 So what is being built here is not a protest movement.
00:13:23.260 I really view it as infrastructure for a deeply un-American campaign to destabilize the country
00:13:29.820 from within.
00:13:31.140 Earlier this year, the House Oversight Committee voting to issue a subpoena to Singham, probing
00:13:36.080 possible violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which requires individuals to register
00:13:41.400 with the DOJ if they are acting on behalf of a foreign entity to influence U.S. policy.
00:13:47.240 Republican Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna of Florida, earlier this month on Newsmax on the
00:13:52.260 Oversight Committee's interest in Singham.
00:13:55.020 This individual, Neville Singham, is not a FARA agent.
00:13:57.980 He's not registered as an agent of China, and yet he is funding a lot of these anti-ice
00:14:02.520 riots that you're seeing across the country.
00:14:04.060 And we know for a fact that this guy is an open Maoist.
00:14:06.460 It's actually, he's self-proclaimed.
00:14:08.200 But he is, I would argue, probably worse than George Soros.
00:14:11.300 I do think that you'll see a lot of the foreign funding ties, as well as the chaos that we're
00:14:15.660 seeing in this country, specifically now even looking into what's happening right now with
00:14:19.860 these, again, counter-ice protests now in Minnesota.

00:21:17.040 The other side of the house is Homeland Security Investigations, or HSI.
00:21:21.400 These are investigators that have law enforcement authorities and powers.
00:21:25.260 And HSI agents will be overseas at the Olympics providing mitigation and vetting risk against
00:21:31.460 U.S. athletes and U.S. officials and will be part of the larger security posture that
00:21:36.800 the U.S. government will have there, and there'll be a supporting casting characters that will
00:21:41.380 go over there to support the U.S. athletes.
00:21:43.320 And they need security, and they need, you know, you need to assess the threats that are
00:21:47.900 coming in on a real-time basis, vet those threats, vet the risk that's ongoing there.
00:21:54.120 And so you need personnel on the ground to do that, and that's what HSI does.
00:21:58.920 They are investigators and can sift through that.
00:22:01.640 So there'll be a piece and a larger pie there.
