00:00:00.540 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM channel 111 every weekday at New East.
00:00:11.920 Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show.
00:00:14.900 The left and the media have found new ways to blame former President Donald Trump for his own attempted assassination.
00:00:22.520 The second one in two months.
00:00:24.740 It's unbelievable. I mean, yet it's totally believable.
00:00:27.980 And then the Springfield, Ohio story continues to be covered in an absolutely absurd way.
00:00:33.840 Turns out those bomb threats, some 30 plus of them, they were from overseas, from some other country.
00:00:40.060 And yet, if you read The New York Times, you would think that it was still the fault of J.D. Vance and Donald Trump.
00:00:45.360 There's a lot to get to. We've got a big show for you today.
00:00:48.220 We were going to have Eric Prince here for the first time later, plus Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who's got some thoughts on the migration issue.
00:00:55.240 But we begin today with Piers Morgan, host of Piers Morgan Uncensored on YouTube.
00:00:59.480 Grand Canyon University is a private Christian university in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.

00:01:47.760 Let it flourish.
00:01:48.440 Find your purpose at Grand Canyon University.
00:01:52.160 Private, Christian, affordable.
00:01:54.500 Visit gcu.edu.
00:01:57.800 Piers, welcome back to the show.
00:01:59.460 Thank you, Megan.
00:02:00.160 Lovely to be here.
00:02:01.220 Lovely to have you.
00:02:02.100 All right, so the reaction now in these leftist corners is coming fast and furiously.
00:02:06.480 And it's interesting, because I said yesterday, what are they going to do?
00:02:09.080 Because we're so close to the election,
00:02:11.080 they're not going to be able to pretend they care about Donald Trump and the assassination attempt.
00:02:14.880 And they're certainly not going to want to pull back on their incendiary rhetoric.
00:02:19.440 So they're in a bit of a pickle.
00:02:21.260 And as I've watched them over the past 48 hours, it turns out, no pickle, no pickle at all.
00:02:27.320 Peddled to the metal on the incendiary rhetoric.
00:02:29.380 And also, it's all Donald Trump's fault.
00:02:32.440 He has only himself to blame for the fact that twice now in two months, someone tried to kill him.
00:02:37.080 What do you make of it?
00:02:37.600 Well, my immediate take on this is, isn't it incredible that the man who was president several years ago,
00:02:46.900 and may be president again later this year or early next year,
00:02:51.380 is in a situation where he has two assassination attempts on his life within a few weeks.
00:02:58.020 And when I turned on the news today, a lot of the news channels are already keen to move on.
00:03:03.340 This happened on Sunday.
00:03:04.580 Do you think they'd be moving on if this was Joe Biden or Kamala Harris,
00:03:08.940 who would have been out in public when some lunatic with an AK-47 had their sights trained on them?
00:03:15.880 Of course they wouldn't.
00:03:16.640 It'd be the biggest news story for several weeks.
00:03:20.140 And it shows the desperation to me of the very liberal skewed mainstream media in America
00:03:27.260 to just not want to focus on these assassination attempts on Trump,
00:03:31.400 notwithstanding the fact that they are the biggest news story that I can think of.
00:03:36.740 When has there been a presidential candidate who, within a space of a few weeks,
00:03:41.080 has had two attempts on his life?
00:03:42.800 One where he's hit by a bullet, and one where he comes within three, four minutes
00:03:47.400 of having an AK-47 bullet smashing into his brains,
00:03:51.420 which is almost certainly what would have happened
00:03:53.300 if that Secret Service agent hadn't somehow spotted in the bushes a rifle barrel.
00:03:59.560 So this is an enormous story.
00:04:02.140 And yet already everyone's keen to move on.
00:04:04.980 And already what they're trying to do is say,
00:04:07.260 this had nothing to do with the rhetoric that we spewed about Trump for years,
00:04:12.800 that he is the new Hitler,
00:04:15.020 that he is a clear existential threat to democracy in America and the world.
00:04:20.320 You don't think that an impressionable mind might at some stage go,
00:04:24.560 wow, this guy's going to kill democracy and he's the new Hitler.
00:04:29.040 I'd better stop it.
00:04:30.760 And that is what is happening.
00:04:32.560 And it's incredibly dangerous.
00:04:34.920 And I just look, I'm looking at this from across the pond,
00:04:37.760 completely aghast that twice now the Secret Service have been,
00:04:43.280 in my estimation, an abject failure in protecting Donald Trump from these lunatics.
00:04:49.220 They have got to step up and raise their game.
00:04:52.620 Yeah, I agree with you.
00:04:53.940 We'll do them second.
00:04:54.960 Let me stay on the media for one minute.
00:04:57.000 Not to be outdone by her counterparts at NBC, Lester Holt and ABC,
00:05:02.700 which was hosted by Lindsay Davis, debate moderator on Sunday night,
00:05:05.720 who immediately tried to shift from Trump was almost killed to
00:05:09.820 Trump is basically almost getting others killed in Springfield, Ohio with his rhetoric.
00:05:14.700 Um, CBS is Nora O'Donnell, who was on her way out.
00:05:19.040 She's been booted from the position.
00:05:20.580 Oh, it was a voluntary resignation.
00:05:22.060 Okay, sure.
00:05:23.240 And she decided to report on the Trump assassination as follows.
00:05:27.340 Look at this.
00:05:28.480 Donald Trump is blaming Democrats for inflaming political rhetoric,
00:05:32.100 but the former president's own words seem to be increasing the threat of political violence
00:05:36.600 in Springfield, Ohio.
00:05:38.080 That's where a false and ugly accusation against Haitians,
00:05:41.960 thousands of whom are legal permanent residents, is impacting everyday life.
00:05:48.020 Okay, so we now know that these bomb threats that were called into Springfield
00:05:53.540 were from some country overseas.
00:05:56.020 The Ohio governor told us that.
00:05:57.840 He didn't yet say which country.
00:05:59.460 I'm sure the Democrats will think it's the Russians.
00:06:01.100 But it was not a Donald Trump inspired thing.
00:06:05.200 We don't know what it was that was behind the foreign country trying to mess with us.
00:06:09.620 But still, the news agencies double down on somehow this is the fault of Trump and Vance.
00:06:16.600 Yeah, but it's worse than that.
00:06:18.780 It's what it's also doing is massively downplaying what has happened to Donald Trump.
00:06:24.080 And they're doing this quite deliberately.
00:06:25.760 And again, I ask the question, if this had been Joe Biden or Kamala Harris,
00:06:30.960 who twice in the space of two months have had assassination attempts on their life,
00:06:36.060 do you think anyone in Americans' mainstream media would be trying to immediately downplay that
00:06:42.300 and immediately look for things that they have both said in the previous year
00:06:47.200 to try and justify the fact that they might also be culpable
00:06:51.000 for potentially creating violence that hasn't actually happened?
00:06:54.520 So there's a complete double standard here in the way they're treating the story.
00:06:58.800 And Donald Trump, look, he's no angel.
00:07:01.540 You and I know that, Megan.
00:07:02.640 We've known Trump a long time, good, bad and ugly.
00:07:05.680 There's all those strands to him.
00:07:07.920 But right now, he is the Republican nominee for president
00:07:11.400 and the election's in 50 days' time.
00:07:14.080 And right now, he is showing unbelievable personal courage.
00:07:18.380 Would you be going out again for any more rallies if you were Trump
00:07:22.220 with two people trying to kill you in the space of two months?
00:07:25.560 And why are those people doing this?
00:07:27.920 Yes, they're deranged.
00:07:29.000 Of course they are.
00:07:29.940 Anyone that does this kind of thing is a lunatic.
00:07:32.980 But why are they doing it?
00:07:34.400 Well, in the second case, the shooter on the golf course,
00:07:37.880 you could chant a radicalisation from someone who was originally pro-Trump
00:07:42.440 that became a vehement Trump hater, but somebody who began to parrot exact talking points
00:07:49.460 that were said about Trump by Kamala Harris, about it being a threat to democracy and so on.
00:07:55.720 This is somebody who has a deranged mind, who is being directly influenced to think
00:08:00.220 that Trump represents an existential threat to democracy.
00:08:04.160 And maybe he's also heard that he's the new Hitler, because they keep using that phrase about him.
00:08:08.960 And I think it's completely outrageous to equate Donald Trump with the leader of the Nazis,
00:08:14.720 who murdered 12 million people.
00:08:17.160 So there is a shocking double standard.
00:08:19.980 There is a shocking attempt to diminish and reduce the impact of what happened on Sunday
00:08:26.040 and indeed two months ago, about which we still don't know enough,
00:08:29.680 that first assassination attempt.
00:08:32.160 And what they're trying to do is say, you know what, this guy had it coming.
00:08:35.460 And I had a guest on Uncensored yesterday who made a very good point, which is,
00:08:38.960 I think it was Ben Ferguson, who said, you know, this is a bit like the argument that people use
00:08:42.660 when women go out and they wear, you know, a short miniskirt or something and they get raped.
00:08:49.200 Well, they brought it on themselves, didn't they?
00:08:51.140 It's that kind of equivocation that Trump brought this on himself because he uses incendiary rhetoric.
00:08:58.040 And I think it's completely shameful.
00:09:00.120 I'm thinking of the song from the play Chicago, sung by Roxy.
00:09:06.640 He had it coming.
00:09:07.880 You should have been there.
00:09:09.200 That's really what the media is singing from every rooftop today.
00:09:13.540 He had it coming.
00:09:15.180 Here is Tom Nichols, who is absolutely disgusting.
00:09:19.080 He writes for The Atlantic with the following headline.
00:09:21.700 Donald Trump is using another possible attempt on his life to inflame tensions in America,
00:09:29.420 which is one more reason you should never be president again.
00:09:32.880 It's unbelievable.
00:09:34.680 What do you mean possible attempt on his life?
00:09:38.160 A guy literally sat in a bush for 12 hours.
00:09:43.100 He had an AK-47 with a scope on it.
00:09:46.700 He had the ceramic tiles to protect himself in a shootout.
00:09:50.420 He had a GoPro to record all this.
00:09:53.580 And he was a pathological Trump hater by the time he did all this.
00:09:57.640 And we know that from his social media trail and other stuff.
00:10:01.220 So this was not potential or possible.
00:10:04.420 This guy came to kill Donald Trump.
00:10:07.120 And if it hadn't been for one Secret Service agent with very sharp eyes,
00:10:12.040 seeing the barrel of a rifle poking out of a bush,
00:10:15.740 four minutes later, Donald Trump would have arrived at that hole, the green.
00:10:19.240 And he would have been in clear sight within, I don't know, 30, 40 yards of a guy with an AK-47 with a scope on it.
00:10:27.260 He'd be dead.
00:10:28.700 So this, again, is part of this campaign that is already going on.
00:10:33.900 We're only two days on, Megan.
00:10:35.540 Again, can you imagine if this is Barack Obama or Biden or Bill Clinton before?
00:10:41.620 If this had been this attempt, would this be how the media would respond?
00:10:45.940 That you had it coming?
00:10:47.380 That you shouldn't have been saying X, Y, Z?
00:10:50.100 Or you wouldn't have these people wanting to kill you?
00:10:53.580 And it's not to justify everything that Trump says.
00:10:57.260 He says a lot of dumb things.
00:10:58.580 I thought it was stupid of him to come out and say, I hate Taylor Swift.
00:11:01.840 I think it's an act of self-harm.
00:11:03.680 Why would you alienate millions of young women voters because they happen to like Taylor Swift
00:11:08.760 and you don't like her because she votes the other side?
00:11:11.160 I think those kind of things are stupid and a bit incendiary.
00:11:14.660 But there is a massive difference between Trump gobbling off about Taylor Swift
00:11:18.920 and what is going on here with people literally trying to kill him.
00:11:23.920 And they're doing it with an unbelievably alarming regularity.
00:11:29.220 And you know what's so galling is after the first assassination attempt,
00:11:33.440 since we're doing it on fingers now, one and two, Trump really didn't go here.
00:11:37.960 He didn't actually go on offense against being on the cover of the New Republic as Hitler,
00:11:44.400 not to mention several other magazines.
00:11:45.820 He was, I think, a little bit more rattled after actually having been shot at that.
00:11:51.000 And one of his supporters was killed and so on.
00:11:53.380 So he held his fire on this in sort of saying to everybody, stop talking about me this way.
00:12:00.100 And then it happened again.
00:12:01.340 And after this time, he released a statement and then said something to Fox News about,
00:12:07.780 they're going to get me killed.
00:12:10.040 They are getting me shot at twice.
00:12:12.860 And here are some examples of the things they're saying.
00:12:15.820 And then you've got pricks, forgive me, like this guy, Tom Nichols, saying he's using the
00:12:22.220 possible attempt on his life to inflame tensions in America.
00:12:26.540 Finally, he's speaking out to say, stop talking about me this way.
00:12:30.720 And the left's reaction is you're inflaming.
00:12:34.000 And here was Morning Joe.
00:12:35.600 They same thing full on this morning.
00:12:38.000 He brought it upon himself.
00:12:39.780 It's his rhetoric that's led us to have to say the nasty things about him.
00:12:44.280 And they put together, Piers, a butted sound on tape of their worst examples of the things
00:12:50.500 Trump has said.
00:12:51.740 And I found that interesting.
00:12:53.040 They have a team of 100 people.
00:12:54.680 What did they find?
00:12:55.680 Let's watch it.
00:12:57.080 They said, Mr. Trump, there may be somebody with tomatoes in the audience.
00:13:01.500 So if you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them, would you?
00:13:07.720 Seriously.
00:13:09.460 I will pay for the legal fees.
00:13:11.400 I promise.
00:13:12.300 I promise.
00:13:13.500 We will fight for America like no one has ever fought before.
00:13:18.100 2024 is our final battle.
00:13:19.900 It's our final battle.
00:13:21.320 We're going to win that battle.
00:13:22.240 We're going to turn this nation around.
00:13:23.620 We're going to make America great again.
00:13:25.980 America first.
00:13:29.540 But it's our final battle.
00:13:31.140 It's the last battle.
00:13:32.540 If we don't win on November 5th, I think our country is going to cease to exist.
00:13:37.540 It could be the last election we ever have.
00:13:39.460 I actually mean that.
00:13:40.860 We don't win.
00:13:41.460 I think this could be the last election we ever have.
00:13:45.080 Comrade Kamala Harris, you're fired.
00:13:48.180 You're fired.
00:13:49.120 Get out.
00:13:50.280 Get out.
00:13:51.620 She shouldn't be there anyway.
00:13:52.960 She got no votes.
00:13:53.900 She's a threat to democracy, right?
00:13:58.480 That's what they say.
00:13:59.640 They always say Donald Trump.
00:14:01.600 You know, it's a soundbite for them.
00:14:03.560 Donald Trump is a threat to democracy.
00:14:07.480 Now she's a threat.
00:14:10.720 That's it.
00:14:11.580 And can I tell you the number of papers I read this morning saying he says she's a threat
00:14:15.440 to democracy, something he only unleashed in response to say I'm the threat.
00:14:20.600 She's the threat, right?
00:14:22.080 It's so that's it.
00:14:23.560 That's all they're showing about Trump.
00:14:26.180 And what they're not doing, Megan, they're not saying that she or Joe Biden are the next
00:14:32.140 Adolf Hitler.
00:14:33.460 And this is what they say about Trump all the time.
00:14:36.680 And every time they do it, I go nuts at them because I say, hang on a second.
00:14:42.180 Do you know what you're saying?
00:14:43.360 Do you understand that you're equating Donald Trump, who famously never took America to war
00:14:50.360 in the four years that he was the president of the United States, pretty uniquely for a
00:14:54.560 Republican president, I think.
00:14:55.860 You're equating him to a man who ran a genocidal regime of monsters, the Nazis, murdered 12 million
00:15:05.280 people, executed a Holocaust on Jewish people of 6 million, who died many in ovens, gassed to death
00:15:14.240 by these monsters.
00:15:15.780 And you're seriously telling the American people on an almost daily, hourly basis that Donald Trump
00:15:23.140 is the next Hitler?
00:15:24.940 He's here.
00:15:25.580 He's the new Hitler.
00:15:26.900 I find that so incredibly offensive.
00:15:29.480 And, yeah, Trump can be offensive.
00:15:31.620 On top of that, look what happened in last week's debate.
00:15:32.780 He doesn't do that.
00:15:34.480 But look what happened last week.
00:15:35.720 On Tuesday, Kamala Harris stood up there in front of an audience of 60 million people
00:15:40.080 and resurrected the, he said, white supremacists are fine people, very fine people in Charlottesville.
00:15:47.520 Lie.
00:15:48.140 She resurrected the, he's promising a bloodbath if he doesn't win.
00:15:52.780 Lie.
00:15:53.380 No fact check by ABC.
00:15:54.720 But all of this sprinkled into the national conversation, bloodbath.
00:15:59.860 He loves white supremacists.
00:16:01.780 He's Adolf Hitler.
00:16:03.300 And they want to compare that soundbite I just ran of Trump, of him saying, if somebody
00:16:07.320 comes with tomatoes to throw at me during this rally in 2016, punch him in the face.
00:16:12.800 They want to compare that to this, which is just a patent absurdity.
00:16:19.320 Let me move on because there's so much I want to get to and I don't have that much time
00:16:23.040 with you.
00:16:23.880 The Secret Service.
00:16:25.100 You would have thought that the Secret Service had a, had a perfect day on Sunday that they
00:16:30.860 heard this guy talking about showing up at Trump's golf course to do this and they got
00:16:35.520 him sitting in his apartment still unarmed.
00:16:38.640 As we all know, that's not what happened.
00:16:40.520 The acting Secret Service director, Ronald Rowe, is the guy who's very worried about the
00:16:45.300 Secret Service agents wearing red ties, as we know from Dan Bongino's congressional testimony.
00:16:49.600 That's what he's been focused on.
00:16:50.660 Um, and this guy gets up there yesterday and defended, I mean, entirely the actions of the
00:16:57.140 Secret Service.
00:16:57.820 Here's a bit of it sought for.
00:16:59.180 The subject who did not have line of sight to the former president fled the scene.
00:17:04.780 He did not fire the protective methodologies of the Secret Service were effective yesterday.
00:17:10.820 And the agent's hypervigilance and the detailed swift action was textbook.
00:17:15.480 Uh, the president is aware that he has highest levels of protection that the Secret Service
00:17:20.580 is providing him.
00:17:21.580 Again, what I go back to is yesterday was an off the record movement, off the record, and
00:17:26.240 the president wasn't even really supposed to go there.
00:17:28.920 It was not on his official schedule.
00:17:30.440 And so we put together a security plan and that security plan worked.
00:17:33.660 So we have done more with less for decades.
00:17:37.240 And they are rising to this moment and they are meeting the challenges right now.
00:17:43.240 The security plan worked.
00:17:45.920 Sorry, it's just, I watched that live and I was chucking stuff at my television.
00:17:51.640 I was like, are you guys completely and utterly deluded?
00:17:53.980 You're on a victory lap after Donald Trump came for the second time,
00:18:00.120 perilously close to being assassinated because you lot dropped the ball.
00:18:04.140 Let's be clear what the Secret Service actually admitted to yesterday.
00:18:07.780 They never checked the perimeter of that golf course.
00:18:10.560 Yet Donald Trump, when he's back home at Mar-a-Lago, plays there most weekends, that course.
00:18:16.760 And secondly, Megan, where did the shooter choose to hide?
00:18:20.360 He hid in the corner of the course around the sixth hole, the fourth, fifth, sixth,
00:18:25.560 all run concurrently around together.
00:18:27.800 And I'm a golfer.
00:18:28.740 I played this morning.
00:18:29.380 I understand the layout of golf courses.
00:18:31.640 He chose a corner accessible from a public road, which is deliberately used by the media
00:18:38.700 when they want to get a photograph, ironically, a clean shot with their camera of Donald Trump
00:18:44.400 playing golf.
00:18:45.300 It's where you get the best opportunity for a good photograph of Trump.
00:18:49.660 So this guy probably knew that because he probably looked at pictures taken of Trump
00:18:53.960 on that course and realized they were all taken pretty much from that corner.
00:18:58.240 And that's where he went and hid.
00:19:00.120 And my question for the Secret Service is this.
00:19:02.780 Two months after you nearly lost Donald Trump to an assassin's bullet,
00:19:08.000 if he decides to go off the record and wants to suddenly have a round of golf at his own golf
00:19:13.740 course in his own name at a place he plays at with almost weekly regularity,
00:19:19.660 the very least I expect you to do before he steps foot on that golf course is check the perimeter.
00:19:26.340 I don't think that's too much to ask.
00:19:28.400 But the Secret Service, you have one job, which is to protect the President of the United States,
00:19:33.080 the Vice President and other dignitaries, but primarily the President or people who've
00:19:37.340 served in that office, that they check the perimeter of the golf course.
00:19:40.980 This guy was sat there for 12 hours.
00:19:43.820 They never bothered to check.
00:19:45.620 I'm amazed that the current director, who stepped in because the last one had to resign,
00:19:51.080 hasn't also resigned.
00:19:52.760 And if I was Donald Trump, I'd be absolutely incandescent.
00:19:56.340 I would demand publicly that he go because clearly he has failed again to protect Trump.
00:20:02.600 Again, this one agent happened to see the barrel of a rifle.
00:20:05.840 Good on him.
00:20:07.420 Brilliant work by the agent.
00:20:09.200 But if he hadn't seen that barrel poking out of that bush, then the abject failure of the
00:20:14.580 Secret Service to properly, properly go around the perimeter and check nobody was there and
00:20:20.740 to continue monitoring it while Trump was exposed for hours on that golf course, then that is
00:20:26.260 a failure by the Secret Service.
00:20:28.420 So, yes, the agent deserves credit.
00:20:30.180 But, oh, my God, can you imagine?
00:20:33.640 And can you imagine the reaction from Republicans and people that support Donald Trump if after
00:20:40.480 all the promises that were made after the rally shooting, it turned out that they had literally
00:20:45.660 not even bothered to check the perimeter of a golf course where he plays all the time.
00:20:49.960 So there's no secret that that's where Trump may be on any given weekend when he's in Florida.
00:20:55.220 That's what he does.
00:20:56.660 I just found it utterly breathtaking.
00:20:58.420 This is not a spike the ball in the end zone moment for the Secret Service.
00:21:02.160 And they should be ashamed that this guy got within 300 yards of Trump with a loaded rifle
00:21:06.980 again.
00:21:08.980 Next up.
00:21:09.820 OK, there's so much to go over.
00:21:11.960 We've got to spend a minute on the Kamala Harris interview that hit in Philadelphia local
00:21:17.540 TV over the weekend.
00:21:19.440 Yesterday was so busy with assassination news.
00:21:21.260 We did not get to this, but this must be gotten to.
00:21:23.280 I regret to inform you that the possible next president of the United States on the Democratic
00:21:28.820 ticket is an idiot.
00:21:30.380 She's a moron.
00:21:31.280 I'm sorry.
00:21:31.820 There's really no other way of putting it.
00:21:34.420 I love her new bout of self-confidence that she actually thinks she did so well in that
00:21:39.240 debate that she should put herself out.
00:21:40.500 Go for it because she's doing something with the National Association of Black Journalists
00:21:43.680 today.
00:21:44.060 She's doing something with Oprah Winfrey on Thursday.
00:21:46.680 You go, girl.
00:21:47.640 Get out there.
00:21:48.300 Let's hear more from you because this is how it went.
00:21:51.480 We should point out yet again, it's ABC, ABC local, and they did about as good a job
00:21:57.200 as ABC national in asking her tough questions and follow ups.
00:22:02.400 So we'll get we'll get let's just start with the beginning where he asks her again, just
00:22:08.740 the no brainer question about the economy.
00:22:10.740 His specific in is how are you going to bring down prices?
00:22:14.180 It doesn't matter what you hear as the subject is economy.
00:22:17.500 You have your answer on the economy ready to go.
00:22:20.040 People want to hear a specific plan.
00:22:21.720 How are you going to help them?
00:22:22.840 This is how it went.
00:22:23.760 So 21.
00:22:25.040 You talked about creating an opportunity economy.
00:22:27.680 What if we can drill down on that a little bit when we talk about bringing down prices
00:22:31.920 and making life more affordable for people?
00:22:34.980 What are one or two specific things you have in mind for that?
00:22:38.640 Well, I'll start with this.
00:22:40.940 I grew up a middle class kid.
00:22:43.000 My mother raised my sister and me.
00:22:45.280 She worked very hard.
00:22:46.140 I grew up in a neighborhood of folks who are very proud of their lawn.
00:22:50.500 You know?
00:22:50.760 Oh, my God.
00:22:51.940 And and I was raised to believe and to know that all people deserve dignity.
00:22:59.860 And that we as Americans have a beautiful character.
00:23:07.220 So when I talk about building an opportunity economy, it is very much with the mind of investing
00:23:14.860 in the ambitions and aspirations and the incredible work ethic of the American people and creating
00:23:21.180 opportunity for people, for example, to start a small business.
00:23:24.240 My mother, you know, worked long hours and our neighbor helped raise us.
00:23:30.260 She was a small business owner.
00:23:31.880 I love our small business owners.
00:23:33.620 Our small businesses are so much a part of the fabric of our communities, not to mention,
00:23:38.620 really, I think the backbone of America's economy.
00:23:40.840 What did we just listen to?
00:23:47.380 It's just words sounded gibberish.
00:23:49.720 It's gibberish.
00:23:50.920 It's words sounded gibberish.
00:23:52.460 But that's where I would criticize Donald Trump for what happened in that debate,
00:23:57.280 because he should have been able to pick up Kamala Harris comfortably.
00:24:01.440 He's one of the great debaters I've ever seen.
00:24:03.980 But he fell for one of the oldest tricks of the book.
00:24:06.780 She played to his ego, to his narcissistic streak, and she wound him up.
00:24:12.220 She laid the debate like an expert angler.
00:24:15.920 And unfortunately for him, he fell for it.
00:24:18.880 Had he just let her speak and try and explain what her policies are, what she would do for
00:24:25.540 the economy, et cetera, what would she do for people who have pride in their lawns, whatever
00:24:30.560 that means?
00:24:31.200 If she'd just let her speak, she would have hung herself with her words, salad answers.
00:24:37.500 Because Kamala Harris, as we know from before, she got suddenly deified as the second coming.
00:24:42.880 As we know before, was a very unpopular, unsuccessful vice president who is jointly responsible for
00:24:50.720 everything that Joe Biden did, not least crashing the economy and soaring inflation and so on.
00:24:55.880 But also if you go further back, when she tried to run before to be Democrat nominee, they
00:25:00.460 didn't want to know because they know she just talks in this word salad nonsense way and
00:25:05.760 has no actual substance to what she says about what she would do to give this aspirational
00:25:11.920 American the opportunity she says she wants them to have.
00:25:15.360 How is she going to do it?
00:25:16.420 That's right.
00:25:16.900 And if she is, if she has all the answers, why hasn't she given it to them in the last
00:25:20.920 three and a half years?
00:25:22.840 Right, right.
00:25:23.660 My husband, Doug, was saying what Trump should have done at that debate was say she didn't
00:25:27.800 answer the question.
00:25:28.940 Listen, every answer of this debate for her to dodge on the economy.
00:25:33.420 She has no plan.
00:25:34.560 She didn't answer because she has no plan.
00:25:36.040 If he could have just kept saying that and pointing out she goes to word salad and her
00:25:39.720 middle class background, which is fake because she doesn't have a plan.
00:25:43.380 She does.
00:25:43.720 The only thing she said is the $6,000 child tax credit.
00:25:47.320 J.D. Vance wants $5,000, by the way, not that material difference.
00:25:50.260 And she's got some $25,000 help for first time home buyers that is flawed for a whole
00:25:57.100 bunch of other reasons.
00:25:57.700 But that's really what she's proposing.
00:25:59.220 Those two things.
00:26:00.480 She says she's going to help small businesses.
00:26:02.320 We don't know how.
00:26:03.320 Here was the other thing.
00:26:05.120 She's on record, of course, as supporting a ban on fracking.
00:26:09.540 She's never actually reversed it.
00:26:11.220 She claimed to Dana Bash that she had.
00:26:12.980 She hadn't.
00:26:13.580 All she'd done was in that 2020 VP debate say that Joe Biden wouldn't ban it because he
00:26:18.600 had won the contest and he was at the top of the ticket.
00:26:21.820 We're in Pennsylvania.
00:26:23.320 Does this reporter follow up and say, Madam Vice President, for once and for all, you didn't
00:26:30.600 actually ever reverse your stance on banning fracking.
00:26:33.580 Will you do so now and ask her about the flip flop?
00:26:36.680 Nope.
00:26:37.440 No.
00:26:38.220 Instead, he goes to guns.
00:26:40.320 Oh, you said something.
00:26:41.160 Listen to this anodyne empty question on guns.
00:26:45.280 The question should have been, you're also on camera saying you want to ban guns and would
00:26:50.780 implement a mandatory buyback program.
00:26:54.560 That's what you said.
00:26:55.980 Mandatory buyback program.
00:26:57.380 Do you stand by that?
00:26:58.700 Watch how this went.
00:27:00.300 And I think you actually probably caught a lot of people off guard, maybe a bit by surprise
00:27:04.160 in the debate the other night when you mentioned that you are a gun owner.
00:27:06.520 I know you said it in 2019 as well.
00:27:08.200 I want to talk about your values on this issue.
00:27:11.460 When it comes to gun ownership, where do you draw the line in America on gun ownership
00:27:16.720 and gun use?
00:27:18.580 Well, like you said, Brian, I am a gun owner and Tim Walls, my running mate, is also a gun
00:27:23.460 owner.
00:27:23.760 We're not taking anybody's guns away.
00:27:25.760 I feel very strongly that it is consistent with the Second Amendment and your right to own
00:27:31.800 a gun to also say we need an assault weapons ban.
00:27:37.280 OK, so we don't get her pressed on the gun on the mandatory buyback.
00:27:42.840 That's completely memory hold because yet again, this ABC reporter, Brian Taff is his
00:27:47.600 name, decides to run cover instead of do his job.
00:27:50.480 Yeah, I think the same thing happened at the debate.
00:27:55.340 I mean, Trump was constantly fat shade and that's fine, but you've got to be equal in
00:27:59.960 the way that you do that.
00:28:01.020 And Kamala Harris, as you said, the bloodbath comment alone was such a disingenuous thing
00:28:06.260 to say.
00:28:07.340 They all know, the Democrats, what Trump meant.
00:28:09.960 He was talking about the car industry and the damaging impact of that.
00:28:14.520 That was the context of that word bloodbath.
00:28:16.900 And yet now we have them trying to make out he wants literally a bloodbath and they know
00:28:22.400 that's a lie.
00:28:23.700 And yet they weren't challenged.
00:28:25.160 So my argument about the way they moderated that debate was if you're going to keep fact
00:28:28.740 checking Trump, you have to do it to Kamala Harris, too.
00:28:31.780 And they didn't.
00:28:34.300 You know, Piers, I don't think that last part of that answer about her wanting the assault
00:28:37.960 weapons ban was even aired.
00:28:39.320 They put the full interview on their website, but they only aired clips of it on their actual
00:28:43.720 TV program.
00:28:44.360 And I think they pulled that piece.
00:28:45.260 They pulled a bunch out that made her look even more rambling.
00:28:48.840 If you watch the full 11 minutes, Trump has released it saying our latest campaign ad.
00:28:52.920 It's that bad.
00:28:54.460 But ABC tried to clean it up for her and make her look better than she is.
00:28:57.440 And here's the last Kamala Harris sound I want to play for you.
00:29:00.200 I can't I can't get over it.
00:29:01.600 It's it's everything we know about Kamala Harris.
00:29:04.560 Empty.
00:29:05.540 What we've been talking on the show about how she says absolutely nothing in so many words,
00:29:10.740 like a reporter shouted out to her when she was walking up the stairs of the plane.
00:29:13.900 And what's next, Madam Vice President?
00:29:16.180 And she was like, what's next is I'm going to walk up these stairs and get on this plane.
00:29:21.560 That's how she thinks.
00:29:22.740 She's entirely small ball.
00:29:24.800 She is not a deep thinker at all.
00:29:26.500 And we have yet another example of that from Pennsylvania last weekend.
00:29:30.480 Watch this.
00:29:30.880 How are you feeling about Pennsylvania?
00:29:35.800 I am feeling very good about Pennsylvania because there are a lot of people in Pennsylvania
00:29:43.300 who deserve to be seen and heard.
00:29:46.020 That's why I'm here in Johnstown.
00:29:47.780 And I will be continuing to travel around the state.
00:29:52.860 Pierce.
00:29:53.400 What does that mean?
00:29:54.520 It doesn't mean anything.
00:29:55.780 This is what I mean about-
00:29:58.060 It's just the words that were said to her.
00:30:00.720 Right.
00:30:01.000 But the problem that Donald Trump will have is time is running out.
00:30:04.900 If I'm Kamala Harris, I don't want to do another debate.
00:30:07.780 If I'm Trump, I'd be desperate to do that.
00:30:09.720 He says he doesn't, but I would be desperate to get back on stage and do what he should have
00:30:13.300 done the first time, which is let her hang herself with this word salad.
00:30:17.000 Let her talk.
00:30:17.800 Trump spoke for six more minutes than Kamala Harris in that last debate.
00:30:21.640 Part of that was down to the fact-checking going on, but part of it was also him continuing
00:30:26.300 to just keep talking, when actually the more she talks, the fewer votes she's going to get.
00:30:31.920 I genuinely believe that.
00:30:33.660 And she will now give very few interviews.
00:30:35.820 She must know how these interviews are playing out.
00:30:38.540 They're getting clipped to pieces.
00:30:39.820 And people are like, what?
00:30:40.940 What did she just say?
00:30:42.560 So I just think that Trump has to let Kamala Harris talk, be exposed to the media, tell us
00:30:49.300 what her real policies are, because as you said, there is very little meat on the bone
00:30:54.660 here in terms of actual substance to what she says.
00:30:59.020 All right.
00:30:59.660 Last but not least, P. Diddy has been indicted.
00:31:02.640 He is in custody, in federal custody now, following that very public raid on his home back in March,
00:31:09.080 six months later.
00:31:09.860 He's in federal custody.
00:31:10.960 He is charged with creating a criminal enterprise, among many other things, sex trafficking,
00:31:18.080 multiple acts, including kidnapping, arson, bribery, forced labor, prostitution, illegal
00:31:23.520 sexual activities, possession with intent to distribute.
00:31:26.040 I could go on.
00:31:27.280 What do you make of that?
00:31:29.420 Well, unbelievably serious charges, if even half of that is true.
00:31:33.520 I doubt we'll see him come out of prison.
00:31:35.540 Obviously, he vehemently denies it all.
00:31:38.060 But what I would say about P. Diddy is we all saw that video that came out a few months
00:31:43.040 ago of the appalling violence he was wreaking on a girlfriend.
00:31:48.040 And I was I just found that disgusting.
00:31:51.100 And that's just something that came out, which is probably not even related to these specific
00:31:55.460 charges.
00:31:56.560 A man that's capable of that is pretty well capable of anything.
00:31:59.220 So, you know, I always believe in these cases.
00:32:01.320 Let's wait for the let's wait for the court case.
00:32:04.440 Let the evidence be put forward.
00:32:06.880 Let him have his defense.
00:32:08.140 Let justice play its way out of this.
00:32:10.320 But I would be very, very surprised, given what we've already seen about P. Diddy, if
00:32:16.780 a lot of this is not true and if he's not going to prison for a very long time.
00:32:22.000 It is part of the case that that moment they mention it in the indictment, which was just
00:32:26.680 unsealed within the last hour, among other acts of alleged violence.
00:32:30.720 I mean, that one's not alleged.
00:32:31.920 We know he did it saying this is a pattern and she wasn't his only victim.
00:32:36.140 And that what he would do is get these people very, very drugged and have these weekend long
00:32:42.640 forcible sex sessions with male sex workers where he kept the women completely out of their
00:32:48.000 minds and that he would threaten them if they went to the police or if they complained.
00:32:53.180 It happened over and over.
00:32:54.580 And I think one of the main questions people are going to be asking after, did he do it
00:32:58.960 and can they prove it is who knew who else knew because he was a very and is popular
00:33:06.180 man in music and Hollywood circles.
00:33:08.440 And the odds of none of those people knowing he was like this peers are very, very slim.
00:33:15.280 It will be like Harvey Weinstein where they all go, I didn't know anything about any of
00:33:20.540 this.
00:33:20.860 All of them, all the Hollywood crowd that hung around Harvey Weinstein for 30, 40 years and
00:33:27.320 were supposed to believe none of them had an inkling, a clue about what he was really like.
00:33:33.320 We'll hear the same with Diddy.
00:33:34.520 You watch.
00:33:36.740 Exactly.
00:33:37.480 It's like an Epstein thing to Weinstein, Epstein, and we'll see what his defense will be.
00:33:43.380 He's got the same defense lawyer who represented the guy from that Nexium cult up in my hometown
00:33:50.420 of Albany, New York.
00:33:51.580 It didn't go well for him.
00:33:53.300 Keith Raniere, he's been convicted and is in jail right now.
00:33:56.360 Piers Morgan, always a pleasure, my friend.
00:33:57.840 Thanks for coming on.
00:33:59.520 Megan, always love doing it.
00:34:00.840 Thank you very much indeed for having me.
00:34:01.900 All right, and we'll be right back with Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who's got some thoughts on what's
00:34:07.220 being said about Haitian migrants in Ohio, and for that matter, the effect of migration
00:34:13.300 and immigration on the United States writ large.
00:34:16.960 If you're tired of the same old coffee from those mega corporations pushing their woke
00:34:21.320 agendas, listen up.
00:34:22.920 It's time to take a stand and support a brand that truly embodies American values, Blackout

00:34:58.240 That's blackoutcoffee.com slash MK.
00:35:00.760 The code is MK.
00:35:02.680 Join the movement and taste the difference.
00:35:04.940 Remember, with every sip, you're supporting a brand that stands for America.
00:35:08.920 Be awake, not woke.
00:35:10.340 I'm going to bring on Ayaan in one second.
00:35:16.620 But first, I want to bring you an update in this ABC News alleged whistleblower story that
00:35:22.940 we brought to you yesterday.
00:35:24.300 There have been some developments.
00:35:26.640 ABC News did respond late yesterday.
00:35:30.360 And the response is somewhat stunning.
00:35:34.480 Just to refresh those of you who didn't listen yesterday, and you really should just listen
00:35:38.580 every day, because your life will be better and you'll be more informed.
00:35:42.420 This person purporting to be a whistleblower from ABC News came forward with an affidavit
00:35:48.300 that was released, as far as I can see, exclusively to someone on X who goes by the name Black Insurrectionist.
00:35:54.660 He hasn't been on X that long.
00:35:56.520 He has some 100,000 followers.
00:35:58.560 He's gained 30,000 followers over the past week as he's been teasing this.
00:36:03.260 So many of us thought this could be what we call engagement farming, you know, trying to
00:36:06.820 just jack up your followers.
00:36:08.260 But he did indeed produce the affidavit he had been promising on Sunday.
00:36:13.720 This alleged whistleblower says in a what he purports to have here as a sworn affidavit
00:36:21.020 signed under penalties of perjury and allegedly notarized by a notary public that ABC News
00:36:27.840 coordinated with the Kamala Harris campaign in advance of the presidential debate to rig
00:36:32.660 the debate in her favor.
00:36:34.440 He has minor allegations like they gave her a smaller podium that we know did happen.
00:36:38.780 But he claims this affidavit was signed on September 9th, the day before the debate.
00:36:44.460 So and that it was notarized and so on, and that he's going to be able to prove and that
00:36:48.080 he sent a certified copy of this whole thing to Speaker Mike Johnson via certified mail.
00:36:53.620 We asked his office if they have it.
00:36:55.240 No response yet in any event.
00:36:57.660 So he wouldn't have known that if it really was something that was legitimately sent on
00:37:02.720 September 9th from watching the debate.
00:37:05.340 All right.
00:37:05.800 So that says thing about the podium.
00:37:07.060 He says she negotiated to look a certain way on the split screens.
00:37:10.660 He says that ABC News agreed to fact check Trump only and not her.
00:37:18.460 He says that they provided sample questions, not the exact questions, he alleges, but sample
00:37:25.400 questions covering similar topics that would appear during the debate.
00:37:29.440 He says that they had agreed certain topics would be off limit off limits, including the perceived
00:37:35.420 health of Joe Biden, her tenure as attorney general and her brother in law, Tony West, who used
00:37:42.980 to work at DOJ and is accused of settling cases at very large numbers when the plaintiffs were
00:37:48.820 Democrat operatives or anyone he thought he wanted to or could curry favor with.
00:37:53.960 That's a short form description of of all that.
00:37:57.560 He talks about the observed bias against Trump within ABC.
00:38:00.940 And then he says in this in this affidavit, I have secretly recorded several conversations
00:38:07.780 that will prove the Harris campaign insisted upon not only the fact checking of Donald Trump,
00:38:12.660 but also insisted on what questions were not to be asked under any circumstances or else
00:38:17.760 the Harris campaign would decline to participate in the debate.
00:38:20.500 All right.
00:38:20.920 This is all there.
00:38:21.780 Do not know.
00:38:23.240 We went through some of the questions about the affidavit.
00:38:26.520 It's not the most beautiful document I've ever seen.
00:38:28.720 A lot of not grammatical errors.
00:38:30.180 Actually, there aren't any there's no spelling errors, but there are grammatical errors in it.
00:38:34.380 And then there's a notary public seal or sign without the seal.
00:38:38.720 But black insurrectionist says he's redacted the seal and a notary public seal does reveal
00:38:43.680 the identity of the notary so that it would make sense if you're trying to maintain anonymity
00:38:47.780 all around that you might do that.
00:38:50.340 OK, so we don't know.
00:38:51.100 We don't know whether this is real or not real, but we are open minded to it and we
00:38:54.320 are trying to report on the story.
00:38:56.820 Well, not not surprisingly, those who are covering it in the media are dumping on it, laughing
00:39:02.100 at it.
00:39:02.840 We'll find out whether it deserved to be laughed at.
00:39:05.620 But ABC News finally responded.
00:39:07.660 They finally responded.
00:39:08.480 Kamala Harris has not responded.
00:39:10.100 And this is what they said.
00:39:11.640 They gave a statement to the Daily Beast, quote, ABC News followed the debate rules that both
00:39:19.240 campaigns agreed on and which clearly state no topics or questions will be shared in advance
00:39:25.300 with campaigns or candidates.
00:39:29.400 That's it.
00:39:31.740 We followed the rules which state no topics or debate questions will be shared in advance.
00:39:37.560 What?
00:39:40.080 Did you have private negotiations with Kamala Harris in her campaign?
00:39:43.540 Did you agree that you would have a special look on stage from the podium to the split
00:39:48.180 screen situation?
00:39:49.280 Did you agree that you wouldn't ask about Tony West, about her tenure as AG, about her,
00:39:55.200 about President Biden's mental fitness and her role in covering it up?
00:39:58.660 Did you agree to any of that?
00:39:59.740 Do you deny that there could possibly be tapes of an executive or someone at ABC News reiterating
00:40:06.380 that promise or making it in the first instance?
00:40:09.560 This is so generic and empty as to cause more concerns than we had yesterday.
00:40:15.460 It is not a denial that sounds like a truth telling denial.
00:40:19.200 If you I've anchored many presidential debates, as you know, if you ever accused me of any of
00:40:23.740 this, what I would say is I can categorically deny that we did any of this.
00:40:29.820 Now, I'd have to look at the executives at Fox News for behind-the-scenes negotiations
00:40:34.400 with the campaigns because we as anchors didn't do that.
00:40:37.500 But they'd have to tell me as the anchor if I wasn't allowed to ask certain questions.
00:40:43.460 I'd have to share with them my specific questions so that they could be forwarded on,
00:40:49.040 right, the sample questions.
00:40:50.300 So I'd know at least that that had happened.
00:40:51.900 And I mean, I could honestly say back in that 2016 debate or 15 debate that's so famous now
00:40:56.700 between Trump and the others and yours truly and Brett and Chris, I kept my questions like this.
00:41:03.400 I mean, Roger Ailes never saw them.
00:41:06.320 He was very angry with me after that debate because he never saw the questions and he was pissed off.
00:41:11.260 In any event, this is a non-denial denial.
00:41:15.620 So I have more questions today than I did yesterday.
00:41:18.360 And this cannot, it cannot be left at this.
00:41:20.520 Bill Ackman now, billionaire investor and successful businessman, has not only brought this to Bob Iger saying,
00:41:26.760 you need to respond, but he's saying, I'm going to have to bring this to the SEC.
00:41:31.240 There may be a question of corporate governance here.
00:41:34.160 What ethical rules, if any, were crossed?
00:41:36.180 Maybe none.
00:41:37.080 Maybe the whole thing is bullshit.
00:41:38.620 And we are falling for some hoax by the Russians, by whoever called in the bomb threats.
00:41:43.720 No clue.
00:41:44.480 But I will tell you, having gone back through the affidavit again, there are some things that are weird.
00:41:50.960 Why does he say, I live in Manhattan, New York?
00:41:52.900 That's not really how we refer to ourselves when we live in Manhattan, which I did for 17 years.
00:41:57.100 But it could just be a way of saying, I'm in the borough of Manhattan where ABC is.
00:42:02.520 Once, twice, he says ABC News, lowercase news.
00:42:07.200 Once, he says AB News, capitalized.
00:42:08.880 People are batting on him for that.
00:42:10.540 Okay.
00:42:10.660 And, but then he goes on to say, the Harris campaign received these particular accommodations,
00:42:18.060 a podium that would be smaller, assurances regarding split-screen television views
00:42:22.640 that would favorably impact Kamala Harris's appearance relative to Donald Trump.
00:42:26.620 To me, like, that does not sound like some Russian troll.
00:42:30.440 Like, that actually, to me, does sound like something a campaign might ask for.
00:42:35.060 I don't know what the specific, there could be a version of that that's okay.
00:42:38.240 You know, like, how are you going to have her on camera when he's talking?
00:42:42.920 That might be something a campaign would ask.
00:42:45.140 So this could be benign or it could be not benign.
00:42:48.360 But that doesn't sound like trolling to me from some hoaxer.
00:42:52.500 And then he goes on to talk about how they spoke with the Harris campaign without Trump
00:42:56.160 present or Trump campaign present.
00:42:58.160 And he writes, to my understanding, any rules, negotiations, and conversations pertaining to
00:43:02.140 the debate should have had both the Trump and Harris campaigns involved.
00:43:05.500 Uh, the Harris campaign had numerous, uh, numerous more calls, once again, grammatical
00:43:11.940 stuff regarding the debate rules without the Trump campaign aware or on the call.
00:43:16.980 That, again, is something that sounds to me like it is potentially from a TV insider who
00:43:22.780 understands the normal protocols and ethical boundaries when dealing with two sides in a
00:43:27.800 presidential debate.
00:43:28.540 We don't know.
00:43:29.040 Now, the person says they've been working in tech and administrative roles for ABC for
00:43:34.780 over 10 years.
00:43:36.900 This affidavit, as I said yesterday, if any portion of it is true, is very damning.
00:43:43.160 And this denial from ABC followed the debate rules.
00:43:50.280 No topics or questions would be shared in advance.
00:43:53.940 Those were the rules.
00:43:55.200 Does not get it done.
00:43:56.100 Uh, so this scandal has officially grown today and ABC, Kamala Harris, and yes, Speaker Johnson
00:44:02.660 must speak out.
00:44:04.500 Okay.
00:44:05.060 I've got a little time to bring in Ayan, which I'll do, and then we'll continue her, uh,
00:44:09.740 on the other side of our break, which Sirius XM has at 1251.
00:44:15.160 Okay.
00:44:15.840 Uh, Ayan Hirsi Ali is here to talk about what's happening in Springfield, Ohio.
00:44:19.100 And the latest as the corporate media continues, they're absolutely awful reporting.
00:44:24.760 Ayan's a fellow at the Hoover Institution and founder of the Ayan Hirsi Ali Foundation.
00:44:28.840 Ayan, welcome back.
00:44:29.640 Great to have you.
00:44:30.840 Can I just ask you for your overall take on what you're seeing with this media?
00:44:36.380 Try and run cover for what's happening.
00:44:40.040 What's actually happening to the residents of Springfield.
00:44:42.500 So it's a media machine.
00:44:46.260 It's a democratic machine.
00:44:47.400 We don't really have a media anymore.
00:44:49.180 I think that the institutionalized media is part of the Democratic Party propaganda machine.
00:44:55.200 And what they're trying to do is protect their candidate and their candidate is very weak.
00:44:59.940 And that's why I think someone remarked yesterday on saying Donald Trump has had more
00:45:04.840 vaccination attempts than she has given interviews.
00:45:07.140 It's not funny, but I think that's what's going on.
00:45:11.680 And what Springfield, Ohio has done is I think it's opened up this big Pandora's box on the issue of immigration.
00:45:19.520 And it's not just in immigration in America, but on the entire Western societies.
00:45:26.700 You see a small town of nearly 60,000 people.
00:45:34.420 People with all sorts of challenges, no jobs, there are opioid challenges.
00:45:42.660 It's a poor town in middle America.
00:45:45.500 And they've brought in about 20,000 Haitians.
00:45:49.760 And the first question that comes to my mind is Springfield, Ohio is not on the border.
00:45:54.160 How did these people make their way to Ohio?
00:45:57.340 And that then leads me to ask the questions of what is going on with the within the Department of Homeland Security, but also the Department of State, which is to abuse, in my view, the asylum rules and the asylum laws, where this ideology they call social justice ideology.
00:46:19.880 But really, it is communism on steroids, is to bring masses and masses of people from poor countries to so-called rich countries.
00:46:28.300 But these people that are like the Haitians, they're not being resettled in the zip code where John Legend lives.
00:46:35.700 They're not being resettled in Martha's Vineyard.
00:46:39.620 I mean, there was a time when I think it was the governor of Florida who tried to, you know, take the immigrants to the sanctuary cities.
00:46:49.260 And these rich communities quickly evicted them.
00:46:53.440 Like Martha's Vineyard.
00:46:55.040 Yeah, exactly.
00:46:55.780 It was Martha's Vineyard.
00:46:56.580 So what you have is really taking, this is playing with human life.
00:47:01.400 In my view, it's criminal.
00:47:03.100 It's incentivizing poor people in poor countries and getting them to come here or transporting them somehow and then resettling them in poor communities in America.
00:47:16.040 And you see this also happening in Europe.
00:47:18.320 But to stick with America, I think that this is the story that no one wants to talk about.
00:47:23.760 This is the Biden-Harris immigration policy.
00:47:27.440 It's leaving the border wide open and it is abusing the asylum system to bring in lots of people using NGOs, non-governmental organizations and other tools to transport, relocate people who are culturally different, who are very poor and bringing them into these.
00:47:48.240 Yeah, into poor towns all across America.
00:47:53.800 So you've been reading about Springfield, Ohio, but then there's also Dayton, Ohio.
00:47:58.360 It's all of it.
00:47:59.760 It's all of America.
00:48:01.360 And some people say they're doing this so that they can get more votes.
00:48:06.500 There's something in there.
00:48:08.960 But they're also doing it, I think, for ideological reasons.
00:48:12.480 I think when they tell us that they want immigration justice, what they mean is exactly what you're seeing in Springfield, Ohio.
00:48:21.560 They want to transform the populations of the West to achieve the ideological fantasy of equality.
00:48:28.000 That is, instead of developing the country, poor countries, so that poor countries can adopt good governance policies, they are basically, yeah, they want poor people from poor countries to come to rich countries.
00:48:48.720 It's a form of redistribution.
00:48:50.020 And that is what we're not talking about.
00:48:52.380 And these are the policies of the Biden-Harris government.
00:48:58.840 And this is what should have been talked about.
00:49:00.200 They are talking about cats and dogs and, you know, all sorts of, in my view, totally irrelevant issues.
00:49:05.180 But if you are Kamala Harris and you really say in this word salad that you care about middle-class people, then why bring 20,000 very poor people to a very poor community like the one in Springfield, Ohio?
00:49:21.660 That's what she needs to be questioned on.
00:49:24.200 Mm-hmm.
00:49:26.160 We've just gotten the new and latest numbers on the number of these so-called legal migrants who have come to this country under Biden-Harris, thanks to Bill Malujan of Fox News.
00:49:37.640 They're stunning.
00:49:38.680 I'll get into that next with Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who stays with me.
00:49:41.900 Don't go away.
00:49:45.840 Back with me now, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, fellow at the Hoover Institution and founder of the Ayaan Hirsi Ali Foundation.
00:49:52.280 So, Ayaan, to put some meat on the bones of the numbers, Bill Malujan of Fox News releasing a post either today or last night that reveals as follows.
00:50:02.540 Per newly released Border Patrol data, nearly 530,000 migrants have flown into the U.S. and have been paroled, meaning been released, into the U.S. as part of the Biden administration's controversial mass parole program.
00:50:19.500 Another 813,000 migrants are scheduled to be released into the U.S.
00:50:27.220 They have appointments right now under this same program.
00:50:30.940 And he points out that Border Patrol, that ICE, does not have the manpower or resources to find and deport such a large population of people because they're supposed to be paroled or released into the U.S.
00:50:43.600 on two-year humanitarian parole grants.
00:50:46.480 And then they're supposed to have a hearing, and we decide whether they can stay.
00:50:50.040 But we usually say they can't stay, and then we're supposed to deport them.
00:50:54.000 And what he's reporting is we don't have the manpower for that.
00:50:57.700 Bill reports that each ICE officer currently manages an average of 7,000 cases, 7,000.
00:51:06.440 They do not have the bodies to track and remove this additional population.
00:51:10.700 Right now, they're overwhelmed trying to track down the aggravated felons and so on who sneaked into the country illegally.
00:51:18.520 These are so-called legal migrants that we're talking about in Springfield, but they're posing a massive problem.
00:51:24.300 And you've been comparing this in every way you know how.
00:51:27.280 I mean, you're one of our first guests on the podcast raising concerns about what's happening in France from this so-called legal migration that they're having there.
00:51:35.800 You've been comparing what's happening in Ohio and elsewhere to what's happening in Europe.
00:51:40.080 Exactly right.
00:51:40.740 So what you just, the numbers you heard to me and the inability for ICE to do anything about it is the emasculation of ICE.
00:51:49.060 Resources are reallocated away from ICE.
00:51:51.860 That's power and money taken away from ICE.
00:51:54.440 And ICE's job is to keep immigrants out and, you know, bring in legal.
00:52:00.040 I mean, if you come through the legal procedure, then that's a completely different story.
00:52:04.960 But what's happening, this is an abuse of the asylum system.
00:52:08.500 In 1951, the Geneva Convention was about taking people who were trapped behind the Iron Curtain and bringing them into the West.
00:52:16.320 And we were talking about really small numbers.
00:52:19.000 What happened, at least since I know of the 1990s and beyond, is large numbers of people either come asking for asylum or they're relocated.
00:52:30.260 It's called a resettlement process.
00:52:31.840 But what you're seeing in America is the abuse of this resettlement process by ideological thugs, in my view, who are abusing the system to bring large numbers of people and dump them in poor communities and among poor communities in America.
00:52:48.600 And there is no congressional inquiry.
00:52:50.740 And it's the Congress that's supposed to have oversight over these departments.
00:52:56.480 It's the Department of Homeland.
00:52:57.680 It's the Department of State.
00:52:59.500 And it is this wild growth of so-called NGOs, non-governmental organizations and other agencies that are, in their view, acting on what they call immigration justice.
00:53:13.340 But justice for home, exactly.
00:53:14.680 They're basically taking poor people from one country and imposing it on poor people on another country.
00:53:20.780 And these people, aside from the material poverty, there are also radical cultural differences.
00:53:27.240 You can't just expect to have 30,000 Haitians settle in Springfield, Ohio and see kumbaya, people celebrating the same whatever.
00:53:42.680 That's not what's going to happen.
00:53:44.060 Again, these people have, only because they've come to America, they haven't shared their ways of doing things.
00:53:50.260 If voodoo is their religion and they practice that, that's very important to them.
00:53:54.720 And then you have the local people saying, oh my gosh, we are horrified by some of these things.
00:54:01.400 But then you go to the material things.
00:54:04.080 The inhabitants of Springfield, Ohio are told, there are no resources for you, no housing for you, no medical care for you.
00:54:11.780 I watched one of these people who was a veteran who said he was on this long wait list for Medicare, but he's not getting it because, and then he looks at the Haitians and he says, well, they've got houses, they've got driver's license, they've got cars they can't drive.
00:54:25.020 And you're basically setting, you're mining racism in my view.
00:54:32.740 This is a mining of racism because these poor local people are going to react with resentment.
00:54:39.960 And I would say justifiably so because their own needs are not met.
00:54:44.500 And they're bringing people in from outside whose needs seem to be met.
00:54:48.300 You create resentment, you create, yeah.
00:54:52.020 And then sometimes this is going to be a long skin, you know, I don't think the people of Ohio are racist, but I think they're being driven to a place where they can be called racists.
00:55:02.520 And this media in America, but also on the Western side, the only way they could shut up the working class communities and make them accept these large numbers of immigrants was to call them racist, to call them xenophobic.
00:55:17.500 And these people are not xenophobes.
00:55:19.420 They're not racist.
00:55:20.600 They just can't meet their own, you know, they can't, they're not being taken care of by their own governments.
00:55:26.400 And so this is really a fault.
00:55:28.340 On the voodoo front, they say that this is practiced by a fair number of Haitians.
00:55:33.900 I've got to check my numbers, but I think it was at least half.
00:55:36.700 And that there is a practice within voodoo, not for nothing, but of animal sacrifice.
00:55:42.760 And to me, if that's a cultural norm, and if that has been brought to a place like Springfield, that among many other behaviors would be found downright shocking.
00:55:51.640 I was thinking about it.
00:55:52.740 It's like, what if you took Bianca Sensori, Kanye West's latest wife, and dropped her in the middle of Saudi Arabia in her little outfits that are comprised of pantyhose and a throw pillow?
00:56:04.600 I mean, it would be shocking.
00:56:06.980 It would be offensive.
00:56:08.880 No one would want 20,000 women like that being, you know, helicoptered into Saudi Arabia.
00:56:15.580 It would be deeply offensive and upsetting.
00:56:17.520 It's just we all have very different cultures, and there's not a thought given to that.
00:56:22.180 And nor, Ayaan, is there reason to believe the Haitians want to assimilate to American customs.
00:56:29.680 The Haitians have been lied to.
00:56:31.440 They've been told, you know, you're going to get a chance and build an opportunity in a place that's going to be accepting and welcoming and so on and so forth.
00:56:37.620 They've been lied to.
00:56:38.520 And the inhabitants of Springfield, the residents of Springfield, Ohio, have also been lied to.
00:56:43.560 They haven't been told about the different culture.
00:56:45.160 They haven't been told about the voodoo.
00:56:46.660 They haven't been told about, you know, the scale of the number of people that were going to be resettled there.
00:56:52.940 They haven't been told that they're going to be displaced.
00:56:54.560 So this is really playing with human life.
00:56:58.580 This is ideologically driven, and these ideologues have seized power in parts of the United States government, using and abusing the laws of asylum and refugees.
00:57:09.500 And this is how it's been used.
00:57:10.800 I think what we need right now is a review of this 1951 Geneva Convention.
00:57:15.760 Does it work in the 21st century?
00:57:17.620 This is the question that Europeans are asking themselves.
00:57:19.920 Europeans are confronted with people who, for instance, they come from, you know, Muslim countries, and they want to implement Sharia law in France, in Germany, in the UK.
00:57:31.540 You have all of these confrontations.
00:57:33.520 It never gets better because the numbers of people who come in, they never get a chance to assimilate.
00:57:38.960 There are no assimilation programs, and it's just the sheer scale of the problem.
00:57:43.360 And they keep bringing more and more people in, either through people who show up at the border and they're allowed in on, you know, we can't turn them away because this is according to the asylum law, or, as in America, through the resettlement programs.
00:57:57.580 And this is just not going to work out.
00:57:59.300 And I really thank you for calling out people like John Legend, where you get all of these celebrities who get themselves involved in controversial topics they know nothing about.
00:58:09.840 Oh, yeah, come in.
00:58:11.140 I grew up in Springfield, Ohio.
00:58:12.640 He doesn't live in Springfield, Ohio.
00:58:15.680 No, not anymore.
00:58:16.840 He's in Beverly Hills now.
00:58:18.720 He lives in Beverly Hills.
00:58:19.760 It's the people in Beverly Hills, people in the media, people who have nothing to do with the consequences, with the negative unintended consequences.
00:58:27.020 The sexual violence, that's a topic on its own.
00:58:30.500 It's explosive in Europe at the moment.
00:58:33.200 When I came to Europe in 1992, women were moving freely from A to B any time of day or night with any chosen attire of their own.
00:58:41.200 That's all gone now because of bringing men, single men in, in large numbers from countries that don't respect women.
00:58:48.420 You go on X, and again, thanks to Elon Musk, because the media is not reporting this.
00:58:53.180 But if you look at the stories that are showing up on X, it's poor people.
00:58:57.220 There's this woman who is saying, I was sexually assaulted.
00:58:59.800 The media doesn't cover that.
00:59:01.720 The woman, I mean, Kamala Harris was talking about the lawn.
00:59:04.960 Oh, she said it was in her last word.
00:59:07.860 People care about their lawns where I grew up.
00:59:10.280 It's about the lawns.
00:59:11.160 But what about the woman in Ohio?
00:59:13.200 This guy brings a huge mattress and drops it on her lawn.
00:59:16.720 What about that?
00:59:17.980 So someone needs to be held accountable.
00:59:20.280 These are policies by the Biden-Harris administration.
00:59:23.420 We should be talking about them all the way to November 5th.
00:59:26.440 This is what they've done.
00:59:27.460 They've created these chaos, and they need to be held accountable.
00:59:29.960 And I think they get away with it because, yeah, unfortunately, in that debate, they started
00:59:36.540 talking about cats and dogs.
00:59:37.780 But I'm fine with talking about the cats and dogs if it's going to lead us to the actual
00:59:42.280 problem.
00:59:43.660 Me too.
00:59:44.580 I want to tell people that they can find Ayan's writing, and it's well worth your time, at
00:59:48.600 restorationbulletin.com.
00:59:51.080 That's where she posts her stuff now.
00:59:52.800 And she's, as you can tell, absolutely brilliant.
00:59:55.140 Do you have another minute, or do you have to run, Ayan?
00:59:56.760 Because I wanted to ask you about some of the trans insanity.
01:00:00.360 I will.
01:00:01.320 I have another minute.
01:00:02.160 And definitely for that topic.
01:00:03.320 Okay, good.
01:00:03.560 That's intensive child abuse.
01:00:05.960 Okay, good.
01:00:06.820 So here's the way I want to get into it.
01:00:08.720 Out in Palo Alto, which I don't have to tell you, having lived out in that region with Stanford,
01:00:14.940 is one of the most liberal, progressive areas in the United States.
01:00:21.180 Out in Palo Alto, a big controversy over this has erupted.
01:00:25.540 Because what's happening is there's an elementary school, Herbert Hoover Elementary, which is
01:00:32.400 being redone.
01:00:35.180 You know, the construction is underway right now for a new facility.
01:00:38.260 It's set to open this spring.
01:00:40.820 And they are going to have only gender-neutral bathrooms.
01:00:47.020 So what's going to have to happen is the boys and girls are going to go into the same
01:00:50.120 bathroom facility.
01:00:51.980 They'll be in stalls right next to each other.
01:00:53.960 And then they'll come out and wash their hands at the same sinks, just like Sirius L.A., by
01:01:00.360 the way.
01:01:00.820 I love you, Sirius XM, but you need to stop that.
01:01:04.340 But these are elementary kids.
01:01:07.260 And amazingly, Ayaan, they showed up at a school board meeting and they were mad.
01:01:15.180 Listen to this little girl.
01:01:18.060 She's in third grade.
01:01:21.240 I'm a third grader at Herbert Hoover Elementary School.
01:01:25.040 And I do not like that we have to share a bathroom with boys.
01:01:28.560 At Hoover, a boy has punched me in the stomach and spit on me.
01:01:33.040 I really do not feel comfortable in an all-gender restroom.
01:01:38.020 When I come to the bathroom, I do not like that there is pee on the seats and toilet paper
01:01:42.840 on the ground.
01:01:43.360 It feels very uncomfortable.
01:01:46.100 I was at Hoover in previous years on the seats and no toilet paper on the ground.
01:01:52.840 It was cleaner and more sanitary.
01:01:54.820 My friends and I do not like that there are boys in the bathroom.
01:01:58.400 Some of my friends and I try not to go to the bathroom when they have to.
01:02:02.680 There should be girls, boys, and all-gender restrooms.
01:02:06.560 I can ask that staff will make sure that the bathrooms are cleaned in the new construction.
01:02:12.600 And I'm sure staff will make sure that there are procedures in place to make sure the bathrooms
01:02:17.540 are clean.
01:02:19.480 That's it.
01:02:20.320 The response is, oh, we'll try to clean them up.
01:02:22.180 But they are not bowed by this little girl's testimonial, Ayaan.
01:02:27.120 No, it's outrageous.
01:02:29.320 And this is the state of California.
01:02:31.420 They have this crazy social re-engineering ideology where they want this to go on.
01:02:37.700 And they are going to deprive girls and women from all the rights that we fought for for such a long time.
01:02:44.160 They're mutilating children.
01:02:45.740 They want to do this behind the parents' back.
01:02:49.500 And this is what I was thinking when I was looking at the Haiti thing.
01:02:52.860 And I assume people were getting upset by what was being done to cats and dogs.
01:02:57.500 And I think that's the right impulse.
01:02:59.620 Because in our society, we no longer get upset about the disfigurement and the deformation of children.
01:03:08.580 I remember when I first started talking about female genital mutilation,
01:03:12.040 all my Western audiences would, you know, tightly put their legs together and say,
01:03:16.680 no, you don't do things like that.
01:03:18.300 It's horrible.
01:03:19.140 And the whole idea was, how can we get these immigrants to stop doing that?
01:03:23.900 It's a horrible practice.
01:03:25.680 And now what?
01:03:27.120 Less than 30 years on, we are doing it in the name of pseudoscience.
01:03:32.460 We're listening.
01:03:33.460 This is an ideology.
01:03:34.700 And it's these young children are being deformed.
01:03:36.660 And it's happening on our watch.
01:03:38.160 It's one of the most horrible developments that I can talk about, that I can think of.
01:03:43.220 And it's across the spectrum, right?
01:03:44.840 This is that what's happening in the bathroom situation is on, you know, with all due respect,
01:03:50.200 the lighter end of the scale, genital mutilation of our young children is on the opposite end of
01:03:55.660 the scale.
01:03:56.260 But that's not to diminish what's happening to these children.
01:03:58.640 And in many ways, it's a gateway into accepting the whole line of radical gender ideology.
01:04:04.260 Because once you get inured to it, it's fine to share the bathroom spaces with the boys.
01:04:09.380 Gender is not a thing.
01:04:10.600 You are on the pathway that these progressive leftists want you to be on.
01:04:15.220 We had Kelly J. Keene on the show last week, who's an activist in this space.
01:04:19.640 And one of the things she was saying was, when you have the gender neutral and there's
01:04:23.460 no single sex option available, what happens in schools is the little girls just hold it.
01:04:30.140 They hold it all day, which can be unsafe.
01:04:32.680 It can be unsanitary.
01:04:33.920 It's not good for a little girl to do that.
01:04:36.000 And sure enough, what did we hear in progressive Palo Alto?
01:04:40.480 But listen to this, a fifth grader and a couple moms.
01:04:42.720 Here, watch.
01:04:43.080 I'm a fifth grader at Herbert Hoover Elementary School.
01:04:47.280 I don't like that we only have gender neutral restrooms.
01:04:50.800 At Old Hoover, we had separate restrooms and they were clean and comfortable.
01:04:55.520 Everyone was okay with the system there.
01:04:57.820 At Green Dell, many other students feel uncomfortable going too.
01:05:01.380 I've heard from some students that they try to avoid going when they need to, which isn't
01:05:05.320 good for you.
01:05:06.500 You shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable every time you need to use the restroom.
01:05:09.660 I think I was made aware that she holds on and doesn't want to go to the bathroom because
01:05:14.400 it's dirty and she often has to, you know, clean it.
01:05:16.480 And that just feels very gross to her.
01:05:18.840 So I think the pledge is just going to be that if they can have girls, girls' bathroom,
01:05:23.320 boys' bathroom and an all gender.
01:05:24.580 I am here because my daughters who spoke strongly prefer girls' restrooms.
01:05:30.220 These children have a right to comfort, privacy, health, gender expression, and cultural and
01:05:34.460 religious expression.
01:05:36.300 Children's perspective is completely missing here and their rights are not being upheld.
01:05:40.540 We're all aligned.
01:05:41.860 We want to ensure there's inclusivity of all groups.
01:05:46.860 Why must we add friction into specific child's day-to-day for this?
01:05:52.920 Why must we hurt their education?
01:05:55.740 You know, as I watch this, my own reaction is, with respect to the girls, I'm glad this
01:06:02.740 is happening because these progressive moms in California are starting to get it.
01:06:07.380 The progressive moms are starting to get it because of the pain of the children, but the
01:06:12.940 progressive ideology is still there.
01:06:15.960 And what happens, so this, you said this was third grade or fourth grade.
01:06:19.940 So, you know, one year up, the periods are starting going to show up and the bullying and
01:06:25.440 the changing of the body and what will girls do?
01:06:29.260 So what you see in the developing world is when you make girls uncomfortable and you make
01:06:35.080 school cool for them, they don't want to go to school.
01:06:39.280 So what they're calling progressive is going to have a regressive outcome.
01:06:43.880 You're pushing girls not only out of their bathrooms, but you're going to push them out
01:06:48.040 of school altogether.
01:06:49.640 That's what it's going to.
01:06:50.580 And then you bring in all the other cultures, the Catholics, the Muslims, the religious groups
01:06:55.480 who say they don't want girls and boys to mix.
01:06:59.040 And it's, then you're going to have girls-only schools, you're going to have, especially with
01:07:03.420 the Muslim communities, their excuse for, we don't need to send girls to school to begin
01:07:08.440 with.
01:07:10.460 So this, this is all, this is the same, the immigration justice is the same as the gender
01:07:16.380 justice and the climate justice.
01:07:18.220 It is this elaborate ideology that to the people who hold onto it on university campuses, it
01:07:24.980 sounds very appealing, but once you start to translate it into policy, which is what they're
01:07:30.260 doing, they're hurting a lot of people.
01:07:32.680 They're causing a lot of pain.
01:07:34.580 And really, Megan, there's just no other word for it than that.
01:07:37.420 It's criminal.
01:07:38.380 And it really needs to stop.
01:07:40.720 Yeah.
01:07:41.240 Thank you for speaking out.
01:07:42.300 Again, I want to tell everybody, go to restorationbulletin.com to read Ayan's latest piece,
01:07:48.220 What the Springfield Cat Controversy Exposes About Immigration.
01:07:51.940 Always worth listening to you, Ayan, and reading you as well.
01:07:55.220 Thanks so much for being on.
01:07:57.600 Thank you very much.
01:07:58.500 Thank you for doing all the work that you do.
01:08:01.640 Oh, God bless you.
01:08:02.960 We're so lucky to have you.
01:08:06.400 Okay.
01:08:06.840 We're going to take a break, but before we do, I just, I just want to add one additional
01:08:11.100 piece to the discussion that we're having on the subject of Springfield, Ohio.
01:08:16.720 You've seen, I mean, it is unbelievable the amount of people who continue to blame Trump
01:08:22.960 and J.D. Vance for these bomb threats that came into these schools and other venues.
01:08:28.280 It came out yesterday that it was a foreign country.
01:08:31.300 That came out from the governor of Ohio, who made that clear.
01:08:38.080 Here he is in SOP 40.
01:08:39.200 Police, 33 separate bomb threats, each one of which has been responded to, and each one
01:08:56.240 of whom has been found as a hoax.
01:09:00.140 So, 33 threats, 33 hoax.
01:09:05.660 I want to make that very, very clear.
01:09:07.560 None of these had any validity at all.
01:09:11.000 We have people, unfortunately, overseas, who are taking these actions.
01:09:20.120 Some of them are coming from one particular country.
01:09:23.580 We think that this is, you know, one more opportunity to mess with the United States,
01:09:29.500 and they're continuing to do that.
01:09:34.580 Let me just remind you of that Nora O'Donnell clip that we just played.
01:09:39.360 That, this is her, last night, last night, Monday night.
01:09:44.680 We knew by then that it was not a local, that it was hoaxes from overseas.
01:09:51.340 Listen.
01:09:52.340 Donald Trump is blaming Democrats for inflaming political rhetoric, but the former president's
01:09:57.640 own words seem to be increasing the threat of political violence in Springfield, Ohio.
01:10:02.540 That's where a false and ugly accusation against Haitians, thousands of whom are legal, permanent
01:10:08.040 residents, is impacting everyday life.
01:10:11.860 She just goes with it.
01:10:13.280 Just double down.
01:10:14.440 Didn't happen.
01:10:15.160 Didn't hear it.
01:10:16.140 No, it's got to be a Trump-inspired loon.
01:10:18.600 It's the Proud Boys.
01:10:19.520 It's one of those guys, for sure.
01:10:21.360 I just know it in my heart, notwithstanding what the governor had released.
01:10:25.780 We knew this yesterday afternoon.
01:10:28.060 And here's Anna Navarro.
01:10:29.760 Here she is on The View yesterday, before we knew, but she was totally, sorry, she was,
01:10:37.020 no, no.
01:10:37.980 Okay, sorry.
01:10:38.600 This is, yeah.
01:10:39.360 So this, here she is, yes, here she is on CNN this morning, after we knew.
01:10:45.680 Okay, after we knew.
01:10:47.140 Take a listen.
01:10:47.560 Donald Trump and J.D. Vance are not questioning their rhetoric.
01:10:52.120 Right now, because of their rhetoric, because of what he said in that debate, there's been
01:10:56.660 33 bombing threats in Springfield, Ohio, that would not have happened but for this false
01:11:05.180 conspiracy theory being spread by the vice presidential and presidential Republican
01:11:11.300 candidate.
01:11:11.840 She's on CNN News.
01:11:17.680 In news, she should have been fact-checked with, that isn't true.
01:11:23.080 And she was, she did receive blowback online for saying that after we heard the governor
01:11:28.080 of Ohio say, it isn't true, that this was a hoax.
01:11:31.840 That's what, you heard him.
01:11:33.320 That's his word.
01:11:34.320 These were hoaxes by people trying to just mess with us.
01:11:38.260 This was not inspired by Trump.
01:11:40.980 If it was, there's zero evidence of that, Anna, zero.
01:11:45.940 What's your proof?
01:11:47.040 You're so upset about proof on the cats and dogs.
01:11:48.840 I mean, I saw two cats on a barbecue, so there's that.
01:11:51.780 But let's put that to the side.
01:11:53.220 What's your proof that Donald Trump inspired this, as opposed to the town council meeting
01:11:58.440 yester, last week, that person after person showed up to complain at?
01:12:04.060 How do you know what the cause is?
01:12:06.600 What forensic deconstruction did you do of the hoax calls to get to the bottom of it?
01:12:11.260 When Don Jr.
01:12:12.440 Online called her out on it, she doubled down.
01:12:15.600 She, there's just no even attempt to stay factual.
01:12:21.420 There's none.
01:12:22.720 I mean, on this show, we told you, we don't know what the truth is about the animals, but
01:12:26.680 we're showing you the evidence that's on the one side.
01:12:28.920 And we're telling you about what the city officials are saying on the other side.
01:12:33.800 The rest of the media wants to pretend that they have affirmatively settled it, and they
01:12:38.240 haven't.
01:12:39.080 Just false claims, false claims.
01:12:41.560 And of course, this all belies and undermines the overall issue, which is what the migrants
01:12:46.020 are actually doing to this town.
01:12:47.740 What the residents are actually going through, not just in Springfield, but in towns across
01:12:51.980 this country, because there are over a million of them there or on their way, thanks to this
01:12:58.260 administration.
01:12:59.140 Not to mention the deaths caused in Springfield by these migrants and the murders of Americans
01:13:06.460 caused by illegal immigrants who are literally everywhere, 10.4 million of them plus in the
01:13:14.740 last four years alone.
01:13:17.120 Okay, we're going to take a break.
01:13:18.440 We're going to be back with Eric Prince, who's got thoughts on the Trump assassination.
01:13:22.280 Very insightful.

01:14:21.320 Donald Trump's not going to make it to inauguration day with this current regime in charge of the
01:14:28.840 Secret Service.
01:14:30.060 Clearly, their decisions are not working because Donald Trump's almost been killed now twice
01:14:34.540 in two months.
01:14:35.240 I mean, when I got on, the line on the poster was in the Secret Service office was, you
01:14:41.140 elect him, we protect him.
01:14:43.060 They cannot seem to do this with Donald Trump.
01:14:45.620 How much failure are you willing to accept from this entity?
01:14:53.460 Ron Rowe has been doing presidential protection since 2006, folks.
01:14:59.720 It's 2024.
01:15:02.760 He has no excuse.
01:15:05.220 He blames the OTR movement.
01:15:06.980 How the hell did the alleged shooter here, or assassin, then beat you because he seemed
01:15:14.880 to know 12 hours in advance?
01:15:17.600 The Palm Beach Trump golf course is really, really close to where they were yesterday at
01:15:23.740 Mar-a-Lago.
01:15:24.280 It would have taken 10 minutes to get a bunch of agents over there to do an external sweep
01:15:30.880 of the perimeter.
01:15:31.580 You're telling me that the alleged shooter in this case had more intel than the Secret
01:15:38.060 Service?
01:15:38.740 That was our friend Dan Bongino, former Secret Service agent, with some sharp critiques of
01:15:44.200 the Secret Service, and in particular, the leadership.
01:15:46.960 Welcome back to The Megyn Kelly Show.
01:15:48.500 Joining me now, Eric Prince, host of Off Leash with Eric Prince, former U.S. Navy SEAL and
01:15:54.220 founder of Blackwater.
01:15:56.120 Eric, thanks so much for being here.
01:15:57.220 First time we've ever had you on the show, and I appreciate it.
01:15:59.820 What do you make of Dan's critique?
01:16:01.160 Look, he's exactly right, and as a former Secret Service agent himself, I'm sure he
01:16:06.520 is rightly horrified that an organization which had a proud track record in credibility is
01:16:14.060 rapidly failing.
01:16:17.640 I don't think people realize the cost that if Trump had been killed in Butler, Pennsylvania
01:16:23.500 or on Sunday, what are the effects, the ripple effects that would have had on American society
01:16:31.480 is really, really frightening, and that's their job.
01:16:37.220 Now, maybe it's time to split the functions so that the Secret Service only focuses on executive
01:16:42.720 protection and not so worried about credit card fraud and counterfeit currency.
01:16:52.120 The fact that, you know, Josh, Senator Hawley had the whistleblower memo talking about how
01:16:59.000 the lead agent who was supposed to be protecting him in Butler, Pennsylvania, had failed horribly
01:17:04.700 some tests, some qualification tests they were supposed to make, and it was waived by the
01:17:09.300 previous director, and that the agents who were supposed to be protecting him in Butler,
01:17:13.920 Pennsylvania, had not had any formal executive protection training but only watched a two-hour
01:17:19.740 video course.
01:17:21.100 You don't think you could have conducted your duties as a Navy SEAL by watching a two-hour video that
01:17:32.740 showed you how to do it?
01:17:35.280 There's a lot of jokes about, you know, the later guys who say, yeah, you must have done the
01:17:39.420 correspondence course, but that's just absolutely laughable.
01:17:44.200 What it means is these are unserious people put in positions of great seriousness, and they shouldn't
01:17:50.520 be anywhere near any kind of levers of power to send people to do a difficult, dangerous job that
01:17:58.700 has a high consequence of failure.
01:18:02.500 The fact that this guy on Sunday had been there for 12 hours in a final firing position, and he put
01:18:09.180 his ballistic panels up against the fence, kind of preparing for counterfire with his GoPro mounted
01:18:16.500 on the fence.
01:18:17.500 Why?
01:18:18.500 Because that guy was trophy hunting.
01:18:19.500 So, yes, there's an enormous competency problem, but there's a huge language problem on the left,
01:18:25.840 because they have so, for so long, unleashed every kind of invective and hyperbole saying Trump
01:18:34.880 is Hitler, he must be eliminated, he is the end of democracy.
01:18:38.680 All these things that unlock every left-wing crazy to say, I'm going to self-actualize myself
01:18:45.560 by killing Donald Trump.
01:18:48.120 And, you know, they're 0 for 2.
01:18:53.280 Imagine if this was actually a professional, a proper attempt at taking out Trump.
01:18:58.260 I mean, the fact that the Secret Service agent, the advanced guy who was walking the course,
01:19:04.780 only one hole ahead of where Trump was, saw the guy, fired four times, didn't hit him,
01:19:12.200 which is not good.
01:19:15.660 And he got away.
01:19:17.740 If he had been wearing a ghillie suit, you know, the old British gamekeepers would wear
01:19:24.140 a ghillie suit to really disguise themselves, to hide in the terrain, a proper sniper would
01:19:31.240 have been successful.
01:19:32.580 Fortunately, the guy was not a proper sniper.
01:19:34.460 You know what's crazy is the guy, not only did they miss, but he got away.
01:19:38.240 The only way they found him was thanks to this good Samaritan who saw him get into this black
01:19:43.760 Nissan and took a picture with the plates and then was helpfully there to give it to
01:19:49.100 Secret Service.
01:19:49.640 But I mean, there is a chance this guy could have gotten away and come back for another
01:19:54.080 shot at it if it hadn't been for this bystander.
01:19:57.960 I want to say two things, though.
01:19:59.920 One, the staffing problems at the Secret Service.
01:20:04.240 Susan Crabtree, who's been doing the best reporting on this for RealClearPolitics.com,
01:20:08.240 she's a Secret Service, you know, correspondent, basically.
01:20:10.420 She knows all of the stories.
01:20:11.920 She reports that not only are they understaffed on protecting Trump and others, but right now
01:20:18.000 the U.N. General Assembly is in session and they've got some 600 agents protecting all
01:20:24.880 of these dignitaries from four.
01:20:26.360 We've got like a guy on the president of Ghana, like nobody wants to kill the president of
01:20:31.620 Ghana.
01:20:32.020 And if they do, shouldn't that be Ghana's problem?
01:20:35.460 Right.
01:20:36.120 It's not our problem.
01:20:37.060 Who cares?
01:20:38.940 Yeah, so there's that.
01:20:40.260 So that's in terms of manpower.
01:20:41.920 But secondly, you raise the perimeter.
01:20:44.880 And the now acting head of the Secret Service, Director Ron Rao, spoke to that yesterday.
01:20:51.820 He was asked, this is the problem, right?
01:20:53.220 It was a perimeter problem in Butler, where they put that building outside of it and it
01:20:57.020 wasn't well looked after by the locals.
01:20:58.940 And it was a perimeter problem down in Florida on Sunday.
01:21:02.380 So this came up and listen to how this guy answers.
01:21:05.060 Is there any evidence to suggest that the suspect knew that Donald Trump would be on the golf
01:21:12.920 course at that time?
01:21:14.380 And was the golf course searched thoroughly before the former president's arrival?
01:21:19.060 It was an off the record movement, meaning it was not on the on the former president's official
01:21:23.520 schedule.
01:21:24.740 You know, there was a front element.
01:21:26.480 It did its job in sweeping ahead of the president.
01:21:29.460 That's what identified this individual who was in that wood line.
01:21:32.560 And the swift action of that agent doing his job, pushing out ahead, sweeping while the
01:21:38.940 president was behind him several hundred yards and several holes away out of sight from the
01:21:44.340 gunman, did his job.
01:21:45.880 Was there any evidence to suggest that the suspect knew that Donald Trump was going to
01:21:49.900 be on that golf course at that time?
01:21:51.480 Based on what I know now, and it's an active investigation, I don't have any information
01:21:55.080 on that.
01:21:55.960 How many times did your agents go around the perimeter and scope out the golf course during
01:22:01.700 the 12 hours that this guy was pulled up?
01:22:04.180 So we, this was an off the record movement.
01:22:06.740 Uh, it wasn't a site that was on his scheduled, uh, it wasn't part of his schedule.
01:22:11.720 So there was no posting up of it because he wasn't supposed to have gone there in the first
01:22:16.940 place.
01:22:19.160 So he didn't answer because it appears to be zero.
01:22:23.120 What he seems to be saying is we didn't know he's going to play golf.
01:22:26.960 And when we found out we did not sweep the perimeter, which we all kind of know because
01:22:32.460 the guy was lying in wait for hours on end and then almost took a shot.
01:22:39.680 Yeah.
01:22:40.160 So they had a perimeter problem in Butler, 140 yards.
01:22:43.780 The guy was lined up in this case.
01:22:45.400 This guy could not have been more than two or maximum 300 yards from where, uh, I think
01:22:50.760 the fifth hole was where, um, uh, Trump would have next been, um, that's, that's at best
01:22:59.380 elementary school grade executive protection.
01:23:02.000 They should be at minimum a thousand meters for any kind of line of sight or any kind of,
01:23:07.940 uh, proper sniper capability.
01:23:10.180 But they're, they're very 20th century in thinking that because with the advent of drone
01:23:16.520 technology, now somebody with a, with a very small payload can fly that drone from 10, 15
01:23:23.320 kilometers away.
01:23:25.040 Um, and put, uh, put a five pound, uh, weapon on the fifth hole at the putting, you know,
01:23:33.900 right at the putting green, uh, long before they could ever, ever respond.
01:23:38.080 So they, they are clearly behind the times they have gone backwards in capability and
01:23:44.800 it's to me, it's a greater, it's a, it's a microcosm of the greater federal government
01:23:51.240 problem we have is an enormous amount of federal agencies that are completely out of control
01:23:55.920 and bloated and filled with largely useless people that are actually maligned to any kind
01:24:02.340 of mission for that, for that organization, instead of actually adding value.
01:24:05.300 I had one friend that interacted a lot with the secret service in the last few years and
01:24:10.260 said, there's about 10% of the agents are great.
01:24:13.820 They are Olympic grade.
01:24:15.660 They're trying to carry all the water.
01:24:17.400 There's another 40% that are just the absolute mid grade bureaucrats.
01:24:22.160 And the other half are not just useless.
01:24:25.400 They're beyond useless.
01:24:27.480 Uh, so there's, it's not a matter of just adding people.
01:24:31.180 You have to add the right people.
01:24:32.540 And I'd say the next director there has to rescreen every person, almost like a, uh, like
01:24:38.620 a reform program and see what standard they can hit and, and cut the bottom half and either
01:24:45.600 find them a different job.
01:24:47.260 Because remember all these HSI agents that were assigned in Butler, HSI is really just
01:24:53.700 ICE.
01:24:54.360 It's Immigrations and Customs Enforcement rebranded because Democrats didn't like how ICE sounded.
01:24:59.620 So they renamed them HSI agents.
01:25:02.960 Um, but even, even if there's a lot of secret service agents, they should be focused solely
01:25:08.740 on executive protection.
01:25:09.940 That's it.
01:25:10.840 Not focused on credit cards, currency and, uh, and other bank fraud.
01:25:17.220 Mm-hmm.
01:25:17.920 So we are learning more about the attempted shooter here and it's, it's very curious.
01:25:25.700 You tell me what you think is really going on here because now the latest, uh, is that
01:25:30.740 he was known to the FBI that, um, he was reported and the subject of a previously closed 2019 tip
01:25:40.880 to the FBI where it was alleged that he was a felon in possession of a firearm and following
01:25:46.180 up on the tip, uh, the alleged complainant was interviewed and, uh, they're saying that
01:25:52.400 he did not, the complainant did not verify providing the initial information.
01:25:57.120 So there, I guess there's some question about whether the informant stuck by the actual
01:26:01.060 allegation.
01:26:01.700 And then they said that the FBI passed the info to local law enforcement in Honolulu.
01:26:08.380 Um, this guy was on the feds radar because in thanks to some of his overseas work going
01:26:15.080 to Ukraine and trying to get freedom fighters over to Ukraine, he was so nasty and upsetting
01:26:21.740 to people who were over there that they sat with customers in border control and said there
01:26:26.340 was one nurse in particular who said of all the people I've met over here, you need to watch
01:26:30.660 this guy, he's a threat, this is not a good guy and he's going to do something to somebody
01:26:35.800 one day.
01:26:36.360 So not to mention all of his criminal convictions for having a weapon of mass destruction in
01:26:41.200 2002 and multiple other convictions that from that point forward, this has many people
01:26:45.580 wondering what is the likelihood that he's just this rando who is going to take out the
01:26:53.020 president?
01:26:53.620 Could it be there are other forces at play here?
01:26:57.480 Those are questions that must be answered.
01:26:59.340 Um, I've, I've asked people involved in the Afghan evacuations and, and Ukraine, and they
01:27:06.640 had, some of them had heard of him and found him to be a, a kind of a wild loser looking
01:27:12.860 for a mission.
01:27:13.940 So if I'm going to type the guy, I would say he tries to attach himself to the Afghan evacuations.
01:27:20.480 Um, and, and then he pivots from there to Ukraine and makes that his passion.
01:27:25.520 I think he, the guy was a, almost a social media addict and really got fed the mass psychosis
01:27:31.180 that, um, uh, the, the, the Dems were feeding him.
01:27:36.800 And with all the, the horrific language used against Trump, they wind this guy up and now
01:27:44.860 he's going to self-actualize by becoming the guy who takes out Donald J. Trump.
01:27:49.160 That's why he had his GoPro mounted on that fence.
01:27:51.380 He was trophy hunting to, um, to leave his mark.
01:27:55.240 Um, I don't trust the feds to do an adequate job investigating.
01:28:00.220 They can't be, uh, trying him or rating Mar-a-Lago on a bogus documents case.
01:28:06.840 You know, the, the FBI agent in charge, the Miami field office had to scrub his social
01:28:12.300 media account, uh, all this counts before he was named Miami SAC because they were so
01:28:18.320 virially anti-Trump.
01:28:19.620 So I can't believe that they're going to do an honest job of looking at any other link
01:28:24.060 analysis of what spun this guy up.
01:28:26.980 Now, supposedly he was driving a stolen car.
01:28:30.160 Did he carjack it?
01:28:31.580 Did he steal it by hot wiring?
01:28:34.540 How did he do that?
01:28:35.540 Um, so did he have help?
01:28:38.160 Was that, I mean, it could apparently according to the phone data, he'd been, he'd been on
01:28:42.700 a location for at least 12 hours.
01:28:46.160 Uh, how did he go if he was from North Carolina, but then living in Hawaii, how did he make it
01:28:51.140 there and decide to set up and effectively stalk Trump for, for 12 hours?
01:28:57.980 A, a thorough proctology of all of his electronics and movements has to be done.
01:29:03.460 I'm really glad, uh, governor DeSantis said, yes, we're going to do a proper parallel investigation
01:29:09.120 because we just don't have confidence in the feds.
01:29:11.620 That's exactly what state governors should be doing.
01:29:14.320 There should be a significant tension in a healthy Republic.
01:29:18.020 There should be health, significant tension between the states and the federal government
01:29:21.220 because the federal government has gotten way too bloated and overbearing.
01:29:25.360 And as we see repeatedly now, exceedingly incompetent.
01:29:30.260 The guy had no money.
01:29:32.860 He was, I think he was, what was it?
01:29:35.360 $3,000 a month he was getting, but he had to pay for his home in Hawaii.
01:29:40.180 He has a son who has got a blue collar job.
01:29:44.060 He had what was described as an arsenal at his home in North Carolina, which costs money.
01:29:51.220 Um, he did get a plane ticket, obviously from Oahu all the way to Mar-a-Lago.
01:29:56.400 He had a GoPro and other equipment as you point out.
01:30:00.180 So there is a question about money here and whether he could have funded all of this on
01:30:06.300 his own.
01:30:07.080 Any thoughts on that?
01:30:10.180 Again, um, seeing where those deposits came from, he, he supposedly gave a lot of money
01:30:15.500 to act blue over the years.
01:30:17.560 Yep.
01:30:18.160 19 donations.
01:30:19.200 It's going to be, it, it's going to be impossible for the Dems to try to recharacterize him as
01:30:23.320 some, uh, right winger, but again, they're trying the former Trump supporter.
01:30:28.740 That's what, that's what I've heard him describe former Trump supporter.
01:30:32.620 Yeah.
01:30:33.140 It's absolute madness that the, the, the feds have memory hold anything and everything to do
01:30:38.660 with Butler, Pennsylvania.
01:30:39.540 How did this kid get explosives in his vehicle?
01:30:42.800 Um, all the, all the preparation that he was doing.
01:30:47.700 Um, again, no output, no, no press conferences, no updates at all from the FBI.
01:30:53.420 It's, it's shocking.
01:30:54.840 Can we just be explicit?
01:30:56.000 Can we just be explicit?
01:30:56.640 Cause I'm, I'm very, I'm always like, it's just bank on an incompetent government.
01:31:00.520 That's really always almost always the answer, but are we entertaining the notion truly like
01:31:04.900 this was an inside job that somebody in our federal government took out a hit on Donald
01:31:09.660 Trump?
01:31:12.340 I'd like to think if there was a inside job and a proper hit that they would have found
01:31:16.800 someone more competent.
01:31:19.900 Right.
01:31:20.300 Cause if you're going to take, if you're going to take the risk of going to that extreme
01:31:23.880 measure, make sure it works.
01:31:26.680 So what does it look like to you?
01:31:27.680 Like to foreign government or just lone loser?
01:31:32.640 My, my unprofessional, but life experience opinion would be, uh, these people get so
01:31:40.320 spun up in a leftist echo chamber that Donald Trump is Hitler, that anything they do, uh,
01:31:48.520 to stop him makes them a hero.
01:31:50.820 And it's like, it initiates the hero's journey.
01:31:52.920 And that's, that's what's happening.
01:31:55.780 And so you have that problem providing a supply of jackasses that are trying to hurt Trump.
01:32:02.140 And at the same time, you have a very incompetent federal government that is not been responsive.
01:32:07.680 Who's been fired since Butler, Pennsylvania?
01:32:09.900 No one.
01:32:11.040 Okay.
01:32:11.300 That's right.
01:32:11.800 The former director was forced to retire because they were going to impeach her.
01:32:15.660 That's all.
01:32:16.880 There's not been a revamp of their training programs.
01:32:19.620 There's not been any, um, actual visual, visible change.
01:32:24.720 And so now you have this where another perimeter.
01:32:28.200 Oh, geez.
01:32:29.400 Yeah.
01:32:29.800 The, the, the, the current acting director says there's a, there's a perimeter problem.
01:32:34.360 Yes.
01:32:35.180 The normal perimeter is at least a thousand meters.
01:32:38.120 Um, are these guys going to step up and do their job or not?
01:32:40.640 I've advocated.
01:32:42.400 Cause a lot of people said, yeah, you know, get the private sector in there to supplement.
01:32:45.800 It's exceedingly difficult for the private sector to, to interact at that level with the feds,
01:32:52.400 because the private guys will always get thrown under the bus, especially if they have the
01:32:55.620 one that takes a shot.
01:32:56.760 But what they can do is they can supplement from the military.
01:32:59.840 There are military detailees that get assigned to the secret service all the time, especially
01:33:05.220 for explosive ordinance disposal.
01:33:06.720 You could do the same thing with some very, very high end capable tier one operators from
01:33:11.640 JSOC from Delta or seal team six, um, and put them in the advance, put them in the outer
01:33:17.620 perimeter because you want people that think like predators putting law enforcement in
01:33:22.520 this, I think is a mistake because cops tend to look backwards for evidence to make a case.
01:33:27.840 You want people that are saying, how am I going to kill Donald Trump?
01:33:30.900 Um, make that list and then making sure every item on that list is blocked and occluded and
01:33:36.620 locked down.
01:33:37.880 Nobody is thinking that way apparently at the secret service because they're now two very
01:33:43.040 near attempts, uh, within the last two months.
01:33:46.080 And we still have a long ways to get to the election.
01:33:49.060 I know you sold Blackwater a number of years ago, but something tells me that if they called
01:33:53.740 you while you still had all those resources and said, Eric, we're getting rid of the secret
01:33:57.900 service, can you protect Donald Trump?
01:34:00.500 You would have known how to do it.
01:34:02.800 There wouldn't be mission failures two in two months.
01:34:06.140 This they're looking at us like we're making unreasonable demands of the secret service that
01:34:11.140 it's just impossible because Donald Trump likes to golf.
01:34:16.500 Megan, if, if they call me, if they called me by Thursday to be ready on Monday, even now
01:34:23.620 we would be ready on Monday.
01:34:24.780 That's what needs to happen.
01:34:27.420 Honestly, they, I, I agree with those who are worried they're going to take them out
01:34:30.220 by election day.
01:34:30.860 They're just, they're the media reaction of just, he's controversial, shows you everything
01:34:36.980 you need to know.
01:34:37.440 And you're talking about the media, the Democrat rhetoric, because now they're like, it's all
01:34:41.520 Trump's rhetoric.
01:34:42.120 That's what got him shot at.
01:34:43.420 It's not our rhetoric completely ignoring.
01:34:46.260 We put together a little montage, the messaging we've been hearing apart from Hitler, apart from
01:34:51.060 Hitler, Hitler, Hitler, which is in written form everywhere.
01:34:53.080 A little walk down memory lane, here it is.
01:34:55.260 Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations
01:35:02.960 of our republic.
01:35:04.700 And he must be stopped.
01:35:06.440 He cannot be president.
01:35:08.080 They're still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump.
01:35:10.300 The movement is a threat.
01:35:11.820 The extremists that we're dealing with every single day, we've got to kill and confront that
01:35:15.820 movement.
01:35:16.460 Clearly, you know, this is a, um, literally call to arms.
01:35:21.540 Literally what conservative white folks do when they don't get their way.
01:35:25.320 They turn violent.
01:35:26.180 You know who I got to vote for to keep Hitler out the White House.
01:35:29.560 Yeah.
01:35:30.040 Hitler, White House.
01:35:31.300 We keeping them out.
01:35:32.120 Keeping Project 2025 out.
01:35:33.560 That's all I care about.
01:35:34.440 Up and down the ballot from the Rooter to the Tudor.
01:35:36.120 And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline
01:35:44.120 station, you get out and you create a crowd.
01:35:48.140 And you push back on them.
01:35:50.340 And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anyway.
01:35:54.800 With this kind of inspiration, I will go and take Trump out tonight.
01:36:01.940 I tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will
01:36:09.940 pay the price.
01:36:11.480 It is just unquestionable at this point that that man cannot see public office and he has
01:36:19.660 to be, uh, he has to be eliminated.
01:36:21.780 And yet you have in the Cincinnati Inquirer yesterday, in a letter to the editor they
01:36:28.760 published, Trump brings these assassination attempts on himself.
01:36:33.380 That's where the media is going with it.
01:36:37.140 Yeah, um, it's, uh, it's projection and it almost seems like they feel like they can get
01:36:43.000 away with it because they never suffer any consequences for it.
01:36:45.720 So I don't know if there's a, um, a way to litigate against that.
01:36:51.780 Or to put a, um, to put a marker down to say, if you've said this calling for the elimination
01:36:58.520 of Donald Trump and something actually hurt, hurt happens to him, then you yourself will
01:37:03.240 be eliminated.
01:37:04.380 So the wind reaped the whirlwind or just bring back dueling.
01:37:08.100 I mean, maybe that, maybe people were civilized in the 19th century because when people threw
01:37:14.520 down with very combative words, people could answer back and say, all right, pistols at
01:37:19.440 dawn.
01:37:19.820 I'll see you tomorrow, pal.
01:37:20.640 Um, and it doesn't have to be pistols.
01:37:23.400 Maybe it's fugal sticks.
01:37:24.400 Maybe that's a whole new use for the octagon.
01:37:27.000 Um, maybe that's where the Dems want our country to spiral to, but they can't keep calling for
01:37:34.740 the elimination of a presidential candidate, uh, and expect that the other side is going
01:37:39.880 to just continue to take it.
01:37:41.020 Um, because one guy has already been murdered, two other people grievously shot.
01:37:46.380 Donald Trump was shot in the head.
01:37:48.300 How much more of this do we have to take?
01:37:51.200 I certainly don't want to see violence against Dan Goldman or anybody else, but this is, it's
01:37:56.240 got to stop.
01:37:57.180 Um, last question.
01:37:58.640 I heard you say yesterday, you don't think Ron DeSantis should turn over the suspect Ruth
01:38:04.060 to the feds.
01:38:05.540 Stand by that.
01:38:07.500 Uh, yes.
01:38:08.720 I look, the feds can interview him.
01:38:10.720 Sure.
01:38:11.440 But keep him in a, in a Florida state controlled facility, keep control of his electronics.
01:38:17.380 The feds can have copies of everything, but Florida should run a full and wide open investigation.
01:38:24.740 Um, because I just don't have the confidence in the feds to do anything to do the right
01:38:29.220 thing on this.
01:38:30.120 Are you worried we're going to see an Epstein, you know, moment where suddenly the guy winds
01:38:34.740 up, you know, death by suicide?
01:38:38.240 Maybe.
01:38:39.160 Yeah.
01:38:39.720 Look, because yes, he had a, he had a weapon with a, with a serialized, with a serial number
01:38:46.060 removed.
01:38:47.160 Um, obviously he was there stalking.
01:38:49.420 So attempted murder, um, I I'd say in a Florida jury, we'll certainly, uh, find him be interesting
01:38:56.320 to see if, uh, if the guy takes a plea, um, in exchange for testimony, what he might testify
01:39:02.920 to.
01:39:03.560 And yes, I would want him in the state of Florida's hands, not the fed hands.
01:39:07.700 If that's the case, because, um, he might Epstein himself.
01:39:12.240 Wow.
01:39:13.300 Uh, I trust Ron DeSantis.
01:39:14.940 I don't know about these feds.
01:39:15.960 I agree with you, but I think that ship has sailed.
01:39:18.360 Uh, we'll find out.
01:39:19.720 Eric Prince.
01:39:20.280 So nice to talk to you.
01:39:21.380 Thank you so much for your insights.
01:39:23.580 Thank you, Megan.
01:39:25.420 Uh, we're going to be back tomorrow with our pal, Dave Rubin.
01:39:28.460 This will be his first interview since he was accused of being like a Russian stooge because
01:39:33.240 of that tenant media.
01:39:34.400 He hasn't spoken out.
01:39:35.260 You'll hear him here tomorrow exclusively.
01:39:37.180 We'll see you then.
01:39:41.240 Thanks for listening to the Megan Kelly show.
01:39:45.800 No BS, no agenda, and no fear.
