00:15:30.320 University after Charlie was shot. Hull describing phone tips pouring in from members of the public,

00:15:37.260 along with cell phone videos taken by people who were at the event. That quickly set off one of

00:15:42.680 the central fights of the afternoon. Prosecutors want several of those videos and accompanying

00:15:47.900 statements admitted into evidence. Defense attorney Nestor objecting, arguing the people

00:15:53.220 who recorded or verified the videos were not in court to testify, thus the tapes could not be

00:15:58.680 authenticated. In some cases, the judge allowing these videos to be shown in court and on the

00:16:04.280 public livestream. For example, Judge Graff allowing one video from a woman who submitted

00:16:09.480 a written statement confirming she recorded it. In other cases, Judge Graff allowing the videos

00:16:16.060 but blocking them from being shown on courtroom screens or broadcast to the public, including

00:16:21.960 video of the moment Charlie was killed. Judge Graff watching that video on a monitor atop his
