The Megyn Kelly Show - Trump's DC Fix, Jimmy Kimmel Whining, and Jasmine Crockett's Working Class ＂Stolen Valor,＂ with Benny Johnson, Mike Davis, and Alex Marlow

00:00:00.520 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at noon east.

00:00:12.180 Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and happy Monday.

00:00:15.940 What an extraordinary thing we just witnessed inside the briefing room of the West Wing.

00:00:21.540 President Trump is easily the most transparent president in U.S. history.

00:00:26.320 There's no one who's even close.

00:00:28.500 He walks into that briefing room, starts addressing the press directly on his plan to stamp out crime and reduce homelessness in our nation's capital, which he's sick of, as a new resident.

00:00:42.180 You know how when you move to a new town and you start getting a feel for what it's actually like, and maybe it's not as great as you thought it might be, and you feel powerless to do anything over it?

00:00:51.540 Yeah, well, Trump felt that, but then realized he wasn't powerless, and he's going to clean up that city.

00:00:56.620 The nation's capital, which should be a gem, a crown jewel of America's, but instead, it's disgusting.

00:01:05.680 Have you been there recently? I've been to D.C. a lot over the past year. It's disgusting.

00:01:09.760 And by the way, I lived there for three years, there and in Baltimore, both, and also Northern Virginia.

00:01:16.580 And my point is simply spent a lot of time in the capital, a lot. I worked at Fox News right in the heart of the nation's capital, right across from Union Station.

00:01:23.260 It was clean at one point. It's not anymore. It's disgusting. And he's decided to do something about it, which I'll get to in one second.

00:01:30.860 But before I get to that, when have we had a president who will just stand up there and tell you everything he's thinking?

00:01:37.200 He covered everything. He talked at length about the meeting he's going to have with Vladimir Putin this Friday in Alaska.

00:01:43.800 Wasn't shy about saying, you know, Zelensky, he'll be around, but he's not going to be like right there. Not yet.

00:01:50.000 And we don't need him. He's been around for three years. What's happened?

00:01:52.480 And talking about how this war never would have happened had Trump been president, about how Putin took territory when GWB was president, when Obama was president, when Joe Biden was president.

00:02:03.960 And only one president didn't have land taken while he was sitting in the Oval Office, and that was DJT.

00:02:09.460 So he's back now trying to clean up other people's messes, and he's doing it his way.

00:02:15.780 Talking about the war that he just settled between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

00:02:22.620 These guys have been fighting for 30 years. They never thought it was going to end.

00:02:27.400 Talking about both of those two are saying that he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize, right?

00:02:31.400 This is like the fifth military conflict that Trump has settled.

00:02:34.640 Where's that on the cover of The New York Times? Do you see that all the time?

00:02:37.600 Is anybody other than the people who have received the benefit of his intervention talking about the Nobel Peace Prize?

00:02:44.200 Would the left ever say that about President Trump? Never.

00:02:48.440 They just want to write something terrible about his tariffs and ignore the fact that we've been in the black the past couple of months thanks to them.

00:02:55.380 They'll admit it begrudgingly.

00:02:57.220 Up there, by the end, he's standing there with the Secretary of Defense, with the Attorney General, with the Secretary of the Interior, with the head of the FBI.

00:03:05.680 Does anybody have a question for them?

00:03:08.100 I mean, it's like, this is, we, I've been covering Washington for 22 years.

00:03:12.380 You don't see this.

00:03:13.680 It does not happen.

00:03:14.720 It was extraordinary.

00:03:17.180 So, it's, and by the end, President Trump had them eating out of the palm of his hand.

00:03:22.080 The Washington press corps, who hates him, were guffawing and laughing and cracking up at his humor.

00:03:29.000 Or, like, the guy's got charm that's an 11.

00:03:36.020 And even with the people who hate him, they can't help but to begrudgingly find themselves genuinely charmed by him.

00:03:44.860 And then they check themselves.

00:03:46.120 Oh, wait, we hate, we hate.

00:03:47.620 Orange man, bad. 0.99

00:03:48.400 That's our line.

00:03:49.560 And that's what will appear in the press and on the wire services just as soon as they get back to their phones.

00:03:53.940 But what a moment, and what a president.

00:03:56.660 I'm sorry, but this is extremely unusual.

00:03:59.660 We're very lucky.

00:04:01.520 Okay, now we'll talk about what's happening in D.C. and what's happening with Letitia James.

00:04:06.560 Because if New York State's Attorney General had her way, Donald Trump would be bankrupt right now, and all of her friends in law enforcement across the country would have him behind bars.

00:04:17.660 That's what they wanted.

00:04:19.140 She, her fellow New York criminal officials and other officials from other states wanted him behind bars, and she literally tried to bankrupt him and spoke publicly about how she was salivating over the prospect.

00:04:32.740 She loved thinking about it. 0.95

00:04:35.320 It was like sex for Letitia James, her thoughts of seizing Trump's buildings from him and seeing him on debtor's row, not able to pay her now $500 million bullshit judgment against her, against him. 0.98

00:04:52.440 Such bullshit that the New York State Court of Appeals, which is all liberals, when it got up to them, hasn't yet ruled on whether this was an okay case. 1.00

00:04:59.840 All of them were so skeptical, like, what is this bullshit? 0.99

00:05:03.540 What is this turd of a case you've managed to bring against him and get some left-wing judge, Engeron, to bless? 1.00

00:05:11.780 I mean, even they knew that it was nonsense.

00:05:14.620 Well, guess what?

00:05:15.720 It's not so fun now, is it, Tish, when the tables are turned and you're the one facing criminal problems, serious legal problems, because you didn't keep your own house clean.

00:05:28.480 You said you were applying for a mortgage for your primary dwelling, and it wasn't your primary dwelling, down in Maryland.

00:05:36.840 And you said that so you could obtain a better mortgage rate, and now you've been caught.

00:05:42.120 She says it was all a big mistake, but she has her hands full right now.

00:05:45.600 Okay, joining me now for reaction to all this is Mike Davis, founder and president of the Article 3 Project, and Alex Marlowe, who is editor-in-chief of Breitbart News.

00:05:56.500 So what do we think the effect of the sparring between President Donald Trump and the Fed is going to be?

00:06:03.220 Can the Fed take the right action at the right time?

00:06:05.880 Do we trust in that, or are we going to be looking at a potential economic slowdown as they slow roll any of their moves as they worry about his tariffs?

00:06:13.600 And what exactly does all of this mean for your savings?

00:06:16.560 You might want to consider diversifying right about now with gold through Birch Gold Group.

00:06:21.480 For decades, gold has been viewed as a safe haven in times of economic stagnation, global uncertainty, and high inflation.

00:06:28.220 And Birch Gold makes it incredibly easy for you to diversify some of your savings into gold.

00:06:33.500 If you have an IRA or old 401k, you can convert that into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold, or just buy some gold to keep it in your safe.

00:06:41.940 First, get educated.

00:06:43.880 Birch Gold will send you a free info kit on gold.

00:06:47.040 Just text MK to the number 989898.

00:06:49.460 Again, text MK to 989898, and you'll start the process of just getting the 411 on what it means to own gold.

00:06:57.360 Consider diversifying a portion of your savings into gold.

00:07:00.240 So if the Fed cannot stay ahead of the curve for the country, at least you can stay ahead of the curve for yourself.

00:07:07.060 Guys, welcome.

00:07:07.860 Great to have you.

00:07:08.860 Thank you for having us.

00:07:09.940 Yeah, thank you, Megan.

00:07:10.500 Oh, that's awesome.

00:07:11.720 And Alex is also author of a new book called Breaking the Law.

00:07:15.280 You got to check it out.

00:07:16.320 Okay, let me just start with you on this, Mike.

00:07:19.160 I know you're a D.C. resident.

00:07:20.340 And what Trump is saying is that he is invoking this statute that allows the feds to take over law enforcement in D.C.

00:07:29.280 if things get out of control in the nation's capital.

00:07:32.080 And he's saying that has happened.

00:07:34.240 All the D.C. people seem to prefer crime, saying there's no emergency.

00:07:38.360 Crime is down.

00:07:40.460 We don't need the fence.

00:07:41.500 Oh, great.

00:07:42.260 Enjoy your murders because they're the fourth in the country when it comes to the number one murder rate.

00:07:47.180 They're number four.

00:07:47.740 I was like, it's really nothing to be celebrating for them to be in a position to say we don't need your help.

00:07:52.480 That's absurd.

00:07:53.120 But no one's saying thanks to Trump.

00:07:56.620 They're just criticizing Trump.

00:07:57.680 So what is this really about?

00:08:00.220 This is about President Trump making sure that D.C. does not devolve into a third world Marxist hellhole, which is what has happened in D.C. over the last five years.

00:08:13.540 I bought a house in D.C. in the hood when I went to work on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

00:08:19.760 And I'll tell you what, I'm the only white guy in my block where I was until white liberals just moved in. 0.96

00:08:25.360 The black people in D.C. do not like this crime. 0.97

00:08:28.300 And guess what? 0.99

00:08:29.480 They are the victims of this crime.

00:08:31.340 You have this violent underclass in D.C. who has terrorized the city for the last five years. 0.98

00:08:39.380 And they've done this since the BLM and Antifa riots and defund the police movements because the police, the D.C. police are not allowed to do their jobs.

00:08:50.140 They're not allowed to arrest criminals.

00:08:52.500 When they arrest criminals and take them into the Biden, D.C., U.S. attorney's office under Matthew Graves, they're turned away.

00:09:00.260 When they arrest criminals and take them into the D.C. attorney general's office for the local crimes, they're turned away.

00:09:08.900 We have a new sheriff in town with President Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, his deputy, Janine Pirro.

00:09:23.880 We have a new mindset with the Trump administration.

00:09:27.880 This is our nation's capital.

00:09:29.740 It is a federal enclave. 0.96

00:09:31.960 And we're not going to let local Democrat, incompetent, corrupt politicians destroy our nation's capital.

00:09:40.140 Here's what you get from The Washington Post to try to make the case that this is unnecessary.

00:09:44.940 By the way, it still has their little tagline.

00:09:46.920 Democracy dies in darkness under it.

00:09:49.240 OK, it's very dark during the Biden four years and they were out to lunch, but fine.

00:09:54.380 Quote, they're interviewing residents of D.C.

00:09:56.520 Quote, this is a safe city, but overhearing and witnessing gang threats and then watching the camera footage of the thuggery is disturbing.

00:10:04.480 End quote, said one resident speaking on the condition of anonymity over concerns of personal safety.

00:10:10.660 This is the best thing you can do.

00:10:12.840 So this guy goes on to say the crowd of teens, they were it was roaming the streets, this crowd and appearing to be checking for unlocked cars and things to steal.

00:10:22.800 But everything's super safe.

00:10:24.660 I just need to stay anonymous while I say that so that I don't get murdered or attacked.

00:10:29.840 I mean, Mike, this I feel like D.C. is the beneficiary of the fact that Trump moved there.

00:10:35.160 A very rich and powerful man happened to move there and said this is not good enough.

00:10:39.260 And my only question in watching Trump talk about this today was how about the other cities?

00:10:44.020 Because New York is practically still in my backyard.

00:10:47.220 I moved to Connecticut, as you know.

00:10:49.220 Baltimore is absolutely disgusting to the point where we've all been calling it Balta less for many years. 0.99

00:10:54.580 Chicago and its murder rate on the south side where blacks are killing other blacks and Hispanics like it's going out of style. 1.00

00:11:00.040 The left never says a word about it. 0.99

00:11:02.200 They seem fine with that.

00:11:03.680 L.A. same.

00:11:05.000 So this came up.

00:11:05.780 Somebody asked Trump about this.

00:11:08.960 Trump commented on whether he might try to go beyond D.C.

00:11:12.200 Here's the SOT in zero C.

00:11:15.360 We have other cities that are very bad.

00:11:17.440 New York has a problem.

00:11:19.400 And then you have, of course, Baltimore and Oakland.

00:11:22.800 We don't even mention that anymore.

00:11:24.240 They're so they're so far gone.

00:11:26.560 We're not going to let it happen.

00:11:27.780 We're not going to lose our cities over this.

00:11:30.540 And this will go further.

00:11:32.880 We're starting very strongly with D.C.

00:11:35.780 And we're going to clean it up real quick, very quickly, as they say.

00:11:40.220 Do you expect more cities to follow D.C.'s path if this goes through?

00:11:44.000 So the idea is that Chicago, L.A., San Francisco, would they expect similar action what we've seen in D.C.?

00:11:49.120 I mean, we're just going to see what happens with with it all.

00:11:51.620 You're going to have we're going to have a tremendous success in what we're doing.

00:11:55.660 Other cities are hopefully watching this.

00:11:58.920 They're all watching, just like everyone's watching here.

00:12:01.780 They're all watching.

00:12:03.580 And maybe they'll self clean up and maybe they'll self do this and get rid of the cashless bail thing and all of the things that caused the problem.

00:12:13.000 I mean, if you go back, this whole thing with cashless bail is a disaster.

00:12:17.420 So many problems came that we we never had before.

00:12:20.460 So they're watching us today.

00:12:23.680 And if they don't learn their lesson, if they haven't studied us properly, because we're going to be very successful.

00:12:29.400 I have zero doubt about that.

00:12:31.060 It's going to be.

00:12:31.620 It's a question of will it be really fast like the border.

00:12:35.200 We did a great job.

00:12:36.620 Tom Holman was great.

00:12:38.500 Our as you know, our secretary did a great job.

00:12:41.020 They did a great job.

00:12:42.080 There's no games.

00:12:42.900 They didn't play games.

00:12:44.480 And we're going to have the same thing here.

00:12:46.800 But then I'm going to look at New York in a little while.

00:12:50.000 Well, let's do this.

00:12:50.820 Let's do this together.

00:12:52.060 Let's see.

00:12:52.540 It's going to go pretty quickly.

00:12:54.440 And if we need to, we're going to do the same thing in Chicago, which is a disaster. 0.78

00:12:59.380 We have a mayor there who's totally incompetent. 0.99

00:13:01.980 He's an incompetent man. 0.99

00:13:04.200 And we have an incompetent governor. 0.97

00:13:07.220 But when I look at Chicago and I look at L.A., if we didn't go to L.A. three months ago, L.A. would be burning like the part that didn't burn.

00:13:18.300 But hopefully L.A. is watching.

00:13:21.540 As much as I'd love to see that, Mike, does he have the legal authority to go beyond D.C.?

00:13:25.640 He has more constitutional power, more constitutional duty under Article II to execute the laws of D.C. because it's our nation's capital.

00:13:35.700 It's a federal enclave in any statute like the D.C. Home Rule Act of 1973 that tries to strip, that purports to strip the president of his executive power to enforce our laws in D.C. is unconstitutional.

00:13:50.380 He can enforce federal laws in other jurisdictions, sovereign jurisdictions across the country and states and local governments, for example, the sovereign state of Illinois and then the local jurisdiction of Chicago.

00:14:07.320 He has less power there than he does in Washington, D.C., but there are still federal laws that the Justice Department can use to prosecute crimes in those cities.

00:14:17.520 He can also use the civil rights laws to to to take over police departments if he has to, if they are there, if they're not enforcing the laws in a way that that stops racial discrimination.

00:14:32.020 There it is. Honestly, you could make that case right now for Chicago.

00:14:35.340 We saw Eric Holder's DOJ taking over police department after police department and Joe Biden's DOJ did the same, trying to say that they were racist cops and that the feds had to run these departments now. 0.77

00:14:47.760 Well, what how is it not racist that, you know, the mayor of Chicago, who is a black man, but seems totally fine watching blacks and Hispanics kill each other at disproportionate rate rates, while the whites who live on Michigan Avenue are totally fine. 0.66

00:15:03.060 I mean, why why hasn't somebody gone there and said, you know what, we're taking over Chicago, the south side of Chicago needs martial law, for God's sake. 0.86

00:15:11.420 I have spent time there. I have met with the moms, half of whom who live in this area have a son who's been killed or a son who's in jail, not to mention their brothers and their husbands.

00:15:23.960 So, like, honestly, if the if the races were reversed, this already would have happened, Mike.

00:15:29.920 Absolutely. And I would and I say this, we could not let American cities devolve into these third world Marxist hellholes.

00:15:39.260 We're not Mozambique. And if we let these cities devolve into these third world Marxist hellholes, the entire country pays the price.

00:15:48.080 We have to pay the price with when you have when you have these fatherless homes, you have the failed government school monopoly.

00:15:56.300 You have these crime ridden neighborhoods. You trap these poor black kids in intergenerational poverty. 0.93

00:16:03.520 And I think the Democrat Party does this by design because they are Marxist and they want generations of victims.

00:16:11.480 They don't want these people empowered with school choice and opportunities.

00:16:16.200 They want them trapped. This is an industry. It's the civil rights industry. 0.67

00:16:20.400 And it's disgusting. And I'm glad that President Trump is actually doing something about this because these are deep blue states.

00:16:28.140 He's not going to win Illinois. Republicans are not going to win Illinois.

00:16:31.700 But we have a moral duty as a country to make sure that these people are not trapped in intergenerational poverty.

00:16:38.960 Yes. And like just the fact that he's starting with the homeless people in D.C.

00:16:43.340 Like, I'm sorry, you're not going to be able to stay here anymore.

00:16:45.940 We don't know where they're being moved to. He is taking federal control of the police department in Washington.

00:16:50.780 He said he's deploying some 800 National Guard troops in response to crime rates that he said were out of control.

00:16:56.560 The left, every paper is pointing out that they're down.

00:16:59.680 The crime rates are down in 2024 versus 2023.

00:17:02.460 You have the fourth highest homicide rate in the country.

00:17:04.940 OK, just stop. Just stop. Down from astronomically high to just grossly, disturbingly high is not a W.

00:17:13.280 Take the help that's being offered to you.

00:17:16.320 And he declared a public safety emergency invoking a section of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act that grants him the authority to temporarily seize control of the department.

00:17:26.480 He is talking about, you know, part of the problem there. 0.97

00:17:32.320 And this was one of the stories that kicked it off was the so-called big balls. 0.72

00:17:35.900 The guy who worked for Doge and that was his nickname got the hell beaten out of him the other night when he and I think it was his girlfriend were getting into their car. 0.95

00:17:43.180 And she was threatened and he took on a group of teenage thugs who beat him up.

00:17:47.940 But he stood his ground and he he really took it on the chin.

00:17:51.120 And this made national news. Trump saw this clearly because he commented on it.

00:17:55.060 Look at this poor guy. And then Judge Jeanine, who's now just taken over as the U.S. 0.66

00:17:59.860 attorney for the District of D.C. and very much looking forward to that, spoke about the weak provisions in place down there when it comes to juvenile crime, which is out of control.

00:18:10.000 I see too much violent crime being committed by young punks who think that they can get together in gangs and crews and beat the hell out of you or anyone else.

00:18:23.900 They don't care where they are. They can be in DuPont Circle, but they know that we can't touch them.

00:18:30.540 Why? Because the laws are weak. I can't touch you if you're 14, 15, 16, 17 years old and you have a gun.

00:18:38.820 I convict someone of shooting another person with an illegal gun on a public bus in the chest. Intent to kill? 0.90

00:18:48.120 I convict him. And you know what the judge gives him? Probation. Says you should go to college.

00:18:54.840 We need to go after the D.C. Council and their absurd laws. We need to get rid of this concept of, you know, no cash fail.

00:19:03.780 We need to recognize that the people who matter are the law abiding citizens. And it starts today.

00:19:11.000 All I could think when I watched that, Mike, was President Trump gets heat from the left for hiring Fox News personalities.

00:19:18.440 You know what? He understands people having a strong ability to communicate on top of basic competencies work.

00:19:25.220 They can convince a public to get behind certain policies.

00:19:29.700 And Judge Jeanine is one of the best in the business when it comes to clear, concise, powerful communication.

00:19:35.980 That was exhibit A. Yeah, I mean, and she's also been a state prosecutor and a state judge for, I think, three decades.

00:19:45.640 So she's clearly the most qualified person imaginable to go in there and help President Trump clean up D.C. 1.00

00:19:52.720 Look, this again, this crime does not affect the liberals in Georgetown or Logan Circle.

00:20:01.060 They can afford to have the security.

00:20:03.940 This crime disproportionately harms poor black people trapped in these northeast and southeast neighborhoods in Washington, D.C.

00:20:13.580 So these Democrats who pretend like they care about black people should get behind these efforts to clean up Washington, D.C. 0.85

00:20:21.200 because it because it is poor black kids who are getting shot, who are getting killed in Washington, D.C. 0.98

00:20:28.460 Megan, can I chime in? Because I left D.C. 0.98

00:20:30.440 I live there. Yeah, yeah, I lived there and I left right around the coronavirus.

00:20:34.480 And this was part of it. When I got there and in the Barack Obama years and in the first Trump years, it was a blast.

00:20:40.500 I lived in the Foggy Bottom area and I would come out of my apartment and I would jog to the Lincoln Memorial.

00:20:45.640 I jog along the Potomac with my dog, jog down Prospect Avenue, which people recognize from The Exorcist on the cobblestone streets.

00:20:52.340 It was unbelievable. But by the pandemic, it was boarded up buildings.

00:20:56.740 It was Black Lives Matter riots in the streets.

00:20:59.180 Every other building had a window blown out of it. It was boarded up in preparation for it.

00:21:04.180 People were trying to leave as fast as humanly possible.

00:21:06.820 They completely gave up on that city.

00:21:08.320 So it's not just some of the worst neighborhoods. Some of the best neighborhoods got incredibly unpleasant.

00:21:13.300 It is a absolute bummer to be in D.C.

00:21:15.380 And I've spent enough time around the president to know he doesn't like bummers. 0.99

00:21:18.400 He's a cheerleader for this country. He wants things to look good and to be presentable and to be classy.

00:21:23.940 It's not classy what's going on there.

00:21:25.840 It's a disgrace that is our representation to the rest of the world as our nation's capital. 1.00

00:21:30.880 Since he's in a position to do something about it, it's so great that he is because he wants our country to be excellent again and to be thriving.

00:21:36.300 It's not thriving, our nation's capital. It's a disgrace right now.

00:21:39.560 Exactly. I hope he does New York next as a former New Yorker who still owns property there.

00:21:43.820 He knows New York is a problem, too. It's disgusting. 0.98

00:21:46.280 It's honestly you come to New York City and just look out your window as you come into the city from LaGuardia or JFK. 0.86

00:21:54.100 It is like Calcutta. It's absolutely disgusting. 0.95

00:21:58.020 The amount of trash, not to mention homeless people. 0.98

00:22:01.420 By the way, when I lived on the Upper West Side for 14 plus years, homeless people would chase us.

00:22:07.180 They would be in the park with my children. They would chase us in the park.

00:22:10.740 It's not the way it used to be. And I always just sort of assumed this is leftist rule.

00:22:15.460 You know, this is this is the problem. It was fine under Giuliani.

00:22:18.000 You got better. Bloomberg did a good job. And then you had that communist de Blasio take over who ruined New York.

00:22:25.080 And now we have Eric Adams, who did absolutely nothing to really help it. 0.99

00:22:28.640 And we're about to triple down on stupid and put Mondami in there. 0.99

00:22:32.360 My point is simply New York is a mess. 0.99

00:22:34.400 And I never even considered that the feds might be willing to possibly help us.

00:22:39.020 The only answer to that is yes. Thank you.

00:22:41.480 Although our leaders are too stupid. 1.00

00:22:43.200 Just want to make another point. Let me give you a couple of wraps of the headlines about Judge Jeanine. 1.00

00:22:48.260 OK, after her confirmation, the mainstream media would you had you believe that she was no more than a Fox News person.

00:22:55.540 And by the way, it's fine to be a Fox News person.

00:22:57.360 OK, I can speak to that personally.

00:22:59.600 It does. It's not very easy to become a main star on Fox News.

00:23:02.920 You have to have a certain set of skills which are valuable.

00:23:05.420 But Judge Jeanine, there's a reason we call her Judge Jeanine.

00:23:08.540 Like Mike points out, she's been a judge for years.

00:23:10.800 She was a U.S. attorney.

00:23:13.720 She was an attorney, a criminal prosecutor for three decades.

00:23:16.960 She put some of our worst criminals in jail.

00:23:19.580 She knows what she's doing when she's enforcing the law. 1.00

00:23:22.220 NPR dismissed her as ex-Fox host.

00:23:25.580 Senate confirms ex-Fox host, Pirro, as top federal prosecutor.

00:23:30.060 Like, what's she doing there?

00:23:31.580 You know what I mean?

00:23:32.060 Like it's like it's Courtney Friel who just got named U.S. attorney for D.C.

00:23:36.980 USA Today, Judge Jeanine, in quotes, Pirro, like it's not a real thing, like she's not

00:23:42.120 actually a judge, pushed election falsehoods.

00:23:45.040 Now she's Trump's pick for D.C. prosecutor, completely ignoring her legal background. 0.99

00:23:49.440 ABC News, the Senate has voted 50 to 45 to confirm the nomination of former Fox News

00:23:54.200 host, Jeanine Pirro, to serve as U.S. attorney for the judge. 0.97

00:23:57.100 Is that her only qualification?

00:23:58.520 She's just a Fox News.

00:23:59.300 Is that it?

00:24:00.000 They did the same thing to Pete Hegseth, ignoring his war background when he became

00:24:04.940 secretary of defense.

00:24:05.940 It's a way of dismissing people. 0.98

00:24:07.700 It's ridiculous and it's disrespectful. 0.93

00:24:10.000 OK, so here's the facts, though, by the way. 0.91

00:24:12.700 In the 90s, she stood up one of the first law enforcement sting operations against sexual 0.99

00:24:17.580 predators on the Internet.

00:24:19.040 In 1977, she helped create the Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Bureau in Westchester County.

00:24:24.520 She was the first ever chief there.

00:24:25.820 She created an elder abuse bureau to prosecute crimes against the elderly.

00:24:29.380 Her reputation was so widely known that online predators referred to suspected police officers

00:24:33.720 in the Internet chat rooms as Pirro's boys.

00:24:36.180 I could go on.

00:24:37.320 She's the real deal.

00:24:38.220 So F these people who try to diminish her.

00:24:40.420 OK, moving on, because speaking of crime, let's talk about Tish James. 0.95

00:24:45.360 This it's getting interesting.

00:24:47.280 OK, was there a person involved in prosecuting Donald Trump who enjoyed going after Trump

00:24:55.180 more than Tisha James, Letitia James?

00:24:58.180 I mean, Fannie Willis is close.

00:24:59.580 Alvin Bragg, I grant you close.

00:25:01.940 Jack Smith kind of kept his powder dry.

00:25:04.520 He kept it behind the scenes.

00:25:06.020 Letitia James was numero uno.

00:25:09.700 And I'll just give you a give you a walk down memory lane before we get what's happening to

00:25:14.420 her as she was campaigning for New York State Attorney General Sot 3.

00:25:18.220 I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are

00:25:25.260 at stake.

00:25:25.920 I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses.

00:25:30.440 Will you sue him for us?

00:25:32.280 Oh, we're going to definitely sue him. 0.88

00:25:33.420 We're going to be a real tasty ****.

00:25:35.280 I know my name personally.

00:25:36.520 That man in the White House who can't go a day without threatening our fundamental rights.

00:25:47.380 Yes, we need to focus on Donald Trump and his abuses.

00:25:50.360 We need to follow his money.

00:25:52.480 We need to find out where he's laundered money.

00:25:55.300 We need to find out whether or not he's engaged in conspiracy.

00:25:58.240 It's important that everyone understand that the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end.

00:26:01.740 I look forward to going into the office of attorney general every day, suing him, defending

00:26:09.120 your rights, and then going home.

00:26:12.540 Okay, that was super fun for her while it lasted, Alex.

00:26:15.940 And it didn't work out for the entire prosecution team, like up and down the East Coast going after

00:26:21.860 Trump. 0.97

00:26:22.280 But Tish James did manage to get this absolutely bullshit verdict against him trying to bankrupt 0.99

00:26:27.900 his company. 0.97

00:26:28.520 Anybody, even someone as rich as Trump, who's now valued at over $5.1 billion, cannot delve

00:26:36.880 out $500 million, which is what that judgment is up to, with ease.

00:26:42.000 They don't have that kind of liquidity.

00:26:43.560 But she's still going after Trump to try to get it.

00:26:46.100 And now she spent how many years lecturing us on how no one is above the law? 1.00

00:26:50.620 And it's a principle that's come back to bite her in the ass. 0.99

00:26:54.080 So explain what's happening. 0.99

00:26:55.280 This is totally glorious.

00:26:57.740 And thank you, Megan, for reaching out to me.

00:26:59.540 It happens to be my book, Breaking the Law, just came out this week, where I spent a year

00:27:03.220 investigating these cases against Trump.

00:27:05.300 Each one of them was worse than I had anticipated in terms of the political persecution of Donald

00:27:09.800 Trump.

00:27:10.280 And it is superhuman that he survived it and won the election.

00:27:13.540 And I call for a number of investigations, probably at least a dozen.

00:27:16.440 And there will be more.

00:27:17.500 So I got good news for you.

00:27:18.380 This is the beginning.

00:27:19.280 We were just getting started with the investigations.

00:27:20.940 But Tish James was clearly the number one on the list who was open and blatant, saying

00:27:26.420 the number one issue in this country is defeating Donald Trump.

00:27:29.880 Nothing else matters.

00:27:31.180 In the meantime, crime got worse in New York.

00:27:33.000 And she's going after Trump for what was a victimless crime.

00:27:36.240 There was no actual people who'd complained or banks in this civil case that Trump had done

00:27:44.020 anything to them.

00:27:44.780 She volunteered this to try to portray him as some sort of a criminal and use what I believe

00:27:49.900 was clearly illicit means to do so, treating him like a criminal, even though it was in

00:27:53.860 civil court.

00:27:54.500 But I'll address the thing you mentioned with the final judgment, where he's being asked

00:27:58.560 to pay $460 million for a victimless crime.

00:28:02.560 Again, there were no complaints against him.

00:28:04.300 He didn't owe anyone a penny to level this against anyone, would have bankrupted any other

00:28:09.160 president in history.

00:28:09.860 As far as I know, Trump's $175 million bond that he had to put up is still out there.

00:28:15.580 They still have $175 million of Donald Trump's money today, as far as we know, which is a

00:28:20.500 total outrage.

00:28:21.140 He's supposed to be leading the free world.

00:28:22.580 He needs all these distractions.

00:28:23.980 Clearly, this was directed.

00:28:25.400 And by the way, there's White House involvement as well.

00:28:27.960 She was meeting at the Biden White House regularly during this time.

00:28:31.500 Obviously, this was election interference, trying to rig the election via lawfare.

00:28:36.420 That's exactly right.

00:28:37.260 So, Mike, she went she was out there time and time again saying no one is above the law

00:28:41.820 and talking about salivating, looking at his assets like his building on 40 at 40 Wall

00:28:49.280 Street.

00:28:49.720 Here it is.

00:28:50.220 And sought seven just as a reminder.

00:28:53.320 If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek, you know, judgment

00:28:59.820 enforcement mechanisms in court and we will ask the judge to seize his assets.

00:29:05.180 We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers.

00:29:10.640 And yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day.

00:29:14.360 She Newsweek reviewed a document from the attorney general's office, her office that lists the

00:29:19.620 properties owned by Trump that she claimed had been fraudulently and misleadingly represented

00:29:25.280 in value.

00:29:26.500 These are the ones she was thinking about seizing and is still apparently thinking about seizing

00:29:30.260 Trump Tower, 40 Wall Street, Trump International Hotel and Tower in Las Vegas, Mar-a-Lago, Trump

00:29:36.600 National Golf Club in Westchester, Trump International Golf Links in Scotland.

00:29:40.480 There's a real question about whether she could do any of that.

00:29:43.020 But this is one of the many reasons why very few people are shedding any tears that Tish James

00:29:49.160 herself is now in some legal trouble because she appears to have committed mortgage fraud,

00:29:55.100 which she denies.

00:29:55.920 Yeah, I would say this to Big Tish, you better lawyer up because nobody is above the law. 0.98

00:30:05.420 We know that she applied for a mortgage in Virginia in 2023, and she said that this home

00:30:14.200 mortgage was for her primary residence.

00:30:17.660 The problem is, is that she was the New York attorney general.

00:30:21.460 And under New York statutes, you have to be a resident of New York.

00:30:26.860 So I don't know how you could be a resident of New York under the statute and have your

00:30:32.080 primary residence in Virginia in 2023.

00:30:35.900 And she has bigger problems than just mortgage fraud. 1.00

00:30:39.060 As we've been discussing on your show, Megan, for three years now, since the Mar-a-Lago raid,

00:30:44.880 these Democrats, politicians, and operatives engaged in an illegal criminal conspiracy

00:30:51.380 against rights under 18 U.S.C.

00:30:54.440 Section 241 when they politicized and weaponized their offices to go after President Trump for

00:31:02.200 non-fraud, for non-crimes.

00:31:04.540 And they tried to bankrupt him with Tish James and Arthur Ingeron in New York for paying back

00:31:10.280 sophisticated Wall Street banks on time, in full, as agreed, with interest, with the sophisticated

00:31:17.880 banks required to do their own due diligence.

00:31:21.460 They tried to throw President Trump in prison for life four times for non-crimes.

00:31:27.060 They tried to take him off the ballot unconstitutionally in Colorado and Maine and elsewhere.

00:31:32.700 And the Biden regime tried to take off President Trump's head.

00:31:36.340 When they underfunded his Secret Service protection twice and said that he was the gravest threat

00:31:42.560 to democracy and President Biden said to put a bullseye on President Trump's head, the

00:31:47.860 hunters from before the election are now going to be the hunted for the next four years.

00:31:54.320 And so I hope they understand that retribution is a crucial component of justice.

00:32:00.680 It restores the victims and it's a powerful deterrent.

00:32:03.820 So justice is definitely coming.

00:32:06.980 I agree.

00:32:07.560 I completely agree.

00:32:09.220 Had this debate with Alan Dershowitz before the election saying they will not learn unless

00:32:13.460 it's done to them.

00:32:14.480 No one's talking about making up crime.

00:32:16.420 It's just if we kick the tires and we find some, you're not getting a pass because you

00:32:21.020 invented some coming after Donald Trump.

00:32:23.400 You created crime out of whole cloth where none existed.

00:32:26.520 If we want to kick the tires and find crime you actually committed or appear to have committed,

00:32:30.460 you're going to have to deal with the full force and effect of the Trump administration,

00:32:34.020 DOJ.

00:32:34.600 Alex, your thoughts?

00:32:35.180 Yeah, Megan, I want to chime in on the hypocrisy element here because you brought up the desire

00:32:40.060 to seize these properties of Trump's.

00:32:42.780 This case hinged on the value of Mar-a-Lago, which they relied on some assessor for tax purposes

00:32:49.240 ranging from $18 million to $28 million from 2011 to 2021.

00:32:54.620 OK, Trump appraised Mar-a-Lago at $739 million.

00:32:58.160 Let's do some math here.

00:32:59.220 If you put a one-acre property on the market in that area of Florida, you're probably getting

00:33:05.420 about $40 million for it.

00:33:07.060 Two acres.

00:33:07.780 I did a lot of comps on this while I was doing my research.

00:33:10.260 $150 to $200 million for two acres.

00:33:12.960 How big is Mar-a-Lago?

00:33:15.300 17 acres.

00:33:16.900 It's a historic property.

00:33:18.160 It's 17 acres.

00:33:19.540 The thing could be worth $2 billion.

00:33:21.360 She's treating it like it's worth $18 million or $28 million.

00:33:24.540 If that's not criminal in the literal sense, it's certainly criminal in the figurative sense

00:33:28.180 that you would base an entire case based on that. 0.97

00:33:30.740 Well, I mean, in her defense, she does seem too dumb to understand the value of properties. 0.97

00:33:34.780 Just take a look at her mortgage applications. 0.98

00:33:36.800 She couldn't even fill those out adequately.

00:33:39.160 Go ahead, Mike.

00:33:39.620 I was going to say that Mar-a-Lago is one of the most unique properties in the world.

00:33:45.320 It is the only property that touches both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

00:33:52.060 I've been to Mar-a-Lago several times.

00:33:54.160 It's a beautiful piece of property.

00:33:56.380 A tennis court at Mar-a-Lago is worth more than $18 million.

00:34:01.800 It is easily worth a billion dollars.

00:34:04.980 And as Alex said, probably more.

00:34:06.860 Alex, can we talk about what's happening now against her?

00:34:11.720 Like the mortgage fraud accusation, she says it's BS because she says, and just so people

00:34:18.640 know, just to be clear, she applied for a mortgage in Virginia, and federal officials are now

00:34:28.200 investigating whether she lied on her loan documents for a house that she purchased there

00:34:35.340 in 2023.

00:34:36.720 In that paperwork, she said the home would be her primary residence as she was serving

00:34:41.600 as attorney general in New York.

00:34:43.000 But her lawyer, Abby Lowell, longtime Democratic lawyer, has claimed that it was a mistake.

00:34:49.840 He says that the feds have cherry-picked an August 17, 2023 power of attorney that mistakenly

00:34:57.460 said the property was going to be her principal residence.

00:35:01.020 And at the same time ignored her very clear and an all-cap statement two weeks earlier to

00:35:06.820 the mortgage loan broker that, quote, this property will not be my primary residence.

00:35:12.100 It will be Shanice's primary residence.

00:35:15.160 So your thoughts on the defense she seems to be getting ready for in Virginia.

00:35:19.460 There's two major problems here is that all this happened right when she was trying to

00:35:23.040 hold Donald Trump accountable for mortgage fraud.

00:35:24.840 So she theoretically should know what she's doing in this case.

00:35:27.420 And there's multiple improprieties.

00:35:29.400 There's not just the whether or not she's some sort of a clerical error, but there are

00:35:34.640 numerous mortgage documents in different instances that she seems to have misrepresented.

00:35:38.840 Another one was that she had a property that she had misrepresented only having four units

00:35:43.760 when it actually had five.

00:35:45.260 So, and then she mismarks whether or not something's her private residence or primary residence. 0.99

00:35:50.520 She's consistently at a minimum sloppy and stupid with her paperwork, but more likely she's 1.00

00:35:55.320 the one who understands it and is trying to do something fraudulent on her own to get 1.00

00:35:59.280 herself favorable deals.

00:36:00.580 And she's obsessed with this.

00:36:02.660 She's just obsessed with mortgages. 1.00

00:36:04.980 Well, here's the other question, Alex.

00:36:06.220 Why do the mistakes always go in her favor? 0.94

00:36:08.200 If she, you know.

00:36:09.040 Every time.

00:36:09.920 Right?

00:36:10.260 So it's like one thing if you genuinely make, if you are genuinely, genuinely making a mistake,

00:36:14.760 you're going to have some that benefit you and some that don't, or possibly you will go

00:36:19.040 back after the fact and correct your mistakes.

00:36:21.600 But Tish James seems to make a lot of mistakes in her favor only. 1.00

00:36:24.700 Is the, is the four property, but she listed it at a five or sorry, it's the reverse.

00:36:28.200 It has five properties, but she listed it as four.

00:36:30.500 It's four.

00:36:30.860 Is that, is that in Maryland?

00:36:32.720 Is that the one in Maryland?

00:36:33.960 I think that's the Virginia one.

00:36:36.140 If I have it off the top of my head.

00:36:38.160 So there's one in Maryland is one of Virginia, but in any event, she's doing a bunch of real

00:36:41.460 estate deals.

00:36:42.080 It is a Maryland one.

00:36:42.860 You were right.

00:36:43.360 I apologize.

00:36:44.140 Okay.

00:36:44.520 Okay.

00:36:44.880 She's doing a bunch of real estate deals outside of New York state and seems to be giving a

00:36:49.800 sleight of hand legally, always to the way that it will benefit her bottom line. 0.99

00:36:54.120 Well, but this is the principle when she talks about how the number one priority is to go

00:36:58.720 after Donald Trump, that this is how the left thinks is they see law fear as a way of trying

00:37:04.740 to solidify political victories, win political victories.

00:37:07.320 And I think there's a lot of evidence to back them up.

00:37:09.940 We've totally neutralized the media.

00:37:11.540 We've neutralized the entertainment world.

00:37:13.620 Academia has never been weaker.

00:37:14.760 It feels as though this is how the left primarily feels like they can do their political best

00:37:21.260 is by trying to use the law in order to do that.

00:37:23.680 So when you see the left and you think that they believe politics is above all else, it's

00:37:28.380 above family, it's above God, certainly above truth.

00:37:31.540 They look at this and think, how do I use the law to score political points?

00:37:35.020 And that's what Tish James does every time. 1.00

00:37:37.060 She tries to benefit herself, get more money and power for herself. 1.00

00:37:39.600 And if she can use it to go after Donald Trump and her political opponents, she'll do it and

00:37:44.140 she'll do it shamelessly. 0.97

00:37:45.140 The only thing that's the least bit admirable about Tish James is that she'll actually do 0.62

00:37:49.680 this to your face.

00:37:50.580 Everyone else lies about it and acts like they're so virtuous.

00:37:53.240 She's the one who you might corner her, Megan, and she might say, yep, I did to get Trump

00:37:56.780 and that's what I care about.

00:37:57.940 That's all I care about.

00:37:59.100 It's true.

00:37:59.720 Yeah.

00:37:59.900 At some level, you have to respect that.

00:38:01.400 Mike, you wanted to weigh in.

00:38:02.880 Yeah, I was going to say, didn't the New York Post also report that Big Tish listed her 0.98

00:38:08.780 father as her husband from mortgage applications from 1983 and 2000?

00:38:14.800 Not to be confused with Ilhan Omar, who actually married her brother.

00:38:18.700 So there's, it's, I want to keep it straight, Mike.

00:38:21.740 But the other thing, I just want the audience to be clear.

00:38:24.100 So you've got this potential criminal investigation into Letitia James on the mortgage fraud and the

00:38:29.180 alleged mistakes she's been making on her real estate investments.

00:38:32.420 And then you have what you just mentioned, Mike, which is an investigation into her for

00:38:37.000 this violation of rights, this conspiracy against rights, which has a very amorphous name.

00:38:43.280 But that's something else.

00:38:44.640 That's the Trump DOJ looking into whether her, not a prosecution, but her civil case that just

00:38:51.940 tried to bankrupt Trump and get all of his buildings was itself corrupt, was itself a

00:38:57.300 bastardization of the law, meant to get a political opponent, as opposed to meant to genuinely restore

00:39:03.180 justice on a mortgage or on an application that she says inflated values.

00:39:08.600 Meanwhile, none of the banks who were the alleged victims complained at all.

00:39:11.340 So those are two different things she's dealing with right now, Mike.

00:39:14.600 Yeah, that's exactly right.

00:39:16.000 This is the 18 USC Section 241 conspiracy against rights investigation we've been talking about

00:39:23.660 for three years since the Mar-a-Lago raid.

00:39:26.480 When you politicize and weaponize law enforcement to go after your political opponents for non-fraud

00:39:35.180 and non-crimes, that is the textbook classic definition of conspiracy against rights.

00:39:43.760 And I would say this, we have two U.S. attorneys who the Senate just got confirmed.

00:39:50.020 You have Judge Jeanine Pirro in Washington, D.C.

00:39:53.440 You have Jason Redding-Quinones, my friend, who just got confirmed down in the Southern

00:39:58.320 District of Florida.

00:40:00.160 Those are two jurisdictions, two venues that you could open up this probe.

00:40:04.180 Because remember, this conspiracy also involved doing the Mar-a-Lago raid.

00:40:08.860 So maybe they can open up a special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida.

00:40:14.040 Maybe they get Judge Cannon as the judge on that case.

00:40:16.800 And then maybe you start issuing subpoenas for every one of these bad actors, these Democrat 0.56

00:40:23.220 politicians, these judges, these prosecutors, these attorneys, these other operatives, both

00:40:29.460 inside and outside of government who engaged in this obvious criminal conspiracy against rights.

00:40:36.220 In 30 seconds or less, can you just describe the claim conspiracy against rights?

00:40:42.560 Yeah, I mean, conspiracy against rights is a civil rights statute.

00:40:47.620 And when you use the power of governments, government actors colluding amongst themselves

00:40:53.240 or with private citizens to violate the constitutional rights of Americans, like they did to President

00:41:00.540 Trump with this lawfare, that is the definition of conspiracy against rights.

00:41:04.880 It is a very serious federal civil rights felony.

00:41:09.960 These lawfare Democrats better lawyer up because I think they're going to go to jail. 0.95

00:41:14.800 Go ahead, Alex.

00:41:16.340 Yeah, I think that this is the one I'm more excited about, much more so than the mortgage

00:41:19.460 one.

00:41:19.680 The mortgage one's fun, but this is the big one to me.

00:41:22.020 This is actually justice being served for President Trump and his supporters, where she

00:41:26.100 tried to subvert our democracy in the 2024 election by trying to bankrupt the standard

00:41:30.920 bearer of the Republican Party.

00:41:31.880 And she did this by taking novel legal approaches if you're being charitable, doing stuff that's

00:41:36.200 extra legal if you're being less charitable, as I would.

00:41:38.940 In the meantime, she's having these illicit White House visits. 0.99

00:41:41.300 She's treating Trump like a criminal, but in civil court, theoretically, that she should

00:41:45.740 be representing the—she should be representing people who have complaints against Trump.

00:41:50.540 No one complained.

00:41:51.360 The banks love dealing with Trump.

00:41:52.660 They wanted to continue to do business with him.

00:41:54.440 And she's out there leveraging a cruel and unusual punishment. 0.96

00:41:57.820 That is cruel and unusual punishment, a $464 million victimless crime fine.

00:42:02.300 No one's ever seen that before in history, the definition of unusual and cruel.

00:42:06.840 No one else could survive it.

00:42:08.060 Clearly, she had no regard for Trump's civil rights, and this is what I want to see prosecuted

00:42:12.000 more than anything else.

00:42:13.480 Just as a reminder on that case that she, quote-unquote, won with Judge Ingeron against Trump, here was 0.83

00:42:18.980 Kevin O'Leary speaking to the implications of this ridiculousness.

00:42:22.300 I'm shocked at this. 0.63

00:42:26.100 I can't even understand or fathom the decision at all.

00:42:30.960 There's no rationale for it.

00:42:32.460 I would never invest in New York now, and I'm not the only person saying that.

00:42:37.060 What about new money like this that I'm talking about, like a $4 billion data center?

00:42:42.000 Not a chance I would put that in New York.

00:42:44.420 Zero probability.

00:42:45.900 Never.

00:42:46.600 Every investor is worried because where is the victim?

00:42:49.760 Who lost money?

00:42:51.040 What does this say about the bar, the legal bar in New York?

00:42:56.160 Aren't they going to question this judge?

00:42:58.360 What is this?

00:43:00.000 $355 million, and there's dollars as a penalty, and there's plus interest at 9%, and there's

00:43:06.600 no victim?

00:43:07.540 This is not a Trump situation.

00:43:09.320 This is a New York problem now.

00:43:12.180 Mr. Wonderful, telling it straight.

00:43:13.700 All right, I want to get a couple of other legal issues addressed here before we wrap this

00:43:17.500 up, J.D. Vance speaking out this weekend on possible Russiagate indictments coming.

00:43:26.240 Molly Hemingway over at the Federalist was saying she thinks we should be calling this

00:43:30.540 Obamagate.

00:43:31.680 I don't think she's wrong.

00:43:33.220 That's a better word for it.

00:43:35.340 It is Obamagate.

00:43:36.340 It's Obama who redirected the intelligence community to give him an intelligence assessment

00:43:43.540 that dovetailed with his own personal beliefs, which were fake, by the way.

00:43:47.220 He knew they weren't.

00:43:47.760 They weren't his sincerely held beliefs about Trump working with Russia to steal the 2016

00:43:53.040 election.

00:43:53.460 He knew that it was a Hillary Clinton idea to say that Trump did this falsely.

00:43:59.680 He knew that that information was coming down the pike and that it was Hillary generated,

00:44:03.900 and he still went along with it and told his intelligence community to go along with it.

00:44:08.320 That is what the documents that have been revealed over the past month reflect.

00:44:12.300 He denies it.

00:44:13.920 Here's J.D.

00:44:14.600 Vance talking about where now the Obamagate piece of this, in other words, investigating the

00:44:21.540 people who perpetrated Russia, Russia, Russia on us, where that's going, Sat Naim. 0.94

00:44:27.100 I absolutely want to see indictments, Maria.

00:44:29.120 Look, of course, you've got to have the law follow the facts here.

00:44:32.840 You don't just indict people to indict people.

00:44:34.740 You indict people because they broke the law.

00:44:36.820 But if you look at what Tulsi and Kash Patel have revealed in the last couple of weeks,

00:44:41.880 I don't know how anybody can look at that and say that there wasn't aggressive violations

00:44:46.840 of the law.

00:44:47.420 What they basically did is they defrauded the American people in order to take Hillary

00:44:52.900 Clinton's presidential campaign talking points and turn them into intelligence by defrauding 0.58

00:44:59.100 the American people, defrauding the intelligence agencies, lying about what the intel said.

00:45:03.900 They would take something that supported a Hillary Clinton campaign talking point, and they

00:45:09.280 would overemphasize it and exaggerate it.

00:45:11.600 They took anything that actually contradicted that narrative, and they buried it deep.

00:45:16.080 And through that, they actually laundered Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign talking

00:45:21.400 points through the American intelligence services.

00:45:24.000 That's a violation of the people's trust.

00:45:26.300 That's a violation of what our intelligence services should be doing.

00:45:29.980 And I absolutely think they broke the law.

00:45:31.700 You're going to see a lot of people get indicted for that.

00:45:33.560 Well, there was the news right there at the last minute there, Mike.

00:45:37.600 You're going to see a lot of people get indicted for that.

00:45:40.900 But do you believe that?

00:45:42.820 And what do you think, besides conspiracy against rights, what would be the potential criminal

00:45:47.340 charges?

00:45:48.980 Well, let's step back.

00:45:50.360 And we've been talking about this for three years.

00:45:52.100 This is all part of the same conspiracy.

00:45:54.520 Hillary had her illegal home server as the Secretary of State with not only our nation's 1.00

00:45:58.900 most classified secrets, which is espionage, but also with her Clinton Foundation pay-for-play

00:46:05.060 foreign bribery scheme.

00:46:06.460 She's doing official acts in exchange for tens of millions of dollars going into the Clinton 1.00

00:46:11.480 Foundation, possibly, right?

00:46:13.220 And so she got caught with her illegal home server. 0.99

00:46:16.500 She took a hammer to the phone. 0.80

00:46:18.200 She took bleach bit to the server.

00:46:20.560 She thought the evidence was gone.

00:46:22.600 But maybe, just maybe, the Russians and the Chinese and other foreign adversaries hacked 0.81

00:46:27.820 her server and were going to release it before the 2016 election.

00:46:32.340 Hence why Perkins Coie, her outside law firm, worked with the intel officials.

00:46:38.780 They made up the Russian collusion hoax.

00:46:40.960 They got illegal spy warrants on the Trump campaign because if this came out before the

00:46:45.860 2016 election, they wanted to be able to say this was a campaign dirty trick by the Trump

00:46:51.680 campaign.

00:46:52.160 And you said, that's crazy.

00:46:53.620 How could you think that they did the same thing with Hunter Biden's laptop from hell of

00:46:58.440 the Biden family corruption in 2020?

00:47:00.760 The 51 former intel officials worked with the CIA.

00:47:04.680 They deplatformed the New York Post.

00:47:06.900 This lawfare against President Trump is because he declassified and was going to release Crossfire

00:47:13.440 Hurricane.

00:47:14.260 That's why they're trying to destroy him.

00:47:16.240 That's why they tried to almost get him killed.

00:47:18.180 That's, I mean, among other things, a basis to have this case go forward in South Florida,

00:47:26.620 which is, would be much better.

00:47:28.960 I don't think we have to spend too much time on it, Alex, but much better for the Trump

00:47:32.780 administration than Washington, D.C., where they will win nothing.

00:47:36.600 Yeah.

00:47:36.780 And this is one of the patterns here is that a lot of cases are just decided once the judge

00:47:41.060 and jury are impaneled, depending on the region.

00:47:43.440 The judge shopping is out of control.

00:47:45.340 Well, I spoke to President Trump about this personally, and he's outraged about it.

00:47:48.540 But there's not an easy fix.

00:47:49.600 The best fix is just keep winning elections wherever we can.

00:47:53.160 And that's a long term process.

00:47:54.540 It's winnable, but it takes a while.

00:47:56.440 But the reason why we need to have accountability, particularly for Russiagate, is the downstream

00:48:00.520 effects of it.

00:48:01.220 One thing I just learned recently is that the one criminal conviction of Donald Trump, the

00:48:05.740 Stormy Daniels case, which is another totally bogus case, a lot of it was based off of

00:48:09.860 Michael Cohen.

00:48:10.380 The FBI got its warrant to surveil Cohen's Gmail via the Justice Department, the special

00:48:16.700 counsel, Robert Mueller, for the Russiagate investigation.

00:48:19.700 If there wasn't a Russian collusion hoax, then the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Southern

00:48:23.580 District of New York might not have gotten access to Michael Cohen's Gmail, which is what

00:48:27.680 they based the one criminal conviction of Trump off of.

00:48:30.620 So no Russian collusion hoax.

00:48:32.200 That means no criminal conviction for Trump, no convicted felon branding, no onerous appeals

00:48:37.160 process.

00:48:37.580 He's probably thinking about right now and should be should be leading the free world.

00:48:40.860 All of that stuff is related to Russiagate, which is why accountability is necessary.

00:48:45.320 How soon would you guess we'll see indictments, Mike?

00:48:48.780 I don't know how soon we'll see indictments.

00:48:51.100 I know it's been publicly reported that there is a grand jury investigation.

00:48:56.720 I imagine that with Jason Redding Quinones getting confirmed as the U.S. attorney down in

00:49:02.460 the Southern District of Florida, there may be a separate grand jury investigation down

00:49:07.300 there.

00:49:07.980 He's a good patriotic American.

00:49:09.860 His family escaped Cuba.

00:49:12.160 He doesn't like Marxist.

00:49:13.640 He doesn't like Marxist to politicize and weaponize the government to go after your political

00:49:18.300 enemies.

00:49:18.740 So I imagine Jason is going to be doing something down there.

00:49:22.700 Okay, before I let you go, I want to play you this. 0.94

00:49:25.760 It's a little off topic, but I got to get your reaction to Beto O'Rourke, perpetual loser

00:49:30.800 down in Texas, weighing in on what they're going to do when it comes to immigration if

00:49:35.240 the Democrats take power again.

00:49:36.520 It's not 17.

00:49:38.260 Next time we win power, we're going to drive that car like we stole it.

00:49:42.260 We're going to legalize every dreamer, every dreamer's parents, every hardworking American 0.58

00:49:47.220 doing backbreaking work that makes this country so goddamn great in the first place.

00:49:53.160 My Lord, Mike.

00:49:55.660 I think that whoever is running for president in the next four years, whether it's JD or

00:50:02.500 Rubio, whoever else should take that video and play it on a loop for the next four years

00:50:10.140 before the next presidential campaign.

00:50:13.360 Alex, you've seen this too, right?

00:50:15.700 Like, separate and apart from the substance, the forced profanity from these leftists who

00:50:21.700 don't know how to dispatch it is so uncomfortable.

00:50:24.740 It's so uncomfortable. 0.93

00:50:25.840 They're all so phony.

00:50:26.700 Robert Francis O'Rourke is one of the phoniest. 0.97

00:50:28.480 He's a fake Latinx, that he's a white guy who impersonates a Latino person. 0.99

00:50:32.920 And it's so obnoxious. 0.96

00:50:34.240 I just keep, they keep trotting him out here.

00:50:36.180 But just remember, this is how the left thinks of illegal aliens.

00:50:38.440 They think illegal aliens are the best Americans. 1.00

00:50:41.000 They're not just equal.

00:50:41.840 They actually think they're better than the rest of us who are actual citizens.

00:50:44.600 What kind of disrespect for the country is that? 0.94

00:50:47.660 He's fake Latinx. 1.00

00:50:49.060 It's true.

00:50:49.600 His name is Robert.

00:50:50.760 He goes by Beto to try to sound like he's Hispanic.

00:50:53.820 Mike and Alex, thank you guys both so much.

00:50:56.540 Alex's book is called Breaking the Law.

00:50:58.900 Now would be a great time to read it as we're about to turn the tables.

00:51:02.640 Check it out.

00:51:03.540 See you guys soon.

00:51:04.120 Back right after this.

00:51:05.680 You know the feeling.

00:51:06.960 Someone in your family gets sick and then you're stuck waiting for a doctor's appointment

00:51:10.800 or the pharmacy's out of stock and then you're left wondering why something so basic has to be so hard.

00:51:15.740 Too many American families face this reality.

00:51:18.540 And this is why many are turning to all-family pharmacy.

00:51:22.140 They're doing what Big Pharma won't, which is putting families back in control

00:51:26.040 and making it possible to be proactive, not reactive with your health.

00:52:22.860 Welcome back to the Megan Kelly Show.

00:52:24.400 I've got a lot to get to this hour in just a bit.

00:52:26.560 Benny Johnson, podcaster, is going to be here with an exclusive he's got on Jasmine Crockett and her actual story of origin.

00:52:36.420 He went to her hometown and it appears we have another AOC situation on our hands.

00:52:41.660 He'll be reporting live momentarily. 0.99

00:52:43.820 But first, I want to start with Jimmy Kimmel, who went on the podcast of comedian Sarah Silverman and said a bunch of crazy shit. 0.99

00:52:54.860 Okay. 0.99

00:52:55.800 Including, I'll just give you this one for flavor.

00:52:57.660 However, he's yet another leftist who's thinking about fleeing America, so afraid is he, of Trump.

00:53:04.480 Sat 23 here.

00:53:06.680 A lot of people I know are thinking about where they can get citizenship and stuff.

00:53:12.920 I do have Italian.

00:53:14.240 I did get Italian citizenship.

00:53:15.960 You do?

00:53:16.540 I do.

00:53:16.900 Oh, that's amazing.

00:53:18.340 I do have that.

00:53:19.040 And what's going on is, as bad as he thought it was going to be.

00:53:24.540 Way worse.

00:53:25.300 It's so much worse.

00:53:27.200 It's just unbelievable.

00:53:28.800 Like, I feel like it's probably even worse than he would like it to be.

00:53:34.480 Oh, sure.

00:53:35.260 Because we look to Jimmy Kimmel to figure out insights into how Donald Trump is thinking.

00:53:39.940 The absurdity of this.

00:53:41.140 I would say go, but I love Italy too much to say that.

00:53:44.600 They don't deserve this.

00:53:46.140 I'm sorry, but he should go to Ireland.

00:53:47.880 They do deserve this.

00:53:49.180 They're as woke as they come.

00:53:50.560 My people, who are like among the toughest people on earth or were, have gone completely woke.

00:53:56.860 But, you know, I'm Irish and Italian, so I have empathy.

00:54:00.100 And I really, he should not go to Italy.

00:54:02.800 It's too beautiful a country to host Jimmy Kimmel.

00:54:05.540 And why would they have given him citizenship to begin with?

00:54:08.700 But in any event, he should go.

00:54:10.200 He should definitely leave.

00:54:11.000 But he won't.

00:54:11.640 He's just saying that to get plaudits from fellow leftist Sarah Silverman and from people

00:54:17.140 who listen to that show.

00:54:18.360 He will never leave his very lucrative but loser of a show on ABC's late night.

00:54:25.560 He's not going to abandon that because feeling important and like he matters is too important

00:54:31.740 to Jimmy Kimmel.

00:54:32.420 But he's got to get stroked by leftists by saying he's gotten Italian citizenship and

00:54:37.920 he may indeed exercise it by leaving a United States that even Donald Trump must feel has

00:54:42.500 gone too far.

00:54:43.380 Okay.

00:54:44.220 Not our guy for insights on Trump's thinking.

00:54:46.480 I think we know that.

00:54:47.820 So these two go on.

00:54:49.580 Now, there's going to be a couple of these examples that I'm going to show you in a minute

00:54:52.380 to talk about how the left, this imaginary left, right, that they're talking of, i.e., that

00:55:01.380 they built, has become really like too full of scolds when it comes to the way we talk

00:55:08.660 and the way we joke.

00:55:10.600 Wow.

00:55:11.400 Listen here.

00:55:15.880 Republicans know the difference between right and wrong in general.

00:55:19.200 Like, they know what they're doing.

00:55:21.980 Something is, I don't know.

00:55:24.160 But the left, they're, it's just, I find it ironic that, I mean, the left, I'm on the

00:55:32.180 left.

00:55:32.600 But like, I find in general, the party that is about inclusivity is incredibly elitist. 0.99

00:55:41.120 You know, like, just fucking say, join us. 0.98

00:55:43.560 Yes, come join us. 0.99

00:55:45.160 Yes.

00:55:45.600 But it's not.

00:55:46.460 It's not the party.

00:55:47.440 It's not the majority.

00:55:48.640 It's, it's the loud voices that, that scare people from saying what they believe and make

00:55:56.380 you think twice about a joke or whatever, you know, these things.

00:56:01.040 And, you know, a lot of their points are valid, but a lot of them are also just repulsive.

00:56:06.200 And I mean, they were in that they repel people from, they go like, oh, you're no fun.

00:56:10.640 I don't want to be around you.

00:56:11.800 And I think that if you had to boil it down to like one thing, that's kind of what it is.

00:56:16.740 Okay.

00:56:17.860 Okay.

00:56:19.060 So I don't know what they're talking about.

00:56:21.620 Who, who on the left has ever scolded others for not behaving the right way or saying the

00:56:29.080 right things?

00:56:29.520 Let's just check in at random. Oh, on these two. Take a look here in Sot 25.

00:56:36.960 If you're a reasonable person, you should have Trump derangement syndrome.

00:56:41.200 To be honest, it was a terrible night last night. It was a terrible night for women, 1.00

00:56:45.760 for children, for the hundreds of thousands of hardworking immigrants who make this country go. 1.00

00:56:52.540 For health care, for our climate, for science, for journalism,

00:56:59.520 for justice, for free speech. You don't have to keep up with every disgusting thing he says.

00:57:06.180 Their whole purpose is owning the libs. There's no ideology. It's an act of hatred.

00:57:13.280 Dr. Fauci said that if hospitals get any more overcrowded, they're going to have to make some

00:57:16.980 very tough choices about who gets an ICU. But that choice doesn't seem so tough to me.

00:57:22.480 Vaccinated person having a heart attack? Yes, come right on in. We'll take care of you. 1.00

00:57:25.780 Unvaccinated guy who gobbled horse goo? Rest in peace, Wheezy. 0.99

00:57:32.700 These right-wing people really f***ing hate me. I mean, what am I, a gender-neutral bathroom 0.96

00:57:40.140 over here? What am I, a grown woman with an opinion? Oh, yeah, that's probably...

00:57:45.880 I really believe that it's not that these are stupid people. I mean, certainly we have stupid 1.00

00:57:54.040 people on both sides. I think these are people who are essentially being brainwashed. 1.00

00:58:00.000 Okay. So they've participated almost as much as anyone in creating this cancer in their own party

00:58:10.060 that we refer to as wokeism. It used to be called political correctness, but that got exploded into

00:58:15.580 an animal that was only distantly related to political correctness. Wokeism is truly pernicious

00:58:21.200 and dangerous and sick. It's a sickness. It's a religion. It's a cult, but it's a sick religious 1.00

00:58:27.200 cult, like Wiccanism, you know, something that's genuinely dark, but it's worse than that because 0.98

00:58:33.620 they're actively destroying lives. I mean, I think the Wiccans just kind of do weird things on the 1.00

00:58:37.340 weekends amongst themselves. I don't think they're actually working to destroy lives, careers,

00:58:43.080 families the way the woke are. I mean, a core principle of BLM is breaking up the nuclear family. 0.93

00:58:48.760 It's genuinely sick and evil. And they love BLM, these two, and they love wokeism. And now they

00:58:55.800 have the nerve to have this conversation. At least she says, well, I'm of the left.

00:59:00.340 But sort of this like, gee, what's happened to our party? You know, they've really become

00:59:04.540 elitist. That's how she puts it. And he puts it, well, it's not the majority. Okay. Your entire party

00:59:10.720 has been held captive to this group of woke leftists, and you show no desire to reform post

00:59:18.540 the hard lesson that brought you to tears in November, 2024, Jimmy Kimmel. It's just the

00:59:25.080 loud voices, he says, scaring people from saying what they really believe. The loud voices scaring

00:59:31.920 people. Does he have any self-reflection of how the COVID mania was part of that? And he was scaring

00:59:41.460 people about their hesitation not to get the vaccine, scaring them that they might not get

00:59:47.500 hospital care for heart attacks if they didn't get the mandatory vaccine that he wanted shoved in

00:59:54.640 their arm. I mean, if he had his way, I would have forced all three of my children to get that vaccine,

01:00:01.280 including my teenage son, notwithstanding the published risks of myocarditis in particular among

01:00:08.720 that age group, which you had to actually search deep on the internet going 12 podcasts deep into

01:00:15.600 Vinay Prasad's podcast, who nobody even knew at that time to figure out was even a risk because of

01:00:22.620 people like Jimmy Kimmel, who shamed half the country for even wanting to discuss it. Nevermind

01:00:27.500 openly say that they had a hesitant hesitancy. Nevermind choose not to get the vaccine. There's

01:00:33.040 absolutely no self-awareness nor self-reflection. So these two now say that there are certain people

01:00:40.560 in their party who repel people. Okay. Who is it, Sarah Silverman? Is it the people who scold

01:00:50.280 that you're not allowed to believe there are only two biological sexes and that men cannot become

01:00:57.080 women? Are those the people you're talking about? Because I think they qualify as people within your 1.00

01:01:01.480 party who repel others, but there you were on camera making fun of the right wing saying,

01:01:08.540 why do they hate me? Am I a gender neutral bathroom? You dismissed criticisms of this gender ideology

01:01:14.840 like they were right wing nutcases. You were hashtag part of the problem. You suggested Republicans

01:01:21.680 are all sexists saying the reason they hate you is you're a woman. Did you pause to think maybe 0.81

01:01:26.920 that's part of the problem? I'll tell you what they're really talking about because they have

01:01:31.600 contributed on all of these things on guns and Jimmy Kimmel's case on the gender stuff in his case and

01:01:39.340 Sarah Silverman's case on the woman issue and in his case and on Sarah Silverman's case. Here's what

01:01:46.020 they're really upset about. Here's what they really want to do. They both have actually worn blackface 0.99

01:01:53.560 repeatedly in Jimmy Kimmel's case and the worst kind of possible blackface you can imagine in 0.90

01:01:59.540 Sarah Silverman's case, minstrel show blackface. Okay. They've both done it. And so they have been 0.63

01:02:06.080 burned. Look at this. It's so offensive what she's wearing. Anyone could see how deeply wrong this is. 0.96

01:02:11.880 Now, some of us had a discussion about blackface Halloween costumes, i.e. wearing tinted skin to try to 0.98

01:02:17.920 look like Diana Ross or Michael Jackson, which is also technically referred to as blackface. I think you

01:02:22.920 could make a very strong case it's not the same thing as minstrel show blackface. Sarah Silverman

01:02:28.240 thought it would be super fun to do the absolute worst, most offensive kind and thought that would

01:02:32.800 be terrific. She since has said that she regrets it, but she did when we had the reckoning over,

01:02:39.500 you know, race and so on back in 18, 19, 20. She did take a lot of incoming from the left and she clearly 1.00

01:02:46.380 is still jarred from it. Jimmy Kimmel amazingly still has a career, notwithstanding the fact that not

01:02:51.740 only did he wear blackface, he put on a fat suit and went as Oprah Winfrey wearing blackface and

01:02:57.960 talked about darning socks. Like how many stereotypes can you hit, right? Like, oh, it's like the black 1.00

01:03:04.280 woman who does my laundry. This is all she's good for. Darning socks with his face tinted black. 0.99

01:03:10.940 And then he did, um, Carl Malone, like speaking in Ebonics. Let me give you a couple of examples.

01:03:19.660 Here he is as Oprah in Sop 26. 15 minutes a day is all you need to get your heart rate up to

01:03:27.000 Okay. So there he is incorporating the fat joke into it too, which, you know, according to his

01:03:39.960 people, you're not allowed to do that. You can't body shame, right? You're not allowed to body shame

01:03:44.980 anybody. You have to be body positive about anybody who's fat. Hello. And then here he is

01:03:51.560 doing Carl Malone, the basketball player. Sop 27. Now, Carl Malone never seen no flying saucer

01:03:57.660 himself, but if he do, that's going to be a spooky time. Okay. So that's what they're talking about.

01:04:04.700 They don't want to be scolded for their blackface Halloween costumes. This is their, their same crew,

01:04:08.900 by the way, push for my cancellation at NBC just for talking about blackface. I've never worn blackface.

01:04:15.480 Never. Not a single stitch of that kind of makeup in my life. These two donned the absolute worst forms 0.91

01:04:23.540 of it while openly mocking black people. They're fine. They have their careers intact. And now they 0.99

01:04:29.480 want to lament the liberal scolds in their party who make it uncomfortable for others and who repel

01:04:36.820 people. They're talking though about themselves. You see, they want it both ways. They want to be able

01:04:41.840 to wear their blackface Halloween costumes and not get scolded for it, but they still want to scold 0.98

01:04:45.880 you if you won't get the vaccine or if you vote Republican because you must hate women and be 0.96

01:04:52.940 against trans people. So fuck off if you're a Republican, but if you are on the left or the right 1.00

01:04:58.920 and want to scold for blackface, tsk, tsk, because I'm trying to figure out their rules. It actually would 1.00

01:05:05.540 have been a much more interesting discussion if all of that could have been addressed and they could

01:05:09.660 have been super honest about it, but don't hold your breath. That's not going to happen.

01:05:14.200 All right. It doesn't fall too far afield from a discussion that Drew Barrymore had on the Bill

01:05:20.960 Maher podcast. And Bill, I mean, his whole show prior to real time was called politically incorrect.

01:05:27.200 He's a liberal who has never been politically correct and hates wokeism, which is why on the

01:05:34.420 Venn diagram to steal Kamala Harris's favorite term, there's a fair amount of overlap between Bill

01:05:39.920 and those of us on the right. And he had on Drew Barrymore, this again on the podcast and listen to

01:05:47.000 what she said in SOT 28. You have a lot of bravado about what you think is the truth or not,

01:05:54.760 but it's just so refreshing. Like you were doing this before it was so dangerous.

01:06:05.120 Still dangerous.

01:06:06.320 And it is just way too dangerous now, but you're still doing it.

01:06:11.140 It's slightly less dangerous than it was two years ago because we did have a vibe of change.

01:06:16.000 And because the Democrats lost so badly in 2024, the blush is off the rose on left-wing censorship

01:06:28.440 and, oh my God, you can't say that. Stop telling me what I can do, what I can say, what I can think,

01:06:35.360 who my heroes are supposed to be. Just, you know, just get the fuck off of me. 0.98

01:06:40.780 Okay. So he's saying what he's always said to his credit. He's been very consistent, 0.99

01:06:45.700 but there you have Drew Barrymore, Drew Barrymore talking about how it's still too dangerous to speak

01:06:53.840 out with your real opinions. So what is she, what are her real opinions? Because just like Jimmy

01:07:00.380 Kimmel and Sarah Silverman, she's been fueling the fire of wokeism for years. Who could forget

01:07:10.040 how she humiliated herself next to fake quote unquote woman, meaning a man, Dylan Mulvaney,

01:07:20.820 who came on her show and was treated like Jesus.

01:07:28.040 To meet you. I really am. This is, um, it's very personal for me in a world where we're all

01:07:35.320 trying to figure out who we're supposed to be the risk. Yes. Bravery. Or do you find the strengths

01:07:43.420 to keep being the joy? Well, I think having my chosen family and the people that I love to take

01:07:51.380 care of me. It's interesting because I look at someone like you and I can't imagine anybody

01:07:56.440 disliking you. Oh, please. Do you know, do you want to know who, uh, dislikes me the most sometimes?

01:08:04.600 Who? Myself. Oh, me too. Oh, God. Oh, God. And, but. Oh, they're hugging on their knees.

01:08:12.440 You know, you've asked me now, like, you've asked me, like, what I would do to combat the hate,

01:08:20.940 right? Yeah. But what do you do? Still on their knees. Okay. That's a great question.

01:08:24.540 Chris, cross-legged. You've been doing it a little longer than I have. Another thing that you're making

01:08:28.100 me realize is to not carry on in spite of others. I'm sorry. I just realized that I'm sitting on the

01:08:34.160 floor with Drew. I'm so happy to be doing this. Thank you for joining me on the floor. The floor

01:08:39.600 always feels safer. It feels nice. Oh, my God. There's like so much wrong with that clip. It's

01:08:45.780 stomach turning. She's like. Leftists need to learn the number one lesson of being happy in life. Do 0.99

01:08:55.760 not lean into your problems. Don't lean into crazy. Everyone's had crazy in their lives. The successful,

01:09:03.620 sane ones do not obsess over it. Do not want to relive it over and over. Do not want to talk about it

01:09:09.240 night and day on their show. Do not talk about things like the ground feels safe to me. And

01:09:15.900 they certainly do not literally bend the knee to the cult of transgenderism, Drew, and then talk

01:09:23.280 about how, gee, it feels so dangerous. It's so dangerous, still too dangerous to say how you really

01:09:30.320 feel. About what? What is it? Do you have a reversal on that issue that you'd like to make? We are here for

01:09:38.760 it. Take a risk. You're in a safe space with Bill. Maybe he should have gotten her out down on the floor

01:09:44.100 and she would have said how she really felt. You continuously vote for the party and the people

01:09:51.520 who push that bullshit on us. You, madam, are complicit. You hosted Kamala Harris, who says, 1.00

01:10:00.160 we all need to be woke. We need to be woke because we just do. That's your person who you actually had

01:10:08.780 on your program and wanted us to call Mama-la.

01:10:15.380 I keep thinking in my head that we all need a mom. I've been thinking that we really all need a

01:10:24.320 tremendous hug in the world right now. Yeah. But in our country, we need you to be Mama-la of the country.

01:10:32.080 No, we don't.

01:10:41.160 Shaking her head yes.

01:10:42.360 Shaking her head yes. And as a woman who respects so much and wants to share and wants to be confident

01:10:50.260 and has no ounce of meat that has competitiveness. Yeah. When we lift each other up, we all rise.

01:10:59.200 That's exactly right. Oh, my gosh.

01:11:01.840 That's right.

01:11:02.640 Jeez.

01:11:03.260 That's right.

01:11:05.160 That's right.

01:11:05.860 However, we need a great protector.

01:11:11.360 When we lift each other up, we all rise with the mouth quivering, just like the hideous to Dylan.

01:11:22.800 Where do you find the strength to keep being the joy?

01:11:29.200 Where do you find the strength to keep being the joy?

01:11:31.940 Oh, my God. She's too far gone. This is what happens when you become a Hollywood actress as a 0.99

01:11:36.980 child. You lose your id. You don't know who you are. You're just floating. You're like the Martian,

01:11:45.300 the astronaut disconnected from the spaceship. You're just adrift in space, untethered. You don't

01:11:51.820 know who you are. Where do you find the strength to keep being the joy? He's not joyful. Okay. He's a

01:11:58.880 sick person, Dylan Mulvaney. He, I believe, may have had his penis chopped off. He's taking massive 1.00

01:12:05.860 amounts of hormones. He's pretending that he is something other than what he is. And I believe,

01:12:13.520 and many others believe, too, because he really wants to be famous. He's been wanting to be famous

01:12:17.820 for many, many years. He wasn't able to make it as a man or a gay man or a non-binary man,

01:12:23.960 and now has gone full Eloise. And that's something that you think is brave and you celebrated openly

01:12:31.120 on your show and told others that they should, too. The nonsense about, you know, who dislikes me

01:12:38.600 the most? Me. Me. Oh, my God. This woman has a national platform where she's passing on this 1.00

01:12:45.180 craziness to God knows how many viewers. And then we all need a mom? Like, how crazy is that? No,

01:12:52.620 we don't. No, we don't. We all had a mom, believe it or not. Some were good. Some weren't great. Some

01:12:57.060 were amazing. I'm lucky enough to be in that category. I certainly don't need my politician

01:13:01.880 to be my mom. Okay. Not at all. We joke about Trump being daddy because that NATO secretary general

01:13:09.660 referred to him as such. And it's sort of a joke, like dad's home. He's not actually our dad. And by

01:13:16.680 the way, I lost my dad when I was young. Never have I actually thought Trump was my daddy.

01:13:21.280 And Kamala is not our mommy. Now, I realize Jude Barrymore has an effed up mom who put her into the 1.00

01:13:27.660 spotlight at this young age and let her do drugs and drink when she was, I think, in the single digits 1.00

01:13:33.360 or like 12 at the oldest. That's a sickness, right? She's platformed these people. She's leaned

01:13:40.760 and awoke. Now she wants to get away with on Bill Maher saying it's too dangerous to say how you

01:13:45.620 really feel. About what? You are the one who's been fueling the fire that you now seem to be calling

01:13:53.320 dangerous. I mean, just the hypocrisy. Be yourself at a minimum in front of all crowds. Okay. If you've 0.97

01:14:01.420 changed, then own that. Own how you've changed, how you've seen the error of your ways. You won't be

01:14:07.480 kneeling down to the transgender cult anymore. And I'll listen to you. A lot of people have 0.98

01:14:13.320 evolutions. I will listen to you. Right now, I think you're just saying what you think you need

01:14:17.820 to say to be popular with Bill Maher's audience. And I abhor that. Here's another comment by Bill

01:14:22.940 on some ladies on The View, SOT 31. I love Whoopi and Joe. Those are the two I really know.

01:14:30.740 And I did it like a year ago. And I liked everybody. But like, I don't know if they're

01:14:35.900 really, um, at this moment, the best advertisement for women. I just, they just, it's just, it's a 1.00

01:14:44.440 format, that show. They say some things that are just like, not helpful, like say to elections.

01:14:51.480 I mean, it's just, you know. Yeah, they actually are sitting on the floor. And still she wasn't

01:14:59.320 able to say what's real. Okay. Um, everyone who watches the show knows that he's right about that

01:15:04.800 too. Um, joy and whoopie and whoopie. I don't know if they're really the best advertisement for

01:15:12.680 women. Yeah. Same, Bill, same. You know, who is a better advertisement for women? Can we please 1.00

01:15:20.680 play SOT 35?

01:15:31.420 This is Clemson's Tri-Delt Sorority.

01:15:39.340 Dancing together. Cowboy boots, cowboy hats, jeans, shorts, in unison.

01:15:45.060 Sexy, gorgeous, and obviously smart. That is a better representation of women. Literally nobody 0.97

01:15:57.840 is looking at Joy Behar saying that is how I want to be when I grow up or whoopie for that matter.

01:16:03.860 There was a time, there was a time when whoopie was a big actress. She was in Ghost. She was in a

01:16:09.240 very funny movie called Jumpin' Jack Flash, which I genuinely enjoyed back in the day. Um, and who

01:16:14.680 didn't take herself that seriously. And even when she first joined The View, realized that she was

01:16:18.780 kind of a joke there, that no one really cared what she thought. She was kind of there to be like

01:16:22.300 sort of the Meredith Vieira type character and anchor the show, kind of host it and let the others 1.00

01:16:27.020 say their opinions. But now she thinks her political opinion is really important,

01:16:31.320 how she won't say Trump's name. And somehow she thinks that's going to like erase Trump.

01:16:34.920 Now, who's looking at that saying, I want to grow up to be just like that? I mean, I, very few.

01:16:40.860 Uh, by the way, that sorority trend is all over, uh, uh, X and TikTok right now. And it's all these

01:16:47.840 sororities, mostly at these SEC schools recruiting. It's like pledge week, rush week, whatever.

01:16:54.140 I have a dear friend whose daughter actually happens to be at Clemson. She's not in Tridel, 0.99

01:16:58.800 but she's in a different sorority and they go back early and they put on rush and they recruit.

01:17:03.700 And what you see coming out of these girls is these amazing recruiting videos and efforts 0.62

01:17:10.120 trying to say, it's fun to be a young woman. It's fun here. Come join our sorority. Yes. Some of them

01:17:16.700 are over the top with like their material values. There's an article in the New York post talking

01:17:20.320 about it, not at Clemson, but at some universities they go so far, you have to have like a Cartier

01:17:24.920 watch or what? Okay. No one's condoning that. But the vast, vast majority of these videos are young

01:17:30.640 women who are loving being young, smart, and beautiful. And it's awesome. Um, it like people 0.98

01:17:41.940 online are trying to attribute the Jean shorts to this, uh, Sydney Sweeney ad. I think you've gone

01:17:47.260 too far people. All right. This is the kind of thing that requires choreography weeks in advance.

01:17:52.780 I'm sure they had their outfits ready and Jean shorts were a thing before Sydney Sweeney. I do not

01:17:57.080 think this is a Sydney Sweeney thing as, as happy as I am about her ad. I think this is a young women 0.97

01:18:02.680 of America are happy to lean back into being hot and together and free and unmasked in every way,

01:18:12.620 right? Like these kids going to school now, they were part of the COVID generation. They got screwed

01:18:18.500 five years ago by the COVID nonsense, whether they were in eighth grade or ninth grade,

01:18:23.580 something important got taken away from them and they are free. They are free. They're done

01:18:28.680 dealing with that bullshit. And they're not, they're not afraid to show their sex appeal. 1.00

01:18:33.380 They're not afraid to go and get a great college degree and possibly join the work world or go and

01:18:38.360 get their MRS degree and meet a husband at a young age and have a great family early on where they're

01:18:43.200 the most fertile right on sisters do it, do it. But I love their confidence. I love their sass. 0.73

01:18:50.360 I love their leaning into their, just how saucy they are. Like I said this about my daughter,

01:18:57.040 she was playing tennis and, um, she was like in the middle of the sets, she was kind of bouncing.

01:19:02.700 She didn't take much of a rest. She didn't sit down on the bench. She was still kind of just having

01:19:05.520 fun on the court, like hitting the ball up on her own, um, rack. And I was like, you know,

01:19:09.000 she's only got 14,000 miles on her and she's, she's just different from someone like me who's got

01:19:13.740 a lot more. That's what I see. When I look at these girls, they got 19,000 miles on them and 1.00

01:19:19.600 they're energetic and they're, they're joyful and they have a zest for life and they're with their

01:19:24.260 sisters and would be sisters in these sororities. And I watch it. I'm, I'm uplifted. I love to see

01:19:30.780 them out there doing it and leaning in and saying to other young girls, come here, be part of it, 1.00

01:19:35.420 have fun, enjoy your youth. Don't labor around lamenting whiteness and the Palestinian plight

01:19:46.360 and self-flagellating. Like you're going to get at so many of these universities. College should be

01:19:53.000 fun. You should, yes, you're going to learn some things, but let's be honest. Like, unless you're

01:19:57.560 like pre-med, are you really going to hold on to anything you met, you learned in college? Only

01:20:01.460 Michael Knowles did. His big brain holds onto everything. But most of us go for like another

01:20:08.920 four years where we can mature socially. We can make social connections, connections and contacts.

01:20:15.340 We can, let's face it. It's, I hate to say it, but like more formalized, formalized the separation

01:20:21.620 process from our parents. And yes, provide some sort of foundation, academic foundation for next steps

01:20:27.940 for our real jobs that are coming our way. Why would you go and like spend your time in these,

01:20:34.820 you know, tentifa cities saying you better divest from Israel or, you know, your university is going 0.75

01:20:42.520 to get felonized. We're going to break its windows and we're going to spray paint the buildings and

01:20:48.060 we're going to harass Jews. My God, it's sick, right? Or we're going to do BLM marches where 1.00

01:20:54.240 we talk about how racist and terrible this country is. They're going to tear down statues and we're

01:21:00.020 going to say we want to be communists and we hate our parents. My God, what I see when I see these

01:21:05.220 young girls is joy, possibility, some like an element of frivolity and temporary carelessness,

01:21:14.960 which young people need. They have a lot that they couldn't be worrying about. I mean, I'm worried

01:21:21.920 about what kind of jobs my kids are going to get with AI. Aren't you? How is the next gen? How's Gen Z

01:21:27.220 going to wind up gainfully employed with like realistic possibilities of earning enough money

01:21:31.720 to have homes and raise kids with the explosion of AI? It's hard enough right now at the beginning,

01:21:36.080 at the advent of AI in 10 years and 15 years, how are they going to work? Let them have their,

01:21:42.040 just their carefree moments. Uh, in any event, those are the kind of women that I look up to,

01:21:51.040 that I admire, that I applaud, not, not whoopee, not joy. Uh, and once again, Bill Maher is right.

01:21:59.620 Uh, we'll have more on that in the coming days. There's a great thing happening in Hollywood too.

01:22:04.240 It seems to have gotten the message. I mean, case in chief is Sidney Sweeney is not canceled.

01:22:10.260 Um, but we'll have to hold that because we have a very important report coming your way

01:22:15.240 on Jasmine Crockett and Benny joins Johnson will join us live with that right after this break.

01:22:22.080 Time for some life talk, life insurance talk. That is, you probably have it, but do you know

01:22:27.160 how much you're paying and how much coverage you're actually getting? Odds are you're paying too much

01:25:40.620 Welcome back to The Megan Kelly Show. Over the weekend, The New York Post released

01:25:44.000 new reporting on Representative Jasmine Crockett, including her diva-like behavior and terrible

01:25:48.800 treatment of her staff. If you listened to our AM update on Friday, you heard all about it.

01:25:54.100 Our next guest has some more on Ms. Crockett. He's Benny Johnson. He's host of The Benny Show,

01:25:59.860 and he has an exclusive report now on Crockett's alleged background. See, he traveled to where

01:26:05.160 Crockett claims she is from, from a tough area of South Dallas. You know, you hear her speak.

01:26:11.340 She tries to talk street, like, okay. Compared to where she's actually from, it's quite a different

01:26:19.480 picture. Where she's actually from is a beautiful, well-manicured area for the elite and highly 0.81

01:26:25.500 educated. Here is a clip from Benny's report.

01:26:28.420 It is rough. It is tough. It is hood, and it is foul, just like Jasmine Crockett. That's the 1.00

01:26:35.260 whole persona. She's a fraud. This is where Jasmine says she's from, but this is where Jasmine's 1.00

01:26:41.560 really from. Welcome to St. Louis, specifically the Republican suburbs of St. Louis, with the mansions,

01:26:51.920 country clubs, and private schools. This is where Jasmine Crockett was raised. We're talking quiet

01:26:56.580 suburbs, manicured lawns, college brochures in the mailbox. And this is where Jasmine Crockett

01:27:01.860 went to school. It's called the Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School. It's one of the

01:27:09.220 most prestigious institutions in the entire country, also one of the most expensive. This is the number

01:27:15.880 one school in the entire state of Missouri. It costs $35,000 per year to attend high school here.

01:27:26.580 And the reason why is because the average test scores here guarantee your placement in an elite

01:27:34.200 college institution. It's one of the best preparatory schools in the world. Did your high school have

01:27:40.240 its own private Wimbledon?

01:27:41.860 Did your high school have its own aquatic center on site? Did your high school have its own private dock

01:27:51.560 and pond teeming with colorful fish and wildlife? I think not. After graduating from this elite

01:27:58.720 country day school, Jasmine Crockett was immediately accepted at another elite institution, Rhodes College

01:28:06.240 in Tennessee. Jasmine went on to attend and graduate from the University of Houston Law Center.

01:28:11.640 In total, Jasmine Crockett's elite education cost close to $1 million. 0.98

01:28:18.540 Benny Johnson joins me now. Benny, this is unbelievable. We have another AOC on our hands

01:28:24.520 and you did the same treatment to her.

01:28:26.140 Yes. Okay, so here's my question for you, Megan. Maybe you can help me diagnose this. You're a bit of

01:28:33.280 a doctor on these things. What is with the working class stolen valor with elitist, left-wing, 0.92

01:28:40.720 insufferable, narcissistic women? I don't understand it. First, you have Kamala Harris saying she 1.00

01:28:46.020 worked the fries, which, of course, everybody at McDonald's will tell you is totally fraudulent.

01:28:52.100 She never proved any of it. And then you have AOC saying she's a girl from the Bronx. That's an

01:28:56.680 absolute bona fide lie. She grew up in a $500,000 house in a leafy suburb north of the city by 90

01:29:03.340 minutes. A wonderful, very clean, very safe neighborhood. And now you have Jasmine Crockett,

01:29:07.460 who, Megan, I don't know where you come from, but I can tell you where I come from. Jasmine Crockett

01:29:11.760 grew up so much more elite and wealthy and privileged and pampered than anyone that I know.

01:29:19.540 She's so egalitarian. She's so silver spoon. So the entire thing is an act. And I call it working

01:29:25.720 class stolen valor, Megan. And I love exposing it. And my only, I guess, takeaway from this is these

01:29:34.540 people must really engage in a lot of self-loathing. I'm no psychiatrist, Megan, but they must really hate

01:29:41.100 themselves. They must be so embarrassed about where they come from, who they are, who created them.

01:29:46.280 And it really sets in stark contrast the president of the United States, who's never apologized for

01:29:52.080 who he was, who's always owned that he was a billionaire, who's always been aspirational,

01:29:56.960 something to look up to and something people want to become, instead of someone who dumbs

01:30:01.400 themselves down or lies about where they come from to try to be more hood.

01:30:06.200 Yes, that's what she's doing all the time. And she didn't talk like this before either,

01:30:11.420 where she's like, y'all, I know my homie. And I'm like, okay, that didn't exist. We ran tape from

01:30:17.280 her before she ran for office. She sounded like a normal person, but now she's gone full street 1.00

01:30:21.940 with the super long nails too. And like the lips and the gloss and like the eyelashes. She's really

01:30:29.040 laying it on because she wants to be seen as like this down home girl who gets hood.

01:30:35.200 In my mind, I'm thinking, I just got to Austin and I had to beat five people to get here.

01:30:42.460 I don't know about this.

01:30:43.960 Y'all don't know what white privilege looks like, but I'm going to show you a little bit

01:30:47.160 of something. It's a huge responsibility. You know, the congressional seat is over four

01:30:51.900 times as large as my house seat.

01:30:53.740 I'm trying to get clarification.

01:30:55.060 Look it, calm down. Calm down.

01:30:56.820 No, no, no, no, because this is what y'all do.

01:30:59.300 And I was just starting to get into the rhythm of doing constituent services.

01:31:02.940 They send them to Texas. They send them to Florida. Every deplorable state that we can

01:31:06.880 think about, they usually coming out of y'all's think tank.

01:31:10.100 There was someone that talked to me and said, in fact, a former ambassador in the Clinton

01:31:15.560 administration. Don't tell me to calm down because y'all talk noise and then you can't

01:31:20.920 take it. He said, Jasmine, what you have to realize is that if you are really going to

01:31:26.740 make change, it's not going to be in the Texas house. He said, you did a great job playing

01:31:32.400 defense, but you have a chance to play offense.

01:31:35.400 Someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody's bleach blonde, bad built, 0.97

01:31:41.260 butch body.

01:31:42.760 Meanwhile, you pointed out, like, her high school looks like a castle, Benny. It was, it looks

01:31:48.880 like the most elitist country club I've ever seen.

01:31:51.940 Oh, it was. I mean, it, what we shot there doesn't even do it justice. It's fine. It looks

01:32:00.060 like Oxford. It's an absolute beautiful castle. Also, she went to Rhodes College. Rhodes College

01:32:06.200 nestled in the rolling hills outside of leafy Memphis, Tennessee cost $74,000 per year, Megan.

01:32:15.260 I went to community college and then state school. And I, I actually literally worked in fast food in

01:32:23.080 order to pay for that. And so I just don't understand it. I don't get why they can't just

01:32:28.540 embrace who they are and where they come from. Why do they have to code switch? It seems like a real

01:32:34.640 psychological crisis. But what I know about the American electorate is that they don't like

01:32:38.880 inauthenticity. They don't like habitual liars and pathological liars. And this is going to be 0.97

01:32:45.640 a huge problem for the Democrat party going forward. The inability to just be authentic with

01:32:51.360 people. Nobody believed Kamala Harris when she said on Drew Barrymore's show, I know you were going

01:32:57.420 off on Drew Barrymore. On Drew Barrymore's show, I did the fries. Nobody believes that, right? And then

01:33:03.280 President Trump comes in, in what I would argue is one of the greatest campaign moves of all time.

01:33:08.280 And works the fries as a billionaire, rolls up his sleeves, gets salt in his eyes,

01:33:13.300 gets grease on his skin and hands people happy meals, literally and metaphorically. And that was

01:33:20.380 just one of the greatest cell phones of all time. And they're opening themselves up for these kind

01:33:24.620 of attacks. And it's beautiful. The video's done millions of views. Anything that ends with day

01:33:30.160 school is nicer than 99.9% of what the rest of us did, which was public high school. My parents

01:33:38.100 paid taxes. They had to take me. Sorry. There's another clip that we pulled from your presentation.

01:33:44.820 You got to watch the Benny show to see the full thing. Here it is as you take on her district in

01:33:50.860 South Dallas compared to her hometown. Here's what your average street looks like in South Dallas,

01:33:56.580 where Jasmine Crockett represents. Best part about Jasmine Crockett's district is free public

01:34:01.820 bathrooms. And here's what your average street looks like in St. Louis in the suburbs where Jasmine

01:34:06.540 Crockett's from. Here's an elementary school in the heart of Jasmine Crockett's district. Let's go

01:34:11.800 ahead and check on the environment in which these kids are learning. You have burned down buildings

01:34:17.080 in every direction. Nothing's open. FDJT has been tagged on this building. Here's the walkway to school

01:34:24.580 in Crockett's district. This is what the children have to walk through every single day.

01:34:32.640 I don't know how many booze bottles there are, how many beer cans, and how much junk.

01:34:39.120 And here's what a school looks like in St. Louis.

01:34:41.320 And here's what stores and shopping centers look like in South Dallas.

01:34:51.440 And here's what stores and shopping centers look like in St. Louis. Get the point?

01:34:56.160 I love the use of the classical music when you go back to the St. Louis area.

01:35:03.480 Quite a disparity.

01:35:05.640 These are the same people, Megan, who continue to go off about how they just want you to live

01:35:09.420 your authentic self. They want you to embrace who you are. It's all about everybody just being

01:35:14.220 who they want to be, loving who they want to love, embracing what they truly are. And it's just a lie.

01:35:20.380 They're just so fraudulent. They can't even accept where they come from. And more importantly,

01:35:24.840 when they tell you they're from the struggle, as Jasmine Crockett does, as she code switches

01:35:29.280 to being a hood rat, what she's actually doing is taking advantage of people who are truly struggling, 0.83

01:35:35.600 using them for power so that she can get on MSNBC and then run for president and do absolutely nothing. 1.00

01:35:42.400 I am in Dallas right now. I'm actually at the airport about to go catch my flight.

01:35:46.260 I'm telling you, we have heartbreaking stories from the people in Jasmine Crockett's district

01:35:50.900 who are truly suffering, who's never seen her. They don't know who she is. They've never met her.

01:35:56.760 She represents them. It's not a terribly large district.

01:35:59.380 And she, according to all available reports, has just abandoned them for an MSNBC green room. 0.99

01:36:05.460 And it's I think it's immoral, actually. Well, I like what you said about stolen valor.

01:36:09.760 I totally agree with that because it's like people who did grow up struggling do not need

01:36:15.060 glommers like Crockett and AOC trying to pretend that they understand what it was like to actually

01:36:22.080 worry about whether you're going to be able to put food on the table, which is something AOC 1.00

01:36:25.720 claims she understands and she doesn't. I mean, unless she literally means place the plate

01:36:29.920 on the table because she did have a waitressing job, as did virtually every young woman in her 1.00

01:36:34.940 entire life. But it's true because, look, if you you've got thirty five thousand dollars a year

01:36:41.040 to spend on a day school, you do not understand the plight of working class people. And you should 1.00

01:36:46.060 be ashamed of yourself for pretending you do because they have a certain background and certain

01:36:50.300 struggles that you will never understand, especially if you don't stay in your district

01:36:53.520 and glad hand with them to try to understand them. Benny, according to The New York Post,

01:36:57.260 she's hauled up in her beautiful hotel in D.C. and insisting that her staff drive her around in a 0.99

01:37:03.940 what's the nice one? Not the Chevy Suburban, the nicer one above that.

01:37:09.280 The Escalade. Yeah. Everywhere because she wants to be Madam Queen. 1.00

01:37:12.300 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean, it actually makes a lot of sense. Her entitlement and her elitism.

01:37:19.960 When you read that New York Post article, I'm sitting here in Dallas doing this piece.

01:37:23.980 And when you read that New York Post article, you're like, well, this is actually where the

01:37:27.480 elitism comes from. Somebody who begins their life with nothing and comes from nothing is going to

01:37:32.700 treat people very nicely. They're shining shoes at the airport. If they're serving them a bag of fries

01:37:37.780 and a Big Mac, you're going to treat that person with dignity and respect. That's what actual servant

01:37:42.620 leadership looks like. Rolling up your sleeves and serving the fries yourself.

01:37:46.400 What elitism and an insane amount of privilege looks like, Megan, is treating people like garbage 0.98

01:37:54.320 who work for you and who are beneath you, at least in your imagination. And I think that Jasmine 0.93

01:38:01.440 Kroc is going to find out very, very quickly that there are a lot of people who that's not going to

01:38:06.740 fly with. She's been exposed. The New York Post did a great job. You did a great job, Benny. We love

01:38:12.060 the show. Thanks for coming on and safe flights home. God bless you, Megan. Wow. All right. Don't

01:38:18.400 forget, watch the full report on the Benny show. I did want to point out on Crockett. She spoke to 0.57

01:38:24.540 Major Garrett and he's got a podcast on the New York Post piece about her and what a diva she is, 0.95

01:38:31.420 how she won't go into the office, how she makes her staff cart her around. Like, you know, she's in the 1.00

01:38:37.220 back of a Bentley renting out the Escalade about how she's reportedly screaming at her staff,

01:38:44.880 putting them down all the time. They say she's mean, she's nasty. And my staff pointed out to me 0.89

01:38:51.500 that there was a profile of her. It was via the Atlantic in July, and it actually showed even here

01:38:59.740 she was nasty. They write, during our interview at the Waldorf, she dialed up a staffer in DC in front 1.00

01:39:05.800 of me and scolded him for an unclear note on her schedule. Another time in the car, after an aide

01:39:12.200 brought Crockett a paper bag full of food from a fundraiser, she peered inside, scrunched her nose 0.99

01:39:17.220 and said, this looks like crap. But here she is with Major Garrett denying the New York Post about her 0.97

01:39:23.120 and attributing the blowback she's gotten for being a moron to her skin color. 1.00

01:39:28.820 Are you a no-show boss from hell who terrorizes staffers? 1.00

01:39:36.500 Oh, my goodness. Listen, I know that I have arrived, honey. That is the way that I see this. 0.98

01:39:43.640 Because as Beyonce says, if they're not talking about you, then obviously you must not be doing

01:39:49.800 anything. You know what? This is just more slander, more nonsense, more lies. And honestly,

01:39:56.980 I don't think that the New York Post would probably be the first ones to be able to figure out

01:40:01.720 if I was a boss from hell. You and I were joking before we got on camera about all of the scrutiny

01:40:09.020 that comes with being not only woman, but being young and being a Black woman. Yeah, there's a lot

01:40:16.600 of scrutiny that comes my way, and it comes my way from all different angles. But when people start

01:40:22.500 talking about you, that's when you know that you are obviously getting under their skin.

01:40:27.400 So I am not going to give up. There's a song that I like to quote every once in a while. It says,

01:40:32.640 your hate is my motivation. So keep hating. All it does is motivate me to continue to do what I do,

01:40:38.640 which is to be loud and proud on behalf of the American people.

01:40:42.060 We don't hate you. We don't care enough about you to hate you. We just see that you're a fool.

01:40:48.600 You make a fool out of yourself virtually every day. That's why we talk about you. We're laughing 1.00

01:40:51.960 at you. We're making a mockery of you. You're making a mockery of yourself. It's not hatred. 0.97

01:40:57.320 You really should learn to distinguish between those two different emotions because you're receiving one

01:41:01.860 in droves. And it's not hatred. You can act like you're Beyonce all you want. You're not.

01:41:07.840 And just like her, you can play the victim when you're not. But you're going to have your hands

01:41:14.080 full with people laughing at you because you behave so foolishly. And the fact that you're 0.99

01:41:18.040 a diva bitch behind the scenes, so much worse. You're not even beloved by your staff. You alienate 1.00

01:41:25.800 everyone. The people who know you best don't like you. The people who are just glancing at what

01:41:30.700 you're putting out there publicly don't like you. So who likes you? It has nothing to do with your

01:41:34.940 skin color either. There was a Republican star named Mia Love who happened to be a black woman 1.00

01:41:39.840 who rose in the halls of power in Congress. Unfortunately, we lost her last year to cancer. 0.86

01:41:48.760 But Mia Love didn't attract this kind of negative attention. So if it were just your skin color,

01:41:53.180 that would have happened to her too. But it didn't. Why did it happen to you? Because you're an idiot.

01:41:58.720 I'm sorry, but that's why. Because you act like an utter fool. You want attention for all the wrong 1.00

01:42:04.020 reasons. That's why, according to your staff, per the New York Post, you sit on your ass in your 1.00

01:42:10.420 hotel room and you expect things to be done for you and brought to you and you want a slave crew 1.00

01:42:14.500 instead of hardworking people around you supporting you. That's never going to work. It's not going to

01:42:19.540 work for you or anybody else in Congress. You've been outed. You can laugh about it, but this won't

01:42:25.740 be the first. You haven't been in Congress very long. And if your staff's already turning on you,

01:42:29.140 this will be the first, not the last. Good luck with that. It seems to me you've already peaked

01:42:35.160 with your $35,000 a year high school education and your $75,000 a year college education. And now

01:42:42.260 you want to act like an oppressed victim because of your skin color. People say negative things about

01:42:47.320 you. Good luck with that path. Jasmine. Back tomorrow with Andrew Cleveland. There's a lot more

01:42:52.940 to discuss. We'll see you then. Thanks for listening to The Megyn Kelly Show. No BS, no agenda, and no fear. 0.73
