00:02:00.540 Megan Kelly.

00:02:01.700 And switch to Pure Talk.

00:02:02.980 Dial pound 250, say Megan Kelly, and you will also save 50%, 50% off your first month.

00:02:10.420 President Trump spending the day on the road Tuesday, first stopping in Redding, Ohio, where he toured a pharmaceutical company as the administration highlights its push to lower prescription drug costs.

00:02:23.200 The president then heading to Hebron, Kentucky, touring a packaging facility before delivering remarks while standing in front of a large banner reading, quote,

00:02:32.120 Lower prices, bigger paychecks. President Trump touting the administration's legislative and economic wins while warning Democrats are gearing up to undo them if they win the midterms.

00:02:43.600 One of the greatest victories we have achieved for hardworking Americans, with the help of our great Republican majorities in Congress, is no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, and as I told you before, no tax on overtime, which affects you.

00:03:01.140 And every Democrat voted against it.

00:03:04.500 So remember, and they'll terminate it.

00:03:07.120 If they take power, they'll terminate it.

00:03:09.500 We've got to win the midterms.

00:03:20.040 They knocked out 54 ships in two days.

00:03:23.660 But they also knocked out the mine layers. 0.87

00:03:27.560 They call them mine layers.

00:03:28.500 They put mines in the water.

00:03:30.180 Lovely job.

00:03:31.240 Isn't that nice?

00:03:31.880 Blow up ships.

00:03:33.220 And we knocked out 31 of them.

00:03:35.420 But I'm pleased to report that earlier today, the International Energy Agency agreed to coordinate the release of a record 400 million barrels of oil from various national petroleum reserves around the world, which will substantially reduce the oil prices.

00:03:51.880 As we end this threat to America and this threat to the world, we don't want to leave early, do we?

00:03:59.380 We got to finish the job, right?

00:04:02.080 We don't want to go back every two years.

00:04:04.500 And that's because, you know, there'll be some day when you don't have me as president. 0.99

00:04:10.640 Perhaps you'll have a weak, pathetic person like we've had in the past. 0.99

00:04:15.640 Mostly all. 1.00

00:04:17.180 Like Barack Hussein Obama, who signed one of the worst deals ever with Iran. 0.60

00:04:23.000 The stop in northern Kentucky, notable for another reason.

00:04:26.680 The district represented by Republican Congressman Thomas Massey, who is in a long-running feud with the president, largely due to Mr. Massey's push for the release of the Epstein files and his vote against the big, beautiful bill.

00:04:58.560 No, he wanted to increase the taxes.

00:05:01.020 He voted with the Democrats.

00:05:02.360 He voted against our historic funding for border security.

00:05:07.120 And he voted against eligibility verification for welfare recipients.

00:05:12.400 Nobody has to be eligible.

00:05:13.740 Just pick up whatever you want.

00:05:15.580 The people in this room don't like that.

00:05:17.960 We call him Rand Paul Jr.

00:05:19.200 He votes against everything.

00:05:21.020 But at least I like Rand a little bit. 1.00

00:05:23.460 We got to get rid of this loser. 1.00

00:05:25.560 This guy is bad. 1.00

00:05:26.640 He's disloyal to the Republican Party.

00:05:29.760 He's disloyal to the people of Kentucky.

00:05:42.760 What Mr. Trump has taught me is courage.

00:05:45.440 You know, we never back down from a fight, even if they're much bigger than you, much, much bigger than you.

00:05:51.500 And I feel all the local Kentuckians feel the same way.

00:05:54.880 You guys have that fight.

00:05:56.600 You guys have that swag.

00:05:57.720 There's a lot of young kids in here.

00:05:59.380 The future of America.

00:06:01.100 I grew up just a few hours away from here.

00:06:04.040 And my dad taught me to fight.

00:06:06.000 And all of our voices matter in America.

00:06:08.800 And I'm never afraid to speak the truth.

00:06:10.940 And I know you guys aren't.

00:06:12.600 We here.

00:06:13.200 We are here representing the United States.

00:08:01.780 and that Senators Dick Durbin and Roger Marshall want to change the nation's payment system

00:08:19.080 The Electronic Payments Coalition says the Durbin-Marshall mandates
