00:02:14.660 deportation of Trenda Aragua gang members under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. The DOJ's motion to

00:02:23.460 vacate the hearing denied by D.C. District Court Judge James Bosberg. On Saturday, that judge ordering a

00:02:30.940 two-week pause on the administration's plans to conduct deportations under the Wartime Act,

00:02:37.280 which also applies in case of an invasion, stating any planes already in the air must turn around and

00:02:44.440 return to the United States. This order granted in spite of Supreme Court precedent stating that the

00:02:50.280 Alien Enemies Act does not allow judicial review of removal orders. Judge Bosberg, demanding answers

00:02:58.480 from the Trump organization on Monday as to why, he says, they did not comply with his order.

00:03:04.320 The Trump administration contends the planes were already in international territory at the time

00:03:09.320 of the order and thus out of the judge's jurisdiction. Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller

00:04:21.880 holding them in stash houses in Louisiana, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia,

00:04:26.480 and forcing them into prostitution. And they kidnapped and murdered a 33-year-old woman in Texas.

00:04:31.740 They sexually and physically assaulted a woman and her daughter in Wisconsin. They conducted a mass

00:04:36.800 shooting in Illinois. Tren de Aragua is the same organization responsible for the rapes

00:04:41.660 and murders of little Jocelyn Nungare and 22-year-old Laken Riley. Ms. Levitt says the

00:04:48.120 government is paying El Salvador about $6 million to house these illegals on our behalf. Critics of

00:04:54.540 the administration say invoking the act poses a grave threat to American citizens.

00:04:59.600 There are U.S. citizens of Venezuelan descent who are worried that they're going to be targeted,

00:05:05.000 wrongly accused of being members of Tren de Aragua, deported without evidence, without a hearing.

00:06:53.740 his presidency are null and void. Mr. Trump writing on Truth Social, quote, Joe Biden did not sign them,

00:06:59.940 but more importantly, he did not know anything about them. The necessary pardoning documents

00:07:05.020 were not explained to or approved by Biden. President Trump saying the staffers who did

00:07:10.820 know about the auto pen signatures may have committed a crime. An auto pen is a mechanical

00:07:15.980 device used to replicate the president's signature with a real pen as opposed to a stamp or a digital

00:07:21.680 copy. Auto pens have been used by the White House for decades, the earliest models employed by

00:07:26.940 Thomas Jefferson. Typically, they're only used for mass communications like Christmas cards

00:07:31.400 and more routine documents. President Obama employed the auto pen twice on major pieces of legislation,

00:07:38.360 extending the Patriot Act in 2011 and again in 2013 to sign a fiscal bill. Both times the move was met

00:07:44.940 with some controversy. The questions surrounding the Biden administration's use of the auto pen

00:07:50.400 originally raised last week by the conservative Heritage Foundation. Their investigation finding the

00:07:55.840 signatures on President Biden's January 19th pardons for his family members, Dr. Fauci, General Milley,

00:08:01.980 the J6 Select Committee, all appear to be identical. Throughout the week, the Heritage Foundation's

00:08:08.140 oversight project identifying dozens more of President Biden's identical signatures on official

00:08:13.920 White House documents. Given President Biden's now widely recognized cognitive decline, President Trump

00:08:19.940 challenged the validity of any auto pen signed documents.

00:08:59.280 pardons. The New York Post reporting late last week, two Biden White House staffers suspected a key

00:09:06.260 aide may have abused the auto pen privileges. The staff are telling the Post, quote, everyone was

00:09:11.640 suspicious of this individual exceeding their authority when claiming to speak for the president.

00:09:16.180 There is no clarity on who actually approved what, POTUS, meaning the president, or the aide.

00:09:23.140 The Constitution does not require that a pardon be written at all, nor does it contain edicts about

00:09:28.480 signatures. If President Trump is challenging whether Mr. Biden agreed to the pardons at all,

00:09:34.220 that could lead to a legal dispute. So far, the White House has not announced any official

00:09:38.780 challenges to the pardons. President Trump acknowledged to reporters, if his claims go further,

00:13:50.320 locations. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth warning the group their fate is in their own hands.
