00:00:00.080 Have you gotten in trouble?
00:00:01.240 Hey, this guy's telling people to eat more red meat.
00:00:03.960 I was born in trouble, I think.
00:00:05.960 Born and raised in LA, kicked out of school
00:00:07.800 in a gang, couldn't read father in jail.
00:00:09.400 Okay.
00:00:10.240 Plants are fermentable.
00:00:11.360 That means inside your gut, you're making alcohol.
00:00:15.000 All of us.
00:00:15.840 Heat, gas, methane, aldehydes.
00:00:18.800 So our children that are eating primarily
00:00:20.640 a plant-based diet are making alcohol.
00:00:22.480 We're brainwashed in a modern world.
00:00:24.080 We need to be more inspiring.
00:00:25.400 And this is meant to invite people in
00:00:27.520 and question our thinking.
00:00:29.160 Inflammation is a cause of all disease.
00:00:31.200 Inflammation is a cause of infertility, miscarriage, suicidality, criminality, depression, anxiety.
00:00:36.900 It's all inflammation.
00:00:37.980 Most important thing is building your families.
00:00:40.220 That's the most important thing.
00:00:41.600 If we can help reduce inflammation, we can help so many people conceive and deliver healthy babies without fertility treatment at all.
00:00:53.200 Dr. Robert Kiltz, welcome to my podcast.
00:00:56.100 Michaela, thank you so much for the invitation.
00:00:58.300 Appreciate it.
00:00:58.880 I'm very excited to talk about this.
00:01:01.160 Before we get started, why don't you give a brief background about who you are and what
00:01:04.960 it is you do?
00:01:06.600 I'm a fertility doctor.
00:01:08.500 I own and run CNY Fertility Centers.
00:01:11.840 We're the most affordable and accessible, and we integrate a lot of Eastern and Western
00:01:16.120 medicine into our practice.
00:01:18.440 I've been doing this for over 30 years.
00:01:20.580 and I tripped over carnivore diet and keto diet and paleo diet years ago.
00:01:29.580 But before that, I integrated meditation, prayer, acupuncture, massage
00:01:34.740 into my practice to help people de-stress.
00:01:38.220 It helped.
00:01:40.680 And then some of my patients were getting pregnant on paleo diet.
00:01:44.900 I'm like, what is that?
00:01:46.580 Does diet really matter?
00:01:47.920 I thought, no way.
00:01:48.880 and i personally had problems with arthritis psoriasis migraines kidney stones bowel bleeding
00:01:55.300 for years taking all the drugs and getting all the doctor's visits and dissections and when i
00:02:01.420 started looking at it i'm like wow this is amazing science and i personally began to do it and i
00:02:07.860 healed tremendously on a paleo diet and so i'm a full-time physician surgeon um i still practice
00:02:16.440 medicine fully but i found the health and wellness space and carnivore and mindfulness as really an
00:02:24.440 important powerful thing to share to help more people have access to knowledge and information
00:02:29.880 that they can heal on simple concepts perfect i've had so many people over the years tell me
00:02:38.440 um switching to carnivore that after not having a period or not being able to get pregnant they
00:02:43.480 finally got pregnant i was like there's definitely something here so i thought we should delve into
00:02:48.440 it what brought you i mean paleo obviously started i started on paleo too and healed a whole bunch of
00:02:53.720 my problems it was like wow what brought you into kind of keto and then carnivore well i look back
00:03:01.560 at growing up in los angeles i had dyslexia bad migraines bowel problems i was kicked out of school
00:03:09.720 in a gang couldn't read and and those are things that that i look back on after going into the
00:03:17.320 paleo world and then suddenly feeling better and realize huh could it have been the salads the
00:03:23.660 cereals the vegetables and the diet of chips and all those sort of things that i ate for years
00:03:29.800 and and so after i was learning some of this from my patients about paleo and started talking about
00:03:37.060 and doing it realize that the plants are likely the toxic component that causes most of the
00:03:44.960 diseases we're suffering from and as i personally did it going through the paleo and then learning
00:03:51.700 about keto and then almost 15 years ago i went carnivore really and literally in a month two
00:03:57.400 or three i was like wow gone amazing depression anxiety gone all the things that held me back on
00:04:05.120 hemorrhoids gone kidney stones gone and so my job in medicine is to help people heal
00:04:11.660 that's why i went into medicine in the first place and i'm like well isn't it my job to give
00:04:17.680 you information you may not want to do it you may not believe me but it's my job to give you
00:04:23.640 advice that you might get pregnant naturally without me yeah amazing wow i didn't realize
00:04:31.180 you started it so long ago so did you do that just by eliminating foods and figuring it out
00:04:35.660 yourself or do you hear about it well the paleo was for my patients they were taking the appeal
00:04:41.180 then i said start reading about it i did atkins before that i was crazy on exercising to be
00:04:46.140 healthy look great all those egotistical things that i thought were really important and and but
00:04:52.220 then i realized wow there's something here that our standard diet the pyramid or my plate which
00:04:58.540 which is fruits and vegetables, seeds and nuts,
00:05:00.760 may be the thing that's harming us more than anything.
00:05:03.980 And so I just started reading and reading.
00:05:06.940 I met Marie Emmerich and learned about keto.
00:05:10.460 And then I saw someone on some video somewhere
00:05:13.860 that was doing carnivore.
00:05:15.460 He was ripped.
00:05:16.160 He didn't exercise.
00:05:17.540 And he felt great.
00:05:18.420 And I'm like, that one's for me.
00:05:20.540 So literally almost 15 years, I'm almost 70.
00:05:25.020 And I can tell you, I've never felt better in my life on this.
00:05:28.540 And, you know, this is the thing we all need to be talking about.
00:05:32.560 And the beauty of social media is that you don't need a degree to learn about your health
00:05:38.200 and wellness, and you can take it on and take the responsibility yourself.
00:05:42.200 If you guys aren't on Peterson Academy, you're missing out.
00:05:46.300 There are over 25 eight-hour courses on there from people like Verveke, Michael Malice,
00:05:51.480 Keith Campbell.
00:05:52.580 My dad has three eight-hour courses out now, including Nietzsche, Sermon on the Mount,
00:05:57.980 and intro to personality, which is excellent. Brian Keating's on there. David Eagleman on
00:06:02.600 brain plasticity just came out, which I love. Go to petersonacademy.com and come in and see what
00:06:08.160 it's like. We have a seven day money back guarantee. So you can poke around the website,
00:06:12.180 look at the courses and get a refund if you want. No strings attached. Any age is welcome.
00:06:17.340 The courses are university level. Thanks guys. Enjoy the rest of the podcast.
00:06:21.760 Do you see any reason for concern for the carnivore diet in pregnancy? Like are people
00:06:26.640 missing nutrients do you suggest people supplement with folate or vitamins or monitor vitamins
00:06:32.080 the fda has a disclaimer on all supplements that there's no evidence that they're beneficial
00:06:40.720 what i i get that i didn't know that well the science
00:06:47.900 i think sometimes a little snake oil because we're selling a product but i figure for the
00:06:56.120 first three and a half million years, we probably wouldn't look for a supplement. And 99.9% of other
00:07:02.280 organisms aren't saying, where's my supplement? And I personally don't supplement. Although I
00:07:08.740 sell supplements, I pretty much stick with animal-based products and it's usually steak and
00:07:15.480 fatty meat as rare or raw as possible. I throw in some livers from time to time or organ meats,
00:07:20.400 but I don't think that's critical. The majority of the plants contain the toxins that cause our
00:07:28.500 damage and disease, but the animal products have no toxins. And so do you need the supplements or
00:07:37.280 the folic acid? I don't know that I can tell you absolutely not, but it doesn't make sense to me
00:07:44.040 that we would need that since we evolved without supplements we evolved eating a a species specific
00:07:53.620 diet which was primarily animal based i always i look back and imagine we came out of the trees
00:08:01.200 to eat the grass eaters and not the grass we're hunters wolves and lions but what we're really
00:08:07.280 good at is tool making and working uh as a team in a pack and that's who we are more than anything
00:08:14.840 so you know do you need the supplements i say not interesting okay we were just talking before
00:08:21.860 we started the podcast i said i like i love children i love babies i hate being pregnant
00:08:29.220 i don't like the fatigue like actually the first time i was pregnant i wasn't on the carnivore
00:08:33.660 diet i was on um it was a keto diet actually um it was i was basically surviving off of chicken
00:08:40.560 wings and greens uh it was like on my segue into the carnivore diet before i knew the carnivore
00:08:47.480 diet existed and i was in rough shape this was when i was healing from the autoimmunity i was
00:08:53.220 getting off psychiatric medication i was off of it at that point but it like it i felt terrible i
00:08:59.460 I was depressed, was itchy.
00:09:02.580 My arthritis came back.
00:09:04.020 It was not good.
00:09:05.740 Second pregnancy, I was just eating meat and I had a meat aversion.
00:09:12.420 And I was like, this is never going to happen to me.
00:09:14.840 I've been only eating meat.
00:09:15.820 It's been seven years now of only eating meat.
00:09:18.160 I'm not going to get a meat aversion.
00:09:19.460 Do you see meat aversions in pregnancy commonly?
00:09:21.940 I didn't have a meat aversion with my first.
00:09:24.140 Yes.
00:09:25.120 And what do you do for that?
00:09:26.720 well there's a lot of psychological components all of this because we're brainwashed with certain
00:09:33.740 information that might be subconscious you know meat is bad for you and now you have a baby in
00:09:40.300 you and thinking well I was doing it for myself but maybe I have to be careful for my baby so that
00:09:46.140 may be a subconscious I definitely didn't have that well but again I'm just again there's the
00:09:53.500 conscious part of what i think i know and that there's all that marketing stuff that's been fed
00:09:58.140 into our brains for so long that meat's not good for you that might be part of that but i also
00:10:04.760 believe that early in pregnancy food aversion is natural yeah because because the food you put in
00:10:12.200 your body may be harmful for your baby so hyperemesis or nausea and vomiting early in
00:10:17.720 pregnancy it says don't put that food in this body because what is the food and the fuel for
00:10:22.960 your baby it's actually your fat we are meant to get fat especially women and then gestate
00:10:31.400 potentially hibernate or at least nest so we do not use sugar is not the fuel for your body at
00:10:40.100 all it's a glycosylating agent but the way we eat plants sugars which all come from plants
00:10:49.960 they're glycating agents. They cause oxidative damage, which is the main cause of reproductive
00:10:57.680 dysfunction. Think about polycystic ovarian syndrome. I call it plant-caused ovarian
00:11:04.180 sickness. And it's really an easy concept because diabetes and metabolic syndrome and
00:11:10.340 pre-diabetes are rampant and pcos is so common infertility is is one in five both a female and
00:11:20.040 a male cause by the way it's both i didn't realize that was one in five so that's like similar to
00:11:25.760 autoimmunity almost and psychiatric illnesses all of the diseases are on the rise i don't believe
00:11:32.980 there's anything there's i don't believe there's such a thing as autoimmune diseases they're
00:11:37.980 immunologic reactions to foreign antigens or chemicals or plant sugars, which are antigenic.
00:11:47.520 That means you react with redness, swelling, pain, dysfunction, or failure of a cell organ or
00:11:57.640 organism. So infertility is on the rise. We know that. Male dysfunction, female dysfunction,
00:12:05.860 implantation dysfunction. And is it simply that the plants don't want you to reproduce?
00:12:15.120 They actually have created this system that you want to eat them, consume them, so they can
00:12:21.680 reduce your fertility. Maybe. But the birth control pill and the abortion pill were first
00:12:27.340 developed through plants, medicinal purposes. They came from plants. And so we use these devices
00:12:33.880 today in a science in a in a pharmaceutically created drug but initially it was all from from
00:12:41.920 plants and so the aversion is normal and natural in order to protect your baby from the poisons of
00:12:51.820 plants and getting fat for pregnancy is natural and normal but the problem is is that we have over
00:13:01.220 access and consumption of a plant-based diet which is our biggest problem we're poisoned by plants
00:13:09.440 how do you feel about plants like blueberries lettuce like i'm not talking about processed
00:13:15.540 foods or grains uh i had a terrible reaction to dairy too actually for my arthritis and
00:13:21.680 and the psychiatric issues but how do you feel about these kind of like lower toxin plants
00:13:28.260 berries certain fruit let's say lettuces stuff like that do you think that's just a net negative
00:13:34.820 for people or do you think a healthy person can incorporate that in without noticing any
00:13:38.300 well i call salad and lettuce nature's toilet paper i like lettuce you can never clean it enough
00:13:44.700 yeah you can't wash it off unfortunately oh i do know that you can't i mean the number one recalled
00:13:51.860 food in the world is usually a plant-based it's usually vegetables and fruits are recalled yeah
00:13:57.040 Due to contamination through the microbes, which are everywhere.
00:14:00.980 But I think that, yes, you can consume small amounts of plants from time to time.
00:14:06.860 But if you're doing it all the time, that's not good.
00:14:10.020 And if you happen to have an anaphylactic reaction to it, you may be dead.
00:14:16.340 And so I know my daughter is highly allergic to bananas and avocados.
00:14:21.340 Wow.
00:14:22.080 Okay, well, avocados are so good for you.
00:14:24.060 mm-hmm that's a marketing ploy in order to get you and i buying it and it's not good for us in
00:14:30.580 my opinion it might be the thing that shows up as infertility or miscarriage which is simply an
00:14:39.900 immunologic reaction inside your body not on the outside of your body because we think of allergies
00:14:47.500 as swelling redness you know arthritis and things like that but not realizing that all those same
00:14:53.200 things are happening inside your body and that's as simple as all it is yeah well i i do completely
00:15:02.400 agree with that i mean my life completely changed with removing plants from my diet i had to remove
00:15:08.040 everything and be strict too like everything needs to be gone it was just i'm just eating
00:15:13.160 ruminant meat you know i barely do i can do like really really healthy like hippie chickens that
00:15:19.180 haven't eaten corn and soy i can do a little bit of that but it doesn't make me feel very good like
00:15:23.840 i would say you know 99.99 percent of my diet is just red meat and and i'm fine and i don't
00:15:30.300 supplement and i don't eat organs either you know i've always had a like to liver and um it hasn't
00:15:36.880 impacted me it's been seven years yeah i don't need a lot of liver and i don't think you need
00:15:41.420 it i think if you like it maybe your body needs it but if you don't like it then i love goose
00:15:46.160 liver and duck liver well chicken liver is a lot better but then i don't eat chicken
00:15:50.200 and veal liver is not bad cow liver though well can you imagine us hunting chickens 50 000 years
00:15:58.260 ago we didn't imagine myself hunting a chicken but but i mean no one hunted chickens yeah we
00:16:04.040 hunted the big beasts not big enough i mean chickens either aren't big enough but they
00:16:08.060 don't have much fat and so we need to eat fat eating fat is the healthiest thing you can do
00:16:15.160 because in adipose tissue is every mineral, vitamin, amino acid, simple sugar, and fatty
00:16:22.120 acid your body requires. Bears hibernate for six months and they gestate one to four
00:16:30.220 baby bears. They lose no muscle mass, no bone mass. They lose only one thing, adipose tissue.
00:16:38.300 So I think we've got it all wrong thinking that fat is bad for us. It's actually the
00:16:43.180 healthiest thing you could eat and obesity doesn't cause disease what you ate causes the
00:16:53.260 disease you suffer from that's really the simple story in all of this okay interesting i guessed
00:17:00.300 obviously i like i guessed that when when i originally went on the um the lion diet i lost
00:17:07.560 a bunch of weight right away uh which was great because i just had a baby and was like fantastic
00:17:12.520 like the last, it wasn't a lot of weight. It was like 15 pounds that was bothering me. Um,
00:17:16.280 and that was coming from like a keto chicken, chicken and lettuce diet. Uh, and I lost that
00:17:21.720 right away. I was like a fantastic, but what's funny is over the next, I was breastfeeding over
00:17:26.440 the next eight months I gained weight again. Uh, but when I gained it and then eventually lost
00:17:33.100 that, I didn't get the same type of reaction to losing weight as I did the first time.
00:17:38.160 so I was thinking like the first time I lost weight I had body odor I kind of felt like I was
00:17:43.480 detoxing and like no tests for this or anything but like I had a taste in my mouth and things and
00:17:49.060 I was losing weight and was like this doesn't feel very good and then about a year later when
00:17:53.720 I gained some weight just eating meat because I was eating I was eating like three pounds of meat
00:17:58.220 a day so you can gain weight sure like eating copious amounts of meat I was breastfeeding
00:18:03.420 when I lost that weight I didn't have the same weird taste in my mouth and I was like I wonder
00:18:07.560 if the fat that I made when I was just eating meat was a healthier fat? Well, your body makes
00:18:15.220 only healthy things for your body. Your body doesn't make anything unhealthy. Technically,
00:18:21.500 the liver's job is to convert amino acids and simple sugars via insulin to fat. So as you make
00:18:30.680 fat and getting fat, that's healthy for you. What if your diet has been primarily fat that
00:18:37.360 doesn't come from like red meat well fat comes from an animal oils come from plants
00:18:44.540 whether it's ruminant meat or chicken fat or duck fat um fish fat you know i don't think those are
00:18:53.480 our culprits in our diseases yeah yeah i think really it's plant products are the main culprit
00:19:02.120 of our diseases it's hard to believe this right but you know could cholesterol be bad for you
00:19:09.260 your body makes it could visceral fat be bad for you how is it that any fat your body makes is bad
00:19:17.700 for you does it make any sense why would your body make this fat bad and this fat good
00:19:22.860 makes no sense fat is the fuel and the building block for your body and it's the fuel and
00:19:33.660 building blocks for your baby and it provides all the repair tissue for your body what causes ill
00:19:44.440 health is a plant protein-based diet. Plants and proteins are fermentable. That means inside your
00:19:54.960 gut, you're making alcohol, all of us, heat, gas, methane, aldehydes, which circulate throughout
00:20:05.540 your body. So our children that are eating primarily a plant protein-based diet are making
00:20:09.780 alcohol because the microbes are everywhere. And the microbiome that everyone says is really good
00:20:16.360 for you, maybe it's there, but maybe it's not so good for you because it's fermenting. And
00:20:24.180 if you've read anything from James Henry Salisbury, the Salisbury state guy, Dr. Salisbury,
00:20:32.840 he graduated Albany Med in 1850s. He went on to the Civil War. His men were dying of dysentery
00:20:39.360 and pneumonia he figured out the microbes were flourishing on a plant-based diet he switched
00:20:45.440 them to a meat-based diet and they heal wow i haven't heard this that's funny so now for women
00:20:52.860 vaginitis vaginosis cervicitis cervical cancers endometritis endometriosis
00:21:01.660 which all lead to reproductive dysfunction the fermentation of the microbes in the gut
00:21:10.380 goes out the rectum and the anus and goes right up into the vagina oh my gosh that's horrifying
00:21:17.320 it's i mean it's the nature of all things but we're eating a much higher plant-based diet than
00:21:23.400 ever before and we're eating too many meals a day and the most important thing we're missing is fat
00:21:29.460 we're not eating it you might cook with it but you're not eating it and so by simply eating fat
00:21:37.120 raw butter i do cream but i'm not a big milk fan in general i don't think it's good for us
00:21:44.320 mother's breast milk is good but beyond that it's fatty meat is what we should really eat
00:21:50.040 to be the healthiest but the fat have you ever noticed that butter never molds yeah last forever
00:21:58.040 fat kills the microbes in the gut which are actually harmful for us. Everyone says your
00:22:07.880 microbiome is so important. It's the glycobiome that's the most important thing for you
00:22:15.000 which is actually the sugar layer on every cell of your body which protects the epithelial layer.
00:22:23.140 It's like the soil and the plants.
00:22:26.880 And I notice the gardening going on out here.
00:22:30.000 Without the plants in the soil, there would be immense erosion of the soil, correct?
00:22:36.940 The same thing is happening to your skin inside and out as we damage the sugar layer and it erodes.
00:22:45.500 and that's happening in our gut which causes leaky gut which causes things to get in or out
00:22:53.020 that we want not to be in or out and these lectins oxalates phytates or other antigens
00:23:02.200 including the microbes now get into your bloodstream and they cause the diseases we're
00:23:08.480 all been suffering from since the dawn of time. So what do you recommend just real quick for
00:23:16.080 somebody who's suffering from infertility and is going to go the diet route to get healthy?
00:23:20.720 What do you recommend like as an average day of meals, what should they be eating?
00:23:25.280 Well, I, and how often I personally think one meal a day or less is likely what we evolved eating.
00:23:31.720 I think three to six meals a day makes no sense. And that's kind of what the average
00:23:36.840 your recommendations are but i called the baby's diet bacon eggs butter beef you can have my ice
00:23:43.780 cream kills his ice cream from time to time and salt and and so it's you know bacon and it doesn't
00:23:50.840 it could be beef bacon lamb bacon goat bacon i don't care but there's no such thing as turkey
00:23:55.420 bacon because turkey bacon is all fake it doesn't have any fat yeah but that's generally my
00:24:01.700 recommendation i've seen so many women and men improve their sperm their eggs their embryos even
00:24:07.300 low amhs under point under one definitely can improve their reproductive function by going on
00:24:15.740 the baby's diet and you know you can do you can just do a lion's diet which is radically great
00:24:22.320 too and again these ideas sound wrong but is what you're doing working it's not so why wouldn't you
00:24:30.200 look at something completely opposite. I mean, I'm a, I do shots, pills, surgeries to help people
00:24:36.060 have babies all day long. I will do whatever you want and need. My job is to give you ideas,
00:24:41.120 to give you the power to make the changes. And usually I ask my clients, what would you do to
00:24:47.080 have a baby? And the answer is usually anything, anything. Would you change your diet? Even if
00:24:53.820 it's for 30 days and see what happens? Absolutely. And so our job, the part of the problem is
00:25:01.420 the American College of OBGYN recommends a plant-based low animal fat diet,
00:25:08.620 little to no red wine. They do get, no, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. They recommend plant-based
00:25:15.140 little to no red meat and they recommend red wine for pregnant lactating women.
00:25:20.700 that's in the recommendations that's in the recommendations how did that get in
00:25:26.100 hmm gee somebody lactating made that well i you know like anything else there's you know i rub
00:25:36.720 your back you rub my back yeah you know we're gonna give you some money to help you and promote
00:25:41.700 health and wellness through a plant-based diet um and you know what can you do for us
00:25:47.220 and unfortunately we know that science and medicine has been been usurped by money
00:25:56.360 and profits over mommies and parents and that's the sad part that I've learned in this business
00:26:04.060 but I'm not in a mission to try to chastise anyone else my job is to give you the knowledge
00:26:09.960 and the power to change your life because in fact you're responsible for it and if you spend a lot
00:26:16.700 of time, blaming others doesn't work in my opinion. You want to say, you know what I've
00:26:21.740 learned from what has happened. My job is to change what I do for me and my family and what
00:26:28.160 I can teach everyone else out there. Precisely, precisely. How do you feel about the new
00:26:35.780 administration and this whole make America healthy again movement? Do you think it's
00:26:41.200 going to go anywhere? Do you think they're focused on the right things?
00:26:43.600 you're responsible what happens in your life no one else and i think it's good to see change
00:26:51.800 we need motivation and inspiration and i think we're seeing that and change is critical in life
00:26:59.100 you know health care costs are on the rise bankruptcy from health care costs is on the
00:27:06.520 rise and our health and wellness is not improving we're going downhill and look at keto is easy
00:27:15.700 everyone could be keto you might do fine on keto but keto is made up it's not true
00:27:23.340 you're the you're the herbivore a carnivore or an omnivore those are the three diets we can be
00:27:32.100 on divorce but carnivore is the greatest thing i've ever learned it's what i live okay i will
00:27:40.700 have a cookie cake or ice cream from time to time i'm great at minimization i rarely drink a martini
00:27:47.620 i kind of stay away from any of the other drugs like i mean the government unfortunately is
00:27:54.680 supporting marijuana, tobacco, and alcohol.
00:27:58.640 Are those good for us?
00:28:00.740 They're deadly.
00:28:02.280 I don't recommend any of them for us.
00:28:04.560 But they're there.
00:28:07.140 Let's each of us take on the responsibility
00:28:09.320 of taking care of ourselves,
00:28:11.580 feeding our families,
00:28:13.000 and teaching our children properly.
00:28:15.180 And being a lion is a little more powerful
00:28:18.980 than being a lamb, I think.
00:28:20.840 Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
00:28:22.180 you know it does that it does sound crazy but i don't know seems to work so like i mean and it's
00:28:28.940 worth a shot especially if you're suffering from a chronic disease or something as terrible as
00:28:32.860 infertility is like try it because what you're doing isn't working well all right i got a
00:28:39.800 beautiful young lady a lift driver bringing me here she's in her early 40s and and she's already
00:28:46.040 had um uh gastric bypass surgery didn't work she's already had a stroke okay and and what do
00:28:56.960 we keep on saying well it's just it's just another drug or another dissection or another doctor on
00:29:01.560 you're not eating the right you're not eating enough fruits and vegetables and
00:29:06.120 we in modern medicine believe that story but there is another story that in actuality what
00:29:16.640 we're telling people is wrong and i want to inspire my brothers and sisters in medicine
00:29:23.160 to give it a do you got to try it yourself and the young lady didn't know my full name because
00:29:32.580 they don't get your full name on your lift, uh, uh, order anymore. And I, you know, I said,
00:29:37.800 listen, look up dr kilts.com, but there's so many people out there that are sharing this concept
00:29:43.420 and idea. And you being overweight is the cause of no disease because we also medicine is very
00:29:52.520 negatively judgmental against obesity. And I think that's wrong because being told that you're
00:30:00.280 unhealthy and obese all the time and everything you do fails, how does that make you feel?
00:30:06.400 Depressed. And what do you want to do when you're depressed? Eat foods that make you feel good,
00:30:12.200 which all are plant-based because plants contain small amounts of opium, heroin, cocaine, marijuana,
00:30:19.520 nicotine, caffeine, which all are good for you. They're deadly. And so I think we need to treat
00:30:27.440 people with love and kindness inspire them what can i do to get you what you want and to me it's
00:30:34.160 these concepts of the lion's way because lions are not the masses
00:30:42.800 they're the the small in number but they have strength and i want to invite everyone
00:30:50.720 they have the ability themselves to make the change but you must listen to the stories
00:30:59.200 because we're all storytellers we've been listening to the propaganda of the story that
00:31:04.760 basically we should eat the fruits and vegetables which has put us in this predicament
00:31:08.100 and red meat causes so many diseases yeah anyone you know ever had an anaphylactic reaction to
00:31:14.820 ribeye steak no never no but it is interesting when some people start carnivore they they have
00:31:22.720 stomach upset or they feel miserable i was one of those well i didn't feel miserable i started
00:31:27.820 feeling better pretty quick but like it was rough going from keto to just eating red meat it like
00:31:33.440 hurt for six weeks were rough but that was like cravings digestive problems i was very sick though
00:31:40.860 and like it went away but yeah I had a miserable time weaning in I know people who start and
00:31:47.080 they're on day three and they're like oh my gosh I feel amazing like there are people like that
00:31:52.060 but I was one of those people that was like every day I was like oh I hope this works because this
00:31:56.580 sucks for for about six weeks and then at the six week point I was like you know what
00:32:01.960 I'm not crying in the morning anymore you know things are slowly looking up but it was it was
00:32:09.200 it was difficult it's not difficult at all anymore those things in life that are the most valuable
00:32:14.660 are the hardest to obtain and these are the training grounds if someone says it's easy you
00:32:19.840 walk away you want hard in life you want struggles you must look back at all of your stress and
00:32:26.400 struggles and hardships and trauma as god's gift to make you stronger and better in life
00:32:31.220 and lions are the leaders and sheep are the followers we want to inspire and invite all of
00:32:39.080 our sheep friends and family members to come to the lion's way and it's a game changer but it
00:32:45.800 starts with faith in god in my opinion and god is within all of us i don't care what your religion
00:32:50.980 is if you have faith and love and kindness to the person suffering you can bring them and help them
00:32:59.140 That's what our job really is and I think modern science and medicine can do it
00:33:04.020 We can be better, but I'm not waiting for anyone else to do that
00:33:08.260 My job in life is to share these ideas and help inspire each and every one of us to be the change
00:33:15.380 ourselves
00:33:16.380 Have you gotten in trouble? Like has anyone?
00:33:20.260 I don't know gone to some board and said hey this guy's telling people to eat more red meat
00:33:25.180 You know, I was born in trouble. I think
00:33:27.580 I was born, born and raised in LA, kicked out of school in a gang, couldn't read father in jail.
00:33:33.500 Okay. That was my background. But, um, yes, I have been reported to the New York state,
00:33:38.840 uh, licensure board by patient who commented that I was teaching and sharing this idea about a
00:33:44.840 carnivore diet. Um, and, uh, yeah, you know, but it inspires me. And then when I went to the board
00:33:52.660 and they said, Dr. Kiltz, I'm really sorry. We just got to talk to you about this and we know
00:33:57.160 you're doing great things but thank you very much oh okay they're very nice about that's super
00:34:02.540 promising they were very supportive and nice about it because they realize that people bring a lot of
00:34:06.900 things and you know and our job in life as doctors is medical professionals by the way i think
00:34:13.280 nurse practitioners and doctors should be on an equal level in the way of practicing medicine
00:34:20.680 and helping people heal and we're going to see so many more nurse practitioners coming up and
00:34:25.720 helping people in a way that we've never seen before. There are not enough people out there
00:34:31.020 that are practicing medicine. We need more people, but we all, we need more people sharing health and
00:34:37.460 wellness through ideas that are not standard medicine. That's so important. I know. I completely
00:34:46.260 agree. Uh, so when, when someone comes in and says they're having actually, no, before we get
00:34:52.060 to that, you said you have an affordable medical center. So if you're doing IVF treatments and
00:34:58.260 you're doing kind of the standard, well, IVF treatment things, how do you make it more
00:35:02.960 affordable than, than normal? I'm kind of dumb. When I started my fertility practice 25, 30 years
00:35:12.380 ago, I got paid $2,000 to deliver a baby at two in the morning after nine months of care.
00:35:17.860 i started doing ivf at the same time i said well why would i get made paid more money than
00:35:23.860 what i do for nine months and delivery do in the morning suffering from not having a
00:35:28.900 building a family and children is is growing and it's so common and ultimately the foundation of
00:35:36.280 life is not podcasting or not being a doctor but building your family that is the most important
00:35:42.260 thing. And when it's not happening naturally, it's horrible. And CNY Fertility, I started
00:35:50.160 and my whole intention in life is to help more people. And so we keep, keep going on the mission
00:36:01.020 as much as we can. I'm the fourth largest IVF center in America and the only one that's
00:36:07.380 privately held by myself. No venture capital money. I'm not chastising the venture capital
00:36:13.720 money or anything. I think that has a lot of real value in our world, even in medicine and
00:36:18.460 fertility. But the mission I'm on is to continue to keep it affordable even when I'm gone.
00:36:26.200 And however I can do that, I'm going to keep doing it.
00:36:29.020 Hey guys, if you haven't tried my hangover supplement, After Party, give it a shot before
00:36:34.960 New Year's. It has a 30 day money back guarantee through fullerhealth.com. And it's also on Amazon.
00:36:41.460 If you type in after party, you can get a refund if you buy through Amazon as well, but you have
00:36:45.940 to email us directly through the website. Amazon won't refund you. So there's no risk to you trying
00:36:51.620 this. Then you'll have a few drinks. You'll try this incredible compound and be like, Michaela
00:36:56.040 was right. She's not a grifter. Like everyone says. So buy it now before New Year's fullerhealth.com
00:37:02.940 or after party on Amazon. I'll link everything in the description as well. It reduces hangovers,
00:37:09.160 shakiness. It gives you a calm feeling. If your sleep has been impacted, it's really useful. I
00:37:13.760 never drink without it. It breaks down acetaldehyde, which is what alcohol breaks down into. And that's
00:37:20.080 what poisons your body and your brain when you drink. So biohack your hangovers. It's silly not
00:37:25.420 to. They literally sell this in drinks in Japan. People are so used to it there and it just hasn't
00:37:30.640 made its way to america it's amazing after party on amazon or fullerhealth.com link in the
00:37:36.540 description merry christmas everybody how do you feel about the they're like some people especially
00:37:42.820 i've seen with like religious background or christian background they're like ivf is not
00:37:47.540 natural therefore it's not good driving a car's not natural either but i think god created that
00:37:54.300 also as he created fertility care but there are ways to help people because the religious beliefs
00:38:00.960 in many cases we might freeze eggs and sperm and we might only make one embryo at a time
00:38:07.080 and these this egg sperm and embryos are not mine they belong to the couples they came from
00:38:12.280 and so you're the one that determines it um obviously with a lot of law changes in america
00:38:17.960 and people are concerned about that but i think the most important thing is focus on making babies
00:38:22.560 and building your family, and the rest will fall into place.
00:38:26.100 You know, we're not interested in throwing away your embryos,
00:38:28.720 but if you want to minimize the number of embryos you make,
00:38:31.660 we can help you with that.
00:38:32.960 Mm, I haven't heard that before.
00:38:34.920 Yeah.
00:38:35.860 That's smart.
00:38:36.720 And even for some people that don't want to do IVF,
00:38:39.780 they can do intrauterine inseminations or IUI.
00:38:44.120 There are some surgical procedures that can be done.
00:38:47.100 I talk a lot about inflammation.
00:38:49.940 inflammation is the cause of all disease
00:38:53.300 inflammation is the cause of infertility
00:38:56.100 miscarriage
00:38:56.960 inflammation is the cause of suicidality
00:39:01.940 criminality, depression, anxiety
00:39:04.280 it's all inflammation
00:39:05.220 inflammation is caused by five primarial things
00:39:09.200 plant sugars
00:39:10.980 plant antigens
00:39:13.500 plant chemicals
00:39:15.160 the fermentation of the plants in the gut
00:39:18.540 and excessive exercise causing inflammation causes inflammation. And so if we can help
00:39:29.160 reduce inflammation, we can help so many people conceive and deliver healthy babies without
00:39:35.060 fertility treatment at all. And if we can help you with a baby in utero or you breastfeeding
00:39:46.300 or you, once you've birthed your children and now you're raising them,
00:39:52.860 understand that a high animal fat diet is actually the best thing you can do
00:39:59.740 and a high plant-based diet may not be the best thing for you.
00:40:05.560 Now, why some people get sicknesses and diseases from one thing or another,
00:40:11.040 we don't know.
00:40:13.000 We just don't know.
00:40:14.000 Is it your genetic predisposition, environmental factors?
00:40:19.140 I mean, it's complicated.
00:40:23.020 But I like Occam's razor.
00:40:26.220 The simple answer is the one.
00:40:29.460 We make it too complicated.
00:40:33.140 You know what you need to do for your family.
00:40:38.360 Love.
00:40:40.300 Kindness.
00:40:40.840 and tell your husband how wonderful they are every day.
00:40:50.100 Feed him steak and eggs every day
00:40:52.560 and make love to him every day.
00:40:56.820 And remember, love doesn't have to be sex.
00:41:00.920 Sensuality, connection, kindness,
00:41:03.880 which in our world today of fast pace,
00:41:08.160 you've got to succeed at this or that.
00:41:10.840 You already are successful because you're alive and you and I will die.
00:41:17.560 But before we get there, let's make what we do the best for humanity.
00:41:24.620 That's to me, the most important thing we can do every day.
00:41:28.580 Oh, that got me.
00:41:30.560 That was really nice.
00:41:32.220 That was, yeah, I needed to hear that today.
00:41:33.900 That's good.
00:41:34.780 We were talking before we started the episode.
00:41:36.800 I said, like, I didn't enjoy part of the reason I didn't enjoy pregnancy.
00:41:39.940 part of it like the first one there were a bunch of factors in that but then more recently it was
00:41:44.700 like I'm in a really loving relationship I'm really happy I'm pregnant like I'm really excited
00:41:48.400 for the baby like why am I uncomfortable and I did have a meat aversion it wasn't I wasn't vomiting
00:41:54.760 I didn't have nausea it was like low level but it was just kind of like ick um and that was one
00:42:00.700 thing but I think I was frustrated a lot of it was frustration at being tired because you get
00:42:06.280 pregnant and you kind of want to sleep. Like you don't have, I've got, I'm a very driven person.
00:42:11.980 And I, and I know like to a bad, to a bad point where I realized, I realized this two days ago,
00:42:20.300 two days ago, actually, I was thinking, you know, a lot of people live their life as if they're
00:42:26.840 working towards something and then the goal moves and you're never achieving that goal.
00:42:31.560 You're always working towards something. And that's partly from how I was raised was like,
00:42:35.860 have a goal and aim at it because who knows what you can accomplish, which I do believe.
00:42:40.560 But I've also gotten into the routine of forgetting that this is actually my life.
00:42:45.100 Yeah. Like everything I do each day is my life. There's not this thing I'm reaching for. That's
00:42:51.360 going to be my life. Like this is, this is my life. I'm like, I need to spend more time being
00:42:58.000 like in gratitude, being happy and being like, this is amazing right now. It's not the next
00:43:05.620 thing that i'm aiming for that's going to change something like this is life so that that was like
00:43:11.660 that was a good thing to say because i think people forget that especially if they're driven
00:43:16.180 and why some of us are more driven than others is a mystery we don't know that by the grace of god
00:43:24.140 go i but the stuff we have or the things we do have little real value in the scheme of the universe
00:43:32.200 except it gives us value in the accomplishment.
00:43:37.980 But I think the best thing we do is help others in life,
00:43:44.060 give to others in some way, right?
00:43:46.280 And I absolutely know and believe what you're doing is powerful
00:43:51.160 because so many people are learning from what you do
00:43:55.260 and what you've shared of your pain and difficulties.
00:43:59.160 And I think that's important.
00:44:00.640 We're storytellers.
00:44:02.200 but we got to you know it's the fall first right the pain and suffering and then it's coming up to
00:44:10.520 the heroes the journey it's that journey for all of us that's the powerful part right so we're here
00:44:16.180 talking and sharing stories and other people are listening and we listen to their stories too
00:44:21.420 which is the most powerful thing in the universe and i imagine as we evolved over millions of years
00:44:28.820 we've been doing this since the beginning the stories and the beauty is we can do it
00:44:36.420 you know here I am visiting with you in your studio but we can do it now in so many amazing
00:44:41.680 ways to technology and we learn from each other but I think it's the doing so for me I get up
00:44:51.920 every morning at 3 to 4 a.m. I do my meditation and prayer. I do my hundred pushups. I will do
00:45:00.980 my live at five Monday through Friday. It's my, it's my actual daily meditative work to connect
00:45:07.880 with God and the universe and other people. I talk about faith and food and fitness and lots
00:45:12.860 of other things related to all this stuff we're talking about. And, and I run a large business
00:45:19.000 and relationship and family and all these sort of things.
00:45:22.580 But at the end of the day, I take one to three naps a day.
00:45:28.080 Oh, interesting.
00:45:30.140 I go to bed at eight to nine o'clock at night.
00:45:35.360 We need to rest more and nap more to reset the synapse.
00:45:41.900 It's napping.
00:45:42.740 It could be five to 10 minutes.
00:45:44.220 That's all it takes.
00:45:45.180 and so we've been brainwashed with nappings you shouldn't nap you gotta keep going and then you're
00:45:55.060 taking all your power drinks right your energy drinks right like we got to get rid of most of
00:46:00.180 that you don't need it but we're addicted to it we line up in lines to get all this
00:46:04.940 addictive drinks and addictive foods and addictive things to keep us going
00:46:09.680 take a nap you're pro nap yeah I think I was so chronically fatigued when I was sick
00:46:18.460 I was sleeping 18 hours a day I was on Adderall to just try and be awake that I was like as soon
00:46:25.080 as I got healthy it was like I have energy this is what energy feels like I'm awake I was like
00:46:30.160 oh I never want to nap again I had like an aversion to sleep after you know I don't know
00:46:36.020 how many years maybe 10 years of chronic fatigue it was like and so i know part of it's psychological
00:46:41.580 because people are like yeah i take a nap in the afternoon it's amazing and it's like
00:46:44.900 i hate naps and i think part of it's psychological from the aversion to napping because of chronic
00:46:49.800 fatigue napping is critical lions most carnivores sleep a lot we insist our children when they're
00:47:01.800 very young nap you know how they get cranky and they take a nap and they feel better I have a
00:47:07.140 couch in every office that I have and I'll shut the door and people know oh he's taking his 10
00:47:13.640 minute nap it might be one time a day it might be three times day I might drive to work and the
00:47:19.140 first thing I do is lay down and I take a five to ten minute but I'm I'm going through a prayer
00:47:24.660 ritual it's usually thank you God creator for everything in my life I go through all the people
00:47:29.580 of my life with gratitude i'll even go through the the hardships the challenges and even the
00:47:36.080 judgment negatively with love and kindness and generosity because the mindset is the critical
00:47:44.100 part to this story if you're working to accomplish something you want to listen and learn from others
00:47:51.920 that have done it you want to read about it you want to immerse yourself in it you're a print
00:47:57.400 we're apprenticing life this is an apprenticeship right this idea that we show up and we know
00:48:02.520 everything yeah i'm a failure i fail all the time but that's what you want to lead yourself to
00:48:09.660 i learned to fly airplanes at 55 jets at 62 cool i i you know it's kind of amazing you know every
00:48:17.300 year i go for my in scottsdale go for my single pilot recurrence training in a simulator they try
00:48:22.640 to kill me you know it's kind of hard in a simulator i always bring a co-pilot when i
00:48:29.620 fly at 41 000 feet but life is full of co-piloting you can google anything today you can listen and
00:48:40.540 watch someone doing something to learn something that's the beauty of the universe today
00:48:45.100 and the beauty of like gee i got psoriasis you know what can i learn to do or yeah or i've got
00:48:51.980 migraines, or I'm kind of depressed. I learned, Mrs. Wong in high school taught me to throw on
00:49:02.900 the potter's wheel and make jewelry. I sell cups online, kilts cups. They're made out of clay.
00:49:11.560 I call them, they're made out of stardust. But I make cups that are all unique and different.
00:49:17.480 but we are all unique and different and so then i learned to paint about 15 20 years ago i went to
00:49:26.160 the modern art museum in in in paris with my daughter and like a million dollar painting
00:49:33.120 on a dot of white on a black canvas i said i could do that and so the trick of life is that
00:49:39.480 you can do anything because you're a human being. You are a goddess and a God because it's built in
00:49:48.080 our DNA, all of us, but the programs that we've been living are what we're not.
00:49:57.800 And I always say, you just turn it around. And that's the most powerful thing we can all do
00:50:04.320 every single day listen and learn from others who have succeeded at what we wish to succeed at
00:50:10.120 yeah when i first decided so it like when i'm thinking back about what happened to me
00:50:20.040 i the first thing i did was decide to get healthy yeah right and i wasn't very old and i'd been
00:50:27.340 told my entire life that i was going to have like these diseases especially the rheumatoid arthritis
00:50:32.300 us forever there was no cure there was some promising new medication and like i'd been on
00:50:38.700 it was like this is this ain't it uh but i remember at one point i was like if i keep going down this
00:50:45.980 route i'm gonna die that's what's gonna happen to me like if i keep taking this medication and i
00:50:51.120 keep disintegrating because my joints were disintegrating i'm gonna die um so rather than
00:50:57.080 that I'm going to do whatever I can to be healthy. And I think I just got to the point where I was
00:51:02.400 old enough. And I think younger people can do this too. But for me, I was, I was on a lot of
00:51:06.340 medication. I was very brain foggy. I was 23 at the time. And I was like, I'm going to either
00:51:11.860 get healthy or I'm going to die trying to get healthy. And after chronic illness for my entire
00:51:17.840 life, it took eight months after that, I was in biomedical science trying to like research my way
00:51:22.980 out of it took eight months after that to restrict down my diet and restrict enough things that my
00:51:29.920 symptoms started to go away. I was like, as soon as, so basically as soon as I decided I'm going
00:51:35.600 to do whatever it takes to get healthy, eight months later, I put myself in remission. I was
00:51:40.560 like, that's not very long. Like mindset's huge. And you don't have a disease and you're not in
00:51:50.500 remission think about poison ivy do you have a poison ivy disease definitely you've been exposed
00:51:58.960 to a toxin that causes every disease we suffer from that's all it is it's simple remove the
00:52:07.120 toxins oh yeah yeah yeah i do believe that yeah but basically we live our diseases right i i'm in
00:52:15.760 remission right i will have like i will have this disease forever which i don't believe
00:52:22.780 neither do i we're brainwashed and then we're all giving money to more of the science of finding a
00:52:33.340 cure for a disease which is simply secondary to plant poisoning and low-fat diet that's it
00:52:41.980 but we learn that's the beauty of humanity we're able to learn and change and the real drive
00:52:51.420 you had the drive i mean i kind of tripped over it i i didn't you know i was taking all the drugs
00:52:57.520 and seeing the doctors for all the problems i suffer including arthritis psoriasis migraines
00:53:02.400 etc depression anxiety adhd ocd wow we have a lot of labels of problems i know i know we do
00:53:10.700 i had a lot of labels too and the books that we have to look up all the codes to give you a
00:53:15.120 diagnosis to make sure that you get the right care and i get paid right it's like ridiculous
00:53:21.540 yeah i was mad when i found out that rheumatoid when i was a kid i used to go to the hospital for
00:53:27.780 sick children in toronto and the rheumatoid arthritis ward was right next to the lupus ward
00:53:32.500 but they were separate wards it was like treated as a completely different thing
00:53:37.260 and then when i got healthy and was like those even manifest almost identically but the race
00:53:44.720 like they're even the research into it is separated because they have different names
00:53:48.120 it's like this is crazy this is crazy these are all caused by the same thing same thing
00:53:53.920 my sister marianne died at 52 she was diagnosed with diabetes type 1 at age 4
00:54:02.420 and i never understood the disease truly my best friend from medical school dave died at 52
00:54:11.880 the same year he is a healthy guy amazingly healthy
00:54:17.320 gets diagnosed with leukemia and three months later he's dead
00:54:21.960 and so the question was why and this is all the same time i'm beginning to dig deep into
00:54:29.260 understanding the why part of it. Cancers are caused by antigens. And the number one antigen
00:54:40.880 is a sugar from a plant. The glycocalyx is the sugar layer that is actually the barcode of our
00:54:53.800 body. And so the, the fatty membrane of the cell has embedded proteins in them. And then there are
00:55:02.680 sugars that are the antenna or the transmitter that is the cause of all our disease. So you
00:55:13.400 have a specific human leukocyte antigen marker made up of some sugars. All organisms have unique
00:55:21.120 sugars that are part of their body.
00:55:23.740 So every muscle cell, every cell of every tissue of our body and every animal we eat
00:55:31.500 or microbe contains fats, proteins, and sugars.
00:55:37.860 The sugars are antigenic, not the proteins.
00:55:42.020 Your blood type is determined by a sugar, not a protein.
00:55:44.940 And so when we understand the glycocalyx and the glycobiome, we'll understand how diseases really happen.
00:55:55.200 And bacteria, yeast, and viruses all have their own sugar layer.
00:56:01.200 A sperm and egg has its own sugar layer.
00:56:04.980 So the sperm must attach to the egg's sugar layer in order to fertilize it.
00:56:13.000 If that sugar layer is damaged, guess what?
00:56:16.820 It won't fertilize.
00:56:18.560 If the embryo sugar layer is damaged or the uterine lining sugar layer is damaged, it can't implant.
00:56:26.040 So if I'm putting foreign sugars into you and I'm putting a lot of sugar into you, it's going to damage your body.
00:56:35.640 It's going to damage your glycobiome, your glycocalyx, blood vessels, lymphatics, peritoneal surfaces.
00:56:43.060 Every cell of your body has a sugar layer.
00:56:45.760 If I damage it, I erode the cells.
00:56:51.240 And so very few people know about the glycocalyx and the glycobiome.
00:56:57.120 Everyone's talking about how important the microbiome is.
00:57:01.280 It's a killer.
00:57:02.260 the microbes are there that doesn't mean they're good for you would you put bacteria yeast or a
00:57:10.320 virus would you inject it into your bloodstream of course not so what do you think about these
00:57:16.840 studies on like certain certain say saccharomyces you know they say when you take antibiotics take
00:57:23.000 saccharomyces which is like it's a yeast right probiotic what do you think about that kind of
00:57:27.920 thing do you think they're all bad across the board or is it like the majority of what we're
00:57:31.780 eat like what we're growing on a standard american diet just isn't good for us we don't need that
00:57:36.060 type of variety well we're feeding the microbes yeah and then we're blaming the microbes for the
00:57:42.200 disease when it's the plants so our studies we've been focusing on oh those microbes are really
00:57:50.300 important for you well you're right when you're sick don't they tend to be really abnormal in
00:57:56.120 amounts or the different species but that doesn't mean they're the cause of it the plant sugars i
00:58:02.720 see are the cause because i'm feeding the microbes with things they like in an in an aerobic
00:58:10.720 environment or right no no oxygen and so those microbes make all the the alcohol aldehydes
00:58:21.580 methane and more heat is is heat in your colon good for you if i heat up your colon what's that
00:58:29.120 going to do to your reproductive system it's going to damage it so is is probiotic world a
00:58:38.660 billion dollar business yeah so am i gonna am i gonna support the science on that one
00:58:45.060 I am but it's wrong I believe again you know that the majority of the scientists in medicine
00:58:56.220 recommend a plant-based diet yeah but you know what it did to you and I know what it did to me
00:59:00.800 and I believe that a plant-based low-fat diet causes cancer and I mention low-fat because if
00:59:07.320 you're eating a lot of lean meat you're also fermenting in your gut and a protein poisoning
00:59:16.020 is real plant poisoning is real you will kill a cow if you feed it fat did you know that
00:59:24.780 no do you know why because the microbes in the rumen are killed on a fat diet
00:59:33.240 a cow cannot live without the microbes it requires that we do not can you eat plants
00:59:42.300 and live a long time sure you can but unfortunately sudden death from cancers or stroke or heart
00:59:50.620 disease is very common i was just talking to one of my patients his wife just died in bed
00:59:58.440 they don't know why she died in her 30s unknown cause
01:00:03.180 wow i wonder if it could be the plants which are fermenting and providing the toxins that they make
01:00:13.420 in order to control and kill you which seems kind of radical and crazy right but
01:00:20.840 is our world do we care more for the you know the people who make a lot of money
01:00:27.600 or for the peasants in the world money has become the mission of our world and money
01:00:35.660 should never be the thing you go for helping people that's what we're here to do but i think
01:00:42.120 we're we're we're sort of um distracted i love pizza pasta and bread so good yeah small amounts
01:00:52.300 from time to time is not your killer unless you have an anaphylactic reaction and we don't know
01:00:58.080 who or why my partner was on on uh highway 90 a few years ago after having a dinner with some crab
01:01:06.420 which she'd had before she gets an anaphylactic reaction on the road pulls over calls 9-1-1
01:01:11.860 she survived thankfully but why we are allergic to some things and not others i don't know which
01:01:18.820 one when i don't know but ribeye steak yeah never heard of it yep cool okay where can people find
01:01:32.240 you online where can they go to see your your morning live uh dr kilts.com is a good place
01:01:40.320 to surf and uh i'm on instagram youtube facebook i think i'm on tiktok but i don't know and
01:01:47.280 thankfully I have some people that helped me do this but I get on my lives myself usually
01:01:50.920 5 a.m. Monday through Friday Eastern Time and I take questions comments I do I read some quotes
01:01:58.620 from other beautiful people who've written great stuff and I talk about keto carnivore and I put
01:02:06.000 the keto in there by the way because it gets you in the waiting room of life and that's real
01:02:11.920 important. It's the on-ramp. Uh, but you know, I, I'm, I, uh, I go to meetups around the country
01:02:18.640 around the world. I'll be in London, uh, on, uh, on Saturday. I'm looking forward to going to, uh,
01:02:24.180 Australia next year. Uh, but, uh, just look up dr kilts.com and, uh, you could even text me.
01:02:31.900 People find my cell phone number online and I share this all day long because we're here to
01:02:37.640 share the word in the way and helping people heal. That's so nice. Well, thank you very much
01:02:43.880 for joining me. It was interesting. And thank you for all you do. You know, I, I agree. Like,
01:02:49.920 I think I've had so many friends, especially my age grow up and be like, yeah, we'll put off kids,
01:02:56.680 have a career. You can do it later. And then because of the health crisis, it's like,
01:03:01.860 can you do it later like that's that's risky and just devalues how much happiness even though i
01:03:09.200 really don't enjoy being pregnant and who knows what kind of issues that's because of but it
01:03:14.520 there's just there's like nothing that's more actual soul fulfilling you know most important
01:03:21.220 thing is building your families and whether you're reproducing yourself or you're helping
01:03:25.720 others and their reproduction that's the most important thing but i think that we're brainwashed
01:03:31.180 in our modern world you know we're oh it's too difficult it's too hard you shouldn't do that
01:03:36.180 and we need to be more inspiring and we're a village this is really a village of helping
01:03:41.440 people this is this is meant to invite people in to these podcasts and ask questions and and
01:03:48.120 question our thinking and what are we thinking why this or that but you know i appreciate you
01:03:53.420 and what you're sharing uh it is important to share our stories because we're just another
01:03:58.280 the story yeah i think i guess i'll close with this i think one of the reasons too we've been
01:04:03.400 brainwashed right into thinking that a career and making money and accomplishing things whatever
01:04:08.940 that is is more important than having a family which you can do whenever later um i think part
01:04:15.340 of the reason it's gotten so difficult now is because people don't have these communities
01:04:21.040 around them to raise kids anymore so like my best friend had kids she's in downtown toronto
01:04:26.140 none of her friends had any I had moved away so it's like she's at home by herself and she loves
01:04:33.000 her kids and like wouldn't change anything but it's it's isolating for people like I went I spent
01:04:38.700 time in in Serbia and it was so surprising to me to go outside to a cafe and there were all these
01:04:45.000 people in their like late 20s early 30s that had two or three kids running around and they were
01:04:51.520 sitting at a table all together like one person would be breastfeeding and they were just hanging
01:04:55.580 out with each other and their kids were hanging out together. And I was like, you just don't see
01:04:59.760 that. You know, you're kind of depending on where you live, you're kind of scoffed at. If you go to
01:05:04.000 a restaurant with little kids, they're like, Oh, is this little kid going to be a problem? And you
01:05:08.000 go to other places in the, in the world and they have like little daycares in the restaurant. So
01:05:14.000 you can go and have a meal. Your kid can hang out with other kids. Like it's built into the culture.
01:05:18.720 And in North America, it's like, I think that, I think we're on the right path. I think we're
01:05:23.540 going back to how it should be, but it segregated people for a long time who had children. It's very
01:05:28.580 sad. We're building a village and that's what this is really all about. We're inviting people
01:05:33.300 to come together and get back to our old ancient ways and working together is critical and helping
01:05:40.680 others that are suffering is really important in life. Agreed. Well, thank you very much for
01:05:46.140 coming on. God bless you. Thank you.
