00:00:00.000 So Ontario Progressive Conservative Premier and political hack Doug Ford is going to save the Trudeau Liberals from an early federal election.
00:00:09.920 And it's because Ford himself wants an early Ontario provincial election because Trump.
00:00:17.860 I guess because Trump.
00:00:19.300 I'm going to show you this video right away.
00:00:21.500 It's absolutely asinine that Doug Ford thinks that this is a justification for having an Ontario provincial election a year and a half early.
00:00:30.820 But the net effect is going to be that the Liberals probably won't have to face an election until October of 2025.
00:00:38.680 Because now Jagmeet Singh and the other parties can say, well, all of our workers are exhausted from being involved in the Ontario election.
00:00:46.640 We can't have an election now.
00:00:48.640 We have to wait.
00:00:49.700 We have to recharge our batteries.
00:00:52.280 Take a look at this.
00:00:53.420 We will be calling the election next Wednesday.
00:00:55.880 I'll be seeing the Lieutenant Governor on Tuesday.
00:00:59.100 We need a mandate from the people to fight against Donald Trump's tariffs, the attack he's coming against our families, our businesses, our communities.
00:01:09.240 And with a strong mandate, we will be able to fight with Donald Trump to make sure we stop the tariffs.
00:01:16.820 So does he not have enough of a mandate now?
00:01:20.300 Why does he need more of a mandate?
00:01:22.500 He literally already has a large majority government.
00:01:26.300 His majority government, in fact, grew from his big majority in 2018 in 2022.
00:01:32.340 But Doug Ford, a year and a half early, needs to have a new mandate.
00:01:37.260 Why?
00:01:37.820 Because Trump's the president now.
00:01:39.500 I guess that's enough of a justification.
00:01:41.380 And let's be real.
00:01:43.300 It's not of a justification.
00:01:45.180 Do you know why he's doing this?
00:01:47.080 One, he has contempt for the federal conservatives because Doug Ford is not a conservative at all.
00:01:52.460 And two, it's because he doesn't want Pierre Polyev to be the prime minister when he's running for re-election in 2026.
00:01:59.920 Because Polyev is a real conservative. 0.99
00:02:03.420 And when you contrast Polyev as prime minister doing conservative things with Doug Ford, who is a liberal hack, he's going to look pretty stupid. 0.98
00:02:11.840 This is why, if you live in Ontario, I fully endorse voting for the New Blue Party of Ontario. 0.98
00:02:19.040 In fact, I endorse you running for the New Blue Party of Ontario if you so choose.
00:02:24.040 I will be linking the New Blue Party of Ontario's website in the description below as well as pinned at the top of the comments.
00:02:30.960 Doug Ford is barely, barely better than Merit Stiles and the NDP and Bonnie Crombie and the Liberals.
00:02:37.740 It truly is a situation where the PCs, the Liberals, and the NDP in Ontario are just different colors of the same brand of progressive party.
00:02:46.480 That's really it.
00:02:47.880 Doug Ford has crazy high spending, crazy high taxes.
00:02:50.840 He has broken all of his promises to reform the really gross sex ed curriculum and actually stand up for parental rights.
00:02:57.840 He just injected a bunch of more money into DEI programs.
00:03:02.500 The man is not conservative at all, but I'll let him go on.
00:03:05.920 And make sure that we give certainty to the people of Ontario.
00:03:10.640 It may take investing tens of billions of dollars.
00:03:14.360 We'll do tens of billions of dollars.
00:03:16.540 It's no different than during the pandemic.
00:03:18.300 We'll make sure we secure people's livelihoods.
00:03:22.120 And I will do whatever it takes to protect the people of Ontario in turn because we're the engine of Canada protecting all Canadians.
00:03:30.500 By the way, you're not the engine of Canada.
00:03:32.860 As somebody who lives in Alberta and provides the fuel and energy for most of Canada, you are not the engine of Canada.
00:03:40.500 Ontario has become a subsidy economy over the past couple of decades.
00:03:43.980 In fact, Doug Ford has gone in on dozens of subsidy projects alongside the federal Liberals.
00:03:50.300 You know that famous, that infamous cricket factory that were basically like harvesting crickets for human consumption?
00:03:57.980 That was something that the federal Liberals got a lot of heat for. 0.96
00:04:00.920 The Ontario Conservatives celebrated that subsidy program.
00:04:05.040 They highlighted it as a big success in Ontario.
00:04:08.240 He's been subsidizing EV factories, battery factories, not lowering taxes.
00:04:12.260 The top marginal tax rate right now for personal income taxes in Ontario is technically only 13%, which looks rather conservative.
00:04:21.020 But did you know that once you make, once you pay more than $5,000 in taxes, you get taxed another 25% of the value you already paid.
00:04:31.300 And then once you pay $7,200 of taxes, then you have to pay another 33% on top of anything you pay above $7,000.
00:04:41.400 Ontario is a scam province to live in right now.
00:04:44.560 If you live in the top marginal tax bracket, you're paying 53% tax rates before you even pay property taxes.
00:04:52.180 And before you have to pay that ridiculous rain tax that Olivia Chow was threatening to bring in. 1.00
00:04:57.000 I'm not even sure if you're still doing that. 1.00
00:04:58.480 It sounds so stupid. 1.00
00:04:59.240 I couldn't comprehend it. 1.00
00:05:01.080 We will not back down.
00:05:07.820 I'm sorry.
00:05:08.580 And thanks for Rebel News for clipping that.
00:05:10.380 I'm sorry.
00:05:11.420 But he was also talking about how he will do anything to fight back against Donald Trump to not hurt Ontario families.
00:05:18.300 Has he done anything on border security yet?
00:05:21.240 Has he done anything to reach out to the Trump administration or any elected congresspeople, senators, to make the case for not having the tariffs be applied to Canada?
00:05:33.000 No.
00:05:33.760 No.
00:05:34.700 Doug Ford is the head of Team Canada right now.
00:05:37.680 And what he's been doing is just ratcheting up the retaliatory tariff rhetoric rather than just saying, you know what?
00:05:43.620 Okay.
00:05:44.240 We will invest as a province $100 million into border security.
00:05:47.920 We'll immediately put drones up on the border.
00:05:50.100 We'll make sure our x-ray machines for semi-trucks are functioning.
00:05:53.600 Because I've had some of you commenting in my previous videos debunking the idea that Team Canada is like this unity project that we all need to jump on board of if we're patriots.
00:06:05.320 Daniel Smith, not joining with Team Canada, has been doing a better job repairing relationships with the U.S. and Canada than any of these people have.
00:06:13.600 And by the way, some of you in my comments in those videos, what I was just getting to, have been telling me that when you go through the border, you've been told by border guards that the x-ray machines aren't even working.
00:06:25.560 So if semis go by and Trudeau's like, well, they only get 1% of the drugs that enter in through the U.S. being caught going over the Canadian border.
00:06:34.360 Most of it's coming through Mexico.
00:06:35.840 Yes, because we don't do border security.
00:06:37.780 It's probably way higher, but we do no checking.
00:06:40.400 When you go in from the Mexico to Canada and semi-trucks are having to go through border crossings, they are being scanned, they're being searched, so they actually find drugs.
00:06:53.240 Yes, if no officers ever search a home, you will never find anything in it.
00:06:57.560 But if an officer does search a home, you might find some stuff in it.
00:07:01.380 That is currently what is going on with the border.
00:07:04.560 Doug Ford has no leg to stand on.
00:07:06.580 And again, let me be very clear, what Doug Ford is doing here is saving Trudeau and the Liberals from an early election.
00:07:13.420 Mark Carney or Chrystia Freeland could push the election back, justifying that we've had an election in Ontario so soon.
00:07:20.380 And because of the Trump situation, we need another three or four months to prepare for the next election.
00:07:25.780 All of the parties need more time, even though the federal conservatives could go right now and they would be perfectly fine. 0.59
00:07:31.900 He's such a hack.
00:07:34.300 Doug Ford is not a conservative.
00:07:35.840 His brother, Rob Ford, was a conservative.
00:07:39.000 His brother, Rob Ford, as mayor, was cutting property taxes, cutting wasteful spending.
00:07:44.120 He was scrapping ridiculous benefits for councillors and other bureaucrats in the Toronto municipal government.
00:07:52.080 He was very good.
00:07:53.920 He was very good.
00:07:54.960 That's, again, why I endorse the new Blue Party of Ontario.
00:07:58.280 It's an actual conservative party.
00:08:00.300 And while people are going to say, well, they're probably not going to be able to win a seat.
00:08:03.460 They're just like the PPC.
00:08:04.880 The difference between the PPC and the new Blue Party of Ontario.
00:08:10.000 So I'm not sure if I said Ontario Party before.
00:08:11.760 Don't vote for the Ontario Party.
00:08:13.460 It's literally like a PC party front group.
00:08:15.720 The new Blue Party actually tries.
00:08:18.300 They have EDAs in every riding.
00:08:19.800 They actually have policy conventions and membership rights for their people.
00:08:24.000 So they're actually good.
00:08:24.860 And again, we're in an Aaron O'Toole situation with Doug Ford.
00:08:28.760 Doug Ford is just corrupting conservatism in Ontario because eventually if the Liberals or NDP replace him, where are the Conservatives to oppose the Liberals and the NDP?
00:08:40.440 It's going to be a soul-sucked PC party with just progressives left over, no actual Conservatives.
00:08:46.080 And so when Bonnie Crombie gets in and or if Merritt Stiles gets in one day, what are the PCs really going to point out that they're doing wrong?
00:08:54.320 Because they're doing all the same things Kathleen Wynne was doing, but like slightly less.
00:08:59.480 But even Bonnie Crombie has been moving right.
00:09:02.140 Doug Ford and Bonnie Crombie are like this.
00:09:04.820 You cannot tell the difference in their leadership styles, their policies.
00:09:09.840 Bonnie Crombie, in fact, is more against the carbon tax than Doug Ford is.
00:09:13.980 Don't vote for the Ontario Liberals.
00:09:16.360 Oh my goodness, don't vote for any of them.
00:09:18.620 But New Blue is at least a statement in favor of saying, hey, maybe the PC party should actually fulfill its 2018 election promises.
00:09:27.000 Because that's the simple thing that the New Blue party puts forward.
00:09:31.080 Maybe we should do some of the things the party actually promised to do in 2018.
00:09:34.900 Because Doug Ford's like platform in 2018 was perfectly fine.
00:09:39.280 Cut wasteful spending.
00:09:40.580 We need to reduce taxes.
00:09:42.640 Doug Ford has like reduced the gas tax a little bit, a little bit.
00:09:46.760 And then he's like doing this like $200 giveaway.
00:09:51.100 He literally does the same things as Trudeau would do.
00:09:54.760 He just does giveaway programs.
00:09:56.440 He does subsidy programs.
00:09:57.900 He targets subsidies to communities and ridings where he's trying to win seats.
00:10:02.140 It's so sleazy.
00:10:04.160 He's like the housing starts in Ontario.
00:10:06.180 He's trying to pump up that we're getting an infrastructure done.
00:10:09.560 Maybe.
00:10:10.260 But it's going to be overpriced.
00:10:11.740 It's going to take too long.
00:10:12.800 And in fact, private housing starts are down in Ontario.
00:10:16.700 Because it's difficult to build.
00:10:18.660 And even when he was opening up the Greenbelt for more building, he didn't even do it right.
00:10:22.820 I actually am in favor of having small cutouts of the Greenbelt to do more developing in.
00:10:27.720 But he was like giving it to friends.
00:10:29.440 He was like selling on Greenbelt property to like friendly developers only. 0.99
00:10:35.300 So even when he's doing something that I would technically agree with, he does it in the stupidest way possible. 0.90
00:10:40.800 Like him moving towards privatizing the LCBO is him giving like buying rights to friends. 0.98
00:10:47.160 It's allowing friends to buy it all up.
00:10:49.280 That's like actual crony corporatism in government.
00:10:52.900 My goodness.
00:10:53.720 It's so bad.
00:10:54.840 But again, this is giving the Liberals the excuse, Jagmeet Singh and the NDP, the excuse to say we can't have an election right now.
00:11:02.000 All of my NDP staff members are exhausted from campaigning in Ontario.
00:11:07.220 I need some time to recover.
00:11:09.500 And then they're going to wham it way back.
00:11:12.360 And it's going to give the Liberal leader a chance to try and do as many handouts as possible.
00:11:16.820 It's going to give the media more time to try and find excuses to attack pure poly of the Conservatives for nonsense.
00:11:25.580 It's the worst. 0.95
00:11:27.280 It's the worst. 0.98
00:11:28.160 Doug Ford's the worst.
00:11:29.520 Like my friend Daniel Boardman calls him, and I endorse this label. 0.99
00:11:33.960 Doug Ford is fat, Trudeau.
00:11:35.660 You can't tell anything he's doing different than the Liberals at all. 0.89
00:11:40.200 Oh, but his deficits are going down over the years.
00:11:43.180 How are they still running deficits?
00:11:44.860 He's had how much time in government?
00:11:46.800 He hasn't found anything to cut?
00:11:48.420 His budget.
00:11:49.600 His first budget in 2018 when he got in was higher than Kathleen Wynne's budgets.
00:11:54.520 It's crazy.
00:11:56.000 The only reason his deficits are going down is just because the other economies around Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, Manitoba, are so bad that some people are moving their businesses to Ontario.
00:12:08.360 Some manufacturing is organically coming to Ontario because the Canadian dollar is so weak.
00:12:13.420 We're becoming like Mexico that you'd rather manufacture in Ontario than Michigan because our dollar sucks even though our regulations and taxes also suck. 0.86
00:12:23.300 But anyways, that's it for me today, guys.
00:12:26.240 Guys, I'm going to be following the Ontario election, so make sure to like this video, subscribe to the channel.
00:12:31.480 I'll be going over polling.
00:12:32.820 I actually could see this thing backfiring on Ford hard.
00:12:36.000 I would love it that the PC party only wins a minority government and the new blue party is able to get like two seats.
00:12:41.860 I'll probably fly out to Ontario just to hit doors and campaign and consult for the new blue party for free.
00:12:49.920 I just want them to do well.
00:12:51.760 They deserve it.
00:12:52.900 Jim Karahalios, the guy running the new blue party, was the guy who started the axe, the carbon tax movement.
00:12:58.840 He was the one who got rid of Patrick Brown as the PC Ontario leader.
00:13:03.140 They made up that he had like assaulted somebody to get rid of him.
00:13:05.860 It was a BS story, basically just invented to get rid of Doug Ford or get rid of Patrick Brown and install Doug Ford.
00:13:13.200 But they didn't want to admit that the real reason they were getting rid of Patrick Brown was the membership was turning on him because of Jim Karahalios' axe attacks and take back our PC party campaigns.
00:13:23.520 He's a good guy.
00:13:24.420 He ran in the 2020 leadership for the federal conservatives.
00:13:27.260 They kicked him out because he was too much of a threat to Aaron O'Toole and Peter McKay.
00:13:32.120 Jim Karahalios is great.
00:13:33.880 Follow him.
00:13:34.660 Watch his content.
00:13:35.400 I think he's a great guy.
00:13:37.200 Again, vote for the new blue party.
00:13:39.340 Check out their website down below.
00:13:41.040 Consider running for them if you got time on your hands in these next couple of months.
00:13:44.740 And I'll see you guys later.
