00:00:00.000 I did go to Catholic schools and I've read the Bible perhaps more closely than most Christians I know.
00:00:06.280 It's the same message, and so that's a long way of saying that I'm not Christian.
00:00:11.100 But I think it's deeply true that we share the same Judeo-Christian values that this nation was founded on.
00:00:19.140 And this nation was absolutely founded on Judeo-Christian values. That's a fact.
00:00:22.740 at the root of this kellyan's i think the most destructive human emotion of all which is envy
00:00:32.660 and grievance which regards someone else's success as coming at your expense
00:00:38.860 radical christian nationalist pastor joel webbin joel webbin i'm gonna talk about joel webbin
00:00:47.220 Joe Webbin is an accident.
00:01:06.800 So I banged this one out into the Twitterverse just a couple days ago.
00:01:10.740 I wrote the following.
00:01:11.520 bookmark this post for when republicans get inevitably crushed in the midterms number one 0.91
00:01:18.420 it is the gop's fault the iran war was a massive mistake the economy is the biggest incentive for
00:01:26.100 voters and people cannot afford daily life number two maga will absolutely blame it on the dissident
00:01:34.500 right. In XR Studios, here, we did not want this to happen. We wanted MAGA to actually listen.
00:01:43.340 For the record, we have never told anyone to vote for a Democrat, and by the grace of God,
00:01:48.420 we never will. Number three, however, there are a few occasions when we will encourage Christians
00:01:55.020 to withhold their vote from a Republican candidate. There are some that actually need 0.77
00:02:01.660 to lose in order to send a message to the GOP. For example, Vivek Ramaswamy is one such candidate
00:02:10.820 and here's the message and I quote, if you run a Hindu anchor baby who regularly lectures Americans 1.00
00:02:18.960 about how they're not really American and he also helped his mother scam Americans out of their 0.98
00:02:25.820 retirement, you deserve to lose. Christians must communicate to the GOP loud and clear that they 0.93
00:02:33.440 cannot simply assume our vote if they continue to run candidates like Vivek. This is vital.
00:02:43.200 It is absolutely vital that the GOP comes to understand that you cannot run someone who has
00:02:50.840 made literally the last two years running a christmas tradition every christmas vivek comes
00:02:57.580 out and tells you why your children why your children as a heritage american their inheritance
00:03:04.580 their heritage their legacy their ancestry their lineage is meaningless vivek has earned his loss
00:03:14.360 He needs to lose. Is Amy Acton going to be good for Ohio? No. Will she be worse for Ohio than
00:03:22.260 Vivek might be in the short run? Yes. But there's something to be said for precedent. Think about
00:03:28.700 this. We have not had a single American president since George Washington, who did not at least
00:03:35.280 publicly profess to be a Christian. Was Joe Biden a Christian? No. Do I think that Donald Trump
00:03:43.980 is a genuine, regenerate Christian? No. Do I like Trump more than Biden? Yes. But both of these
00:03:52.720 individuals prove the point that their profession, their public profession, claimed to be a Christian
00:03:58.900 is mere pretense. But pretense actually matters. To set a new precedent is equivalent to opening 0.54
00:04:07.460 pandora's box right the first go around maybe and just maybe you get a based hindu you get an anchor 0.94
00:04:16.860 baby who likes to quote some of the founding fathers but a few months later around the christmas 0.52
00:04:22.560 season he's crapping on the founding fathers and telling you that they were wrong about what makes
00:04:28.600 an american an american and your children don't actually have a heritage here but maybe vivek
00:04:33.400 would be based. Maybe Vivek would be conservative in some sense. But what comes later? Once you
00:04:40.580 open that box, and I'm not just referring to the race for governor in Ohio in 26, but Vivek was in
00:04:46.700 the primaries in 24 running for president. Do we really want to break that precedent? G.K. Chesterton,
00:04:53.540 he once said that hypocrisy is vice tipping the hat to virtue. Think about that for a second.
00:05:01.780 Hypocrisy is disgusting. 1.00
00:05:03.380 We hate it. 0.92
00:05:04.380 But believe it or not, ironically, there will come a day, very likely, if we don't repent as a nation in these United States,
00:05:12.780 there will come a day where we will long for the prior days of hypocrisy.
00:05:18.080 And we will say to one another, as Christians, don't you miss when politicians at least pretended to be virtuous?
00:05:25.780 When they at least pretended to be Christians?
00:05:28.380 when a politician had to at least pretend to be a follower of Jesus
00:05:34.440 in order to garner support, in order to win an election.
00:05:38.880 See, what's worse than hypocrisy is when vice rules the day
00:05:43.520 with absolute ironclad authority
00:05:46.820 to where it no longer even has to tip the hat to virtue
00:05:50.260 and no longer has to even pretend to be virtuous.
00:05:54.240 And someone like Vivek Ramaswamy,
00:05:56.620 who was literally his parents got here days before he was born he is an anchor baby his dad has been
00:06:02.640 here for decades and still hasn't bothered to become a citizen because he does not care about
00:06:08.320 your country he helped his mom to defraud heritage americans from millions of dollars with a miracle
00:06:14.760 alzheimer drug that didn't work and it seems as though they probably knew that it would not work
00:06:20.480 it was a pump and dump scheme he lectures you and your children and your grandchildren that
00:06:26.280 heritage is nothing and that America is merely an idea, to which I have said publicly and will say 0.95
00:06:32.460 again, if America is merely an idea, then go enjoy that idea in India. And yet he's still here and 0.89
00:06:39.660 not merely content to be here defrauding Americans financially and making millions of dollars off of
00:06:46.120 that endeavor, but he wants to politically rule you and your posterity. This cannot be allowed.
00:06:53.180 Are we going to vote for a Democrat? No. Well, I encourage patriots and Christians in the state
00:06:59.720 of Ohio to simply withhold their vote. Yes. Sometimes you need to hold your nose and vote 0.99
00:07:07.860 for the guy with the R next to his name. And sometimes you need to simply walk away. That is
00:07:14.680 an important principle. There's lots of blame that's been passed around in the past few months
00:07:18.780 over the black pillars and one uh colloquial saying is podcastistan that is to say guys like
00:07:24.280 us guys like nick fuentes that have also said you don't owe your vote to someone just because they
00:07:28.720 have an r next to their name tucker carlson and others that are largely disenfranchised with the
00:07:33.060 gop there are those that are on kind of the trump admin side that have said you are responsible for
00:07:38.560 this bad polling you're responsible for what looks like this bad turnout that's about to happen but
00:07:43.500 the conversation that we're having we are not the ones in this case if we're just being honest
00:07:47.600 We're not the ones driving this bad polling.
00:07:50.360 In Ohio, Amy Acton is up about 1% on Vivek Ramaswamy. 0.82
00:07:54.080 She's polling around 47 and a half to Vivek's 46 and a half.
00:07:57.860 Two years ago, two years ago, Donald Trump won Ohio by over 11%, the biggest margin of
00:08:05.940 victory for a president since Ronald Reagan back in the 1980s.
00:08:09.700 That was just two years ago.
00:08:11.600 And now you're looking at most likely getting a Democrat governor.
00:08:15.700 So did we at NXR Studios, did Nick, did other people, did they drive the momentum that all of these people now by the hundreds of thousands are unwilling to come out to vote?
00:08:25.700 No, we're responding to the way voters are responding to the way the first two years have gone.
00:08:31.860 We're not the ones that are causing disenfranchisement.
00:08:34.280 We're not the ones that are causing the blackpilling.
00:08:36.500 We're simply pointing out and saying they're justified to feel that way.
00:08:39.740 You started a war that has pulled money out of our pockets as far as food costs, as far as fuel costs, as far as everything that it goes to live life.
00:08:46.700 We have less money on the table.
00:08:48.400 It's distracted from domestic policy.
00:08:50.600 It's distracted from deportations, even though there is still some good work being done there.
00:08:55.380 And what that means, ultimately, the GOP is probably going to get wiped out of the midterms.
00:08:59.640 That just is what it is.
00:09:00.840 But it's not our fault.
00:09:02.360 And if you want to start looking for blame, look at the guy who started a war that's been going on for almost eight months now,
00:09:08.260 that has taken money out of their pocket.
00:09:09.740 we're not to blame those who started the war are and when you look at us and try to blame us all
00:09:14.160 we're doing is being the ones say the emperor has no clothes actually this is someone's fault
00:09:19.140 something could have been done about it but wasn't yeah i mean even as it relates to the criticism
00:09:23.560 with fishback and and the experiment that that was it's it's like okay so we put forward fishback
00:09:28.900 and fishback largely had some you could say uh respect gratitude for the trump administration
00:09:34.160 but there was largely criticism uh represented in his campaign and the things that he would say
00:09:38.720 the way he spoke about the Trump administration, but Fishback lost. And lo and behold, a month
00:09:43.540 later, six weeks later, what has Byron Donald's proceeded to do? Take all references of Trump
00:09:48.620 off of his campaign website, right? So how is that our fault? So we push our candidate forward
00:09:53.900 trying to say, hey, well, Trump's really not that popular, especially to your point, Wes,
00:09:57.920 on the Iran war, our candidate loses. And then your candidate, the candidate you want us to get
00:10:03.020 behind, proceeds to follow in line. And it's not just Byron Donald's in Florida. There's a number
00:10:08.060 of senators, tight elections, people who didn't even show up to the midterm convention in Dallas,
00:10:14.320 right? Because they recognize association with Trump. This is Dan Sullivan in Alaska,
00:10:18.300 for example, who's in a tight race there. Association with Trump isn't really helping me,
00:10:22.320 right? So if we're simply just pointing out the facts and saying the GOP is struggling on these
00:10:27.300 issues and we're somehow to blame, like here's one thing I wanted to talk about as it relates
00:10:31.840 to a coalition, a big tent, right? So the GOP under Trump, they want a big tent. They want
00:10:37.060 they want everyone the gay the gay people they want the christian nationalists they want all
00:10:41.600 of these people to come together and vote in line right but what what is it what's necessary for a
00:10:48.020 big tent a big tent requires that you're actually hearing the interests of people actually saying
00:10:53.860 hey we can make this work for you we can do this thing for you and so at the point where we feel
00:10:58.720 like we're not being heard how is it our obligation to get in line with the coalition you're building
00:11:04.520 You want something from us, right?
00:11:06.520 This episode is brought to you by Greska's Carbon 60.
00:11:10.160 See, sponsors like this are the only reason
00:11:12.300 that we can actually say what we say
00:11:14.360 without having to ask permission.
00:11:16.480 So humor me and give me just one minute.
00:11:19.460 Carbon 60 is a molecule made up of 60 carbon atoms.
00:11:23.680 Chronic inflammation is what sits underneath
00:11:26.020 almost everything that slows a man down.
00:11:29.540 Sore muscles, brain fog, low energy,
00:11:32.080 and most chronic diseases.
00:11:33.460 and inflammation starts upstream with oxidative stress.
00:11:38.600 That's exactly where C60 works.
00:11:41.780 It supports your body's natural defenses against that stress.
00:11:45.820 Faster recovery, energy that holds all day, sharper focus.
00:11:50.680 It's the ultimate anti-inflammatory.
00:11:53.520 So go to C60.com, that's the letter C, 60.com
00:11:58.540 and use code NXR for 20% off your first order.
00:12:03.040 c60.com use code nxr for 20 off that's right and the thing is it's not just that we're not being
00:12:09.940 heard we're actually being actively mocked right so i mean just rewind the tape i mean you can go
00:12:16.000 back and look at at maga and the neocons and the gop more broadly uh look at what they're saying
00:12:23.100 now hey get out there pinch your nose and and get you know the guy with the r next to his name
00:12:28.900 across the finish line, be a patriot. Um, you know, your, your time to raise dissent, um, is
00:12:34.780 during the primaries, but, uh, during the general, it's time to be a patriot and save your country
00:12:39.200 from the communist stuff. It's a, it's as though everybody got a text message from Trump directly
00:12:43.740 and the talking points have gone out and maybe they, maybe they're the ones who got the talking
00:12:47.680 point. Also the direct deposit hit. Right. Yeah. They got the $5,000 checks and, and they're all
00:12:53.300 coming out and saying the same thing. Seriously, all these guys, whether it be John Doyle, whether
00:12:57.260 it be Nick Freitas, whether, you know, all these guys literally copy and paste the same thing.
00:13:02.060 Primaries is your time to, you know, to voice your dissent and the general election. You just
00:13:07.080 vote R all the way down the page, no matter what. But here's the deal. These guys, if you,
00:13:13.120 that's what they're saying today. If you rewind the tape two months ago, these guys, and when I
00:13:17.280 say these guys, I don't just mean, you know, guys at the blaze, guys at the daily wire, different
00:13:21.180 influencers, political pundits in the MAGA space, but I'm talking about Trump himself. Our president
00:13:26.400 is blatantly and with scoffing, he is mocking us.
00:13:34.120 So you're mocking us two months ago.
00:13:37.820 And now you're like, please come help us.
00:13:41.540 We'll give you money for it.
00:13:43.180 That's not how politics works.
00:13:44.680 You guys have been making fun of us.
00:13:46.880 We raise our dissent in the primaries.
00:13:49.340 And it'd be one thing if guys who are mostly aligned
00:13:54.060 And the primaries are like, yep, James Fishback is clearly the better candidate than Byron
00:13:57.840 Donald's because he was.
00:13:59.780 There's no debate about that.
00:14:01.540 Even on the basic issues that conservatives have fought for for decades, like abortion.
00:14:07.860 This is an objective fact.
00:14:10.020 James Fishback was stronger on defending the life of the unborn than Byron Donald's, hands
00:14:15.660 down.
00:14:16.140 So it's not just flock cameras or data centers or detangling from foreign influence, AIPAC
00:14:23.300 and those guys.
00:14:23.700 no, even on just the fundamental issues of affordable housing, stopping the murder of
00:14:30.640 unborn children, traditional marriage, the exaltation of Christianity, you know, like
00:14:37.480 talking about, hey, Christ is king, these kinds of things. There's no contest. There's no debate.
00:14:43.040 James Fishback was objectively, definitively more outspoken and stronger on those issues
00:14:48.700 than buying McDonald's. Here's another thing to keep in mind. And we said this at the time,
00:14:52.800 James Fishback in virtually all the polls, he was slated to be the most likely candidate from the primary Republican primary candidates who would be able to beat the Democrat in the general for the governor.
00:15:09.620 He was slated to be able to win by, I believe, anywhere from two to five percent against the Democrat in the general.
00:15:17.340 Byron Donalds, before the primary election took place, was always slated to lose.
00:15:22.800 And so if he loses, and he may not, but he might, and if he loses, same thing with Vivek. If these guys lose, here's the deal. You're saying, well, you had your chance to voice your dissent in the primary. Well, we did voice our dissent in the primary, right?
00:15:40.260 So you're acting like, well, now we're being serious, right?
00:15:42.660 Because of the general election and this is the last election of our lifetimes, right?
00:15:47.900 We've been told that.
00:15:48.620 We were told that in 24.
00:15:49.700 We were told that, you know, in 22, told that in 2020.
00:15:52.540 And here we are again.
00:15:53.780 This is the last election.
00:15:55.620 You get out there.
00:15:56.620 You vote R all the way down the ballot, no matter what.
00:15:59.360 Be a patriot.
00:16:00.240 Save the country from the communists.
00:16:02.360 And these guys, what they're saying is it was appropriate to voice your dissent during the primaries.
00:16:07.600 But now it's life or death, last election, and you need to get out.
00:16:12.300 But here's the deal.
00:16:12.940 They're lying.
00:16:14.380 I wasn't born, you know, six weeks ago.
00:16:18.600 I was alive and sentient and had agency two months ago.
00:16:23.200 I can rewind the tape.
00:16:24.320 You can see their tweets.
00:16:25.580 They weren't saying, hey, you know what?
00:16:27.860 I get Joel's point of why he's going to vote for James Fishback.
00:16:31.180 James Fishback is better on the issues all the way around.
00:16:34.340 He is the better candidate.
00:16:35.580 In fact, not only do I understand his point, but I'm going to champion James Fishback also.
00:16:41.820 But if James Fishback loses to Byron, then when it comes to the general, I'm going to cast my vote to Byron and encourage others to do also.
00:16:48.700 That was not the rhetoric coming from John Doyle.
00:16:51.620 That was not the rhetoric coming from even personal friends like Andrew Isker.
00:16:55.800 That was not the rhetoric of Nick Freitas.
00:16:58.500 No, their rhetoric two months ago was mocking us then and now angry and begging us now.
00:17:07.020 So they were mocking us.
00:17:08.260 Their whole pitch now is, look, you had your chance to voice your dissent, but now it's
00:17:14.140 time to fall in line.
00:17:15.360 But when we did voice our dissent, they were right there mocking us.
00:17:19.760 They were saying, you're going to vote for James Fishback.
00:17:21.940 He doesn't have a chance.
00:17:22.940 He can never win.
00:17:23.820 But hold up.
00:17:25.260 Hold up.
00:17:25.760 he is objectively the better candidate even if he loses right i always people are going to mock us
00:17:33.160 for supporting james fishback mock away i will always choose to support david over goliath
00:17:40.800 whether he wins or not i i will i will not apologize for throwing whatever influence
00:17:47.020 whatever resources whatever weight i have behind the righteous little guy versus the corrupt giant
00:17:54.640 I'm not going to apologize for that. 0.98
00:17:56.720 And you, especially these guys in the magus influencing sphere who claim to be Christians, 0.53
00:18:04.000 you guys should have been not only not mocking us, you should have been throwing your weight
00:18:09.000 with us.
00:18:10.380 You should have been saying, yeah, James Fishback, number one, just practically speaking,
00:18:15.140 he has a better shot of keeping Florida red and beating the Democrat in the general.
00:18:20.100 That's clear.
00:18:20.880 number two he is better on pro-life he's better on affordable housing he's better on traditional
00:18:27.160 marriage he's better on on christian principles being in the public square christ is king he's
00:18:33.120 better on this he's better on that so we're throwing our if john doyle if if all these guys
00:18:38.340 had done that just a couple months ago in the primaries but they were now saying look guys
00:18:45.140 We tried, we lost, fair is fair.
00:18:48.500 You know, James Fishback, he lost a five to one ratio of votes,
00:18:52.240 but he was outspent 200 to one.
00:18:55.400 He actually did really, really well given the circumstance.
00:18:58.920 Goliath and David, the actual story from the Bible,
00:19:01.740 Goliath was a giant.
00:19:03.000 He was significantly larger than David.
00:19:04.840 He was not 200 times larger than David, right?
00:19:09.080 David and Goliath isn't even really an accurate analogy.
00:19:12.340 For David, you know, Goliath was probably five times or maybe in terms of weight, maybe 10 times the weight of David.
00:19:21.500 Byron Donald, in terms of his war chest, the triple Trump endorsement, the funding from Miriam Adelson and the Jewish donors, it was a 200 to 1 outspent.
00:19:35.100 but in terms of actual votes, only a less than five to one, like 48 point something percent to
00:19:41.320 10.5% with James Fishback, James actually did exceedingly well. And even if he never had a
00:19:47.160 shot, which hindsight's 2020 and based off of hindsight, it's kind of true. He never had a
00:19:52.460 shot. I regret nothing because we are making a statement and saying, no, we're going to stand
00:19:58.880 with virtue. We're going to stand with the most righteous candidate in the primaries. Now, if all
00:20:03.940 these other guys who mocked us then and are mocking us now if they had done the same thing 0.84
00:20:09.740 and said you know what like my point is they're they're hypocritical they're lying they're saying 0.70
00:20:14.820 hey the primary that's the time but now it's time to fall in line but during the primary they were
00:20:20.500 doing the same thing they're doing now they're saying fall in line vote for byron don't vote for
00:20:24.980 james fishback he's a joke he can't actually win these guys are here's the point they're not
00:20:29.960 concerned about righteousness winning the day. They're not concerned about the right team winning.
00:20:35.480 They're just concerned about being on whatever team wins. They don't care if the right team wins.
00:20:41.120 They just want to be on the team that wins. That's the argument. And that's why people are
00:20:46.360 not taking them seriously. So if the GOP does get crushed in the midterms, and I think they will,
00:20:52.020 listen to me, I'll say it loud and clear. It is not because of us. It's not because of Nick
00:20:57.820 Fuentes. It's not because of Tucker Carlson. It is because Donald Trump and MAGA and all the MAGA
00:21:04.200 influencers have laughed at us, have cursed at us, have called us stupid, have mocked us and are now 1.00
00:21:12.380 saying, hey, we need you. That's just bad politics. That's not the way politics work. You don't mock 1.00
00:21:19.860 someone and then turn around and say, oh, wait, please help. Well, these primaries are run by the
00:21:25.080 party apparatus in that state. So in Florida, there were no debates. Byron said, I'm not going
00:21:29.420 to do it. I don't think anybody's polling high enough. They disinfited James from a big party
00:21:34.120 event. Same thing in Ohio. Vivek early on ran as the front runner. There was guys that were
00:21:38.500 dissuaded from going onto the ballot. And so all across Thomas Massey, tens of millions of dollars
00:21:43.560 poured into that state. So the party apparatus, the machine runs the primaries. Your voice doesn't
00:21:48.280 get heard in the primaries. Then it comes time for the general. It's like, well, that was your
00:21:51.000 time to have your voice heard. It wasn't heard. Get in line and vote. Oh, wait a second. I never
00:21:55.700 even had a chance at any of these points to be actually heard out. Right. Yeah, exactly. The
00:21:59.700 primaries is like, well, that's your chance to voice your dissent. Oh, but by the way, Trump is
00:22:04.840 going to be dropping nukes from truth social saying Thomas Massey is he was never MAGA. He's
00:22:12.420 the worst Republican candidate of all time. He's not a patriot. He's a traitor to our nation. I 0.55
00:22:17.000 I mean, all the donations to Massey came, not all of them, the vast majority from Kentucky.
00:22:22.100 For his opponent, Gallerain, vast majority outside of Kentucky.
00:22:25.440 It's clear who the people of that Kentucky district wanted to represent them.
00:22:29.480 It's also clear who the machine wanted in Congress to vote on their bills.
00:22:32.840 So when they say, hey, primaries, it's a fair landscape for may the best man win.
00:22:40.340 No, that's not how the machine works.
00:22:44.400 Right. It's you're only you're only told that you're allowed to voice your dissent in the primaries after the primaries have already happened.
00:22:53.040 And when they're trying to be reasonable and then twist your arm to force you to vote in the general, you yeah, you can voice your dissent in the primaries. 0.71
00:23:01.220 But then they're going to call up Miriam Adelson and APAC and all these Jewish donors and get millions and millions of dollars to smother your candidate to make sure your voice is never heard. 0.75
00:23:12.140 It doesn't matter what the actual constituents on the ground.
00:23:15.420 Thomas Massey was beloved.
00:23:17.080 He was.
00:23:17.500 He was beloved by his state, his voters.
00:23:20.940 But they poured in all this money to change voters and to drive out a new voting base that never cared before, but all of a sudden cares because there's money and dollars and advertising.
00:23:33.220 These kinds of machine gears up, starts grinding.
00:23:36.160 And so my point is, it's all a lie.
00:23:39.080 when they say, well, you had your shot and you just didn't make your voice heard or what. No,
00:23:44.940 no, I was not born yesterday. I remember two months ago when we were trying to make our voice
00:23:49.840 heard, Trump was mocking us, right? All the MAGA influencers were mocking us and telling us,
00:23:56.060 shut up, shut up, fall in line, fall in line. And then Miriam Adelson was just dumping millions and 0.90
00:24:03.720 millions of dollars out of trucks, you know, just backing up trucks with cash and dumping them to 1.00
00:24:08.820 where you can never win. And so, um, I, there, there are people, Ken Paxton. All right. I'll
00:24:14.600 use him as an example. I'm not a fan. Um, I, I'm, I'm not a big fan. Um, but when I think about
00:24:20.400 voting, right, I live here in Texas. Uh, one of the things that I'm going to question is who is
00:24:26.100 the alternative, right? What's the alternative? Who are they running against? Well, in the case
00:24:30.040 of Ken Paxton, he's running against, uh, literally the devil incarnate James Tallarico. Like, think
00:24:36.120 about that. What did Satan do with Jesus in the wilderness? He, he tries to tempt him by twisting
00:24:42.720 the word of God. The way that James Tallarico has twisted the word of God to support transgender, 0.97
00:24:48.280 you know, reproductive assignment for, for minors and for children. If James Tallarico was in the 0.78
00:24:55.320 wilderness with Satan trying to tempt Jesus, I guarantee you Satan himself would say, dude,
00:24:59.980 slow down. That's, that's, I mean, this is a bit much like James Tallarico makes the devil blush.
00:25:06.880 He does like the devil is like, dude, this is a little bit on the nose. Shouldn't we be more
00:25:11.680 subtle? Like, you know, so in that kind of race, when, when the alternative is James Tallarico,
00:25:17.980 then I'm probably not probably, I'm going to vote for Paxton. Um, I'm going to vote for both French 0.92
00:25:24.140 with a sense of pride. I'm going to vote for Paxton with a sense of, well, you got to do what 0.86
00:25:29.700 you got to do, you know? And, and so we understand there is actually a category of holding your nose
00:25:36.100 and voting. But you have to think who's the alternative. Here's another thing. Like I said
00:25:41.060 earlier, what does this set a new precedent, right? Ken, Ken Paxton doesn't really set a new
00:25:46.680 precedent. It's a white guy, milquetoast, kind of conservative, claims to be Christian. You know,
00:25:54.340 it's, he's a dime a dozen, right? You're not opening, opening Pandora's box and setting some
00:25:59.280 new precedent that could really hurt your state and hurt the country in the future.
00:26:04.120 But voting for a guy who worships 3 million demon gods, voting for an anchor baby barefoot 0.98
00:26:11.700 Hindu who scams heritage Americans out of their money and then lectures every Christmas 0.98
00:26:19.100 heritage Americans for why they have no inheritance and they have no rights to the country. 0.98
00:26:25.060 And it's like that, that is actually a new precedent. And in a state like Ohio, one, it's, it's quarantined, right? This is different than a national election, a presidential election too, because Ohio has been historically a deep red state. It is very likely that if Amy Acton wins and Amy Acton is horrible, we're not defending her. She's, she's a Jewish she devil, right? She's, she is a communist. 0.96
00:26:53.760 She locked down the state big time during COVID. 0.99
00:26:55.480 She's terrible. 0.61
00:26:56.320 Absolutely. 0.97
00:26:57.420 But here's the deal.
00:26:58.160 If she wins, it is very likely, more probable than not, that with the state Senate and these other mechanisms, checks and balances in the government of that local state politics, her arms will be tied behind her back from day one.
00:27:13.020 She will not be able to do anything serious to hurt the state.
00:27:17.020 And the few things that she can do will be immediately undone four years later.
00:27:22.260 and it's quarantined. It's isolated. It's one state. It's not the whole country. These are
00:27:27.620 things to consider. So there are moments where you vote with pride for your guy. There are moments
00:27:33.320 where you hold your nose, but you vote out of desperation because it really is time to be a
00:27:38.020 patriot and save the country from communists. And there are other times where you say, you know
00:27:42.160 what? Not this time. We can actually afford this loss. It's actually not no matter how many times
00:27:48.380 you scream it. It is not the last election of our lifetimes. Not because the last election of our
00:27:54.240 lifetimes is in the future, just for the record. It's because the last real election of our
00:27:58.220 lifetimes is decades in the past. You need to know that, by the way. The reason why this is
00:28:03.960 not the last election of our lifetime is because we actually already had that, like decades ago.
00:28:10.140 When you think of what set the precedent and gave rise, you know, leveled the playing field,
00:28:16.420 gave rise to the managerial state, to the machine, to the one party, uniparty system, to all these.
00:28:24.080 Go back to the Federal Reserve, right? Go back to the Hartzeller Act, right? Go back to civil
00:28:29.340 rights. Go back to Reagan and amnesty for millions of illegals in California. That's right. So last 0.61
00:28:34.960 election of our lifetime, I would say was like 60s and 70s. We haven't had a real election for,
00:28:41.200 Like, let's just stop joking around.
00:28:43.180 Let's be serious.
00:28:44.240 Like, this is the last election.
00:28:45.860 We have not had a real election in 45 years, right?
00:28:49.880 So this is an opportunity to mitigate intense harm in some of those isolated cases where it really is the devil on the ballot, like James Tallarico, Ken Paxson kind of thing.
00:29:04.940 And Ken Paxson, again, here's the deal.
00:29:06.740 You might say, well, Amy Acton is just as bad as Tallarico.
00:29:09.820 like okay but Ken Paxton is more of the same it doesn't open Pandora's box and set a new precedent 0.97
00:29:16.220 for something worse Vivek is not more of the same guys he's not Vivek is a Hindu who worships
00:29:25.420 demon gods who is an anchor baby whose dad hates the country and is apathetic and has never become 0.54
00:29:32.020 a citizen over decades who defrauded Americans out of their wealth and is pushing propositional
00:29:37.460 nationhood every christmas to your children vivek cannot have your support he can't and is
00:29:45.240 amy acton terrible yes she is and would she be worse in in the in the short run for those four
00:29:52.980 years in ohio than vivek probably i think it's pretty safe to say uh yes she would be worse
00:29:59.480 and significantly worse but here's the deal is this isolated in one local state versus federal 0.71
00:30:06.240 election? Is it a deep red state where her ability to wreak havoc is going to be limited? 1.00
00:30:14.960 And does it set the precedent by getting Vivek out of the way? We don't want to solidify the
00:30:22.400 next 30 years of a political future on the right for Vivek Ramaswamy. We want him to leave the
00:30:29.480 scene with his tail behind his legs or between his legs. And this is the chance to do that.
00:30:33.900 And I want Wes to share a story at this point that is really, really, really profound in the way that politics works, because I see the Vivek Amy Acton in Ohio as being very, very similar to Mitt Romney and Obama and that giving way at the federal scene to Trump.
00:30:53.900 Can you share that?
00:30:54.980 Well, one of the accusations leveled at us is that the GOP won't listen.
00:30:58.840 So you say, I can't vote for Vivek Ramaswamy.
00:31:00.940 the GOP is not going to be like, oh my goodness, he couldn't vote for him. We'll go ahead and we'll
00:31:05.000 give you a better candidate. In 2012, my dad, lifelong conservative. I mean, 1995, he was at
00:31:11.800 his church sounding the alarm bells about homosexuality and abortion as some of the
00:31:16.200 critical issues facing the church. Lifelong conservative. 2008, voted for McCain. We let
00:31:20.700 that one slide. But 2012, he said, I'm not going to vote for Mitt Romney. Everyone, I remember that
00:31:25.700 time because I was old enough. Everyone, this is the last election of our lifetime. This is the most
00:31:29.500 important election. How could you? I mean, people at the church were like, Todd, you're not going
00:31:34.060 to vote for Mitt Romney. He's like, no, I'm not going to vote for him. He's not conservative
00:31:37.800 enough for me. And the big thing they're making a big deal out, Obamacare, Mitt Romney already has
00:31:42.320 something very similar in his state. And so he stepped back and he said, I'm not going to vote
00:31:46.140 for Mitt Romney. Now, millions of other people also felt the same way. Mitt Romney got fewer
00:31:50.720 votes in the 2012 presidential election than John McCain did in 2008, both against Barack Obama.
00:31:57.060 Mitt Romney got, I think was about 1 million votes fewer. So both my dad and about a million
00:32:01.820 other conservatives, they felt the same way. Eh, he's not enough for me. Now the GOP did not take
00:32:06.800 their little ballot card and go, oh my goodness, we've got to get someone better on the ballot.
00:32:10.400 No, of course they didn't listen. But what did that open up? What did the loss, the loss of the
00:32:15.340 presidential election that had real ramifications, what did that open up? An open primary in 2016.
00:32:21.660 And in that open primary in 2016, where there was all your constitutional conservatives there,
00:32:25.960 After two back-to-back shellackings in the presidential election, an outsider came in.
00:32:31.040 And an outsider had a chance on the ballot.
00:32:33.020 If Mitt Romney was the incumbent in 2016, there is no Donald Trump.
00:32:37.100 You have to get that through your brain.
00:32:38.920 There is no Donald Trump.
00:32:40.660 If in 2012, an additional million conservatives plugged their nose and said,
00:32:45.380 I know he's Mormon, I know he's not that conservative, 0.76
00:32:47.800 but we've got to vote for him just to stop Obama from getting back in office. 0.77
00:32:51.480 It's our last election.
00:32:52.060 It's our last election.
00:32:52.940 No, Romney lost.
00:32:55.080 it cleared the slate it opened up an opportunity for an outsider not as a prescription what i want
00:33:00.980 to happen but what is probably going to happen in the midterms the gop will lose and it is likely
00:33:05.880 in 2008 as well that we will get a democratic president i don't want that i don't think it'll
00:33:10.740 be good for the country that is just the reality but the silver lining of the cloud is that that
00:33:15.820 is the best possible scenario that opens up for the possibility of a real nationalist of a real
00:33:22.800 candidate that you're actually excited about. We're not necessarily even saying he'll win in
00:33:27.580 the primary, but it opens up the opportunity because you have no incumbent. You have nothing
00:33:31.880 standing there. You don't have the machine entrenched. What Wes just said, though, if we
00:33:37.160 rewind the tape just about two minutes, what he said is really important for people to hear,
00:33:41.120 because I can hear the MAGA influencers in the back of my head right now saying,
00:33:45.400 the GOP, you think you're going to send a message? You're insignificant. They're not going to take
00:33:49.320 the message. And I've already seen the talking points. They're going out like clockwork and
00:33:55.740 probably with a few checks. But one of the talking points is this. If the GOP does get crushed in the
00:34:02.060 midterms, yeah, they'll take a message, but it won't be yours. Your message will be that Trump
00:34:07.340 has not been conservative enough. He hasn't gone far enough. That's the message you're trying to
00:34:12.500 send by withholding your vote in some of these races. But the message that the GOP will take
00:34:19.740 is actually that Trump is too polarizing. He's too extreme. He's actually too conservative,
00:34:24.940 right? He's too bigoted, right? He's too racist. He's too right-wing. And the message that they'll
00:34:30.400 take home is not the message you send. The message they'll take home is we need to go back to civil
00:34:36.420 conservative politics, the days of the Bush dynasty, you know, Jeb Bush, and we need to go
00:34:41.580 back to the neocon error and blah, blah, blah. And here's the deal. We actually agree with that
00:34:47.420 talking point. I want to be really clear about this. We're not pushing back on that. I think
00:34:52.440 that's true. The GOP, you're telling me that the GOP will get crushed and take away the wrong
00:34:57.640 lesson? Zero argument. But the neocons will want to rip control back into their corner? Of course,
00:35:03.680 that'll be what happens. But here's the deal. That's what happened 2012 and 2016. But it cleared
00:35:10.480 the playing field where you didn't actually need the GOP to take the message. What you did was you
00:35:17.400 simply created the opportunity despite the GOP. The GOP, they're not responsible for presenting
00:35:24.520 Trump. It's not like the GOP was like, oh, you didn't vote for Romney, so we'll give you Trump.
00:35:29.600 No, they were all never Trumpers. They all hated Trump. They were embarrassed by Trump.
00:35:36.160 They didn't take him seriously.
00:35:37.900 That's part of why he won, right?
00:35:39.580 They didn't even think that he could win.
00:35:41.720 They were against him every step of the way in the primaries.
00:35:44.420 And people still counter signaling him in the general election against Hillary.
00:35:49.400 So it's not that, oh, the message was sent by a million patriots.
00:35:53.280 And they were patriots, like your father, who said, I'm sorry. 0.81
00:35:56.700 Barack Obama is terrible.
00:35:59.020 There's no argument there. 0.92
00:36:00.780 But Mitt Romney does not deserve my vote.
00:36:03.200 And I will not hold my nose.
00:36:05.320 and I've been holding my nose my entire adult life
00:36:08.700 and I'm not going to do it this time.
00:36:10.700 Those patriots, those million patriots
00:36:12.840 who refused to show up on principle for Mitt Romney,
00:36:16.520 it's not that they sent a message and the GOP got it
00:36:20.320 and the GOP said, oh, then we'll provide Trump.
00:36:23.660 No, what they did was they bypassed the GOP
00:36:28.240 and said, we know you won't get our message.
00:36:30.900 And even if you do, you won't care 1.00
00:36:32.220 because you're corrupt, you're terrible. 1.00
00:36:33.500 You are terrible people. 1.00
00:36:34.520 You truly are. But what we're going to do is we're going to stomach, we're going to take the blows for four years from Obama, but we're going to clear the slate and it's going to provide the opportunity, not for you to hear our message and give us Trump, but for a Trump-like figure to come in despite you.
00:36:53.140 And then we will get behind him and make it work against you without the GOP.
00:36:59.340 What we're talking about is not a fever pitch.
00:37:02.200 You know, it's not far-fetched.
00:37:05.220 What we are talking about is something that has happened here exactly in the last 10 years.
00:37:12.020 And we're saying this actually is a viable political strategy.
00:37:15.720 We should run it back.
00:37:16.520 So both in terms of 26 midterms and 28 presidential election, we see this as if the GOP gets crushed good and hard, not because of podcast, podcastistan, but because of the GOP, because of MAGA, because of Trump and their own mistakes and mocking their own base.
00:37:35.320 if they get crushed in the midterms in 2026 and they also lose in 2028, we see that it's not the
00:37:42.660 GOP getting our message and choosing to coalesce to our demands. We see that as simply clearing the
00:37:50.640 playing field from any incumbents that sets, it clears the slate, creates a brand new space,
00:37:57.300 context for us to run our guys again in 2030, the next midterm, and also in 2032, the next
00:38:06.240 presidential. And we don't have a crystal ball. We're not God. We're not omniscient. We can't
00:38:10.800 promise what will happen. But we think that that is probably, probably by the grace of God, the
00:38:16.000 best option. Now, I'm not saying right now, the verdict's still out. So I'm not telling you what
00:38:21.640 I'm going to do in 2028. I still have not made up my mind. There is more data points that need to
00:38:26.380 come in and that need to be carefully discerned and analyzed. But for 2026, I do think that we
00:38:34.420 have enough data points for someone like Vivek to say no. And we, again, NXR, our position on the
00:38:42.700 record, I'm going to be clear about this, we are not advocating for our listeners, for Christians
00:38:47.060 to go and cast their vote for Amy Acton. There are some who would advocate for that. That's not 0.63
00:38:52.600 our position. What we are saying is in the case of Vivek, we believe that this is a scenario where
00:38:59.460 you hold your nose because he's Indian, but you also walk away. You don't hold your nose and vote, 0.92
00:39:05.160 you hold your nose and walk away. And you just simply withhold your vote as a Christian and
00:39:10.440 send a message to the GOP that inevitably they won't receive. It's not about that. It's not about
00:39:16.920 I'm going to send my message and the GOP will listen. That's what MAGA influencers are mocking
00:39:22.100 right now, and they're probably right. But it's not that it's going to send a message that the
00:39:27.380 GOP gets. It's that it's going to clear the slate, right? So that in 2030, now somebody who's not
00:39:34.400 Vivek, who's not a scamming Indian Hindu anchor baby, can be put forward and actually win. And 0.98
00:39:43.040 Vivek, who is more conservative than an Amy Acton, that's true, but who in terms of the macro,
00:39:50.620 the larger picture pushes propositional nationhood, pushes against nationalism,
00:39:56.900 pushes against all these things that must win.
00:39:59.280 Said himself, he's like, I cannot promote Christian values because I'm not a Christian. 0.99
00:40:03.160 Right. Yeah. So that guy hopefully goes away forever. And that actually is important. That is
00:40:11.240 a win. So. Yeah. And we've talked about this before, but the nature of politics is that you
00:40:15.580 have this political consultant class and they're looking at all of these races. And after the
00:40:20.440 midterms, what they're going to be trying to do is draw lessons to your earlier point of
00:40:23.680 what was it about this candidate? So you brought up Ken Paxton, for example. I think Ken Paxton
00:40:28.600 is a good example to buttress the point that when the GOP gets crushed, it won't be our fault.
00:40:35.280 And we're simply just making a prognosis or a diagnosis of what we what we see happening,
00:40:39.660 mainly because the GOP is just putting forth bad candidates. So if you look at someone like
00:40:43.820 Ken Paxton, right, how much energy have we at an XR spent criticizing Ken Paxton doing,
00:40:48.860 you know these detailed uh analysis none right and still it looks like he's in a tight race where
00:40:55.560 he could potentially lose and and to the point where it's kind of ridiculous they're bringing
00:40:59.820 his ex-wife who if i'm not mistaken is actively engaged in legal uh sort of uh disputes with him
00:41:07.380 bringing her on the campaign trail to say something to the effect of yeah sometimes you
00:41:12.820 just have to vote for people we don't like she's talking about her ex-husband ken paxton that's how
00:41:16.700 bad it is so if it's all nick has said if i'm remember correctly he's also endorsed paxton he's
00:41:21.520 like i think paxton should win so we're behind paxton we're voting for him because we're actually
00:41:25.280 in texas other podcasters and influencers influencers that are dissident they're saying
00:41:29.820 yeah i think paxton's a better choice we're behind him yeah still a super tight race still a super
00:41:34.520 tight race so so that's just the point to the point of is it our fault that ken paxton is in
00:41:39.360 a really tight race or is it maybe he wasn't the best candidate right and so and if it's happening
00:41:44.880 here in texans that as it relates to paxton is it not happening everywhere else and mike rogers
00:41:50.700 and byron donald this is the point that we're making is that we're simply coming to the
00:41:55.400 conversation saying hey this is a bad candidate this isn't good this isn't a good race these
00:41:59.780 aren't the right talking points this is what you need to say um and uh and so when when things
00:42:04.940 turn out in november not really good for the gop uh we should be the last people to blame uh joel
00:42:10.780 Barry, September 25th, he said, Vivek is a Hindu, quoting actually you, Joel, when you
00:42:15.420 said that's one of the reasons you wouldn't vote for him.
00:42:17.460 Joel Barry said, his political philosophy is pure Anglo-Protestinism.
00:42:21.880 Dinesh Jassouza said, a conservative Hindu like Vivek Ramaswamy will do more to preserve
00:42:27.200 what survives of Christian America than a secular leftist like Amy Acton, who is actively
00:42:31.740 working to destroy it.
00:42:33.000 What a bunch of tired talking points from a couple of washed up commentators.
00:42:36.920 No, guys, please. Vivek Ramaswamy's political philosophy is Anglo-Protestantism. He himself is not Protestant, nor is he Anglo. But trust me, bro, that's his political philosophy. And we're just, you can hate us and we'll take the blame. There's millions of Ohioans. We know them. I think of a donor that we have in Ohio who loves us. He's like, guys, I can't do it. He loves the Lord. He loves his family. He wants to see his state renewed. He's like, I can't do it.
00:43:01.400 we're taking kind of the brunt of the attacks we're taking the criticism but really what we
00:43:06.620 represent is millions of people who have said you didn't deliver on what you promised us uh in when
00:43:12.500 in 2024 you didn't deliver on the mass deportation you didn't deliver on no new wars you didn't
00:43:17.460 deliver on the maha agenda and i'm just not enthusiastic about coming out to vote and you
00:43:21.820 can't make me do it you're not going to browbeat me you're not going to guilt me i just won't have
00:43:25.720 it yeah and i think that's perfectly fair yeah that back to that tweet didash de souza he said
00:43:30.400 you know, retweeting me, a conservative Hindu like Vivek Ramaswamy will do more to preserve
00:43:35.560 what survives of Christian America than a secular leftist like Amy Acton, 0.84
00:43:40.480 who is actively working to destroy it. I responded to him and I said, Vivek is not a lesser evil.
00:43:48.100 Number one, Hindu, worshiping three million demon gods. Number two, anchor baby. Number three, 0.99
00:43:53.600 family scammed Americans. Number four, dad still isn't a citizen. Number five, lectures Americans
00:43:58.540 that their lineage slash inheritance is worthless. Sometimes you hold your nose, but this time you
00:44:04.680 walk away. And I stand by that. Vivek absolutely has to lose. And again, that doesn't mean as a
00:44:13.420 Christian in Ohio that you vote for Amy Acton, but it does mean on principle you withhold your vote,
00:44:19.480 not because the GOP will get the message, but because it clears the slate for four years later
00:44:24.100 for you to get your candidate, the right candidate, to put them forward. And Amy Acton, even though
00:44:30.600 she's terrible, her destructive intentions will be mitigated in that particular race. So you're 1.00
00:44:37.160 looking at what is the alternative from a Vivek? Yeah, it's pretty bad. It's Amy Acton. But you
00:44:42.220 also have to look at what are they able to do in that context? Okay, deep red state. They're going
00:44:47.540 to have checks and balances. Their arms are going to be tied behind their back from day one. It's
00:44:52.540 isolated. It's not a national race. It's a state race. And hopefully it gives the opportunity to
00:44:59.060 send Vivek away from politics, American politics on the right, hopefully forever, so that you can
00:45:05.820 then run somebody who's actually worth your vote. So that's our position. That's our strategy.
00:45:11.440 We encourage you to employ it. We encourage you to employ that strategy. There are some races
00:45:17.980 where you hold your nose. There's other races where you vote with pride. And there's others
00:45:22.320 where you walk away, not because the GOP will hear the message, but because you're clearing
00:45:26.160 the slate for a Donald Trump type figure in the future.
00:45:29.840 And if you think that that strategy is ridiculous, then you need to just, especially if you're 0.98
00:45:35.040 a magotard, you just need to be honest that you're being hypocritical because that's the 0.99
00:45:39.940 exact precise strategy that got Trump into the White House in the first place. 0.97
00:45:44.280 It was true patriots, conservative patriots like Wesley Todd's dad, a million strong
00:45:50.780 who said, no, we're not going to hold our nose and vote for Mitt Romney.
00:45:55.060 And what that did was, did it send a message to the GOP that they actually listened to?
00:45:58.900 No.
00:45:59.640 But did it clear the slate to where four years later, when Obama was finally done with his
00:46:04.260 tyrannical reign, to where against, despite the GOP, against their will, a Donald Trump
00:46:09.500 could be presented and actually win?
00:46:12.180 Yeah, that's exactly what happened.
00:46:14.720 And if you're going to mock that strategy as someone who is MAGA, then you're actually
00:46:19.300 mocking the very thing that made your movement exist in the first place. You're being a little
00:46:23.880 stupid. Thanks for tuning in. We appreciate it. And we'll see you next time. 1.00
00:46:27.820 Everything we do here at NXR Studios is simply one part of a three-pronged approach to winning
00:46:34.040 America for Christ. On the ground, we have our local church where I preach the Bible and administer
00:46:40.460 word and sacrament. Here at NXR Studios, we focus on politics and culture. But we have a third
00:46:48.160 organization that I am the president of, Right Response Ministries, that sits between the church
00:46:54.180 and NXR Studios. Right Response Ministries puts out weekly written and audio content focused on
00:47:01.600 theology, discipleship, and the church at large. If you'd like to support what we do over there,
00:47:08.440 Right Response Ministries is a 501c3 charitable organization, and your donation of any amount
00:47:15.720 is tax deductible. If you'd like to donate, you can simply go to rightresponseministries.com
00:47:22.420 forward slash donate. Again, that's rightresponseministries.com forward slash donate.
00:47:29.540 Thank you very much.
