00:01:05.100 about to get into one of the craziest topics I've ever researched, and I don't say that lightly.

00:01:10.540 There is a trend that I noticed a couple months ago and have been tracking it ever since. It's

00:01:15.160 the trend of, I guess you could call it, Israeli colonization. Israelis or elite Jews around the 0.98

00:01:21.600 world, buying up huge swaths of land, often in secret, and perhaps for some ulterior motives 0.99

00:01:27.340 beyond just loving the beautiful island that Ivanka Trump talked about, Cezanne Island off

00:01:33.800 the coast of Albania. We'll get to that. And that's one aspect, one instance that actually

00:01:40.000 turns out to be a pattern. And as I looked into this, I sort of expected just to be able to make

00:01:44.140 a list and go through and talk about some of the places where I saw this happening. The more I

00:01:48.600 looked into it, the crazier the rabbit hole became, the deeper it went. And I truly was not

00:01:54.580 prepared for what I found out and what I discovered. A couple of interesting things that kept cropping

00:01:59.440 up that you'll see as we talk about this. One is that often I found the most useful information in

00:02:05.380 the debunking articles, sort of an interesting phenomenon. You go to an article debunking claims

00:02:10.020 and it's often the only place you can actually find the claims themselves and the debunking

00:02:14.820 that they do. It doesn't actually debunk anything. It's common when you're researching

00:02:18.840 conspiracy theories to come across stuff like this, but it was particularly present during

00:02:24.220 my research of this topic. Also, I would be looking for one instance that I was aware of or

00:02:30.500 heard about or heard rumors about, and I would end up finding other instances totally by accident.

00:02:35.400 So this actually happened a couple of times, and I'll point it out as we cover it. But just to lay

00:02:40.320 the groundwork, these are things you can be looking for. Interesting characteristics of

00:02:44.420 this particular research topic. So I'm going to divide this into a couple parts. First, we're

00:02:49.400 going to talk about sort of the immediate territorial aggrandizement of Israel, the

00:02:54.280 greater Israel project, but that'll be quick because I think most people are fairly aware of

00:02:58.420 this and what the actual purpose behind the genocide following the October 7th, 2023 attacks

00:03:04.500 was really all about acquiring more land, annexing more land into Israel. But we'll cover that

00:03:08.840 briefly and quickly and explain how the tactics used to take land haven't really changed at all.

00:03:16.060 And in fact, on that note, we'll start with the acquisition of Israeli land, Palestinian land at

00:03:21.840 the time, very early on in the Israeli project. Although if you've been watching other episodes

00:03:26.900 of Off Limits Use, you already have a wealth of information about the foundation of the Israeli

00:03:31.520 project. But then we'll get into sort of the overseas land developments that are occurring,

00:03:36.580 like Cezanne Island off the coast of Albania with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump and Nathaniel

00:03:40.880 Rothschild involved in that one, as well as other ones people may not have heard of. And then we'll

00:03:45.680 talk a little bit about what this could all be pointing towards, because this may be innocent.

00:03:53.160 Some of this may be just, you know, expats having a community together, as is the case with many

00:03:59.920 nationalities in many places all over the world. But as I lay it out, I think what's going to become

00:04:05.040 clear is that these land acquisitions, land purchases, are in fact just part and parcel

00:04:09.280 to a much wider and broader and more interesting conspiracy to take over the world. So without any

00:04:19.160 further ado, let's get into it first by going back in time and laying the groundwork a little bit,

00:04:23.880 starting with this UN paper called The Acquisition of Land in Palestine. Now this, of course, is

00:04:29.480 talking about the acquisition of the land all the way back in the time around the First World War,

00:04:34.540 But what it says says is consideration of the systems of cultivation of land ownership in Palestine show that most of the land was under the control either of the Ottoman government, Turkish nationals or a minority of the Palestine Arab population, most of whom lived outside Palestine and had interests that did not conflict with those of the occupying power.

00:04:53.160 It can therefore be said that little land was acquired by the Jewish minority, whose holdings had been practically negligible up till then, and they did not make any sizable acquisition of land until the Jews of Eastern Europe, lured by the promise of a Jewish homeland in the Balfour Declaration, began to immigrate into Palestine under the pressure of social and economic conditions obtaining in the countries in which they were living.

00:05:12.800 The main feature of this second period, that is, the second big round of land purchases around the First World War,

00:05:21.180 but can soon after the Balfour Declaration of 1917 and extends from 21 to 47,

00:05:26.400 is the establishment of Jewish settlements, the Kibbutzim,

00:05:29.120 and the encouragement of such Jewish institutions as the Palestine Jewish Colonization Association,

00:05:34.760 the Palestine Land Development Company, and the Jewish National Fund.

00:05:37.320 The purpose of these institutions was to transfer the Jewish populations of Europe to Palestine

00:05:41.420 and provide them with facilities, homes, jobs, and especially land in the new host country.

00:05:46.440 What I'm pointing out here is that, yes, the country of Israel as it exists today

00:05:50.160 began in part by so-called and, you know, some legitimate, some not refugees coming to the land,

00:05:57.180 but a huge portion of it was purchased sort of through these straw purchases.

00:06:01.000 Essentially, you had Ottoman rulers who owned the land but didn't actually live there.

00:06:04.600 There were absentee landowners, holdovers of the sort of medieval-style Ottoman Empire

00:06:09.440 that existed all the way up until the First World War.

00:06:13.280 But they essentially sold this land to speculators

00:06:15.720 because they didn't have much interest in it.

00:06:17.400 People on the land who were technically tenants

00:06:19.780 and hardly ever saw or even knew

00:06:21.920 who the people who owned the land actually were,

00:06:24.500 suddenly found that there were these little colonies

00:06:26.700 of Eastern Europeans popping up.

00:06:28.380 And that's where all the strife began. 1.00

00:06:30.120 But again, I lay this out for a reason

00:06:33.460 that you'll see in just a second.

00:06:34.940 But just to lay out the immediate

00:06:36.820 territorial expansion of Israel,

00:06:38.980 we have this very useful map from crisisgroup.org. This, of course, represents the West Bank,

00:06:44.620 where a lot of the land acquisition is taking place right now, the settlements, the takeover,

00:06:48.580 the ethnic cleansing as a prerequisite to those things. But if we start scrolling here, you can

00:06:52.820 see from 1967 through the 80s, you see a sort of consistent popping up of these settler locations

00:07:00.980 all throughout the West Bank. It continues, actually slows down a little bit because the

00:07:05.480 Oslo Accords, it continues to grow. And then you see a massive explosion. Of course, after 2023,

00:07:11.220 you see it just about quadruple. So again, from 1967, where there are none, slowly but surely

00:07:17.960 growing. If I keep the pace steady, you know, you can see it sort of pops up, pops up. But then

00:07:22.260 after 2023, it absolutely explodes. And that time from 2023 to 2026, you see this massive expansion

00:07:29.560 of West Bank settlements as not only are they more aggressive and trying to basically finalize

00:07:35.840 their takeover of all of the West Bank, but it's now being supported in a real way and funded by

00:07:40.320 the Israeli government, something that was not true for a long time up till now. This, of course,

00:07:47.220 is an article explaining the method by which Israel intends to cling on to these territories.

00:07:55.380 Israel must lock in U.S. backing for wartime territorial gains before window closes.

00:07:59.400 So again, they've made a bunch of territorial gains since 2023.

00:08:02.380 While Israel might be losing on the propaganda front and extremely unpopular,

00:08:06.540 and their future existence is more tenuous than it was in October 2023,

00:08:12.540 the land acquisitions are real, and they're trying to solidify and consecrate these annexations.

00:08:19.020 And they're doing that through the international community

00:08:21.360 by getting America to sign on to it and be their guarantor and talks about how this is taking place.

00:08:28.960 But I thought it gave a pretty good rundown of just some of the acquisitions in the immediate

00:08:33.240 area surrounding Israel right here. The current war has created a new territorial reality across

00:08:38.060 several fronts. It talks about how in Gaza, they reestablished control over multiple of these

00:08:42.660 corridors, and we'll talk about how they're expanding the buffer zone there. In Lebanon,

00:08:46.180 Israel maintains positions in security zones in the frontier. Reports indicated an expansion of

00:08:51.020 Israeli control up to and in some areas beyond the Latani River. In Syria, following the collapse

00:08:55.960 of the Assad regime in 24, Israel seized buffer zones and strategic positions in Syria and Hermon,

00:09:01.740 citing concerns over jihadist infiltration. Israel has not formally stated its intention

00:09:07.000 to annex these territories. Still, a new reality of buffer zones, military control, and sustained

00:09:11.360 strategic presence has undeniably emerged. Senior Israeli officials have also expressed support for

00:09:16.020 a new Jewish settlement, particularly in Gaza. So again, this is happening at a greater degree

00:09:20.340 than it ever has before, and it's in line with the quote-unquote conspiracy theory of the Greater

00:09:26.380 Israel Project. Here you can actually see patches on uniforms of the IDF that show the map of Greater

00:09:32.660 Israel, which includes portions of Saudi Arabia, the Sinai Peninsula, Iraq, Syria, all of Jordan,

00:09:37.760 Palestine, all being under the flag of Israel. This, of course, is at this point acknowledged by

00:09:44.840 senior Israeli leadership. In fact, they say long-term ambitions of far-right Israelis who

00:09:49.580 support the expansion of their borders, saying, eventually our borders will extend from Lebanon,

00:09:57.980 the Great Desert, which is Saudi Arabia, and from the Mediterranean to the Euphrates,

00:10:02.680 and everywhere in between. We're going to take it. I believe we're going to take Mecca, Medina. 0.85

00:10:06.160 So they have ambitions to take literally the entire Middle East, and they are operating on

00:10:11.400 that. And again, this is one of those things where they say it, they have patches on their arms that 0.94

00:10:15.060 depict the map, but if you point it out, they'll call you an anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist

00:10:20.040 for daring to acknowledge what they themselves say. Here, once again, you can see the official

00:10:24.580 IDF patch on the IDF uniform showing the map of Greater Israel. This is an absolute goal of theirs,

00:10:30.840 and it can be framed as, you know, national defense security, and in fact, they're setting

00:10:35.100 up so-called security buffer zones, which actually are just the forewarnings of what's to come. Once

00:10:43.340 they set up a security border, then they move settlers, then the security border moves farther 0.83

00:10:46.680 in and they're trying to incrementally take over all of their neighbors. Essentially, this is also

00:10:50.660 happening in Syria, which is why in the way the method with which they are taking over parts of

00:10:56.560 Syria is the same one that I laid out at the beginning. As you'll see here, Israelis with 0.76

00:11:01.060 dual nationality are behind large scale acquisition of Syrian agricultural lands. So Israel is 0.97

00:11:07.320 expanding its control over territory in southern Syria, not merely through military means, but also 0.55

00:11:11.240 through the purchase of agricultural lands by individuals of Jewish descent, holding multiple

00:11:15.580 nationalities. According to a local source in southern Syria, extensive purchases of agricultural

00:11:20.420 land are underway, significant water resources bordering the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

00:11:25.300 These transactions are reportedly being orchestrated by individuals linked to Jewish

00:11:29.020 agencies and holding passports in various countries, including Canada, Australia, and the UK. These

00:11:34.160 reports specifically name an organization called the Pioneers of Bashan as one of the key parties

00:11:37.880 involved in the land purchases. They've already purchased something like 200 square kilometers,

00:11:43.040 and they're doing these deals with Jewish entities, but they're doing it through the UAE

00:11:46.920 or Bahrain using American or Canadian or Australian Jewish buyers to purchase land,

00:11:53.440 straw purchases essentially, and they then get transferred over to, you know, elements of the

00:11:58.160 Jewish state. And this is exactly what happened as we laid out in that UN study that you had

00:12:03.680 things like the Palestinian Land Development Company, the Jewish National Fund. These are in

00:12:07.300 fact, some of the very same entities that are now doing the exact same thing to take over large

00:12:11.520 portions of Syria. That's not the only way they're doing it, of course. You have this article,

00:12:16.960 Israel's gradual annexation of southern Syria under the pretext of mine removals. This is

00:12:21.020 talking about how they want to build a security barrier of some sort. In order to build the

00:12:26.020 security barrier, they need to clear mines. In order to clear mines, they write contracts,

00:12:29.920 these private corporations, but the private corporations are in fact in conspiracy with

00:12:35.320 the Israeli government. Once they clear the mines, they then take over that land, and it describes

00:12:39.940 this in detail in this article, saying these contracts, the private contracts for the mine

00:12:45.600 clearing, are not separable from the eastern border security barrier officially launched by

00:12:49.980 security minister Israel Katz in March 2025. You also have this, Israel to occupy Syrian 0.86

00:12:55.120 southern territory for a, quote, unlimited time, says minister. We're not taking it over or annexing

00:13:00.320 it. We'll just be there forever, for an unlimited time. Israel Katz reaffirms the IDF will continue

00:13:06.440 holding Mount Hermon area beyond contested northern Israeli borders. Of course, the Golan 0.62

00:13:11.200 Heights itself is technically under international law, Syrian property, but the Israelis have

00:13:17.220 occupied it for a very long time in violation of international law. However, who's going to stop 0.91

00:13:22.800 them? And then you've got the West Bank. Israel government improves West Bank land policies. This

00:13:27.440 move, which eases land purchases for Israeli settlers anywhere in the occupied West Bank,

00:13:31.520 has sparked international criticism. The Palestinian Authority describes it as de facto

00:13:35.120 annexation, which of course it is. And the way this works is very simple. I'm sure you've seen 0.96

00:13:39.280 this if you've been paying attention to any of this over the last couple of years. The West Bank

00:13:43.440 settlers, the Israeli or slash, you know, people from Brooklyn, move to the West Bank, set up 1.00

00:13:50.620 settlements. They attack and expel the people there. If the Palestinians who've lived there 0.93

00:13:56.140 for generations since the time of Jesus, fight back, then the IDF comes in, labels them all 0.99

00:14:00.200 terrorists, and kills them anyway. So it's a combo attack from the Jewish settlers that aren't 0.98

00:14:05.480 technically under the orders of the state, but they always have the backing of the state. And now 0.93

00:14:09.340 that connection and that cooperation between the state and the settlers is becoming all that more

00:14:14.540 explicit and confirmed and funded at this point. Israel's government on Sunday approved a

00:14:19.660 contentious plan to make it easier for Israeli settlers to purchase land in the occupied West

00:14:23.100 Bank to further sideline Palestinian authorities. Under the decision, Israeli authorities will

00:14:27.120 announce certain areas to undergo registration, requiring anyone claiming land to prove ownership,

00:14:31.520 even though ownership is of the biggest part of West Bank. Land has never been formally

00:14:35.820 registered. So again, they're making moves to formally acquire the West Bank in totality and

00:14:42.300 kick out all the Palestinians in the same way that they're doing in Gaza. This, of course, 1.00

00:14:45.480 is an abject violation of the stated demands of President Trump. He said he didn't want any more

00:14:50.680 settlements but clearly he does not have the backbone or will to actually hold them to that

00:14:56.220 and they're essentially spitting in his face as they do this and whatever Trump is saying publicly

00:15:01.640 of course American support diplomatically is required for them to be able to get away with

00:15:06.160 this unscathed when it's such a objective you know abject violation of international law

00:17:12.960 squeezing it to a smaller and smaller place. Israel's yellow line is shifting edge of war,

00:17:17.620 pushing Gazans from home. And it describes ways in which people have had to move. This guy had

00:17:23.980 to move seven or eight times since the war began, that he and his family has been forced to leave

00:17:28.740 shelter because Israeli evacuation orders and the advance of what residents call the yellow line.

00:17:33.100 So they move out of the Israeli occupied area. They set up a settlement of a refugee camp. And then one day they wake up to find that the yellow blocks that demarcated the Israeli line have suddenly jumped over you and are now on the other side.

00:17:47.980 So now you got to get up and move further down. And in this way, they're slowly but surely constricting Gaza into nothingness. Israel building new land barriers in Gaza and displacing families, again, in violation of the ceasefires and everything else. But they are just sort of doing it. And these articles describe the way that these things are moving closer and closer. 0.79

00:18:54.580 Project. But even that, I think you'll see, is just the beginning of the operation. Once they

00:19:00.080 have the land of Greater Israel, the colonization continues. They may not control the land as 0.90

00:19:05.540 sovereign authority, but they will have a say in the government of that land. And I'll get to that

00:19:09.940 in just a second. But once again, we're just laying the groundwork here, and this is just

00:19:13.060 sort of the obvious, very undeniable, upfront reality about Israeli colonization in the Middle 0.55

00:20:18.580 effect. Israelized southern Lebanon's security belt with U.S. backing. According to informed

00:20:23.400 sources, Netanyahu has received the green light from Washington under the banner of eliminating

00:20:26.780 Iranian proxies in the region. And yes, they are attempting to, quote, seize the portions of

00:20:32.980 Lebanese territory, making a so-called security belt. So again, I find this a little bit frustrating

00:20:39.020 and hypocritical that our government is in support of Israel doing this when we are actively watching 0.77

00:20:44.440 portions of our country be taken over, places like Dearborn, Michigan, and elsewhere, of course, Texas, 0.53

00:20:50.900 now majority Hispanic for the first time ever. You know, the equivalent of this would be like 1.00

00:20:56.380 America just literally depopulating a 50-mile area on the Mexico side of the Rio Grande. I

00:21:02.780 wouldn't even be for that anyway, but obviously it's frustrating watching the inability of our 0.97

00:21:27.700 you can sort of reject this paradigm that they've established and recognize that basically

00:21:34.360 it's all about, it's a matter of will.

00:21:41.620 And in America, we are almost trained like good little puppies to believe we need permission 0.95

00:21:49.900 The point is that, yes, they are aggressively, openly, and with cooperation of the United

00:21:56.440 States, taking over portions of territory around what is actually and legally theirs.

00:22:03.400 And of course, this has effects here in America, as you have auctions of land that's currently

00:22:09.260 Palestinian or is in the process of being, as they put it, quote unquote, Judaized,

00:22:14.280 that is ethnically cleansed and replaced with Jews either from Israel or in this case

00:22:18.860 from Brooklyn. As protesters from Brooklyn, Israeli real estate expo, attendees say support

00:22:24.400 mattered more than sales, but basically of synagogues holding auctions where only Jewish

00:22:29.260 people can participate, and they're selling off land that either has just been or will soon be

00:22:34.620 conquered, taken over, annexed by Israel, and stolen from the native population there. Again, 0.57

00:22:40.340 just represents sort of the double standards and the outrageous behavior that not just Israelis, 1.00

00:22:46.720 but the Jewish diaspora sort of gets away with on American soil. This is really disturbing in a lot 0.98

00:22:52.340 ways. And yet, as you see, you know, it's treated in a Jewish Telegraph agency, Jewish, you know,

00:22:59.540 New York Jewish Weekly. You know, it's important that people came to stand up against the

00:23:06.480 anti-Semitic hatred of people saying you shouldn't be allowed to sell land that, you know, your enemy

00:23:12.020 currently lives on. So that's what's happening around Israel. Again, I think a lot of people

00:23:17.540 know this. So let's get into the other stuff people have questions about. All right, this is

00:23:22.740 where the meat really begins. But just lay the groundwork and let you know, Israel began with 0.77

00:23:27.560 private land sale acquisitions that transformed into, you know, collective ownership by the Jewish

00:23:32.620 state. At this moment, they're using that same strategy in places like Syria, while simultaneously

00:57:39.440 even earlier. Igor Burkut, in some sources, his birth name is Igor Gekko, entered Ukrainian

00:57:46.460 politics in the second half of the 2000s. At that time, he positioned himself as a veteran of the

00:57:50.120 Afghan war, a rider, a strong man in military uniform, and the head of an extremely left-party

00:57:54.040 great Ukraine. Burkut promoted his brand, and its billboards were seen even in the Kiev metro.

00:57:58.340 He also expressed ideas such as disbanding the Ukrainian army, declaring that Russia will not enter its troops into Ukraine under any circumstances.

00:58:06.020 However, after 2014, he significantly changed his image and became calling himself the executive director of the New Jerusalem Project.

00:58:11.740 And in numerous videos, mainly on his YouTube channel, he talks about the completion progress, the arrangement with Ukrainian-Russian leadership, shows maps of plans of resettlement, etc., etc.
