00:02:39.020 you ask? How about a terror attack? So, yesterday was the anniversary of the 1972 Munich Olympics

00:02:47.120 massacre. If you don't know what that is, basically a Palestinian terror group called Black September

00:02:51.060 went and killed 12 people. I think it was about 5 or 6 members of the Israeli Olympic team

00:02:56.220 and a bunch of other hostages, and then there were 7 of those that died as well. There was

00:03:17.700 bloke turned up outside the Israel Foreign Ministry in the Munich Consulate and decided

00:03:23.020 to discharge a World War II rifle 30 or 40 times. Problem is, there was basically no one

00:03:27.160 inside the building, so he wasn't the brightest terrorist of the bunch.

00:06:18.580 coroner, and this is Rachel Griffin, senior coroner for Dorset, ruled yesterday, Wednesday,

00:06:24.640 on the 5th of September, there was no need for a full inquest into this murder, because

00:06:29.200 she said there was a system of checks in place when this chap, Lawangin Abdullrahim, Abdullrahim,

00:06:37.220 I can't pronounce this name, Abdullrahimzai. Abdullrahimzai, that's it, thank you. There was

00:06:43.340 apparently a whole system of checks in place when he entered the country to check his identity and

00:06:47.120 undertake an age assessment, so it's not a systemic failure that he slipped through the net.

00:06:51.500 We're going to go through the details of this case, because I happen to think this hasn't been

00:06:55.660 labelled a systemic failure, and hasn't been investigated, because it looks so bad for the

00:07:00.160 authorities that led him through the net, that the entire immigration and asylum system would fall

00:07:04.100 apart if they admitted fault here. But she said, although there was an emerging pattern of violent

00:07:09.680 behaviour, and a risk to others of harm at the time of the incident, that the illegal immigrant

00:07:14.480 had used a knife in an act of violence, apparently he hadn't made any threats to kill anyone since

00:07:20.660 arriving in the UK in December 2019. She said, it's too speculative and remote to state that there

00:07:25.660 was a causal link between these missed opportunities to detect him, and Tommy's death, the chap who was

00:07:31.620 killed. Let me see what you think. So the details of the case are, Tom Roberts, 21, stabbed to death

00:07:36.800 by this chap, the Afghan guy, who had previously shot two migrants with a Kalashnikov in Serbia while

00:07:42.480 travelling to the UK. Might have been able to detect that.

00:07:46.640 So while he was escaping persecution, I assume?

00:07:50.860 Persecution, sure. Not one of the interpreters. Why would he be fleeing from the Taliban?

00:08:17.260 hidden in a vehicle, back of a lorry, on a ferry from Cherbourg, and told the Border Force officials

00:08:22.520 he was 14. At the time, no assessment was carried out.

00:08:25.820 Oh, thank God, you're illegally entering the country, but you're 14. Come right in.

00:08:29.700 And we're not going to check it at all. No documents, we're just going to take your word for it, right?

00:08:33.520 His fingerprints were taken a few weeks later, and revealed he had links with Norway and Italy,

00:08:37.460 so he'd passed through other safe countries, noted war zones Norway and Italy.

00:08:41.600 The fingerprints were then sent to both countries, but with no request for further information,

00:08:45.340 for some reason. So they just sent the documents and didn't request follow-up.

00:08:48.620 If this had been done, it would have revealed that his age was in question, because he's actually 19.

00:08:58.600 On January 29th, 2020, his foster carer reported that a dentist said, Abdul Rahim Arzi,

00:09:04.980 was older than he had indicated, and while it felt an age assessment was needed,

00:09:08.800 it wasn't done because the authorities felt a mental health assessment was needed first.

00:09:14.220 They needed to check if he would be upset by being asked his age.

00:09:18.620 We are not a serious country. He was placed in a secondary school in Bournemouth, Dorset,

00:09:24.780 so just stuck in a school, without the need for an age check, even though lots of people were

00:09:27.940 questioning his age, including his own foster family.

00:09:49.260 Well, funny you say that. He was expelled for carrying a knife, and then immediately enrolled

00:09:52.680 in another school nearby.

00:09:55.860 Why is he in the country?

00:09:58.320 You could have just sent him home. You could have checked his age and deported him, but no.

00:10:01.620 Then, from December 21st, 2020, and throughout 2021, there were several incidents and concerns

00:10:06.460 raised around Abdul Rahim Arzi, carrying knives, including allegedly chasing another pupil at his

00:10:13.060 school with a knife, which he denied.

00:10:14.920 In May 2021, he hurt another student at the school, causing an injury, and July that year,

00:10:19.660 he tried to headbutt his foster carer, who managed to move out the way.

00:10:23.960 In September, when he had been placed somewhere else, he was accused of assaulting another child.

00:10:27.780 So, just a repeat criminal offender who lies about his age.

00:10:30.420 Also, let's stop for a moment and consider what we're hearing here, is a 19-year-old, presumably

00:10:37.620 as time goes on, you know, he's getting to 20, 21 years old.

00:10:43.640 He comes to this country, lies about his age, and then they put him in a school immediately,

00:10:51.840 and he, as a full-grown adult, who should at least, at the very least, be interested in

00:11:03.100 a school, bring knives, and chase other kids around.

00:11:06.020 How is it not humiliating for him to consider that that's what he's having to go through

00:11:18.780 someone like him, and then he goes around terrorising schoolchildren, and this is just normal.

00:12:15.360 government, and then claimed to be 12, and then entered a Japanese school and started

00:12:20.540 chasing people around with a machetes, as is a British pastime these days, we'd expect

00:12:26.680 I'd expect a bit more of a brutal beating than being sent home for doing something like

00:12:32.040 It really is, though, the trail of events that led there that I just find so inconceivable

00:12:42.080 involved, you know, here in Britain, but the risk put on all these citizens in all these

00:14:00.780 out, because Abdul Rahimazi had been, quote, bringing females back to his placement and

00:14:07.300 was refusing to attend school or engage in education.

00:14:14.620 You might think a few eyebrows would be raised, but no, nothing happened still.

00:14:50.560 And what'll end up happening is they'll send them from one failing school to a slightly

00:14:53.040 more successful school, on the premise that the more successful environment will recondition

00:14:57.960 the student, because fundamentally, we're all equal.

00:15:04.040 school, because the only thing that makes the school better is the character of the students

00:15:11.100 From when an age assessment is needed, because he's bringing young girls back to his flat,

00:15:16.500 March the 10th, in the evening, 30 hours before Tom Roberts was stabbed, the police received

00:15:21.400 a call about a youth carrying a machete-style knife in public.

00:15:24.700 The coroner's report, the same woman that says we don't need to look into this any further,

00:15:28.560 States that when the police attended his address to speak to the chap, the gates were locked

00:15:32.600 and they could see a member of staff asleep at his desk and couldn't gain access.

00:15:38.420 Abdul Rahimazi was then went on to kill Tom Roberts, and he was jailed for 29 years for

00:15:46.500 Roberts' murder in March 2022, following a trial at Salisbury Crown Court.

00:15:50.880 It later emerged he was flagged as, quote, susceptible to terrorism by the Home Office's

00:15:54.820 Prevent Task Group in 2021.

00:15:57.300 So he was known to the authorities for over a year.

00:16:06.380 Abdul Rahimazi's fingerprints were not shared with Interpol until after Roberts' death,

00:16:20.180 On the night of the 31st of July 2018, Abdul Rahimazi walked into a shed in the farmland

00:16:24.920 on the edge of Don Brinke, where a group of refugees, refugees, were staying, and gunned

00:16:30.340 down two Afghan men with an AK-47.

00:16:33.840 So if they would have just gone through the process of actually checking his age with his

00:16:36.960 fingerprints, they would have found out he was already a murderer.

00:16:39.260 If they would have done any of the age checks after he chased students around with a knife

00:16:44.020 or, presumably, sexually assaulted women, they would have found out he was a murderer.

00:16:49.080 But no, Tom Roberts had to die because the government voluntarily chose not to do their

00:16:53.660 job.

00:16:54.240 And yet, yet, Miss Griffin, the coroner, says that the inquest did not meet the criteria

00:17:00.200 for Article 2 of the European Convention of Human Rights.

00:17:03.100 Article 2 states, if the state knew or ought to have known of an immediate risk to an individual's

00:17:10.200 life, it must take responsible steps to deal with that risk.

00:17:13.840 Of course she didn't rule it.

00:17:15.560 Because if this implies that the state knew ahead of time this guy could have been a murderer

00:17:18.900 and they could have done things to stop it, then the entire immigration and asylum system

00:17:28.120 the rights exclusively of everyone but Europeans.

00:24:20.400 that appears to match the description of Tenet Media, a leading platform for pro-Trump voices,

00:24:25.660 according to a review of the charging documents, business records, and social media profiles that

00:24:31.440 It is worth saying that all of the people, the big names that are employed by Tenet, have since

00:24:35.560 come out with statements saying they didn't know anything happened, so it is worth saying

00:27:02.880 under Tenet's employ, the contractors, didn't know, and they had no direct interface with

00:27:07.500 them, and they were just contractors. It's like Tim's show. Tim licensed his show,

00:27:38.920 backwards then, includes allegations that the duo implemented a nearly $10 million plan to fund

00:27:44.600 an unnamed Tennessee-based company as one of their covert projects to influence American politics

00:27:50.460 by posting videos to TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube. The company's description matches that

00:27:55.720 of Tenet media, according to the NBC review that they had done. Prosecutors said that the website

00:28:00.460 of Company One describes itself as a network of heterodox commentators that focus on Western

00:28:06.580 political and cultural issues, and that is the exact wording taken off of the Tenet website. So

00:28:11.320 I think that says it all right there. That gives away the game. The indictment also states that

00:28:16.060 Company One is registered in Tennessee and has changed its name on or about May 22, 22, 2023.

00:28:23.700 Tennessee's Secretary of State Records found by NBC News so that Tenet media entered its new assumed

00:28:29.000 name on that same date. Tenet has partnered with six commentators, Lauren Southern, Tim Poole,

00:28:34.020 Taylor Hanson, Matt Christensen, Dave Rubin, and Benny Johnson. The indictment refers to six

00:28:39.100 commentators who are also not named. So again, you can see how the evidence is all piling up. It's

00:28:43.980 pretty clear that this is who they're speaking about, and there were other details included that

00:28:48.700 match those of two Tenet personalities. They're the ones spoken about quite a lot in the report,

00:28:53.920 which is Commentator One and Commentator Two. Commentator One, probably Dave Rubin. They mention in

00:28:59.440 the indictment, oh, it's got 2.4 million YouTube subscribers, and a person with 1.3 million YouTube

00:29:05.380 subscribers is referred to as Commentator Two. Poole's got 1.37 million subscribers. Rubin's

00:29:10.660 got 2.44 million subscribers at the time that this report came out. So it's all adding up. The

00:29:17.320 indictment also refers to three other commentators, including one with female pronouns, but lacked any

00:29:21.420 information that could directly identify their channels. It's unclear from the indictment the extent to

00:29:26.580 which each of the commentators realized where the money was coming from, though it stated that

00:29:30.880 Commentator One and Two were unaware they were being paid by Russian efforts and had been

00:29:35.340 deceived about the source of funding. It found that $8.7 million was eventually sent to the

00:29:41.280 production companies of Commentator One, Commentator Two, and Three alone. Payments allegedly made up

00:29:47.340 90% of the deposits made to the company's account between October 2023 and August 2024.

00:29:52.620 So, yeah, about $10 million to be able to put all of this information out, but again, it doesn't seem

00:30:00.300 that there's any indication that the money was used to influence these people's opinions at all.

00:30:06.220 It's just money to help people get opinions that they already believed in out. So, we've mentioned

00:30:11.420 this before the show came on. It seems that this was a very, very purposeful release of this information

00:30:16.720 at this very specific time when you're two months before the election is coming up to try to discredit

00:30:23.740 a lot of very... you could see how many of those people had huge subscriber counts on YouTube to try

00:30:29.580 to discredit these commentators because even though they were potentially deceived, even though they

00:30:35.640 weren't influenced to change their opinions in any way, best case scenario is the media is trying to

00:30:41.400 make them look like idiotic fall guys who fell for a scam. Two things on that. So, first of all,

00:30:46.560 I can say as having been a guest on a Tenet Media show, which was the culture war when Carl and I

00:30:51.560 were flown out to discuss liberalism with Tim, we never had any of our opinions directed at any

00:31:01.180 that's important to notice is that Tim Poole, about two days before this came out, announced that he
