00:00:00.000 It seems we have reached a liminal moment in our politics. We have recently crossed
00:00:13.940 a threshold from which there is no going back. We must understand what is happening to us
00:00:20.160 and what is at stake. This is the will of the second issue of Islander magazine. The
00:00:26.240 magnificent success of the first issue has only emboldened us to pierce deeper past the
00:00:31.900 veil and uncover the mysteries beyond. It is in this gradual process of becoming in which
00:00:38.240 we will find within ourselves the determination and grit to endure. Luckily, we have many great
00:00:44.680 thinkers to help us. We feature outstanding exclusive articles from famous lawsmiths such
00:00:51.760 as Dave Green, Marcus Follin, Morgoth's Review, Stefan Molyneux, Dr. Charles Cornish Dale,
00:00:58.340 Dr. Nima Parvini and myself, along with many more. These are couched in the beautiful aesthetic
00:01:04.640 experience that you have come to expect from Islander. And as with the first issue, each
00:01:09.980 issue of Islander is unique and distinct. It will only be printed once and for a limited
00:01:15.840 time. So order your copy now.
00:01:22.140 Boo!
00:01:22.420 Boo!
00:01:23.420 Many more is here.
00:01:24.420 Bet you didn't expect that, did you? Welcome to the podcast of the Lotus Eaters episode 999.
00:01:29.420 I'm your host, Harry, joined today by Josh.
00:01:32.420 Who?
00:01:33.420 I'm many more.
00:01:34.420 And you should buy this. You should buy this.
00:01:38.920 You should.
00:01:39.920 Okay? It's amazing. It's excellent. It has effects similar to Viagra.
00:01:45.680 So it's amazing.
00:01:47.780 At least on Harry.
00:01:48.460 That's not actually true. But it's wonderful. It's brilliant. I'm in it. Josh is in it,
00:01:54.460 sadly. But, you know, can't all be winners, can they?
00:01:57.400 I've got the fewest number of words per person out of anyone.
00:02:00.540 It actually does. Josh has been very artistic with this and you should all be very proud.
00:02:04.220 It's pronounced autistic, Harry.
00:02:05.420 Okay.
00:02:07.420 But yeah, it's great. It's wonderful. And it's available on the website right now. We're
00:02:11.640 printing them to order this time instead of pre-orders. So if you order it right now,
00:02:15.460 you should be able to get it in the next two to three weeks. And it's a limited run. So you
00:02:19.920 should be able to have them available until about a month, maybe five weeks from now. I don't know
00:02:26.220 exactly. I don't know if we've figured it out yet. But it is limited. And when we say limited,
00:02:30.780 we do mean limited. So get it right now. Same with all of the wonderful merch that we have on
00:02:35.160 the website that you can get. Islander Forestry Company t-shirt. The Calvin Robinson t-shirt.
00:02:42.840 Friar Calvin.
00:02:45.460 Hey, pay me money. And I will speak like a normal human being. Maybe. Question.
00:02:52.160 Oh yeah. Calvin's got his show after this.
00:02:53.580 Yeah. Calvin's still got his show after. It's different now that he's not here. He's
00:02:58.220 in America. So he's doing a show from there.
00:03:00.300 He's doing a hands-free show. He's not going to be in the studio.
00:03:02.360 Also, we've got this. You may have noticed there's a special number today. 999. What
00:03:08.700 comes after 999? Not the police very quickly. No, not in England. No. But also 1,000. Yes,
00:03:16.360 1,000. Because that's what tomorrow's episode is. Episode 1,000, where we'll be having a normal
00:03:21.120 podcast to begin with. Typical 1 to 2 o'clock British summertime. And then afterwards, we'll
00:03:27.240 be doing an extended freemium lads hour, which should feature all the lads where we'll be
00:03:32.280 talking about the podcast, answering your questions. It'll be a grand old time. Also, if you're
00:03:38.880 having any trouble with the video players that are on the website, Odyssey or Rumble, there
00:03:43.740 are alternative web players underneath on the Lotus Eaters page. So use them instead.
00:03:50.060 We can't control how these third-party video players work, sadly. Also, one last thing before
00:03:54.840 we start. This. Oh, what a succulent tome. Ah, no. Harry's going to eat James O'Brien's
00:04:06.400 book for his segment. I'm going to eat his face. Metaphorically. No, somebody sent this
00:04:11.880 in for us, which is James O'Brien's latest book called How They Broke Britain, which is
00:04:17.120 different from his other two books, where he complains about how correct he is about everything.
00:04:21.220 And you know what? You know what? I'm going to read it. I'm going to read it so I can
00:04:26.280 understand all of the blue and on insane leftist conspiracy theories. And once I've read it,
00:04:31.280 I'll report back to you all with my findings. This is a true anthropological study. This is
00:04:36.580 more dangerous than going into the deepest depths of the Amazon. So wish me luck. Send me your
00:04:42.240 prayers. I need your strength, gentlemen. Anyway, with that, we're talking about...
00:04:46.780 We're talking about news, which is Haitians. Again, they're still eating things, not people
00:04:51.400 yet. Geese. Honk.
00:04:53.340 Yep. We're going to talk about the cult of anti-white self-hatred and India's racist cow
00:04:58.600 gangs, which I have no idea about. Very interested. Very interested to figure out what Josh is going
00:05:05.140 to assail me with there. Anyway, with that, let's get into it.
00:05:08.160 Oh, yeah. Stuff. So, yes. Springfield, Ohio. This has been a center of lots of political
00:05:15.720 controversy for what is otherwise quite a small town in America. As you can see, if I zoom
00:05:21.540 out to the entirety of America, it's very tiny. You can't even see it. And of course, this
00:05:27.260 is regarding the 20,000 Haitians that have been moved by the government to this small town that
00:05:34.060 didn't necessarily ask for this. This is like a Call of Duty airdrop with even worse disastrous
00:05:40.200 results.
00:05:41.280 Yeah, this is getting crushed by the crate that you've just called in. But yes, obviously,
00:05:47.620 very small place. Probably not equipped to deal with 20,000 Haitians. And of course, there
00:05:53.380 have been lots of conversations about things going on. There was a case where I believe a
00:05:57.880 man drove the wrong way down a highway and hit a school bus on the first day of school,
00:06:02.720 sadly. Yes, we'll be talking about that. In Harry's segment. But sadly, a child died
00:06:07.780 from this. As well as the more widely reported, for some reason, discussions about them eating
00:06:15.500 things they should not be eating. And we'll be looking into that. But talking of things
00:06:20.880 that are centers for political controversy, the Islander magazine is out now. So if you want
00:06:27.080 to see what all the cool people are reading, even Harry's got one, they took pity on him.
00:06:33.320 Does this mean I'm a cool person?
00:06:34.720 You are now. Yeah. Just buying Islander magazine does make you cool. But we have this on the
00:06:39.760 merch store for a limited time only. It's very good. There are some great writers in
00:06:43.400 there. I've had a little sneaky peek at what's in there. And I'm really looking forward to
00:06:48.580 reading the articles.
00:06:50.380 Don't tell them that. They won't buy it then, will they?
00:06:52.820 They might.
00:06:53.220 I wrote a nice poem in there.
00:06:54.660 One of them's going to buy it.
00:06:55.760 That's true. There's also merch as well. So we've got some t-shirts and stuff. A mug.
00:07:01.860 They're all pretty cool. And you will be too if you buy them. So do that. And yes, let's
00:07:08.960 start about sort of fact checking some stuff. So this lady here is not Haitian. She is one
00:07:15.760 of those so-called African-Americans. And she is the person who killed...
00:07:19.940 She's closer to a Haitian than you or I are.
00:07:21.700 That's true, yes. Both geographically and potentially genetically as well. But yeah, she is the lady
00:07:28.160 who killed and ate a cat. This has been circulated around lots of different spheres, suggesting
00:07:35.460 that this person was a Haitian. And this was in Canton, Ohio. It wasn't in Springfield, Ohio,
00:07:42.180 which is, believe it or not, a different place. But her name, what is it? Alexis Telia
00:07:47.720 Feral, living up to the second name there. Very feral, eating a cat in the street. But
00:07:52.980 there is a video of it as well to go along with this. I wouldn't advise watching it because
00:07:57.400 it has a dead cat in. And if you're a normal person, that's disgusting and horrible. And
00:08:02.600 yes, I wanted to play what JD Vance had to say to CNN about this because I thought it was
00:08:08.560 interesting. Because I'm going to be correcting the narrative, basically. So there has been
00:08:12.640 some rubbish posted, but there's also been some good stuff. And I think actually JD Vance
00:08:16.440 makes a very good point here. And I'm starting to see why Trump might have actually picked
00:08:21.460 him. So let's have a listen to what he says to CNN.
00:08:23.740 What I would say is he brought up this misleading false claim that you yourself have talked about
00:08:29.900 in recent days about Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, abducting people's pets and
00:08:35.160 eating them, which officials there have said is not true. You yourself acknowledged it may
00:08:39.720 be false on Twitter. You still told people to keep spreading it. But Trump just amplified
00:08:44.200 it to tens of millions of people who were watching. Why push something that's not true?
00:08:51.220 Well, first of all, city officials have not said it's not true. They've said they don't
00:08:55.040 have all the evidence, but we've heard no evidence. We've heard from a number of constituents
00:08:58.580 on the ground, Caitlin, who both firsthand and secondhand reports saying this stuff is
00:09:03.680 happening. So they very clearly, meaning the people on the ground dealing with this, think
00:09:08.060 that it is happening. And I think that it's important for journalists to actually get on
00:09:11.640 the ground and uncover this stuff for themselves. When you have a lot of people saying my pets
00:09:16.780 are being abducted or geese at the city pond are being abducted and slaughtered right
00:09:21.000 in front of us. This is crazy stuff. And again, whether those exact rumors turn out to be
00:09:27.500 mostly true, somewhat true, whatever the case may be, Caitlin, this town has been ravaged by
00:09:33.680 20,000 migrants coming in. Healthcare costs are up. Housing costs are up. Communicable diseases
00:09:39.460 like HIV and TB have skyrocketed in this small Ohio town. This is what Kamala Harris's border
00:09:45.740 policies have done. And I think it's interesting, Caitlin, that the media didn't care about the
00:09:50.760 carnage wrought by these policies until we turned it into a meme about cats. And that
00:09:57.300 speaks to the media's failure to care about what's going on in these communities. If we
00:10:01.580 have to meme about it to get the media to care, we're going to keep on doing it because
00:10:05.120 the media could, should care about what's going on.
00:10:07.680 I saw you say that.
00:10:08.260 It is. Yeah. I was just about to say that that was quite politically astute and quite
00:10:15.880 deft in that there are lots of real problems. He didn't necessarily shoehorn it in like some
00:10:20.600 politicians do where they use it as a segue to talk about what they want to talk about
00:10:24.220 that makes them look good. He said, listen, there are lots of real things that we should
00:10:27.600 be talking about. We did this because you refuse to acknowledge these problems. And we're just
00:10:32.500 using this as a vehicle. Whether it's basically true or not, we don't know yet. But that's what
00:10:36.900 people on the ground are saying. I think the greater point that he's making is that whether
00:10:40.860 or not the stories of the cats or dogs are true, we don't know yet, is that all of these people
00:10:46.820 being airdropped into this community has created chaos and causing massive problems. So that's
00:10:52.100 what we need to focus on.
00:10:53.420 Yes. And we can see that these lessons have not been learnt and we will do. But of course,
00:11:00.000 there has been confirmation. Here is me tweeting about it very modestly, including that in the
00:11:06.000 segment. But I've included it because it isolates the quote here of the person calling the police.
00:11:11.900 And this is there's an audio recording. I can't remember the Federalist reported on it. And this
00:11:17.360 has been pretty widely shared now. And in that recording, someone says, I see a group of Haitian
00:11:22.360 people. There's about four of them. They all had geese in their hands. And this is a call to the
00:11:27.180 police. But the police didn't file a report on it. But they received a call suggesting that the
00:11:32.220 residents are calling up. It's just the police haven't formally recognised this problem.
00:11:37.840 Oh, fantastic. I wonder where I've seen that before.
00:11:40.260 It's funny that. But there's better than that. There is this. A man, a Haitian man, presumably,
00:11:48.980 carrying a goose in what looks like America. This has been circulating. I've not been able to confirm
00:11:54.980 whether this is definitely a Haitian man and definitely Springfield, Ohio. But the fact
00:12:01.600 that this is circulating is interesting. Whether it's true or not, we can't know yet. However,
00:12:07.100 given the nature of Haiti, I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility.
00:12:13.640 They eat dirt. They eat dirt there. They eat dirt cooking.
00:12:18.880 As in, you're not... They actually do eat dirt. Also...
00:12:22.140 So a goose is going to be a full three-course meal to them.
00:12:25.800 You may remember, this is the Australian Associated Press fact check. So this is trusted,
00:12:31.740 accurate, and impartial. And they're saying that...
00:12:35.820 Oh, that's General Barbecue, isn't it?
00:12:37.560 Yes, it is. But this is from March of 2024, when we were all talking about General Barbecue.
00:12:43.540 And there was a video circulating of a gang member engaging in cannibalism. And they said,
00:12:48.320 this is false. This actually comes from 2021. Which is interesting for our purposes, because
00:12:54.100 it does suggest that cannibalism is going on in Haiti.
00:12:57.400 So they did the classic fact check of, well, we'll correct the date and say the whole thing
00:13:01.560 is false, but the actual cannibalism part is true.
00:13:03.920 Yes. So the video that was circulating, they were suggesting at the time that this was
00:13:09.800 this General Barbecue's henchman or something like that, and they're eating people. However,
00:13:16.480 it seems like it's an older video, but it doesn't put it past the realms of possibility that there
00:13:20.960 is cannibalism going on. How widespread, of course, is very difficult to know. And as Carl rightly
00:13:25.960 pointed out to me the last time I talked about this, it's not necessarily all Haitian people doing
00:13:30.280 it. And I'm going to add that caveat in there.
00:13:33.860 I'm going to add another caveat. Any cannibalism at all is bad.
00:13:39.240 I'm not going to disagree with that, of course.
00:13:41.060 No.
00:13:41.220 I think that's implicit in me talking about it.
00:13:43.460 The fact that the cannibalism is going on and being filmed in Haiti is a bad thing.
00:13:48.840 I have seen the video as well, and I don't encourage people to go and watch it because
00:13:51.980 it's gross. But there is a man pulling flesh off a leg in a fire, clearly a human leg.
00:13:57.660 It's unmistakable and eating it. And yes, I do think that this is legitimate.
00:14:03.940 So there is also this as well. This is a study from 1959 talking about the persistence of cannibalism
00:14:12.280 in Haiti. So it's a long tradition, right? And of course, there's these articles as well
00:14:21.600 from the 15th of March. This is before all of this pet stuff existed, where Rolling Stone
00:14:27.900 was trying to say, this is an absurd lie that there's a cannibal invasion. But I think the
00:14:33.540 point being is that people are pointing to the fact that this is going on to acknowledge
00:14:39.180 the massive gulf between American society. In America, it's not difficult to get a burger.
00:14:45.120 In Haiti, they're resorting to eating people in very rare cases.
00:14:49.880 And dirt.
00:14:50.660 And dirt.
00:14:51.340 I have to keep harping on this, which is that they actively eat dirt. They make it into cookies.
00:14:57.260 According to the clip that keeps going around, a lot of their women spend all day preparing
00:15:02.040 dirt cookies.
00:15:03.560 They're trying their best, Harry, with what they have.
00:15:06.360 Yeah.
00:15:07.000 It's better than eating people, though.
00:15:08.180 I'm sure this is all France's fault somehow.
00:15:10.960 But I'm going to go through some of the articles very quickly. Just quickfire through all of
00:15:16.420 these. The Hill, talking about conspiracy theories about them eating pets. Complete BS and misinformation,
00:15:23.720 apparently, according to the White House anyway. Here's CNN. False rumours about them. It's
00:15:31.100 difficult to tell because they've not actually investigated it yet, as J.D. Vance pointed out.
00:15:34.900 We don't know, but there are reports from the local residents saying this sort of thing.
00:15:39.640 There is some evidence to suggest it could be true.
00:15:44.400 I'm just dismissing it because they said it.
00:15:46.720 Yeah, we can't say anything for certain, but the mainstream media is saying for certain
00:15:50.960 that it's not happening.
00:15:52.240 Yes.
00:15:52.960 Which normally means it might well be happening.
00:15:55.460 Of course, when it comes out, as I suspect it will, that it is happening when an independent
00:15:59.800 journalist...
00:16:00.120 It's a good thing.
00:16:00.780 ...gets footage, yes. They'll say, why do you care? It's not even your cat, bro.
00:16:05.300 They'll probably be... I'm calling it now. There'll be an article saying, actually, cats
00:16:08.560 are devastating to the local wildlife. They catch birds and mice that are essential parts
00:16:13.000 of the Native American fauna. Or something like that. They'll try and justify it.
00:16:17.420 But here's ABC, Trump talking about abducting and eating pets.
00:16:22.760 That was the best part of the debate. I'll hate it. No argument.
00:16:26.540 Again, NBC, baseless claim. BBC in the UK, baseless claim. Same words, funny enough.
00:16:34.760 Baseless again?
00:16:36.040 Yes, baseless. It's funny. There's almost like there's coordination between the media.
00:16:40.420 That's a baseless allegation, Josh.
00:16:42.140 It is true. All of my allegations are baseless. And the racist rumour that Haitian immigrants
00:16:48.400 are abducting people's pets and eating them in Ohio... It sounds like they're abducting
00:16:53.480 them from elsewhere, from the wording of that title. But that's just me being a grammar
00:16:56.680 mid-century German. And then Reuters did a fact-check. No evidence of Haitian immigrants
00:17:03.420 stealing and eating pets.
00:17:05.060 Except for the phone call to the police.
00:17:07.200 And the pictures of a person with a goose.
00:17:09.700 Although, I think it's relevant to point out, according to NeoUnrealist, on our Rumble
00:17:15.500 rants, for $1, thank you, he said that that picture of the man carrying a goose was taken
00:17:19.560 in Columbus, Ohio, in 2021.
00:17:22.040 Okay.
00:17:22.300 Which is far from Springfield. But for the sake of accuracy, it was in a news article in
00:17:27.040 2021.
00:17:27.820 So thank you for correcting us on that.
00:17:29.100 We have live fact-checking from our audience. So there we go. We're better than the mainstream
00:17:34.380 media already.
00:17:35.120 And if somebody could fact-check the fact-check, and then we can get that in as well, we can
00:17:39.460 keep this podcast going forever.
00:17:40.920 We're going to have a stack of fact-checks. Just go on forever. And yeah, this one, the
00:17:47.100 headlines disappeared for some reason, so I'm just going to ignore that. So anyway, on to
00:17:50.600 something else. Sneeko, being half-Haitian...
00:17:52.920 Who is Sneeko, for the audience watching at home?
00:17:57.280 Um, a weird Muslim fella. I don't know exactly what he does or is. I just see him saying stupid
00:18:04.220 things. Who is he?
00:18:05.260 He's a streamer, and according to our office manager, apparently he used to work for Mr.
00:18:11.080 Beast.
00:18:11.620 Okay.
00:18:11.980 So the Mr. Beast to Muslim anti-Semite pipeline is a thing.
00:18:19.940 Hmm. Interesting, isn't it? The controversies keep on stacking up, don't they? But because
00:18:25.900 he's half-Haitian, he took real exception to this story, and he was really angry about
00:18:30.820 it. He's saying it's fake, just like the Muslim refugee who was actually born in Cardiff. It's
00:18:35.700 already verified that the cat lady was just a black American, which is actually true.
00:18:39.840 But I like in that he's already just... The Muslim refugee, yeah, that was misinformation
00:18:45.520 that was spread to begin with, but the whole born in Cardiff, he is Rwandan. The Southport
00:18:52.460 attacker, alleged attacker, is Rwandan. But he's trying to dismiss that immediately.
00:18:58.660 Of course, yeah. It's easy to pick on third world countries like Haiti for being poor.
00:19:04.560 I find that funny, that within it he's unintentionally dunking on them. But we should not
00:19:09.720 demonise innocent people. Well, we're not demonising innocent people. We're saying
00:19:13.240 the people who are doing the bad things are bad. You know, we're not blanketly saying
00:19:17.460 all of them are bad. This is a very complex moral argument you're making here.
00:19:20.260 I know. People are accountable for their own actions. However, I think it's legitimate
00:19:24.440 if you're talking about immigration, that if people live in a country like Haiti, you should
00:19:28.620 probably be concerned about who they are and what they do, because it's a very different
00:19:32.900 society than America. So, Haiti has been completely destabilised ever since the Clinton
00:19:37.580 Foundation stole billions of dollars in charity money. Why did they need the charity money?
00:19:42.760 America doesn't need to function with charity money.
00:19:44.880 Well, this is what I...
00:19:45.780 This is America's fault.
00:19:47.000 I saw a lot of people saying, when I posted about Haiti, they were saying, oh, well, France
00:19:51.860 ruined them through the reparations that were asked for after, you know, all of the wanton,
00:19:57.360 needless murder of all of the white people who lived on...
00:20:00.640 It's funny how no one touches on that, isn't it?
00:20:01.940 ...on San Domingo, as it should be known. And they were saying, well, they asked for,
00:20:07.560 however much money, I think, in modern currency, it would come to about $560 million.
00:20:13.740 For the past 70 years, Haiti has received, let me think, yeah, $20 billion in international
00:20:20.060 aid. So, it doesn't help, and if it is true that it just keeps going to various intermediaries
00:20:26.380 or a corrupt government of Haiti, well then, what makes you think that any form of reparations
00:20:31.780 would get to the people who need the help in the first place?
00:20:34.280 So, yes, obviously this is a load of nonsense, but he's gone to Haiti, I think. The beautiful
00:20:42.120 country of Haiti. By the way, I challenge anyone to go on Google Earth and have a look
00:20:47.100 at Haiti from the skies, and tell me how beautiful, particularly their capital, Port-au-Prince,
00:20:52.960 is. Because, let me tell you, it looks like District 9. That's what it looks like, to be
00:20:59.200 honest. Yeah. It's also worth pointing out that there have been discussions about the
00:21:05.840 culture of Haiti, let's just say that. And this is a video here looking at, I'm going
00:21:13.220 to play it ever so briefly, I'm just going to turn the audio off. But basically, there's
00:21:17.420 a toilet here, and there are also people washing and swimming and fishing in the same place.
00:21:24.260 Yes. They've built a little toilet shack on the water. Mm-hmm. And he's pointing to
00:21:28.620 all these boats, and then there are people swimming there, and there are also people
00:21:32.300 fishing there. And that's also where they're going to the toilet. Yes. Which is very, very
00:21:39.880 basic sanitation. You can see just from the status of the structures that this is not...
00:21:46.680 That doesn't look very stable either, does it? It doesn't look particularly to the standards
00:21:51.000 of American architecture, does it? Let's be honest. And Keith Woods here points out that
00:21:57.600 the average IQ in Haiti is 65 to 70, for whatever reason that might be. And because Sneeko is
00:22:04.080 half Haitian, I wanted to point out this as well. He took an IQ test, he got below average,
00:22:10.420 just throwing that up. Only slightly. Only slightly. Only five points below. So I feel
00:22:16.780 like he has a sort of vested interest in vindicating the people of Haiti. If you're interested in
00:22:21.680 taking this IQ test, it's free on Mensa Norway's website. Let us know your results.
00:22:26.300 What are they, paying you? No, I just think it's interesting. It is interesting, to be fair.
00:22:29.920 But if you want to see the consequences of this test score, you only need to look at this.
00:22:36.080 If you're a white supremacist, you are Jewish, according to Sneeko. For some reason,
00:22:40.620 I don't know how you can make that leap in logic. Maybe my IQ is just too high to understand.
00:22:45.220 This is because he's been associated in France with Nick Fuentes and the Groypers for a long time.
00:22:50.500 And after the whole Haiti-Springfield thing, he has suddenly split from them and started to make
00:22:55.600 a lot of insults. So of course, being Groypers, their only insult that they know is,
00:22:59.820 you're Jewish. Which is silly in this context.
00:23:03.080 Very silly in this context. So now he's throwing that claim out against them as he wildly tries
00:23:09.120 to defend one half of his family. I mean, I don't blame him for trying to defend his family.
00:23:13.380 Yeah, I understand that. So obviously, Haiti shares an island with the Dominican Republic.
00:23:21.120 And like North Korea and South Korea, you can see the division in the societies. Obviously,
00:23:27.400 on the top is not Haiti. The one on the bottom is obviously Haiti. You can see the flags, right?
00:23:34.280 So the Dominican Republic looks like a functional society. And Haiti less so, I would say.
00:23:43.480 I think that is fair to say, right?
00:23:46.380 So you can see the comparison. Obviously, there's a lot of difference there.
00:23:50.600 Yeah. And there's also...
00:23:52.480 And this isn't to say as well that the Dominican Republic won't also have poorer,
00:23:57.100 more impoverished areas.
00:23:58.280 Of course, yeah.
00:23:59.020 For the purpose of that.
00:23:59.500 A lot of these side-by-side comparisons can be a little bit uncharitable. But it illustrates
00:24:04.320 the difference, doesn't it? I don't think any places like the ones showcased in the
00:24:08.620 Dominican Republic could exist in Haiti. So here we have a tweet from some random dude.
00:24:14.220 Hang on a minute. It's you.
00:24:15.760 No one important.
00:24:16.820 No one important.
00:24:17.200 But if you want to see the consequences of that average IQ, what can you spot about this
00:24:22.620 picture that...
00:24:25.200 I didn't notice until somebody pointed it out to me. He's pulling it off with the confidence,
00:24:30.520 but what is that in that man's hand? Is it a gun? No. It's a stick. He's got a stick and
00:24:39.760 he's holding it like a gun. Fair play. He's on a confidence play.
00:24:43.200 Yes. This is like the real-world equivalent of playing poker, right? He's calling a...
00:24:50.080 Well, he's making a bluff, actually. He's not calling one.
00:24:52.700 And this is also in response to this girl, Katie, saying that you can't think that IQ
00:24:58.000 is a real or useful measure of anything and also believe any country in the world has
00:25:01.720 an average IQ of 67. This is scientific... I know the leftists like to use this, but this
00:25:07.200 is clear scientific denial. We have a lot of evidence showing the functionality of IQ
00:25:12.620 as a measurement of something. Something useful that we can measure... we can use to measure
00:25:18.540 the likelihood of somebody to either be mentally defunct, you could say, or achieve things and
00:25:26.380 be able to solve problems.
00:25:27.080 It correlates with success, more generally speaking. It's not the main factor, but it's
00:25:32.620 one that is significant enough to be worthy of study, I think, is my...
00:25:36.820 Yeah, and it's shown time and time again, it is measuring something significant.
00:25:42.100 Yes, it is. I mean, it's one of the most studied things in psychology, so yes.
00:25:46.300 Yeah, and sadly, this is what it looks like when your average IQ is 67.
00:25:50.340 Well, I've actually got a detailed breakdown here from Jeremy Kaufman, who does some good stuff,
00:25:54.960 actually, and he says, with an IQ of 67, let's talk about what that means, with an IQ of 67
00:25:59.780 or below, the average Haitian over half the country would be considered too disabled to
00:26:03.800 be eligible for the death penalty in the United States. Some at this level will struggle to
00:26:08.560 understand the cause and effect of basic things, as well as to participate in American society
00:26:12.520 at all. Even filling out forms will be hard. At one standard deviation up from 67, we have
00:26:18.340 an IQ of 82. Around one in six Haitians are intelligent enough to be a below average janitor,
00:26:24.960 that this is the level of intelligence of poor urban areas in America.
00:26:29.340 So, the top one in six are not even intelligent enough, according to this data, to be able
00:26:42.680 to do basic functions in American society, which is a very interesting thing.
00:26:48.940 But yes, I wanted to just cover this, add some sort of science to the debate, as well
00:26:55.400 as correct some misinfo and point out the fact that, yes, the mainstream media doesn't know
00:27:01.940 these things. It can't rightly say this, and it may well come out that these reports have
00:27:06.860 some truth to them about people eating pets. Because, of course, we have the precedent set
00:27:13.040 in Haiti itself, where they've come from, that they're not too picky eaters. So, there
00:27:18.860 you go.
00:27:20.500 Should we go through some of these Rumble rounds?
00:27:22.680 My goodness, there are a lot.
00:27:23.580 Yeah, we've got quite a few.
00:27:27.340 Okay, Rumble is glitched, so they've been duplicated.
00:27:29.500 Oh, all right. Okay. So, first off, the Shadow Band for $10. Thank you very much. Says,
00:27:33.820 congrats on 999 podcasts. It's been a wild ride, and keeping such a good mood when venturing
00:27:39.600 into such depressing topics. Ha ha, you only see us while we're on the podcast.
00:27:44.300 Bald Eagle 1787 says, for $2, no official reports. So, if there are no official reports
00:27:50.600 of anything, then it never happened, according to the mainstream media, even if there are
00:27:53.900 eyewitness accounts, and they wonder why people don't trust them. Excellent point.
00:27:57.380 And finally, from the last Russian for $2, Elon tweeted, a video of a daughter of a Haitian
00:28:02.860 immigrant explaining that most Haitians do eat cats and practice voodoo with a link.
00:28:07.300 So, I think while we're still on this subject...
00:28:09.520 Let's have a nosy, shall we?
00:28:10.400 Let's take a quick look here, shall we? So, let me just load this up.
00:28:15.140 I really hope it doesn't show us. We need to be careful in case it shows, like, how they
00:28:20.140 eat cats.
00:28:21.160 I know, that's true. Okay, it's a person.
00:28:22.780 Okay, here we go. So, let's just check this out while we're still on the subject.
00:28:26.100 My father immigrated from Haiti to the United States in the late 60s as a teenager, and
00:28:32.260 I want to talk about these recent comments about the Haitians in Springfield, Ohio.
00:28:37.020 First, I want to say, my father and I are now estranged, but I did know him in my very,
00:28:43.180 very young years, and when he immigrated, he was one person, and they weren't sending,
00:28:49.360 you know, thousands of Haitians in one area. He wasn't eating people's pets, and he didn't
00:28:55.420 practice voodoo. But, he did say that most of the island, the majority of the island,
00:29:02.000 does practice voodoo.
00:29:03.480 The reason they eat cats is for two reasons. Number one is survival. This is the poorest
00:29:09.040 country in the Western Hemisphere. You can't just go to a food bank like you can here, or
00:29:15.100 just go to McDonald's and get some free or cheap food. Unless, of course, there's a Christian
00:29:19.960 missionary there. People in the United States have a really hard time imagining that type
00:29:24.840 of thing, but it is true. Second, they do do animal sacrifices for their religion, voodoo.
00:29:31.840 They make these animal sacrifices to these gods for different reasons. You can do your own
00:29:36.720 research on this. Do I think voodoo is a demonic religion? Yes, I do. That doesn't mean, obviously,
00:29:42.920 that doesn't mean that you hate these people. These people need prayer, but you can't just take
00:29:48.420 over all these people from another country and expect it to work. Not to mention, it doesn't
00:29:53.700 fix the problems of that country. And there's more people left in Haiti that we can bring over.
00:29:59.240 Yeah, I think those are all reasonable points. Yeah, fair enough. But, yeah, I only just recently,
00:30:05.420 I didn't even realize until recently that voodoo came from Haiti. So, yeah, that's another reason
00:30:10.480 to not want Haitians. You don't want to be sacrificed? No, I don't want to be sacrificed. I don't want my
00:30:16.180 pets to be sacrificed. I don't want my friends to be sacrificed. That's a very radical position.
00:30:20.120 Josh, if you were being sacrificed by a Haitian, I would try to save you.
00:30:23.920 Ah, I would save you too. Yeah, that's one for the shippers out there. All you disgusting freaks.
00:30:30.820 Anyway, let's talk about the cult of self-hatred. Whose self-hatred, you might ask? Well, you know where
00:30:37.420 I'm going with this one, which is white people being taught to hate themselves from birth. Why is it
00:30:43.280 that this happens? How is it that this happens? Let's take a look. But first, if you don't hate
00:30:49.600 yourself, if you have respect for yourself and want to create more opportunities for yourself
00:30:54.840 and make yourself smarter, you should buy this. Islander Volume 2, which is the Lotus Eater's
00:31:01.780 official magazine now. We've got some wonderful articles in here from people like myself. Josh
00:31:07.740 wrote a poem for it. We've got articles from people like Dave the Distributist, from The Golden
00:31:12.800 One. Stefan Molyneux. Stefan Molyneux decided to come out of hiding. Nima Parvini. Nima Parvini.
00:31:19.320 We've got plenty of excellent content in there. Roig Nationalist. You can stop now. Harry
00:31:25.860 Robinson. I already said me. There's lots of fantastic articles in here, so it's well worth
00:31:31.880 a read. And it is limited. For a very short time only, they will be available through the
00:31:36.860 website. We're not doing pre-orders. They are printed upon order. So once you order,
00:31:42.800 you should receive it within about two to three weeks, and they will be limited. So only for
00:31:47.340 about a month, maybe a month and a bit, will you be able to get a hold of these. So get
00:31:51.600 them now before they're all gone. Also, get the merchandise that we have here. Get a four
00:31:57.040 England poster. Get a mug. Get this awesome Islander metal t-shirt. This is fantastic.
00:32:02.740 I want one. I need one. Or I'll cry. Anyway, moving on. So the first thing I wanted to look
00:32:11.380 at is this recent article from The Guardian published earlier on today around first thing
00:32:16.980 in the morning, in fact, talking about the UK English curricula should focus on inclusive and
00:32:22.200 diverse stories according to a particular author. Is that the author there? Yes.
00:32:27.080 They should stop reading other people's stories. They should read my stories, says woman.
00:32:32.660 Exactly. Yes. I wonder, she should also put down the fork, but this is obviously motivated
00:32:38.480 reasoning. You wouldn't get this sort of argument unless you were a fifth columnist in a foreign
00:32:44.460 country who wants to put your own position first.
00:32:48.140 I'm going to move to China and say, you need to stop reading Chinese stories. You need to
00:32:52.220 start reading more white people's stories, all right?
00:32:54.200 Yeah. Have you ever heard of Shakespeare, China? He is who you should be reading.
00:32:58.200 You should read me.
00:32:59.180 So this woman is an ex-children's laureate, Mallory Blackman, who said that no student should
00:33:04.160 feel that English is irrelevant because they do not see themselves reflected in the literature.
00:33:08.860 So this is just complete narcissism, erasure. This is the thing that could only happen as
00:33:14.520 a result of demographic replacement coming to the schools because who are these students
00:33:19.360 who don't see themselves reflected in the literature?
00:33:21.680 Well, if an English student who is English is reading English literature, shouldn't they
00:33:29.740 see themselves reflected in that?
00:33:30.500 There's also the point that a lot of English literature transcends England, right? It can
00:33:36.360 also be read in the rest of the UK for a start. And, you know, there are people in Scotland,
00:33:42.160 no doubt, that read English authors and vice versa. And also in the rest of Europe, you know,
00:33:47.340 you can ask an Italian, do you know Shakespeare? They'll probably say yes. Have you heard of
00:33:51.200 Shakespeare's plays? Probably yes.
00:33:52.840 Or Romeo and Juliet is set in Italy.
00:33:55.220 Verona, yeah.
00:33:55.940 Yeah. And you don't have to be Italian to appreciate it.
00:33:58.680 It's also just a very stupid person thing to say. Just like, this person isn't exactly
00:34:06.140 like me and therefore I don't enjoy the story. When I watched WALL-E, the Pixar film, I think
00:34:12.960 it is, it's probably DreamWorks or something.
00:34:15.120 It is, it is.
00:34:15.700 Okay. I knew someone would be like, actually. But when I watched that, I didn't think,
00:34:20.560 well, I'm not a robot, I'm not enjoying this.
00:34:22.800 Yes. I'm not a small rubbish collecting robot being in love, so I can't appreciate this
00:34:27.900 whatsoever. No, there are universal themes that can be transmitted through media, but
00:34:33.120 a lot of these people, one, are narcissists, and they legitimately can't appreciate a media
00:34:38.240 unless the people it focuses on look and behave exactly like them. And two, of course, she's
00:34:43.360 going to say this because she wants her own books in schools.
00:34:46.580 Well, fundamentally, all of this ideology amounts to resource extraction from the native population.
00:34:52.340 That's what it is. We have resources that they want, and they will use any means necessary
00:34:56.840 to take them from us.
00:34:58.060 Yeah, and this is all aided by the government. So this woman, Mallory Blackman, was the author
00:35:02.360 of a book series called Noughts and Crosses, which I actually remember learning about when
00:35:06.040 I was younger and in school. And she said all of this in the foreword to a literature in
00:35:11.780 colour campaign report, so that it could try to encourage more children to read for pleasure.
00:35:17.560 I think that's a great idea. More children should read, especially in the area of social
00:35:21.600 media, but of course what they read is just as important. She also said that no child
00:35:26.360 should feel that studying English at schools is relevant because they never see themselves
00:35:29.600 in it. There will always be room for the classics in the UK English literature curricula, but
00:35:34.200 a space and place needs to be made for more inclusive and diverse contemporary stories across
00:35:38.360 all educational boards. So that's bollocks, right?
00:35:41.120 By the way, this even went on growing up in South Devon in a very, very majority, as in
00:35:48.080 as majority as it can possibly get, white British area. And we had to read a book called Gangster
00:35:55.720 Rap. I think that's by Benjamin Zephaniah.
00:35:57.880 Oh, not that one.
00:35:59.680 It was awful as well. It was utter drivel.
00:36:02.300 Of course it was.
00:36:02.640 And I was just like...
00:36:03.640 Just like poetry.
00:36:04.700 Yeah, I was just like, why are we reading this? We were reading Shakespeare a minute
00:36:08.400 ago. Now we're looking at some people who are actually trying to be criminals. Also showing
00:36:14.960 that to teenagers, just like, here you are, here's how to be a criminal. Is that really
00:36:20.280 good?
00:36:20.640 It's a terrible example to set. But also, what she was saying there, obvious rubbish,
00:36:26.180 because you only have a limited amount of time to cover particular stories over the
00:36:31.860 course of a curriculum, over the course of a school term. So of course, if you want to
00:36:35.820 put one extra thing in, one other thing's going to have to be taken out. So the idea that
00:36:40.660 it's this equal game where you can have as much time, no, it's a zero-sum game. If your
00:36:47.600 book gets in, somebody else's gets taken out. The campaign, this literature in colour, was
00:36:53.200 created by Penguin Books in 2020 in partnership with the Runnymede Trust, of course, aiming
00:36:58.200 to help schools make the teaching and learning of English literature more inclusive for writers
00:37:03.000 of colour. Completely selfish motivation. It was launched, guess when? After the global
00:37:08.620 Black Lives Matter protests, which should have had no effect and nothing to do with Britain.
00:37:13.180 It was nothing to do with us. And they inspired campaigns to diversify the curriculum in schools.
00:37:20.240 So this is all about getting children as young as possible, essentially. Because a lot of
00:37:25.520 these books are not written for the sake of literature, they are written for the sake
00:37:29.140 of propaganda. So they want to get the propaganda into your children's eyes before you can do anything
00:37:35.020 about it, as young as possible.
00:37:36.680 My ideal society would have urban youths reading the poem Beowulf in its original Old English and
00:37:42.720 writing a detailed commentary on it. That's what I want.
00:37:46.140 I think you're being a bit ambitious there, Josh. But I respect what you're aiming for there.
00:37:52.140 In fact, on the subject of the UK English curriculum, Connor wrote an excellent article about it two
00:37:58.800 years ago now. So this is back from June 2022. So things have probably only got worse since then.
00:38:04.100 But he points out here, one of the most hit parts of the curriculum was the conflict section
00:38:14.360 of the poetry side. Because I remember back in my own secondary school during English literature,
00:38:20.080 we learned about Wilfred Owen. His poem's been taken out now.
00:38:25.020 So they took out...
00:38:25.940 Why was that?
00:38:26.500 ...A Poison Tree by William Blake, The Man He Killed by Thomas Hardy, Punishment by Seamus
00:38:31.660 Haney, Phrase Book by Joe Shapkart, and Anthem for Doomed Youth by Wilfred Owen, which is one of
00:38:36.700 the ones that I studied.
00:38:37.960 But there are loads of classic poets in there.
00:38:41.860 Yes, but you need to make room. It is a zero-sum game when you're working with limited time.
00:38:46.220 You'll be reading Tupac today, kids.
00:38:49.300 Close enough. Replacing them is Lewis Bennett's Colonization in Reverse.
00:38:55.540 Actual propaganda telling young English kids that you deserve to be replaced.
00:39:01.800 That's what that is. Literally, it's called Colonization in Reverse.
00:39:05.740 And as schoolchildren, they'll have the teachers telling them what a good and wonderful thing
00:39:09.140 that is happening, and they'll be using it in the sort of...
00:39:12.000 What's that French guy's name?
00:39:14.500 No, it wasn't French. It was Brazilian or something.
00:39:17.500 Paolo Friere, the pedagogy sense.
00:39:20.480 They'll be using that and then use it as an...
00:39:22.400 No, not the chef.
00:39:23.440 They'll be using it as an opportunity to open up the conversation to the sins of imperialism
00:39:28.880 and why it's actually a good thing that little Timmy is being replaced by Mbungu sat next to him.
00:39:35.740 They've also got Ilya Kaminsky's Fantasy of the Fall of America in We Lived Happily During the War,
00:39:43.220 Parable of Police Racial Profile in Caleb Femi's 13,
00:39:47.060 and Francis E.W. Harper's Songs for the People,
00:39:50.900 which is all just race propaganda for race, gay race communists.
00:39:55.180 I ain't never heard of them.
00:39:56.940 So they try and get them as soon as they can,
00:40:01.100 when they're as young as possible.
00:40:02.680 That's one of the ways that they start to try and get kids to hate themselves
00:40:05.720 for the colour of their skin, as long as you are white.
00:40:08.940 As long as you are one of the many ethnic groups of the white race,
00:40:12.340 specifically for here, English.
00:40:14.440 Although this goes on everywhere else as well.
00:40:16.480 Well, interestingly as well, you get lots of things,
00:40:18.840 even from the past, the new ideology being imposed upon old media,
00:40:23.460 like in this, which came out just the other day,
00:40:26.120 that one of the stars of Friends, which was always a rubbish show,
00:40:29.120 let's be perfectly honest.
00:40:30.300 That's going to get some pushback.
00:40:31.620 It was terrible.
00:40:32.900 Adam Goldberg slamming the show for its insane lack of diversity.
00:40:37.600 Can you believe an all-white friendship group in New York in the 90s?
00:40:42.520 I mean, that probably still goes on now.
00:40:44.340 Probably increasingly so, in fact.
00:40:46.480 So you get in the schools, you get told that you don't have room for your culture's stories anymore.
00:40:54.440 You have to move aside for the new culture's stories.
00:40:57.640 The old culture's stories, even as recent as 30 years ago,
00:41:00.900 are no longer fit for purpose, because they don't fit into the new woke ideology.
00:41:05.240 And then you start to see articles like this from The Guardian, self-reporting,
00:41:11.960 saying, we each have a Nazi in us.
00:41:13.660 We need to understand the psychological roots of authoritarianism.
00:41:17.180 By a top-down erasure of the native culture.
00:41:20.780 Yes, yes, because neuroimaging studies, and we've covered this before,
00:41:26.000 have shown that the amygdala, the tiny almond-shaped brain structure that mediates fear,
00:41:30.320 it's actually more to do with risk management,
00:41:33.540 is larger in people with more right-wing views.
00:41:36.080 Yes, because you're more aware of risks around you and better able to plan for them.
00:41:40.140 Well, that's not necessarily a negative thing either.
00:41:42.260 There could be more risks.
00:41:45.920 I mean, being a dumb-dumb-brain left-winger who doesn't see any risk in anything
00:41:52.140 and walks down the wrong street and gets mugged and stabbed and killed.
00:41:56.060 Like has happened to a shocking amount of left-wing journalists.
00:41:59.280 Yes.
00:42:00.780 That's not a good thing for them, not being able to perceive risk.
00:42:04.600 And actually, being able to perceive risk is one of the most important aspects of survival in an organism,
00:42:10.740 be it human or not, so it's a silly argument to make.
00:42:15.540 Equally, being more risk-averse makes you more likely to do things like not gamble away your money
00:42:24.100 and be more responsible and find a more stable, sustainable income stream.
00:42:29.840 Which explains why leftists have such excellent lifestyles and judgement.
00:42:35.500 And this article actually is quite interesting because it goes right to the foundation
00:42:40.720 of a lot of the anti-white hatred that gets banded about these days,
00:42:44.560 which is that it refers straight back to a Frankfurt School social psychologist, Eric Fromm.
00:42:51.040 And a lot of this really does come from the Frankfurt School.
00:42:54.420 I know it's a bit of a meme, James Lindsay and people speak about them,
00:42:57.360 but I don't think that they highlight the particularly bad parts of the Frankfurt School ideology
00:43:03.520 that they developed and promoted in conjunction with, you know, the US government,
00:43:08.200 which is, thanks for that, Uncle Sam.
00:43:11.620 It starts by saying,
00:43:12.660 any attempt to understand the attraction which fascism exercises upon great nations
00:43:17.040 compels us to recognise the role of psychological factors,
00:43:21.220 according to Eric Fromm, German-Jewish social psychologist,
00:43:25.420 and he said that in 1941.
00:43:26.880 Such factors are not specifically German or, say, Italian,
00:43:30.580 nor were they manifestations of a unique historical era,
00:43:33.220 now safely in the distant past.
00:43:34.920 Not only can the malignant political, economic, ideological climates,
00:43:39.060 whoever wrote this particular article, who is it?
00:43:41.800 Geber Matt really wanted to make sure you knew they were smart in this first paragraph.
00:43:47.600 Required for the flowering of fascism to develop anywhere,
00:43:50.200 so are its emotional dynamics present in the psyche of most human beings.
00:43:53.740 So you're just evil, white man.
00:43:55.280 It's deep inside your brain.
00:43:56.820 You can't help it.
00:43:57.700 You can't fix it.
00:43:59.220 Evil is just there inherently as a result of your psychology.
00:44:03.140 Not in anybody else, just the white people, though,
00:44:05.480 because you've got a malfunctioning amygdala because it actually works.
00:44:09.160 So therefore, we've got to replace you.
00:44:11.020 Sorry, bye-bye.
00:44:12.360 We each have a Nazi within, according to Auschwitz survivor Edith Eger.
00:44:17.400 That's a strange thing for an Auschwitz survivor to say.
00:44:20.780 That's why I laughed.
00:44:21.820 It's just like, yes, sometimes I was in the camp, sometimes I was a god.
00:44:27.780 Yeah, that's just absurd on the face of it.
00:44:30.240 Not to diminish what she must have gone through, but good god.
00:44:33.580 Pointing, in the authors of this article's observation, to a near-universal reality.
00:44:39.680 Okay.
00:44:40.060 Many of us harbour the seeds for hatred, rage, fear, narcissistic self-regard, and contempt for others that,
00:44:47.800 in their most venomous and extreme forms, are the dominant emotional currents whose confluence can all feed the destructive torrent that we call fascism.
00:44:56.420 Given enough provocation or encouragement.
00:44:57.860 That's right, if you're afraid of things or have any of these negative personal qualities, you too will come up with a specific anti-communist Italian political philosophy.
00:45:07.720 You too will get involved in trade unions, who are the root of your power base.
00:45:12.740 You too might end up reading Giovanni Gentili and wonder, what the hell is he talking about?
00:45:17.800 But also, the silly thing is, they're taking statistical generalisations and suggesting that because the method of data collection suggests a general trend, that this is true of everyone.
00:45:31.800 Actually, no, there are plenty of people that are disposed not to have these things, and people can be born with dispositions that are not like that.
00:45:40.660 You only need to look at animals, like dogs, for example.
00:45:44.280 Dogs, you can argue, don't necessarily have the same level of socialisation as most people.
00:45:51.440 That's an important caveat.
00:45:53.340 But they have different temperaments and personalities, even though they could be raised in the same environment, like a single litter, for example.
00:46:00.020 They've got similar genes, similar environment, yet there's still some variations.
00:46:04.260 And you can only really attribute that to variations in their genes, because they're not all identical.
00:46:09.240 And that affects their personality, and therefore, this gets lost, that actually, people might not be as similar, funnily enough, as they're making out.
00:46:21.100 But they do point out here that environment does also play a factor, which it absolutely does.
00:46:25.680 Of course, yeah.
00:46:26.400 And so, what do you need to do if these people, if everybody has the potential to be an evil Adolf Hitler, what do you do?
00:46:33.880 Well, the easiest thing to point out here is that you do whatever we were doing before the 20th century, for thousands and thousands of years of human civilisation.
00:46:44.800 No, no, because according to these people, the results of the 20th century, in terms of Adolf Hitler, was that it was a violent, evil, white nationalist pushback against the universally good, progressive future that we were heading into.
00:47:00.680 The Soviet Union?
00:47:02.000 Yes.
00:47:02.420 Okay.
00:47:03.620 Yes.
00:47:04.880 So, they say,
00:47:06.200 Nobody is born with rabid hatred, untrammeled rage, existential fear, or cold contempt permanently embedded in their minds or hearts.
00:47:13.000 Permanently doing a lot of lifting there.
00:47:14.640 What they're saying is, you are born with it, but we could socially engineer it out of you.
00:47:19.540 These fulminant emotions, when chronic, are responses to unbearable suffering endured at a time of utmost vulnerability, helplessness, and unrelieved threat.
00:47:28.440 That is, in early childhood.
00:47:30.140 So, what they're saying here is, you could turn into a Nazi if you are, say, raised to be slightly more socially conservative by your parents, so we need to socially engineer you out of that as early as possible in the schools, and preferably to get you out of your parents' hands as early as possible as well.
00:47:47.660 So, that's why they aim all of this stuff at the kids, and it's interesting that this is the entire stated, overtly and explicitly stated ideological reason for why they do this.
00:47:59.740 If we don't trans your kids, if we don't make them hate themselves, if we don't tell them that all of the history of their ancestors, their race, and their culture are evil, they might turn into Adolf Hitler.
00:48:12.800 Do you really believe that? Do you think that that is true?
00:48:15.600 Do you think that a normal child, just without any intervention by the state or those external factors, is automatically going to turn into a genocidal maniac?
00:48:24.920 No.
00:48:27.920 No. No. No, of course not.
00:48:30.540 They even say,
00:48:31.580 American psychologist Michael Milburn has studied the childhood antecedents of right-wing ideological rigidity.
00:48:37.700 His research confirms that the harsher the parenting atmosphere...
00:48:40.500 Research can't confirm things. It suggests or supports a hypothesis.
00:48:45.600 You cannot confirm things with just, you know, one man's research, you moron.
00:48:50.960 With your own sociological background and psychological background, yeah, I can understand how this pisses you off.
00:48:56.880 But they say his research suggests that the harsher the parenting atmosphere people were exposed to as young children,
00:49:04.100 the more prone they are to support authoritarian or aggressive policies such as foreign wars, punitive laws, and the death penalties.
00:49:10.340 So basically what they're saying is, the less boundaries you have in your childhood, the more left-wing you'll be.
00:49:15.220 If we take you away from your parents, then you'll be more left-wing, and that's a good thing.
00:49:20.760 And this actually refers back, echoes back to the work of the Frankfurt School, particularly Adorno with the authoritarian personality,
00:49:29.040 where the studies that he did, the psychological interviews that he conducted, and along with some of the others...
00:49:33.660 We talked about this on the website, didn't we?
00:49:34.980 Yes, we have spoken about this on the website.
00:49:36.920 Basically said that, well, if they had a positive view of their childhood, that means they were more authoritarian.
00:49:44.880 He basically flipped all of the interviews on their head.
00:49:47.800 If they had respect for their parents, if they had a stable childhood, if there were boundaries and authority that was respected,
00:49:54.440 this was a sign of emotional instability and fascism.
00:49:58.380 Whereas if you had the opposite, that was a sign of emotional stability and independence.
00:50:02.680 I'm a living rebuttal of this.
00:50:04.800 I had, in my opinion, a very, very good childhood, and I'm very grateful to my parents for being very responsible
00:50:12.340 and, you know, making me very well-behaved as a child.
00:50:16.320 And I'm very anti-authoritarian.
00:50:20.100 I, you know, I really dislike government overreach.
00:50:23.380 So how can I have this very rigid, structured childhood that I'm also fond of and think was good,
00:50:32.140 and also be very anti-authoritarian?
00:50:34.220 Surely that disproves all of this.
00:50:36.480 No, it was confirmed, so...
00:50:38.180 Sorry, Josh.
00:50:39.040 Oh, it was confirmed, yeah.
00:50:40.000 You're just the exception that proves the rule.
00:50:42.240 That must be it.
00:50:43.280 But this is what's forced on children from a very, very young age,
00:50:48.700 and has been for decades now.
00:50:50.860 Remember, the Frankfurt School and their work with the American government and other governments
00:50:55.500 was done back in the 40s and 50s.
00:50:57.960 This has been the prevailing ideology.
00:50:59.760 This has been the prevailing idea of government.
00:51:02.900 The idea of government in the West for decades has been
00:51:06.060 make sure white people hate themselves to prevent Hitler.
00:51:10.220 That's what happened with the German experiments
00:51:13.020 where they were giving children over, fostered children, over to paedophiles
00:51:17.120 in the hopes that the sexually liberated upbringing that would give them
00:51:21.080 would prevent them from being Hitler
00:51:22.740 because it's all about repression and expression.
00:51:26.520 So what does this lead to in the modern day and age?
00:51:28.720 Well, it can manifest itself in funny ways.
00:51:31.360 I'm not going to lie.
00:51:32.800 The author of White Fragility, Robin DiAngelo,
00:51:35.680 you know, that woman,
00:51:36.740 who said that she's really, really racist deep down
00:51:39.200 and that's why she needs to be an anti-racist,
00:51:41.200 was tricked by Matt Walsh in his new film, Am I Racist,
00:51:46.320 into paying reparations to Matt Walsh's producer,
00:51:50.080 who is a black guy.
00:51:51.560 It was hilarious.
00:51:52.840 I've seen the video of it.
00:51:54.200 He gives him money in front of her
00:51:57.500 and then she's like, oh, I don't have any money on me.
00:51:59.580 And then she gets up and goes to her bag off camera.
00:52:01.840 Gives him $30.
00:52:04.140 I mean, that's quite nice of it.
00:52:05.380 I mean, I like the argument that Walsh did
00:52:07.280 was the argument that she would say,
00:52:08.640 which is, you know, I know this feels weird,
00:52:11.260 but we need to be comfortable in being uncomfortable.
00:52:14.760 So he threw her own language back at it
00:52:16.760 and she's so retarded that she fell for it
00:52:20.120 and gave him the money, you know?
00:52:22.300 This is where Matt Walsh is truly at his best
00:52:24.440 doing stuff like this.
00:52:25.720 Oh yeah, you know,
00:52:26.660 people have criticized the idea of the film
00:52:28.660 for saying, oh, it's so unserious,
00:52:30.600 we've got to take these people seriously.
00:52:32.500 No, we don't.
00:52:33.060 We can have a laugh at their expense.
00:52:34.220 I think actually not treating their ideology
00:52:37.420 as not serious is a good thing,
00:52:40.020 but treating the implications
00:52:41.340 of how it is implemented in our society seriously
00:52:44.720 is actually very important.
00:52:47.300 So you can make the distinction between the two.
00:52:49.920 Because it does also manifest itself
00:52:51.860 in really awful and horrible ways,
00:52:54.460 which is like the example I'm bringing up here,
00:52:57.360 which is in Springfield, Ohio.
00:53:00.420 Last year, a boy called Aidan Clark
00:53:03.940 was killed in a crash that we referenced
00:53:05.820 in the last segment,
00:53:07.200 where an unlicensed migrant,
00:53:09.780 Hermano Joseph,
00:53:11.940 struck a school bus when he was driving
00:53:14.200 in a van, in a minivan,
00:53:16.480 and injured more than 20 students
00:53:18.340 and Aidan Clark himself was killed.
00:53:20.840 According to this article,
00:53:22.180 this was at the point where a lot of the people's community,
00:53:24.360 people in the community,
00:53:25.540 their attitude changed towards these.
00:53:28.620 And of course, he's been used as a name
00:53:30.460 by J.D. Vance, Donald Trump,
00:53:32.660 others as saying this is what Kamala Harris's policies
00:53:35.960 are going to bring to your community.
00:53:37.480 Because if you're wondering,
00:53:39.020 how could we have avoided this?
00:53:41.560 Just don't have the Haitian migrants
00:53:43.640 driving unlicensed in your town.
00:53:46.840 Why should they be there in the very first place?
00:53:50.000 Here's what the father had to say.
00:53:54.360 You know,
00:53:56.180 I wish that my son, Aidan Clark,
00:53:59.460 was killed by a 60-year-old white man.
00:54:04.860 I bet you never thought anyone would ever say something
00:54:07.060 so blunt.
00:54:09.920 But if that guy killed my 11-year-old son,
00:54:14.820 the incessant group of hate-spewing people
00:54:17.300 would leave us alone.
00:54:18.360 Yeah, obviously, it's terrible what happened to his son.
00:54:24.520 I'm very sorry for him.
00:54:26.280 But at the same time,
00:54:27.540 you have been so brainwashed
00:54:29.160 that what's more pressing to you right now
00:54:32.500 is not that this was a completely avoidable problem,
00:54:36.560 that decisions were made,
00:54:38.060 policy decisions were made,
00:54:39.280 that led to the
00:54:41.060 person being in your community
00:54:44.180 who ended up killing your son.
00:54:46.860 No, what actually matters
00:54:48.080 is the racism that's being spewed
00:54:51.060 at the other end of it.
00:54:52.280 People saying,
00:54:53.240 hey, isn't it terrible that a Haitian killed?
00:54:55.680 No, no,
00:54:56.080 I would have preferred if it was a 60-year-old white man.
00:54:58.740 Well, too bad, it wasn't.
00:55:00.700 It wasn't.
00:55:01.520 And I'm sorry,
00:55:02.940 you are spitting
00:55:04.140 on the memory of your son,
00:55:06.080 and you are also denying
00:55:08.000 the actual problems
00:55:09.300 that are happening
00:55:10.280 in the rest of Springfield
00:55:11.360 if you come out and say,
00:55:12.780 oh, wouldn't it have been better?
00:55:15.820 It's a very weird thing to say, isn't it?
00:55:19.680 It's terrible.
00:55:20.540 I don't want to use his son's grave to dance on.
00:55:23.960 And I don't want other people to either
00:55:26.580 because obviously what he and his wife went through
00:55:28.680 is terrible.
00:55:29.920 But this is disgusting.
00:55:32.060 This is disgusting.
00:55:33.480 You as the father
00:55:34.720 have at least a responsibility.
00:55:37.080 A responsibility to protect your child.
00:55:39.220 You couldn't do that in that circumstance.
00:55:40.840 That's not your fault.
00:55:42.660 But you have a responsibility after it
00:55:45.100 to make sure it doesn't happen again.
00:55:47.540 And you're not doing that.
00:55:48.960 So this is the result of the cult of self-hatred
00:55:51.460 that people would rather wish
00:55:53.780 in a fantasy land
00:55:54.860 that imaginary events happened
00:55:56.700 instead of acknowledging
00:55:57.740 the problems that exist in our society today.
00:56:00.820 These people have been brainwashed.
00:56:02.180 I don't think there's any helping them.
00:56:03.780 But you and I
00:56:04.600 we can move past the programming
00:56:06.220 move past the brainwashing
00:56:07.380 and maybe enact some change in the future.
00:56:12.040 So I've realized I've missed out a link
00:56:14.680 and it will make me look very bad
00:56:16.780 if I don't include it in my segment.
00:56:20.200 And I'm going to send you a link, Samson.
00:56:22.980 Can you put it in after the video, please?
00:56:26.320 Of course.
00:56:27.960 I've realized that I've asked someone
00:56:29.820 to give me a video on their perspective
00:56:32.220 and I forgot to include a link to their channel
00:56:34.980 and I feel really, really guilty about it.
00:56:37.520 While you're getting that up,
00:56:38.320 I'm going to read through the rumble rants.
00:56:39.720 Oh, thank you.
00:56:42.900 Oh, excuse me.
00:56:43.660 Yeah, quick burp.
00:56:44.220 The last...
00:56:44.820 Always got to get one in.
00:56:46.600 The Last Russian for $2 says,
00:56:47.880 My brother's secondary school
00:56:48.940 became an anti-racist school
00:56:51.160 after St. Fentanyl died.
00:56:55.360 One third of the English curriculum
00:56:56.840 was replaced by, paraphrasing,
00:56:58.720 unread books by diverse authors.
00:57:01.060 They're all dreadful.
00:57:01.740 Yeah, whenever they complain
00:57:02.600 about how few people read these books,
00:57:04.600 it's because they're shit.
00:57:06.460 That's generally the reason why.
00:57:07.860 If they were worth reading,
00:57:09.080 someone would have read them.
00:57:10.560 Keith Kaiser, $5.
00:57:11.860 I remember when I was in school
00:57:12.780 and they replaced classics like Animal Farm
00:57:14.320 for an exact opposite
00:57:15.400 and Inspector Calls,
00:57:16.640 which I never had to read.
00:57:17.500 I hated that book.
00:57:18.900 We were taught that capitalism is bad
00:57:20.360 and socialism good.
00:57:21.580 Disgusting.
00:57:22.360 Well, the person who wrote Inspector Calls,
00:57:24.300 JB Priestley,
00:57:25.620 was a socialist, weren't they?
00:57:28.440 And also the moral of the story
00:57:29.560 is that a pregnant woman,
00:57:32.100 a pregnant single mother,
00:57:34.000 has an illegitimate child
00:57:36.320 with one of the family
00:57:38.240 that owns the factory
00:57:39.360 and she tried to extort them for money,
00:57:43.580 fails, gets fired for it
00:57:45.880 and then drinks bleach and dies
00:57:47.560 and then the inspector blames the family for this.
00:57:51.160 All of the family.
00:57:53.300 That's terrible.
00:57:54.640 Yes, I was just like,
00:57:56.140 get another job, you dumb bitch.
00:57:58.940 In its own world that has been built,
00:58:01.900 that's terrible storytelling,
00:58:03.880 terrible character writing.
00:58:05.340 He is the worst inspector I've ever heard of
00:58:07.860 if he blames the family.
00:58:09.200 I remember saying this at the time
00:58:11.140 when I was in my English class.
00:58:12.860 Just like,
00:58:13.220 no, I don't feel bad for her.
00:58:14.520 In fact, I'm annoyed.
00:58:15.480 She killed a baby
00:58:16.400 and tried to extort the family.
00:58:20.600 She's done everything wrong she could have.
00:58:23.120 Basically victim blaming?
00:58:25.320 They were the victims of extortion.
00:58:27.680 So, yeah.
00:58:28.760 Well, extortion is,
00:58:29.660 what he did wasn't a crime,
00:58:31.060 what she did was a crime as well.
00:58:32.460 So, disgusting morality
00:58:34.180 being taught to children again.
00:58:35.920 The last Russian for $2.
00:58:37.340 Some more.
00:58:38.060 Yesterday, my brother texted me
00:58:39.360 his English teacher,
00:58:40.460 asked the class about
00:58:41.580 favorite conspiracy theories.
00:58:42.880 Teacher then mentioned
00:58:43.560 pets being eaten in Ohio
00:58:45.520 and laughed at it.
00:58:46.340 Such baloney.
00:58:47.040 I hate teachers.
00:58:49.360 I hate teachers.
00:58:51.060 The engaged few for $5 says,
00:58:53.600 is blunt the way they say
00:58:54.800 vile and unfatherly in Ohio?
00:58:56.700 Perhaps.
00:58:57.360 Perhaps it's the Haitian
00:58:58.340 that's been brought over there.
00:58:59.820 Bald Eagle, $17.87 for $2.
00:59:01.500 The side that says
00:59:02.260 we need to trust the science?
00:59:04.000 Sure do trust a lot of pseudoscience.
00:59:09.040 There's more along the lines
00:59:09.840 of being fetishes than actual science.
00:59:12.280 Don't worry about the extra chats earlier.
00:59:13.940 Well, thank you very much.
00:59:15.380 And not just a string for $3 says,
00:59:17.000 I wish all the illegal immigrants
00:59:18.300 were 60-year-old white men.
00:59:19.620 We'd have a lot less problems
00:59:20.760 and only have to deal
00:59:21.600 with incessant dad jokes.
00:59:22.820 Yeah, sorry.
00:59:23.460 If the guy,
00:59:24.060 if you wish the guy who ran over you,
00:59:25.560 well, who killed your son
00:59:26.460 was a 60-year-old white guy,
00:59:27.820 your son would still be alive.
00:59:29.560 If he had been.
00:59:30.860 Anyway.
00:59:31.480 Thanks for the chats.
00:59:33.840 Okay.
00:59:35.380 India, obviously,
00:59:36.320 a wild and crazy place.
00:59:39.220 And lots of interesting things
00:59:40.620 are happening.
00:59:41.220 And one of them is
00:59:42.260 racist cow gangs
00:59:44.020 going around
00:59:45.000 causing problems.
00:59:47.320 I don't want to spoil it quite yet.
00:59:48.460 Racist what gangs?
00:59:49.600 What's racist about them?
00:59:51.540 You'll see.
00:59:52.300 Oh, okay.
00:59:52.580 You've got to watch this segment first,
00:59:53.940 Harry, otherwise...
00:59:55.240 But I'm in this segment.
00:59:56.640 You are,
00:59:57.140 and you've got to watch it.
00:59:58.240 All right, okay.
00:59:58.840 So, the first thing
00:59:59.780 I wanted to look at
01:00:00.560 is this is the Indian government
01:00:02.380 bulldozing
01:00:03.720 11 people's homes
01:00:05.960 because they found
01:00:07.560 beef in their fridge.
01:00:10.180 So, they're just like,
01:00:11.240 you have beef in your fridge.
01:00:12.460 India's a huge country.
01:00:14.520 And they found beef in the fridge.
01:00:15.580 And they found,
01:00:15.860 they tracked,
01:00:16.620 is there a special beef inspector?
01:00:18.900 Does he go around checking,
01:00:20.440 like the...
01:00:20.960 The meat man's around.
01:00:21.900 Like the Stasi or something,
01:00:23.240 you're hiding beef in your cellar.
01:00:25.800 So, yes, they...
01:00:26.640 Except he's got a little head bob
01:00:27.620 while he does it.
01:00:28.000 Yes, of course.
01:00:29.120 So, they demolished their houses
01:00:31.560 for eating beef.
01:00:33.920 Which is interesting, isn't it?
01:00:35.280 It suggests that
01:00:36.720 the Hindu majority there
01:00:38.080 are perhaps
01:00:39.100 willing to persecute people
01:00:40.960 for their beliefs,
01:00:42.380 as is the case in
01:00:43.660 all countries
01:00:44.640 where a certain religion
01:00:45.660 is a majority.
01:00:47.360 And I made a meme,
01:00:48.940 well, with the help of Alistair,
01:00:50.120 one of our editors.
01:00:51.540 Oh, you did the...
01:00:52.420 You're hiding cows
01:00:54.980 under your floorboards,
01:00:56.000 are you not?
01:00:56.460 Well, I mean,
01:00:58.000 if it was just cows,
01:00:59.140 that'd be fine, wouldn't it?
01:01:00.840 That's true, actually, yeah.
01:01:02.200 Yeah, because they're worshipping them.
01:01:03.480 It should have been beef, really.
01:01:04.700 I did a terrible job at memes.
01:01:06.700 I'm sorry.
01:01:07.760 I will dispatch myself...
01:01:09.940 Shame.
01:01:10.260 At the end of this podcast.
01:01:11.880 This is the Japanese fashion.
01:01:14.900 And talking of things
01:01:17.160 that, you know,
01:01:19.620 are forbidden in India,
01:01:21.260 Islander magazine...
01:01:22.660 It's not actually...
01:01:23.400 I was going to say,
01:01:23.940 I don't think it is.
01:01:24.900 It's not yet banned in India.
01:01:27.220 This is now available.
01:01:28.920 Obviously, the first edition
01:01:30.120 was a massive success.
01:01:31.400 It was a great thing.
01:01:33.020 Everyone said it was wonderful.
01:01:34.680 It's Bigly.
01:01:35.900 It's the best.
01:01:37.040 It's the best thing
01:01:37.920 that's ever come out
01:01:38.560 of the United Kingdom.
01:01:39.720 Tremendous.
01:01:40.300 Yes.
01:01:40.860 And there is another version.
01:01:42.960 That first version,
01:01:43.920 now gone.
01:01:44.820 Second version,
01:01:45.560 limited supply.
01:01:47.160 Get them while you can.
01:01:48.180 Some say,
01:01:49.060 even nicer than the first one.
01:01:51.140 That is true.
01:01:51.700 It's a lovely cover,
01:01:53.000 isn't it?
01:01:53.400 Some lovely articles in there.
01:01:54.980 Lots of big names.
01:01:57.060 You've got...
01:01:57.580 And also us.
01:01:58.480 Yes, us.
01:01:59.560 You've got Stefan Molyneux,
01:02:01.060 raw egg nationalist,
01:02:02.040 Nima Parvini,
01:02:03.360 Carl Benjamin.
01:02:04.260 You might have heard of him.
01:02:05.440 But anyway...
01:02:05.940 Is Stefan Molyneux's article
01:02:06.960 about eggs?
01:02:08.440 Because it should be.
01:02:09.580 It should be, yes.
01:02:10.720 But also,
01:02:11.460 we're selling T-shirts
01:02:12.380 with some stuff on.
01:02:14.260 There they are.
01:02:15.180 Islander merch.
01:02:15.920 That's limited as well.
01:02:17.320 And a mug.
01:02:18.720 So, get it while you can
01:02:20.060 because it's not going
01:02:20.560 to be there forever.
01:02:21.160 And it looks cool.
01:02:23.040 And Harry really wants
01:02:23.880 that metal T-shirt.
01:02:25.300 Why hasn't anybody got one?
01:02:26.520 Buy them out
01:02:27.040 so Harry suffers.
01:02:31.520 Why did you sound like
01:02:32.640 Voldemort
01:02:33.380 in the Harry Potter films?
01:02:36.880 What's going on, Harry?
01:02:38.760 Are you Ralph Fiennes
01:02:40.020 under there?
01:02:40.980 Carry on.
01:02:41.500 Don't find the zip
01:02:42.400 on the back of my neck.
01:02:44.360 So,
01:02:45.040 the New York Times
01:02:46.240 has picked up on this recently.
01:02:47.780 These cow vigilantes.
01:02:49.440 These are not necessarily
01:02:51.040 agents of the state.
01:02:52.180 These are just
01:02:52.700 honest Indian men
01:02:53.740 out to bring justice.
01:02:56.080 They're Indian batmen.
01:02:57.080 Cows.
01:02:58.380 Justice for cows.
01:02:59.620 Justice for, sorry.
01:03:00.600 Punishing cows.
01:03:02.220 The opposite.
01:03:03.500 So,
01:03:04.240 they have
01:03:05.080 India's Muslims
01:03:05.940 on edge,
01:03:06.700 as they're saying.
01:03:07.460 As I mentioned,
01:03:08.460 you know,
01:03:09.220 they suspect people
01:03:10.100 who are not Hindus
01:03:11.020 of mistreating cows
01:03:12.140 because it's only Hindus
01:03:13.300 that believe
01:03:14.100 treating cows
01:03:14.820 is a,
01:03:15.640 you know,
01:03:16.000 a sacred right.
01:03:16.680 and there,
01:03:17.660 there is a cow in India.
01:03:18.820 There you go.
01:03:19.760 They exist.
01:03:20.540 Fucking boys
01:03:21.280 are coming with us.
01:03:23.100 And,
01:03:23.620 uh,
01:03:24.160 they've also been accused
01:03:25.120 of just generally
01:03:25.880 attacking minorities
01:03:27.220 in a,
01:03:27.960 a racist fashion.
01:03:30.320 And,
01:03:30.860 uh,
01:03:31.560 this has been going on
01:03:32.520 for some time.
01:03:33.560 Is this a cast thing
01:03:34.640 as well then?
01:03:35.600 I don't know.
01:03:36.280 I've not looked into
01:03:36.960 the cast side of things.
01:03:38.060 It's just a Hindu thing,
01:03:39.300 I think.
01:03:39.980 So,
01:03:40.480 look at this.
01:03:41.020 This is a Bollywood movie
01:03:42.120 waiting to happen.
01:03:43.520 Where are the snapsuits?
01:03:45.100 That is an actual picture
01:03:46.440 that the BBC have used
01:03:48.360 from 2015.
01:03:49.480 He's got an axe.
01:03:50.460 He's got a pole arm.
01:03:52.080 He's got a pole axe
01:03:53.160 on a moped.
01:03:55.740 Well,
01:03:56.060 on a bike really,
01:03:57.040 isn't it?
01:03:57.540 And I don't know
01:03:58.160 what he's got there.
01:03:58.720 It looks like a katana.
01:03:59.920 This is like,
01:04:01.220 this is like a film.
01:04:03.160 But this article's
01:04:04.200 from 2019.
01:04:05.180 So this isn't
01:04:05.620 a recent phenomenon.
01:04:06.480 And in fact,
01:04:07.760 this has,
01:04:08.440 this is cow-related violence
01:04:10.560 between-
01:04:11.260 These are all
01:04:13.180 the cow-related incidents
01:04:14.440 from 2012 to 2019.
01:04:17.020 And it's,
01:04:18.680 it's taking India by storm,
01:04:20.140 particularly northern India.
01:04:21.620 You can see here.
01:04:22.780 Yeah.
01:04:24.140 It's less common
01:04:25.260 in the south here.
01:04:27.320 But particularly up there,
01:04:30.140 I can't read it
01:04:31.420 because of the text,
01:04:32.220 but near Punjab,
01:04:33.480 it looks like it says hairy,
01:04:34.620 but I think it,
01:04:36.140 Harry something.
01:04:37.980 The Harry province.
01:04:39.180 It's nothing to do with me.
01:04:40.240 Harry,
01:04:41.240 why are you,
01:04:42.760 what are you doing
01:04:43.660 to cows?
01:04:44.580 I'm eating them,
01:04:45.820 Josh.
01:04:46.200 I admit it.
01:04:47.200 I eat beef.
01:04:48.560 I've got beef
01:04:49.420 with cows as well.
01:04:51.280 But yes,
01:04:52.660 there was this article
01:04:54.600 from May of last year,
01:04:56.020 which I've actually mentioned
01:04:56.880 on the podcast before.
01:04:58.540 And in this,
01:05:00.240 there were three Muslim men
01:05:02.220 in a car
01:05:03.740 with a cow.
01:05:05.000 Maybe they should eat more cow
01:05:08.020 because look at how twiggy
01:05:09.220 that man's arms are.
01:05:10.800 But they had a cow
01:05:13.940 in the back seat,
01:05:15.160 you know,
01:05:15.400 three men,
01:05:16.120 probably two in the front,
01:05:17.520 one in the back
01:05:18.220 with a cow.
01:05:19.260 And they were driving along,
01:05:20.320 minding their own business,
01:05:21.220 as you do,
01:05:21.820 of course.
01:05:22.640 You ever,
01:05:23.000 you ever taken your cow
01:05:23.900 for a walk or drive?
01:05:25.280 Every day.
01:05:26.540 I take my cow for a drive,
01:05:27.860 but a van crashed into them,
01:05:31.120 cowing the car and everything,
01:05:32.880 and a bunch of Hindu vigilantes
01:05:34.720 spilled out
01:05:36.160 and tore out the Muslim men
01:05:38.960 and beat them all.
01:05:40.180 And one of them were beaten so badly,
01:05:42.240 he later died.
01:05:45.900 It's a genuinely horrible story
01:05:48.540 where they beat innocent men.
01:05:50.620 They might have had a cow in the car,
01:05:51.980 but I don't think that's a reason to die.
01:05:54.760 You're a mean man, Harry.
01:05:56.220 I don't think India's real.
01:06:00.380 So,
01:06:01.020 recently,
01:06:02.800 around the 18th of August,
01:06:05.160 a cattle smuggling gang
01:06:06.700 was bussed,
01:06:09.380 and they rescued 57 cows,
01:06:11.180 which is a heroic story.
01:06:12.460 This is actually a good thing,
01:06:14.480 by the way, Harry.
01:06:15.600 I know you support the cow gangs
01:06:17.520 and everything,
01:06:18.520 but I very much support them
01:06:22.000 cracking down on cattle rustling.
01:06:24.180 But this kick-started,
01:06:26.220 something that has really
01:06:28.060 spun out of control.
01:06:29.900 So,
01:06:31.560 here,
01:06:32.260 Muslim youth
01:06:32.920 thrown into pond
01:06:34.100 and killed by cattle protection squad.
01:06:36.860 So,
01:06:37.520 this is a very interesting thing,
01:06:39.080 because I'm going to read
01:06:39.760 from the article,
01:06:40.860 and I'm going to ask you
01:06:41.980 what you think of this.
01:06:43.020 24-year-old Muslim youth,
01:06:44.380 Wasim Qureshi Monu,
01:06:45.980 was allegedly thrown into a pond
01:06:47.460 by cattle protection squads
01:06:48.820 of Uttakarakhand police,
01:06:52.020 according to accusations
01:06:53.180 made by his family
01:06:54.440 and locals.
01:06:55.700 Police said the six-member
01:06:56.540 cattle protection squad
01:06:57.660 was patrolling the area
01:06:58.740 based on information
01:07:00.100 about cow slaughter.
01:07:01.740 Police also claimed
01:07:02.720 when they asked Wasim
01:07:04.060 to stop his scooter,
01:07:04.980 he accelerated
01:07:05.540 and jumped into the pond
01:07:06.700 to escape.
01:07:07.780 However,
01:07:08.080 local villagers
01:07:08.700 and family members
01:07:09.560 called it a police killing.
01:07:11.440 So,
01:07:11.620 the police are in league
01:07:12.760 with the cattle protection gangs.
01:07:15.500 The Hindus,
01:07:16.480 I believe,
01:07:17.100 you know,
01:07:17.620 majority of...
01:07:18.320 They're an extra-legal service.
01:07:19.860 Mm-hmm.
01:07:20.680 Family members said
01:07:21.500 Wasim,
01:07:21.960 a gym trainer by profession,
01:07:23.620 had come to Madhupur
01:07:25.140 to visit his sister.
01:07:26.360 They said he was on his way
01:07:27.140 home that night
01:07:27.820 denying the cow slaughter
01:07:29.500 allegations.
01:07:30.980 So,
01:07:31.200 yeah,
01:07:31.360 it does,
01:07:31.940 it probably is likely
01:07:33.120 that he wasn't involved
01:07:34.340 because a lot of these incidents
01:07:35.900 involve people
01:07:37.640 just minding their own business.
01:07:39.340 And then the mad cow
01:07:40.840 vigilantes descend on you.
01:07:42.280 The mad cow vigilantes
01:07:43.280 frothing at the mouth
01:07:45.020 for cow-based justice.
01:07:48.760 Like,
01:07:49.300 you could be minding
01:07:49.920 your own business,
01:07:50.600 driving your cow
01:07:51.360 in the back seat
01:07:52.100 and Hindus come out
01:07:53.500 of nowhere,
01:07:54.640 crash into your car
01:07:55.680 and liberate the cow
01:07:57.300 while beating you to death
01:07:58.740 or throwing you in a pond.
01:08:00.740 India's not real.
01:08:02.020 I know.
01:08:02.760 I figured out
01:08:03.520 that where the subcontinent is,
01:08:05.980 actually,
01:08:06.460 there's nothing.
01:08:07.000 It's just a big extra bit of sea.
01:08:09.200 So,
01:08:09.640 this story was
01:08:10.620 ten days after
01:08:11.460 that previous one
01:08:12.800 where they rescued the cows.
01:08:14.120 This one was only
01:08:15.160 three days after.
01:08:16.900 So,
01:08:18.000 this one,
01:08:18.640 I'm going to read
01:08:19.080 this one.
01:08:20.000 Sabir Malik,
01:08:21.720 a labourer from West Bengal,
01:08:22.900 was allegedly beaten to death
01:08:24.140 by members of a cow vigilante group
01:08:25.740 in the Cherokee
01:08:27.760 Dadri district.
01:08:30.040 I'm really butchering that.
01:08:31.660 On the 27th of August,
01:08:33.320 the group suspected
01:08:34.160 Malik of consuming beef.
01:08:37.600 They suspected him
01:08:38.760 of eating beef.
01:08:40.060 How do you prove that?
01:08:41.940 They smell his breath.
01:08:43.180 Yeah,
01:08:43.360 your breath smelled like cheeseburger.
01:08:45.340 Sorry,
01:08:45.700 you've got to die.
01:08:46.800 Maybe they suspected
01:08:47.560 that other guy
01:08:48.140 because he worked in a gym
01:08:49.160 as a trainer.
01:08:49.820 Maybe he was really buff
01:08:50.940 and all these soy Indians.
01:08:53.420 And if this was the guy,
01:08:55.440 yeah,
01:08:55.820 he's quite a bit more chad
01:08:57.940 and well built
01:08:59.160 than most of them.
01:08:59.980 You've seen Indians in the gym.
01:09:02.120 They tend to go for the,
01:09:03.180 they compete with the women
01:09:04.340 in the gym
01:09:04.840 for the weights,
01:09:05.460 don't they?
01:09:05.960 You know?
01:09:07.020 Yeah,
01:09:07.540 the women win.
01:09:08.180 They may have seen
01:09:09.000 you're very muscly,
01:09:10.180 you must be eating beef.
01:09:12.540 No,
01:09:12.900 I don't actually think
01:09:13.900 that's what's going on.
01:09:14.480 You can get whey protein powder.
01:09:15.700 I don't know if you can get it in India.
01:09:17.240 I'm sure you probably can.
01:09:18.380 But you can also get beef protein powder.
01:09:20.700 That was the problem.
01:09:21.960 Bovril.
01:09:25.040 So,
01:09:26.180 yes,
01:09:26.480 they suspected him
01:09:27.900 of consuming beef
01:09:28.820 which is considered
01:09:29.460 a serious crime
01:09:30.540 under local cow protection laws.
01:09:32.720 That is...
01:09:33.040 Serious enough to kill someone
01:09:34.040 over it apparently.
01:09:34.780 Apparently so.
01:09:35.500 Malik,
01:09:36.080 a rag picker
01:09:37.080 near Bandra village
01:09:38.480 was reportedly lured
01:09:39.440 to a shop picker
01:09:40.800 on the pretext
01:09:42.320 of selling
01:09:42.860 empty plastic bottles
01:09:44.100 before being attacked.
01:09:45.260 That's the most
01:09:46.140 Indian sentence
01:09:48.240 I've ever read.
01:09:49.360 I pick rags,
01:09:50.360 you know,
01:09:50.620 it's not much
01:09:51.160 but it's honest work.
01:09:52.620 We tempted this rag picker
01:09:54.160 with a better gig
01:09:55.460 of picking up
01:09:56.540 plastic bottles.
01:09:58.000 And selling them.
01:09:59.120 Yes.
01:09:59.900 And you've got to have
01:10:00.660 some great
01:10:01.540 charisma
01:10:03.820 to sell somebody
01:10:04.620 an empty
01:10:05.140 plastic bottle.
01:10:06.200 I imagine
01:10:06.700 they're probably
01:10:07.140 used either
01:10:07.680 for energy
01:10:08.220 or recycling
01:10:08.940 and apparently
01:10:09.980 a bystander
01:10:10.620 intervened
01:10:11.240 and then the accused
01:10:12.020 Malik took
01:10:13.160 to another location
01:10:13.960 and they beat him
01:10:14.640 again leading
01:10:15.300 to his death
01:10:15.960 and apparently
01:10:16.600 five men
01:10:17.360 and two juveniles
01:10:18.420 were arrested
01:10:18.980 for this.
01:10:19.520 And then another one
01:10:21.840 here.
01:10:22.160 This was the 3rd
01:10:23.340 of September.
01:10:25.580 Vigilantes were
01:10:26.320 allegedly searching
01:10:26.980 for cattle smugglers
01:10:27.820 when they chased
01:10:28.520 Aryan Mishra
01:10:30.240 of no relation
01:10:31.660 I imagine
01:10:32.140 to the people
01:10:34.580 of Europe
01:10:35.060 for about 18 miles
01:10:37.500 before opening fire.
01:10:38.960 Mishra and his friends
01:10:39.980 Harshit
01:10:40.940 that is pronounced
01:10:42.420 how you think it is
01:10:43.680 and Shanky
01:10:44.900 Harshit and Shanky
01:10:47.120 as mates
01:10:47.580 which sound like
01:10:49.040 Dickensian villains
01:10:50.120 were in a Renault
01:10:51.880 duster car
01:10:52.520 which the
01:10:53.800 cow protection people
01:10:55.280 were told
01:10:55.840 were involved
01:10:56.540 in cattle smuggling
01:10:57.480 when they were
01:10:58.180 stopped by the
01:10:58.680 vigilantes
01:10:59.160 and the occupants
01:11:00.000 of the car
01:11:00.420 had said
01:11:00.860 to have a prior
01:11:01.860 dispute with
01:11:02.540 another individual
01:11:03.500 and mistook
01:11:04.340 the cow vigilantes
01:11:05.320 for their rivals
01:11:06.280 so there's some
01:11:07.260 sort of beef
01:11:07.900 going on here
01:11:08.600 and they sped away
01:11:10.200 and the vigilantes
01:11:11.440 convinced that the
01:11:12.320 occupants were
01:11:12.880 cattle smugglers
01:11:13.680 because they drove
01:11:14.480 away
01:11:14.920 chased the car
01:11:16.120 and then opened
01:11:16.860 fire on it
01:11:17.740 with a firearm
01:11:18.580 killing Mishra
01:11:19.820 and when the car
01:11:20.700 stopped the attackers
01:11:21.440 fired another shot
01:11:22.360 to finish him off
01:11:23.060 resulting in his death
01:11:23.980 so they're just
01:11:24.980 going around
01:11:25.780 killing random
01:11:26.720 people
01:11:27.260 which is
01:11:28.300 obviously awful
01:11:29.420 based on
01:11:31.800 the suspicion
01:11:32.740 that they're
01:11:33.660 smuggling cows
01:11:34.960 or eating beef
01:11:35.760 and there might be
01:11:36.660 some kind of
01:11:37.540 gang turf
01:11:38.460 war going on
01:11:39.440 at the same time
01:11:40.380 it's just mad
01:11:41.520 isn't it
01:11:42.140 and it's also
01:11:43.820 worth mentioning
01:11:44.560 what if some cows
01:11:45.520 get caught in the
01:11:46.160 crossfire
01:11:46.740 what then
01:11:47.320 the cow in the
01:11:48.240 room as well
01:11:48.880 is that
01:11:49.500 these pro cow
01:11:50.740 policies aren't
01:11:51.680 actually helping
01:11:52.500 the cows
01:11:53.100 and so I've
01:11:54.200 actually asked
01:11:54.960 David Rams
01:11:56.760 who I had a
01:11:57.280 debate
01:11:57.580 he's an animal
01:11:58.540 rights activist
01:11:59.140 and a vegan
01:12:00.220 but he's a lovely
01:12:01.140 guy
01:12:01.460 when I debated
01:12:02.280 him he brought
01:12:02.720 in chocolate
01:12:03.180 for everyone
01:12:03.580 in the office
01:12:03.940 very polite
01:12:04.500 and everything
01:12:06.180 so don't
01:12:07.180 have a go
01:12:07.700 at him
01:12:08.040 I trust
01:12:08.860 his judgement
01:12:09.340 on this
01:12:09.940 oh yes
01:12:10.380 I remember
01:12:10.800 this chap
01:12:11.220 he was very
01:12:11.620 friendly
01:12:11.920 yeah
01:12:12.520 and he
01:12:13.280 actually has
01:12:13.900 worked in
01:12:14.500 India
01:12:14.880 looking at
01:12:16.300 this sort of
01:12:16.700 thing
01:12:16.900 and so has
01:12:17.420 direct experience
01:12:18.320 and I asked
01:12:18.980 him to give
01:12:19.540 us a comment
01:12:20.000 about these
01:12:20.920 cow protection
01:12:21.740 gangs
01:12:22.120 so here is
01:12:23.020 what he said
01:12:23.620 so I spent
01:12:24.620 so I spent
01:12:24.660 around 12
01:12:25.200 months in India
01:12:25.880 documenting
01:12:26.500 the situation
01:12:27.460 with farms
01:12:28.180 and slaughter
01:12:28.800 houses in
01:12:29.580 the country
01:12:30.020 when I was
01:12:30.460 working for
01:12:30.940 an animal
01:12:31.240 rights organisation
01:12:32.300 what I found
01:12:33.260 over there
01:12:33.660 was that
01:12:34.200 there was
01:12:34.540 a lot of
01:12:35.020 hypocrisy
01:12:35.500 with these
01:12:36.040 Hindu cow
01:12:36.920 protection groups
01:12:37.880 so these
01:12:38.960 Hindu groups
01:12:39.520 will claim
01:12:40.140 that they're
01:12:40.720 protecting cows
01:12:41.380 because they
01:12:41.800 worship them
01:12:42.440 and see them
01:12:42.820 as deities
01:12:43.420 but that doesn't
01:12:44.520 really look like
01:12:45.320 the case to me
01:12:46.100 in some states
01:12:47.240 where cow slaughter
01:12:48.100 is illegal
01:12:48.900 where they've
01:12:49.440 succeeded in the
01:12:50.520 politics there
01:12:51.120 and made it illegal
01:12:51.880 it doesn't stop
01:12:52.920 the suffering
01:12:53.460 of these cows
01:12:54.260 the dairy farmers
01:12:55.680 who are often
01:12:56.380 Hindus
01:12:56.840 and breed cows
01:12:58.260 en masse
01:12:59.100 for the dairy
01:13:00.100 industry to get
01:13:00.680 the milk
01:13:00.980 and make profit
01:13:01.580 from them
01:13:02.120 they can't kill
01:13:03.240 any unprofitable
01:13:04.060 cows
01:13:04.440 so what they do
01:13:05.320 instead is
01:13:05.840 they just leave
01:13:06.500 them to starve
01:13:07.340 and die of
01:13:08.220 malnutrition
01:13:08.800 and disease
01:13:09.340 they do this
01:13:09.920 to the male
01:13:10.500 calves
01:13:10.920 because they're
01:13:11.480 useless to them
01:13:12.180 and they do
01:13:12.820 this to the
01:13:13.240 older female
01:13:14.080 cows
01:13:14.540 when they stop
01:13:15.400 producing as much
01:13:16.260 milk
01:13:16.520 they just neglect
01:13:17.220 them and leave
01:13:17.880 them to fend
01:13:18.400 for themselves
01:13:19.000 often they die
01:13:19.900 of as I said
01:13:20.640 starvation and
01:13:21.400 disease
01:13:21.880 now cow
01:13:22.860 hospitals do
01:13:23.540 exist in these
01:13:24.220 states to help
01:13:26.140 these cows
01:13:26.700 and this is
01:13:27.740 volunteers that
01:13:28.540 work to help
01:13:29.360 the abandoned
01:13:29.860 cows
01:13:30.280 but euthanasia
01:13:31.860 is banned
01:13:32.320 because that's
01:13:32.800 also killing
01:13:33.420 and killing
01:13:34.040 cows is banned
01:13:34.760 in these states
01:13:35.460 due to their
01:13:35.880 religious reasons
01:13:36.600 so these cows
01:13:37.820 that can't be
01:13:38.900 brought back
01:13:40.080 you know
01:13:40.400 from their
01:13:40.800 sickness
01:13:41.120 they're left
01:13:42.120 just to lie
01:13:43.280 there and die
01:13:44.180 slow painful
01:13:45.020 deaths
01:13:45.360 I've actually
01:13:45.820 seen hundreds
01:13:46.360 of cows
01:13:46.840 in that exact
01:13:47.440 position
01:13:47.960 the same people
01:13:49.300 fighting to
01:13:50.040 protect cows
01:13:50.800 in reality
01:13:51.480 I don't think
01:13:52.020 they're protecting
01:13:52.500 cows at all
01:13:53.240 I think actually
01:13:54.060 they're just
01:13:54.460 exploiting them
01:13:55.340 for profit
01:13:55.940 and religious
01:13:56.660 sentiments
01:13:57.520 I think if they
01:13:58.620 really wanted to
01:13:59.480 help cows
01:14:00.080 the Hindus
01:14:00.600 and the protection
01:14:01.200 groups in the
01:14:02.200 country
01:14:02.480 I think if they
01:14:03.260 really wanted to
01:14:03.880 protect cows
01:14:04.560 they would just
01:14:05.480 stop breeding them
01:14:06.420 en masse
01:14:07.040 which seems
01:14:09.000 which seems like a
01:14:09.340 very very reasonable
01:14:10.280 position in my
01:14:11.420 opinion
01:14:11.760 that was really
01:14:12.400 interesting
01:14:12.780 thank you very
01:14:13.340 much
01:14:13.620 yeah thank you
01:14:14.180 David for that
01:14:14.800 and I
01:14:15.920 I didn't say I
01:14:17.840 was going to do
01:14:18.180 this but here is
01:14:18.920 his channel if
01:14:19.500 you're interested
01:14:20.000 if you appreciated
01:14:20.840 what he had to
01:14:21.560 say I certainly
01:14:22.760 did so that's an
01:14:24.240 inside perspective
01:14:24.980 so they're not
01:14:25.520 even helping the
01:14:26.440 cows they're going
01:14:27.140 out and
01:14:27.620 tyrannizing
01:14:28.500 people and
01:14:30.240 killing innocent
01:14:30.880 people
01:14:31.440 for no good
01:14:32.420 reason
01:14:32.780 yeah it's a form
01:14:33.760 of mania
01:14:34.480 like religious
01:14:35.600 zealotry
01:14:36.340 gone to the
01:14:37.620 nth degree
01:14:38.240 where they're
01:14:38.620 going out and
01:14:39.340 just attacking
01:14:40.080 people on this
01:14:41.100 suspicion that they
01:14:42.340 might have eaten
01:14:43.000 beef and killing
01:14:44.580 them which is
01:14:46.120 obviously not good
01:14:46.980 and it's also worth
01:14:47.640 mentioning as well
01:14:48.420 that one thing I
01:14:49.140 did find out while
01:14:49.920 I was doing my
01:14:50.380 research on the
01:14:50.900 impact on the
01:14:51.480 cows themselves
01:14:52.220 in addition to
01:14:53.180 what David said
01:14:53.840 was that the
01:14:55.180 cows also consume
01:14:56.220 a lot of plastic
01:14:57.000 but I'm not sure
01:14:57.880 if you've seen
01:14:58.320 many pictures of
01:14:59.240 India it's not a
01:15:00.200 tidy place
01:15:00.960 there's a lot of
01:15:01.800 rubbish everywhere
01:15:02.700 I've seen a lot
01:15:03.300 of people playing
01:15:04.000 a new game
01:15:04.700 for basically
01:15:06.780 like GeoGuessr
01:15:07.820 where you get
01:15:08.360 Google Maps up
01:15:09.360 with Street View
01:15:10.740 and you put
01:15:11.180 Street View down
01:15:11.960 anywhere in India
01:15:13.300 and you win a
01:15:13.900 prize if it's not
01:15:14.980 completely covered
01:15:15.700 in rubbish
01:15:16.240 no one's won a
01:15:18.100 prize so far
01:15:18.800 apparently cows
01:15:19.760 come into these
01:15:20.640 hospitals when they
01:15:21.600 eventually do get
01:15:22.480 there if they do
01:15:23.040 at all with
01:15:24.020 kilograms worth of
01:15:25.260 plastic in their
01:15:25.980 stomachs because it's
01:15:27.060 just everywhere
01:15:27.820 and so yeah
01:15:30.180 India is not a
01:15:32.100 hospitable
01:15:32.580 place for cows
01:15:33.500 I don't think
01:15:34.420 so I just wanted
01:15:35.940 to go quick fire
01:15:36.720 over some stuff
01:15:37.300 I have covered
01:15:37.880 before but just
01:15:39.200 some weird
01:15:39.760 intricacies of
01:15:40.640 this Hindu cow
01:15:41.420 worship
01:15:41.860 India said that
01:15:44.440 you should hug a
01:15:45.300 cow on Valentine's
01:15:46.380 Day and here is
01:15:48.380 a letter from
01:15:49.420 the Indian
01:15:49.980 the welfare board
01:15:51.440 of India saying
01:15:52.760 celebrate cow
01:15:53.660 hug day on the
01:15:54.880 14th of February
01:15:55.680 we all know
01:15:56.960 we all know
01:15:56.980 that the cow
01:15:57.920 is the backbone
01:15:59.060 of Indian
01:15:59.900 culture
01:16:00.480 and rural
01:16:01.400 economy sustains
01:16:02.340 our life
01:16:02.860 represent cattle
01:16:04.120 wealth and
01:16:04.560 biodiversity
01:16:05.080 it is known
01:16:05.980 blah blah blah
01:16:06.580 you get the
01:16:08.300 idea
01:16:08.600 it's a strange
01:16:09.460 thing to suggest
01:16:10.220 okay
01:16:10.820 I mean I like
01:16:11.420 cows too
01:16:12.100 I do like cows
01:16:13.160 yeah
01:16:13.460 you know
01:16:14.500 there's always
01:16:15.260 been plenty of
01:16:15.780 cow fields near
01:16:16.640 where I grow up
01:16:17.440 they're friendly
01:16:17.980 enough
01:16:18.420 they're quite
01:16:19.060 endearing aren't
01:16:19.740 they
01:16:19.920 yeah but
01:16:20.340 if they all
01:16:21.220 get the
01:16:21.620 they can all
01:16:22.120 give you the
01:16:22.560 side eye at
01:16:23.140 the same time
01:16:23.740 and the entire
01:16:24.260 herd starts
01:16:24.920 approaching you
01:16:25.820 that can be a
01:16:26.780 pretty worrying
01:16:27.620 feeling
01:16:28.160 but you know
01:16:28.900 growing up in
01:16:29.580 Devon I've cut
01:16:30.420 across many a
01:16:31.140 cow field and
01:16:31.920 they've never
01:16:32.260 given me any
01:16:32.700 grief
01:16:33.040 even one or
01:16:34.080 two bull fields
01:16:34.820 which was a
01:16:36.000 bit scary
01:16:36.560 yeah you can
01:16:37.620 still pet the
01:16:38.440 pet the cows
01:16:39.160 as you go
01:16:39.620 past
01:16:40.080 they're very
01:16:40.900 friendly
01:16:41.280 yeah I mean
01:16:42.240 I've even milked
01:16:43.160 a cow before
01:16:43.760 I've not gone
01:16:44.820 that far
01:16:45.280 you'll get there
01:16:47.200 one day Harry
01:16:47.720 oh thanks
01:16:48.180 and yes there's
01:16:49.920 also this prolific
01:16:50.960 article US
01:16:51.600 customs want
01:16:52.160 Indians to stop
01:16:52.800 carrying cow dung
01:16:53.540 in their luggage
01:16:54.120 which is a very
01:16:55.620 thing that very
01:16:56.800 weird thing that
01:16:57.620 US customs have
01:16:58.460 to say
01:16:58.880 this is the weird
01:16:59.680 thing that I've
01:17:00.260 seen as well is
01:17:00.960 that they don't
01:17:01.580 just love the
01:17:02.200 cow they love
01:17:02.860 every part of
01:17:03.840 the cow including
01:17:04.860 the dung
01:17:05.480 and the urine
01:17:06.420 I've seen videos
01:17:07.520 of Indians washing
01:17:09.080 themselves in cow
01:17:09.900 urine and selling
01:17:10.680 it as a thing
01:17:12.200 to be consumed
01:17:12.940 and they're
01:17:13.680 selling it as
01:17:14.120 perfume
01:17:14.600 very strange
01:17:16.640 there's also
01:17:18.400 this Indian
01:17:19.500 village marks
01:17:20.120 end of Dwali
01:17:20.740 with massive
01:17:21.760 cow poo fight
01:17:22.560 there they are
01:17:23.500 look at how
01:17:23.940 happy that
01:17:24.460 cleanest
01:17:25.040 cleanest men
01:17:25.780 in India
01:17:26.140 there
01:17:26.460 and finally
01:17:30.820 I remember
01:17:32.140 showing this
01:17:32.700 to Callum
01:17:33.280 peace be upon
01:17:35.520 him
01:17:35.820 the use of
01:17:37.720 cow dung
01:17:38.200 and urine
01:17:38.680 to cure
01:17:39.120 COVID-19
01:17:40.060 in India
01:17:41.080 and there is
01:17:41.820 of course
01:17:42.240 the story
01:17:43.040 which I think
01:17:43.580 I must have
01:17:43.980 forgotten to
01:17:44.460 include
01:17:44.920 of a man
01:17:46.240 who got
01:17:46.580 struck by
01:17:47.100 lightning
01:17:47.540 and they
01:17:48.480 buried him
01:17:49.040 in cow poo
01:17:49.760 to cure
01:17:50.600 his wounds
01:17:51.280 and he died
01:17:52.340 of suffocation
01:17:53.060 and remember
01:17:57.560 lots of
01:17:57.980 people point
01:17:58.480 out that
01:17:59.020 lots of
01:17:59.680 doctors and
01:18:00.180 medical
01:18:00.440 professionals
01:18:00.960 in Britain
01:18:01.960 are from
01:18:02.660 India
01:18:03.000 so
01:18:03.620 you know
01:18:04.760 I liked
01:18:06.040 we have
01:18:07.080 we get the
01:18:08.400 good ones
01:18:08.860 right
01:18:09.120 I hope so
01:18:10.040 yeah
01:18:10.300 you hope so
01:18:11.200 oh great
01:18:11.560 I've never
01:18:12.580 been buried
01:18:13.020 in cow dung
01:18:13.580 in the NHS
01:18:14.340 before
01:18:14.880 not yet
01:18:16.260 anyway
01:18:16.660 although their
01:18:17.840 service is
01:18:18.460 comparable
01:18:18.940 so yes
01:18:20.220 this is a
01:18:21.300 weird aspect
01:18:22.160 of Indian
01:18:22.940 culture
01:18:23.440 I thought
01:18:24.600 I would
01:18:25.060 sort of
01:18:26.380 highlight this
01:18:26.980 I suppose
01:18:27.560 to teach you
01:18:28.700 about the
01:18:29.140 world outside
01:18:30.060 of the
01:18:31.020 Anglosphere
01:18:31.820 as well as
01:18:32.700 to point out
01:18:33.280 that this
01:18:34.660 sort of weird
01:18:35.380 religious zealotry
01:18:36.740 isn't even good
01:18:37.580 for the cause
01:18:38.620 that they're
01:18:39.000 trying to promote
01:18:39.640 that is the
01:18:40.180 cows
01:18:40.580 and the cows
01:18:41.960 are suffering
01:18:42.460 from them
01:18:43.960 also going out
01:18:44.640 and just
01:18:44.880 baselessly
01:18:45.480 murdering
01:18:46.040 people
01:18:46.420 and the
01:18:47.400 moral of the
01:18:47.880 story is
01:18:48.560 India is
01:18:49.380 strange
01:18:49.700 alright
01:18:52.760 let's go
01:18:53.360 on to the
01:18:53.740 last rumble
01:18:54.240 rants
01:18:54.600 and then
01:18:54.920 we'll go
01:18:55.240 through
01:18:55.560 the video
01:18:56.020 comments

01:19:38.620 become an

01:19:39.380 because he
01:19:39.900 wanted to

01:20:22.760 oh
01:20:23.200 alright
01:20:24.320 that was for
01:20:25.140 $2
01:20:25.380 I've got to
01:20:26.960 get up the
01:20:27.920 screen again
01:20:28.540 for me
01:20:28.840 Samson
01:20:29.160 please
01:20:29.460 okay
01:20:30.340 let's get
01:20:30.940 this up
01:20:31.360 here
01:20:32.040 bear with
01:20:34.920 gentlemen
01:20:35.380 here we
01:20:36.260 go
01:20:36.560 this is
01:20:37.440 from
01:20:37.620 Russian
01:20:37.940 garbage
01:20:38.440 human
01:20:38.820 oh dear
01:20:40.320 now the
01:20:41.260 outrage
01:20:41.740 from people
01:20:42.180 all across
01:20:42.680 the country
01:20:43.100 after a
01:20:43.600 doctor
01:20:44.000 was convicted
01:20:44.660 of raping
01:20:45.140 a patient
01:20:45.620 he
01:20:46.180 grabbed
01:20:46.920 the bottom
01:20:47.360 of my
01:20:47.660 bra
01:20:47.960 with both
01:20:48.560 hands
01:20:49.020 and ripped
01:20:49.600 it up
01:20:49.900 above my
01:20:50.380 brass
01:20:50.920 and started
01:20:51.940 fondling
01:20:52.460 my
01:20:52.720 brass
01:20:53.120 morning
01:20:53.740 ma'am
01:20:54.200 my name
01:20:54.840 is
01:20:55.020 doctor
01:20:55.340 man
01:20:55.620 big
01:20:55.820 patel
01:20:56.300 from
01:20:56.660 moot
01:20:57.100 daddy
01:20:57.380 i'm not
01:20:58.100 a real
01:20:58.600 doctor
01:20:59.160 i have a
01:21:00.320 fake degree
01:21:01.000 i bought it
01:21:01.960 for $1,000
01:21:02.820 so i'm on my
01:21:03.900 university
01:21:05.060 it says here
01:21:06.780 that i graduate
01:21:07.560 yeah
01:21:08.000 yeah i'm gonna
01:21:09.240 gonna leave
01:21:11.040 that there
01:21:11.720 let's get on
01:21:12.260 to the video
01:21:12.800 comments
01:21:13.340 thank you
01:21:14.040 i've already
01:21:16.520 tortured the
01:21:17.120 audience
01:21:17.400 enough
01:21:17.720 today
01:21:18.060 you're welcome
01:21:18.960 you want
01:21:19.480 white pills
01:21:20.080 you've got a
01:21:20.680 brown pill
01:21:21.180 instead
01:21:21.560 a smear pill
01:21:24.740 i'd like to
01:21:25.240 object to a point
01:21:26.060 raised in the
01:21:26.560 churchill round
01:21:27.140 table
01:21:27.500 primarily that of
01:21:28.340 chamberlain's
01:21:28.780 appeasements buying
01:21:29.520 necessary time to
01:21:30.520 fight an inevitable
01:21:31.220 second world war
01:21:32.160 well that is
01:21:32.620 functionally what
01:21:33.160 happened the war was
01:21:33.980 not inevitable
01:21:34.560 nor was that
01:21:35.280 chamberlain's intent
01:21:36.200 hitler's grasp on
01:21:37.080 power internally was
01:21:38.080 very tenuous
01:21:38.920 had any force even been
01:21:40.000 threatened against him
01:21:41.040 this whole thing could've
01:21:41.800 been nipped in the bud
01:21:42.700 and the continental
01:21:43.460 socialist flame would've
01:21:44.880 burned itself out from
01:21:45.920 within
01:21:46.260 if you actually read
01:21:47.100 churchill's speeches
01:21:47.820 at the time
01:21:48.320 with hindsight we can
01:21:49.340 now see them as a very
01:21:50.360 prescient recounting of
01:21:51.500 continental affairs
01:21:52.440 you can accuse
01:21:53.120 churchill of being
01:21:53.840 many things but an
01:21:54.980 irrational warmonger
01:21:56.080 it's not one of them
01:21:56.840 we would have done
01:21:57.460 well to have listened
01:21:58.540 that's a perfectly
01:22:00.760 reasonable comment
01:22:01.540 thank you very much
01:22:02.160 that is reasonable
01:22:02.540 and again with the
01:22:03.700 with the chamberlain
01:22:04.800 thing i do think it's
01:22:05.720 interesting that it
01:22:06.440 seems that a lot of
01:22:07.180 pushing came from
01:22:08.080 fdr behind the scenes
01:22:09.240 because he was like
01:22:09.780 wait if we get rid of
01:22:11.040 hitler right now
01:22:12.040 then there won't be war
01:22:13.980 and the us won't be able
01:22:15.520 to step into that war
01:22:16.800 and when everybody's
01:22:18.120 weakened take over
01:22:19.200 europe essentially
01:22:20.100 also the chat is
01:22:21.000 correct that engine
01:22:21.780 sounds great
01:22:22.500 yeah
01:22:22.880 i don't know
01:22:25.560 anything about the
01:22:26.100 subject but i find it
01:22:26.920 fascinating
01:22:27.340 let's turn this into
01:22:28.300 a gun channel
01:22:28.880 this comment is
01:22:45.420 suggesting josh to
01:22:46.500 read the poem
01:22:47.180 grandpa's lesson
01:22:48.800 by uh an author
01:22:51.620 who i didn't read
01:22:52.400 out and the young
01:22:53.340 british soldier by
01:22:54.280 rudyard kipling
01:22:54.940 i've already read the
01:22:56.860 young british soldier
01:22:57.660 one before
01:22:58.340 kipling's always worth
01:22:59.720 reading
01:23:00.020 uh yeah i remember
01:23:02.100 seeing a copy of
01:23:03.420 kipling's collected
01:23:04.280 works um from the
01:23:06.620 30s and it had a
01:23:07.640 swastika on the spine
01:23:08.680 yeah i guess but
01:23:09.900 that's the hindu
01:23:10.700 version rather than
01:23:11.620 yes it was not angled
01:23:13.240 like the national
01:23:14.300 socialist one
01:23:15.200 um yeah i've got them
01:23:16.920 written down here
01:23:17.800 i've seen those as
01:23:19.000 well because i've got
01:23:19.700 um i've not got but
01:23:21.420 there's in siren
01:23:22.500 sester an old antique
01:23:23.700 shop that had a load of
01:23:24.600 kipling's old stuff and
01:23:25.500 they had the jungle book
01:23:26.420 with the swat sticker on
01:23:27.380 it as well
01:23:27.920 it's a ironically enough
01:23:30.100 it was not just a nazi
01:23:32.180 symbol it's an ancient
01:23:33.260 indo-european and
01:23:34.540 endo-aryan symbol that's
01:23:35.940 existed for who knows
01:23:37.400 how long
01:23:37.760 i remember going to
01:23:38.900 uh prague and there
01:23:40.420 was a demonstration from
01:23:41.340 the falun gong which
01:23:42.460 a persecuted religious
01:23:43.920 minority in china and
01:23:45.000 they use the swastika
01:23:45.960 for their um religion
01:23:47.920 yeah it's a big culture
01:23:49.900 shock coming from the
01:23:50.980 west given that we only
01:23:51.920 associate it with one
01:23:52.900 thing but there were
01:23:53.540 loads of czech people
01:23:54.360 taking pictures just
01:23:55.220 laughing and pointing
01:23:56.140 it's like
01:23:56.880 it's like because of
01:23:59.840 course they were
01:24:00.420 occupied by them so
01:24:01.500 they're not the biggest
01:24:02.120 fans
01:24:02.540 yeah uh we got any
01:24:04.420 more samson
01:24:04.980 oh wonderful let's go
01:24:08.440 through the written
01:24:09.360 comments so sure uh
01:24:10.900 hugh uh hugh kennett
01:24:12.140 benneau said tv
01:24:13.740 advertising would be so
01:24:14.700 much better if the
01:24:15.340 lotus like haters lads
01:24:16.600 were the ones
01:24:17.060 exclusively doing the
01:24:18.180 advertisements you
01:24:18.840 don't want that you
01:24:20.100 don't want nothing
01:24:20.860 would be sold ever
01:24:21.780 would it if you want
01:24:22.680 good advertisements
01:24:23.980 then if we were having
01:24:24.840 to film them in block
01:24:25.760 by the time i get three
01:24:26.800 or four through i'm
01:24:27.580 gonna be tired i'm
01:24:28.540 gonna be grouchy i'm
01:24:30.240 not gonna hangry harry
01:24:31.340 you're gonna be selling
01:24:32.740 period pants by the end
01:24:33.960 of the day
01:24:34.380 let's read through
01:24:36.460 some of your comments
01:24:37.260 josh i've disgusted
01:24:38.960 you already harry's
01:24:40.240 already getting hungry
01:24:41.180 now he's finished his
01:24:42.020 coffee i'm actually
01:24:42.680 getting quite hungry
01:24:43.420 now he's been burped
01:24:44.680 he's been been fed
01:24:46.700 now he's getting
01:24:47.740 sleepy we'll put him
01:24:49.940 back in his squat soon
01:24:51.220 oh could we please
01:24:53.220 do with a nap
01:24:54.220 someone online says
01:24:55.740 this uh hasn't just
01:24:57.480 started with the
01:24:58.080 haitians you know
01:24:58.760 migrants ate our town
01:24:59.840 swans i don't know
01:25:01.680 why that's awful it is
01:25:02.740 awful that's awful and
01:25:03.900 stole the babies
01:25:04.920 it reminded me of hot
01:25:06.120 fuzz that is really
01:25:07.360 horrible that's awful
01:25:08.240 they got that in britain
01:25:09.240 as well yeah
01:25:09.900 new york and now
01:25:11.220 because swans make for
01:25:12.100 life the other swan
01:25:13.080 that's left is literally
01:25:14.000 a depressed widower
01:25:14.820 okay now i'm really sad
01:25:15.780 that's horrible it is
01:25:16.800 horrible thanks for the
01:25:18.380 depression someone
01:25:19.160 who knew your police need
01:25:20.120 to get on this like the
01:25:21.060 sanford police
01:25:21.760 palest son of yakub
01:25:23.520 interesting name uh my
01:25:25.180 dad grew up in san
01:25:26.060 francisco in the 1960s
01:25:28.260 lucky him and said that
01:25:29.860 the birds all seem to
01:25:31.060 avoid chinatown i don't
01:25:33.080 get why it's so hard to
01:25:34.240 believe that different
01:25:35.000 cultures could have
01:25:35.800 different dietary
01:25:36.540 preferences that's a
01:25:38.620 weird thing to notice and
01:25:39.840 just like walking around
01:25:40.740 san francisco just like
01:25:41.820 why are there never any
01:25:42.880 birds in chinatown
01:25:43.900 yeah but you begin to
01:25:44.680 notice things if you've
01:25:45.620 been somewhere long
01:25:46.600 enough and you know it
01:25:47.460 well enough you begin to
01:25:48.560 notice those things i've
01:25:50.820 noticed about swinton why
01:25:52.100 are there more human uh
01:25:54.460 piles of excrement around
01:25:56.540 the areas where certain
01:25:58.080 people live anyway uh
01:26:00.220 baron von war turkey the
01:26:02.040 consumption of geese and
01:26:02.940 cats hit a raw nerve
01:26:04.100 subconsciously if a
01:26:06.120 migrant can walk in and
01:26:07.460 eat a pet without
01:26:08.340 consequences then it
01:26:09.400 shows that they have no
01:26:10.320 impulse control no respect
01:26:11.700 for the community as pets
01:26:13.140 are often seen as members
01:26:14.020 of the family and worst
01:26:15.120 of all no limits to what
01:26:16.480 they will do in the
01:26:17.180 future this makes the
01:26:18.460 haitians extremely
01:26:19.160 dangerous of course the
01:26:20.300 haitians are extremely
01:26:21.180 dangerous they're from
01:26:22.400 haiti they're haitian as
01:26:24.580 as that lady said in that
01:26:25.920 video that we got sent you
01:26:27.320 know it's one of the most
01:26:28.580 deprived places in the
01:26:29.940 western world right or the
01:26:31.460 hemisphere and so it's
01:26:32.760 dangerous um are we
01:26:34.360 all right to overrun a
01:26:35.580 little bit samson
01:26:36.320 that's a no okay he says
01:26:41.300 no samson says no i'll
01:26:42.600 read some of mine but
01:26:43.380 first i'll read one from
01:26:44.440 yours adorable kitten
01:26:45.540 still hiding from free
01:26:46.660 range haitian barbecue
01:26:47.720 makers says i can't wait
01:26:49.300 until there are news
01:26:50.080 articles coming out about
01:26:51.020 how eating the family pet
01:26:52.280 is a good thing actually
01:26:53.300 it's coming it will
01:26:54.280 happen so for my segment
01:26:55.840 derrick power is worth
01:26:57.180 no pointing out that the
01:26:58.220 bars plays has been one of
01:26:59.180 the malleable malleable
01:27:00.280 plays ever think of all the
01:27:01.760 different types of
01:27:02.260 performances done whether
01:27:03.440 it's updating the time or
01:27:04.460 changing the location or
01:27:05.420 even swapping characters
01:27:06.240 around if there's any
01:27:07.480 author that best
01:27:08.140 demonstrates true
01:27:08.840 diversity is shakespeare
01:27:10.200 but alas he was not a
01:27:11.520 black gender fluid lesbian
01:27:12.760 sitting in a wheelchair
01:27:13.760 alas indeed
01:27:14.840 justin b i do it for some
01:27:18.300 schools and some of the
01:27:19.520 lesson materials are
01:27:20.300 completely disgusting
01:27:21.140 particularly the british
01:27:22.100 value set you even see the
01:27:23.560 practices where they use
01:27:24.400 heavily biased examples to
01:27:26.040 passively program the kids
01:27:27.220 yeah and that's one of the
01:27:28.120 most disgusting things
01:27:28.960 about it the kids don't
01:27:29.720 know any better they can't
01:27:31.120 argue back against it they
01:27:32.200 don't have the experience or
01:27:33.360 wisdom to do so so they
01:27:34.900 are completely vulnerable to
01:27:36.060 it it's vile
01:27:36.940 snow dog in the past two to
01:27:39.400 three years i have noticed my
01:27:40.700 child school that was maybe
01:27:42.400 one black student now we
01:27:43.540 have about 15 to 20 most in
01:27:45.320 this past year and people i
01:27:46.300 know locally have not been
01:27:47.320 able to get a place at the
01:27:48.260 school now there you go
01:27:49.420 replacement isn't happening
01:27:50.700 but if it is it's a good
01:27:51.640 thing
01:27:52.020 re sim i wouldn't be
01:27:53.520 surprised if many of the
01:27:54.440 people who blame race or
01:27:55.320 identity when they can't
01:27:56.500 identify with the character
01:27:57.480 have aphantasia and lack the
01:27:59.220 inner monologue and inner
01:28:00.200 imagination to create any
01:28:01.880 character other than
01:28:02.520 themselves in a book or
01:28:03.480 poem etc
01:28:04.280 probably
01:28:05.460 faux pas josh i also had a
01:28:07.880 regimented childhood that i
01:28:09.040 look back fondly upon and i
01:28:10.600 am also an anti-authoritarian
01:28:12.480 here here let's go through
01:28:14.400 some of the last ones on
01:28:15.340 yours kevin fox says so
01:28:16.780 india has its own blm the
01:28:18.380 beef liberation militia
01:28:19.760 that's good i like that
01:28:21.520 joshua bb says the average
01:28:23.160 indian man has a weaker
01:28:24.580 grip strength than the
01:28:25.560 average western woman i would
01:28:27.120 be embarrassed to be killed
01:28:28.120 by indians
01:28:29.060 and i actually i think i've
01:28:30.700 heard that but i don't know
01:28:31.700 if that's true
01:28:32.380 you're also a very um muscly
01:28:34.880 man so that means more coming
01:28:36.360 from you i trust you based on
01:28:38.000 yes you're a big man with big
01:28:39.940 brain
01:28:40.620 um charles ellington uh cow
01:28:44.620 s is an antiseptic apparently
01:28:46.660 which is why hindu people uh
01:28:49.100 wash their floors with it
01:28:50.620 fact check me um i don't know
01:28:53.280 i've never used cow excrement in
01:28:55.180 any form of domestic use at all
01:28:58.480 the only thing i've ever done
01:28:59.540 with cow excrement is step
01:29:01.080 around it when i'm walking
01:29:02.200 through cow fields
01:29:03.100 if you're feeling particularly
01:29:05.480 uh country in rural england the
01:29:09.160 really dried out ones from the
01:29:10.600 sun can be frisbeed at people
01:29:12.100 and sometimes if you hit them
01:29:13.800 some of the it can break open in
01:29:15.780 the moist parts go all over them
01:29:17.660 that's some proper country wisdom
01:29:20.360 you're an evil bastard
01:29:22.120 speaking for experience there
01:29:25.920 no i have i've never done this
01:29:32.160 uh read the day says josh the dad
01:29:35.440 of all jokes graces us with another
01:29:37.580 glorious segment
01:29:38.400 thank you very much
01:29:39.960 and uh to end the show i suppose
01:29:43.900 um stealing cattle uh this is
01:29:47.120 launcelot very nice to have a
01:29:49.140 knight commenting on uh stealing
01:29:50.720 cattle was very likely to cause
01:29:52.080 the very uh first wars among
01:29:53.920 humans going back between five
01:29:55.200 and ten thousand years there are
01:29:56.720 still cultures to this day that
01:29:57.940 place the value of cattle above the
01:29:59.520 value of women probably india a lot
01:30:03.100 of india at least well i mean
01:30:04.620 before the british empire got there
01:30:05.900 they burnt women when their
01:30:07.000 husbands died so there is that well
01:30:09.160 anyway that's all time all the time
01:30:11.420 we've got for right now remember to
01:30:12.540 buy a copy of islander while
01:30:14.520 they're still available you will be
01:30:16.060 missing out if you don't get one
01:30:17.580 right now because they are limited
01:30:18.720 run also get yourself a mug tell a
01:30:21.000 t-shirt or a poster and we've got
01:30:23.060 uh podcast 1000 tomorrow make sure
01:30:25.180 not to miss that and calvin
01:30:27.280 robinson's common sense crusade
01:30:29.840 coming up in just half an hour
01:30:31.180 thank you very very much and take
01:30:33.140 care
01:30:42.540 startup
01:30:54.300 and that's uh
01:30:56.100 i'm
01:30:56.940 a
