The Roseanne Barr Podcast - Rudy Giuliani ｜ The Roseanne Barr Podcast #023

00:00:00.200 Greetings, Earthlings. Welcome to the Roseanne Barr podcast.

00:00:04.880 Well, I'm really excited and so relieved I have to tell you about the family drama we went through

00:00:10.820 with the nervousness of having the guest I have today,

00:00:15.520 who I'm very excited to speak with and have the opportunity to hear a lot of stuff

00:00:22.020 that we don't normally get to hear for all of us.

00:00:25.600 The truth. Conspiracy theorists, as they like to call people who like the truth.

00:00:31.620 Anyway, Rudy Giuliani. Hi.

00:00:36.720 It's a great honor to be with you.

00:00:44.320 Absolutely. I love you and have always loved you.

00:00:47.280 I've always loved you, too.

00:00:48.800 You're terrific. You're just terrific. What a great American.

00:00:52.820 Thank you so much.

00:00:54.100 And I mean that.

00:00:54.740 I so appreciate it. I really, really do.

00:00:58.660 I really do. Thank you.

00:01:01.340 Well, you are America's mayor.

00:01:04.700 You know, every time I just see you or hear your name, it goes back, you know, it goes back to that day.

00:01:11.500 Yeah, it's hard not to, right?

00:01:12.700 Right.

00:01:13.080 And it's indelibly etched there, you know, your leadership and your compassion and your ability to affect everything toward a positive outcome.

00:01:27.840 I was astounded.

00:01:29.660 You won't believe this, Rudy, but I was on this turn off all the media kind of meditation thing on that day.

00:01:39.380 And so I didn't even find out about it until September 12th.

00:01:45.040 Oh, my.

00:01:45.560 My ex-husband called me, he goes, what do you think of all this stuff?

00:01:50.260 I go, what?

00:01:52.240 He goes, have you not seen what's happened?

00:01:55.720 And I go, where?

00:01:57.700 What?

00:01:58.480 He goes, turn on the television.

00:02:01.540 Wow.

00:02:01.980 And I turned it on, and, of course, it was a day later, and, you know, it was the repetition of all of these.

00:02:10.220 Yeah, but you had the whole story of the day by that time.

00:02:13.760 Yeah, but it was set by then, so it wasn't so chaotic as people who had seen.

00:02:18.400 But the thing that impressed me as this person who's very obviously affected by my working class background and blue-collar people and their heroism

00:02:27.720 and that being disrespected so often on television and at large.

00:02:33.380 But the thing that I was so moved by was here was all these Wall Street guys in their suits.

00:02:40.920 It still moves me.

00:02:43.780 And they were just holding out water to the people who do all the honest work that makes everything go.

00:02:50.000 Very true.

00:02:50.840 To the firemen.

00:02:51.480 Very true.

00:02:52.140 And I thought, oh, my, this is some amazing thing happening in our country that the people who do the work, the first responders, you know, the people who save our lives,

00:03:05.220 they're being respected and honored by those people who so look down on them normally.

00:03:11.780 I thought, this is kind of good.

00:03:15.320 And then I saw you, and it's just, to me, I'm going to remember that part of it because it was just so hopeful and so good,

00:03:27.720 and there you were in the middle of it.

00:03:29.520 And here you are still in the middle of everything.

00:03:32.340 Thank God.

00:03:33.320 You know, it reminds me of two things about that day, what you're saying.

00:03:36.400 First of all, you'd be very interested in knowing a story that is known, but not as prominently as it should.

00:03:43.940 Around 5 o'clock that afternoon, I was at the site with all of my commissioners,

00:03:50.540 and we were trying to organize what we knew was going to be all night forever.

00:03:57.420 Yeah.

00:03:57.740 So we were getting the lighting equipment in and trying to make it safe because below the ground,

00:04:03.200 there were fires of 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

00:04:06.180 Oh, my God.

00:04:06.680 And any person standing there at that point was at risk of going into the ground.

00:04:12.500 Oh, because it was all men? 0.93

00:04:13.120 In fact, we had some that went in, and we had to pull them out.

00:04:15.280 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:04:16.340 So you didn't know where to stand.

00:04:17.640 All of a sudden, I see on West Side Drive, I see a whole large number of men walking toward us.

00:04:28.080 Like, I'm going to say 300 in a group.

00:04:33.260 And as we got closer, I realized they were either highway workers or construction workers,

00:04:38.180 and I'm wondering, what are they here for?

00:04:40.120 So I walked up to them with my police commissioner and fire commissioner,

00:04:44.280 and it was a guy who was a leader, and I said, what are you doing here?

00:04:46.500 He said, we came to volunteer.

00:04:50.380 I said, well, you know, to volunteer, you've got to be a fireman or a rescue worker,

00:04:54.360 and you have to have the right equipment, he said, well, you can give us equipment.

00:04:58.860 You know, what we thought was, this is the way we can contribute,

00:05:02.060 because we can lift heavy things.

00:05:05.100 There were construction workers who were building the skyscrapers.

00:05:08.280 Wow.

00:05:08.700 And they came to put themselves in a place where it was a 20% chance you were going to lose your life if you went in there.

00:05:16.840 Man.

00:05:17.240 And they said, you know, we never use any kind of protection.

00:05:23.660 We'll just go right in.

00:05:24.680 I said, no, I'm going to get your protection, but you can't imagine what this has done for our morale.

00:05:30.340 I saw all the firefighters that were working, looking up, and it's like,

00:05:34.400 I guess it's like in a movie where you see the cavalry coming to save you.

00:05:38.840 Oh, yeah.

00:05:39.640 But they were all just working people.

00:05:41.500 They weren't like firefighters, police officers, soldiers.

00:05:44.380 We had plenty of those, and they were great.

00:05:46.220 And they're all pretty much working class families.

00:05:49.840 My family were four police officers and a fire captain, my uncles.

00:05:55.640 So I grew up with that.

00:05:58.460 The second one that I think you'd appreciate is the fact that from the very, very beginning,

00:06:09.680 it was clear that this was an attack on not just New York, but on America.

00:06:14.380 Yeah.

00:06:15.180 And I was not sure in the first couple of hours whether America could handle it.

00:06:23.560 Yeah.

00:06:26.540 Could this generation do what two generations ago did in the Second World War?

00:06:31.720 I wonder that.

00:06:32.520 And around the same time I saw that picture, someone showed me, I didn't see the scene live,

00:06:37.620 they showed me the picture of the firefighters putting up a flag, and they had debris, they

00:06:44.460 had debris below them, and it looked like Iwo Jima.

00:06:48.080 Yeah, it did.

00:06:49.180 And I looked at that, and I said, they got the same blood.

00:06:53.040 Wow.

00:06:53.440 These are the sons and grandsons and great-grandsons of the people who went through World War II

00:06:59.760 and saved the world from Nazism. 0.66

00:07:01.800 Yes, absolutely.

00:07:02.900 I just said that very same thing yesterday.

00:07:04.480 They got the same thing in them.

00:07:06.800 And when you think about it, even now, those are the people we ignore.

00:07:11.820 Right. 1.00

00:07:12.340 We listen to all the jerks. 1.00

00:07:13.980 Yeah, no kidding. 1.00

00:07:14.960 I said that yesterday.

00:07:15.760 If we don't listen to them, you go talk to them, and they're ready to go do anything

00:07:20.760 for America.

00:07:21.380 Well, that's why I want to talk to you, because people are saying that people are so soft here,

00:07:25.820 and maybe they have been softened up, at least the ones we see.

00:07:29.760 But I reminded them of, what is it called, Jake Dunkirk?

00:07:35.260 Yeah.

00:07:36.240 I mean, they knew they were going to die.

00:07:39.360 They knew they had to do it, and they did.

00:07:41.960 And we have that.

00:07:43.740 We sure do.

00:07:44.340 So I think we're at such a scary time in our country, it takes us back to there.

00:07:51.040 So I'm glad to see you for that.

00:07:52.580 Yeah, I have no doubt about it.

00:07:53.780 Of course, I want to talk to you about all that.

00:07:55.800 I have no doubt about it.

00:07:56.800 If you go into the middle of America, which is most of America, except the one that makes 1.00

00:08:02.540 noise, the part that makes noise, if you go into the middle of America, it's no different.

00:08:08.380 I mean, they're ready to die for the country.

00:08:10.280 They don't want their children taken away from them and have the state bring them up

00:08:14.840 in schools.

00:08:17.140 Frankly, they're as anti-Marxists and anti-communists as they've always been.

00:08:20.920 The difference is that a lot of our Democrat leadership has become, I mean, they're following

00:08:26.520 a Karl Marx playbook.

00:08:28.240 Yes, they are.

00:08:28.880 And they're following it as if, you know, as if it were the Bible.

00:08:33.940 It's their Bible because it's like a religion to them, except it's an anti-religion. 1.00

00:08:38.040 They don't believe in God.

00:08:39.000 They don't believe in morality.

00:08:40.680 They don't believe in the value of life.

00:08:44.080 And they believe they are each individually God.

00:08:47.920 Well, they live in a fantasy world that doesn't exist on the planet.

00:08:51.740 It's all in their own heads.

00:08:53.120 I know because I was one of them.

00:08:54.900 I was raised like that.

00:08:55.940 But like I say, my parents were, you know, I guess they were first immigrant born Jewish

00:09:04.860 American immigrants, and they were all socialists. 1.00

00:09:08.460 I mean, but like I say, and I was raised that way too, but it was a different socialist because

00:09:13.520 that one was about building a middle class, a safety net, and decent pay as, you know, in

00:09:23.100 a union, this has nothing to do whatsoever with labor rights.

00:09:30.060 It has nothing to do with that.

00:09:33.240 I say, this ain't your granddaddy's socialism.

00:09:36.600 And so I began to crack that programming, and it was painful.

00:09:40.920 And I mean, to see, for me, I ran as president for president in 2012 on a socialist thing because

00:09:50.640 I wanted to run against Obama, who scared me.

00:09:53.680 Right.

00:09:54.120 But I was like, well, let's get naked if we're going to talk about socialism, not that fake

00:10:00.140 stuff you're talking about, Obama.

00:10:02.280 And I confronted all of that as a real socialist, right?

00:10:06.520 And then I saw what was frightening to me was the amount of Jew-hating that was within the left.

00:10:14.120 It was just starting, and everywhere I would go in America to speak about, you know, Americans

00:10:21.540 and profit sharing, which, you know, in some way they could say is a socialist thing, but

00:10:28.200 it's right.

00:10:29.080 Yes.

00:10:29.360 It's the right thing.

00:10:30.380 Sure.

00:10:30.820 Right?

00:10:31.720 So everywhere I would go to speak, these people who were American, they would, their first question

00:10:40.500 to me was, what about the Israeli, like robots, what about the Israeli occupier of the West 0.72

00:10:46.140 Bank and the Palestinian homeland, what about that, what is your, and their voice would be

00:10:52.340 like this, like a robot.

00:10:53.960 And I'd say, excuse me, what about stand your, what do you know about stand your ground gun

00:11:02.060 laws in this state that you live in, you know?

00:11:07.640 Right.

00:11:07.920 Oh, what?

00:11:10.200 Because that was around the Trayvon Martin time.

00:11:12.560 Right.

00:11:12.820 I go, what do you actually know about the law in your community that controls your entire 1.00

00:11:20.060 life and you want more of that shit? 1.00

00:11:22.140 Right. 1.00

00:11:22.380 What do you know about reality?

00:11:24.040 And they'd be like, don't try to say, change the subject from the racist apartheid state of

00:11:29.700 Israel.

00:11:30.060 So I had to get out of there.

00:11:31.780 And plus I had a Muslim woman as my campaign manager and somebody from nation of, a man

00:11:39.640 from nation of Islam here in America who was a pro-American Muslim man who did all these

00:11:49.100 great things in Texas for children and education.

00:11:52.400 And, and a black, a black woman as my also campaign manager. 1.00

00:11:57.140 Well, they, these white people on the left, they got in their face and they said, they 0.81

00:12:02.580 called them not the right kind of Arab, not the right kind of black man, not the right 0.98

00:12:07.500 kind of black women. 1.00

00:12:08.660 And I was like, you're ungodly racism. 0.99

00:12:13.140 I can't stand it. 0.94

00:12:14.400 Yeah.

00:12:14.560 It's absolutely true.

00:12:16.240 And so that's why I left.

00:12:18.200 And, and my platform was very much a populist platform.

00:12:22.480 Then I, you know, I had interviewed Trump in 1998 on my talk show and I told him at the

00:12:28.920 time, had him and Michael Moore on as guests.

00:12:31.120 And we all three debated because back in that time it was legal to debate and converse.

00:12:36.540 You know, it's still legal.

00:12:39.060 We were talking about capitalism versus, uh, you know, all we're talking about economic

00:12:43.940 systems and I, and Trump won like a SOB.

00:12:49.320 He flattened big fat Michael, like, you know, a pancake.

00:12:53.840 And, um, I said, you ought to run for president.

00:12:57.880 And he, he shrugged me off.

00:12:59.740 Well, here it comes.

00:13:00.800 I had just run for president.

00:13:02.160 Then I hear Trump speak and he's saying so much of what I said that I was like, oh my

00:13:10.040 God, he's for real.

00:13:12.380 He is for real.

00:13:13.060 He is.

00:13:13.440 You know, it's an amazing thing that people, um, and you can understand it because he came

00:13:18.220 up as a celebrity and they, by and large, they just trust a lot of the celebrities,

00:13:22.920 uh, particularly people who would be inclined, you know, middle-class people.

00:13:26.780 And, uh, but I think they picked up right away that he makes decisions the way, uh, our old

00:13:34.200 fashioned politicians used to make decisions.

00:13:36.100 What's right for America?

00:13:37.200 Yeah.

00:13:37.380 What's right for America?

00:13:38.260 He can be right or wrong about that, but that's what he's thinking about.

00:13:40.520 Yes, he is.

00:13:41.080 Then he makes a decision and then you, then you worry about the political party.

00:13:45.020 You don't start with the political parties are supposed to advance the good of America,

00:13:49.300 not the good of the political party.

00:13:50.680 Right.

00:13:50.920 That's why we have it.

00:13:51.760 I mean, uh, I'll tell you one thing that bothers the heck out of me, you know, how they want

00:13:56.380 to change the names of everything.

00:13:57.920 Anybody who had any association with slavery, uh, like, uh, George Washington, because he

00:14:05.440 didn't, because he had slaves or, uh, uh, Jefferson who tried everything he could do to free the

00:14:10.160 slaves and he just couldn't do it.

00:14:11.680 But why don't they change the name of the democratic party?

00:14:15.180 The democratic party, uh, promoted slavery.

00:14:18.160 The democratic party almost create created its, its continuation in America.

00:14:22.740 The democratic party supported the other side of the civil war and the democratic party

00:14:28.480 did segregation.

00:14:29.500 Yeah.

00:14:30.040 And right up until Biden, right up, right up until Biden, his best friend was a, I don't

00:14:34.720 know, the grand poobah or whatever you call him in the Ku Klux Klan.

00:14:39.820 Yeah.

00:14:40.260 So that party is completely associated with slavery.

00:14:43.400 On the other hand, the Republican party was founded to end slavery.

00:14:46.400 Yeah.

00:14:46.760 Lincoln.

00:14:47.140 Yeah.

00:14:48.000 So, I mean, if they're going to go back to those days, they need a new name.

00:14:53.400 No, Rudy, that's why they don't want to go back to those days.

00:14:55.800 The Cleveland Indians have to change.

00:14:57.220 They should change.

00:14:57.900 And did you see that the actual native Americans were petitioning that to bring the name back?

00:15:03.160 They don't, they don't matter.

00:15:04.180 The native Americans don't matter. 1.00

00:15:05.400 The blacks don't matter. 1.00

00:15:06.460 If the blacks mattered, these cities that are setting records for murder, like Philadelphia 1.00

00:15:14.120 set a record for murder two years ago, more than ever in 250 years, Chicago, Chicago on 0.95

00:15:19.900 weekends is like a war zone of St. Louis, Baltimore.

00:15:25.020 They were all Democratic Mayor Soros, Soros paid for DA.

00:15:30.540 Yes, absolutely.

00:15:31.680 This is all because of the Democrat party and its racism because the people suffering the 0.99

00:15:37.820 most there are black people. 0.91

00:15:38.880 When you go to Nancy Pelosi's district, I, cause I had to go up there because my son went

00:15:45.580 to college there.

00:15:46.740 And so I'd go visit him, you know, plus I broke my knee and I had to live there for three months

00:15:51.660 in this hotel.

00:15:53.100 But I go outside, it was that part where, you know, downtown, everybody homeless, about

00:16:01.140 90%, they're black on the streets in Nancy Pelosi's district. 0.84

00:16:07.980 And then she gets down on one knee with an African scarf, I almost puked. 1.00

00:16:12.400 Yeah, yeah. 0.99

00:16:13.040 It is disgusting.

00:16:14.800 They totally disfranchised and took everybody's house and they became homeless and that was 1.00

00:16:22.240 their thanks for a Bolton Democrat.

00:16:24.900 Nancy and her husband became zillionaires based on his insider trading that other people go

00:16:32.720 to jail for.

00:16:33.620 I mean, they are fabulously wealthy, but she comes out of a, she comes out of a Baltimore 0.99

00:16:39.780 political Democrat machine that is an example of what's wrong with the old American city. 0.71

00:16:47.180 The only thing wrong with the old American city is it's a dictatorship.

00:16:50.440 New York City is not a democracy, a republic.

00:16:56.360 It's a Democrat dictatorship.

00:16:57.980 Yes, it is.

00:16:58.760 That must break your heart.

00:16:59.860 Except for Staten Island.

00:17:01.220 I broke through it.

00:17:02.280 Can we ask, how did you do that?

00:17:03.940 That's what I want to ask.

00:17:04.760 I broke through it because first of all, the population was a little different.

00:17:08.540 This will make, this makes some difference.

00:17:10.480 It was five to one Democrat when I won.

00:17:12.800 It's now seven to one Democrat.

00:17:14.820 And the Democrats were different.

00:17:17.140 Yeah, they were.

00:17:17.600 I mean, I got a big Democrat vote.

00:17:19.440 Yeah.

00:17:19.640 Yeah, you did.

00:17:20.200 I had a, I had a real Democrats for Rudy group that was almost as strong as my Republican

00:17:27.280 and independent group.

00:17:28.280 I couldn't get that today.

00:17:29.420 No.

00:17:29.880 Today, Democrats in New York want to put me in jail.

00:17:33.540 They'd like to see me.

00:17:34.440 They took away my law license, the Bar Association, because they are ideological Democrats and Trump

00:17:42.860 haters.

00:17:44.120 There's a sickness. 0.99

00:17:45.100 This Trump thing is a sickness. 0.94

00:17:46.700 Isn't it?

00:17:47.120 If you just step back from him, what does the guy do that's so bad?

00:17:50.480 I mean, say you don't like his personality.

00:17:53.920 But now we look at the condition of the country.

00:17:55.780 He didn't have any wars.

00:17:57.900 We've got all those people in Ukraine.

00:17:59.600 They don't like that.

00:18:00.220 Those people in Ukraine would all be alive if he were president because Putin would never

00:18:03.540 have gone in if he were president.

00:18:05.000 I don't think there's anybody in the world that believes that.

00:18:06.820 Israel too.

00:18:07.680 Israel, I think you never would have had this happening in Israel.

00:18:10.340 It didn't happen while he was there.

00:18:12.300 In fact, at this point, if he had been going forward with the Abraham Accords, you'd probably 0.97

00:18:16.700 have a pretty darn good alliance between Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the other Arab states.

00:18:22.600 Egypt.

00:18:23.020 And that was broken up completely by Biden because Biden's in love with Iran.

00:18:26.660 Biden wants to say he's a friend of Israel, and he sent hundreds of millions, and he had $6 billion headed to Iran.

00:18:36.420 Iran was broke.

00:18:37.740 Yeah. 0.97

00:18:38.020 You can't tell me you're my friend if you're giving $6 billion to somebody who wants to kill me.

00:18:42.680 If I'm Bibi, I look at him and say, wait a second.

00:18:45.560 I don't need a friend like that.

00:18:46.940 You're giving $6 billion to a group of people who are dead. 1.00

00:18:50.660 The most important thing to them is to destroy Israel and kill Jews. 1.00

00:18:55.340 And you gave them $6 billion? 1.00

00:18:57.020 Pal, I know Bibi has to pretend, but deep down, he's got to know that this friend of Israel is a bunch of political crap. 0.96

00:19:06.520 I mean, the guy is a complete supporter of Iran, just like the one who gave Iran cash, Prince Barry. 0.97

00:19:16.280 I call him Prince Barry.

00:19:17.240 Well, he kind of is a prince.

00:19:19.880 Do you know he's the richest president we've ever had?

00:19:23.180 And he was a socialist.

00:19:25.820 One of those kind.

00:19:27.060 No, he wasn't.

00:19:29.060 You look at them and you say they really are communists.

00:19:34.620 Because if you look at a communist party, the big top people in the communist party are millionaires and billionaires.

00:19:40.100 Yeah, they are.

00:19:40.640 And it isn't just like Xi or Mao.

00:19:45.500 So there are about 1.56 billion people in China.

00:19:51.140 100 million are communists.

00:19:53.600 They're anywhere from upper middle class to fabulously wealthy.

00:19:56.520 The rest of China is lower middle class or starving.

00:20:01.080 And that's just true in every communist country.

00:20:03.320 Thank you for watching our episode with Rudy Giuliani.

00:20:07.180 And you know what?

00:20:08.160 I really had a lot of energy.

00:20:09.740 You said I was like a lot very energetic and I'm getting more energetic.

00:20:14.020 Yeah, I was going to ask if you were on drugs or something.

00:20:16.420 But you told me.

00:20:17.500 Well, half of it is because today is my 71st birthday.

00:20:21.460 Happy birthday.

00:20:22.160 Thank you.

00:20:22.940 And, you know, so that makes me happy and energetic.

00:20:26.300 But also I feel like I'm getting a new lease on life, kind of, because of the Field of Green stuff.

00:20:33.320 Yeah, you've been taking it.

00:20:34.140 Livia, come here.

00:20:35.120 Your granny has been feeling better and playing with you more because Field of Green.

00:20:38.000 She's going to tell you about it.

00:20:38.720 Yeah, I have more energy to chase after her and cater to her non-ceasing demand. 0.98

00:20:44.180 I've been noticing you've been scooping it into juice and you were talking about scooping it into wine.

00:20:49.180 They don't recommend that they want you to do water.

00:20:51.560 Yeah.

00:20:51.840 But as long as you're getting your whole, whole, whole fruits and vegetables, I'm probably happy about it.

00:20:56.600 Yeah.

00:20:56.980 You really do like it.

00:20:58.140 I feel like I have a glow or more of a lust for life, kind of healthier thing going on.

00:21:04.560 And I'm looking forward to things, too.

00:21:06.260 So I think it's helping my outlook and my attitude also.

00:21:10.040 I do, too.

00:21:10.480 I mean, you're 71.

00:21:11.580 Because I'm never going to sit there eating all the six cups of fruits and vegetables.

00:21:15.700 I don't have time for that.

00:21:17.120 What with my smoking and blogging.

00:21:19.060 I think that's why they picked you as a sponsor.

00:21:21.200 But also, yeah, it's kind of decreasing my need for cigarettes, too.

00:21:25.880 I have to say that.

00:21:27.100 Well, I think there's truth.

00:21:28.360 They've shown studies that people that smoke cigarettes, you know, it's tied to emotional

00:21:31.620 things.

00:21:31.940 But also, there's studies.

00:21:33.520 I can't remember where they are.

00:21:34.660 But it's when you're nutrient deficient, nicotine craving actually becomes stronger.

00:21:40.900 Is that true?

00:21:41.480 It is true.

00:21:42.100 Well, I mean, according to this one thing I read on the internet years ago.

00:21:44.480 I don't know how.

00:21:44.920 I mean, I read it.

00:21:45.940 But if you ever notice when you're really full, not stuffed, because then you have to

00:21:51.500 smoke when you're stuffed, because then you get the stomach aches.

00:21:53.900 But when you're actually like sate and satiated, you don't really want to smoke.

00:21:57.840 You ever notice that?

00:21:58.620 No.

00:21:59.340 But I have noticed that.

00:22:01.400 I've never been satiated.

00:22:02.960 Yeah.

00:22:03.080 But you know, no, but I just feel healthier and like not so sluggish.

00:22:08.180 So maybe I don't feel like sitting around and smoking.

00:22:10.680 I feel like running after your kid and having fun.

00:22:15.700 She likes me to chase her. 0.97

00:22:17.180 She does.

00:22:17.760 Well, tell them about the exciting, because it is a sponsor.

00:22:19.740 So tell the people what kind of deal you're giving them.

00:22:22.760 Well, I am giving them a deal to help them get started.

00:22:25.380 Hey, there's an exciting offer right now.

00:22:27.200 Field of Greens is offering a Black Friday discount, 30% off when you use code VIP.

00:22:34.640 Don't miss this massive sale.

00:22:36.540 30% off when you visit fieldofgreens.com and enter the code VIP.

00:22:40.940 That's fieldofgreens.com VIP.

00:22:44.340 Let's get back to the interview with Rudy, because it's going great.

00:22:47.260 Rudy's a blast.

00:22:48.560 I know.

00:22:48.960 I want to ask him a few more questions.

00:22:50.380 Let's get back to it.

00:22:51.240 Look at Black Lives Matter, which is a communist organization. 0.82

00:22:53.880 They were doing it before they were even established.

00:22:55.980 They were stealing all the money.

00:22:57.200 She had three houses. 1.00

00:22:58.660 Patrice Cullors had become a communist dignitary, wealthy person.

00:23:05.680 And that's what Obama is.

00:23:07.460 Obama is fabulously wealthy.

00:23:11.260 He didn't earn it.

00:23:13.520 He wasn't building skyscrapers and towers that could go.

00:23:21.360 Did you know that his adopted father, Lolo Satoro, was Bush's partner

00:23:26.440 and the founding of Halliburton?

00:23:28.600 I didn't know that.

00:23:29.400 Yeah.

00:23:29.940 How do you like them apples?

00:23:31.660 You did know?

00:23:32.580 No, I didn't know that.

00:23:33.360 Oh.

00:23:33.760 I can't believe there's something you didn't know, Rudy.

00:23:36.080 Yeah.

00:23:36.640 I didn't know that.

00:23:37.600 There you go, Roseanne.

00:23:38.900 When you dealt with the mafia in New York, though, because that's one of the things that made

00:23:44.880 you famous, right?

00:23:46.100 Yes.

00:23:46.500 Can I ask you a question?

00:23:47.000 But isn't that the Democrat?

00:23:48.580 Well, that's what I'm getting at.

00:23:49.660 Were they more terrifying to deal with than Democrats?

00:23:52.940 Oh, very interesting.

00:23:54.720 They were more straightforward.

00:23:56.400 Right.

00:23:56.920 They knew who they were.

00:23:59.240 They were better to their grandchildren.

00:24:01.080 That's true.

00:24:01.720 Than Joe, who doesn't recognize the little granddaughter, who the psychological damage

00:24:07.340 being done to that kid has got to be terrified.

00:24:09.520 Yeah, but think about it.

00:24:11.340 Think about what ain't being done to her.

00:24:13.940 I think that she's lucky she's kept away from them.

00:24:16.980 Well, yeah.

00:24:17.300 I don't know.

00:24:17.660 The poor woman involved there wants the name. 1.00

00:24:20.340 If I were a lawyer, I'd advise her 10 years from now, that name is going to be the worst 0.98

00:24:25.820 president in American history.

00:24:27.620 The president who, except for presidents in time of war, lost the most American lives.

00:24:33.260 The American president who almost made us a dictatorship.

00:24:38.220 He and his administration and Obama are exactly what the founding fathers were most worried

00:24:43.860 about.

00:24:44.320 Absolutely.

00:24:44.980 I mean, if you read when they go off on how this could end, they say it couldn't

00:24:50.300 happen outside.

00:24:51.320 It can happen inside.

00:24:52.560 It can happen inside by a dictatorship of the majority.

00:24:56.540 Yeah.

00:24:56.840 That's what they're trying to create.

00:24:57.740 Democracy.

00:24:58.040 They're trying to create it.

00:24:59.260 And that's why they're bringing all these people in, because they know, they know, they

00:25:03.920 actually know they're actually going to eventually lose the black vote.

00:25:06.960 They're eventually going to lose it.

00:25:07.580 Well, they knew.

00:25:07.920 I think.

00:25:08.220 They may now.

00:25:08.920 Rudy.

00:25:09.260 But they will.

00:25:09.940 No, Rudy.

00:25:10.800 Check this out.

00:25:11.640 I read all the time.

00:25:16.760 And I have a little bit on the spectrum, the autism thing.

00:25:21.640 Okay.

00:25:22.320 I mean, you know, I'm whatever.

00:25:25.340 We just say we're autistic.

00:25:27.480 My younger son used to think that was artistic.

00:25:30.500 And he'd always say, she's artistic.

00:25:32.460 But anyway, so I compile things.

00:25:36.980 And because I ran for president, I know how I had some, I have inside friends.

00:25:42.100 Okay.

00:25:42.580 Getting on ballots and such.

00:25:44.360 Counting stuff.

00:25:45.960 Okay.

00:25:46.440 Here's what I think happened.

00:25:48.200 They had to do what they did in 2020, because so many black people voted for Trump. 0.97

00:25:55.480 That's why they did everything, because they saw it coming, and they were like, oh, hell. 0.50

00:26:02.780 We've lost our hold on, you know, the people we think we own.

00:26:10.820 And they panicked, and that's why truckloads of ballots kept showing up.

00:26:15.840 I don't disagree with you, because I watched it start when he went.

00:26:21.260 I can't remember if it was the first speech that he gave about, you have nothing to lose.

00:26:28.580 Right.

00:26:29.340 Now, I did that in 93.

00:26:32.460 I went to the black and Hispanic community, where we were having over 2,000 murders a year,

00:26:37.860 70 to 80% in their community. 0.56

00:26:40.020 They were the people dying, not the white people. 0.92

00:26:41.900 Right.

00:26:42.280 Every year, 8% of the murdered people in New York were white.

00:26:48.880 The other, 92% was everything else, 70% black. 0.98

00:26:53.380 So, I mean, if murder goes up, 100 murders, 70 are black. 1.00

00:26:57.840 So, I went into the black community, and I went into the Hispanic community. 0.70

00:27:01.520 I was running against the first black mayor of New York the first time I ran.

00:27:04.820 And I said, you got nothing to lose voting for me.

00:27:08.980 And not everybody picked it up, but a lot of people did.

00:27:12.660 When he did it, it really picked up in that community.

00:27:16.740 And I agree with you.

00:27:18.060 I think he got, and the places they picked for cheating with the crooked Democrat cities,

00:27:22.700 they didn't cheat all over.

00:27:24.340 Right.

00:27:24.440 Think of the places where they, he was ahead when you went to bed.

00:27:28.600 Right.

00:27:29.100 How was it possibly lost every one of them?

00:27:31.480 Yeah, how is it? 0.84

00:27:32.320 So, he was ahead in Philadelphia, crooked Democratic city.

00:27:35.480 He was ahead in Detroit, crooked Democratic city. 0.99

00:27:38.080 He was ahead in Atlanta, corrupt, crooked Democratic city. 0.87

00:27:41.800 He was ahead in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 0.95

00:27:47.680 All those cities turn.

00:27:51.400 Pennsylvania flips 800,000 votes.

00:27:55.780 Actually, that's the one I didn't think they could do.

00:27:57.880 I told Newt Gingrich that when the night was over.

00:27:59.940 I said, I think they called it just a little too late.

00:28:03.820 I thought they had made a, you know, when they stopped the vote count?

00:28:06.820 The minute they stopped the vote count, that's the first thing it said to me.

00:28:09.780 Oh, man, they're going to try to steal it.

00:28:13.640 And I thought maybe they waited just a little too long because technically we were far enough

00:28:19.420 ahead in enough states that if this were the election 20 years ago, they would have called

00:28:24.820 those states for him.

00:28:26.460 They would have called, he would have had a, a, um, electoral vote victory that night.

00:28:31.600 Not just 20, uh, four years, four years before.

00:28:34.220 Yes.

00:28:34.700 Yeah.

00:28:34.980 Would have called it for him.

00:28:35.720 Uh, but you could tell that they were in the fix because Fox calls Arizona for him after

00:28:41.120 two votes.

00:28:42.180 Yeah.

00:28:42.800 Oh, Arizona for.

00:28:44.500 Right.

00:28:45.040 Now.

00:28:45.600 People were shocked when Fox did that.

00:28:48.240 That's why they don't let me on Fox.

00:28:49.680 I know.

00:28:50.300 I used to be probably their most frequent guest.

00:28:52.180 Yeah, you were.

00:28:52.800 And not only that, I, I helped them get established.

00:28:54.740 I gave them the radio station in New York when Turner broadcasting wouldn't put them

00:28:59.040 on and Roger Ailes and, uh, Rupert came to me.

00:29:03.100 We had our own, we had four, uh, cable stations and we regulate cable in New York.

00:29:08.900 And they said, this is a violation of free speech.

00:29:11.140 They won't let us on.

00:29:12.100 I gave them the foreign language station and they paid me four times what I was getting

00:29:16.780 for it.

00:29:17.100 And the city made a big bundle off Rupert, but I got sued by Turner.

00:29:21.280 And then after eight months, they settled it and Fox had New York.

00:29:26.020 Wow.

00:29:26.920 Now they keep me off because I'll go, I'll go on there.

00:29:30.640 You know, you know, they want, they want you to go on and particularly maybe now they've

00:29:34.080 changed a little, but you can't say stolen election.

00:29:36.300 No.

00:29:37.620 I was scared to even bring it up because YouTube just barely changed their rules about being

00:29:42.500 able to even say that word.

00:29:44.940 I mean, how un-American is that?

00:29:47.240 Yeah.

00:29:47.640 Wow.

00:29:48.000 Well, that's why Trump and everybody else is in trouble because they questioned the

00:29:52.940 election just like Hillary did every day for four years after she won. 1.00

00:29:56.320 Well, I'm indicted for that.

00:29:57.840 I know.

00:29:58.320 And the penalty would be 20 years and I'm 79 years old.

00:30:02.660 So I die in jail.

00:30:04.800 Fannie, Fannie, I can't remember her last name.

00:30:07.520 Fannie Willis.

00:30:08.360 Oh yeah.

00:30:08.680 The pretend district attorney in one of the most crooked counties in America wants to put 0.97

00:30:14.900 me in jail until I die.

00:30:15.860 Uh, let's compare what she's accomplished as DA and what I accomplished as a prosecutor.

00:30:21.640 Uh, she's accomplished zero and I accomplished something, huh?

00:30:26.120 Yeah.

00:30:27.060 Yeah.

00:30:27.580 But Rudy, you, you didn't trend on Twitter every single day talking about we got him now,

00:30:34.020 Russia, Russia, Russia.

00:30:35.180 You weren't in that.

00:30:35.960 That was able to hold America's attention for since 2016. 1.00

00:30:42.060 All bullshit. 0.99

00:30:42.960 It was completely 100%, not only untrue, invented and paid for. 1.00

00:30:47.860 Yeah.

00:30:48.160 By Hillary. 0.99

00:30:49.180 You know, I didn't know that last part.

00:30:50.840 I did.

00:30:51.260 One of the reasons I defended him, I volunteered to defend him was he's been my friend for 30

00:30:56.860 years.

00:30:57.240 Uh, my son is very close to him and, uh, I was with him for the last four months of

00:31:03.260 the campaign, almost from dawn to when he went to bed.

00:31:08.640 And I knew there was no Russian collusion because if there was, I would have, I'd have felt it.

00:31:12.900 I'd have seen it.

00:31:13.800 I would have known it.

00:31:15.220 He's not a man who hides things.

00:31:17.400 No, he's definitely not.

00:31:18.720 He would have talked about it.

00:31:19.920 Yeah.

00:31:20.540 First of all, he wouldn't have thought it was wrong.

00:31:21.900 I mean, if he did it, he would have thought it was okay and, and he doesn't do anything

00:31:26.360 he thinks is wrong.

00:31:27.860 That's what people don't get because he, if he did, he would feel bad because he knows

00:31:33.940 he has to talk about it.

00:31:35.420 I mean, I was his lawyer and he had, I, there are times, of course, it's privileged.

00:31:39.600 He would come to me and say, uh, uh, tell me, get me an opinion on what's, what's legal.

00:31:46.120 And you would give him the opinion and he would follow that.

00:31:49.620 Of course.

00:31:50.120 And I remember another time when somebody recommended doing something that was outrageous

00:31:56.360 and he, I mean, he just threw them right out of the White House.

00:32:01.820 Also, there were people that stopped supporting him.

00:32:05.520 He never talks about this.

00:32:06.640 Maybe I shouldn't, uh, people that stopped supporting him because he was too hard on

00:32:11.360 China.

00:32:11.940 And I'm talking about, I'm sure hundreds of millions basically told them in a nice way. 0.99

00:32:18.100 I would have said, you know, go to hell. 0.90

00:32:20.560 Uh, he said, he just ignored them. 0.97

00:32:22.640 I just said, no.

00:32:24.160 And they said, you know, you'd do far better if you'd soften up a little, you'd raise a

00:32:27.960 lot more.

00:32:28.360 And Biden wouldn't be outraising you on the Democrats if you went a little easier on

00:32:31.840 China.

00:32:33.220 And he basically said, I'll never do that.

00:32:37.680 Yeah.

00:32:38.040 And I, I have a much worse temper. 1.00

00:32:41.280 Am I as ready to go punch them in the face and beat them up because I thought they were 1.00

00:32:44.600 traitors for doing that. 1.00

00:32:45.880 They are. 0.88

00:32:46.520 They are.

00:32:47.020 They are.

00:32:47.480 A hundred percent.

00:32:47.880 I mean, I just, I just think that people don't realize, and I didn't realize until

00:32:51.960 maybe five, six years ago, how brilliantly and evil, evil, but brilliant China invaded 0.99

00:33:00.260 us.

00:33:00.780 Oh, didn't it?

00:33:01.800 Took them like 30 years.

00:33:02.340 They own our universities.

00:33:03.780 Yeah.

00:33:04.080 They own a lot of our companies because our, our companies want the profits in China because

00:33:10.540 they see it as five times America.

00:33:12.940 I've been told that by Republicans and Democrats, you know, we can give up our business in America

00:33:19.640 and we can make five times more in China.

00:33:22.420 They're making the wrong bet because they don't realize the Chinese economy has a hydrogen

00:33:28.720 bomb right in it.

00:33:30.420 And it's, it's those seven or 800 million people that can't eat.

00:33:35.140 Yeah.

00:33:35.940 They're going to rise up at some point.

00:33:37.320 It's just, at some point, China's going to have to do something about them if it wants 0.78

00:33:42.640 to lead the world.

00:33:44.380 And they don't factor that into the Chinese economy.

00:33:47.700 If you factor that into the Chinese economy, it's actually an extremely weak economy.

00:33:52.780 And a lot of people have seen that now.

00:33:53.900 They don't factor that into our economy either, do they?

00:33:56.520 No, they don't.

00:33:57.220 They, they, they, they try, they try very, very hard to hurt our economy.

00:34:01.740 So we'll become part of the Soros, Klaus Schwab, Barack Obama, one world.

00:34:09.900 That's where they're headed.

00:34:11.280 They're headed to all that stuff about burning down statues, burning flags, taking a knee,

00:34:18.040 saying terrible things about America.

00:34:20.140 I mean, Biden goes out and says America is systemically racist.

00:34:24.140 Now, here's what that means.

00:34:25.620 He doesn't know what it means.

00:34:26.940 He didn't know what it meant before he became demented.

00:34:29.480 I'll tell you about him in a minute.

00:34:31.740 But what that means is we're all racist.

00:34:33.920 Can you imagine telling your country you're all racist?

00:34:36.900 I'm not, don't, don't, don't talk for me.

00:34:39.000 I'm not racist.

00:34:40.040 I grew up with white kids, black kids, Irish kids, German kids, Jewish kids, Italian kids.

00:34:48.020 The one who was on my side was my friend.

00:34:50.780 Right.

00:34:51.280 And when we had fights, if you were on my side, if you were on my, if the black kid was 1.00

00:34:54.800 on my side, he was the best guy in the, that's how it works in the real world.

00:34:58.660 And that's the way it works in the real world.

00:35:00.160 And I, I, I just don't evaluate people on color.

00:35:03.040 And I think people who do, I think there's something wrong with them.

00:35:05.560 You know what it is?

00:35:06.460 They do it because they don't live in integrated neighborhoods.

00:35:10.720 That's the real fact.

00:35:11.960 Isn't that interesting?

00:35:12.820 Yeah.

00:35:13.060 I always made sure, like, I'm like Trump.

00:35:16.320 I think of Trump as being on the autism spectrum himself.

00:35:20.040 Isn't that interesting?

00:35:21.080 There's a certain way we are with like people like me and probably you too, Rudy.

00:35:25.660 I gotta go check it.

00:35:26.400 We have to, no.

00:35:28.080 No, but really.

00:35:28.720 Those of us who talk a lot about what's inside, well, we have to tell the truth because we'll

00:35:34.640 look like, you know, whatever we say has to be true because we don't remember if we

00:35:39.060 lied, we'll just say it.

00:35:40.980 It'll just come out, you know, because we just have to say, say, say.

00:35:45.240 So if we're doing something bad, we'll say that too.

00:35:48.940 So we have to have a clean conscience in order to live.

00:35:54.180 You know, we have to do that.

00:35:56.920 You're absolutely right.

00:35:58.380 He will tell stories about himself that don't make him look like perfect, like things, they're

00:36:08.980 not wrong or illegal, but things that are not flat.

00:36:11.400 We'll just say it.

00:36:12.880 Everybody else would hide it.

00:36:14.720 You know, the usual policy wouldn't hide it.

00:36:16.260 And Biden would make it up completely.

00:36:19.640 Right.

00:36:19.760 I mean, you're not going to get out of him things like, you know, he went to the top of

00:36:25.200 a tree during battle and gave a and gave a medal to a to a guy who refused it.

00:36:31.540 Oh, that he was under sniper fire in Afghanistan.

00:36:34.460 Yeah.

00:36:34.860 And it turns out the guy, he never gave the guy, not only wasn't he there, he didn't,

00:36:40.740 he wasn't on the battlefield.

00:36:42.900 He wasn't even the guy who gave the medal to this soldier who turned it down.

00:36:47.740 It was done in the White House.

00:36:48.900 And the guy who gave it was Obama.

00:36:50.980 And the guy originally said he didn't think he was worthy, but it wasn't him.

00:36:53.700 It was Obama who did it.

00:36:55.160 So that thing in the White House becomes him on a battlefield almost getting killed because 1.00

00:36:59.360 this is a truly sick man.

00:37:01.480 I've known him since 1981, but I even employed his, one of his nieces in City Hall.

00:37:09.320 I worked on the 1994 crime bill with him, and I helped write the 1994 crime bill because

00:37:16.140 it was actually written in 1982 under Reagan.

00:37:19.620 And I worked for President Reagan, who was my hero.

00:37:23.100 And his college classmate was my chief of staff.

00:37:29.380 That's how we got to know each other.

00:37:31.140 When I got introduced to him, he brought me over and he said, I want you to meet him. 0.99

00:37:35.800 He said, really nice guy, but boy, is he dumb. 0.99

00:37:39.500 He was the dumbest guy in our law school class. 1.00

00:37:42.160 He cheated his way through. 1.00

00:37:43.420 He said he was top of the class.

00:37:44.860 But that's why he did, because he has a chip on his shoulder. 1.00

00:37:47.820 This is a guy who grew up as the dumbest kid in the neighborhood, the dumbest kid in the 1.00

00:37:51.380 class. 1.00

00:37:52.260 That's why you get that, I have a higher IQ than you have.

00:37:55.700 Or I was first in the class and had 35 scholarships.

00:37:58.960 Well, he was second to last, and he had no scholarships, and he got left back in the third grade,

00:38:04.780 and he failed out of law school and had to write a paper to get back in.

00:38:08.560 He plagiarized on the paper, and he charmed the dean's wife, and they let him back in.

00:38:13.100 And then the people in law school liked him because he told jokes, but didn't want to

00:38:16.520 sit next to him because he cheated on everyone, and he would get them in trouble.

00:38:20.440 So then I met him, and for a while I was convinced he was very, very charming, but exceedingly 1.00

00:38:27.360 stupid. 0.99

00:38:28.120 I'd come back sometimes from a meeting with him, and I'd almost say to myself, did he really 1.00

00:38:32.440 say that?

00:38:34.620 I would tell people to try to describe it. 1.00

00:38:36.840 You know, if I say he's the dumbest man in Congress, you're not going to get it. 0.99

00:38:39.980 I'm going to ask you to do the following. 0.99

00:38:41.980 Think of everybody you know. 1.00

00:38:43.680 In your family, you know some dumb people. 1.00

00:38:46.740 Everybody does. 1.00

00:38:47.800 He's dumber. 1.00

00:38:51.160 Yeah. 1.00

00:38:52.340 But so that's why it's hard to tell that he's demented.

00:38:56.040 But you can tell because he never talked that. 0.55

00:38:58.080 He was always glib.

00:38:59.860 Yeah, he was glib.

00:39:00.820 Which is part of why he got in trouble, because his words had run ahead of his mind.

00:39:07.020 Right.

00:39:08.280 But he was very, I wouldn't say articulate, but glib.

00:39:11.800 So all you have to do is go back and get a speech from 10 years ago, and just play his

00:39:16.600 last speech and watch it.

00:39:17.800 It's two different people.

00:39:18.260 How about when he was questioning Clarence Thomas to go on?

00:39:20.920 That's when I turned against him.

00:39:22.100 That's when I realized there was a meanness to him. 0.99

00:39:24.220 Oh, it was a snide little sneer at a black man. 0.92

00:39:27.920 He didn't believe any of that. 0.99

00:39:29.760 I mean, he was racist.

00:39:34.240 I know.

00:39:34.660 And then right after that, the judge said, I feel like this is a high-tech lynching.

00:39:39.380 It was.

00:39:39.820 And it was.

00:39:40.680 And he let it happen. 0.98

00:39:41.600 That's when I turned against him in terms of, I didn't think of him as a dumb but nice 0.98

00:39:48.660 guy. 0.98

00:39:49.640 I said, there's something, there's a mean streak here.

00:39:52.240 I always knew he was a creature of whatever they put in front of him.

00:39:57.060 Yeah.

00:39:57.280 You know, because he couldn't think.

00:39:58.980 And, but now it's very, very different.

00:40:01.540 Now he has a very, very serious case of dementia.

00:40:04.580 But he reminds, I mean, they call it the Biden crime family.

00:40:08.940 That's true.

00:40:09.560 Yeah, it is true.

00:40:10.640 But he's kind of like somebody that would be on The Sopranos, you know, and his family

00:40:16.680 too, the whole family thing.

00:40:18.260 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:40:19.700 The brother-in-law, the brother, everybody's making money.

00:40:22.600 He's got to be somewhat smart. 0.99

00:40:23.960 I mean, he's corrupt as all hell. 0.99

00:40:25.520 He's got to have some level of intelligence. 0.99

00:40:27.200 Well, he has the whole machinery of the government behind him.

00:40:31.240 I think he has always been run.

00:40:35.420 I think he is the head in some ways and a figurehead in other ways.

00:40:41.480 That's certainly true in the government.

00:40:42.660 Obama runs the government.

00:40:44.080 Yeah, absolutely.

00:40:44.740 Even in good times, he wouldn't be capable of most of these decisions.

00:40:50.060 Even if he weren't demented, Obama would be running it.

00:40:53.380 Well, I think of it as Obama's third term.

00:40:55.600 And he himself said, if only I could get a sock puppet upstairs and I'd be down here in

00:41:00.760 the basement with the radio.

00:41:02.060 He said that, Obama.

00:41:03.420 Yeah.

00:41:03.620 And that's what it is.

00:41:05.020 You can see that almost insane caring about Iran. 0.72

00:41:13.680 I mean, it's completely inconsistent with any future for America, Israel, or the human race. 0.99

00:41:22.840 I mean, even compared to China and Russia, where we've got leaders who are homicidal and in

00:41:31.200 a way, these are hardcore communists who you can negotiate with.

00:41:37.860 They're not homicidal maniacs like this guy. 0.90

00:41:41.160 This guy is leading a cult, a homicidal cult, where they'll blow themselves up in order to 0.99

00:41:47.580 kill you, or they'll justify putting children in front of them so if they die, they take 0.99

00:41:52.780 out 500 children. 1.00

00:41:54.160 Most of us, if we were going to die, would try to save the 500 children. 0.95

00:41:58.460 They'd get them killed. 0.99

00:42:01.260 Well, communists must have blood. 0.99

00:42:03.980 That's why they get the red flag and the whole deal.

00:42:06.280 They have to have never-ending revolution and blood.

00:42:11.380 Yeah, that's why Iran is made for them. 1.00

00:42:15.220 Iran is a destabilizer. 1.00

00:42:18.140 It creates tremendous problems way beyond just the Middle East.

00:42:22.600 And if they didn't have an Iran, they would create it. 1.00

00:42:25.260 Yeah, absolutely.

00:42:26.340 And this guy supports it.

00:42:28.500 I mean, I keep thinking, you know, from all that cash that he sent, all that cash that

00:42:34.200 he sent in the middle of the night.

00:42:35.540 Pallets, of course.

00:42:36.200 When I was a prosecutor, back in what would have been, I guess, in 15 and 16, when he

00:42:42.680 was leaving office, he sent somewhere near $170 million in cash and didn't tell anybody.

00:42:50.640 He had to get caught.

00:42:52.100 That's what drug dealers do. 1.00

00:42:54.060 And why would you give them cash?

00:42:55.600 I mean, you just think, you use your mind a little.

00:42:58.120 It's a government.

00:42:58.860 You send it by wire.

00:43:00.320 Oh, unless you're giving the money to terrorists, because they like to have cash.

00:43:04.260 Or you're giving it to drug dealers.

00:43:05.460 They like to have cash.

00:43:07.180 Gee, it helped to have been a prosecutor.

00:43:08.740 You know, I mean, that shouldn't...

00:43:10.100 Isn't it RICO?

00:43:11.080 The whole effing government is RICO.

00:43:13.000 Obama should be under investigation for that transaction, giving cash and hiding it.

00:43:19.080 That has to be for a nefarious reason.

00:43:21.340 Then think of how many people were killed as a result of that money, including Americans,

00:43:27.140 because Soleimani, who Trump took out, specialized in killing Americans.

00:43:31.480 Right.

00:43:31.860 So, one could say Obama paid for it.

00:43:36.600 Well, the American taxpayer paid for it.

00:43:39.220 Yeah.

00:43:39.620 For the killing of their own people. 0.99

00:43:41.100 The police, like in your family, the firefighters?

00:43:51.320 Yeah.

00:43:51.900 I mean, it's amazing what we went through with the defunding of the police.

00:43:56.520 So, my police department now has to worry about a much bigger threat of terrorism than ever before.

00:44:03.940 Right now, there is a much greater threat of terrorism in the United States than, let's say, the day before September 11th.

00:44:10.120 Right.

00:44:10.660 Because the day before September 11th, we had a much better idea of who was in the United States.

00:44:17.880 The minute that attack took place, the minute we knew it was a terrorist attack, we knew exactly who did it.

00:44:24.260 Right.

00:44:24.560 Now, it would have been better if we had known about it before.

00:44:27.580 But by knowing about it immediately, no time was wasted in protecting us against any repercussions from it.

00:44:33.900 Nowadays, if there were an attack, it'd be very hard to figure out who did it because he's let in so many people and we don't know who they are.

00:44:42.680 We know he's let in lots of terrorists.

00:44:45.480 We do know that.

00:44:46.180 Because we've picked up more terrorists than ever before.

00:44:48.280 And there's a calculation here.

00:44:51.700 For everyone you note, there's at least one or two more that come in secretly.

00:44:59.640 Why would they?

00:45:00.800 Where's the army?

00:45:02.800 It's an invasion.

00:45:04.100 Well, we help them in.

00:45:04.800 No, but I mean, why isn't the United States government doing anything about an invasion and terrorists coming across the...

00:45:13.920 Because they want to destabilize the United States so that we change our form of government and become part... 0.58

00:45:21.700 Well, I know all that, but didn't people take vows to the Constitution to protect...

00:45:26.280 Well, I think that doesn't matter to them.

00:45:29.020 That doesn't matter to them.

00:45:29.900 They've broken that numerous times.

00:45:32.120 But isn't there any generals that...

00:45:33.540 Well, look at General Milley.

00:45:34.780 General Milley said that he would call China if Trump was going to attack...

00:45:40.040 That's the Logan Act.

00:45:40.460 That's illegal.

00:45:41.220 ...was going to attack China.

00:45:43.220 Where the hell are those loyalties?

00:45:45.440 Well, where's the FBI?

00:45:46.560 I'll give you another one.

00:45:48.020 Don't we give them our tax money to try to keep us safe from being attacked?

00:45:53.420 And they're not...

00:45:54.580 I mean, they're arresting grandmothers. 0.98

00:45:56.820 They're busy at PTA meetings.

00:45:58.160 They're too busy.

00:45:59.060 And searching my apartment.

00:46:00.340 Yeah.

00:46:00.860 No, but it's way too scary because where is the government that's supposed to be protecting the taxpayers that pay for their salaries?

00:46:11.100 In many, many places, it is no longer a government.

00:46:15.460 It's a regime run by Biden and run by Obama as part of the Democrat Party.

00:46:20.680 So, okay, did they win?

00:46:23.080 The commies overthrew our government?

00:46:27.020 Pretty close to it.

00:46:28.500 I mean, if you look at our economy, our economy is clearly more socialist than some socialist countries.

00:46:36.140 We don't have a criminal justice system.

00:46:38.260 No, we don't.

00:46:38.620 All you have to do is look at the fact that Hunter Biden is still walking around after one crime.

00:46:46.580 And that Biden could have been prosecuted and put in jail in 2015, 2016.

00:46:53.000 All the evidence was there.

00:46:54.060 The witnesses were ready to come over from Ukraine.

00:46:56.280 The FBI, you will find out, had the whole case and buried it.

00:46:59.520 They've been protecting him for years.

00:47:02.440 And then doing...

00:47:03.280 But they indicted you.

00:47:04.780 Yeah.

00:47:05.060 And then going after other people.

00:47:06.800 And before me, how many people did they go after?

00:47:10.580 You take a guy like Manafort, they virtually tortured him.

00:47:13.460 Yeah.

00:47:13.760 They put him in solitary confinement and they bring him back and they tell him what to say. 0.98

00:47:18.580 And the man luckily has enough honor to say, go screw yourself.

00:47:23.360 But I worried for my client every day because I didn't know Paul very well. 0.93

00:47:29.800 And I said, gee, you know, you keep doing that.

00:47:32.120 A man's going to cave.

00:47:33.960 Look at the people that have caved now under much less pressure.

00:47:36.640 Do you think that...

00:47:37.340 You're talking about like...

00:47:38.000 Those are war crimes. 0.57

00:47:40.340 Oh, they are.

00:47:40.900 Yeah.

00:47:41.180 Yeah.

00:47:41.380 They'd bring him over and they'd have him like in a cell for 22, 23 hours a day looking at his feet.

00:47:49.740 Then they'd bring him over about every six or seven days.

00:47:52.860 This is an old man.

00:47:54.200 And then they'd have him sit around in a nice office, have a nice meal.

00:47:58.220 And then they would tell him what they wanted to hear.

00:48:00.440 That he...

00:48:01.140 They believed he was the connection between Trump and Putin.

00:48:04.980 Now, the mistake... 1.00

00:48:05.900 All the shit they knew was fake. 1.00

00:48:07.760 They're trying to get him to lie for him. 1.00

00:48:10.020 Well, the FBI knew it wasn't true.

00:48:11.520 No, so they're trying to make him lie for them.

00:48:13.500 Well, they began with the assumption that he was the connection.

00:48:15.720 They found out he wasn't, but they wanted him to say it anyway.

00:48:17.920 Right.

00:48:18.380 And the reality is they made a critical mistake.

00:48:20.860 Like Manafort was very tied in in Ukraine.

00:48:25.040 Right.

00:48:25.380 And he was tied in with the Russian-oriented Ukrainians.

00:48:29.480 Right.

00:48:29.980 Therefore, they thought he was tied in with Russia and he wasn't.

00:48:32.920 Now, let me tell you how that's a bunch of, as he likes to say, malarkey.

00:48:36.440 Do you know the oligarch who paid them all the money, Zoloshevsky?

00:48:42.200 He was a Russian-oriented Ukrainian.

00:48:44.560 So, the Bidens just didn't sell them out to...

00:48:47.320 Sell out to Ukraine. 0.99

00:48:48.820 They sold out to the Russian side of Ukraine.

00:48:51.180 Right.

00:48:51.480 That now has invaded Ukraine.

00:48:53.080 Right.

00:48:53.680 Zoloshevsky was a Russian-oriented Ukrainian who had to run out of the country when the Ukrainians

00:49:01.700 took their government back and was exiled.

00:49:04.080 He was paying money to Biden to have the case against his company dismissed so he could come

00:49:09.980 back to Ukraine.

00:49:11.900 So, basically, that was what the whole thing was about.

00:49:14.740 That bribe money wasn't for Hunter.

00:49:16.540 It wasn't for...

00:49:17.340 It was to get Zoloshevsky's company back into Ukraine and have it not taken away from him.

00:49:24.200 And it's a $30 billion company.

00:49:26.700 It's worth a couple million dollars in bribes.

00:49:28.840 Zoloshevsky goes around Ukraine now bragging that he kept his $40 billion company for only

00:49:36.260 $200 million.

00:49:38.340 That he paid out about $200 million in bribes, the Bidens being one of them.

00:49:42.920 The other thing that we don't want to bother to find out or...

00:49:46.840 That's when he was vice president.

00:49:48.340 Or Saint Zelensky doesn't want to find out this is that the president...

00:49:52.920 Did you say Saint Zelensky?

00:49:54.060 Yeah, because they made him a saint.

00:49:55.300 Yeah.

00:49:55.680 He's surely not a saint.

00:49:56.760 No.

00:49:56.960 His mentor was the biggest money launderer in Ukraine, Kolomoisky. 0.89

00:50:04.720 And Zolensky knows the whole story.

00:50:10.920 Yeah.

00:50:11.280 He knows a lot that I don't know.

00:50:13.360 I can give you half the story and I have half the documents.

00:50:15.820 He's got the whole file.

00:50:16.680 Which means, if he says, Joe, I need 60 bill.

00:50:22.140 Joe says, yes, sir.

00:50:24.520 Joe, I need another 20 bill.

00:50:26.200 I don't know.

00:50:27.460 You want to see the other pictures of Hunter?

00:50:30.060 You know, they don't have everything.

00:50:31.220 Okay.

00:50:31.720 They don't have everything.

00:50:33.100 You know, what about the...

00:50:34.560 Ding, ding, ding.

00:50:35.440 What about the foreign bank accounts?

00:50:37.860 Joe, you know we put a lot of money in foreign bank accounts for you.

00:50:40.560 And the FBI did you a favor and never interviewed the woman who knew it, even though they knew she might get killed.

00:50:48.500 They're probably hoping she got killed.

00:50:50.880 But I have the bank account numbers.

00:50:53.380 What do you think would happen if we started opening those bank accounts?

00:50:55.620 You better give me the 60 bill.

00:50:56.760 Now, I'm not saying that's happening, but he's compromised.

00:51:01.340 But it is happening.

00:51:02.040 That could happen.

00:51:02.900 I'm saying.

00:51:03.280 What about China?

00:51:04.300 Now, I'll give you one for which he should be impeached, prosecuted, and put in jail for the rest of his life.

00:51:11.520 He gave up the Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan that is 400 miles from China.

00:51:16.860 You don't have to be a military expert to realize to have an air base 400 miles from your biggest enemy is golden.

00:51:28.220 And if you look at the war going on in Israel, you see what proximity means, right?

00:51:33.640 And the weapons.

00:51:35.480 Right.

00:51:36.160 400 miles.

00:51:38.300 And not only was it an air base, it was one that we had put billions of dollars in.

00:51:41.540 And it was an A-number-one air base, right virtually on the border of China.

00:51:47.680 He gave it up for nothing in return.

00:51:51.420 He left behind $85 billion worth of equipment that being used by Hamas now. 0.60

00:51:59.940 Because the Taliban didn't need that much.

00:52:03.500 All of a sudden, the Taliban became better armed than most of the countries in that area of the world.

00:52:08.020 They sold half of it.

00:52:08.920 They were the biggest arms dealers for the last two, three years selling our arms.

00:52:13.960 One of the groups they sold it to is Hamas.

00:52:16.880 You've got to believe that some of that equipment that's killing Israelis and some Americans.

00:52:22.120 My family lives there.

00:52:22.720 We paid for.

00:52:24.200 My family lives in Israel.

00:52:26.440 I take it real personally.

00:52:27.960 Yeah, I've been to Israel many, many times.

00:52:29.540 I love Israel.

00:52:31.800 And in one White House record, I'm half Jewish.

00:52:35.360 Really?

00:52:36.020 Yeah.

00:52:36.860 Do you like that?

00:52:37.680 You know, my friend said that to me, and I said, well, she's not Jewish at all, but she said she's from the Midwest, so she has.

00:52:45.180 She talks like that, you know.

00:52:47.000 And so we were hanging out, and somebody, she comes to running back.

00:52:50.560 She's all excited.

00:52:51.360 She goes, that guy thought I was Jewish.

00:52:55.900 And she's all happy.

00:52:57.040 And I go, trust me, it's not a compliment.

00:52:59.320 It depends on how you look at it, but being mayor of New York.

00:53:02.480 Are you liking it?

00:53:03.340 Being mayor of New York and growing up in a neighborhood that actually was Italian, Irish, and Jewish with friends.

00:53:08.760 You know, I feel like I know everything about Judaism.

00:53:13.360 And then when I ran, one of the reasons I won was the Jewish vote.

00:53:17.140 But there was a White House Hanukkah party.

00:53:20.740 And I, at the last minute, wanted to go, because my friends were going.

00:53:25.880 And they said, oh, they'll let you into the Hanukkah party.

00:53:28.000 So they're being very strict this year about the parties.

00:53:30.620 But I called up the president's secretary.

00:53:32.920 Now, I'm his lawyer.

00:53:34.140 I'd walk into the residence three nights a week.

00:53:37.180 So I called Madeline, and I say, Madeline, could you give me two tickets to the Hanukkah party?

00:53:44.000 And she says, no, I can't, Mr. Mayor, because you're going to the Christmas party next week.

00:53:50.000 And Mrs. Trump said, we have to be very strict, because last year, numerous people were double and triply.

00:53:56.720 In other words, they would go to the Hanukkah party and two Christmas parties.

00:53:59.580 So we really would like his close friends to set a good example.

00:54:03.740 I said, oh, I understand that.

00:54:06.020 So then I said, well, I can call it.

00:54:07.240 I'll call the president.

00:54:08.320 And she'll just put me in.

00:54:09.580 I sat down.

00:54:09.980 Let me have some fun.

00:54:10.960 I said, Madeline, but I have to go.

00:54:13.960 She said, well, why?

00:54:14.700 I said, I'm half Jewish.

00:54:16.700 She said, I didn't know that.

00:54:19.040 I said, how did you think I got elected mayor?

00:54:21.660 How do you think, Marilyn, a Republican could get elected in New York if he wasn't Jewish? 0.87

00:54:26.400 She said, oh, what's that?

00:54:27.780 I said, my mother.

00:54:29.820 My father, you know, was Italian.

00:54:31.540 My mother was Jewish.

00:54:32.280 And she said, OK, well, I'll put you down.

00:54:34.140 And I got the ticket.

00:54:34.820 And there's a little record there saying, half Jewish.

00:54:37.920 Well, if your mother was a Jewish one.

00:54:40.440 Well, she wasn't.

00:54:41.060 No, he lied.

00:54:41.860 He lied.

00:54:42.120 Oh, he lied.

00:54:42.840 I love it.

00:54:43.440 Well, that makes you really jealous.

00:54:44.320 It was a little.

00:54:44.960 It was a little.

00:54:45.540 Uh-oh.

00:54:46.100 Uh-oh.

00:54:46.620 I hope the statute of limitations ran.

00:54:48.900 That guy Smith is going to come after me now.

00:54:50.940 Fannie Lewis is going to indict you again. 1.00

00:54:52.300 Wait.

00:54:52.700 Will you wait until I finish the interview, FBI, please?

00:54:54.940 I could get invited to one White House.

00:54:56.220 There's no reason to knock down the door with a, you don't need those machine guns to arrest me.

00:55:01.740 I wish I could get invited to an effing Hanukkah party at the White House for once in my life.

00:55:06.880 I tell you what, the right things happen.

00:55:08.860 The right things happen.

00:55:09.740 I'll guarantee you an invitation.

00:55:13.100 OK.

00:55:13.700 In 20, what would it be, 2025?

00:55:16.100 OK.

00:55:17.000 Yeah.

00:55:17.440 I'm holding you to it.

00:55:18.700 I had to ask you a couple of questions.

00:55:19.620 Because you mentioned people flipping.

00:55:23.040 Were you, I don't know what you can and can't talk about.

00:55:25.200 Were you talking about Jenna Ellis and Meadows or?

00:55:28.300 Well, I don't know, actually.

00:55:29.480 You don't know.

00:55:30.040 I don't know.

00:55:31.080 Do we have to worry?

00:55:31.280 I don't know the truth of what they're doing.

00:55:33.720 Let's get some predictions.

00:55:34.780 Because I'm just saying, we've had Michael Cohen.

00:55:39.400 We have this crazy woman who says Trump jumped over the, like he's a, it's like Harrison Ford in Air Force One.

00:55:48.980 Die hard? 0.96

00:55:49.620 Oh, her. 0.96

00:55:50.400 Yeah.

00:55:50.740 He jumped over.

00:55:51.940 He jumped over.

00:55:52.880 There's a whole barrier there.

00:55:53.900 I don't even think a body could fit through it.

00:55:56.400 But according to her, he jumped from the back seat of the limousine to the front seat, knocked a Secret Service agent aside and grabbed the wheel.

00:56:04.700 Yeah.

00:56:05.360 Yes.

00:56:05.920 Like he's, you know, I said he's Harrison Ford in Air Force One.

00:56:08.760 Yeah.

00:56:09.840 But this woman, I don't remember her.

00:56:13.360 No one does.

00:56:14.620 She's making all kinds of allegations against me that are completely absurd.

00:56:17.580 I, I, I groped her in front of a hundred people. 1.00

00:56:20.440 Jeez.

00:56:20.880 I didn't know about that one.

00:56:22.140 In front of a hundred people.

00:56:23.600 And I, somehow I, she had, she had a, a coat on because it was zero degrees out.

00:56:29.780 And I put my hands all the way up her dress and her coat, which means I would have to have gone down on my knees. 0.99

00:56:36.320 Oh my God.

00:56:37.180 And, and, and, and, and, you know, and the press writes it like it's true.

00:56:42.000 It's completely untrue.

00:56:43.520 She never mentioned it until she wrote her book.

00:56:46.000 I mean, she testified a hundred times, didn't remember it.

00:56:48.360 She put it in a book because that's one of the things she featured to sell her book. 0.99

00:56:52.460 Now I know how crooked the publishing industry is because when I published my book, they wanted me to put two or three things in it that weren't true.

00:56:58.040 And I told them, I'm not going to do it. 0.98

00:57:00.800 I'm going to hell with you. 0.99

00:57:01.660 It's my book. 0.99

00:57:02.560 It's my reputation and I'm not going to do it.

00:57:05.540 I'd rather not sell any books.

00:57:07.400 And this happens all the time.

00:57:09.980 The, the, I usually tell people with these crappy books, the worst part of the book, you don't need to read it.

00:57:15.480 The worst part of the book is advertised to sell it.

00:57:18.740 The rest of it is probably just have one.

00:57:21.260 Right.

00:57:21.340 But then have you know, that brings me to how many of these Democrat supporters and Democrats themselves, women have brought false rape allegations against the Republicans and they never get punished for it. 0.98

00:57:37.420 But then the one credible rape allegation, Tara Reid, they call her a liar. 1.00

00:57:44.580 Right.

00:57:44.980 With Biden.

00:57:45.480 Yeah.

00:57:46.220 There's the same degree of evidence and probably more on that one as all of the other ones.

00:57:53.740 No, there was no evidence.

00:57:55.440 Yeah.

00:57:55.580 There's just an allegation.

00:57:56.840 Yeah.

00:57:56.980 And in fact, there was someone contradicting.

00:57:58.620 Right.

00:57:59.920 Yeah.

00:58:00.360 I mean, there's, I mean, it's a totally.

00:58:04.500 Police state.

00:58:05.500 It's a, it's a totally two-tiered system.

00:58:08.780 Right.

00:58:09.700 There are two systems of justice.

00:58:11.520 Right.

00:58:11.760 Which means there's no justice because there can never be two systems of justice.

00:58:15.680 The minute you have two systems of justice, it means that one group is getting injustice.

00:58:19.640 That's right.

00:58:20.880 How about Trump is indicted for moving papers around Mar-a-Lago?

00:58:26.720 The other guy isn't indicted and Trump has a arguable right to take those papers as a president.

00:58:33.040 Right.

00:58:33.480 The other guy was vice president.

00:58:35.080 No right to take any papers out of the White House.

00:58:37.520 He took them as senator.

00:58:39.220 It's a criminal for a senator to do it.

00:58:41.960 And he has them.

00:58:43.820 He has them in every place that I can.

00:58:46.280 China.

00:58:46.680 That I can.

00:58:47.280 Has them every place where it had access to the people paying him.

00:58:50.840 Chinatown.

00:58:51.380 Two institutes that are funded by China.

00:58:53.340 And his garage.

00:58:55.280 Next to a guy who was a business partner of the spy chief of China.

00:58:59.220 His son.

00:58:59.620 Oh, I didn't know that.

00:59:00.560 His son.

00:59:01.160 I'll show you the picture.

00:59:02.100 His son passed those documents every day for a year.

00:59:05.080 Wow.

00:59:05.440 And he was the closest guy to China.

00:59:08.480 And there are entries in the hard drive that look like intelligence reports reprinted by Hunter.

00:59:20.000 Wow.

00:59:20.720 And he couldn't have written these.

00:59:23.600 So, there's at least probable cause to believe that his was not just a dispute over who owns these documents.

00:59:34.320 But he was doing it to give some value to the country that gave him $30 million.

00:59:40.680 I mean, they gave his family $30 million.

00:59:43.540 And they expect us to go, you know, around like business as usual.

00:59:49.120 It's scarier than hell.

00:59:50.860 You and I remember the Cold War.

00:59:53.600 Imagine, let's pick a Republican and a Democrat.

00:59:56.200 Suppose Russia had given $20 million to Kennedy or to Reagan.

01:00:02.360 Yeah.

01:00:03.140 And he didn't tell us about it.

01:00:04.880 And we found out about it.

01:00:06.120 And Pete stepped out.

01:00:06.720 I think they'd have been put in jail for the rest of their lives.

01:00:09.900 Or hung.

01:00:10.820 Yeah.

01:00:11.080 No matter how popular they were.

01:00:12.620 I mean, if they were convicted of treason.

01:00:13.120 And I'm picking the two most popular of their party.

01:00:16.180 Every Democrat would have turned on Kennedy in those days.

01:00:18.580 And every Republican would have turned on Reagan.

01:00:20.460 Right.

01:00:20.940 No matter how much they loved him.

01:00:22.480 It's unthinkable that they would have taken money from the Soviet Union.

01:00:25.820 It's unthinkable that his family took money from China and we made him president.

01:00:30.160 Yeah.

01:00:31.240 Wow.

01:00:31.500 And then we can see the decisions that he makes that are pro-China or anti-American.

01:00:36.340 Which is all of them.

01:00:37.960 Right.

01:00:39.280 Well...

01:00:39.560 What's the Ukraine deal?

01:00:41.080 I mean...

01:00:41.820 I don't...

01:00:42.240 I don't know.

01:00:42.780 There are so many things I want to ask you.

01:00:44.420 What about the movie, Dinesh D'Souza, Police State?

01:00:48.680 Well, Police State is, unfortunately, about as true as you can be.

01:00:56.420 And it's a movie that if I saw it 10 years ago, I would have told you that could never happen.

01:01:01.140 I would have said to you...

01:01:02.540 I'd have been like...

01:01:03.460 I probably would have gone crazy.

01:01:04.980 That never happened in America.

01:01:06.160 That's crazy. 0.87

01:01:07.040 Those are the crazy conspiracy theorists.

01:01:08.820 Right. 0.89

01:01:09.420 Now I'm a crazy conspiracy theorist.

01:01:11.300 Welcome to the winning team.

01:01:12.380 And also, it gets very bad because now you can give me any conspiracy, and I even know

01:01:16.660 it sounds crazy, but I'll just say, well, let's just wait a minute and examine it.

01:01:21.400 You heard about Antarctica?

01:01:22.980 No, I won't go into it.

01:01:24.560 But I mean, I'm obsessed with all that stuff.

01:01:27.380 But what are we going to do?

01:01:29.580 We're going to vote him out of office.

01:01:32.700 That's what we're going to do.

01:01:33.740 Well, will we even be around for an election?

01:01:36.660 I mean, you know...

01:01:37.400 I know, Roseanne.

01:01:38.580 Look what's happening.

01:01:38.860 It is...

01:01:40.080 Do you think Trump's going to go to jail?

01:01:41.620 Are you worried about your case?

01:01:43.000 I mean...

01:01:44.180 I don't think so.

01:01:45.280 I don't think so.

01:01:47.440 I don't think they could get to the point...

01:01:50.180 Well, if you take the case in Georgia, it's hard to see how they could get to the point

01:01:52.940 of trying the case before the election because they got three in front of it.

01:01:55.740 But in any event, even if they tried one or two of these cases against him, the appeal

01:02:04.940 wouldn't be over by then.

01:02:07.100 And I'm just hoping that Trump's lawyers take a case to the federal court, put them all together

01:02:15.700 from what I call it a book.

01:02:19.080 We're on about chapter 10 of Let's Frame Trump.

01:02:22.300 It started with Russian collusion, then the hard drive being Russian disinformation, for

01:02:29.700 which I was...

01:02:30.380 I'm suing Biden for defamation.

01:02:33.080 I'm suing Biden for defamation because during the second debate, he said, I'm a Russian pawn

01:02:36.800 by name.

01:02:37.320 Right.

01:02:37.680 Twice.

01:02:38.060 He did.

01:02:39.240 He knew I wasn't when he said it.

01:02:41.280 Yeah.

01:02:41.560 That's defamation.

01:02:42.440 They had validated that hard drive eight months before.

01:02:46.400 They knew it was valid before I did.

01:02:48.540 So they knew it wasn't Russian disinformation and he said it anyway, but that stuck with

01:02:55.500 me for 17 months and with him.

01:02:58.780 So they've tried so many attempts that I want them to put it together in one suit and say,

01:03:04.480 hey, it's quite clear they violated his civil rights and all these cases should be dismissed.

01:03:08.880 They're not even crimes.

01:03:10.160 I mean...

01:03:11.540 And they're so poorly written.

01:03:13.240 Yeah.

01:03:13.700 I mean, the one in Georgia, he's questioning an election.

01:03:19.620 His four lawyers are indicted for representing a man who's questioning an election and giving

01:03:25.900 him the benefit of the doubt.

01:03:26.980 What am I supposed to do?

01:03:27.560 Not believe him?

01:03:28.900 I mean, people represent terrorists.

01:03:32.440 Yeah.

01:03:33.140 And we believe that's a sacred right that they have.

01:03:35.860 A president doesn't have the right to have counsel that's on his side.

01:03:42.700 I know.

01:03:43.720 And no jury. 0.96

01:03:44.280 I've got to agree with the anti-American swine in the newspapers. 0.94

01:03:50.760 Yeah. 0.96

01:03:51.240 No kidding.

01:03:51.980 I mean, they've taken away all of his constitutional rights.

01:03:55.440 They can do that to the ex-president.

01:03:58.340 Well, they did it while he was the president, too.

01:03:59.740 How about when they searched my office, not my house, they searched my law office?

01:04:04.560 Yeah.

01:04:04.840 I have other clients.

01:04:06.220 Right.

01:04:06.960 Now, you know what the result of that was?

01:04:09.640 A year and a half later, they send a letter to the grand jury.

01:04:12.540 They couldn't find probable cause that I committed a crime.

01:04:15.380 Right.

01:04:15.940 Well, then what was the probable cause?

01:04:19.440 For the search.

01:04:20.200 For the search.

01:04:20.860 Right.

01:04:22.240 Did you lose it?

01:04:24.420 I mean, did Ray drop it somewhere?

01:04:28.460 What about the Patriot Act that made all that stuff possible?

01:04:32.620 Yeah, you know.

01:04:33.460 What are we going to do about it?

01:04:34.640 Can we do anything?

01:04:35.780 Yeah.

01:04:35.980 We're going to have to moderate that law.

01:04:38.700 And the law does give superpowers.

01:04:41.980 But we did that thinking we could entrust that to honest people to protect us.

01:04:48.100 Some of those things are very valuable if used by honest and honorable people and very dangerous.

01:04:54.840 And it's a shame because when we cut those back, which we're going to have to do, we're going to be not as safe in a certain way.

01:05:02.020 Yeah.

01:05:02.380 But when you think of the daily erosion of our rights as against the one attack that might protect us from, we have to do it.

01:05:10.980 Yeah, absolutely.

01:05:11.600 Because we're not America.

01:05:14.900 Right now, certain parts of America are not America anymore.

01:05:20.240 New York is not America.

01:05:22.300 New York City is a democratic dictatorship.

01:05:26.000 Right down to the judges.

01:05:28.980 And that was part of the problem with the case.

01:05:31.280 And they were smart enough to do their cheating on the home field.

01:05:37.860 They did their cheating and think, right, crooked Philadelphia, crooked Detroit, crooked Atlanta, crooked Maricopa County.

01:05:47.480 Right.

01:05:47.800 Milwaukee, crooked Milwaukee.

01:05:53.060 They didn't do it in places that are Republican or places that are neutral, that are in between, that go back and forth.

01:05:59.900 These are places where the Democrat Party, like, they didn't need Chicago.

01:06:03.580 They could have used Chicago.

01:06:04.640 They didn't have to.

01:06:06.040 It's been Democrats for 58 years.

01:06:08.580 And all it has done is deteriorate.

01:06:10.220 I remember the riots in Baltimore and the congressman who represented Baltimore got up and said, nothing's been done for this area of Baltimore in 40 years.

01:06:30.400 Well, he had been the congressman for 20 years and his family had become millionaires.

01:06:34.940 Oh, my God.

01:06:36.080 And I know that game because as mayor of New York, I replaced a mayor like that.

01:06:41.360 I replaced a mayor who became a multimillionaire, although he had never worked outside of government.

01:06:47.340 He became a multimillionaire because of bribes paid for inner city broadcasting for cable television in New York.

01:06:55.460 He was one of the people that could vote cable.

01:06:58.040 And he got a company created for him.

01:07:01.160 And the company was a shell company, and then they eventually sold it to Time Warner.

01:07:07.480 I mean, a lot of that original cable business is dirty as you can get.

01:07:12.560 I mean, there were a couple of big trials, but in New York, it was so dirty.

01:07:17.140 And the Democratic politicians in New York fought over the millions they were going to get. 0.68

01:07:22.380 New York was one of the last places to get cable.

01:07:24.660 New York City, because our politicians, the crooks who ran New York, all Democrats, couldn't agree on the millions they were going to get.

01:07:33.580 Eventually, David Dinkins got a couple of million, and he walks out and he tells his secretary, I finally became a millionaire.

01:07:40.660 And the secretary was ready to testify against him.

01:07:43.980 And they even had a document that almost conclusively proved it.

01:07:47.680 And the U.S. attorney wouldn't bring the case because he's afraid there'd be a riot.

01:07:50.560 They control every aspect of the black community's lives. 1.00

01:07:57.140 Yeah, and it's the blacks who have been left behind. 0.95

01:08:02.300 So you have a very vital middle class, even rich black community now.

01:08:07.060 And I believe that over time, and this is one of the things that a Trump victory will do,

01:08:12.100 I believe they're going to start losing some of that, which is why they're bringing in the... 0.94

01:08:15.560 You know, in New York, a lot of people in America don't know this, but this is really sinister.

01:08:20.940 The New York City Council has voted to allow non-citizens to vote.

01:08:25.340 I know.

01:08:26.100 So they're getting ready for this.

01:08:27.860 Now, it's been held up because it's hopefully unconstitutional.

01:08:31.440 It is.

01:08:32.240 But then they'll try to change the Constitution.

01:08:34.560 But that's their big goal.

01:08:36.880 They know you can't keep people in subjection forever because even if these people are poor

01:08:44.340 and even if these people are hidden from things, it's a big world and they're seeing what's going on.

01:08:49.440 So they're going to lose that eventually.

01:08:51.740 And I think they're on the way to losing the Hispanic vote.

01:08:54.700 I do too.

01:08:55.140 And I hope that all the immigrants who are here illegally, if they are allowed to vote,

01:09:00.880 please vote for Trump because, you know, he doesn't want you to live like the place you came from.

01:09:06.660 Right.

01:09:07.520 Fabulous.

01:09:08.120 Well said.

01:09:09.280 Very well said.

01:09:10.820 God bless you.

01:09:12.120 You're a treasure.

01:09:13.780 You're a treasure and I loved having you here.

01:09:16.080 Thank you.

01:09:17.300 Rudy Giuliani.

01:09:18.820 See you next time.

01:09:20.020 Why we were so nervous about having Rudy is because we're Jewish, so we're extremely paranoid,

01:09:29.420 especially what's going on in the world.

01:09:31.380 We're so scared of everything.

01:09:33.560 And so my son was like, he's really Jewish.

01:09:36.660 Because he's about to be a father of two quickly in a few months.

01:09:41.720 But he said, I think we're getting catfish.

01:09:44.660 I don't think this is Rudy Giuliani.

01:09:46.980 I didn't.

01:09:47.380 And we tried.

01:09:48.480 He goes, I've tried to call them and they haven't called me back.

01:09:52.180 And I think we're getting catfish.

01:09:53.740 I did a whole.

01:09:54.600 I did an elaborate scheme.

01:09:56.420 Now I can tell you guys.

01:09:56.960 But he was pacing, sleepless.

01:09:59.100 Well, hold on.

01:09:59.120 I called.

01:09:59.800 I said, we have to pre-interview the mayor just so I could hear your voice and make sure

01:10:03.140 it was you.

01:10:03.580 Make sure it was me.

01:10:03.720 It was you.

01:10:04.200 That's why I did that call.

01:10:05.280 And then today when you guys were showing up late, I was like, I got tricked by AI.

01:10:09.760 Oh my goodness.

01:10:10.960 I said, Rudy, and they're not going to show up.

01:10:12.760 It's my fault.

01:10:14.100 No, it's okay.

01:10:15.100 And we got to the bridge, right?

01:10:17.000 The first bridge.

01:10:17.700 I understand.

01:10:18.280 You know what I did?

01:10:19.280 I said, Ted, let's go to the other bridge.

01:10:22.400 And then it turned out that the other bridge was more crowded than that bridge.

01:10:25.460 And of course, the two ladies didn't let me forget it. 1.00

01:10:29.540 We were so scared.

01:10:31.000 We're like, we got catfish on my birthday.

01:10:33.220 They let me know.

01:10:34.980 I said, he goes, what are we going to do if he doesn't show up?

01:10:38.140 And I go, well, let's give him this.

01:10:40.540 He's an older man.

01:10:43.200 I'm an alcoholic, too.

01:10:45.180 Are you?

01:10:46.100 No.

01:10:47.120 I am.

01:10:47.920 I am.

01:10:48.500 I'm accusing you.

01:10:49.340 I'm accusing you.

01:10:50.540 Well, anyway, I'm glad you're really here.

01:10:53.540 Oh, you don't drink?

01:10:54.300 I do drink, but I'm not an alcoholic.

01:10:55.540 Oh, good, because I do drink, too.

01:10:58.420 I love wine.

01:11:00.220 Okay, I love wine, too.

01:11:01.300 Thank you for not catfishing us, Mayor.
