00:06:11.320 government has sent this to arbitration, or at least tried to send this to arbitration. They're

00:06:17.580 in the very early process of trying to get this thing solved, even though they probably could

00:06:22.760 have stepped in when negotiations were falling apart with arbitration at that stage, but chose

00:06:28.700 not to. Why? Well, Justin Trudeau would have you believe that he wants the parties to be able to

00:06:35.080 work things out on their own. And that's an interesting thought. I think that's the way

00:06:39.220 it should be as well. But what are his real motivations? Now, tonight, I'm going to get
