00:01:30.000 Thank you.
00:02:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:02:30.000 We'll be right back.
00:03:00.000 We'll be right back.
00:03:30.000 so where are we live connect telegram shadow davis.com rumble x twitch youtube and facebook
00:03:43.160 we're streaming to seven different locations tonight for goodness sake surely you can find
00:03:47.820 one of them and share it get it out there to as many people as you possibly can right right
00:04:00.000 hey there everybody welcome to shadow at night is tuesday august the 6th 2024 i have a
00:04:23.280 a special message for those of you who are watching in winnipeg tonight especially winnipeg
00:04:28.560 tonight of course for everybody i mean we're all one big happy family here but everybody in
00:04:33.840 winnipeg specifically tonight and everybody in edmonton specifically tonight we're going to
00:04:38.960 discuss 15-minute cities i know that the people in edmonton went through some public consultations
00:04:44.560 a couple of months ago and i'm not sure how that went i know the city held three public consultations
00:04:50.640 back to back to back in may and that's the last i've heard of it nobody who lives in that area
00:04:57.280 has managed to follow up as to what happened what the city did i know they made an amendment
00:05:03.680 saying that they weren't going to limit your use of public streets but i don't know if there was
00:05:11.440 anything else included in the amendment to this proposal this 15-minute city proposal which of
00:05:17.680 course they don't call every 15-minute city proposal in almost every city is called something
00:05:25.520 different so you have to look very closely but ultimately when they roll out a plan like this
00:05:30.480 i mean we're we're razor sharp right now our senses are razor sharp right now we know they're
00:05:36.000 up to something in winnipeg what they're doing is they're doing the bare minimum of two public
00:05:41.440 consultations one is coming up on thursday of this week two o'clock in niverville which is a
00:05:47.280 town about 15 or 20 minutes south of the city they've already done one and that's it that's
00:05:51.760 That's all they're going to do.
00:05:53.540 There was an article written in the Winnipeg Sun about this by my friend Marty Gold.
00:05:57.040 We'll get to that in just a second.
00:05:59.600 And there are a few freedom and truth groups around town who are trying to do something
00:06:06.920 about this in terms of attending the meeting.
00:06:09.420 But other than that, I haven't heard any real concrete pushback plans, at least not yet.
00:06:15.440 I know what we need to do.
00:06:18.080 We're going to try and get Maggie Hope Braun involved as well, of course, with Kickley.
00:06:22.060 She has become an expert at all things ICLEI, all things Partnership for Climate Protection
00:06:29.080 and the Canadian Federation of Municipalities and ICLEI's involvement in those partnerships
00:06:38.320 in 400 communities all across our country.
00:06:41.800 But when they try to do it to major cities, and they do write it in very flowery, benign
00:06:48.160 language so as to make it seem like it's no big deal.
00:06:53.020 This is no big deal.
00:06:54.020 We're not really going to do anything here at all.
00:06:55.920 Well then why do you need such a comprehensive plan that's 147 pages long?
00:07:02.760 I know there's a lot of people who have been asking me, Shadow, how come you don't talk
00:07:06.260 about this?
00:07:07.260 How come you don't talk about this?
00:07:08.260 You're in Winnipeg.
00:07:09.260 How come you don't talk about this?
00:07:10.260 thing is i'm in winnipeg sometimes i'm not in winnipeg all the time and just because i'm based
00:07:18.260 in winnipeg much of the time does not mean this show is just about winnipeg i want you guys to
00:07:24.340 understand that this is a worldwide crisis this is a worldwide show and we do have other things
00:07:29.540 we're going to cover tonight ken lee is a respected businessman has been in winnipeg for the past 30
00:07:36.660 or 40 years. I got together with him for a coffee last week. We discussed this. He has gone through
00:07:41.220 this plan with a fine-tooth comb. He spoke at the last public meeting in Winnipeg, I believe
00:07:46.520 week before last, and hopefully he gets to speak at the meeting in Niverville on Thursday.
00:07:52.980 So like and share this. Get this out to as many people as we possibly can. Marty Gold of the
00:07:58.200 Great Canadian Talk Show has written a fantastic op-ed in the Winnipeg Sun. It appeared this past
00:08:03.940 weekend on sunday we're going to get to that in just a second hello joyce watching in winnipeg
00:08:09.200 lena's watching in london ontario john how are you doing tonight val is watching in medicine
00:08:14.640 hat robert's watching uh from somewhere i don't know where exactly i'm sure that you've probably
00:08:19.960 mentioned it already robert but i missed your comment because i was too busy yapping hello kim
00:08:24.240 uh watching up in swan river i think diane is watching tonight in regina and jj is watching
00:08:33.800 as well don't forget guys this is of the utmost importance to get this show out to as many people
00:08:39.420 as we possibly can it seems as though meta for some reason i can't figure out has released their
00:08:45.320 stranglehold on this page at least for now the shares impressions views they're all up it's
00:08:53.120 incredible i don't know why this is happening maybe they've decided to stop punishing me
00:08:57.600 maybe it has something to do with the government of canada i have no idea i'm happy it's happened
00:09:02.660 because we can reach more people this way.
00:09:04.420 So when you like and share on Facebook,
00:09:06.600 hopefully we can get an audience larger than 353 live viewers right now.
00:09:12.080 Of course, this show goes through incredible growth in the 48 hours
00:09:16.180 after it goes off the air each night,
00:09:18.120 meaning that it gets anywhere between 10, 15, sometimes 20,000 views
00:09:22.260 on the one platform alone.
00:09:24.020 And then, of course, there's X.
00:09:25.100 If you're watching on X tonight, hello.
00:09:26.580 Don't forget to get this out there, reshare, repost, and heart it.
00:09:30.660 If you're watching on Rumble tonight, it's a thumbs up.
00:09:32.480 let's get it out to as many as we can in the rumble community we're also streaming live on
00:09:36.980 youtube tonight um on twitch and telegram and of course shadow davis.com we'll continue

00:10:48.400 trick you with it they go to bed maybe they they wet their toothpaste underneath the tap or their
00:10:53.640 toothbrush underneath the tap and you can't be sure if they're lying or not but you don't want
00:10:59.280 accuse them of lying because it'll it'll mess them up whatever this stuff they will like the
00:11:06.660 bubble berry especially canadananosilver.ca if you want to become a retailer of these awesome
00:11:12.360 products get a hold of kevin and anna through the contact tab at canadananosilver.ca and there's
00:11:17.720 retail locations like over 30 scattered all across the country all right let's begin with this i put
00:11:23.920 up a post on social media yesterday regarding the market crash and saying this is the very
00:11:29.080 beginning of the destabilization of the economies of the west and the currencies as well they're
00:11:34.840 trying to make their cbdc happen and i think they're on a very strict timeline right now i
00:11:41.040 believe that they want to get everything jammed in in the next 12 months but that's a different
00:11:45.920 conversation altogether so here's a story from the guardian today that says well it looks like
00:11:52.640 we've got a partial recovery here but analysts are saying we're not out of the woods yet my
00:11:58.180 My analysis of this is very simple, and that is with the bloodbath that world markets experienced yesterday, and if I'm you, I'm not looking at my RRSP or anything that you've got invested. Don't look at that yet. Wait for a couple of weeks for it to rebound.
00:12:13.500 what happens generally speaking after one of these bloodbats is that of course the stocks
00:12:20.400 will rebound the next day because there's predators out there there's sharks right
00:12:24.000 they're going all right i can buy ibm at ten dollars and then of course it goes back up the
00:12:30.900 more people buy this could be a false flag i'm not saying it's a government false flag or a cia
00:12:38.280 false flag i'm saying it's a market false flag right what you need to do if you're really
00:12:42.980 interested in this stuff is learn how to read those charts every stock has got a top end and
00:12:48.660 a bottom end and this is how it trends throughout the course of say three months six months twelve
00:12:53.460 months right when it hits the top of its trending point generally it'll bounce back down not by much
00:13:00.900 but it'll bounce back down what happened here did we have a power surge or something
00:13:05.380 i'm not sure if you guys can still see me
00:13:07.060 Oh my goodness, I'm going to have to go and restart my camera.
00:13:16.760 This is insane.
00:13:18.020 All right, so let's do this.
00:13:37.060 Thank you.
00:14:07.060 Thank you.
00:14:37.060 Thank you.
00:15:07.060 Thank you.
00:15:37.060 Thank you.
00:16:07.060 Thank you.
00:16:37.060 Thank you.
00:17:07.060 Okay, so here we are.
00:17:37.060 we're back
00:17:42.380 just wondering if you're going to hear me okay
00:17:45.000 yeah i'm getting texts from all over the place i understand so you guys
00:17:56.180 you can hear me now and you can see me now and everything's good
00:17:59.860 okay you know it's very worrisome
00:18:03.000 when my computer is absolutely fine all day and then I start the show and suddenly
00:18:09.300 some kind of a weird short circuit happens. Now, I'm not sure exactly how long you couldn't hear
00:18:17.900 me for. So I'm going to start again and we're talking about the 15-minute city plan here.
00:18:26.080 This is the Winnipeg version of the 15-minute city plan. All right, you guys have got me then.
00:18:30.680 okay and all of the other i'm sorry guys but when i have to do something like this what generally
00:18:37.880 happens is it cuts off the feed to all the platforms and i have to re-establish contact
00:18:42.740 with rumble with facebook with youtube with twitch and the website and so on and so on and so on
00:18:49.360 but it appears in this situation um i'm okay so anyway 10 minutes it wasn't 10 minutes for
00:18:57.860 goodness sake charlene may have been i had a glitch and then you couldn't hear me i mean and
00:19:04.920 there was a blackout on the screen for from my end i couldn't see anything weird anyway anyway
00:19:11.400 we're talking about the 15 minute city situation that winnipeg is facing right now i was talking
00:19:17.420 the diabolical nature is this happening again
00:19:21.940 where I'm frozen all of a sudden on the screen now?
00:19:36.460 Okay, so this is, this is brutal. This is brutal. We're getting freezing here all over the place.
00:19:47.140 All right. So I think it has to do with this particular site that I'm sharing here, but I'm going to throw this up on the screen and see. So you guys, five minutes. All right. So you guys can hear me and see me. That's good. All right. So this is the regional plan, the regional 15-minute city plan for the city of Winnipeg.
00:20:10.320 Okay. So we were at the diabolical nature of the way they're presenting this to the city, which is hardly at all. They've done two meetings. By law, they have to do two public consultations. They've done one. They've got one coming up in Niverville.
00:20:25.360 and they've hardly talked about this plan at all now in my estimation if you're so proud of
00:20:32.580 something that you've put together a year two years three years five years in the making whatever it
00:20:37.040 is and you believe it's absolutely necessary for the city to adopt this plan for the climate
00:20:43.700 for goodness sakes it's about the climate it's about making the city more efficient greener
00:20:49.420 then don't you think you'd be trumpeting from the rooftops don't you think that you would be going
00:20:54.500 you know what? This plan is so good, I want to make sure that all the media, I would be taking
00:21:00.600 ads out, billboards, the whole thing. I would be pushing this plan down the throats of every person
00:21:06.260 that lives in that city because this plan is just that good. No, that's not what they're doing at
00:21:12.380 all. They're doing this under the cover of night. From the people I've spoken to, what we're
00:21:19.620 dealing with here are members of each council of each RM around the city of Winnipeg, just one
00:21:27.120 member from each council, whether it's a Reeve, a mayor, or just a councillor at large. And this
00:21:32.320 person has been instructed by this board, this Winnipeg Metropolitan Region Board, to not discuss
00:21:38.560 the meetings they have on the board with other council members. Why? If they're that proud of
00:21:46.540 a plan like this why are they only doing two public consultations and why are they doing this
00:21:51.860 in the dog days of summer when they know that people are paying the least amount attention
00:21:57.860 to the news they do all year maybe this and christmas time they're out frolicking in the
00:22:03.240 lakes they're at the cottage they're riding their jet skis they're riding their dirt bikes they're
00:22:08.460 doing fun summertime stuff they're not paying attention to the news and they know that
00:22:14.300 They absolutely know that.
00:22:18.300 That's really why they're doing it.
00:22:22.300 So let's continue.
00:22:26.300 When people find out what these planners have in store for them,
00:22:30.300 the eyes, their eyes, blaze with fire.
00:22:34.300 Case in point was the first public hearing about this plan, this Winnipeg
00:22:38.300 Metropolitan Region plan, on July the 25th.
00:22:42.300 More than 250 people showed up in the summer heat, concerned with the far-reaching proposals in Plan 2050, a regional plan for the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region.
00:22:53.020 The WMR is a private corporation.
00:22:57.220 It's a private corporation that has been gifted the powers of government by the province of Manitoba.
00:23:05.320 a private corporation made up of mayor scott gillingham of winnipeg and politicians from
00:23:14.240 seventeen surrounding rural municipalities and districts they're called the capital planning
00:23:18.640 region winnipeg city planners spoke glowingly in favor of the thirty-year plan which was the first
00:23:24.480 red flag because city planners are generally far lefties they're you know green everything's green
00:23:30.000 green green bicycle paths bicycle paths yay the manitoba trucking association pointed out the
00:23:36.880 plan listed regional transit park and ride and active transportation as priorities for metro
00:23:43.200 road access but not service vehicles or emergency vehicles or trucks hauling everything you buy
00:23:49.920 and need metro road access but not for service vehicles just for regional transit park and ride
00:23:58.880 and active transportation whatever they mean by that what does active transportation really mean
00:24:05.600 what does it mean cars trucks motorcycles or is it a certain kind of active transportation
00:24:14.080 the wmr policy will force municipalities to limit direct access to metro roads i'm sorry what
00:24:21.440 we'll say this again the wmr policy will force municipalities you guys you know what watching
00:24:29.320 this right now take a clip out of this show as i read this to you people need to see this i'll be
00:24:37.360 doing the same thing take a 15 second clip right out of the show right and do it make sure that
00:24:42.440 people make sure that people see this they don't have to suffer through all of those technical
00:24:46.420 difficulties we were having earlier.
00:24:49.540 The WMR policy will force municipalities to limit direct access to metro roads.
00:24:58.520 That would include trucks and other vehicles using a stretch of Pembeta Highway from south
00:25:02.860 of the perimeter to St. Norbert, where there's already homes and established businesses.
00:25:07.600 A manager of Terracon Builders questioned why there's been major changes to this document
00:25:12.720 and there's been little to no consideration with the stakeholder groups that I'm aware of, 0.73
00:25:17.020 which means every freaking person in this city.
00:25:21.420 This manager of Terracon explained the proposed land-use policies
00:25:25.080 would drive development costs so high that the new homes would be unaffordable.
00:25:31.600 Oh, really?
00:25:34.040 There's been a dramatic shift in language,
00:25:36.260 and density targets have been substantially altered.
00:25:38.900 Density targets.
00:25:39.660 Now they want to put 400 people for every square acre in the city.
00:25:44.840 400?
00:25:46.980 And if there's only two people living in your 2,000 square foot home,
00:25:50.700 they give themselves the power to come in and say,
00:25:52.680 you know what, you don't need that.
00:25:54.400 We're going to take it from you, or you have to sell it.
00:25:57.320 That's where this could end up.
00:25:59.720 I'm not saying it will, but I'm saying it could.
00:26:04.980 Ambiguity has been introduced in the interpretation and implementation, he said,
00:26:08.760 mentioning a shift to net density housing targets. Net density. A density manual is referenced
00:26:15.220 in the document, but I'm not sure that it's been made public or created even. How can
00:26:21.640 policy be crafted based on a supporting document that wasn't tabled and may not even exist?
00:26:28.640 Right?
00:26:32.040 The WMR wants to mandate cramming almost 400 people per acre in Winnipeg, while heavily
00:26:40.760 restricting gas-fueled vehicles and imposing land density rules that may threaten the rights
00:26:47.020 of property owners.
00:26:50.440 I'm going to say that again.
00:26:53.860 The WMR wants to mandate cramming almost 400 people per acre in Winnipeg while heavily
00:27:02.720 restricting gas-fueled vehicles and imposing land density rules that may, not necessarily
00:27:09.100 will, may threaten the rights of property owners.
00:27:13.880 You know it will.
00:27:15.520 But they have to use may, because maybe it won't.
00:27:20.240 What does that mean, Marty asks.
00:27:22.320 This was written again by Marty Gold of The Great Canadian Talk Show.
00:27:27.640 Kiss your car goodbye.
00:27:30.120 The bureaucrats will also tell you how big your yard can be,
00:27:34.460 how many multifamily homes must be in every new housing development
00:27:38.240 and outside of the city if you can dig a well.
00:27:44.220 And there are other rural concerns with the WMR scheme.
00:27:48.180 Mayor Peter Trujan of West St. Paul, apparently very opposed to this but still
00:27:53.160 sits on the board for some reason. Mayor Peter of West St. Paul says the new
00:27:59.160 agricultural agricultural land policy would mean that farmers won't be
00:28:03.360 planting until the end of May or the beginning of June instead of the
00:28:06.480 beginning of May which is you know the start of growing season. Winnipeg
00:28:11.820 accountant Ken Lee who I invited on the show tonight he politely declined but he
00:28:16.020 He will be appearing regarding this particular policy at some point soon, he and others.
00:28:22.820 Ken Lee spoke in opposition to the planning by-law and startled the board when he asked
00:28:27.520 the crowd at the hearing of about 250, how many people are here to oppose the plan?
00:28:33.340 Damn near everyone in the room stood up.
00:28:36.660 Keep to the presentation, provincially appointed chair Michael Moore said. 0.97
00:28:40.800 He was not elected to this board, Michael Moore is a board hopper.
00:28:44.260 He's been hopping boards, chairman of the, I think, the Trucking Association at one point,
00:28:49.600 the Construction Association at one point.
00:28:51.380 This guy's a professional board chairman.
00:28:55.800 Keep to the presentation, Michael Moore said.
00:28:59.520 Ken said, this is my presentation.
00:29:03.000 Then he continued to challenge the Metro plan point by point.
00:29:07.420 Noting the plan has so much insider jargon, like complete communities, that a glossary is included.
00:29:13.140 he asked why the plan states it will, quote, align with the objectives of the U.N. 2020
00:29:18.580 Sustainable Development Goals, like I don't think that appears in the Planning Act, Ken said. Good
00:29:24.720 for you, Ken. Lee questioned how an unelected board of a private corporation can seek equal
00:29:31.700 authority to the province, supersede city council, and regulate the lives of Winnipeg residents
00:29:36.940 and businesses, with Winnipeg having 85% of the regional population, but only one of the 18 WMR
00:29:45.700 board votes, and I think that's how it should be, because you're never going to get this stopped
00:29:49.960 with the city of Winnipeg. It's nothing but Marxists and bureaucrats who've been working
00:29:54.340 on this plan for many years. But anyway, Winnipeg gets one of 18 WMR votes, as many as the village
00:30:02.940 of Donator, Lee told the board, I'm not sure if that's democracy. Well, it's certainly not
00:30:06.940 representation by population, but whatever. A city spokesman confirmed that City Hall
00:30:12.640 did not hold a single public consultation to explain how a regional bylaw would affect
00:30:19.100 us. Meanwhile, the last public hearing is set for this Thursday at 3 o'clock, not 2
00:30:25.220 o'clock, my mistake, I said 2 o'clock earlier, 3 o'clock in Neverville, which the city also
00:30:31.180 hasn't told residents about it. And why is it in Neverville? I'm not dissing Neverville
00:30:37.980 at all, but don't you think it should be at a more central location? Anyway. Transparency
00:30:46.080 and openness are core attributes of Plan 2050, the WMR website says, claiming they engaged
00:30:51.960 a vast spectrum for input into the plan, including community advocates and civil society. Anybody
00:30:58.940 you know even heard of this thing before? They're lying. The WMR held a single open
00:31:08.020 house last November on a weekday to get input from 750,000 Winnipeggers on a regional plan.
00:31:15.460 Marty says, I asked what the input was and how many people attended but got no response
00:31:19.460 by the deadline this article had to be filed by. Marty also discovered that board minutes
00:31:24.620 excuse me are not available on their website
00:31:28.580 you can't see what was done
00:31:31.120 nobody is allowed
00:31:33.520 to see what these people talk about
00:31:36.780 so much for transparency and openness
00:31:39.800 the road to hell is paved with good intentions and scott gillingham
00:31:43.520 once again a former pentecostal minister
00:31:46.960 now mayor of winnipeg
00:31:48.760 that a member of the wmr executive
00:31:51.140 has only the best intentions i'm sure marty says tongue-in-cheek
00:31:55.380 since he wouldn't intentionally keep his citizens in the dark he needs to pause
00:31:58.760 this rushed approval process
00:32:01.280 and hold proper public consultations with the people of winnipeg
00:32:05.820 since the w m r
00:32:08.880 in twenty twenty one
00:32:10.220 mayor sheryl christian of west st paul told the media plant twenty fifty
00:32:14.220 will have significant impact on all businesses citizens and property owners
00:32:18.880 living within the winnipeg metro region boundaries
00:32:22.280 did gillingham ever warn us of that
00:32:25.360 ultimately
00:32:26.240 a policy shift
00:32:27.680 this moment is cannot be endorsed or promoted by a mayor who was elected by
00:32:31.520 only twenty seven percent of the population
00:32:34.200 that's a problem with us we are completely civically disengaged
00:32:38.920 we don't go vote
00:32:40.160 in civic elections and they are the most important of all of them
00:32:44.740 why don't we do that
00:32:47.460 I'm hoping that people are waking up, but I don't know.
00:32:52.460 Winnipeg must have a referendum on this, Marty says, and I echo. 0.99
00:32:57.580 If we can hold a referendum on something as minor as opening portage in Maine to pedestrian
00:33:01.880 traffic, citizens deserve a voice on something which will end up, uh, up and, sorry, the
00:33:06.560 entire city.
00:33:07.560 And I would tend to concur with that.
00:33:09.760 So again, and you want to know what, I'm still seeing that it's going to be this, uh,
00:33:15.020 I'm sorry, guys, that this meeting in Neverville is going to be happening
00:33:18.400 on Thursday at 2 o'clock, and I'm seeing people say 3 o'clock,
00:33:23.200 so just show up at 1.30.
00:33:25.040 And if you get there an hour and a half early, go get a bite to eat
00:33:27.600 or go to the cheese factory or something, get yourself some cheap cheese.
00:33:31.220 They've got some good cheese in New Bothwell,
00:33:32.860 which is like hop, skip, and a jump out of town there.
00:33:36.500 So, yeah, the plan is for the city of Winnipeg
00:33:41.460 and the 17 rural municipalities surrounding the city.
00:33:45.280 I'm not sure if it extends any further north than 50 miles,
00:33:49.880 any further east or west than about 50 miles,
00:33:53.080 and any further south than 50 miles.
00:33:55.080 But you can bet if you want to come into the zone
00:33:58.160 and you live outside the zone,
00:33:59.900 you will be affected with some kind of a toll
00:34:02.100 or maybe your vehicle, because it's a gas vehicle,
00:34:04.880 will not be allowed on any of the highways or freeways
00:34:10.100 roadways leading into the city
00:34:15.040 this is what happened in edmonton just a couple of months ago edmonton's urban
00:34:19.660 plan
00:34:21.980 uh... update derailed by fifteen minute conspiracy theory says counselor
00:34:26.140 conspiracy theory that's what it is conspiracy city council kicking off
00:34:30.420 three days of public consultation over district zoning planning that could
00:34:34.260 change the way edmonton's older neighborhoods are designed
00:34:37.400 While Council heard from those in favour Tuesday, the meeting is not without controversy.
00:34:41.500 The city's district plan would create 15 districts, essentially policy guidelines as Edmonton looks to grow to a population of 2 million,
00:34:50.060 to encourage housing and commercial densification in Edmonton neighbourhoods as well as transit,
00:34:55.080 the goal that people would have everything they need in their neighbourhood within a 15-minute walk or transit trip.
00:35:00.540 While Council heard from both those for the plans and those with proposed amendments,
00:35:04.440 Council also spent part of Tuesday hearing from some Edmontonians who believe a debunked conspiracy theory
00:35:10.400 that these 15-minute cities are designed to restrict people's movement or prevent people from driving their vehicles.
00:35:16.720 Councilors admit it's a challenge to get messaging through the misinformation.
00:35:20.960 How can they even say that when it's clearly stated in the Winnipeg plan,
00:35:26.640 and I'm sure the Edmonton plan is almost identical, that they will restrict your movement?
00:35:32.060 unless you're driving an electric car.
00:35:37.460 They forget to put in those little stipulations.
00:35:40.280 And I think people need to really understand what they're actually speaking on.
00:35:43.500 I think, unfortunately, a lot of the district plan in particular
00:35:46.780 have been derailed by 15-minute cities, conspiracy theories,
00:35:51.680 you know, world economic forums, et cetera.
00:35:53.900 At the end of the day, this is about land use.
00:35:55.740 What we need to do is make sure we give those folks a chance
00:35:58.500 to sort of express their viewpoint,
00:35:59.840 And at the same time, ask them questions about, you know, are there specific things in the policies that actually could materialize to what you think it would?
00:36:08.480 The district plan does create guidelines that allow more development, even high-rises near important connector streets.
00:36:14.980 Some sharing concerns about how development could impact Edmonton's wildlife, particularly birds, Melissa Penny hopes plans will include...
00:36:22.100 You know what? I can't even watch this.
00:36:23.900 because and the reason that I'm playing this for you you guys I want you to
00:36:29.420 understand something and and not just Winnipeg people who are being faced with
00:36:34.700 this Winnipeg municipal regional whatever this is going to happen in every city
00:36:41.840 and town as a matter of fact back in April Jasper the Council of Jasper was
00:36:48.140 pushing for Jasper to become a 15-minute city which makes no sense to
00:36:53.220 me, considering the fact that Jasper is a very small community. I mean, it might be a three-minute
00:36:58.240 city or a five-minute city. It's certainly not going to be a 15-minute city. I mean, Jasper
00:37:02.080 was a small, small place. But it's not about 15-minute cities and 15-minute neighborhoods.
00:37:08.220 It's about climate change. It's about control. That's what this is. It's about smarting your
00:37:15.300 city, smart cities. Look up smart, what smart really means, and you'll find out. I can't say
00:37:22.400 it here because we're on certain social media that would cut me off immediately if they haven't
00:37:27.400 already tried at some point tonight got a nice text here from our friend Anita Krishna uh who
00:37:33.960 says this stuff happened in tv because Anita worked in tv I worked in radio we had engineers
00:37:41.580 all over fixing things as we were going on live but you're all by yourself yes I am so thank you
00:37:47.420 Anita. I really appreciate that. That makes me feel better. Yeah, I am alone here, so
00:37:52.540 I have to fix these problems by myself. Anyway, never mind. Edmonton promises residents freedom
00:37:59.620 of movement to calm concerns around 15-minute cities. This came out at the end of June,
00:38:06.260 and this is on the left-wing corporate taxpayer-funded Marxist CBC. Edmonton City Council voted to,
00:38:13.960 and this is about a month after that video that we saw there from city tv
00:38:18.240 edmonton city council voted to move forward
00:38:21.280 on its district planning tuesday last
00:38:25.080 well making a change intended to call on some of the concerns around fifteen
00:38:29.120 minutes it is confusion and frustration permeated public hearing sessions as
00:38:33.200 counselors attempted to hash out the details
00:38:35.960 of a new district planning policy while addressing a wide range of concerns
00:38:39.340 brought forward by members of the public
00:38:42.500 case of this is the same thing that's going to happen in winnipeg and maybe
00:38:45.640 the city or town that you live in
00:38:47.520 people are gonna get out up in arms again a complaint they're gonna get
00:38:49.980 allowed they're gonna go to these planning committee meetings and all of
00:38:52.860 that stuff
00:38:55.620 the council is going to go ahead with the plan anyway with some small amendments
00:39:03.000 this is what happened
00:39:04.820 the policy and accompanying plans divide the city into fifteen districts
00:39:08.360 replacing a patchwork of individual neighborhood plants of which
00:39:11.740 are decades old
00:39:13.260 council passed second reading of the district policy and attend to vote
00:39:16.600 tuesday afternoon along with an amendment
00:39:19.240 that notes the plans would not restrict the movement of edmontonians the
00:39:23.260 amendment moved by counselor aaron packet and seconded by the mayor
00:39:27.560 uh... marxist globalist
00:39:29.420 uh... harry so he passed with a twelve zero vote
00:39:33.220 it reads as follows
00:39:35.000 and i'm sure the language is very ambiguous so they'll be able to do what
00:39:38.500 they want to do but let's let's see here
00:39:40.840 The district policy and district plan shall not restrict freedom of movement, association, and commerce in accordance with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:39:50.040 But that doesn't mean that you'll be able to drive your gas-powered car.
00:39:57.880 You see how diabolical?
00:39:59.580 The district policy and the district plan shall not restrict freedom of movement, association, and commerce in accordance with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
00:40:08.240 yeah sure you can go see your friends you just can't go in that car that gas powered car that
00:40:17.140 disgusting polluting beast you cannot drive that car that is what they're doing
00:40:23.480 and so what happens the people go yay they passed our amendment and they sit down and
00:40:31.200 they shut up and they think they've won when they have not
00:40:34.220 they haven't
00:40:39.220 maybe there's still
00:40:41.240 some kind of planning going on in Edmonton
00:40:43.760 but I haven't heard a thing
00:40:45.220 and that's why I brought that up
00:40:46.440 and that's why I'm telling you
00:40:49.700 right now
00:40:50.560 that it's fine to listen
00:40:52.280 there's a guy from Action for Canada
00:40:54.340 in Winnipeg who is working on some kind of a plan
00:40:57.360 I don't know what it is
00:40:58.320 and there's some other people around town
00:41:01.200 who are working on it
00:41:01.960 I certainly hope all the groups are finally working together as opposed to how everything wound up in the past because that just doesn't work.
00:41:10.200 You can go to the public meeting on Thursday, but I can guarantee you, no matter how many of you show up, and hopefully it's a strong showing,
00:41:19.780 these people are determined to move this plan forward, and one public consultation meeting is not going to change their mind.
00:41:28.560 not even if five thousand people show up it won't matter it won't matter do you know what matters to
00:41:36.080 these people their jobs and the only way to make them nervous is to fill their inbox with angry
00:41:49.200 but not threatening angry but not threatening emails letters you need to
00:41:59.040 get and this is not going to happen Maggie Hope Braun is hopefully going to
00:42:07.740 come in and work on this she's an expert at this stuff but this is not going to
00:42:12.660 happen guys within the city of Winnipeg like I said earlier and I hope you heard
00:42:17.580 this when i said it but if not i'll say it again the city of winnipeg council is based
00:42:22.540 on marxism pretty much i would guarantee you that at least half of the counselors currently sitting
00:42:30.580 are marxists not that they would call themselves that because marxist i'm not a marxist i'm a
00:42:37.360 globalist or i'm a progressive you're a marxist they are marxists they follow critical theory
00:42:45.320 and equity 0.96
00:42:47.680 and all of that crap 0.94
00:42:49.380 that we talked about 0.99
00:42:50.240 on the show last night
00:42:51.220 with Melanie
00:42:52.300 so, and the bureaucrats
00:42:56.220 working within the city
00:42:57.640 have been working on this plan
00:42:58.840 for quite some time
00:42:59.820 they're not going to just
00:43:01.340 stop
00:43:02.520 because 500 people
00:43:04.680 show up at a meeting
00:43:05.460 of course not
00:43:06.120 they want this to pass
00:43:08.040 what you need
00:43:09.120 and by the way
00:43:09.820 these councillors
00:43:10.660 they're not accessible anyway
00:43:12.120 you can't get to them
00:43:13.480 but here's what you can do
00:43:16.760 if you live in one of the rms one of the 17 surrounding rms of the city of winnipeg you
00:43:23.680 contact your reeve or your mayor or one of your counselors and i'm sure that you know
00:43:29.620 one of these people anyway personally chances are good that these counselors
00:43:36.640 in your RM
00:43:39.100 don't even know this plan exists.
00:43:42.600 And if they do,
00:43:43.840 they probably haven't read it.
00:43:45.040 They go, yeah, I've heard about that, whatever.
00:43:47.340 Was there a vote? No.
00:43:49.620 But you see, this
00:43:50.420 private
00:43:51.720 committee has been given
00:43:54.900 their powers by the province of Manitoba.
00:43:58.500 So they're
00:43:59.220 empowered, just like government officials
00:44:01.220 are.
00:44:02.880 Just like Dr.
00:44:04.840 rusin was during the the pandemic to make decisions these people can do that as a private
00:44:11.720 organization it's sickening i'm not sure it may be unconstitutional it may not even be legal i'm not
00:44:18.280 sure what we need to do is have a lawyer look at this first things first and see if we can get an
00:44:23.880 injunction but the other things that we need to do and this is very important is reach out
00:44:31.560 to these rural counselors these rural mares and reeves and tell them that you are highly opposed
00:44:36.440 to this growing season to be delayed by a month are you kidding me right now that's going to kill
00:44:42.360 everything you won't be able to grow the crops that you want to grow or that you have been growing
00:44:50.040 that's absurd i mean the growing season here is short enough anyway now they're going to delay it
00:44:54.920 by a month? I don't think so. But that's what could happen. So you've got to get a hold
00:45:01.660 of the St. Francis counselors and the West and East St. Paul and Birds Hill, all of the
00:45:06.820 people that are running the RMs around the city, and you've got to tell them this is
00:45:11.080 no good, we can't have it. If we start seeing some of these RMs pull out of this arrangement,
00:45:17.420 they're never going to be able to pass it. It'll fall apart, and they'll have to start
00:45:22.980 again. It's not going to happen in the city, but it could happen outside the city. And for those
00:45:32.820 of you who are watching this from one of those affected RMs, please take my advice. Please
00:45:39.860 contact one of your counselors immediately and ask them if they know about this. Look up Winnipeg 1.00
00:45:46.000 20 slash 50 on your search engine, whichever one you use. Look it up. Read it. It's 0.82
00:45:52.700 It's 147 pages long, but it doesn't read like 147 pages because of all the pretty pictures.
00:45:59.840 Read it.
00:46:02.440 Read exactly what it says.
00:46:04.180 Just don't go off that article from The Sun.
00:46:06.200 Don't go off any sort of meme you've seen flying around on social media.
00:46:10.300 Don't do that.
00:46:11.440 Read the article so you're armed with the information, not the article, the proposal, the plan.
00:46:16.860 Read it so you know what it is they plan to do.
00:46:20.760 And yes, the language in this plan, I've read it twice, the language in this plan will restrict land ownership going forward.
00:46:31.680 And also, they may be able to actually expropriate existing land owned by you so they can build a new 400-unit complex for all of the immigrants we're going to be receiving in the city. 0.88
00:46:46.720 It's possible they could do that. 0.97
00:46:48.380 They want to restrict your movement in gas-powered vehicles.
00:46:53.580 Highway 59, you want to go to the lake?
00:46:55.680 You need a special permit from whichever governing body issues the permit so you can go.
00:47:01.320 What's it going to cost?
00:47:02.360 Nothing, but you can only do it 100 times a year.
00:47:08.560 Isn't that fine?
00:47:09.780 That's what they were doing in England during the test run of this 15-minute city.
00:47:14.620 They were issuing permits so you could leave your zone.
00:47:18.380 and then they came on after all this uproar and said that's not what's happening that's not what's
00:47:24.260 happening when it was exactly what was happening are we going to let this happen is the question
00:47:33.120 we need ground forces we need people knocking on doors in every neighborhood of the city but
00:47:39.860 that's going to take time and right now as i was pointing out earlier nobody wants to hear this
00:47:46.700 stuff. They want to enjoy their summer. There's only a month left in summer before the kids
00:47:51.060 have to go back to school and we need to start taking things seriously again. And these people
00:47:55.560 want to enjoy every last minute. And I don't blame them. But this is kind of important.
00:48:05.160 So we need people on the ground. We need boots on the ground, knocking on doors, saying,
00:48:10.200 hey, have you heard about Winnipeg Plan 2050? That's what we need. Ultimately, that's a
00:48:15.100 long-term strategy we can employ to get people engaged because you know you know the local media
00:48:22.040 outside of that one winnipeg sun op-ed and i'm surprised it's still up to be completely honest
00:48:26.680 with you that one winnipeg op-ed winnipeg sun op-ed is not going to cut it going forward you
00:48:32.340 know the local ctv cbc global winnipeg free press all marxists are all going to be saying what a
00:48:38.280 great plan this is and all of those racist white knuckle dragging extremists are going to try and
00:48:45.680 upend it that's what they will do that is exactly what they're going to do the same strategy they
00:48:53.180 employed with the school boards the same strategy they employed with covid people who didn't want
00:48:57.760 to wear masks or take the shots they're going to do that that's what the media will do so if
00:49:04.860 there's anybody out there who's saying we got to go to the press forget about it that's not going
00:49:10.100 to happen oh you can go to the press all you want they're not going to take your side that's what
00:49:15.240 i'm saying the only way this is going to get out is through shows like this that's it or maybe you
00:49:21.620 could make a video and tell people yourself whatever it takes whatever it takes i think what
00:49:29.060 we need to do is actually have a planning strategy meeting and i'm talking about a huge
00:49:34.580 hall, book a hall, book a 3,000, book the Burton Cummings Theater, for goodness sakes.
00:49:40.720 I think we could fill that up when we tell people exactly what the heck is going on here.
00:49:45.480 The United Nations climate change agenda is designed to starve and kill you off, not save
00:49:51.300 the planet, and by the way, this is listed, as I pointed out, in that article, in the
00:49:59.720 plan. They are following the United Nations plan. They mention it themselves. They've
00:50:10.180 probably taken it out since the last meeting. See, we took it out. Or they'll say, nah,
00:50:15.120 that was never there in the first place. I don't know what you're talking about. That
00:50:19.760 was never there. Yeah, it was. I got screenshots. The right to food, a concept enshrined in
00:50:25.420 international law as a fundamental human right has long been a cornerstone of the
00:50:29.260 united nations policy
00:50:31.300 the human right to food was formally recognized in nineteen forty eight
00:50:34.820 universal declaration on human rights and the nineteen sixty six international
00:50:38.920 covenant on economic social and cultural rights
00:50:42.180 governments once came together to ensure the right to an adequate standard of
00:50:45.500 living including sufficient food and they required states to take measures to
00:50:49.280 ensure this right however
00:50:51.880 The United Nations and other intergovernmental bodies today are enacting policies that threaten
00:50:56.540 farming operations.
00:51:00.440 You won't be able to start growing until a month after growing season starts.
00:51:08.720 They want to make it harder to grow food while restricting access to culturally appropriate
00:51:12.940 foods and driving up the cost of certain foods that are not sustainable in the eyes of elite.
00:51:18.680 And by the way, what are those foods?
00:51:21.400 oh meat protein chicken beef pork here eat the bugs the original humanitarian intent of the u.n
00:51:37.720 is being replaced by nefarious climate agendas we're not going to talk about that here the un's
00:51:46.760 This climate agenda, particularly after the 1992 UN Framework Convention on Climate Change,
00:51:53.320 has increasingly influenced food policies and driven up the cost of energy, fertilizer,
00:51:58.140 meat, and ultimately the food prices.
00:52:01.020 The emphasis on monoculture and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture has led to
00:52:06.000 policies that limit food diversity and accessibility, particularly affecting traditional diets.
00:52:12.420 A more controversial aspect of UN food policy is the promotion of sustainable healthy diets
00:52:17.920 by the FAO and the WHO.
00:52:21.700 These guidelines, driven by the global climate change agenda, advocate for certain types
00:52:27.380 of plant-based diets while discouraging the consumption of meat, dairy, and other products.
00:52:32.980 Friends, every single one of these 15-minute city plans follows the UN agenda.
00:52:42.300 there's seventeen sdg sustainable development goals
00:52:45.660 it's all about climate change
00:52:46.960 ultimately
00:52:49.040 we need this is the ultimate moment right now
00:52:52.800 we need
00:52:53.860 to go door-to-door in whatever city or town that you live in
00:52:58.860 and ask people do you believe in climate change
00:53:01.840 do you believe there's a climate catastrophe going on right now do you
00:53:04.960 believe it
00:53:06.280 that is the first question because if they do
00:53:10.840 then they're going to be in favor of this policy
00:53:14.340 and they won't understand how harmful it really is
00:53:20.500 but if they don't
00:53:22.660 then maybe you've got a chance or maybe they're kind of in the middle
00:53:26.600 and yeah
00:53:27.840 willing to follow certain policies but they're certainly not willing to pay
00:53:31.120 four hundred dollars
00:53:32.960 every time they go to the grocery store every week
00:53:36.380 because of
00:53:37.560 the carbon tax
00:53:39.320 or spend another 25 cents a liter on gasoline because of the carbon tax.
00:53:43.640 Maybe they've got a line somewhere.
00:53:45.900 Yeah, I believe in climate change, but...
00:53:49.860 So would they be willing to give up their gas-powered cars and buy an electric car?
00:53:54.420 Especially in the coldest city in the country, in Winnipeg?
00:53:59.260 Or, for that matter, one of the coldest countries in the world?
00:54:02.380 This is a winter nation, friends. Electric cars are not going to work here.
00:54:06.680 It's just not going to be a thing.
00:54:08.600 It can't be a thing.
00:54:09.880 Not until they improve them so vastly
00:54:12.380 that minus 35 for three straight weeks
00:54:15.400 doesn't affect the battery storage.
00:54:20.740 I don't think they're ever gonna be able to do that.
00:54:23.580 Maybe there's some kind of a new hidden power source
00:54:26.020 that none of us have ever heard of before.
00:54:27.900 I've been hearing this, that they've found
00:54:29.680 some kind of a new free power source
00:54:31.640 that's gonna take over the world, but I don't know.
00:54:35.340 don't know it's only speculation at this point all right a couple of quick things here before we go
00:54:43.820 to the uh... all access extension on shadow davis dot com and if you are a member i'll see you there
00:54:49.500 if you're not a member become one shadow davis dot com s-h-a-d-o-e d-a-v-i-s dot com it's not
00:54:57.260 expensive and you get all kinds of extra content as a matter of fact last night we were on for an
00:55:02.060 extra hour talking about stuff
00:55:04.060 this is kamala harris is bp pick it was announced this morning his name is tim
00:55:07.880 walls he is currently
00:55:09.400 the governor of minnesota the state that
00:55:12.260 that uh... saw the george floyd riots
00:55:15.500 uh...
00:55:16.560 the state that allows children to mutilate themselves without their 0.99
00:55:21.200 parents knowledge and many other marxist principles 1.00
00:55:23.980 this is something
00:55:25.140 tim waltz
00:55:27.860 not so long ago listen
00:55:29.560 but we can get out there
00:55:30.880 reach out make the case and for one thing
00:55:35.780 don't ever shy away from our progressive bodies
00:55:38.440 one-person socialism as another person's neighborliness
00:55:41.920 but we can get out there reach out make the case and for one thing
00:55:45.680 don't ever don't ever shy away from our progressive values
00:55:48.580 one-person socialism as another person's neighborly
00:55:52.160 uh... i'm sorry what
00:55:54.400 did you say one person socialism is another person's neighborliness
00:56:00.100 socialism is socialism and it's one step away from communism marxism totalitarianism that's
00:56:07.540 what it is why don't these people understand it but you know what the thing with this guy is
00:56:13.220 he doesn't look like one of them does he doesn't run around with purple hair and one of those 0.99
00:56:18.260 stupid nose rings dressed up like a woman he just looks like a regular old dude looks like a regular 0.99
00:56:24.180 old republican guy and maybe that's why kamala chose him or maybe it's because she fears losing 1.00
00:56:30.020 minnesota listen i will tell you this because i do follow the polling and the trending of uh who
00:56:36.460 might win in the united states and things have tightened in the last week i'm not going to lie 0.91
00:56:40.220 and if kamala harris wins we're all screwed all screwed she is a full-on marxist and her new vp 0.96
00:56:48.860 pick her running mate is just as bad if not worse there's a very stark choice our american friends 0.99
00:56:54.860 have right now. And the funny thing is that the Marxists are all saying that Donald Trump
00:57:00.540 and J.D. Vance are the threats to democracy. I don't think so. It's completely the other
00:57:09.100 way around. But then again, you've heard me say that before, right? Everything they say
00:57:13.780 is a complete inversion of the truth and reality. They're lying. Everything that they say is
00:57:21.600 It's the opposite of the truth, everything.
00:57:27.000 Tim Walls, the Democratic candidate for vice president, has faced criticism for signing
00:57:31.000 a bill that requires Minnesota schools to provide free menstrual products, including
00:57:35.300 tampons in both boys' and girls' bathrooms.
00:57:38.600 Critics have labeled him, Tampon Tim, and questioned the appropriateness of placing
00:57:43.280 tampons in boys' bathrooms.
00:57:45.840 Supporters argue that the measure ensures all students, regardless of gender, have access
00:57:49.200 to menstrual products when needed.
00:57:51.580 The debate highlights differing views on the role of schools in providing menstrual products
00:57:55.200 and the importance of de-stigmatizing menstruation.
00:58:01.440 How is menstruation stigmatized at all? 1.00
00:58:04.700 We know you ladies do that, or used to, depending on your age. 1.00
00:58:09.700 It doesn't bother us. We know it's one of those things. 0.82
00:58:12.200 How is it stigmatized? I don't get it.
00:58:16.260 Women talk about it all the time because they're the ones that do it. 1.00
00:58:19.740 Men, we don't know. 1.00
00:58:22.540 and i don't think you want us to
00:58:26.540 here's something else
00:58:27.980 in twenty twenty during the corporate pandemic minnesota governor tim wallace
00:58:31.580 established a hotline now this is a big thing in the united states because this
00:58:35.060 didn't happen in every state didn't canada but not in the united states
00:58:38.300 established a hotline for residents to report violations of his stay-at-home
00:58:41.820 order
00:58:43.160 this initiative referred to by some is the snitch line
00:58:46.460 received thousands of reports from minnesotans who reported their neighbors
00:58:49.800 for activities like playing basketball at parks walking dogs and hosting small gatherings
00:58:55.840 critics have linked alike in this measure to authoritarian tactics and expressed concerns
00:59:00.480 about this encouragement of neighborly surveillance and reporting i think we have a recording
00:59:05.880 of what that snitch line sounded like let's listen here
00:59:12.800 hello you have reached the department of public safety stay-at-home hotline the information
00:59:17.080 you leave is considered public information. At the tone, please leave the following information.
00:59:22.560 Your name, your callback number, how the stay-at-home order is being violated. I'm sorry,
00:59:28.480 but I can't listen to that. That brings back some terrible memories. And we may have to face
00:59:34.320 something like that again if people comply. We've got news on that coming up. Now, I know that we
00:59:41.660 had some technical difficulties earlier in the show, five to ten minutes worth. So let's say
00:59:46.600 10 plus i was a couple minutes late getting on tonight so i'm going to stick with you guys
00:59:51.080 until 9 15 central time i am going to stay until 9 15 central time because i feel like i'd be
01:00:01.180 robbing you of content if i didn't fair is fair after all and then everything else after that
01:00:07.840 is going to go on the extension on the website shadow davis.com for all access members all right
01:00:13.640 you got 15 minutes more that's it uh this joe rogan put out a new comedy special he's been
01:00:20.520 promoting it for the past few weeks pretty hard on his show i'm sure it was a raging success
01:00:26.440 at all over social media as well and here's one of the bits he did i thought this was
01:00:32.600 really funny let's watch you know it's just good to see everybody having a good time the
01:00:37.080 The country's almost back to normal before World War III.
01:00:42.180 COVID was just so strange.
01:00:44.220 We lost a lot of people during COVID, and most of them are still alive.
01:00:50.760 Yeah, right?
01:00:54.080 Right? 0.99
01:00:55.500 Yeah, there's a lot of people that I don't fuck with anymore. 0.98
01:00:58.880 Before COVID, I would have told you that vaccines are the most important invention in human history. 0.98
01:01:04.980 After COVID, I'm like, I don't think we went to the moon. 1.00
01:01:08.720 I think Michelle Obama's got a dick. 0.99
01:01:11.040 I think Pizzagate is real. 1.00
01:01:12.820 I think there's direct energy weapons in Antarctica.
01:01:19.540 I'm just kidding. 1.00
01:01:21.200 I don't think Michelle Obama's got a dick, 1.00
01:01:22.700 but I believe all that other shit. 1.00
01:01:26.500 Do we have direct energy weapons? 0.99
01:01:29.920 Probably.
01:01:32.160 What's harp?
01:01:33.040 Oh, I've got a detailed explanation of that coming up in the extension tonight.
01:01:37.780 For those of you who are members on the website, you should be looking forward to that.
01:01:42.780 This comes from naturalnews.com.
01:01:45.700 Health and Human Services in the United States has declared an emergency and approved bird flu PCR testing and vaccines.
01:01:53.160 They're laying the groundwork, my friends, for a fall-winter pandemic.
01:01:57.100 The question is, how long is this one going to be?
01:02:03.920 I guess as long as they can make it last, right?
01:02:07.480 In the year 2020, governments everywhere laid out the red carpet for a pandemic industry
01:02:13.520 that profits and grows more powerful from human suffering, censorship, fear, medical
01:02:20.160 fraud, isolation, and latrogenic error.
01:02:24.660 Populations witnessed it all. 0.61
01:02:26.360 The engineering of a SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon, the mainstream media scripted bioterror campaigns, the lies of asymptomatic super spreaders. 0.93
01:02:37.520 That makes me laugh, right? 0.84
01:02:40.520 What are your symptoms?
01:02:41.240 I don't have any.
01:02:42.120 Well, those are the symptoms.
01:02:43.860 Remember that? 0.91
01:02:44.580 People were falling for that nonsense. 1.00
01:02:46.540 It sounded stupid then. 1.00
01:02:48.140 It sounds stupider now. 0.99
01:02:50.160 The government's totalitarian COVID-19 response, the censorship of dissenting voices, the suppression of treatments, the money laundering, the rapid escalation of PCR fraud by the medical community, the rise of surveillance, the inhumane isolation protocols, the rapid militant deployment of remdesivir, ventilators, and harmful and effective injections, and all the unlawful government edicts and mandates. 0.97
01:03:14.080 And this, apparently, is just the beginning of the horrors to come.
01:03:20.800 The game plan for depopulation and the rise of a global bioterror pandemic dictatorship
01:03:25.820 is laid bare for all to see.
01:03:28.460 Yet the government and the people's continuous participation in these nefarious schemes will
01:03:33.140 only perpetuate these evils and exploits on American soil.
01:03:39.060 There hasn't even been a serious government press conference about the latest declaration
01:03:42.540 of Emergency by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Secretary Xavier
01:03:48.000 Becerra, recently amended a 2013 section of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, allowing
01:03:54.780 the agency to extend the availability of medical countermeasures for pandemic influenza A-viruses,
01:04:00.660 including bird flu strains like H5N1. This means that HHS is allowing the FDA to use
01:04:10.160 emergency use authorization powers to unleash a new wave of pcr testing and vaccines that will
01:04:16.800 be marked as the solution for an upcoming strain of bird flu these predictable preemptive actions
01:04:24.560 are taking place even as the cdc maintains the current public health risk for bird flu is low
01:04:30.480 why would the government preemptively use instruments of medical fraud pcr tests and
01:04:35.840 further immune destruction these shots if the pandemic industry hadn't already devised or are
01:04:41.920 working toward the development of newly highly transmissible and deadly bird flu strain right
01:04:50.960 currently the cdc reports there are no indicators of unusual influenza activity in people including
01:04:56.720 avian influenza this could all change however once there is mass participation with the newest
01:05:04.560 eua pcr tests which will be designed to lump all fall illnesses into the bird flu category
01:05:10.080 out of an abundance of caution let the lockdowns commence whether you've got a cold or covid
01:05:16.500 coming this fall it won't be covid it won't be a cold it will be the bird flu that specific
01:05:26.340 strain or whatever strain they decide upon i've heard so far there's h5n1 there's h5n2 h5n5 now
01:05:34.320 other's H5N7 already. Oh yeah, it's mutating. One of these strains is going to get you.
01:05:45.420 We just don't know which one. You keep throwing new ones out all the time,
01:05:49.520 throwing stuff at the wall, hoping something sticks.
01:05:53.760 As October approaches, be advised the U.S. government has already laid the groundwork
01:05:59.160 for declaring a pandemic of bird flu and they will be using new pcr tests to declare all the
01:06:04.980 circulating illnesses in the population a bird flu pandemic the vaccines are already prepared
01:06:10.600 and there will likely be a new campaign to get shots in arms the pattern of abuse continues
01:06:15.580 attorney ray flores spoke with the defender about the federal government and public health
01:06:21.200 authorities repeating this 2020 scenario just as eua pcr tests exaggerated the covet 19 pandemic
01:06:27.780 The detection of avian influenza and influenza A viruses with pandemic potential via unlicensed PCR tests is destined to justify lockdowns, masking, invasive nasal swabs, and wide-scale vaccination with experimental MRNA technology.
01:06:46.900 I'm going to leave this story there, you guys, because we've pretty much covered the entire gist of it.
01:06:52.640 Let's move now to the UK.
01:06:55.760 This is yesterday. This is the new Prime Minister there. His name is Keir Starmer, sir.
01:07:05.380 Keir Starmer, he's the leader of the Labour Party of the United Kingdom and also the Prime Minister.
01:07:12.320 This is him talking about all of the rioting that's been happening, mostly in the north of England,
01:07:16.840 and now coming to a city near you in the south.
01:07:20.780 Let's listen to what he has to say, specifically with forming a standing army and revamping, sorry, revamping the justice system.
01:07:32.380 This morning, which was an opportunity that I took to thank the police for their work over the last few days,
01:07:38.900 to express my support for the police officers who have been injured and the communities impacted by this mindless thudgery.
01:07:46.680 There are a number of actions that came out of the meeting.
01:07:50.200 The first is we will have a standing army of specialist officers, public duty officers,
01:07:57.600 so that we'll have enough officers to deal with this where we need them.
01:08:02.700 The second is we'll ramp up criminal justice.
01:08:06.080 There have already been hundreds of arrests.
01:08:08.700 Some have appeared in court this morning.
01:08:10.360 I have asked for early consideration of the earliest naming and identification of those involved in the process
01:08:17.620 who will feel the full force of the law.
01:08:20.660 And thirdly, I've been absolutely clear that the criminal law applies online as well as offline
01:08:26.880 and I'm assured that that's the approach that is being taken.
01:08:30.920 Whatever the apparent motivation, this is not protest, it is pure violence
01:08:37.040 and we will not tolerate attacks on mosques or our Muslim communities.
01:08:42.940 So the full force of the law will be visited on all those
01:08:47.600 who are identified as having taken part in these activities.
01:08:52.020 All right, so what does he say here?
01:08:53.960 He says we will not tolerate attacks on Muslims or mosques.
01:08:58.720 What about everybody else here?
01:09:03.140 Do you not care about anybody else?
01:09:05.780 Elon Musk actually mentioned that on X yesterday when the UK government released this video.
01:09:12.460 Elon Musk said, hey, what about everybody else, man?
01:09:15.400 The way the BBC and other media is framing this in the United Kingdom is amazing.
01:09:23.740 They are making this the fault of the indigenous British population.
01:09:28.880 of course extreme right-wing nationalist knuckle draggers all white of course it's not the muslims
01:09:39.520 fault now no matter what incident started this this has been boiling over this is what melanie 0.92
01:09:45.580 talked about on the show last night yeah there are socio-economic problems in play especially
01:09:51.360 in the north of england and this has been going on for decades now we understand that is it about
01:09:55.760 poorness? No. I believe it's about the people, and it could be partially, but I believe it's
01:10:03.700 more about people wanting their country back. Tommy Robinson, what did he do a couple of
01:10:08.140 weeks ago? We want our country back. They had these rallies all over the UK. We want
01:10:15.480 our country back. Thousands of people came out for these rallies. Is there increased
01:10:23.340 knife violence with all of these irregular immigrants that are in the UK? Absolutely there 1.00
01:10:28.940 is. Are they now actually prowling in groups around major centers in the UK, hunting down
01:10:37.960 white people? Apparently. It's absolutely startling to me. On the blaze, Tommy Robinson
01:10:48.780 was on there and uh he did an interview with glenn beck let's watch three minutes of this or so well
01:10:55.960 tommy robinson is a journalist he he has said that he's just on vacation with his family over in
01:11:02.660 cyprus but the prime minister was talking about him with that threat he joins me now from cyprus
01:11:08.960 hello tommy hello again how did you feel when the president of the uh the prime minister said that
01:11:17.920 about you yesterday in all honesty uh terrified terrified because i know their opinion on freedom
01:11:25.300 of speech i know the tyrannical mindset of them and i know that when he says whipping up what he
01:11:31.460 means is reporting the reality and the truth to the public so it's like when they create this
01:11:36.100 word of hate they keep going on about hate what does hate even mean like if their opinion or
01:11:40.980 what their opinion is of hate i've never been arrested or tried or questioned we have we have
01:11:46.580 stringent laws on inciting hatred or racial hatred or religious hatred i've never been arrested on
01:11:53.160 any of them they're not talking about people breaking laws they're talking about people
01:11:56.520 giving opinions people giving facts facts have become hate to to governments who don't want the
01:12:02.160 truth to go to the public you're not calling for the rioting and burning of buildings and bricks
01:12:08.440 through windows correct glenn if you will i've just put a video together the insanity of this
01:12:14.200 is the media, the politicians and the police are currently building a narrative and they're
01:12:19.280 pumping it everywhere that I've instigated these calls for violence. So what I've done
01:12:22.980 is I've gone through and if you look, it's my latest tweet on my Twitter, I made a video
01:12:27.200 and I've cut together all the things I've said. Do not be violent. You're a moron if
01:12:31.240 you're burning for me. Put the bricks down. You're ruining everything. I have appealed 1.00
01:12:35.740 for calm, peace and love from the start of this. So the truth doesn't matter. Do you
01:12:40.280 know why the truth doesn't matter? Because my name is banned from Facebook, my name is
01:12:43.380 banned from Instagram I'm banned from TikTok so they can tell the public whatever they want and
01:12:47.160 they're currently telling them that I am the instigator of all this violence so when you're
01:12:50.900 looking at the riots right now on British TV on every chat show everywhere they're saying it's
01:12:55.800 Tommy Robinson whereas the truth if you watch my video is the total opposite and the reason they've
01:13:00.540 done this and I think they've allowed a lot of this to happen is because they want Elon Musk's
01:13:05.020 platform they now want to use powers to come in and seize freedom of speech because if we have
01:13:09.980 freedom of speech the video i've just made you can see they're all lying totally and absolutely
01:13:14.820 lying there's not one single bit of evidence that says i've instigated or encouraged anything
01:13:19.600 then i have we were britain is brewing on the verge of a cultural revolution a peaceful one
01:13:26.720 we had 30 000 people on the 1st of june on the 27th of july we had a hundred thousand people
01:13:32.400 we had music we had celebration of our identity the reason why we celebrate our identity
01:13:37.400 is because they're taking it from us.
01:13:40.040 They're taking it.
01:13:41.220 These people are terrified.
01:13:48.440 They want their country back.
01:13:51.040 I don't blame them.
01:13:54.540 Last thing on this, the BBC abruptly cut off
01:13:58.580 former detective chief superintendent of the Metro Police
01:14:01.480 the moment he starts dropping facts
01:14:04.180 that are inconvenient to their narrative.
01:14:06.520 Listen.
01:14:36.520 presentation in the northwest where this occurred that's a different case there kevin so uh we'll
01:14:41.380 leave it there that's kevin hurley they're not you're missing the point all of you are missing
01:14:45.300 the point people conflate this and they make two and two and they make five worsening that
01:14:51.000 conflation by mentioning the two uh cases together here so we'll leave it there thank you kevin
01:14:55.140 hurley who's the unbelievable that's how they roll we have brand new breaking news coming in

01:17:27.960 shadow. Yes, I'm really awake, but one thing that I have said a lot on this show is that
01:17:40.840 there's only so far I can go on the social media aspect of this show before I get shut
01:17:47.720 down and censored on Meta and on Google slash YouTube. So I save it for the website, which
01:17:56.860 is censorship free which is the reason that i started the thing in the first place the reason
01:18:02.280 that i talked so much about last year having a censorship free website and now that i've got one
