00:02:30.000Hello, everybody, and welcome to Shadow at Night.
00:02:52.880This is Monday, January the 27th, 2025.
00:02:56.600On the show tonight, one of Canada's frontline nurses, Sarah Shujonian, who is still going through hell.
00:03:03.380She's still going through hearings, and we're going to hear how her case, her case is, as the case may be, are going in just a couple of minutes.
00:05:11.800Shadow at Night livestream is brought to you by Canada NanoSilver, CanadaNanoSilver.com.
00:05:17.460And we'll get more into that as the show goes on.
00:05:19.800here is sarah's video the one she dropped on instagram about a month ago
00:05:24.480you guys are not gonna believe what kind of mail i just got from the sienno
00:05:32.220and i thought oh my god like that was really fast they already got the
00:05:37.540made the decision um but that's not what it is
00:05:42.140get ready because i don't know what i'm going to do yet i just received it
00:05:48.160I'm not panicking. I'm not surprised. Although we are kind of surprised that they did this before
00:05:56.580giving in the decision. But they've turned all, I thought there was five other investigations.
00:06:04.140I'm not sure what's going on, but they've turned all my other investigations. So there's four
00:06:10.560numbers on the, on the cover letter, but there's only three packages of evidence. So I don't know,
00:06:16.040But three or four of my other investigations are now being sent to the disciplinary committee and hence being turned into disciplinary hearings. So that means that I have three or four more cases like the one I just went through 30 days that I'm supposedly going to go through. So three or four more disciplinary hearings to see why I shouldn't be a nurse.
00:06:46.040how you doing sarah i'm great how are you i'm good thank you thank you for coming on tonight
00:06:53.140you know the reason i played that video as i was pointing out when the show first started a couple
00:06:58.640of minutes ago is just to show your character after everything that you've been through these
00:07:02.800past couple of years with these hearings and whatnot and the fact that you're still able to
00:07:07.320smile through it i've seen other people make videos like this and they're in tears by the end
00:07:12.900bit like complete breakdowns and yet somehow you manage to maintain your composure and carry on
00:07:21.580this must have had some kind of an impact on you but you don't show it well i try to be positive
00:07:30.200because i try to be a leader and i want to empower people to um rise up and stand in their truth and
00:07:37.820so that they can stand in their power. But to be honest, I do have moments where I cry
00:07:45.100a lot. And it's difficult, but I pick myself back up. That's the trick.
00:07:50.940And I try to take it one moment at a time, one day at a time. I mean, tomorrow's not promised.
00:07:55.900So if I panic for what's about to come, you know, I'm kind of wasting my time. But to be
00:08:02.280like i was crying this morning so i do cry sometimes you know i get overwhelmed i'm tired
00:08:09.880to be honest it's a lot to be done and you know it's been going on for such a long time as they
00:08:18.180say and this is this expression has become kind of the norm now the uh what is it the
00:08:23.400the process is the punishment right yes but this this is absolutely outrageous what they've done
00:08:30.800to you here um and for those people who don't know sarah she was and still is one of canada's
00:08:36.960frontline nurses you guys did that remarkable tour across the country sarah at a time when we
00:08:43.220really needed it and i remember when you came to where i am in winnipeg you guys and i i remember
00:08:52.180i think i told you this before the last time you were on the show i was walking towards the hospital
00:08:56.540this was Health Sciences Center where you guys were holding this. And I thought, what if nobody
00:09:02.520shows up? What if there's nobody there? As I was a block away. And then I got closer and closer and
00:09:08.600I turned the corner and I couldn't believe the turnout. There were thousands of people there.
00:09:13.520The police were there. They were making sure the traffic wasn't obstructed. They were making sure
00:09:17.740that the emergency bays were open, even though the media reported completely the opposite later on
00:09:22.320that night and nobody from the left-wing corporate media was there and i'm sure you had the same
00:09:28.240experience in every other city that you guys visited and it was tremendous for all of us
00:09:34.500to see you guys stand up against the majority of people in your unions in your organizations
00:09:40.600in your places of work whether it's a hospital a clinic or whatever can you take us back to those
00:09:45.840days and how that felt before we go on with your current plight i just want to give everybody a
00:09:51.160reminder of what you've accomplished these past three or four years now yes absolutely but before
00:09:56.600we go there can i just say in case that people don't stay till the end um the update like i want
00:10:02.660to give two updates on two of my cases today and i'm very happy to go back and talk about how it
00:10:07.500started but it's the update on this college of nurses case that you just showed on the video
00:10:12.780but we also have a very important case coming up so it's the third um year anniversary of the
00:10:20.380Freedom Convoy. And we are going to be back in court on February 4th and 5th for Justin Trudeau
00:10:27.300putting up the Emergencies Act declaration. And so I want people to know that we're there standing
00:10:33.760for freedom of speech and our rights to protest and stand up against mandates without having our
00:10:41.260accounts frozen and the Emergencies Act put up. So that's also very important. So please like stay
00:10:48.340till the end or go check out uh my what my web page at um oh sarah s-a-r-a-h for the number
00:10:56.620freedom.com okay all right i'm going to throw this into the comments so people can click on it at
00:11:02.720their uh at their own pace here it's in comments on facebook youtube x uh twitch and it will be
00:11:11.280in comments on rumble in just a second but yeah let's go back to uh three or four years ago when
00:11:16.300this all started well okay so I'm gonna try I'm not gonna okay so you don't have to go through
00:11:22.020everything because we don't want to be here for five or six hours but I mean just take the
00:11:25.880highlights and how it formed and how you guys managed to make such an impact in such a short
00:11:30.760period of time it was amazing okay great so I worked in a nursing home for those of you who
00:11:36.100don't know and I've been a nurse since 2004 and I also worked in the community through an agency
00:11:42.320I worked with disabled kids, giving respite to parents, which I love.
00:11:47.860But working in a nursing home, well, I also have, okay, let me go back a little bit very
00:12:04.300I did so many tests and labs and exams and, you know, I was literally falling apart.
00:12:10.420things were getting worse and worse. And the doctors were like, well, maybe it's all in your
00:12:13.900head. And I was like, Oh, my God, like single mother of three having a hard time getting up
00:12:18.080in the morning and go to work. I was like, crippled, I felt and so I was exhausted. I was
00:12:25.300in so much pain. I was having memory loss. I was starting to like it so much they thought I had
00:12:30.340rheumatoid arthritis, endometriosis, bladder issues, sciatic nerve, I felt bugs crawling on
00:12:36.920my skin. And they were like, well, maybe it's all in your head doctors that I've been with for 20
00:12:42.360years that know me quite well. So I was like, Oh, my God. So I started doing my own research
00:12:48.720and found out that, you know, about fibromyalgia and how it's all about toxicity, and toxicity,
00:12:56.220meaning anything that causes stress in your body, so inflammation and stress, so anything that gets
00:13:01.700your fight or flight going. And that could be so many things like we have heavy metals, we have
00:13:06.580so much chemicals in the food and the water and the air and medications. But most importantly,
00:13:14.040a lot of stress comes from trapped emotions and unresolved trauma. And that made a lot of sense
00:13:21.440to me because I have a lot of trauma in my past. And I was a quite a heavy drinker and smoker.
00:13:29.740And I ate a lot of sugar. And so that made a lot of sense. And around the same time,
00:13:35.520the medical industry diagnosed me, I was referred to a neurologist who touched me a few points like
00:13:41.820this and said, Oh, yeah, you have fibromyalgia. And so what happens here in Canada, when you have
00:13:48.640fibromyalgia, so it's the two main symptoms are exhaustion, and widespread pain for more than six
00:13:58.500months but every other symptom in the book can come um under like also goes under that but what
00:14:05.540they do is that they want they offer you since they don't know really what it is they give you
00:14:10.820the band-aid medication so like painkillers sleeping pills hormones maybe right and i was
00:14:17.420like nothing that's actually going to get to the root of the issue oh no god forbid um so uh i was
00:14:25.380like no I'm not going to do that because what happens is that you want to do it because you're
00:14:30.460in so much pain you're exhausted right so I can imagine people just go for it and what happens
00:14:36.380is that you feel good for a while but then you become tolerant and you need higher doses and
00:14:42.040then higher doses until you can't have a higher dose and it's known to possibly be a long-term
00:14:47.960disability here in Canada so I was like I am not going down that road and I felt like it was time
00:14:54.040for me to get the help that I needed for my trauma. So I went to the gatehouse here in Toronto,
00:15:00.620it's an safe space for adult survivors of sexual abuse. And there I found out that I was super
00:15:07.800normal for what I had gone through. And it really helped me get rid of release the shame that I
00:15:14.380carried. And so that helped me to start accepting myself and forgiving myself. And, you know,
00:15:20.800in came the self care and the self love. So within a few months, I got sober, I started going to the
00:15:27.460gym, I started eating healthy foods, I lost 60 pounds. You know, and most importantly, I stood
00:15:35.080in my truth, I started staying in my truth. So a lot of us who have trauma are people pleasers,
00:15:40.140and we betray ourselves all the time. And this makes us sick, actually, that's like, there's
00:15:46.140really good books, like the body keeps the score and things like that, that you can read on that.
00:15:50.120but um so um so here I was in the best shape of my and in the best shape of my life at 40 years old
00:15:58.700and I love the program so much I started facilitating there at the gatehouse and I
00:16:04.420found out that a lot of people with trauma have somatic illnesses uh and are having the same
00:16:09.700struggling and anxiety from not being able to figure out what's wrong with them and I was
00:16:14.820telling them about like what I went through, and they were starting to get better. So I found it
00:16:20.380lighting up dark corners. And I thought this is my purpose. I'm I'm turning my pains into into
00:16:26.300games, right? I was, I'm transcending my pain into wisdom for others. And I thought this is my
00:16:31.940purpose. It kind of made everything that happened to me. I don't want to say worth it. But you know
00:16:38.900what i mean like it now all made sense because i love uh helping others uh with the tools and
00:16:45.440knowledge you need to start their healing it was preparing you for your calling further on in life
00:16:51.860yes yes exactly but i wasn't ready for the calling because i had two nursing jobs that were
00:16:59.260giving me you know stable um uh income and i was a single mother of three with a lot of debt so it
00:17:06.500kind of took the back burner um and then the pandemic hit and so I worked in a nursing home
00:17:14.520and when you work in a nursing home you know the government doesn't care about these people it's
00:17:19.800all about giving them the cheapest food possible and pushing as much meds as possible like you can
00:17:26.560tell it's all about profit they literally get a fraction of the money for their food their daily
00:17:31.860food allowance than prisoners do and so i was like nobody's gonna believe this this is crazy
00:17:37.700shutting down the economy never heard of before right so i get oh yeah no no i just said yeah
00:17:44.860oh yeah okay i didn't even realize they said it oh no okay so i get to work and i'm thinking
00:17:51.200everyone's gonna think this is crazy and uh i was shocked because nobody wanted to hear anything i
00:17:57.460had to say they were like Sarah don't start with this um and you know there was checkpoints to
00:18:03.000check our temperatures right away we had to put masks people were not allowed family members were
00:18:08.060no longer allowed to come in and so I decided that I was chief steward of the union back then
00:18:13.880uh because I had you know I had like I when I healed I got so empowered I started taking
00:18:22.480leadership positions. Right. And so here I was as chief steward calling the union, like telling
00:18:28.880them, like, what are we going to do? They're taking away our rights. They're taking away
00:18:32.060our residents. Right. And the union turned around and said, Sarah, don't you care about your
00:18:38.120residents? And I just I was shocked because they knew me very well. They knew I cared about my
00:18:44.880residents. Right. And so I got scared. I thought, oh, this is like I'm going to lose my job. I
00:18:51.880already anyone who worked in a nursing home couldn't go to their other jobs anymore right
00:18:56.700because we didn't want to cross contaminate so I was losing money already and I got scared and
00:19:02.760I stayed quiet and as I stayed quiet I started seeing my residents deteriorate um I had a
00:19:11.680resident that died of a heart attack within a week of not having families coming in and people
00:19:16.240were like oh Sarah you know it's coincidence and I was like are you guys serious this was the type
00:19:21.440a residence that I came in in the morning and I had to call her or her daughter and find out
00:19:27.140exactly what time her daughter was going to be there because her mom was going to ask me every0.99
00:19:31.620five minutes. When's my daughter coming? When's my daughter coming? And if her daughter was two1.00
00:19:37.640minutes late, it would escalate into an anxiety attack. And this lady had heart issues. So what1.00
00:19:43.840do we expect to happen when we don't let loved ones in after a week to people like this let me
00:19:51.840i want to stop you for one second there's this video that has become famous over the last couple
00:19:57.080of years of uh this senior resident living in a you know the video i'm talking about where her son
00:20:05.720is talking to her through the glass i posted it right away yeah um did you see anything like that
00:20:13.720absolutely they were doing uh window visits at you know as as it moved on they started doing
00:20:20.420window visits um and it was detrimental the residents didn't like you see in that video
00:20:27.000a lot of them didn't understand they didn't care like if they were going to die of a virus they
00:20:32.640just want to see I mean nursing homes is the last stop they have nothing else to look forward to
00:20:37.320they come to life when their family comes and so it was absolutely devastating and some of them
00:20:43.180would get so agitated and i even heard the management at some point saying maybe it's
00:20:48.880better if these these people that were getting too agitated we don't give them the the the window
00:20:54.380visits right and then they would try to convince the family not to that it was bad for them and
00:21:00.060this and that it was disgusting these people who were discussing these things did they understand
00:21:10.720had they experienced what you had seen on the floor their managers they worked on the floors
00:21:17.160before they some of them worked on the floor before they were managers the ones that were
00:21:21.480saying this um the administration no um but but i mean they teach us how to act on the floor
00:21:29.260like they teach us about like right we have all these in services and all these things
00:21:33.680and everything went out the window so after all of this how did you you founded an organization
00:21:42.980before Canada's frontline nurses right yes so when I started seeing because on top of it they
00:21:49.400started like testing us and three housekeepers tested positive in my nursing home and now
00:21:54.980everybody had to stay in their rooms for like 14 days until everybody was clear and some of them
00:22:01.060would not listen and some of them have dementia and so you can keep them in their room and so
00:22:06.240they were said to have a behavior the doctor would be called and they'd be get sedated um
00:22:11.940and I've seen uh some people would not want to listen and still wanted to go with their walker
00:22:18.160do their their walking in the hall um and some of them would be agitated some of them uh this1.00
00:22:24.800specific lady that I'm thinking of she's Italian she big language barrier her Italian is even0.99
00:22:30.420broken up like it's an old kind of italian uh a dialect or something and so she was very difficult
00:22:37.540to understand and she was getting agitated so they would they just took her walker away and i was like
00:22:42.740that goes against everything we've ever learned someone who has um a walker has a you know
00:22:50.500unsteady gait and so they they can lose balance and we always know someone who has a walker
00:22:56.580You all they always have to be supervised, they can never be left in their room without their walker, because they're at risk for falls. And we all know when old people fall, they might break their hip, and it's all downhill from there. So, you know, I saw a lot of stuff, I got to tell you, it was just so disgusting. And it came to the point where my mental health really deteriorated.
00:23:19.900I was crying all the time like I was moving I was regressing I started smoking weed again I was
00:23:27.220trying to escape and I had to really sit down and be like what's happening to me why am I you know
00:23:33.980why am I regressing so much and I realized you know I healed because I started standing in my
00:23:41.140truth you know and I started to stop telling myself lies or or dissociating from things and
00:23:48.540I really started to like, look at the things that I didn't want to look at and stand in them.
00:23:53.340And that's how I healed. I was I became aligned with myself. And here I was disaligned once again,
00:24:00.680because I knew this was wrong. You know, and I wasn't saying anything. So it was putting me on
00:24:07.040the side of the oppressor. And so I felt gross. And I was like, you're doing this because you're
00:24:13.720scared because of money. And, and it came to the point where I decided this is not worth it. And
00:24:18.400i just um decided to speak out you know it's interesting that you say that you know you're
00:24:23.260on the side of the oppressor i know so many people even now who are still doing this right
00:24:31.800like they'll come to me privately or they'll send me a message or you know whisper in my ear at some
00:24:37.460function that i'm at i really appreciate what you're doing keep it up right of course i can't
00:24:42.440say anything because of my job and i have to protect my family and all of that and i'm thinking
00:24:46.780wow man if if you know a million people just spoke up the ones who feel exactly as you do
00:24:53.480then this would be over all of the the oppression and instill what's going on it would be done
00:24:59.640they would not be able to continue with this nonsense yeah and and yet here we are still
00:25:06.000still going through it but anyway like take us back to the founding of of uh and that was the
00:25:12.000that was the plan so I founded nurses against lockdowns um and thought like I'm gonna so the
00:25:19.360mission was to unite nurses educate the public and bring the ethics back into health care
00:25:23.980and so founded nurses against lockdown and I got um I was asked to do my first speech in October
00:25:30.2802020 and so I did my first speech and presented nurses against lockdowns and thought all the
00:25:36.660nurses are finally going to come up because they're not going to be alone and we're all
00:25:40.120going to stand together and we're going to shut this down so you can imagine how disappointed
00:25:45.480i've been in the last five years it sounds like that jerry mcguire scene when he goes who's with
00:25:50.720me no one no no no there was some very actually there was that day there was one nurse that stood
00:25:59.760beside me diane phillips i'll never forget her um but i believe she's a retired nurse uh so you
00:26:07.500know she didn't join us for the whole Canadian frontline nurses against lockdown things and all
00:26:11.620that but she stood with me and I so still this day appreciate her um yeah so started nurses1.00
00:26:17.880against lockdowns was uh you know posting things like that video of that lady that was trying to
00:26:23.720get out uh or there was this other one that was called the hand of god and so it was so gross so
00:26:31.300people didn't have any contact when they were dying because their family members couldn't come
00:26:36.140and staff was so busy and scared to go in the rooms so they were really isolated so they would
00:26:42.320take two gloves fill them up with water tie them up together and put the person's hand
00:26:47.340in the middle to make it so that if they're not alone like someone's holding their hand
00:26:52.880like anyways so it was just what it was insane it was insane and i was like how is how is this
00:26:59.860happening how are nurses who are here to care like going with this i just it was a nightmare it still
00:27:07.380is we experienced that whole thing too that when you guys came through winnipeg and there was all
00:27:12.580those people there some nurses came out from the hospital or some who were walking in for a day
00:27:17.700shift or whatever and they they like i remember the looks on their faces they were there was three
00:27:23.060of them that came out and said you guys are doing a great job and the rest were like oh my god these
00:27:28.100people are like totally anti-science i can't even believe it and i'm wondering how on earth could
00:27:33.780you say such a thing you know better than that did you have people that you knew were that thought
00:27:41.300you were right but still sided with the other the other team oh yeah and they looked you right in
00:27:47.140the face well yeah there was a few nurses where i worked but they're still there and they're
00:27:51.940vaccinated now and nobody reached out to me after i spoke out like i it was like oh my god don't
00:27:57.460touch her with a 10 foot pole because we're all gonna get like people are still scared of like
00:28:02.540for example there's a a group of nurses uh that meet um in it from ontario and there was a letter
00:28:11.500that was written and one of the nurses in the group was saying we should send this to the cno
00:28:15.360to back up sarah and the other ones were like yeah but we're gonna have to be anonymous like
00:28:20.120we're 2024 i i just told them like it makes it doesn't hold like it has no weight right but it's
00:28:26.960like people are really still scared to lose their jobs their licenses and well I'm the example and
00:28:33.500they did I think they did a pretty good job well I mean the same thing is going on right now in
00:28:38.380Alberta you know that they came out with that report from the commission that Danielle Smith
00:28:42.840started a couple of years ago or maybe just last year to study the effects of the COVID lockdowns
00:28:49.400and specifically the vaccine and they came out with their report saying that we got to stop this
00:28:54.880stuff and now there's a backlash a scientific backlash they're calling it from the ama the
00:29:02.620alberta association of uh doctors uh and all of the left-wing corporate media obviously is jumping
00:29:10.160on board and they're calling it anti-science and we're talking about people who are lawyers right
00:29:16.100they have no knowledge of the people that the people on the board that went through all of these
00:29:23.040procedures and vaccines have and they're getting traction somehow on social media still
00:29:30.000even though we know now so many of the harms that this stuff is caused and deaths i had some
00:29:37.120close friend of mine who died of a heart attack at 53 last week she was 53 with two young kids
00:29:43.600we we had arguments over this for the past three or four years she thought i was nuts
00:29:49.940and then she's just gone one day she never had a history of anything like this before and and
00:29:57.620there's so many people that i've had on this show over the past four years who who tell me i mean
00:30:03.240kayla pollack she's in a wheelchair for the rest of her life now yes right michelle wharton
00:30:09.620pardon me she's a sickle mom too yeah yeah and michelle wharton in bc you know she's0.59
00:30:16.160going through all kinds of she had brain surgery in the united states because of this
00:30:20.620and because no doctors in canada will acknowledge what she's been through and i'm i'm i'm dumbfounded
00:30:29.220that these doctors cannot for whatever reason and this is their colleges right this is their
00:30:35.600colleges threatening them that if they come out and say anything or do anything or you know
00:30:40.320prescribe a treatment for somebody that they will be blacklisted like you have been
00:30:44.680oh yeah doctors are being their license are being revoked they just did it to dr trozi who is kind
00:30:50.640of kind of the equivalent of me uh our cases are not about the vaccine they're about freedom of
00:30:56.740speech right in in in medicine and so um yeah his case didn't do well at all no he he didn't even
00:31:05.100get a an appeal yeah i think yeah they refused his they denied his appeal and you know it's
00:31:10.600interesting i met him last year what a great guy and funny a lot of people don't know it because
00:31:15.220you see him on a video he's always so serious but he's funny he should he is and he plays a car and
00:31:20.960sings cool songs about the pandemic i love him he's amazing okay so you you guys got together
00:31:28.480you and kristen and the others you got together you came up with canadian frontline nurses you did
00:31:32.820your tour um when did you when did the college come down on you when did you first hear that
00:31:39.360that you were going to be in in some hot water well it was before we did the the the we went
00:31:47.100around the the country it was um when we came back so me and Kristen were invited to speak in
00:31:54.560Washington on January 6th 2021 not knowing at all right beside the Capitol not knowing at all that
00:32:01.560it was political we were invited by Del Bigtree um and we were supposed to go to Florida where
00:32:08.000erin marie one of the first american nurses to speak out and nicole suratek we were all going
00:32:13.440to meet there but then we were invited uh in washington so we ended up there and got mixed
00:32:19.100up in all of that oh god i can't even imagine like would have been worse if you guys would
00:32:24.300have gotten arrested and then held for the last four years what would have been worse what would
00:32:29.580have been worse spending four years in jail in the states or what you've been through no no i'd
00:32:34.540rather go with what i've been through because some of the best moments of my life were in these
00:32:39.080last four years too like it's really real big ups and real big downs uh but zero regret so no i don't
00:32:47.740want to be in a jail where they can vaccinate you and do what they want with you that would be
00:32:51.680horrible yeah i guess you're right yeah but we came back as domestic terrorists like we were
00:32:57.780defamed internationally by the media i can't tell you i mean there was death threats before that but
00:33:03.340after that it was like oh my god and uh we had uh the rcmp show up at our doors and yeah it was
00:33:12.380you guys watching right now you should uh google sarah's name here and then see what comes up it's
00:33:19.740some of the the left-wing corporate media stories are absolutely outrageous they are outrageous
00:33:27.180you're right they paint you as a a domestic terrorist like you're a criminal you're you know
00:33:32.300just for doing what you did oh yeah it just shows the polarization anyway please continue oh yeah
00:33:38.460it was crazy like they had me on a roll on cp24 every half an hour like we were like the killer
00:33:44.620nurses like it was just like insane right um and so but whatever we just like we were like okay
00:33:52.380well we're already so that's when they actually so i got that then when we came back uh because
00:33:58.380of all that media attention, my second job, the agency fired me. And then I was put under the
00:34:05.940first investigation, which is the one that turned into the disciplinary hearing that just ended in
00:34:12.5802024. So that one went on for a year and a half. It was 30 days, but it was 30 days staggered over
00:34:21.020the course of a year and a half, right? Yes. So it was supposed, yeah, exactly. It was supposed
00:34:25.960to be a seven-day court case are experts against theirs. And it ended up being 30 days. And
00:34:33.300my experts were, you probably know, Dr. Byron Bridal and Dr. Stephen Pellick from the COVID
00:34:40.700Care Alliance. And they were hardly qualified. Most of my evidence has not been put in. They
00:34:47.800were so rude to them. It was embarrassing. They called Dr. Bridal a vet. They just
00:34:55.640discredited them for days uh wait a minute wait wait wait wait wait we're talking about dr byram
00:35:03.720bridal yes they called him a vet veterinarian yes he's never worked with people and he was trying
00:35:12.020to explain to them that when you're an immunologist you work with animals immune system he's also and
00:35:18.100he was also part like a vaccine maker and had something to do with um the the vaccine not the
00:35:24.620mrna one so they didn't want him to talk about the mrna vaccine because he hadn't like worked on it
00:35:30.180he studied it he studied it he came out four years ago and said this is going to be a calamity
00:35:35.900i mean he he has to nerve he has to nerve thank god uh but yeah they they so the evidence is not
00:35:43.780in after 30 days so they disqualified your experts yeah and their experts they made their
00:35:53.480experts look amazing their toxicology expert was drinking diet coke on the zoom call at 9 30 in
00:35:59.640the morning telling us about toxicology toxicity yeah just practice what you preach right i was
00:36:06.060like oh my god this can't be real you gotta laugh because it's like you there's a lot to cry for
00:36:14.180there's so much gas lighting in this i was on the stand for six days i think uh that's that i the
00:36:20.860most exhausting time of my life because I was so tense for all that time so how were you treated
00:36:27.200badly while you were on the stand well they tried to so I had three days was my lawyer uh you you
00:36:35.460know and questioning me so that we get things out I went through the whole code of conduct and the
00:36:40.280standard of practice and we showed through every point how I did what what it said and they didn't
00:36:47.940But they still say that, you know, it's not true. But yeah, I forgot what a question was.
00:36:59.860And then the second part was the cross-examination. And of course, they try to make me look like a big, crazy Trumper, you know, QAnon person.0.98
00:37:12.040and can you recall any can you recall any instances what they said to you that were0.99
00:37:17.060absolutely ridiculous no i can't because i was so nervous the only thing i remember is that i told
00:37:23.400them i was like listen i did everything that i was supposed to you know i thought i was going
00:37:27.900to get a reward and they didn't think i was funny at all my yeah my lawyer was like this is your
00:37:35.340reward the punishment right um but yeah i don't remember but it was yeah it was a difficult
00:37:43.120cross-examination they were trying to make me look crazy um was it via zoom or was it in person
00:37:49.060everything by zoom well why why not in person i mean there's no more restrictions there's no
00:37:54.720more mandates why couldn't you go i don't know i i was told that maybe it was because they don't
00:37:59.900they didn't want people to show up in person did you have people who were able to watch this
00:38:06.280yeah so it was a public hearing but the thing is is that people had to um reach out to them and ask
00:38:14.240for the links like two days before usually every two like for one or two court days and so it kind
00:38:21.280of made it difficult for people at first they some of them got blocked they weren't getting it
00:38:25.620But there was hardly any people watching, to be honest.
00:38:28.800That was one of our we wanted to make people aware of this because the more public is watching, the less they can act like the way they're acting or at least people will see how corrupt they are.
00:38:55.340you were happy that it was over with and you didn't know when the when the ruling was going
00:38:59.520to come up no and then you you dropped another video just a couple of days later about a package
00:39:06.660that you received in the mail yeah or got an email i'm sorry yeah so they haven't and it's it's kind
00:39:12.900of crazy because the first case is kind of like it's freedom of speech and two of the other three
00:39:18.360cases is also about freedom of speech so it kind of doesn't make sense that they don't come out
00:39:22.860with the results of the first one. But I guess that they've decided that I was guilty or something.
00:39:28.840I don't, I don't know. But yeah, so as I said, there was, so the first investigation was after
00:39:35.760we came from Washington, but then there was investigations. I think when we, you know,
00:39:39.800there was other people complaining, there was another investigation when we did the hospital
00:39:43.660protests, I believe. One of the investigations that's coming against me now is because I had
00:39:49.660like four summons for speaking during the lockdowns and organizing protests. And I didn't
00:39:56.820report it to them. I didn't know I had to, I didn't think it was criminal, and they were all dropped.
00:40:01.280So I didn't report it to them. So that's one of the things they're like, you didn't report your
00:40:05.120charges. And the other one is about my views and my experience with gender dysphoria,
00:40:11.420and how I believe that, you know, programming our kids with pronouns and transitioning0.86
00:40:18.220uh is creating a big mental health crisis uh in our in our country and so i'm i'm being brought0.81
00:40:26.780to court for those beliefs too wait a minute is is that a criminal thing like the when you
00:40:34.880you get brought to court or these hearings is it like a legal process or is it something other is
00:40:41.760it like to determine whether you're fit to be remain a nurse in ontario well it's their courts
00:40:47.300right so i'm in their courts right now so definitely we if we don't anticipate that
00:40:51.700it's going to be a great result um so we we plan on appealing it to the to the court so to the
00:40:58.220divisional court just like dr trozzi did so this is really the college's court uh the panel
00:41:04.560constitutes of three uh registered nurses in the disciplinary committee and a public member
00:41:12.300appointed by the government so those four people are going to decide decided that my experts were
00:41:18.440not qualified um and decided that wait a minute i know dr byron bridal does not know they they
00:41:29.160these women these nurses appointed to this commission and then somebody from the public
00:41:33.440appointed by the government says dr byron bridal is a hack and he should not be allowed um and
00:41:39.200these are the people who are going to determine your innocence or guilt yes and they're guided
00:41:44.200by the college's lawyer obviously right so they and i think it's so biased like because even if
00:41:50.360they decided that oh my god like this is crazy because you can tell when i was on the stand
00:41:54.940they were kind of surprised and kind of woke up and we were less bored and we're like oh my god
00:41:59.080like you know listening to my story and all of that uh but how would they go against the college
00:42:05.820Like I can't see it happening. They couldn't even stand up when it was time.
00:42:09.840They're still like, you know, in the same like vaccines are safe and effective mode. Right.
00:42:16.180So. So what's the penalty if aside from the process, like when they finally come up with their ruling, what could happen to you just over this case?
00:42:27.040Never mind what you still have yet to face. Yeah.
00:42:29.900so they can revoke my license with which is expired uh and i can't renew it obviously because
00:42:35.480i'm under investigation and in a hearing uh but it's um i'm supposedly i might be thrown all the
00:42:42.400costs of these 30 days and they're four or five uh lawyers or whoever is like um uh on their side
00:42:50.960so they they might give me like the costs of all this um and yeah again throwing more cases at me
00:42:58.360right um so the cost of all of these lawyers and all of this time could run into the hundreds of
00:43:05.060thousands of dollars here yeah have obviously you've wondered how much it might be like is
00:43:13.480there a formula to come up with with a number or is it just like a wild guess no it's like a wild
00:43:19.420guess i guess uh but but i saw someone else who went through the same uh with the same lawyer or
00:43:26.580litigator um it was with a chiropractor it was also a it was a 29 day case and they charged her
00:43:34.620800,000 800,000 so did they ever expect they're going to receive this money or like let's let's
00:43:43.840say well I know I don't think so I think they know that I sold my house and um you know and
00:43:50.940you took my money out of the bank and and bought silver that's all gone now so they said to you
00:43:59.460you owe us 800 000 we pay the bills like yeah like i mean they're never going to see it so
00:44:06.220what what is the point or did you say something about retraining too oh no they haven't spoken
00:44:13.300they could do that they can come up with that and then they make us pay for the training too
00:44:17.860but it's important to know my case has precedence right so precedence for freedom of speech and
00:44:22.920nursing and so they really don't want this case to go by because if this case goes by then they
00:44:28.620can't also punish all the others who spoke out and are under investigation i guess what does
00:44:33.900your lawyer say i mean because there is kind of a precedence as you point out with dr trosey right
00:44:38.220yeah but dr trosey's case is still different because doctors have different uh liabilities
00:44:45.000um he had maybe said some things that were maybe a little bit more controversial than mine everything
00:44:51.800i said actually pretty much everything i said all 12 11 i swear it's 11 allegations are all known to
00:44:58.440be true today uh but they keep saying that i had no way of knowing in 2020 and they wanted peer
00:45:04.120reviewed research that i saw in 2020 but they had no way of knowing back then themselves no but
00:45:11.300And they said it anyway, safe and effective, safe and effective.
00:45:34.080We're waiting for the decision and, you know, the penalty.
00:45:39.760and then we'll take it from there but we plan on we want to appeal and so we still need help for
00:45:46.560that case um although the a bigger case is in is coming in right now for february so
00:45:53.240i'm trying to focus on that one right now this has taken over your life hasn't it i mean it's
00:46:00.880it's a legal battle that is taking every single minute of every single day of your life do you
00:46:06.920have time to enjoy yourself are you allowed to do that like just fine i'm trying to let myself do
00:46:15.920that um i kind of have a i'm a very i have high expectations of myself so i i'm i'm learning uh
00:46:23.820it's been for me since i started my healing journey like to let myself um you know not
00:46:30.080always be so serious although I'm very like I joke around a lot but um you know I do I do have
00:46:37.880you know I go to the gym every day as you know and I I'm trying to spend more time with my kids
00:46:44.740who are grown now um and no I'm trying to take it day by day um I actually like meeting people
00:46:53.100and you know I'm trying to get people to do fundraisers for me or get on shows like this
00:46:58.400Like, I love meeting people like you and, you know, so, I mean, there's a downside to all of this, but really, like, I'm not going to die with the pain of regret, like a lot of my residents do.
00:47:13.540I've lived the life, like, I'm living, like, you know, I've accomplished things and I'm proud of myself.
00:47:21.280Most of the time, there's no issue, like, I'm in a good, I'm okay.
00:47:25.580but you know you're i'm sorry to bring you back down
00:47:31.500i mean you still got these things hanging over your head right like all of these investigations
00:47:37.820and more hearings possibly i mean like how do you get your life restarted into something new
00:47:43.000what are you doing now like well for money aside from the give send go and i i suppose that there's
00:47:48.140a a link on your website right sarah for freedom.com yeah absolutely and those are for my legal fees
00:47:54.520uh but i do so so remember the story of how i found it lighting up dark corners and never had
00:48:00.720time to do it well i believe that when you do what's right and when you stay aligned with
00:48:06.400yourself and do what's right no matter what uh you know god takes away or the universe is like
00:48:12.560was i believe he was like i told like these i knew i had to stop doing nursing because i was
00:48:17.860looking at it like oh my god like i'm not helping people i'm harming i'm part of like big pharma's
00:48:23.400like tool to, you know, make profit for people. So I wanted to get out, but I was kind of stuck
00:48:29.120in the like fear with money and stuff. You know, obviously, now it's like, oh, yeah, money.
00:48:40.580No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. I don't have those shackles anymore. Right. I had to sell
00:48:44.720my house. I knew when I spoke out, I was going to sell my house. And I really try to think like,
00:48:49.820as long as I have my soul, and I believe in my capacity to adapt to anything and find ways,
00:48:55.720because I've been on a long journey before this. And I made it through every single time. So I
00:49:03.360believe in myself. But I'm but I found it so lighting up dark corners is back. So I'm really
00:49:09.060I do one on ones, I have a heel program to empower people to stand in their truth. I have a free
00:49:15.120workshop, actually, that's a preview to it. So that people that can't afford it can actually
00:49:19.640We have some tools because it's all about I don't believe in the in the patient mentality that the hospitals have where, you know, we are victims and we need something from the outside to heal us.
00:49:32.060And, you know, I really don't like that. I believe that we're active participants in our care.
00:49:36.640And when we're ready to heal, you know, like I, I, with lighting up their corners, for example, I give people the tools and knowledge they need to heal every day and every moment, because you're in your head all the time. Right? So a little bit different than like talk therapy, although talk therapy is really good, too. But I run support groups where I teach people the tools and knowledge they need to do it on their own, right? As they go in their life, because it's a lifetime journey, obviously.
00:50:30.140I do often get distracted and thrown back into fundraising
00:50:33.480and things like that, but I'm surviving.
00:50:36.200and uh i don't need too much so i'm okay you ever thought about maybe doing a like i know you've
00:50:44.300done the nationwide tour before with frontline nurses but i mean with the lighthouse lighting
00:50:48.880up dark corners thing that might be cool i did it i did it and we did it me and and nordia because
00:50:54.440we went east with canadian frontline nurses but then me and my friend nordia we went and did
00:50:59.280lighting up dark corners and i got quite a bit of people but yeah i was thinking of doing it again
00:51:03.800but i'm also writing a book oh well that'd be interesting to read that like all the little
00:51:10.000details that happened along the way that'd be yeah and pictures and stuff i was like oh people
00:51:14.840are gonna love this all right sarah thank you for coming on the show tonight is that we want to
00:51:20.700mention those things right well yeah but i thought we were gonna talk about the most important case
00:51:25.960the emergencies act oh okay let's talk about that then yeah i thought we already had there's so many
00:51:31.980of them i get confused all right so the emergencies act this is the beginning of february right first
00:51:37.200week yes yes okay yeah so so again like so it's the third um anniversary three years anniversary
00:51:44.960of when we had the freedom convoy and we're going back to court on february 4th and 5th
00:51:50.940uh for a justin trudeau's oh wait yeah remember i told you that that was the important case
00:52:00.500That's right. That's right. OK, so the three year anniversary of the of the convoy. Right. And the emergency act. OK. Yes. And we're there. We're going to be we're there to defend freedom of speech and our right to protest for, you know, against government mandates and not having our accounts frozen and not having like the War Measure Act.
00:52:24.240that's that's the name it used to have uh be put on us for being united and loving and peaceful
00:52:32.540right so is this a court case where is this happening who's all involved yes this is a huge
00:52:38.360court case actually and canadian frontline nurses we were actually because we were boots on the
00:52:43.180ground uh and our lawyers saw us like struggling because kristen nagle was actually uh filming
00:52:50.200she filmed the whole convoy for for three weeks and she was um collecting donations and giving it
00:52:57.040on video to truckers right we were getting donations and we were giving it and we were all
00:53:02.460we were part of the convoy we were on the website uh we had a hotel room and a few hotel rooms and
00:53:09.280kristin had like truckers like showering doing their laundry warming up right and so our lawyers
00:53:15.860were kind of uh concerned when they started freezing accounts so we took action right away
00:53:21.820um and we so we were the first ones to to go to challenge the government for putting up the
00:53:28.040emergencies act and how fantastic it was that uh we won but there was two other groups that were
00:53:36.020there academic legal groups we were the only groups representing the people and so the judge
00:53:43.860didn't really want to hear us because we were kind of controversial and we were the only ones saying
00:53:50.520that there was no emergency like the emergencies act was not supposed to be put and we were also
00:53:58.400the only ones that was saying that you know the government had put it there because he he was
00:54:05.700humiliated and didn't want people to oppose to his like it was his it was a political reasons
00:54:13.840right? It wasn't because there was an emergency. And we were scared. And the way he called us like
00:54:20.640racist, extremist, violent, fringe minority, like, so our lawyers are the only ones like
00:54:29.420standing up for the people and wanted to speak about the stories. And we were kind of shut down.
00:54:34.240So we're, we're, we're appealing that too. So Justin Trudeau is appealing. The fact that
00:54:41.460the judge did say that it was unlawful and unconstitutional but it was all the legalities
00:54:48.660it wasn't about like you took away the voice of the people like you need to hear the people we
00:54:54.800were we were in Ottawa because we wanted someone from the government or the parliament to come
00:55:00.160listen to what we had to say and then next thing you know Justin Trudeau has COVID and runs away
00:55:05.860and then he puts the emergencies act so we really want people like we like we want to stand in the
00:55:12.200fact that you know he put that up there for political reasons and i think we think that he
00:55:18.520should be held accountable uh for for doing that that's what but how do you okay you know what i
00:55:25.720just because i got a video ready karina gould is running for the liberal leadership she was the0.77
00:55:30.320government house leader. And somebody pulled a video of her from February 16th of 2022. So this0.97
00:55:38.780is two days after the emergency act had been declared. And this pretty much sums up everything
00:55:46.520the Liberal Party said about all of the people who went to the Freedom Convoy. Let's look at this.
00:55:52.400we must listen to each other and we must assure that no one in this house is
00:55:59.660standing with those who support white supremacy who support Nazi views who
00:56:05.520look to contribute and enable racist views and Mr. Speaker I would ask that
00:56:12.560all of us in this house use our words judiciously including the member
00:56:17.640opposite who just yelled out something completely inappropriate because all of
00:56:22.340us have reason to be here and i would call on the members opposite not to stand with those who are
00:56:28.260sharing those views because how does it feel as a person in this house seeing colleagues taking
00:56:34.980pictures with people who are looking to overthrow the government that's what i ask those colleagues
00:56:40.960can you even believe that everything everything like in that in that 52 second clip you're trying
00:56:50.560to take over the government you were uh nazis you were right-wing extremists you i mean and
00:56:59.400and ironically she's the one who who had a nazi an actual one in the house of commons a couple
00:57:05.620of years after that and tried to get it scrubbed from the official house of commons record yeah a
00:57:11.420lot of projection going on i mean we were going to throw the government with our bouncy castles
00:57:16.380and hockey games and uh you know giving food to the homeless and uh loving each other and hugging
00:57:22.620each other like we were bad yeah so they can't get away with that obviously i would love to see them
00:57:28.520held accountable for all of the lies they told is that what this is about well yeah we want to well
00:57:34.420we weren't heard neither and so that's unlawful and so we want to be heard uh we want the people
00:57:40.940to be heard we want our voices to be heard and so yeah this is what it's about us going back to
00:57:46.880court for that so appealing the fact that we weren't we were kind of put aside the judge said
00:57:51.920we were offensive i believe um and so yeah and and people can also watch watch this so there's
00:58:00.060a link on the web page where people can go and sign up because we need for people to be aware
00:58:06.620but also like show up right to see because people don't even know if this is really going on
00:58:12.680i didn't and and that's odd normally i know that kind of stuff wow that's crazy yeah so we need to
00:58:19.300get the message out there so if you scroll down there's a place where um you they can um oh yeah
00:58:26.280about the emergency oh yeah in the emergencies part there's like a little blue part a link in it
00:58:31.120um okay emergencies act challenge so there it is click that link right okay yeah so then to
00:58:38.180register right they can register there and they can go and um look at the you know watch be a part
00:58:44.840of the uh the case on february 4th and 5th it starts at 9 30 uh and then also 9 30 eastern
00:58:52.100oh yeah 9 eastern till five that's all right and also obviously i always tell people like
00:58:59.240we need donations like i need help like this is like i'm like i i can't do it on myself but we
00:59:06.460have also have to remember the government has unlimited funds of money and i and i keep telling
00:59:11.260people like don't see it as donations see it as an investment in our future and the future
00:59:16.160generations uh you don't have to give a lot like if if everyone gave even just a dollar like we
00:59:23.140can cover all of this um you know or you know instead of buying a coffee uh you know just send
00:59:29.740send us the money the links the the donation and the links are all on the web page but also thank
00:59:36.540you so much for having me i love having interviews because again you see like a lot of people don't
00:59:41.400know what's going on so i really need to get on as much shows as i can and i tell people like if
00:59:46.940you can like hold a fundraiser i can show up if you're not too far uh and say my story like it
00:59:52.780doesn't have to be a big thing like people uh sometimes i went to a few where people just
00:59:57.720opened up their house had coffee and tea available um and i showed up said my story people were so
01:00:03.080happy to mingle with me and that was it uh but that helps right and plus it it builds a community
01:00:10.160so yeah we need your help we need support and so thank you for having me absolutely sarah it's
01:00:18.100been great catching up with you and and seeing how you're handling all of the crap that they've

01:00:55.940will be there um i keep forgetting who they are i do have their name somewhere canadian civil
01:01:02.300liberties association and the canadian constitutional foundation okay cool they're
01:01:08.720just not representing the people they're representing their own particular ideologies
01:01:14.860yeah more like legalities and things like that right okay sarah take it easy we'll see you at
01:01:20.420hearing uh hopefully everybody clicks in good luck with that thank you take care you bet bye
01:01:26.500bye there is sarah shujonian one of canada's frontline nurses guys i still have an entire
01:01:34.980show to do and i was thinking should i do the show in the extension because there's lots of
01:01:44.020news to cover that we haven't covered yet because we had sarah on so should i do should we stay live
01:01:49.840is it too late for you guys are you going to be abandoning the live stream right now or did you
01:01:56.300want to stay with it because if you want to stay with it i will keep it on social i do have an
01:02:01.960extension for the uh for the members at shadow davis.com after the news is over with that
01:02:08.960involves stephen harper and five eyes including cesis and the corruption therein and i found it
01:02:18.780incredibly fascinating okay so let's stick around here online the alberta government the alberta
01:02:27.660government report urging a halt on vaccines this was discussed briefly when sarah was on the show
01:02:34.160with me is facing a scientific backlash really now this report came out last week we haven't
01:02:43.980had a chance to cover it yet but ultimately this commission which was put together at a cost of
01:02:50.000oh I think it was two million dollars oh yeah two million it says right there at the bottom of that
01:02:53.800paragraph by Danielle Smith and a bunch of contrarian doctors to go ahead and look through
01:02:59.560everything Alberta did in response to the COVID-19 pandemic including the vaccines the lockdowns the
01:03:07.200entire nine yards so the report came out it's 269 pages I've gone through a part of it in the
01:03:13.720past few days but look at this all of a sudden all of these shills are coming out and saying
01:03:20.780dear alberta government this is timothy caulfield by the way timothy caulfield
01:03:25.020is a professor of law he has nothing to do with the science aspect of this
01:03:32.000but he's saying or sharing that the alberta medical association uh regarding the report
01:03:38.600and the statement regarding the report is anti-science and anti-evidence it advances
01:03:45.760misinformation it speaks against the broadest and most diligent international scientific
01:03:50.660collaboration and consensus in history you see that's the problem there is never any consensus
01:03:58.600when it comes to science what happens is if you hold a contrarian view these days anyhow
01:04:05.780You get shut down. You get shut up. You get silenced. At least that's the way it was0.88
01:04:12.900up until very, very recently. How problematic is the Alberta report on COVID? Very.
01:04:20.660Again, Timothy Caulfield. Dr. Luann Metz, the UCP spent $2 million to prop up anti-science
01:04:27.580conspiracy theories. This report is full to the brim with misinformation and dangerous rhetoric
01:04:32.780that has real and profound impacts on public health we have union leaders speaking out against
01:04:39.340this from every single union in the province plus some that aren't even in the province
01:04:45.980it's amazing to me the coordinated and concerted effort that the establishment is using to try and
01:04:56.060discredit this report that was worked on for almost a year by a bunch of contrarian doctors
01:05:02.980who are scientists and did look at every single aspect with all of the evidence that's available
01:05:11.080now to come up with their recommendation that Alberta cease the use of COVID-19 vaccines.
01:05:19.020i find it absolutely outrageous that anybody could ever speak out against it so quickly
01:05:26.240the report is very extensive it's almost like when there was one football game a couple three
01:05:34.280years ago i think it was an nfl game maybe it was a college game down in the united states
01:05:38.060where some kid just collapsed on the field just suddenly collapsed on the field and the commentators
01:05:46.100and the color guys were going what could this be from he's young he's 20 years old this is
01:05:51.460outrageous this should never happen and one of the commentators on the broadcast said well it's
01:05:56.400obviously not the vaccine how on earth would you ever know that they're programmed to instantly
01:06:06.620say well it couldn't be the vaccine it couldn't be the mandates it couldn't be the lockdowns
01:06:11.280Whether they know it or not, it's programming.
01:06:17.220The Shadow at Night livestream is brought to you by CanadaNanoSilver.com.
01:06:22.000I'll be right back after this message.
01:06:23.800Pairing Crest toothpaste to Silver Succal's toothpaste.
01:11:46.040a judge of the Quebec Court of Appeal, was appointed as commissioner. Multiple government
01:11:50.860officials, including Trudeau, have testified to the commission, and he lied bald-faced at that, too.
01:11:57.360An interim report released last year by Hogue determined that while foreign interference did
01:12:01.060not change the outcome of canada's 2019 and 2021 federal elections it did undermine the rights of
01:12:07.440canadian voters because it tainted the process and eroded public trust the interim report
01:12:13.660highlighted troubling events in the last two elections which hogue described as a stain
01:12:18.160on our electoral process so what happens tomorrow the commission's investigation was conducted in
01:12:25.440two phases. The first dealt specifically with interference that China, Russia, and other foreign
01:12:31.380actors may have engaged in and any impact it may have had on the 2019 and 2021 elections.
01:12:37.620Hearings in the first phase were held in March and April of last year with the commission submitting
01:12:41.840the interim report in May. The initial report concluded that efforts by authoritarian regimes,
01:12:47.180primarily China, to meddle in Canada's democratic institutions prevented some Canadians from
01:12:52.400casting an informed vote. What will the final report contain? It will deal with the second
01:13:00.280phase of the commission's inquiry. The second phase looked at the role of government departments
01:13:05.180and agencies in detecting, deterring, and countering foreign interference. Hearings for
01:13:10.000the second phase were held in September and October of last year. In addition to public
01:13:14.120servants, the commission also heard from members of nearly a dozen different diaspora groups.
01:13:19.580The commission's public consultation team prepared summaries of the information it received from members of the Canadian public through more than 200 written submissions, 624 questionnaire responses, and consultation meetings held with 105 individual members of diaspora communities.
01:13:37.220Now, the thing to remember here, even when this report comes out tomorrow, is that they are holding back evidence of who these 11 elected officials are for 99 years.
01:20:40.800with ties to the Chinese government to stand in the inquiry, granting them access to confidential
01:20:47.300documents and the capacity to cross-examine witnesses. The presence of these individuals
01:20:53.520led to two Chinese diaspora groups to refuse to participate, citing security concerns.
01:21:00.680With a tragic, truly tragic irony, even the inquiry meant to address foreign interference became a venue for repression and interference.
01:21:10.920Following this interim report from the public inquiry, the government did table Bill C-70, an act responding to countering foreign interference, but even here the efforts are minimal.
01:21:20.860as national security expert and mcdonald laurier institute senior fellow christian lepreck
01:21:26.700testified before the house of commons committee on national security and public safety the bill
01:21:32.880represents the absolute minimum the government would have to do anyway only once its hand was
01:21:38.460forced the prime minister's abdication of responsibility also came through loud and
01:21:45.480clear in the nsacop report itself in a section titled briefing parliamentarians
01:21:49.520It becomes clear that between 2018 and 2022, the Prime Minister received and failed to respond to at least four detailed reports from three different government bodies or advisors recommending that new MPs be briefed on the risks of foreign interference.
01:22:07.080When asked why he didn't act on those recommendations, Trudeau reportedly responded that he thought the Parliamentary Protective Service already briefs new parliamentarians about foreign interference.
01:23:38.580Secondly, I would pass an emergency bring-it-home tax cut
01:23:43.540on work, investment, making stuff in Canada, energy, home building,
01:23:49.320so that we can stimulate more economic growth here.
01:23:53.380Three, we need to become more self-sufficient.
01:23:55.440That means knocking down barriers, more interprovincial free trade.
01:23:59.160We have freer trade with the Americans today than we do with ourselves.
01:24:03.120We have to knock down those barriers, build pipelines, LNG liquefaction facilities
01:24:09.100to sell our stuff to the world without having to go through the Americans.
01:24:12.300If they're going to be an unreliable trade partner, we've got to find ways to sell more to ourselves and more to the rest of the world.
01:24:18.040Do you see it as a dollar-for-dollar retaliation?
01:24:20.740I would say so, yeah. It has to hit hard.
01:24:23.560And again, we have to be very pinpoint and surgical to make sure we're maximizing impact on the American side while minimizing impact on our side.
01:24:32.580You talk about self-reliance. Have successive governments in Canada over the decades, of all stripes, become too reliant, too comfortable with the notion that U.S. will always be our biggest trade partner and they're always right there and we really, we can put it on autopilot?
01:24:48.380Yes. We live next door to the biggest military and economic superpower the world has ever seen.
01:24:54.540So a lot of our economics have just been based on enjoying, basking in that glow.
01:32:48.560And Trump will still maintain visa restrictions
01:32:50.880on Colombian officials, the White House says in his statement.
01:32:54.680The White House claimed victory in a showdown with Colombia
01:32:57.780over accepting flights of deported migrants from the U.S. on Sunday,
01:33:02.080hours after Donald Trump threatened steep tariffs on imports
01:33:06.420and other sanctions on their longtime U.S. trading partner.
01:33:10.820Long, close partners in anti-narcotics efforts in U.S. and Colombia clashed on Sunday over the deportation of migrants
01:33:17.900and imposed tariffs on each other's goods in a show of what other countries could face if they intervene in the Trump administration's crackdown on illegal immigration.
01:37:49.860According to a report, Black Lock's reporter,
01:37:52.480What was supposed to be millions spent to recover suspected children's graves at an Indian residential school in B.C. instead went to publicists and consultants, according to financial records obtained by Black Lock's reporter.
01:38:11.120Let me get rid of this video before it starts playing.
01:38:15.040The records were obtained under the Access to Information Act,
01:38:17.640which the Department of Crown Indigenous Relations attempted to hide, the report said.
01:38:27.480The department only released the records by order of the Information Commissioner Carolyn Maynard.
01:38:33.400I order the minister to provide a complete response, the commissioner wrote last November 27th.0.97
01:38:40.620the records show the oh i can't say this and i don't want to butcher it kim loops i think and
01:38:46.560sequemec first nation received more than 12 million dollars in funding after announcing
01:38:52.100the discovery of 215 children's graves in kamloops in 2021 that claim was later revised to 200
01:39:01.140potential burials and no human remains have been recovered to date despite requests from
01:39:07.760families to return bodies, said an internal memo. And yet we flew our flags at half-mast for nine
01:39:15.720months because of that, and Trudeau poisoned the psyche of this country, calling it a genocide.0.93
01:39:24.560That's sick. Initially, the First Nation was rewarded nearly eight million dollars to uncover
01:39:32.260the grave, said the federal department. The community had received 7.9 million for field
01:39:36.660work record searches and to secure the residential school grounds a spokesperson told black locks
01:39:42.960last may but later the funding went up to 12.1 million for some reason the budget is robust and
01:39:49.600comprehensive but what's required said minutes of a 2021 first nation council meeting the department
01:39:57.720of crown indigenous relations did inquire with the kamloops group on what archaeological and
01:40:02.780forensic work was underway. I know you're aware of the incredibly complex nature of this type of
01:40:07.920work, wrote Mandy McCarthy, the department's acting director general. We're not seeking to
01:40:13.180intervene in this matter, but are trying to understand the approach, wrote McCarthy, who
01:40:17.220questioned whether you have all the information you need to advance exhumation protocols and DNA
01:40:22.560testing. The department censored all details surrounding the 12.1 million. However, the First
01:40:29.240Nations Health Authority transferred $2.3 million in federal funding to Kimlip's organizers
01:40:34.280and did itemize some expenses for a nine-month period, the report said.
01:40:40.040Costs included $37,500 for marketing and communications,
01:41:38.200and the government and bureaucrats tried to cover it up again.
01:41:44.280wow absolutely amazing um guys don't forget to like and share get this out to as many people
