00:24:46.440They work together to solve the governors and the emergency responders on the ground.
00:24:49.900Those happen on the front end. The federal government comes in, makes sure they're there to that we recover.
00:24:55.020But we're still in that phase where we need to make sure that they're staying there, staying focused.
00:24:59.320Now, look, we do have some information regarding the Hurricane Helene that cut a swath through the southeast part of the United States coming up in just a second.
00:25:09.640It is politically charged, obviously. I get the sense this debate is going to be a little bit more dull than the last one we saw.
00:25:15.500so we may come back to it we may not in the meantime justin trudeau's government survived
00:25:20.920another conservative-led non-confidence vote today the second in less than a week this the
00:25:26.920same day the bloc had an opportunity to table a non-confidence motion of their own opting instead
00:25:32.780to push the liberals to support one of their key demands the non-confidence motion stated in part
00:25:38.480and this is ctv left-wing corporate ctv we are using here for this story so i hope they got it
00:25:45.660right after what they did last week the non-confidence motion stated in part the house
00:25:51.520has lost confidence in the government and offers canadians the option to axe the tax build the
00:25:56.820homes fix the budget and stop the crime it was defeated 207-121 in a statement following uh the
00:26:05.400vote today the conservatives pointed fingers at hang on let me scroll down here pointed fingers
00:26:11.100at jagmeet singh saying he sold out working canadians and at the bloc accusing them of
00:26:17.780letting down quebecers canadians will have the chance to vote in a carbon tax election and
00:26:22.640conservatives will continue to fight for it the statement reads the liberals survived the
00:26:26.040first non-confidence motion last week blah blah blah blah blah okay here's here's what i know
00:32:34.080And you can show them where the policy comes from that Justin Trudeau is implementing.
00:32:40.700And ask him, do you think Trudeau came up with this himself?
00:32:44.820Do you think it's strange that other countries in the Western world are going through the exact same thing that we're going through right now?
00:32:52.060doesn't it seem kind of a coincidence to you i don't know there's no coincidences my friend
00:32:59.840this is all being done on purpose with intent you know some might be saying pierre polyev's
00:33:08.380just as bad he's just he's just as bad he's a manchurian candidate i personally don't believe
00:33:14.200that i don't believe he is some people around him may be but i don't think polyev himself is
00:33:20.740look at this this capital gains this is another thing why would they want to impose something
00:33:25.860like this on their own people liberal capital gains tax i could cost nearly 90 billion dollars
00:33:32.900in lost gross domestic product and 400 000 jobs
00:33:38.120would any government that claims to be helping the people of their country the people they govern
00:33:47.360do this to them uh we're gonna have to take 400 000 jobs and 90 billion dollars out of the economy
00:33:57.180i'm sorry and then we're going to take money from you more than we were taking before with this new
00:34:05.080capital gains tax new analysis shows the capital gains tax hike introduced by the liberals will
00:34:11.540cost the canadian economy even more than expected conservative mp john barlow cited a recent study
00:34:17.160highlighting how the tax hike could deal a crushing blow, a crushing blow to the country's
00:34:22.060finances. And we just sit back and go, well, what are you going to do? This is a devastating tax
00:34:27.780increase and the impact on Canadians right across the country will be substantial. The study estimates
00:34:33.420that Canada's GDP will fall by nearly $90 billion, 414,000 jobs will be lost, and real per capita
00:34:42.380GDP will decline by 3% due to the capital gains tax hike. These calculations come from an analysis
00:34:49.500conducted by Jack Minns, a distinguished fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. This is not
00:34:55.220a trivial loss to the Canadian economy, he said. Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland previously
00:35:00.460called the tax increase a fair way to fund the liberal spending. She thinks it's fair.
00:35:08.020there's new polls out there and here he is brian lily from post media to tell us all about them
00:35:14.780justin trudeau's polling numbers getting worse than ever just when you thought they couldn't
00:35:19.000get worse they have hi i'm brian lily political columnist for the toronto sun perhaps you read
00:35:23.700this over the weekend in my column at torontosun.com or in the printed edition but justin
00:35:29.600trudeau's polling numbers are getting worse rather than better the sagging support for the liberals
00:35:34.400is really starting to stink. Latest poll by Leger for Postmedia, our parent company,
00:35:40.240shows a 20-point lead for the Conservatives. They have the Conservatives at 44% and the Trudeau
00:35:45.360Liberals at 24%. The NDP is back in third at 17%. The Conservatives are leading in every part of
00:35:52.620the country except for Quebec, where they're doing better than they usually do. And if it weren't for
00:35:57.600Quebec, Trudeau would be in real trouble. The Angus Reid Institute, they've got the Conservatives
00:36:02.460with a 22-point lead, not 20. So does Abacus Data. But what's really interesting about all
00:36:07.660these polling firms, they've got slight differences on their national numbers, but the real fascinating
00:36:12.980thing is the background data. Let me give you some examples. Leger asked Canadians,
00:36:18.380should Justin Trudeau leave? 62% say yes, he should step down as prime minister and liberal
00:36:23.660leader. And that includes one third of people who say they're going to vote liberal. The Angus
00:36:29.180Reid Institute looked at some of the biggest cities in Canada, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto,
00:36:34.720Montreal. They found a double-digit decline in each of those cities for liberal support.
00:36:40.460So the by-elections in Toronto St. Paul's and La Salle, Imard, Verdun, those aren't mistakes.
00:36:47.640Those aren't one-offs or aberrations. This is the new norm. That poll found that the Conservatives
00:36:55.200have 34% in Toronto's core, not the suburbs, not the 905. In Toronto proper, the Conservatives
00:37:02.760are 34%, the Liberals at 33. Sure, that's margin of error stuff. But look, why are the Conservatives
00:37:10.760ahead of the Liberals in Toronto's core? It's an even bigger lead out in the suburbs where the
00:37:14.640Conservatives are getting 45%. Similar numbers in the greater Vancouver area. All of this pointing
00:37:20.940to real trouble for the Liberals and great gains for the Conservatives. Want another example?
00:37:27.340Abacus Data did a poll and they looked at the rest of Canada versus Quebec. Outside of Quebec,
00:37:35.440the Conservatives have 50% support. Look at that. And the Conservatives aren't even doing as bad as
00:37:43.740they usually do in Quebec. Yeah, they're third. They've got 22% behind the bloc at 37 and the
00:37:48.520Liberals at 28, but usually they're in around the 12 or 13 range in Quebec. But look at this,
00:37:54.440in the rest of Canada, right here, 50%. That's unheard of in this country.
00:38:01.880The NDP's in second with 22, and the Liberals, they're at 19%. They're in third place. This is
00:38:08.720disaster territory. This is Iggy territory, like 2011 numbers, but with the Conservatives getting
00:38:14.540a massive majority. This sort of thing doesn't happen very often. As one Liberal pundit put it,
00:38:21.660when is a good time to panic? Well, maybe now. But is Justin Trudeau ready to go? Is he panicking?
00:38:27.980Doesn't seem like it, although the latest rumor spreading around certain parts of Ottawa and the
00:38:33.420political class, Trudeau proroguing Parliament before the bloc's deadline of the end of October
00:38:38.160and then stepping down and calling the leadership race. I'm not sure I buy it yet, but that is what's
00:38:43.820being talked about okay but you heard me say that earlier and you know what's interesting is
00:38:51.540i knew that last week but i was sworn to silence and so i had to sit there on my hands waiting for
00:38:58.760my friend to say okay go and out of respect to him or her i'm not going to tell you which
00:39:05.700i don't reveal my sources and then lily goes ahead and leaks it today
00:39:10.960well sometimes you get burned remember i talked about this last night a little bit when it comes1.00
00:39:17.740to immigrants not liking the system that we've got in place right now with all of these asylum0.85
00:39:23.400seekers and these temporary workers and these temporary students and all of that and yeah the1.00
00:39:28.280liberals have said they're cutting back on that but only because because quebec is causing such
00:39:32.340a stink but i said people who have waited their turn and gone through the proper process to
00:39:38.820immigrate to this country, don't like it either. And there's a new poll, albeit not very scientific,
00:39:43.560comes from Omni News, owned by Rogers. It's an online poll. But it says here,
00:39:52.940immigrants, immigrants are supporting Pierre Polyev. This is a whole story. They go into0.65
00:40:00.280talking to some of these immigrants. When Mark Gravasso arrived in Canada from the Philippines
00:40:05.120in 20, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. They make it a human interest story. Bottom line, 44% of0.98
00:40:09.920respondents said they would cast their ballot for conservatives if elections were held today.
00:40:15.080These are immigrants, legal immigrants to Canada. An 18-point lead over the Liberals
00:40:20.360at 26%. Well, 19% would vote NDP. This commercial apparently was all, they told you that the
00:40:31.720conservatives have got money and they're doing a lot of advertising right now. They're trying to
00:40:35.100humanize Pierre Polyev a little bit here. Tell me what you think of this. This is a new
00:40:40.580conservative TV spot that's out there. Feels like home near the mountains where I grew up.
00:40:48.020I was adopted by school teachers who taught me that in Canada, if you worked at it, you could
00:40:53.700climb any mountain. People don't feel that way now. In fact, it feels like we're all a long way
00:41:00.100from home our youth can't even afford homes or food debt taxes and crime are up jobs are down
00:41:08.260immigration is broken woke obsessions dishonor our history destroy our education
00:41:14.300wait wait hold on what did he say did he say woke obsessions
00:41:18.820well that's interesting don't you think why would a politician who is a part of the world
00:41:26.480Economic Forum. Talk about woke obsessions. Guys, it's starting to become obvious here. We can't be
00:41:32.620looking for boogeymen behind every hedge, hiding behind every tree. The colors are coming out.
00:41:39.640And again, I'm not going to tell you that Pierre Polyev is perfect. He was wearing an orange
00:41:43.700shirt yesterday. All right. I personally don't believe in what was going on yesterday. We're
00:41:49.520going to play some video. It's actually pretty funny. We've got some video coming up from a
00:41:54.720press conference that was given by residential school survivors yesterday in which they threw
00:42:00.600out the cbc for asking the wrong question it's actually quite funny but i do want your opinion
00:42:05.560on it but let's finish this crime are up jobs are down immigration is broken woke obsessions
00:42:12.160dishonor our history destroy our education degrade our military divide our people but common sense
00:42:19.840will lead us home. We'll cap spending, axe taxes, reward work, build homes, uphold family,
00:42:27.320stop crime, secure borders, rearm our forces, restore our freedom, and unite our people
00:42:34.520with common values, common sense, common hope for our common home. Canada, let's bring it home.
01:07:33.500which has been additionally corroborated by records seized
01:07:36.700in a prosecution brought against some of the CIA agents involved.
01:07:41.280The CIA's targeting of myself, my family and my associates through aggressive extrajudicial and extraterritorial means provides a rare insight into how powerful intelligence organisations engage in transnational repression.
01:07:59.240such repressions are not unique what is unique is that we know so much about this one
01:08:07.560due to numerous whistleblowers and to judicial investigations in spain
01:08:12.580so interesting many people out there are fighting to keep the information and we're
01:08:23.260talking about the powers that be and the powers above them and above them and above them and so
01:08:27.720on they are fighting to keep the information secret you know you've seen how many redacted
01:08:34.400comments or papers you know freedom of information requests have you seen where big
01:08:40.000black blocks where they don't give out any information even though you've had freedom
01:08:45.020of information you're supposed to be able to have it they don't give it they are they are clinging
01:08:51.180state secrets it would risk national security all of these bs answers they give us
01:08:57.800they don't want us to know certain things because if we find out they're scared that they're going
01:09:03.800to lose their grip on power right and when we talk about a choice politically speaking
01:09:08.860and i find that politics has changed a great deal just in the last five years
01:09:13.840right used to be a magician's choice a magician's choice is you know you're going to do what the
01:09:19.900magician wants you to do ultimately pick a card any card right well he knows which card you're
01:09:24.280going to pick already before you even pick it because he's rigged it like that well elections
01:09:28.520have been like that for over 100 years but now i believe that things have changed i believe things
01:09:36.480have changed donald trump's a wild card and he's transformed the republican party in the united
01:09:42.700states i'm not saying that donald trump is the be-all and end-all and he's going to stop all
01:09:47.780of this. And he may well be controlled by another cabal, because like you've heard me say in the
01:09:53.320past, there's more than one cabal in play here. It's not just the World Economic Forum. There's
01:09:57.580a couple of others who were in play. I'm not sure if they're warring with each other. Two of the
01:10:02.160three are working together while one is opposing them. I don't know exactly how it's all playing
01:10:07.140out right now. It's tough to figure. But I do believe that Donald Trump wants to maintain
01:10:13.720the status quo of what the West was before the World Economic Forum started pushing in.
01:10:22.660And whether we were under control of something at that point, yeah, we were.
01:10:26.820At least we can go back to our lives, maybe, temporarily. And I believe Pierre Polyev is
01:10:33.100the same thing here in Canada. I'm not necessarily saying that, again, he is the be-all and end-all,
01:10:38.940but i do believe that he believes in the canada he grew up in and how many memes have you seen
01:10:47.000flying around just in the last couple of weeks on social media that that show you that let's say
01:10:52.140man i am homesick for my home and i'm at home or i'm homesick for the canada we all grew up in
01:11:00.020well that's the message polyev is sending out to all of us he's homesick for it too
01:11:06.120any logical common sense person is so they might help us stem the tide a little bit
01:11:15.660so we can get this great awakening so we can get more and more people on board with us
01:11:21.160to push back ultimately guys i don't know exactly how none of us do exactly how this all plays out
01:11:29.320but i'll tell you one thing if we are going to be controlled by a cabal
01:11:33.820I would rather it be the old cabal as opposed to the new cabal. But the other thing about that is
01:11:42.580now that we're awake and we know we're being controlled by a cabal, we can find a way out
01:11:48.720of that too, if enough of us don't go back to sleep. In the extension tonight, I have got
01:11:56.740a doctor talking about how they were ordered to kill thousands of people during the COVID period
01:12:04.860with respirators. And also more information coming out about the vaccine that I can't put
01:12:15.240on the social media channels. So I'm putting it on the extension on shadowdavis.com tonight
01:12:20.740for you all access pass holders. So I'll see you there in about two minutes. And for those of you
01:12:26.680not joining on all access tonight on the website i'll catch you tomorrow night ken drysdale of

01:12:36.720saturday afternoon in selkirk manitoba regarding the winnipeg metropolitan region boards plan 2050
01:12:42.780the smart city plan for winnipeg and the surrounding municipalities we're going to
01:12:47.480brief people on exactly what the plan is and how we can fight back against it and hopefully we'll
01:12:53.460get a good deal of elected officials from the rms in the area like we did in stonewall a couple of
01:12:58.420weeks ago it's going to be from one until four o'clock at the selkirk rec center on saturday
01:13:03.980afternoon so hopefully we will see you there if you're concerned at all about the city of winnipeg
