00:07:30.000 hello my friends and welcome to shadow at night this is friday friday september 13th
00:07:47.280 2024 and on the show tonight what is a sanctuary city what is it exactly there's a definition out
00:07:56.000 there and how many cities across the country canada are in fact sanctuary cities how many
00:08:01.440 how many cities support the sanctuary city program either tacitly or openly we've got that
00:08:07.900 information coming up and justin trudeau said something stupid again today i mean can the guy
00:08:12.960 go a week without saying something stupid or bald-faced lying which we'll show you he did
00:08:19.380 the other day tonight like blatantly talking about canada's economy being one of the strongest
00:08:25.620 in the g7 and g8 no it's not but anyway justin trudeau suggested that yes he absolutely supports
00:08:33.820 ukraine firing nato long-range missiles into russia because i guess they want to start world
00:08:40.680 war three keir starmer the new prime minister of the uk met with joe biden uh where give me that
00:08:47.400 trump hat i'll put that on did you see that video oh my god it was only for a couple of seconds and
00:08:53.140 maybe Biden was sticking it to Kamala, or maybe he just didn't realize what he was doing, or
00:08:57.960 maybe he thought he was making a joke. Anyway, Biden met with Starmer this afternoon to discuss
00:09:05.660 these long-range missiles, these NATO, Western nation missiles, long-range missiles going deep
00:09:14.980 into Russia, even though Putin has said, if you guys do this, we're going to go to war with all
00:09:22.000 of you not just ukraine it's tense so could this be world war three my friends could we be on the
00:09:28.660 brink i mean was trump spouting rhetoric or was he actually bang on when he said we haven't been
00:09:36.160 this close to world war three ever during the debate the other night and will anybody even
00:09:43.620 notice it or will they be busy on their phones oh my god that looks so good you had cherry cheesecake
00:09:51.500 cake for your dessert today? It's Stella's. Meantime, bombs going off behind him.

00:14:56.020 Next week on the show, people have been asking me, hey, Shadow, how come no guests this week?
00:14:59.560 I did that intentionally.
00:15:00.760 I wanted to get back in the swing of things considering I was off last week.
00:15:04.380 All kinds of news going on this week, and there will be next week as well, but I will
00:15:09.540 make some room for guests next week.
00:15:11.200 Maggie Hope Braun is going to rejoin the show next Wednesday or Thursday night.
00:15:15.380 Maggie, if you're watching right now, just tell me which night you want, and away we go. And I
00:15:19.680 know that you've got some news you want to share, so you're absolutely more than welcome to come
00:15:23.840 back on the show at any time. And 12-year career paramedic Chet Chisholm is going to be joining
00:15:31.740 the show next week with some interesting statistics from the government's own websites
00:15:36.640 regarding COVID-19 and its transmission, or lack thereof, and how many people were actually
00:15:41.980 hospitalized versus how many people think we're hospitalized. It's a big disparity.
00:15:49.680 All right. Is World War III going to happen? Well, this is from the CBS News website. As you
00:15:56.980 can see, this story filed by the AP, the Associated Press, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned
00:16:02.400 late last night that a decision by the U.S. or its NATO allies to allow Ukraine to use Western
00:16:09.240 supplied long-range missiles to hit targets deep inside Russia would be viewed as NATO's
00:16:14.800 direct participation in the war, which he said would significantly change the very nature
00:16:20.360 of the conflict. Remember, we don't have any business being over there in the first place,
00:16:26.900 because Ukraine is not a member of NATO. They're a member of the UN, but guess what? So is Russia.
00:16:33.700 Matter of fact, Russia is one of the five permanent members on the UN Security Council. Canada's not.
00:16:39.240 Now, of course, all of the Western powers and the NATO allies have been saying, well,
00:16:45.700 this is an illegal war. Well, there's a lot of illegal wars that go on. We don't stick our
00:16:49.160 noses in those, but we do this one. Why? We have absolutely no standing to be involved in
00:16:56.700 this conflict in any way. This is a very old conflict. It goes back centuries, for goodness
00:17:01.600 sakes. Flight assignments for these missile systems can, in fact, only be entered by military
00:17:08.380 personnel from NATO countries. Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this, and therefore it is not a question
00:17:14.940 of allowing the Ukrainian regime to strike Russia with these weapons or not. It's a question of
00:17:20.720 making a decision whether NATO countries directly participate in the military conflict or not.
00:17:25.840 That, again, from Vladimir Putin. He said that late yesterday. If this decision is made, it will
00:17:32.740 mean nothing less than the direct participation of NATO countries, the United States, and
00:17:38.080 European countries in the war in Ukraine.
00:17:47.680 Joe Biden brushed it off this afternoon, brushed off that threat, although I wouldn't call
00:17:54.700 it a threat, I'd call it a basic statement by Putin, and says, Ukraine's allies are
00:18:02.740 will probably allow these long-range missiles into Russia.
00:18:10.700 Kiev has been pleading to NATO to be allowed to do this.
00:18:15.120 And I don't, again, I don't know how it is that NATO has got any say in this at all.
00:18:20.800 Why does Ukraine need to go to NATO for permission to do anything?
00:18:25.980 It makes no sense to me at all.
00:18:27.660 Does that not insinuate NATO's already directly involved, regardless of whether these long-range missiles get fired or not?
00:18:36.640 Ukraine and many of its supporters in the U.S. and Europe want Biden to lift restrictions on Western-provided long-range weapons,
00:18:42.960 and there are signs Biden might shift the administration's policy.
00:18:46.620 We don't know.
00:18:47.840 Keir Starmer, the new PM of the U.K., met with Biden this afternoon, trying to coax him into it.
00:18:53.660 This is what Justin Trudeau said about long-range missiles being fired into Russia by Ukraine today.
00:19:00.660 Vladimir Putin says Russia will be at war with NATO if Ukraine uses long-range missiles deep into Russia.
00:19:06.660 How far into Russia do you think Ukraine should be able to strike?
00:19:10.660 Vladimir Putin is striking regularly in the heart of Ukraine.
00:19:15.660 Ukraine. He's sending missiles and bombs at hospitals, at daycare centers, at families
00:19:23.120 and communities across Ukraine. And it was his choice, his choice to invade a neighbouring
00:19:29.840 sovereign nation. His choice to start this conflict. And it could be his choice to end
00:19:34.880 it tomorrow. All he has to do is pull back his troops into Russian territory. But he
00:19:41.820 won't do that he is not just trying to remove any choice that you create i'm sorry but
00:19:52.540 does and again you know we're playing that game how long can i last right how long can we all
00:19:57.180 last listening to this buffoon speak because every time he opens his mouth it's complete embarrassment
00:20:02.060 to our country completely especially in this case he's talking about war and really what can canada
00:20:09.180 contribute in this situation? Nothing. Our military has been significantly weakened by
00:20:15.640 these clowns. And so we really don't have much to say about this, or shouldn't anyway,
00:20:22.680 because it's all empty threats. It's empty. Every single thing that a Canadian, even if
00:20:28.000 Palliev got up there, and I'm sure he would have the good sense to not, doesn't matter.
00:20:33.440 representative from canada going in there saying hey vladimir putin like if if russia decided they
00:20:40.600 wanted to walk into canada and start kicking ass that wouldn't be a thing it wouldn't last
00:20:46.700 for any longer than five minutes seriously we haven't got the capability and yet there's trudeau
00:20:55.060 rattling a saber that he doesn't have it's embarrassing have around where they want their
00:21:01.120 future to go, remove their independence, remove their sovereignty. He's trying to deeply
00:21:07.020 destabilize the international rules-based order that protects us all, not just in every
00:21:13.800 democracy around the world, but in all countries around the world. Any country with a neighbor
00:21:18.420 with a slightly larger army should be worried if it suddenly becomes allowed to invade and
00:21:25.820 redraw lines on the map. And that's why Canada and others are unequivocal that Ukraine must
00:21:35.300 win this war against Russia. And we will continue to be there to support Ukraine. And yes, Canada
00:21:43.920 fully supports Ukraine using long-range weaponry to prevent and interdict Russia's continued
00:21:55.500 ability if they shut up i can't take it it's you know what no no no no no more no more we already
00:22:03.060 know where he stands we don't need to listen to him prattle on anymore by the way if this does
00:22:08.760 become a full-blown world war three situation we have to stop and think about and this probably
00:22:15.580 should have been you know brought up months and months ago and it probably has by some people but
00:22:21.220 it hasn't been widely discussed. Who are Russia's allies anyway, militarily, financially? Who does
00:22:28.460 Russia hang out with? Well, North Korea. They are friends with North Korea. They're friends with
00:22:34.600 India and China. Here's an article that goes back to September of last year, the China-Russia
00:22:41.520 axis takes shape. Foreignpolicy.com is the website you can find this on. The bond has been
00:22:48.540 decades in the making, but Russia's war in Ukraine has tightened their embrace.
00:22:53.660 So there's that hybrid version of Xi Jinping and Putin together. In July last year, nearly a dozen
00:23:02.100 Chinese and Russian warships conducted 20 combat exercises in the Sea of Japan before beginning a
00:23:07.660 2,300 nautical mile joint patrol, including into the waters near Alaska. These two operations,
00:23:15.240 according to the Chinese defense ministry, reflect the level of the strategic mutual trust
00:23:19.520 between the two countries and their militaries. Okay, I want everybody to understand something
00:23:23.980 here. And India, did I mention India? India's got kind of a loose partnership with Russia as well.
00:23:29.320 And they've got a very large military, regardless of what anybody thinks. And, you know, we don't
00:23:35.120 think of India as a big military power. But remember, there's 1.3 billion people that live
00:23:39.840 there. And yes, they do have a very large and very strong military. Imagine India, China,
00:23:47.520 and Russia all getting together and saying, okay, NATO, what do you got? What do you got?
00:23:56.360 I can't imagine that NATO would be able to say much, considering the fact that even though,
00:24:03.660 even if we couldn't match, because the United States Navy is larger than all of the navies in
00:24:10.000 the world combined. So Naval, definitely NATO wins that one. But ultimately, nuclear weaponry,
00:24:17.220 manpower, no, they don't win that one. I think NATO would probably have to sit down and shut up
00:24:23.680 for a while. And then again, keep in mind also that our militaries are woke and they've been
00:24:29.920 transed. I'm not sure if that would have an effect on the way they fight. Maybe, maybe not.
00:24:38.100 So Justin Trudeau says the economy is projected to grow faster than the U.S. economy next year.
00:24:42.660 It's so strong, cutting back on government spending is wrong because Canadians are struggling.
00:24:47.700 Trudeau is not fit to be prime minister. This from Gov.x is corrupt on X. Let's listen to what
00:24:54.120 Trudeau says. Right now, the Canadian economy is projected to grow faster than the U.S. economy
00:25:00.680 next year. We have the lowest deficit in the G7. The countries and companies around the world are
00:25:07.100 investing in Canada to record degrees. Okay, so let's go and watch this piece from the CBC
00:25:14.860 and see what's really going on. Canada's economy is sliding dramatically compared to the United
00:25:20.140 States. In 2023, the U.S. reported a GDP per capita of almost $65,000. That is compared to
00:25:27.720 Canada, which is just over $45,500. So how did Canada stray so far from the United States?
00:25:35.060 You know, broadly, does this stem from the U.S. doing something really well or Canada doing
00:25:39.660 something really poorly? Well, that's a great question. So if you look at last year, you gave
00:25:44.600 the 2023 data. For Canada, that's just slightly below where the Canadian economy was per person
00:25:50.700 10 years prior to that, back in 2014. Whereas in the United States, we've seen growth of
00:25:55.760 over 19% by that measure. But it's not just us versus the United States that's diverging.
00:26:03.260 Our position relative to the G7 has also been deteriorating. Our divergence with all advanced
00:26:11.180 industrial economies in what's called the oecd uh group of countries 2024 might be the case you
00:26:17.580 didn't bother to read underneath this guy uh this is trevor toome the professor of economics or one
00:26:22.780 of them anyway at the university of calgary first year where canada falls below the oecd
00:26:29.420 average and and that is a sharp reversal from the roughly 10 advantage that we held for the
00:26:35.020 quarter century between 1990 and 2015 so it's not just a unique wait wait wait wait we held an
00:26:42.300 advantage economically from 1990 until 2015. what happened in 2015 does anybody remember
00:26:52.780 american success story it is really a story about canada's economy lagging behind where we'd like
00:26:58.700 it to be canada so remember in 2015 that's when the genius justin trudeau stood in front of the
00:27:08.380 country and he said and the budget will balance itself and the budget will balance itself and
00:27:16.140 people still voted for him i mean that's why i worry so much about what's going on in the united
00:27:21.740 states right now after trump's let's be honest dismal performance the other night of the debate
00:27:26.620 Yes, he did get in a couple of good shots, but ultimately I thought that Harris made him look unprepared, let's just say.
00:27:35.280 Was Harris being helped by the moderators, the ABC moderators?
00:27:39.800 I believe she was.
00:27:40.880 Did she have an earpiece?
00:27:42.180 Maybe.
00:27:43.280 Who knows?
00:27:44.020 Was she given the questions beforehand and Trump was not?
00:27:46.900 Maybe.
00:27:47.660 Was there a secret agreement in place with ABC and the Harris campaign that allowed her to see the questions beforehand?
00:27:55.540 Yeah.
00:27:56.620 apparently there's an ABC whistleblower that's willing to talk about that, but we haven't seen
00:28:01.100 any of that yet. But anyway, I worry that the United States is going to elect an idiot
00:28:07.520 as their president, and not just an idiot, but a Marxist, like an actual one.
00:28:16.320 Her father was an expert on Marxist economies. And by the way, I don't know if you can really
00:28:22.740 call anything Marxist an economy because it's not really. It's a dictatorship. It's a totalitarian
00:28:29.220 regime imposed upon the people. And the only way they can do that is by force. And once it's in,
00:28:39.720 you can't get it out, right? And I worry that they're going to vote this person in based upon
00:28:46.020 how much they hate donald trump i really worry about that i mean if canada is let's be honest
00:28:53.040 we were up until 2015 we were always voting in sensible people now they may have been working
00:29:02.240 behind the scenes with the world economic forum sure brian mulroney brian mulroney seemed like
00:29:08.520 a pretty reasonable, experienced statesman? Jean Chrétien? Sure. Paul Martin? Yeah. Stephen
00:29:16.600 Harper? Yeah. Justin Trudeau? Come on. How did that even happen? And look what's happened since
00:29:27.040 then. All right. This is a website called CanadianLabor.ca. It's the Canadian Labor
00:29:34.980 Congress. And they talk about global force displacement crisis going on right now in
00:29:41.200 Sanctuary City. So let's go ahead and read through some of this stuff. Say, we're in the
00:29:45.280 midst of a global crisis in forced migration and displacement. Really? They just make that
00:29:53.640 statement. They don't give us any explanation as to why. Is it because of war? Is it because
00:29:57.880 of climate change? What is it? No, they just keep going. According to the United Nations
00:30:02.180 High Commissioner for Refugees. We're now witnessing the highest levels of displacement
00:30:06.780 on record. At least 65.3 million people have been forced from their homes. For what reason?
00:30:12.960 I don't know. In 2015, the most recent year for which statistics are available, 24 people,
00:30:20.200 24 people, were forced out of their homes every minute of every day. Oh, I see what they're going
00:30:24.600 for there. Trying to make it like urgent. Every minute of every day, 24 people, nearly half are
00:30:29.460 children. There's an estimated 200,000 to 500,000 non-status migrants in Canada. Non-status migrants
00:30:37.880 may include, but are not limited to, people who have had their status revoked, been coerced by
00:30:43.080 traffickers, or had their refugee claim denied. Many have experienced conflict, violence, persecution,
00:30:49.120 and human rights violations. And I don't dispute that. Many probably have. But then again,
00:30:55.540 I'm sure there's many that have not.
00:30:59.360 Non-status migrants are seeking asylum in Canadian municipalities,
00:31:02.940 and municipalities can and must respond.
00:31:05.360 Ooh, is that a direct order?
00:31:07.960 Non-status migrants in Canadian municipalities.
00:31:10.780 In Canada, non-status migrants live and work in profound and constant fear.
00:31:15.840 If they're detected, detained, and deported by immigration officers,
00:31:19.360 their lives and families would be uprooted,
00:31:21.260 and their chance to be a part of our communities and country destroyed.
00:31:25.540 Social isolation and ever-present fear of detection and deportation
00:31:29.760 makes them an invisible population in our communities.
00:31:32.820 I don't think so. Not anymore.
00:31:35.540 And can take on a very heavy toll on their physical and mental health.
00:31:39.460 Non-status migrants' precarious immigration status
00:31:42.000 makes them vulnerable in their daily lives in the community,
00:31:44.620 as well in their employment.
00:31:46.240 Non-status migrant women, who are also racialized, indigenous, LGBTQ,
00:31:50.660 and or a person with a disability, are most vulnerable.
00:31:53.820 Of course. Of course.
00:31:55.540 Migrants also experience increased insecurity and violence as a result of the racism, Islamophobia,
00:32:04.420 and anti-immigrant sentiment.
00:32:07.820 In other words, the people who have lived here for a very long time and helped to build
00:32:12.000 this country and have been paying taxes for years, decades, were the bad guys.
00:32:17.160 Having sanctuary city designations in municipalities from coast to coast to coast will not only
00:32:22.480 place Canada on the map with respect to responding to a global crisis,
00:32:26.920 it will mean that Canadian municipalities are taking an active stand against racism and xenophobia.
00:32:34.960 Many municipalities are taking great strides towards being more inclusive and barrier-free
00:32:39.640 communities. Becoming a sanctuary with an adequate support for non-status immigrants
00:32:44.700 can be a part of that approach. Municipalities can choose not to ask for information about
00:32:50.080 immigration status and not share information unless directed by law. While immigration is
00:32:55.960 regulated federally, municipalities can help protect migrants and their families. That's
00:32:59.640 what a sanctuary city is. In other words, if a migrant, an illegal migrant, is doing a crime
00:33:07.280 in a sanctuary city, police can't touch them, depending on the direction of the city,
00:33:14.700 the mayor, the city council, the bureaucrats, and of course the chief of police or the commissioner,
00:33:21.020 whatever the title of the top police officer is. Nope, we're not going to touch any of these people.
00:33:25.980 You just leave them be. Canadian municipalities can protect migrants through a sanctuary city
00:33:32.980 designation accompanied by comprehensive training and implementation of best practices to support
00:33:37.820 individuals and families with precarious immigration status. A sanctuary city provides
00:33:43.420 access to municipal services without fear of detection detention or deportation for
00:33:49.580 residents without full immigration status and or without full status documents from the federal
00:33:54.620 government the sanctuary city designation is effective and meaningful only when
00:34:01.500 accompanied with strong municipal policy implementation training for municipal
00:34:05.500 management and staff as well as a public education campaign to date toronto hamilton london and
00:34:11.900 and Montreal have sanctuary city designations. Vancouver has adopted a policy, access to city
00:34:17.880 services without fear for residents with uncertain or no immigration status, taking their action to
00:34:23.400 support non-status migrants beyond the standard designation. And they go on to explain how a
00:34:29.680 sanctuary city designation helps all residents. All right. So here is the map. We're going to show
00:34:36.400 you an interactive map of the cities let me see if i can make this bigger here yeah all right here
00:34:41.920 we go of the cities who are showing tacit support meaning yeah yeah we support you look we're not
00:34:47.340 going to say it publicly because people are going to get pissed accepting and then supportive all
00:34:51.700 right so we're going to make this a little bit right okay look at the major cities here
00:35:00.080 You can see Edmonton shows yellow.
00:35:03.560 That means we're showing you support.
00:35:05.640 All of the lower mainland here, all of the island pretty much is showing support.
00:35:11.400 Look at this.
00:35:12.220 Cross the board.
00:35:13.780 Winnipeg.
00:35:14.620 Even the smaller places in Manitoba, Dauphin, Arbor, Brandon, Eltona, Regina, Weyburn in Saskatchewan, Prince Albert, Saskatoon.
00:35:22.540 Marathon, Ontario, for goodness sakes.
00:35:24.580 Sault Ste. Marie, not on that list.
00:35:26.280 North Bay is, Bracebridge, Toronto, Brantford, all of the GTA pretty much, and then all of
00:35:31.660 southwestern Ontario as well, into Quebec. Look at all this. It's all about supporting
00:35:39.120 undocumented migrants in Canada. So how long is it going to be before we wind up with the
00:35:46.300 same situation that Springfield, Ohio is facing right now? And we're going to get into that in
00:35:50.440 just a second here is a video by a guy called justin newell from ontario it's a tick tock
00:35:56.800 video and i believe i'm going to make this screen bigger i believe it shows a family of indians
00:36:02.180 netting fish in a river let's go ahead and watch this
00:36:06.520 you guys know that's very illegal eh you guys know this is very illegal what you guys are doing
00:36:17.240 what's your guys names
00:36:20.620 you're netting fish yeah you're netting fish which is extremely illegal
00:36:29.160 you go to jail for that do you guys understand that
00:36:33.120 i've been videotaping you guys for a while what's your guys names
00:36:40.180 it won't matter uh you you can go ahead and videotape them all day long my friend and it's
00:36:48.700 not going to do you any good because if they're protected they're protected that's all there is
00:36:53.040 to it police are not going to be able to do anything about it and it's only going to get
00:36:58.760 worse until it stops question is what's it going to take for it to get to that point
00:37:04.300 i was suggesting the other night that donald trump was dumb for bringing up they're eating
00:37:11.140 cats in springfield ohio they're eating the dogs by the way there's a rap video out there that's
00:37:17.080 been made using that i might have that for you guys in the extension tonight on shadowdavis.com
00:37:25.400 for all access members i thought it was pretty funny but what's it going to take like donald
00:37:29.780 Trump said that. I said it was dumb for him to say that, but it's been very quick, very quick
00:37:34.820 for people, news crews to head out to Springfield, Ohio from all over the world and see what's really
00:37:40.820 going on over there. And while there hasn't been any actual proof of Haitian migrants or protected
00:37:49.460 immigrants or whatever they're called these days, protected asylum seekers, actually eating cats and
00:37:56.560 dogs and geese there have been photos of them there have been documented police reports of
00:38:03.000 people observing this behavior in real time but we haven't actually seen it on video yet
00:38:11.100 what we do have are city officials denying there have been any police reports and the police
00:38:16.700 department in springfield itself saying no we haven't received even though we know they have
00:38:21.960 Staying in Canada for a second, staff at grocery stores, pharmacies in Calgary's East Village
00:38:27.000 will begin wearing body cameras as a security measure.
00:38:31.580 From City News, Real Canadian Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart, one location in Calgary anyway,
00:38:37.800 taking matters into their own hands when it comes to addressing increasing violence.
00:38:42.120 The locations are now partaking in a pilot program in which management employees are equipped with body cameras.
00:38:48.560 For the next three months, some employees at the East Village Superstore and the adjacent Chopper's Drug Mart will be wearing body cameras throughout their shift.
00:39:00.320 The locations are participating in Loblaw's new pilot project aimed at reducing the number of violent incidents in the store and making it safer for customers and employees.
00:39:09.980 Seriously.
00:39:10.940 So why do you think we've got all this crime going on now?
00:39:15.860 It's just increasing like crazy.
00:39:18.560 Oh, I know. But if I say it, I'm a bigot. All right, we're gonna get back to that in just a
00:39:24.260 second. There's another story that I've kind of been talking about and touching on for the past
00:39:29.660 few months. And I'm going to talk about it tonight because it looks like repairs are ahead of
00:39:34.580 schedule when it comes to the water situation in Calgary. Finally, this is over three months
00:39:39.200 since the situation began with that burst pipe that apparently is the feeder pipe for the entire
00:39:45.280 water system to every place in the city of calgary and its outskirts so water restrictions
00:39:50.940 they're saying according to the calgary herald are expected to end by september 22nd which is a week
00:39:56.500 ahead of schedule city officials say long-awaited repairs to calgary's bear spot south feeder main
00:40:01.660 will be completed as early as this weekend there's jody gondek who is the mayor of calgary all right
00:40:06.880 great good for you guys that's fantastic but how did it get to this point in the first place you
00:40:10.440 Remember me talking about the fact Calgary is the fourth largest metropolitan city, metropolitan area in this country.
00:40:18.040 It is ahead of Ottawa.
00:40:19.400 It's ahead of Edmonton.
00:40:20.440 It's ahead of Winnipeg, Hamilton, Quebec City.
00:40:22.320 It is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the entire country with a very, very, very sophisticated infrastructure.
00:40:32.680 So the infrastructure of this pipe system was supposed to be good for 100 years.
00:40:38.100 It's in its 49th year right now.
00:40:40.980 Nonetheless, it still should have to go through some kind of inspection, at least yearly, right?
00:40:45.580 Just to make sure that it's working and nothing's going to break.
00:40:48.040 It's not getting rusted out.
00:40:49.580 It's not, you know, flimsy in any areas, especially considering this is the main feeder pipe.
00:40:56.580 This is the one that intersects all of the water pipes that go to every area of Calgary.
00:41:00.260 You would think if you're going to inspect any part of the water system, this would be the part of the system that you inspect first and most, right?
00:41:08.680 Okay. So here's an article from the Calgary Herald that goes back to June, June the 13th.
00:41:18.140 And it's from Rick Bell, who writes, City of Calgary water pipe not inspected, didn't see a
00:41:23.660 problem. And then Mayor Gondek says, well, all questions will be answered in due time.
00:41:28.960 What does due time mean? Three months later, no questions have been answered. We're just saying,
00:41:33.240 oh, we're going to get the water back soon. But no answers as to how this happened in the first
00:41:38.380 place. So this is how this story starts. And I find it amusing because again, it goes back to
00:41:43.140 June the 13th. The man did some homework overnight. The man will lay out his case and you and the
00:41:49.100 court of public opinion will come up with your verdict. Do you buy it? Do you not? Do you think
00:41:53.940 there should be more information? Do you think someone from outside Calgary City Hall should
00:41:58.760 take a look. Right off the top on Wednesday, again, back in June at the Calgary Emergency
00:42:05.620 Operations Center, City Hall deep thinker Francois Bouchard has something to say. The day before he
00:42:12.900 had nothing to say about when the ruptured water pipe was last inspected and what the inspection
00:42:18.160 showed. Bouchard had to have figured out that he had just 24 hours to come up with something.
00:42:24.720 Otherwise, the heat would be turned up.
00:42:26.520 You want answers.
00:42:27.860 How did we get to where we are?
00:42:30.160 Hearing those daily reminders on the do's and don'ts of water using,
00:42:33.540 because, of course, the restrictions have been in place mostly for the last three months.
00:42:38.020 Bouchard takes to the podium.
00:42:39.980 The City Hall Big Shot says he will answer what the city knew before the pipe burst.
00:42:44.020 They didn't expect the pipe that ruptured.
00:42:47.340 This important pipe was not inspected.
00:42:52.140 He says there was no indication the section of the pipe was being stressed.
00:42:55.820 He says the pipe is 49 years old with a lifespan of 100 years.
00:42:59.480 The city's regular modeling of the pipe did not give any indication.
00:43:02.660 A physical inspection was even required.
00:43:05.640 The pipe operated within its pressure limits.
00:43:07.700 Bouchard says acoustic monitoring provided no indication the pipe was experiencing issues.
00:43:14.720 The city hall higher up says a physical inspection would have required a shutdown of the pipe, putting stress on all the other pipes.
00:43:22.140 excavation to visually inspect the pipe would increase the risk to the pipe unnecessarily
00:43:28.340 but first anyway dude then there was what bouchard calls a catastrophic failure
00:43:34.620 and we are where we are bouchard goes on to say this is not a case of failure evolving gradually
00:43:41.400 he talks about a metal pipe developing a crack and the crack over time slowly opening up you'd
00:43:45.720 start seeing a change in the performance of the pipe and you might be able to react so basically
00:43:50.740 what this city hall bureaucrat is saying to you guys in Calgary who are still under water
00:43:55.100 restrictions and will be at least for another week. We don't know. We don't know what the
00:44:04.200 hell happened here. We haven't got a clue. We are completely baffled. We don't know. We
00:44:11.740 don't know. So it makes you think that maybe, and again, I am only spitballing here, but
00:44:26.640 maybe this was kind of an intentional thing just to see how the people might react to
00:44:31.680 water restrictions. Because we have already touched on the fact just this past week on
00:44:37.320 the show here, that COVID in and of itself was an experiment to see how people would react to
00:44:42.680 these ridiculous restrictions. So do you think that maybe this was another experiment and Calgary
00:44:49.960 happened to be picked as the test city? Okay, this next video, I'm not going to play all 10 minutes
00:44:55.880 of it. It's quite disturbing. Jackson Square is a mall in Hamilton. And there's a guy sitting on
00:45:04.000 these steps right here, as you can see, right there, with his dog, just sitting there with his
00:45:09.340 dog, having a sit down, whatever he's doing, taking a break from a walk, whatever. When all
00:45:14.920 kinds of security guards show up and start harassing him, telling him to start leaving
00:45:19.300 the property. Now, I'm going to make this bigger so we can all see it better here.
00:45:23.260 I was not going to say that this should have anything to do with racism, but people are so
00:45:30.160 keyed up about all of this right now that I think it might. And I think the racism is coming from
00:45:38.360 both sides here. Maybe it's just a misunderstanding between cultures. Maybe it's these security guards
00:45:45.660 doing their job. I can't see why they wouldn't let a guy sit on the steps here with his dog.
00:45:52.160 There is foul language, a lot of foul language in this video. I want you guys to give me your
00:45:58.520 opinions in the comments on whatever platform you're watching on right now again this is
00:46:02.720 jackson square in hamilton ontario
00:46:05.200 no no no no what are you doing bud
00:46:15.180 okay notice that this security guard here
00:46:20.160 has already got his nightstick pulled out he's already got his weapon drawn
00:46:28.520 Let's continue.
00:46:29.520 Leave him the fuck alone.
00:46:31.540 Doesn't matter.
00:46:33.480 Fuck you.
00:46:35.220 Go into the fucking mall.
00:46:36.680 And remember, these are mall cops.
00:46:38.320 They're not police officers.
00:46:40.480 They're mall cops.
00:46:41.460 They're making minimum wage.
00:46:42.820 Let's continue.
00:46:43.260 That's where your job is.
00:46:44.800 I don't do what you actually do.
00:46:47.200 It's a freak.
00:46:48.360 This is driving property.
00:46:49.880 Why are you kicking him off?
00:46:51.460 Because it's so wet.
00:46:53.440 So wet.
00:46:54.800 So you pull your fucking baton out, you piece of shit.
00:46:57.700 the fuck is wrong with you i'm recording too but don't worry so this guy here is he
00:47:11.380 a security card or is he a gang member like he was this short of flashing gang signs yo
00:47:17.880 this this guy in my opinion is probably the biggest problem but the other guy there with
00:47:26.020 the mustache is not exactly trying to de-escalate either he's got his dog on
00:47:43.520 get your fucking dog on a leash!
00:47:45.520 Get out of here!
00:47:46.520 Get out of here!
00:47:48.520 Ah, ah, bud, whatever.
00:47:53.520 Oh, you wanna stop me?
00:47:55.520 What, what?
00:47:56.520 Where are you going now?
00:47:57.520 What do you want me to do?
00:47:59.520 You want me to throw you on the street?
00:48:01.520 Okay, so look at this here now.
00:48:02.520 It looks like we've got a Sikh here.
00:48:04.520 We've got an Asian guy here.
00:48:05.520 We've got another brown guy here.
00:48:07.520 There's a black guy over there, all security guards.
00:48:10.520 And again, I'm not saying this should have anything to do with it, but maybe the guy with the dog feels a little bit outnumbered as a white guy in Canada.
00:48:23.560 It's just a perspective I'm offering to you guys. I might be wrong. I don't know.
00:48:28.380 But these guys are all ganging up here. And why? Because he's got his dog on a leash. He's sitting on the steps.
00:48:40.520 why don't you tell that guy to go away so he can de-escalate de-escalate the situation
00:48:48.680 no i'm not i won't
00:48:50.920 look de-escalate it get send him inside man he's the fucking problem
00:48:57.480 you're a clown bud
00:49:10.520 Oh
00:49:26.640 Chairs in the end of this fucking clown man
00:49:40.520 you're a clown too
00:49:43.100 you gotta remember this video is 10 minutes long you guys want me to keep it going
00:50:02.160 you can keep it going here it does get a little bit more interesting as we go further
00:50:07.840 I didn't have the time to cut it down this afternoon.
00:50:11.920 And I don't know what caused it, which is the thing, because the video starts where it starts, as you guys saw.
00:50:19.680 There was no, like, did this guy with the dog do something for the security guards to be called over and tell him to leave?
00:50:26.200 I don't know.
00:50:28.580 Or is it that the guy was just sitting there minding his own business, and the security guards came over and said, you got to get going.
00:50:33.800 It's private property, because they stressed that a few times.
00:50:38.380 the guards are disgusting that's right dale i fully agree with you okay i'm gonna keep going
00:50:42.540 for a little bit here
00:50:51.500 He wasn't. He was just sitting here. My man. My man. He was just sitting here. He was just sitting here. So what? So what? He's allowed to sit there. He's allowed to walk on there. So what? Was he, was he, has he been trespassed or anything?
00:51:20.840 So he hasn't been?
00:51:22.840 So why the fuck are you hounding him like that?
00:51:25.840 Why would you pull your fucking baton out, bud?
00:51:28.840 He was sitting there!
00:51:30.840 Stay the fuck away from his dog, then!
00:51:32.840 It's that simple!
00:51:34.840 How about you fuck off?
00:51:36.840 Fuck you!
00:51:38.840 You're a fucking clown, bro.
00:51:40.840 You guys think you're the fucking Gestapo, bud.
00:51:47.840 Oh, am I? Oh, okay.
00:51:50.840 F**k off!
00:52:00.840 He's not doing nothing wrong, you f**king idiots!
00:52:04.840 Look, now he's getting in his face.
00:52:20.840 service dog she's not even in the mall what do you mean
00:52:25.400 I need to get the out of here you guys are clowns man you're all clowns
00:52:31.760 go go all right let me make you I won't it seems to me
00:52:43.820 that if if these security guards were concerned about the guy with the dog in the first place
00:52:50.840 that maybe they might be doing something wrong,
00:52:54.580 then all they had to do was keep an eye on the guy and the dog from inside
00:52:59.100 without even letting the guy know.
00:53:03.220 But then this guy, the Asian one, comes out, pulls his belly club, his nightclub.
00:53:10.140 First thing he does, and this guy here, this clown here,
00:53:13.000 immediately starts yelling and screaming.
00:53:15.900 For what reason?
00:53:17.360 is it a power play like paul blart mall cop something to make themselves feel big and strong
00:53:24.580 because they're mall cops they want to feel like real peace officers i i don't know i would imagine
00:53:30.680 that that could be a part of it now the reason i brought up race earlier is because of what's
00:53:37.840 coming up in this video and again guys there is bad language in this just in case you haven't
00:53:45.900 noticed, if you're just joining us right now, there is some foul language in this video.
00:54:08.460 Hey, hey, come here, pup. Stop sending the fucking dog off, you fucking idiot.
00:54:14.260 Get away from him, then just get away from him, the dog's protecting, the dog's protecting
00:54:24.480 its owner bud, the dog's protecting its owner, she was, she was bud, you guys keep coming
00:54:36.480 towards him the dog's gonna react. Yes. You have all that? You have all that? I have everything buddy last five and a half minutes man. Please send me everything. Please send me everything. Five and a half fucking minutes. Look at your white legs. What happened there? Oh. Stop sending the fucking dog off. Stop sending the dog off. Doesn't matter. He doesn't. What do you mean? Yeah. They did it. They did it bro. They did it.
00:55:06.480 And you know what yeah
00:55:23.860 You are so fuck you're so
00:55:36.480 No, no, no, I can't go.
00:55:39.520 No, they're so fucked.
00:55:40.820 Let the cops show up.
00:55:49.340 I'll be right back.
00:55:54.000 As I know this seems like a trivial confrontation,
00:55:58.860 it's just a little mall confrontation,
00:56:00.740 Hamilton, Ontario, Jackson Square,
00:56:02.340 but it seems representative of what's going on right now just the tension in our world
00:56:09.220 and then the racial tension on top of it which is what's coming up
00:56:22.260 you guys are what you just did you hit my dog with a baton
00:56:28.100 you're fucked buddy you're fucked you're fucked
00:56:44.660 you're fucked but please i seen that from over there it was it was unwarranted you're sitting
00:56:55.020 on the fucking step they come out try to pull fucking heavies because they're fucking clowns
00:57:08.940 you know what i'm about to lay
00:57:13.500 you kidding me bro i got the video
00:57:17.740 no i ain't leaving this guy's recording you know what what they did i'm warranted
00:57:25.020 Put it all you want, buddy. I'm right here.
00:57:28.480 That dog is not lunging at you.
00:57:30.560 I'm going to request those pictures.
00:57:35.140 100%.
00:57:35.660 100%.
00:57:36.500 100%.
00:57:37.500 100%.
00:57:39.000 You approached him. You all approached him.
00:57:43.080 What do you mean? You got in his personal space.
00:57:46.620 And then you're talking some shit about it's not a service dog.
00:57:49.980 It doesn't have... Who the fuck cares if it is?
00:57:53.000 He's sitting on the fucking steps.
00:57:55.020 You had no fucking right! No fucking right, buddy.
00:58:01.260 Fuck off, you clown. You're a clown, bud. You're a fucking clown.
00:58:05.660 Yeah, I will! I will!
00:58:08.040 You fucking losers.
00:58:08.960 You guys want to raise a baton on my dog?
00:58:10.320 Fuck it.
00:58:11.180 Haven't you seen her?
00:58:13.200 You guys...
00:58:14.200 She was calm as fuck!
00:58:17.640 She was calm as fuck!
00:58:20.260 Shut up! Shut the fuck up!
00:58:22.840 Nobody's gonna see you!
00:58:24.180 She was calm as f**k.
00:58:26.180 You guys...
00:58:27.180 Everyone have a life, okay?
00:58:28.180 You guys interrogate her.
00:58:30.180 Shut up.
00:58:31.180 We are talking to you really calm and we're just telling you to leave.
00:58:34.180 And you didn't look.
00:58:36.180 You pulled, you guys pulled a baton on him.
00:58:39.180 You pulled a baton on him because he was sitting.
00:58:42.180 And this guy, I seen it.
00:58:44.180 He was sitting there.
00:58:46.180 Yeah, so it was a private problem.
00:58:48.180 Just stay back from him.
00:58:50.180 Why would you tell him why?
00:58:52.180 Was he causing a problem?
00:58:54.180 Was he causing any kind of fucking problem?
00:58:57.240 What? Sitting on a fucking step, buddy?
00:59:00.320 This is Canada.
00:59:01.820 We can sit on a fucking step.
00:59:04.240 We can sit on the fucking steps.
00:59:06.940 We can sit on the steps.
00:59:08.980 We can sit on the steps, buddy.
00:59:11.460 Fuck you, you fucking clown.
00:59:14.120 Fuck, this is how you treat fucking patrons
00:59:16.920 that come in here to spend fucking money?
00:59:19.660 You guys are fucking idiots, man.
00:59:21.560 Every fucking one.
00:59:22.620 All right, so that's enough.
00:59:23.820 and that's the end anyway and that's the this is canada part
00:59:29.580 you could see that there may have been some kind of showdown developing there the video
00:59:36.860 doesn't continue after that but i don't like the way this is going
00:59:42.100 was it just a mall kind of stupid mall confrontation that got blown out of proportion
00:59:49.780 I mean, all of those security guards standing there like that, six security guards standing there, you know, with their hands, their thumbs up in their protective armor, looking tough, forming a line over a guy and his dog sitting on the steps.
01:00:05.940 I mean, really understanding these other two guys, plus the guy in the wheelchair, we're mouthing off back at them, but still not really making any provocative moves.
01:00:19.440 it's it's just a bad bad situation we're in right now man and i think it has everything to do with
01:00:26.520 the immigration issue and i'm not going to say racism i think canadians people who have been
01:00:34.980 here for a while old stock let's call them old stock old school canadians are feeling threatened
01:00:43.160 that their homes are being taken away every time you turn around it's it's this
01:00:48.240 when a platoon of new canadians or we don't even know if they're canadians or not yet
01:00:58.180 it could be undocumented immigrants like we talked about before because of the
01:01:04.680 the status they're given start threatening you in your own country
01:01:11.440 i don't like the way this looks
01:01:17.080 i don't really like the way this is going and yet
01:01:24.600 the government continues to do it to us again guys this is like the red ants and the black
01:01:32.960 ants in the same jar they're doing it this is what it is they're doing it they're doing it
01:01:39.380 yes i do know of people who are being kicked out of their apartments in manitoba i'm not sure if
01:01:46.720 this is going on in other provinces but i do know that in manitoba people are being asked to leave
01:01:51.900 their apartments at the end of their um at the end of their leases and not being allowed to return
01:01:59.660 because new people are coming in to their apartment they're claiming it has to do with
01:02:04.040 fixing up the apartment.
01:02:11.060 But what's happening is these immigrants
01:02:13.420 or asylum seekers are coming in paying
01:02:17.040 in some cases double of what the old rent was.
01:02:21.100 And these people are being left without a place to go
01:02:23.660 because there are no other apartments to rent.
01:02:27.820 It's a difficult situation.
01:02:30.420 Going back down to the United States now,
01:02:32.780 And we're going to get to Springfield, Ohio, in just a second.
01:02:39.160 In Texas, a hotel temporarily shut down following Trendy Arugua takeover.
01:02:45.300 What?
01:02:49.100 I've got to get rid of this.
01:02:50.860 How do you get rid of that?
01:02:56.060 As the immigration crisis in the United States was brought front and center
01:03:01.560 Tuesday's presidential debate. A hotel in Texas is being forced to temporarily close its doors
01:03:07.260 following being taken over by the deadly Venezuelan gang Tren de Aruga. This week,
01:03:13.880 District Court Judge Maria Salas Mendoza issued a 90-day injunction which will permit
01:03:18.740 the El Paso County Attorney's Office to close the Gateway Hotel because of continuous criminal
01:03:24.480 activity at this establishment. Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz says, Venezuelan gangs have taken over
01:03:30.840 the Gateway Hotel in El Paso. It's the same gang that took over apartment complexes in Aurora,
01:03:36.180 Colorado. Democrats are directly responsible for this invasion, and it's coming to a town
01:03:40.440 near you. This hotel has apparently been a hotbed for illegal activities. A surveillance video that's
01:03:46.520 been publicly shared showed people partying, drinking, smoking, dancing provocatively while
01:03:51.000 children are present, at least one gun being shot, men holding knives, another man with a hatchet
01:03:56.620 assaulting people and causing damage to the hotel in front of a security guard. Maybe we needed
01:04:01.580 those Hamilton security guards down there at this hotel in El Paso. This is according to the El Paso
01:04:07.300 County Attorney's Office, Christina Sanchez. She also noted that children were present
01:04:12.600 at the incident. So that's happening. Not just in Springfield. Three cats found mutilated.
01:04:19.820 this is graphic three cats found mutilated cut in half with paws cleanly chopped off
01:04:27.000 no blood at the scene in houston texas in less than two weeks that story comes from the gateway
01:04:33.240 pundit here is glenn beck talking with one of his reporters who is on location in springfield ohio
01:04:41.540 in Springfield, Ohio,
01:04:46.140 talking about the Haitian influx
01:04:49.020 to see what's really going on.
01:04:50.920 He's our national correspondent,
01:04:52.680 Julio Rosas.
01:04:53.540 Welcome.
01:04:55.140 Yeah, Glenn, thanks for having me.
01:04:56.200 You bet.
01:04:56.600 You got there yesterday?
01:04:59.180 I got in late Monday night, yes.
01:05:01.140 Okay, okay.
01:05:02.160 So what have you found on the ducks
01:05:04.720 and the geese and everything else?
01:05:08.540 Well, I can tell you that it is an issue
01:05:11.440 that has been raised uh to the city uh for for months uh months before this this got brought to
01:05:19.600 the national attention you know last week into into this week um yeah i i can't speak to how
01:05:25.840 widespread it is but it's been enough of a problem that people have been saying hey you know like
01:05:32.300 we've been seeing this i like i've heard about this can the city look into it and from my
01:05:37.220 understanding is, not just with the duck issue, you know, the pet issue, but overall any issue
01:05:43.720 that residents have been raising over the, you know, 20,000 Haitians being put into their city,
01:05:51.640 a lot of the residents feel that the city commission is just not listening to their
01:05:58.060 problems or they're unwilling to do anything about it because there is a lot of money
01:06:04.780 being involved in the decisions because, you know,
01:06:09.320 these Haitians, they have jobs.
01:06:12.620 And so that's why they're able to be here legally.
01:06:16.380 They have a protective status.
01:06:18.260 Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
01:06:19.420 They have jobs?
01:06:21.660 Yes.
01:06:22.020 How did they do job placement for 15,000 or 20,000 Haitians?
01:06:29.080 It's through a temp agency called First Diversity.
01:06:32.300 It's based here in Springfield.
01:06:34.780 And that's one of the tension points within the American citizens here is that everything seems to be revolved around accommodating the Haitians first and the American citizens second.
01:06:49.120 And that's why they're so upset at the city commission, because the city commission appears that they want to make Springfield seem as accommodating as possible to the Haitian population, which includes not towing cars of unlicensed drivers.
01:07:04.200 surrounding communities are having to do that um because you know admittedly they are not very
01:07:11.560 great drivers and it's caused you know some people have been killed there have been accidents
01:07:15.340 on the road but but Springfield in the past it has just not been willing to tow their cars
01:07:21.380 whenever there's been an accident or whether they've been caught driving recklessly um and so
01:07:27.220 that that's one of the reasons why uh people no longer drive into Springfield to shop I was in
01:07:33.480 tremont city which is just five minutes to the north they no longer go to the kroger or the
01:07:38.040 walmart in springfield they go to the cities up north to do the shopping because they say even
01:07:41.860 being on the road is too dangerous i i gotta believe that a town that small i mean uh kamala
01:07:51.120 last night said it was a mid-sized town no it's not that's 50 000 people is a small town in america
01:07:57.140 And I got to believe you put 20,000 immigrants from anywhere that are not, you know, looking to blend in and be part of society.
01:08:10.280 I got to believe that has totally changed the culture.
01:08:13.300 And if I were a resident, I'd be pissed.
01:08:17.040 Who is the federal government to do this to my town?
01:08:21.180 Is that the feeling you're getting from people?
01:08:24.440 Yes.
01:08:25.000 I was at the city committee. So while most people were getting ready for the debate last night,
01:08:29.280 I was at the city commission meeting that they have. And a few people spoke to during the public
01:08:36.100 comments portion where one woman, she's 58, she's elderly. She lives on the south side of town and
01:08:42.240 the south side of town is where most of the Haitians have been put and are living at now.
01:08:47.800 And she says she doesn't even leave her house anymore without her gun and her 120 pound pit bull
01:08:53.580 because she has been followed she has been groped by Haitians she's been accosted verbally and she
01:09:00.660 said I'm very worried about the women of this town because they're very aggressive towards women
01:09:06.880 and it's and then you know that was just one person but there there's there's a lot of you
01:09:13.060 know out you know yes the the pet issue is is one thing but even on the housing alone what's been
01:09:19.660 happening is that landlords have, you say you have a family of four, they don't, the landlords
01:09:25.780 don't renew their lease with them. And then they replace them with up to 15 Haitians. They're not
01:09:32.340 even renting, they're not even renting the house. They're renting beds. They're charging them. I've
01:09:37.720 been told $200 a week for just the bed. And it was explained to me that the bed never gets cold
01:09:45.580 because there's just a constant rotation of people that use it for those eight hours.
01:09:50.460 Then they go to work, and then they come back, and it just starts all over again.
01:09:53.440 So you put two sets of bunk beds in a room, that's six people, right?
01:10:00.520 That's the way it works in China.
01:10:03.740 Yeah.
01:10:04.980 Yeah.
01:10:05.740 And so the landlords are getting a lot more money from this,
01:10:10.200 and the city isn't enforcing the fire codes because that's a fire hazard.
01:10:14.960 When you have that many people crammed into one, you know, a two-bedroom, one-bedroom place, but you have 15 people inside, that's a fire hazard.
01:10:23.280 But the city has refused to enforce the codes, again, to try to accommodate the Haitians as much as possible.
01:10:30.340 I can guarantee you that if you saw something like that happening in your city and you called the fire department or you called the police department and you complained and said,
01:10:41.720 hey man there's nine people living in this two-bedroom apartment and that's against the
01:10:45.040 fire codes i want something done here they would quietly sweep it under the run because of the
01:10:54.080 sanctuary city thing and the protected status of these folks in other words it would just continue
01:10:59.680 on and on and on and on amazingly we have as the extension is getting set to go on
01:11:11.520 shadowdavis.com for you all access members we have a great video from dr james lindsey discussing the
01:11:17.960 politics of compliance the target is you the target is me the target is us that is coming up
01:11:25.200 rebel news david menzies and his gang went down to springfield ohio to talk to some of the folks
01:11:32.180 down there and and this is part of what happened during um did you expect such a fallout in terms
01:11:37.900 of media coverage, in terms of former President Trump mentioning this on the debate a few nights
01:11:43.900 ago. What they have done to our country by allowing these millions and millions of people
01:11:49.140 to come into our country and look at what's happening to the towns all over the United
01:11:54.000 States. And a lot of towns don't want to talk. It's not going to be Aurora or Springfield.
01:11:57.780 A lot of towns don't want to talk about it because they're so embarrassed by it.
01:12:01.320 In Springfield, they're eating the dogs, the people that came in. They're eating the cats.
01:12:07.220 They're eating the pets of the people that live there.
01:12:12.940 What are your thoughts?
01:12:14.540 Be careful what the fuck you ask for.
01:12:18.000 Oh, another thing before we continue on with this,
01:12:21.680 and this is going to be the last thing we do tonight
01:12:23.400 before we go to the extension on shadowdavis.com.
01:12:26.520 This guy curses a lot.
01:12:29.320 I'm not sure if Rebel has managed to bleep out everything,
01:12:32.040 but there's a lot.
01:12:32.680 This guy, this guy, big time cursing.
01:12:37.220 All right, let's continue.
01:12:39.080 I was concerned for the people in Springfield, Ohio.
01:12:43.660 I was concerned for their safety.
01:12:45.420 I was concerned for the amount of traffic accidents.
01:12:48.260 I was concerned that a lot of stuff was different that was going on,
01:12:53.300 that the city, I feel like, of Springfield wasn't handled correctly.
01:12:58.320 Main concern was definitely the accidents and traffic,
01:13:03.140 which was was non-stop that i actually documented and i thought it was like obscene i'm like man
01:13:09.200 you know we all have family out here in traffic and the way that i don't i don't know how they're
01:13:15.060 how i don't know how it's working with the traffic shit but a lot of people didn't know how to drive
01:13:21.720 and a lot of people were getting into wrecks and uh and we know for a certain that a uh tragically
01:13:27.200 an elementary school-aged child
01:13:30.700 was killed in a traffic accident.
01:13:34.060 I don't think their family
01:13:34.520 want to keep having that mention.
01:13:36.760 That is indeed what they've said.
01:13:38.880 They don't want it to be politicized.
01:13:41.420 What's up?
01:13:41.860 You just said it.
01:13:42.880 Well, I did,
01:13:44.220 but I'm just trying to...
01:13:45.820 Yeah, let's just go to the next one
01:13:46.900 because they said they don't want to talk about it.
01:13:48.620 Okay, fair enough.
01:13:49.660 Disrespectfully, like,
01:13:50.420 just don't even put that in
01:13:51.220 because their family's tired of that.
01:13:52.940 I'm just trying to help you
01:13:54.060 make your case about traffic.
01:13:55.220 Okay, yeah, you have a valid point.
01:13:56.420 Okay.
01:13:57.200 All right. So, well, Anthony, certainly the most sensational thing about what's happening in Springfield, Ohio, allegedly, is Haitians capturing wildlife, capturing pets, using them for food, using them for ritualistic sacrifice.
01:14:15.520 Nobody ever said that.
01:14:17.040 I don't know who the fuck said something about some cats or dogs.
01:14:20.620 I don't know nothing about no cats or no dogs, bro.
01:14:24.600 I never seen no cats or no dogs.
01:14:26.840 None of that shit happening.
01:14:28.240 I never seen that shit in real life.
01:14:30.160 I heard him.
01:14:31.280 It wasn't this guy talking about, okay, he was talking about a goose on the big viral clip on Twitter.
01:14:38.440 Maybe it was the goose he was talking about, not the cats or dogs.
01:14:41.160 So maybe he does have a point.
01:14:42.540 Let's continue.
01:14:42.980 I ain't never seen that shit in real life, bro.
01:14:46.520 Oh, God.
01:14:47.960 What the fuck was we talking about?
01:14:50.620 I'm all over the place.
01:14:51.540 I've never seen that shit happen in motherfucking real life.
01:14:53.620 All I said was, people are in the parks getting ducks and grabbing them up by their head and cutting them off and walking off and eating them.
01:15:02.120 Because this is a rumor of going around the city.
01:15:05.320 I'm riding on the trail going to my orientation for my job today.
01:15:09.880 and I see a group of Haitian people.
01:15:15.960 There was about four of them.
01:15:18.200 They all had geese in their hand.
01:15:21.200 I brought it to the attention of the city council
01:15:23.520 who needs to look into it.
01:15:25.400 I did not know the whole fucking world,
01:15:27.720 even the BBC News, Fox, ABC, Dr. Phil.
01:15:33.400 I didn't know all these motherfuckers
01:15:34.980 was going to come into looking this.
01:15:36.460 I'm going to tell y'all just like this.
01:15:37.420 I ain't never seen no motherfucker
01:15:38.640 can eat no cat or no dog i don't know where that came from i never said that shit so i don't know
01:15:45.520 i don't know nothing about it if i knew something about it i would have said something about it i
01:15:49.300 never said no shit like that i don't know where the fuck they i don't know where that came from
01:15:53.240 well you know anthony that is exactly why we've driven 10 hours to springfield ohio we want to
01:15:58.560 find out what's true what's false anthony um i guess the question arises um do you regret uh
01:16:06.320 addressing Springfield City Hall. Yeah, I will never help these niggas a day in my life. I will
01:16:11.780 never help people a day in my life again. You know what? I see why people are selfish. I see why
01:16:17.740 people only worry about themselves. I see why people don't help people. I see why people stay
01:16:22.400 to their own self. I see why there are introverts. I see why this world is really honestly fucked up.
01:16:28.380 A motherfucker that got out here that really tried to help his community because motherfuckers
01:16:32.060 were wrecking non fucking stops and then you got to deal with all this bullshit i don't like this
01:16:37.620 shit i wanted to be an influencer i wanted to do what kyson and drewski doing i wanted to do it
01:16:42.320 fucking duke dennis is doing what all them is doing that's what i wanted to do i wanted to
01:16:46.280 help this community i've seen that people were wrecking consistently people were getting hurt
01:16:50.480 i did not want that to happen to me or none of my loved ones and i don't know how the fuck
01:16:54.160 cats and dogs arose from that shit i said something about some goose because people were
01:16:58.360 in the fucking part, concerned with their kids
01:17:00.480 because they seen a motherfucker do it.
01:17:01.940 So I brought it to City Hall's attention.
01:17:04.760 Thank you for all the people that actually gave up.
01:17:07.560 All right.
01:17:11.440 Dude is speaking from the heart, obviously.
01:17:17.140 You guys may or may not have seen the video by Tyler Oliveira.
01:17:21.120 This is a young man who has been reporting on this kind of thing
01:17:24.720 for the past couple of years.
01:17:26.040 He's built up quite a following on YouTube.
01:17:27.640 I think he's over a million people over there now.
01:17:29.880 So I played this.
01:17:30.560 I think it was on the extension last night.
01:17:33.540 And he goes to Springfield, Ohio, and he talks to people on both sides of this situation.
01:17:40.200 He talked to a lot of the Haitian immigrants there.
01:17:42.560 He knows Spanish, so he spoke to some of them in Spanish.
01:17:44.780 He doesn't know French, which is another one of the dominant languages in Haiti.
01:17:49.260 So he had to have an interpreter there.
01:17:51.400 And he also spoke to a lot of longtime residents of Springfield.
01:17:54.720 and there is quite a divide over there one thing he did do was he act asked a lot of the Haitian
01:18:02.580 people do you eat cats and they all started laughing well not all of them some of them
01:18:09.860 started laughing no he don't I don't know what you're talking about but others did not want to
01:18:16.560 respond directly to that question and you could see a look of almost fear or concern that came
01:18:23.340 across their faces. And they just chose to not answer it at all. I'm going to tell you a little
01:18:31.120 story about a trip I took to Amityville, New York, about 10, no, 15 years ago, with a girl I was
01:18:38.080 dating at the time. Her name was Patty, and she really wanted to go. She was a big fan of the
01:18:41.420 movie, and she wanted to go see the house. And so we went down to Amityville, and we looked for the
01:18:49.100 house. Now, the house has been remodeled. At that time, it had been remodeled. You couldn't identify
01:18:53.820 it. You know, the movie, the iconic windows that look like eyeballs. And the house had been
01:18:59.520 remodeled by that time. So you couldn't tell. She knew what the address was, but the address
01:19:03.640 on Ocean Road or Ocean Street, whatever, that had also been changed. And when you drove down
01:19:10.680 that particular street, there were police all over the place checking out license plates of
01:19:15.620 cars driving down that street to see if they were out of state because of all of the attention that
01:19:22.200 house gets was getting probably still gets even today because of its status as probably the
01:19:31.380 world's most famous haunted house we went into a pizza joint after almost getting run out of town
01:19:36.940 by the police and i started asking the people waiting in line to make their orders i said so
01:19:44.300 you like a longtime resident here? Yeah, yeah. I lived in Amityville for like 20 years.
01:19:50.200 What about that house? What's the deal with that house? And none of them. And I talked to about a
01:19:56.620 dozen people because I was curious and I wanted to hear a local perspective about it. None of
01:20:02.120 those people. And I was so shocked by this. None of those people wanted to talk about it.
01:20:08.680 And they would look at you like you were some kind of an invader, like you were evil all of a
01:20:13.820 sudden like you were all of a sudden you were just get out of here we don't want to talk to you
01:20:18.460 outsider that's definitely the vibe that i was getting from locals when you brought up the house
01:20:26.520 you could talk about anything else you could talk about beth page black the legendary golf course
01:20:31.020 which is close by there you could talk about new york city itself you could talk about whatever
01:20:35.460 the Yankees. But if you talked about that house, that was it for you. So I imagine that a lot of
01:20:46.840 that same thing goes on within the Haitian community. Voodoo is something that is practiced
01:20:54.540 throughout that entire 11 million person country. Remember I said last night that a good portion of
01:21:02.660 the people there practice Catholicism. Some people are a different religion, but it's 100%
01:21:09.840 voodoo that goes on in Haiti. Now, some people obviously take it more seriously than others,
01:21:15.140 and some people go and perform the rituals of voodoo. And we saw on video last night,
01:21:21.740 I think again on the extension, exactly how far they go. And there are animal sacrifices in that
01:21:27.560 religion, whether it's just for show or whether they actually believe that sacrificing a goat or
01:21:34.080 a goose or a cat is going to improve their lives. But I believe that that is probably what's going
01:21:43.740 on in Springfield, Ohio. You're not going to tell me that you import 20, 30,000 people all from the
01:21:51.700 same country, put them in the same American town of 50 or 60,000 and tell me they're not going to
01:21:58.420 take their customs and their rituals with them. There's no invisible barrier that says, oh, and
01:22:03.980 by the way, if you're coming here, you're going to leave all that stuff behind. They come with
01:22:09.700 their way of life. Even if they're looking for a better life, they still bring the things that
01:22:16.280 are dear to them, and I believe their rituals and their religion, is that. And they don't think
01:22:23.360 they're doing anything wrong, because in their culture, they're not. And nobody has stepped up
01:22:29.220 to tell them any different. And then there's the language barrier, and that is the problem
01:22:34.080 with mass immigration too quickly. We are going to break, and we're going to go to the extension
