00:08:19.340From my perspective, given the way that the case unfolded,
00:08:22.500Let's say it's likely that it happened in other provinces outside of Alberta, because even, you know, what we've been uncovering in Alberta is that all of these so-called public health decisions were really nothing more or less than messaging coming out of the Central Committee, you know, headed up by, you know, the Communist Central Committee headed up by Theresa Tam and others in Ottawa, where, you know, they would send out the message.
00:08:49.520oh people are being killed by astrazeneca um we better discontinue that but tell them if you mix
00:08:55.480and match all the other vaccines even though none of that's been tested it's okay so then you have
00:09:00.100trudeau come out and say oh i got the astrazeneca i'm getting the pfizer and moderna take whatever
00:09:04.820is available no science behind it no nothing you know that kind of stupid messaging would come out
00:09:10.960and of course people have been horribly injured because of it but i think that's what happened
00:09:15.700with everything throughout the pandemic is that they had some political playbook that was being
00:09:20.580provided by you know to them from somewhere you know we still haven't traced down where whether
00:09:26.180you know the central committee is being run out of switzerland or you know run somewhere else in
00:09:30.980the world right but this messaging would go out and then all of a sudden all of these things would
00:09:35.540start happening in lockstep and they would dress them up with public health work you know another
00:09:40.500example of this was it was less than coincidental that the day that the stupid order that came down
00:09:46.580to start firing doctors and nurses during an alleged public health crisis because they weren't
00:09:52.520sold on the nature of the experimental vaccines that same that order came down the same day
00:09:58.180in alberta washington oregon you know all these different jurisdictions and to me and i was in
00:10:04.520the middle of all of this litigation i was representing some doctors in alberta that were
00:10:07.940being in the process of being fired and disciplined because they wouldn't voluntarily take these
00:10:14.000poisonous jabs, right, that, you know, it wasn't, you know, it seemed too coincidental to me
00:10:21.300that these ridiculous orders would come down, you know, at the identical time in completely
00:10:27.100disparate jurisdictions. So my suspicion is that, you know, if other lawyers and other jurisdictions
00:11:03.160The entire Ingram decision itself or the Ingram case itself was structured from the beginning.
00:11:10.520So Rebecca's case was structured from the beginning to lead to this class action lawsuit.
00:11:16.880It's exactly why we sought an order from the court that these orders were going to be ultraviaries, the Public Health Act.
00:11:25.020Because we have this section in the Public Health Act of Alberta called Section 66.1 that says that you can't sue any member of Alberta Health, the Alberta government, et cetera, et cetera, if the actions that they took under the Public Health Act, or if the actions they took were under the Public Health Act.
00:11:45.520So the reason that my office pled that the orders were ultra-virus and why it was so important to us to get the ultra-virus order, here for me, I didn't care about the constitutional orders, and I even told the judge not to make them, right, or not to rule in the constitutional issue.
00:12:01.060I needed that ultra-virus order to bring the class action lawsuit, because otherwise we would have been statute part.
00:14:00.720That being said, we still would ask people to go to rathandcompany.com and click on the business class action lawsuit tab and register, you know, with their information.
00:14:14.120Because, again, it's important for us from the standpoint of prioritizing claims, prioritizing payments at the end of the day, as well as getting a handle on the magnitude of the damages that we're looking at for people to provide us their stories and the degree and the extent to which they're harmed.
00:14:36.480Like as an example, you know, one of the people that's, you know, actually, you know, let's say opted in and has provided us their information, you know, is a median size business in Alberta and they've lost over $14 million, you know, from their businesses being shut down thoughtlessly by the government of Alberta.
00:14:54.500you know other people um you know the damages are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars and
00:14:59.520they could calculate them really quickly like small businesses that you know like um you know
00:15:03.580as an example hair salons or whatever they know exactly what their weekly revenues are they know
00:15:08.180how many weeks they were shut down they know depending how much you know they lost and what
00:15:12.460it cost to get themselves back on their feet you know a lot of those cases with the smaller
00:15:16.720businesses you know they're individual business people their losses are in the hundreds of
00:15:21.040But there are certainly very large small businesses or medium-sized small businesses that were shut down on the theory that you couldn't get COVID at Walmart or a big multinational box store where shares were held by the Communist Party in China.
00:15:39.640Oh, my God, if you went into a mom-and-pop or a small Alberta business, you're going to die from COVID and give it to grandma, right?
00:15:45.980So that's the process of gathering all of that information, and we have a team of economists that we're working with, and we're starting to plug all of that into a matrix and working it forward as we prepare for certification.
00:16:01.920Is there a limit on the size of the business, or let's just say if a business is too big, would they be exempt from this?
00:16:09.320No, no, there's no limit on business size.
00:16:12.040It's any business in Alberta or any person in Alberta, you know, that was, you know, economically harmed, you know, by having been shut down by the government of Alberta under these illegal orders.
00:16:24.580I mean, like, you know, Chris Scott is an example, one of our representative plaintiffs.
00:16:29.300I mean, good God, Chris was hauled away in handcuffs because, you know, because he rightly stood up and said, I'm not shutting my business down.
00:23:12.800The number itself and the distribution would be based on the degree to which, you know, each individual person or business was harmed, you know, by the lockdown orders.
00:23:22.640Like I said, in some cases, you know, the, you know, the damages are relatively small.
00:23:28.940But, I mean, to everybody that was harmed, I mean, it was, you know, you can't put it, you can't look at it in relative terms.
00:23:36.180everything or i'm sorry you can't look at it in absolute terms i mean for somebody who lost
00:23:40.020fifty thousand dollars if it meant them losing their home their family being destroyed their
00:23:44.720children on the street you know how do you put a price on that you know it's not you know it's
00:23:49.180you know but their loss might have been fifty thousand dollars i mean i know you know cases
00:23:53.220where people literally were forced to commit suicide as a result of these orders and i mean
00:23:58.060you know this is what i like your listeners to really focus on like as we cross-examine
00:24:02.840dina hinshaw you know during the ingram case and i specifically asked her as our chief public health
00:24:09.320officer who for uh who was allegedly all of our you know she was my doctor she was evan's doctor
00:24:16.320she all of our doctors we were all her patients i specifically asked her if she knew how many
00:24:22.380people committed suicide as a result of her negligent and thoughtless order her response
00:24:27.980was that's not a question for me you'd have to ask the chief medical examiner so my next question
00:24:33.580of course was all right dr hinshaw did you ask the chief medical examiner how many people committed
00:24:40.600suicide as a result of your order her answer no right so i mean think about that i mean just
00:24:47.640think about how heartless and thoughtless and negligent that is would there be any opportunity
00:24:53.140because this particular lawsuit would envelop every business in Alberta.
00:25:00.480And you mentioned also, Jeff, every person as well, right?
00:25:03.220Would there be any opportunity for anybody to sue the government individually?
00:25:09.740Well, they would have to opt out of the class action after certification.
00:25:15.280And then typically when that happens, the government digs in
00:25:20.360and then those suits could go on for years and years and years
00:25:25.320So, I mean, it is possible, and it is an avenue for people,
00:25:28.480but, you know, if we have a road to settlement
00:25:31.240and a path to settlement on everybody's behalf,
00:25:33.960and it looks like there's a reasonable possibility of, you know,
00:25:38.960obtaining, you know, a fair settlement,
00:25:41.600I'm not sure why anybody would want to go on their own, you know,
00:25:44.400when this kind of remedy is available.
00:25:46.480So, Danielle, I mean, you alluded earlier to,
00:25:49.060uh you're not sure if danielle knows about it and her justice department has already suggested
00:25:53.540they're going to be digging in and fighting this if she did get involved would that be0.61
00:25:58.980illegal because she's not supposed to be getting involved in the legal system eva's shaking her
00:26:03.540head no well i'll let i'll speak to that then i'll file and i've been doing all the talking0.96
00:26:08.020here although and you have to understand eva uh started working with our firm uh because she
00:26:12.980joined us uh with regard to a vaccine injury class action that we're that we're doing i she was not
00:26:19.120with us when we did all of the all of the ingram matters and then the lead up to the class action
00:26:24.800so that's why i'm talking but i'll happily turn this over to avid so i just wanted to say
00:26:29.080and this is the question i didn't really want to take but from my understanding when we're talking
00:26:34.740when there were those discussions about uh premier smith not interfering with the coots
00:26:40.160case it's because that's a criminal case and so it's already turned over to the prosecutors in
00:26:47.740that case and they have to make a determination much earlier even well before she was premier
00:26:54.140whether or not there's a reasonable chance of success on the trial so they made that
00:27:01.500determination a year before she even got in and so for her to go in but in any event
00:27:08.360uh elected official can't interfere on a criminal matter here this is a civil matter so that's the
00:27:15.640the big distinction and i hope i'm saying this correct that i never thought about it but
00:27:19.680certainly um that's how i think it is you somebody has to direct these things on civil cases and of
00:27:25.520course it would be premier smith at the top of the chain on this how is i'm sorry go ahead jeff
00:27:31.960go ahead jump in on that i think i quibble with eva a little bit as to the degree even to which
00:27:37.860you know a premier you know could make policy level decisions with regard to the prosecution
00:27:43.260of criminal cases because obviously the premier appoints the attorney general the solicitor general
00:27:48.080they're the ones that you know appoint and direct uh you know the prosecutors there's been numerous
00:27:53.620cases where decisions have been made by attorneys general in canada uh you know not to prosecute
00:28:00.660you know decisions made at a political level not to prosecute classes of criminal cases you know
00:28:07.780where we see where the government of bc says oh no we're no longer going to prosecute you know
00:28:12.100heroin trafficking cocaine trafficking you know by you know by for all intents and purposes the
00:28:17.420government of british columbia has declared you know open season on you know on drug offenses
00:28:22.660in the province of british columbia you know decisions not to uh prosecute polygamy and
00:28:28.340bound to full british columbia you know those types of decisions are made on a political basis
00:28:33.360all the time i think what happened in alberta you know because of art kolowski you know being
00:28:38.600such an idiot and i'll say that you know clearly out loud where he taped that conversation with
00:28:43.240daniel smith and then thought he was going to hurt you know he's going to hurt her because he's mad
00:28:48.100that he gets turked out of the leader of the leader of his party like a petrol little baby
00:28:52.340you know to embarrass daniel smith that the the deep state and the administrative state and the
00:28:58.820ndp all seized on that to try to handcuff daniel smith from saying wait a minute i'm the premier
00:29:05.660i picked the attorney general and i'm going to keep firing attorneys general until i get one
00:29:10.840that's willing to do the right thing on things um that's certainly within her purview it's you know
00:29:17.340It becomes problematic where you have a circumstance like Justin Trudeau in the contracts for hookers scandal with SNC-Lavalin where he's getting personally involved because he has friends and donors and people that are giving him money under the table wanting prosecution stopped.
00:29:39.980I mean, that's where I get dicey. But if it's simply, you know, a premier saying, wait a minute, you know, from a policy perspective, you know, we aren't going to be prosecuting these types of cases in Alberta.
00:29:49.980Like if Danielle Smith followed on what Jason Coffin was doing, and I couldn't remember his first name for the minute, and said, we're not going to prosecute any property crimes as they relate to that idiot Justin Trudeau declaring classes of chattel property firearms to be illegal in Alberta, notwithstanding the fact that those classes of firearms have never been used to commit a criminal offense.
00:30:13.700as a matter of policy we're not going to do that in alberta in the same way that they won't
00:30:18.740prosecute cocaine you know psilocybin any other number of drugs in dc that would be entirely
00:30:24.240within her purview so i think you know danielle's been getting some really bad advice from members
00:30:29.440the members of the deep state that surround her in terms of hand you know telling her that she
00:30:34.700needs to be handcuffed and keep her nose out of things that they say she doesn't understand
00:30:39.820right so i just wanted to have that discussion and throw that out there turns out i agree with
00:30:45.260you i just didn't get into the detail what about i mean this has been a question that i have been
00:30:51.740asking attorneys for the past six months actually longer than that uh splitting those jobs i mean
00:30:56.860attorney general versus minister of justice that seems to those both those jobs seem to
00:31:02.380fly in the face of each other correct well not really i mean the whole minister of justice
00:31:07.260phenomenon in canada came from the combination of two positions solicitor general and attorney
00:31:12.160general right and you know solicitor general typically would be in charge of police prisons
00:31:17.500administration of justice etc the attorney you know the attorney general with regard to you know
00:31:22.980the day-to-day operation of you know the law the constitutional law branch constitutional cases
00:31:28.620you know things you know it's like the old english division between barrister and solicitor
00:31:32.600right but what they what did was they combined those two offices and called the minister of
00:31:37.260justice that's really all that happened right yeah so you know and just created a mega you know a
00:31:43.060mega mega bureaucracy that dealt with everything right under the ministry of justice as opposed
00:31:48.600to attorney general solicitor general ever you had something to say about that well i was just
00:31:53.060going to add that actually when in our um arguments on the federal um federal case to the public order
00:32:01.200emergency commission we actually suggested that that that they um split the attorney general and
00:32:06.340minister of justice because in that case we saw like i i totally see where jeff is coming from
00:32:12.880too but it seems that it's kind of mixed in when we had david lametti giving evidence as a fact
00:32:19.060witness at the public order commission it's like we didn't ask you here to give facts we got enough
00:32:24.760facts from everyone else you are here because you're the attorney general and minister of
00:32:29.260justice but partisan to the end like you know you just hear from david lametti how he wanted to turn
00:32:35.600wellington street into tiananmen square on behalf of his communist masters yeah that was the the
00:32:41.520email exchange between him and guess he doesn't like hot tubs bouncy castles either that vaccine
00:32:49.020injury case have i had you guys on about uh two or three months ago with that how is that proceeding
00:32:53.400is it good news well you you know we might be issuing a press release shortcoming here so we'll
00:32:58.800be on your show again. Okay, excellent. Well, I'd love to have you. And so is there anything
00:33:03.300that we have missed? We've not mentioned that people need to know about this? Well, I think
00:33:09.320the big thing is that people need to understand that I'm actually a big supporter of Daniel
00:33:16.300Smith. I'm thrilled that she's our premier. I'm also very thrilled that she was elected
00:33:21.780by rural Alberta. And as I like to say, the adults are now in charge of the province.
00:33:25.560so um danielle smith is very responsive to her constituents i mean she's one of the few
00:33:32.120leaders of the province of alberta that actually regularly shows up for constituency meetings in
00:33:37.540her home riding so you know what i would urge everybody who's listening to do please reach out
00:33:43.240to your mlas please reach out to premier smith and you know and ask them why the hell is your
00:33:48.980government defending the indefensible and what are your plans going forward to roll up your sleeves
00:33:55.800and to work with you know wrath and company and uh to to settle this lawsuit because you know
00:34:01.700honestly uh you know this the government fighting this lawsuit is akin to the government of alberta
00:34:06.900saying that the government of alberta has no respect for the property rights of albertan
00:34:11.700and thinks that it's absolutely appropriate that the government decided to destroy the equity of hundreds of thousands of businesses in the province of Alberta.
00:34:23.240And if I just have a few more minutes, I want to hang on that concept a little bit.
00:34:28.560I was talking to one of the people that is one of the plaintiffs, not a representative plaintiff,
00:34:36.580but somebody who's joined the lawsuit from an informational perspective.
00:34:41.700and they run a medium-sized business in the province of alberta and this person said you
00:34:46.100know before the pandemic i was really really proud of the fact that i ran a very successful business
00:34:53.060with very little debt right and he said you know the debt that i had was basically to uh maintain
00:34:59.460lines of credit that i might need in case of emergency but i knew any day that i had to i
00:35:04.340could go in and stroke a check for a hundred thousand or two hundred thousand wipe out my line
00:35:08.340of credit credits just to say that i'm hey i'm absolutely debt free and i'm i'm a success he
00:35:14.020says along comes you know travis tags and the geniuses in the in the finance department and
00:35:21.460dina hinshaw completely wiped out the revenue stream of all of his businesses shut him down
00:35:27.540completely across the across the problem um and he says at the end of the pandemic he said i've
00:35:33.700ended up having to take on $12 million worth of debt to keep my employees employed, to
00:35:40.100keep my, you know, to keep all of my properties maintained, all my leases current, all the
00:35:44.540rest of it. And he says, as a result of this, he said, I had $12 million in equity in my
00:35:49.720business completely wiped out by illegal orders promulgated by the government of Alberta.
00:35:55.980And he said, in effect, he said, I've gone from having zero debt in my, you know, for
00:35:59.940all intents and purposes, zero debt in my businesses, to being in a $12 million hole
00:36:04.760and finding myself saddled with a business partner, specifically, you know, a business
00:36:10.480partner, specifically various financial institutions that I never wanted getting their nose under
00:36:16.560the, you know, like the proverbial camel, getting their nose under the flap of the tent,
00:36:20.280where I now have to report to them on a regular basis on my cash flow, you know, tell them
00:36:24.880what I'm doing on an ongoing basis seek their ongoing permission you know on a you know quarterly
00:36:30.280basis as if I can continue to operate and he said you know that's what the government of Alberta
00:36:35.660has turned my business into it's a living hell and of course you know he also mentioned to me
00:36:40.800that he was at a you know at a function you know with the premier not too long ago and you know
00:36:46.440the premier you know speaking from talking points you know god bless her because that's what she's
00:36:50.180given when she goes on the road and she's talking about great the you know the economy is what a
00:36:54.760wonderful place to start a business you know and this individual said well premier what about us
00:36:59.560that were almost wiped out during the pandemic we're Albertans we've been here paying taxes
00:37:03.920you know for 40 years he said all of us that were here operating businesses in the province and
00:37:09.440we're almost wiped out by the Jason Canyon government we it's like we've been it's not
00:37:14.220a level playing field we've been handed a hundred yard penalty and are now coming to compete with
00:37:19.820new businesses that are starting up in the shells of former businesses that were completely wiped
00:37:25.500out by the pandemic that are all starting with zero debt you know none of the overhead associated
00:37:31.100with that and we're supposed to compete as if um you know you know as if we're on a level playing
00:37:36.620field what happened to the alberta advantage for us right so that's what people really need to keep
00:37:42.540in mind is the degree of economic devastation that that you know and i refer to jason kenny
00:37:48.060is a divinity school dropout because that's education that's the economic devastation
00:37:54.440that came from a divinity school dropout playing a doctor and pretending that you know that he
00:38:00.280should be issuing public health orders along with dean hinshaw without any thought whatsoever as to
00:38:05.300the economic devastation they were going to cause does it surprise you even now as we look back at
00:38:11.620these restrictions that so many people went along with it knowing what they might be in for
00:38:16.820financially oh i you know i think from the outset it was just that whole terror campaign that was
00:38:22.520being orchestrated by the federal government right i mean when else in alberta history has a federal
00:38:28.060government literally sick the canadian armed forces on the canadian population prior to the
00:38:34.020election of 2021 it was in the news it was just a teeny weeny little blurb um justin trudeau
00:38:39.520engaged the psychological warfare division of the canadian armed forces to help theresa town
00:38:46.440engage in covid messaging it was all fear fear fear fear fear if you don't get the shot you're
00:38:52.560going to die if you don't get the shot you're going to kill the ground you know when that
00:38:55.660didn't work because oh everybody gets covid regardless you get the shot oh well if you
00:38:59.640don't get the shot you're going to kill grandma i know for a fact because i was doing that
00:39:03.680litigation theresa tam admitted in july of 2021 that the government and it coincided actually
00:39:10.680with a big paper that was done by UC Davis on transmissibility of COVID
00:39:15.080by people that had been vaccinated for COVID,
00:39:17.620they knew in July of 2021 that the COVID shot was in no way at all
00:39:22.920going to reduce COVID transmission in Canada.
00:39:25.760Yet Trudeau, and on that basis alone, all the bullshit restrictions
00:39:29.760on students forcing them to get the shot to go to university,
00:39:33.000all of Trudeau's bullshit, excuse my language, Shadow,
00:39:35.900it's just I get really exercised over this stuff,
00:39:37.740all the uh you know restrictions with regard to telling people that they couldn't fly unless they
00:39:43.000got the shot because trudeau didn't want them to see a filthy unvaccinated people sitting next to
00:39:48.040his poor children you know as he moistly breathed his way through that
00:39:52.020like you know all of that nonsense right was promulgated in the face of the science there
00:39:59.400was no science they told us go to follow the science what they followed the science
00:40:03.380none of that ludicrous nonsense would have happened right but we're dealing with we're
00:40:09.020dealing with you know and we still are we're dealing with morons run rampant that are you
00:40:14.240know continuing to insist that they were right you know with regard to all of the fear and terror
00:40:20.000that they literally you know fed down the throats of everybody with the assistance of uh big corporate
00:40:26.960media that were all bought and paid for by trudeau jeff if you ever decide that you want to get out
00:40:31.840of law and become a comedian we'll call you the covet comedian the non the non-pc comedian go
00:40:39.640from club to club just engaging those of us who've known this is bs right from the beginning you will
00:40:46.260be the agent and i'll shamelessly plug this just i actually just started writing it for my you know
00:40:53.660for my friends that share my sense of humor but if you ever want a good laugh sometime you can
00:40:58.020subscribe to my sub stack it's called conspiracy facts with jeffrey rap and i you know i write a
00:41:05.320column every week or two where i basically just go off and rant in that same sort of tone with
00:41:11.620regard to all of the stupidity that we're being forced to swallow on an ongoing basis from people
00:41:16.680in ottawa that think that they can cure the weather by waving a fairy wand or or you know
00:41:21.900basically dispel all of the things that we learned in first year economics at university
00:41:26.980by waving a magic fairy one that, you know, we no longer have the laws of supply and demand that apply
00:41:32.680and that we can, you know, we can balance the books by just printing as much money as we want
00:41:36.820and not have to worry about those little things anymore, you know, et cetera, et cetera.
00:41:40.640So if you ever want a good laugh, you can just read Conspiracy Facts with Jeffrey Rath.
00:41:45.360Yeah, well, I mean, reading it is one thing and hearing it is a completely different matter.
00:41:49.240Let me ask you, what has the response been like from the Marxist NDP?
00:41:52.820have they said anything publicly about what you guys are doing or have they been too busy with
00:41:58.000the parental rights thing i'm not sure is rachel out of rehab she's gone now right
00:42:02.260i'm not sure jeffrey i'm not sure who speaks for the nvp in albert she she she's been hanging
00:42:12.380around she i think she was at a rally over the weekend or maybe it was the weekend before janice
00:42:16.800everyone was there crying on the microphone about the rights of the trans kids and i thought they
00:42:23.900made i'm not sure and what i meant by that was that you know is rachel out of rehab from
00:42:29.260rehabilitating yourself as the former leader of the mvp just to be clear i wouldn't want to
00:42:33.540suggest okay that makes of course well i'm happy that you cleared that up for us because heaven
00:42:38.340forbid another lawsuit okay you two thank you for coming on tonight if there's anything more to add
00:42:45.020let's get it like do we miss anything is there anything left any more jokes jeff anything
00:42:49.020all right you guys thank you for coming on tonight eva we'll be back when there's an update if that's
00:43:03.420okay absolutely i would love to have you both uh come back on thank you for joining the show tonight
00:43:08.440eva i will see you in swift current next month jeff uh hope to have you back on again very soon
00:57:24.040Great. So our party does not support tax dollars for media outlets, because that's
00:57:27.320when we end up with biased media like you, who come here and articulate the PMO talking
00:57:32.560points rather than uh delivering uh real news to the canadian people justin trudeau gave bell media
00:57:40.560and other media tax dollars supposedly to protect media jobs and then what happened they all got
00:57:46.880laid off so that so that the supposed justification for giving giving bell all this money was that it
00:57:54.320was going to save media jobs well they all got fired so i guess that wasn't the real reason
00:57:59.280for giving tax dollars to the media the real reason was for him to buy support from the media
00:58:04.800which is what it actually did so we believe that media should be driven by readership viewership
00:58:12.240and listenership and that's what allows it to represent the canadian people rather than
00:58:18.560taking marching orders from the pmo well i understand that he's part of the unit party
00:58:28.160I know that there's many people who think that, and I, you know, after last week's episode with Boyd Anderson, I'm starting to see that more and more and more, but, but, having said that, I believe part of the CPC, the Canadian, sorry, not the CPC, yeah, yeah, yeah, the Conservative Party of Canada, I always get that mixed up somehow in my head still, I believe parts of it, John Baird and a few others are corrupt and members of the World Economic Forum.
00:58:57.120I do not believe that poly is I've never seen any actual evidence and you can say but shadow shadow get into the time machine website or whatever and you'll see his name on the world economic forum I've never seen that and by the way why would you trust something like that time machine website how do you know that that's actually giving you absolutely correct answers you don't so somebody is going to have now
00:59:27.100i know you're you're saying also well chris sky did chris sky did i i had chris sky on when this
00:59:32.660controversy was going on about pierre poly of his wife and i didn't see anything unequivocal in that
00:59:39.320at any rate we know that the trudeau liberals are heading are taking canada at breakneck speed
00:59:47.860down that agenda 2030 path and i think that certain elements in the cpc pierre poly of's
00:59:55.700Party, would work very hard to stop that. Again, not all but some. It's not black or white. There
01:00:02.900are several areas of gray here, and I believe the Conservative Party, most of the members in that
01:00:09.100party do not believe in globalism, whereas the liberals and the NDP absolutely all do. They're
01:00:14.540marching in lockstep. Conservatives are not. And I'm not saying it's going to save us. What I am
01:00:23.000saying is it gives us a little bit of breathing room so that we can get our SHIT together
01:00:30.620and take our country back. And that we will do peacefully and politically. But right now
01:00:38.180that's not possible. We can slow it down, but we can't stop it completely, at least
01:00:43.520not yet, without some kind of weird revolution. The Auditor General report came out today
01:00:50.320regarding the arrive can this is another trudeau liberal scandal the government with the by far
01:00:59.560the most scandals in the history of this country now i have not counted all the scandals from all
01:01:06.660the government since 1867 when canada became a corporation for the british government i'm sorry
01:01:13.340country. I know what it is, all right? You guys know what it is. But this is the most scandal-plagued
01:01:21.620government in the history of Canada. I am just throwing that out there. I cannot think of any
01:01:26.180one government that would have had more, because it seems like these people are coming up with a
01:01:30.960new scandal every week or two, and it's ridiculous already. The Canadian Taxpayers Federation demands
01:01:38.500accountability this obviously from the canadian taxpayers association demands accountability for
01:01:44.100the executives working on arrive can't following today's scathing auditor general report from
01:01:50.320spiraling costs to poor management sketchy contracting decisions and missing documentation
01:01:56.140the auditor general makes clear the feds failed taxpayers every step of the way that from franco
01:02:02.980terrazzano the ctf federal director when the auditor general can't figure out exactly how
01:02:09.180much money arrived can actually wasted the government should at least cancel bonuses
01:02:15.000for executives in the bureaucracy who mismanaged the mess let's hear from the auditor general
01:02:21.380herself listen i will discuss our findings but first i have to say that i am deeply concerned
